We broke down in a bus on the side of the freeway with 27 kids and eight adults I phoned to see if they could help with rooms Not only did they get us the rooms they had, they worked with another property to get us fully set AND organized rides to help us get there, and to dinner too

Amazing people! Wonderful facility as well, but truly, incredible people Thank you!

We’ve been staying in Holiday Inn Express hotels for years They have great locationsl, ty close to the freeway or interstate highway

Their room are always clean and comfortableThis one had a mini fridge and a microwave, but normally you’ll find at least a Keurig coffeemaker with coffee & tea choicesTheir breakfast is great, but get their early to avoid them running out of popular foods like pancakes This one seemed to have more to offer for breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausage, but I only eat the pancakes There’s juice and milk to go with whatever you are having for breakfast Cold cereal for the kids and even those tiny muffins everyone enjoysThis location had a pool and a small jacuzzi There was even a fitness room with treadmills and whatnot’sHoliday Inn Express is a great place to stay for a business trip or for your next family vacation Check out this location when you’re in the area Enjoy

We booked a mountain view room with a balcony for 4 nights The hotel pictures of the mountain and balcony were very deceiving The balcony was very small and you could only stand on it

We had no privacy as people checking in and out the hotel seemed to be looking at us A chair was not allowed on the balcony because of safety issues The pictures fail to show the huge parking lot, congestive street traffic, a neighborhood across from the hotel The mountain view is further away than the picture shows Be sure to call ahead and ask if the shuttle will be running on the days you visit The shuttle driver was nice, helpful and came back quickly when we were ready to be picked up The bartenders were very nice and the Wings and Fries were Awesome The front desk staff were nice I am a Hilton honors member and upon checkout apparently, the rates were higher than any rates the front desk clerk had seen in a few years Her eyes bucked, she wished she could do something to lower the cost, but could not I thought I was getting a deal I will book via another source next time The 5th and last night was spent at Embassy Suites Denver Airport and had a better view and a shuttle that takes you to the airport

Michelle Kentgen

Had an amazing stay here with my husband for a couple nights Drew at the front desk was super helpful and friendly We were welcomed with warm cookies and enjoyed the outdoor balcony

Mattress was a little firm for me, but other than that it was a great stay Note we didn’t have a car or rental so didn’t have to pay for parking which would’ve been annoying But the hotel is walking distance to the train station which is nice

Skylor Kendrick

I liked the location it was very clean around the place and I felt safe, and it was close enough to walk to Fiddlers Green I walked back to the hotel at 11:00 pm and I felt that it was a well lit road and was safe The hotel and room were clean

Not 5 stars, I wish they didn’t make me pay parking and had breakfast available Plus I could hear the patrons at the bar when I went to bed I would stay again if I’m in that area

Not sure what qualifies the hotel as 4 stars The bar is a bit over priced; although, the food is good The rooms are a bit dated

A/C didn’t really feel like it was pushing any cool air out Sound deadening within the rooms was practically non existent The mirror in the bathroom makes a screeching noise when powered on The tubs spout was disconnected from the wall Really it was nothing special and the room was one of the lesser impressive rooms I have stayed in Ie Just finished a stay in a local 2 star hotel, and it blew this room out of the parkLet me tell you where this Hotel did shine though Jonathan Abbot The guy is charismatic, personable, super helpful, smiley, cheerful, and was awesome to work with All the way around – damn good people Had I been in a position to, I would have attempted to recruit him on the spot One of the rare and far few between people that leave an impression For that alone, I gave 4 stars over the 2 I felt the facilities kind have deservedWith that said, thank you Jonathan for the tremendous experience

Was a 5-star hotel before; however, there are now a number of problems that drop it to 41 The biggest problem was having to leave your driver’s license at front desk to get a pool towel

