I can’t describe enough how grateful I am for the attentive and kind staff and excellent rooms I stayed here for several months and never had issues Anything I needed help on the staff promptly took care of

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

On our recent trip from Australia we stayed here for one night Unfortunately our room was very unclean Upon discovering pubic hairs in the bathroom floor and soap dispenser we were in shock

After driving 10+ hours and arriving late, we didn’t want to go elsewhere So we pulled back the sheets in both beds only to be further shocked by more hair We moved rooms but then further disappointed by no mention or apology for what we found Won’t be going Marriott ever again

I’m allergic to feathers, feather free room is listed in my profile when I checked in I asked at the front desk if the room was feather free? I was rudely told I “I saw it on your profile” I put my bags in the room and when I returned late that evening decided I better check the pillows When I did I discovered feather pillows

This seems to be a systemic problem at Marriott properties I have addressed it through their customer service, heard nothing At one hotel I had an allergic reaction causing me to take Benadryl to stop the reaction which left me tired for my only day in a national park an incident report was filled out and I was assured i would hear from a manager I didn’t and after a week I wrote a review then I finally heard from someone I also filled out an incident report and was told that I would hear from a manager before I checked out Nothing, it’s been a month Since then I always check before I use the pillows Problems happen it’s how you handle them that counts!!

Super nice front desk staff! They were courteous, friendly, and very helpful The room was nice There were a couple of small things that need to be repaired

The location: the hotel is located in a business park environment So, the view is of roads or the parking lot There are shops about a half mile away They have an indoor pool and hot tub Breakfast is pretty basic fare There is a bar in the restaurant So, nothing fancy But, the staff is superb!

In terms of hospitality and comfort, this stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Rockville-Gaithersburg hotel was by far one of the most best and memorable experiences Joyce and April both helped our two families check in quickly and easily allowing us to make the most of our short stay Not only that, they also took the time to get to know us and found out that it was our 4 year olds birthday and made it extra special by giving him a really memorable present

It’s these little things that make us keep coming back to Hilton and if you’re ever looking for a comfortable, friendly stay, look no further!

The hotel is clean and well maintained but a little tired and could use some upgrading It’s located in a convenient and nice neighborhood The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel still is not cleaning daily which is fine but I called 4 times and visited the front desk in person asking to get the in-room coffee replenished including waiting up late last night for someone that would be “right up” I’m typing this in need of coffee desperately I’m a Hilton Diamond member and besides a 25 cent bottle of water at checkin there has been no acknowledgment It’s just about impossible to get responses If you just need a room and don’t care about indifferent “service” then it’s fine to stay here Don’t forget to bring your own Kuerig coffee pods if you are staying more than one night Tried to check out on the app but that wasn’t working so went to the front desk and the girl at front desk was busy on a FaceTime call with her friend and couldn’t be bothered to talk and said put the key in the jar Indifferent “service” by the hotel staff from beginning to the end

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable The breakfast spread was nice

eggs, potatoes sausage and pastries Sad to have to use valet parking but there really is no other option available It would have been nice if it were included in the cost of the room with an option to tip the attendant All in all it was a great stay

Very nice and clean Full kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, garbage disposal, and large shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in bathroom All the amenities of a home away from home for a short term

No free parking for residence Steep at $27 over night Staying a few days so a bit pricey to me There was a stale odor on entering room Staff very accommodating and friendly

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was GREAT We also appreciated the free parking Every one of the front desk staff was very very nice

I was pleasantly surprised at our room Much bigger than what I was anticipating! The beds were super comfy and I loved the channels on the TV My room also had a full-sized fridge, a 2 burner stove, and a dishwasher! There was an AC unit that kept the room cold, but I turned it off and used the ceiling fan instead, which was perfect! The shower door wasn’t sliding properly, but the shower was nice anyways We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast which satisfied our breakfast hunger We also took advantage of the pool! It wasn’t crowded at all and enjoyed the jacuzzi The only problem we encountered about 3 times was that our key would stop working suddenly Being on the 6th floor, it was a little annoying to keep having to take the elevator down to get a new key Other than that, my stay was comfortable and amazing and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Worst stay I’ve ever had at a Homewood Suites Room 362 Arrived around 630pm