Not only is this inconvenient and takes up overloaded front desk staff time but is illegal and prone to identity theft issues If you want to do towel check, follow Waldorf Astria policy and just ask for room # and name and put on a list They can scratch off list when they return it They had two people just in charge of the pool area though not like the lone front desk person here So, for small staffed hotel would not recommend doing at all2 Heat coming out of vents in halls and common space was 95F and halls were so hot that the house keeping staff was having to open the windows in hallways to get heat out throwing money out the window The heat needs to be turned down especially since rates are going up You can replace all pool towels several times a month for this loss3 Last two times I came recommended adding second caffeinated coffee pot to the breakfast area but has not happened On weekend coffee was out over 80% of the time and breakfast server was not able to keep up The long distance from where coffee was made in breakfast area to front desk also contributed to not keeping up4 The hot food in breakfast area was out of stock most of the time during weekend This is due to half size replacement containers Please use full size like all other Hampton Inns5 Now that construction has started on North Side again Dust has become a problem Recommend like Embassy Suites to sell rooms with air filters to fix this as well as a good upsell6 Letting unqualified people substitute at front desk One time I came down to complain about the heat hotel (#2) was wasting in hallway and young girl with glasses never at front desk before (Maybe Overworked Breakfast Server) said “No one else has that problem” I think the owner, management company or whoever pays electric bill would disagreeGood news is that elevator 2 did not trap me in it this time Both elevators, though slow, functioned properly

They all seemed happy to be there and happy to help They have more than once went above and beyond to make our stay safe, easy, and fun! The pool are was lovely and clean, perfect to relax as well! 10/10 would stay here again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly! The bartenders/waitresses, the front desk staff, the Starbucks barista, everyone! So happy to help and accommodating with all our questions, came here from Chicago and will be choosing this hotel each time I come to Denver! Couldn’t recommend this place more Rooms are very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries 10/10

Yuezhou Wang

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip The experience was quite disappointing Sheraton is supposed to be one of the “premium” bands in the Marriott family and yet it is more like a motel on the i25

The hotel needs serious renovation and repair There is only one elevator working and the carpet wore out in the lobby The club lounge was closed with no service The outdoor swimming pool looked unclean and there were a few dead bugs in the water The room was not very sound proof and I heard occasionally dog barking and people coughing in the nearby rooms There was not house keeping service eitherThe staff were very friendly though I guess they were very short staffed and could not offer full service Overall, the hotel does not represent a good Sheraton brand

Place is great ! The parking area is good too , to be safe if you worry about your car then Park in the front entrance area Place is safe I think we stayed here with our show at outside so it was good, the staff at the front desk was friendly and awesome I forgot their names but them two were great! Only thing was the shower door wouldn’t close right and water went all over the place so the door wouldn’t seal! So that was the only problem

but other then that it was great! So don’t mind staying here again next time

Kacey Lee

2 bed 2 bath suite perfect for families with kids! I was scared after reading reviews, however, we never encountered any bad smells or weed smells inside the building or room We loved the layout and space! Very quiet & comfy beds Breakfast was awesome! We did notice the wall in shower leaked but then realized the water seal was on the wrong side of the glass, so we popped it off, flipped it around and works perfectly 🤦‍♀️

NOT PET FRIENDLYThe hotel itself is super nice, clean, and well maintained The staff was courteous, and even though they were possibly understaffed and having issues figuring out which rooms were ready for check in (long line for a hotel) everything went smooth Breakfast was great too

Without pets, 5/5 Expensive but goodThough they allow pets in the hotel, their pet policy is extreme and not pet friendly at all The room itself was about $120 for the night, then $50 for the first pet and an additional $25 for the second pet Most of their pet policy is standard First surprise (but not terrible) is the expectation that pets cannot be left unattended, and that if you must leave the pet unattended they could hook you up with a pet sitter service Second (completely insane) surprise was the expectation that pets not get on the furniture at all – including the beds – and that if fur was found on the linens an extra (unlisted) amount would be chargedI had two cats with me, and we were in the middle of a cross-country move I’m not about to put them through unnecessary stress of keeping them in their crates or locked in the bathroom all night, resulting in endless meowing and no sleep for myself or my hotel neighbors And they aren’t trained to stay off furniture Turns out that the cost of fur on the linens was another $5086 A monthly home water bill costs less than that! Even if they had been trained to stay off the furniture, fur flies through the air and sticks to clothes It would have been everywhere, over everything anyway!DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS! Save yourself the money and find somewhere else!

The location was great Hot breakfast was amazing! Kitchenette had everything we needed to feel at home Loved the separate bedroom

Staff was so helpful The queen bed in the bedroom was so comfortable I slept great every night The only issue we had was so sorry excuse for a mattress on the sleeper sofa It was thin like a mattress topper around the edges and even thinner in the middle You could feel coils in it My daughter ended up closing it up and sleeping on the sofa each night I was surprised This place was so nice in every other area I have slept on SUPER comfortable sofa beds in hotels We have never had an issue

Kerrey Jorgensen

Great room: comfy beds, nice shower, quietLocation: centrally located with all of Denver and surrounding attractions being an half hour/90 minutes away, AMAZING view If they have mountain facing available- definitely pay the extra bitStaff: very friendly, accommodating, and informative

Kat Hanson

I’ve been a fan of Staybridge Suites for years because I feel like our family always gets a lot of room for the money This location didn’t disappoint, everything was set up great, the suite was spacious and everything was perfectly clean The one thing that I found disappointing was the evening social and breakfast offered

Both used to be AMAZING at every Staybridge Suites location we stayed at pre-covid I understand the pandemic changed a lot of things, but to be perfectly honest, it feels like the ownership has become very comfortable with a very scaled down version of both because it saves them money I found that extremely underwhelming and disappointing

The hotel itself is fine Location is also fine My extremely high rating is due to this hotel’s excellent staff

Everyone we encountered seemed happy, so this hotel must be managed well What a rarity these days! Usually people in customer service seem to hate customers now We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, accommodating, and to take pride in performing well Housekeeping got our room ready very early for us due to our flight schedule We were upgraded to a 2BR/2BA without asking Maintenance initiated checking with us to ask if everything was going well with our room and whether we needed anything Front desk staff readily gave out free bottled waters and always greeted us politely Plus, our teenage sons said the hotel breakfast may have been the best they’ve ever eaten!

Hunter Santiago

My room was immaculate The two guys on the desk around 11 pm were friendly and welcoming When I had an issue with my Digital Key, the desk staff made sure to get me a physical one right away

The hotel was clean and breakfast smelled amazing! Have stayed here before and definitely will return A huge thank you to the front desk agent working this morning You are truly a blessing

Robyn Shepard

Perfect spot, especially if you’re traveling with a dogI spent two weeks trying to decide which hotel to book for my long term stay in Denver I needed to be South but was worried about staying somewhere labeled “tech center

” I am so grateful I booked this hotel The GM, Jesus, is incredible Kind, welcoming, humble, and accommodating He went out of his way to help me find the right room I was looking for The maintenance men, Jarret and Miguel, also incredible Had a couple lights burn out and when I asked for help (expecting service the next day) both men were up and fixed the bulbs within an hour Incredibly kind and earned brownie points when they praised and pet my dog The surrounding around is easily walkable and there’s plenty of green space (outside the golf course) and sidewalks for going for a short or long walk with the dog The hotel itself is a little dated, which you’d only know if you regularly stay at hiltons/Homewood suites, but there are no updates that could possibly outweigh the benefits of the staff at this hotel I have talked with 5 different individuals working the front desk at various times of the day and each time I am greeted with a smile and helpful attitude In a past life I traveled >250 days per year and this hotel has the best staff I have encountered

The morning staff are amazing!!! I did not get a chance to interact with the evening staff much, but they seemed nice as well Yes, the rooms could use a little updating, but they are clean and comfortable The location is convenient

I have two big dogs and it is awfully hard to find a place that will allow them I was able to book this place last minute after an unpleasant experience and show up early and still get in with my pups When I needed to make changed to my reservation, they were extremely helpful and accommodating I have nothing bad to say about this placed They literally saved and helped me out a lot considering I was in a foreign state several hours from home with two big dogs and no where to stay No review I can write will ever do this hotel and their staff justice Amazing place and staff I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I am even in that state again

John Spalding

Great place to stay Staff was always helpful and polite We were there 4 nights, had 2 suites

The place is accessible no matter what part of town you’re coming from We traveled all around the area during our stay and found a new route in every trip out and about LolIf they recommend Brother’s as a good place to eat, just don’t It sucked terribly All 4 of us adults agreed on this If it’s just drinks, go for it

Hallways are Filthy! Rooms are outdated and dirty, walls banged up, floors not vacuumed Sharp carpet grips coming up through floor, lamps broken

The Hallways are not cleaned Overall Not CleanWe booked a week and wish we had not! Like Comando Strips on ceiling also? So many questions about that Paint chipped Just overall bad The Hotels in this area are Sub-Par at best Do your research No one seems to care anymore Would Not Recommend

Nice hotel, up to date Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable Jacuzzi in the room which we didn’t use (they’re a waste of space, in my opinion)

The bed was too firm for our taste, but the bedding felt good Hot breakfast was nice, the breakfast room attendant was paying close attention to every detail, working very hard at doing an excellent job He deserves recognition from management