1 Arrived with dinner Digital key failed to work even though the app said it was ready The room door was broken and ajar when we arrived So we walked into the room without the need for a key I have never seen this at any hotel I have no idea how can a room be cleaned and inspected and someone misses that the door won’t close This is a huge security issue and calls into question whether rooms are being inspected2 Reported to the front desk and a maintenance man came to the room and after multiple trips resolved the issue by replacing the door plate that holds the door shut3 We could not see any trash cans in the suite After looking in the kitchen cabinet under the sink we found two We placed one in the bathroom and kept the other in the kitchen4 There were no bag inserts for the ice bucket After contacting the front desk we were told housekeeping would bring them by, but they never showed up4b Didn’t matter much because there was no ice machine on our floor See attached When we reported this to the front desk they acted as if this was new information and proceeded to give me directions to the ice machine5 The kitchen faucet was so loose that the entire thing lifted from the granite surface when turning it on6 The bedroom ac unit rattled very loud as if the unit was coming out of the wall We had to switch on the fan instead which was not optimal7 The hot water at the bathroom sink took a while to warm up The sink is likely clogged as it took several minutes for the water to drain8 The closet doors were open, broken, and could not be closedAs a long-time Hilton customer, I was willing to work this out because things happen, so the following morning around 5am, I requested a full or partial refund with the front desk and was told, only a Manger could honor such a request and they won’t be in until 9amI asked to be called, and was not, so around 910am I returned to the front desk and explained the room’s issues to a yet another person, she disappeared to a back office for a few minutes then returned and told me the manager doesn’t come in on Saturdays So the run-around was in playAt this point, I had interacted with 3 different employees and gotten very little serviceBy far, my biggest issue is that management refused to engage and resolve the issue This is the second time that I have stayed at a Hilton property where management leveraged its staff to avoid doing what a manager should do since the employees were not empowered toAnd so, I am left to tell others about the experienceI would not stay at this location again I would not recommend this location

My wheelchair bound son and I booked a room through our insurance for a ten day visit because our apt flooded In the fifteen minutes it took from the trip being booked and us arriving…They gave away our room for the night but tried to offer us a room the following day They said they could “try” to clean another room but that room didn’t have running water

I learned that our room was given away because as I was waiting in the lobby to check in, the hotel rep was on the phone with our insurance telling her that she gave away the room for the night despite it being available at the time of booking because someone else walked in needing a room before usBasically if you are homeless and need an insurance paid stay, these people won’t care and will give away your fully paid roomETA: the company responded but no mention of a bathroom was in my original complaint because we never stayed here… good ole auto response I guess

Early check-in option with 11a check out Sofa and desk located in rooms There were cracks in the ceiling in bathroom but nothing more problematic in room There are Dove products for body and hair which was extremely delightful! Housekeeping has a presence and politely knocked on the door as a reminder that check out was in 10 minutes The breakfast was a bit interesting, surprised no potatoes There is a pancake makersorry no waffles! Cinnamon rolls were dry Eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits were hot food items There is also a pool area! Plenty of uncovered parking out front This hotel is very clean all over I highly recommend if you are in the area for business or personal travel

I would love to give this hotel an excellent review because it appeared as if the customer service was superb and the rooms were clean and smelled good I had to put a $50 deposit when I was using my debit card This was fine even though I spoke to them on the phone and they didn’t tell me anything about a deposit when using a credit card or when using cash

I was supposed to use cash to pay for the room but there was $150 deposit when using cash This is not noted on a sign anywhere and was not told to me when I made the reservation and specifically ask what is the total cost to reserve the room I paid for two days but I actually checked out early on the second day before The cleaning staff even got to my room I did not expect to get a refund for that day But I had a feeling that because the room was paid for for the entire day and the cleaning staff hadn’t even made it to my room that they were going to either use my room for their own personal use or try to sell the room to someone else I had no issue with that but my suspicions was something funny was going to happen This was May 1 that I checked out and now it is May 12 and I still have not received my $50 deposit They are holding my money hostage I have called them and they claim that they have sent it back and I have also called my bank and they say that Holiday Inn express is holding my $50 deposit still I would never use my card at this hotel again let alone even do business with them I left the room spotless and I know I did not make any damages so there was no need for them to hold my $50 deposit A matter of fact they assured me that everything was fine and they had released my $50 deposit I am highly upset because I needed that money because it wasn’t in my budget to give that to them in the first place There is some shady stuff going on there and I do feel like it was racially motivated

Stayed here 3 nights for business It is decent hotel overall besides the really hard and uncomfortable bed, but the horrible service ruined it for me I called multiple weeks ahead and asked for late checkout for my final day since I had work to do, which they agreed and told me the latest was 3pm

Great So I planned to work and leave by 3pm The night before checkout, I even called the front desk to confirm I had late checkout They told me yes, they see it on my reservation, no problem However at 11:15 the morning of checkout, I get a call in my room by Evelyn at the front desk saying I need to check out I told her I had arranged late checkout and she told me, no you did not, we don’t do that, you need to leave because we have a large party coming and we need to clean your room I told her, it was arranged ahead of time for my reservation and I even confirmed last night She replied, oh that person is new they don’t know what they’re doing Wow I told her, well I’m in the middle of work I can’t stop and I need until 3pm as I had planned to After going back and forth she agreed to 2pm, even though I needed 3pm as planned I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none Only when I asked her name did she say okay, you can stay until 3 This after arguing with me and being extremely rude and unprofessional In all my years of staying at hotels, I’ve never ever experienced being treated like that This same person, Evelyn, was even rude at check in She wasn’t even at the front desk when I arrived and the door was locked so I couldn’t even get in the hotel I waited for a while before she finally let me in Once I did and got my room key, I asked for a cart to haul up all my stuff since I had a lot and was told they’re all occupied No concern whatsoever as I struggled to get all my stuff up People like Evelyn should not work in hospitality Oh and the kicker is when I checked out before 3pm, this large party they were kicking me out for was not even there So all that arguing and rude service… for nothing I was planning to come stay at this hotel regularly and now I’ll take my business elsewhere