Just stay at Castle Rock Comfort Suites for 2 nights after 2 nights of camping Our first night we tried to use the pool but someone was hosting swim lessons for toddlers in session groups of 3 to 5 kiddos It’s a small pool so it made using it for recreation awkward for actual hotel guests

The staff at check in was very timid and just not welcoming Upon checkout my statement from the hotel was drastically different than my bank statement so I called down to ask where the extra charge came from I know some place an extra hold until it clears but it was an odd amount with change They couldn’t explain where the charge came from and began yelling at me that it wasn’t their problem I hung up and went down to ask for the manager to which I was told that she was the manager and has been for 15 years as she continued slamming paper around telling me she was done helping me and that I was welcome to exit now(as my kids were still up on the room mind you) I again tried to ask if someone else handles billing questions or if there was a corporate department to ask my questions to and she and her cleaning staff rudely told me to “google it” She made other sparky remarks and when I asked for their names she said “Debbie” but all other staff who involved themselves in the conversation refused to provide a name and none had name tags on I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone let alone someone in a management position at what appeared to be a nice hotel I will never recommend Comfort Suites to anyone and am so disappointed that this is how our trip for my neices wedding is coming to an end

Dustin Harding

First priority for me when I travel is whether or not I have a clean place to sleep Comfort Suites in Castle Rock, CO fit the bill perfectly My room was clean, the pool area had fresh towels stocked (yes, the hot tub was the right temp and very relaxing after a long drive) and the breakfast bar was stocked up! Bob and Stacy were wonderful

I was happy enough to book a return trip with them upon my check out Next trip to Castle Rock, I know where I’m staying

This is a really great place with fabulous staff members! Allix made sure we had what we needed and always had a positive & professional manner Jose is another happy & hardworking member that keeps the area clean and well kept! But, the icing on the cake 😉 , was the morning buffet Dorian puts together for the guests Strawberries cut into heart shapes says it all! He loves his job & we love what he does! Housekeeping, fabulous!Clearly, these people take pride in their work and it shows! Well done you guys!Thank you for making our stay pleasant, comfortable and see you soon!

Absolute worst hotel stay Staff was rude, rooms were run down First room had soda or something else sprayed all over the living room wall and pictures

Second night had someone yelling outside my door “if you come out I’m gonna slit your throat” Police were called Demanded to move rooms in the morning No apology offered, just attitude from staff Second room was equally run down, handle missing from bedroom door, huge hole in the wall, holes in curtains Whole place smells like weed or over powering “room freshener” of some sort Just gross

Stayed here for the Boyz II Men concert The rooms are small, but they had a full size refrigerator, cabinets with dishes and a small kitchen In bed if some upkeep! Looks like a dog chewed on the trim, and last remodel must’ve been a rush job because door hinges were painted white over brass

Had something dripping from a tube in the ceiling in the bathroomNeeds AC units that work! AC was on but temp barely dropped over a few hours Also had trouble getting in to exterior entrance because the card reader was not working properly

Excellent staff, even though they were short handed Rooms were spacious and relaxing Pool lacks a hot tub but was great for having a birthday pool party

Breakfast was kinda blah but plentiful Limited seating in the lobby but we were able to take it back to the roomWould definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

The hotel is very accommodating The rooms are spacious with lots of storageThe employees went above and beyond with our service

They were always available and quick to help with anything that we neededMy only issue with the rooms is that the TV’s size and placement is a bit unconventional Other than that, it’s a great option

I stayed here, during a life emergency, for 10 days and I didn’t want to leave The tiny hiccups that occurred were handled promptly, and politely, by the front desk I didn’t get their names, but there were 3 desk guys (blonde, long hair, and one with glasses) and the lady who helped me at breakfast were all very accommodating and kind

My room was perfect, the location was great, and if the emergency repeats itself I will be back My ONLY complaint is that the pool is too cold After a few weeks of hotel life, this is the one pool I couldn’t tolerate longer than 2 minutes Thank you for a great stay!

ALWAYS RELIABLE This hotel is always my best option while staying in Denver! Whether debating based on financial, cleanliness, staff friendliness, breakfast quality, or check-in process spectrums, this hotel has it all Definitely worth the price (in which a guest is always offered the best rate) and clean rooms, 24/7 staff, and breakfast is ALWAYS provided! The rooms are fairly spacey, not too small, not too big

Definitely one’s best bet when visiting the area!

I could not believe how dirty my room was or the smell that lingers in the place It seriously smelled like fried animal or I’m not sure what The smell was so strong our suitcase was penetrated and clothes was so strong that after 3 washings it still seems to linger in a few pair of jeans

I could not believe I paid 13500 for that one night here Upon complaining about this smell I was told to leave if I was to keep complaining which we did after staying 2 hours only At which point we were still charged the full amount and they kept 5000 of the 25000 deposit for stolen pillows is what they said Like what? We brought in our own pillows because of the smell of theirs and was never reimbursed but treated like thief’s and literally would hang up on us when we confronted the manager or front desk Seriously stay away from this place!!! Horrible service!!!

The front desk woman Sarah was an absolute nightmare When we checked in on a quiet Tuesday night we realized we had accidentally booked two doubles instead of a King What should have been a simple fix turned into an hour long nightmare

I cannot believe the way in which we were treated, the scene that was caused and the amount of disrespect and eyerollsWe were on our honeymoon and had recently suffered a miscarriage We came to Denver to relax and that check in was so awful and took so long we missed dinner and it took me hours to calm down All over a simple room change, which they confirmed they had available before she put me through an hour of jumping through hoops, threats and complete disrespectI have been traveling four times a year for about a decade now and I have never been treated so poorly and combative for no reason at any hotel establishment everThere was no need for her to create an hour long debacle with our booking company over a simple room change In the end she tried to hang up on my booking company, and didn’t even need their approvalAny merits the hotel has at to condition or location were over shadowed by how poor the service was I am in the service industry and deal with tense situations weekly I would never treat someone how we were treated If you check these reviews you will see several mentioning her by name She is a terror, and I am astounded she has the job that she does – one she clearly loathes I saw her harassing another couple checking in during our four night stayNot to mention not only was she combative but then taking someone else in line, making us wait further and then discussing our stay with the guests about how we shouldn’t choose such an awful booking site right in front of us is so unprofessionalI will never stay at another Fairfield Inn until this is resolved

If I could give this a hotel a 10 I would They had an outstanding crew at the front desk Nothing was ever a problem

They go way above to make their guests stay great It snowed 2 inches while I was there and they even let me borrow a snow brush since I was traveling from out of town and did not have one The breakfast was great and although we did not get to use it I walked in and checked out the pool It was very clean If you are traveling to the Denver area I very highly recommend this hotel you will not be sorry From here on out every time I travel to Denver I will be staying at this hotel It is also located close to all food places I do alot of traveling and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at

The suite was more spacious than I expected It accommodated the 6 people in our group without feeling cramped It is clean, the amenities are great and the staff is SO friendly and truly care about your comfort

If you get the pleasure of staying while Drea is at the helm you are in great hands! I had left something of value in the room and didn’t realize it until I got all the way home I called and Drea personally checked and found it! I couldn’t be more grateful I would absolutely stay here again

2NOT2 _

the room is okay, the air conditioner is not great But what really chaps me is the front desk person just charged me $57 for two small waters and a tea She said $7 out loud, but I don’t think she was expecting me to get a notification of what she actually charged me

She charged my card $25, then $699, then ANOTHER $25 I went down stairs to give her a chance to make it right All she did was waste my time while I waited, and told me she gave me back one of my $25 charges and can’t do any more I have not received notification that my card has been reimbursed for the overcharge I hope the owner wants to make this right, because this is robbery!!!

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable Beautiful location too We did have an issue with customer service at the restaurants and the manager, Hunter

I reached out to the GM, Curtis, and he made it all right and gave excellent customer service! Matt and Kurt at guest services were both amazing, Laura at check in was great and has a fun energy! Wayne was also great and helped me with my issues with the restaurants If we are back in the area anytime in the future we would give it another try! We love Hilton properties and they always have great customer service which is a MUST in the hospitality industry!

The Really Honest Traveller

It was fine, nothing really stood out about it It’s for sure not a bad hotel, just nothing great about it It was clean, friendly staff, nice views of the mountains on one side of the hotel

Breckenridge Brewing Company is the hotel restaurant which is sweet Very large hotel so getting to your room can take a bit Not much within walking distance WiFi was good I think the shower pressure was good, I can’t remember If I had to I’d stay here again I would but I prefer hotels closer to stuff to walk to