I was a little nervous about staying at this property at first simply because the last few Hilton properties that we’ve stayed at, our experience has been horrible My husband and I was pleasantly pleased with our stay this time Location is very convenient to everything you can think of, check in was pretty quick, our room was huge and for the most part clean

When we first walked in our room part of the ceiling had fell on the floor I called down to the front desk and after a little confusion someone finally came up and cleaned the mess up The breakfast that they offer is pretty amazing compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in The hot tub was nice but the pool was on the smaller side, but in my opinion, Hilton hotel pools are pretty small across the board Just be warned the pool is shared with a contractor that teaches swim lessons Other than that our stay was pretty nice I would consider staying here again

Allen Rawls

Staff is very friendly and accommodating Complimentary breakfast is great During our stay on 3-19-2022 we were able to eat bacon, Sausage, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelettes, French toast, potatoes, muffins, toast w/ toppings, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, bagels w/ toppings and oatmeal

The pool is only 4ft deep but that was plenty for our children Everything was clean Shopping is available right off the side of the hotel And the metro has an entrance at the bottom of the hotel Highly recommend!!

This was my 1st time stay here1:I didn’t get his man name, but the guy at the front desk was very condescending not a Pleasant2: calling the front desk you can’t get anyone you have to keep calling3:it was only one working elevator so it Took forever to get on and off the elevator

4: The pool didn’t have towels for you to use5 : I wish they have vending machines with other snacks and it not just sold usThe room was very clean and the breakfast was good It could’ve been better

Place a bit weird 4th floor is probably under construction because the hallway is not air conditioned, super hot during the day and smell like rodents and have a few wall coverings taped in place by masking tape and a part of the hallway curtained off and that where the heat is coming fromThe rooms are quite nice and AC works

Clean bathroom Although the toilet is super high and you feel like a perching eagle with feet dangling (I am 5’10”) Pillows are of 2 varieties – feather and synthetic Decent mattress as wellThere is even a little balcony with a nice view onto the inner patioThe pool is closed due to some regulation from 2020 Gym is open 24 hrs with free weights, 2 treadmills and an elliptical Towels, disinfectant wipes and chilled water machine make it a nice experience working outBar is closed

California Dreaming

After being on the road for 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 35 minutes before the 3pm check in time I went inside to ask if I could possibly check in early (you have to be buzzed in) and as soon as the door opens the lady at the front desk yells across the lobby “if you’re here to check in check in time isn’t until 3pm” I understand rules are made to be followed, I get it, but I would have appreciated a little professionalism on her part to at least pretend to want to accommodate me even if the result (me having to wait 35 minutes to check in) was the same

So I go outside and wait until 3pm to come back to a very rude check in process (by the same lady) I was already turned off by my experience with the front desk only to open the door to a room that was subpar especially for the price I paid (there was a concert going on at the FedEx Field so I’m hoping that’s why the prices were inflated) The bed was springy and lacked support or cushion, the pillows were flat, and my comforter was dingy and stained The shower is VERY small (tub/shower combo) and had hair in it My mirrors had what I assume to be toothpaste splattered on it I explored the area and ended up checking into another hotel nearer to the concert venue that had a very polite staff and the hotel and rooms were a lot cleaner In the immediate area (literally next door to each other) are two other hotel optionsthere is a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Hilton Garden I believe I would fork over the extra couple of dollars in hopes that the service, beds, and cleanliness are better Needless to say if there is an event in the area again I would definitely not come back and will avoid any stays at the Sonesta brand in the future

Nomad Family

Nothing about this hotel makes it worth the price Staff is unprofessional They double charged our bank card for no reason

They said the money would go back to our account same day, had to wait 5+ days Rooms are decent, no amenities here except a mediocre gym Pool is closed for no reason, you have to request microwaves, the fridge in rooms is very small and don’t work well Definitely shady at night, a guy kept trying to sell stuff to us as we enter and exit the hotel building Late at night people standing in the hallways talking loudly The front desk people have no respect and speak to you like you have never stayed in a hotel before, don’t waste your money! Do not recommend and won’t return

The staff is really, really nice!! Easy to get to by public transit— you can call their shuttle to get you from the metro, but it only runs on weekends right now bc of the pandemic It’s about a mile walk in an easy flat area if you don’t have too much luggage or it’s a nice day Beds are super comfy and the showers are great

The toiletries provided are lightly scented and smell great! The rooms are kind of dark at night which I don’t really like, but they are otherwise great Nice and clean The light switches are all electronic buttons which might take you a few minutes to work out but once you get the hang of it it’s kinda nifty The pool and gym are solid and the conference amenities are very attractive as well I haven’t been to the spa myself but a friend got her nails done there and had a great experience The bar is wonderful, though the beer selection is pretty smallThey make a great bloody mary!

Jenny Terry

I loved my stay here! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view Conveniently located just steps from the University of Maryland The staff was nice, the room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable

If you are planning a trip to DC this is a great option just outside the district but is located near the metro line I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again

Janna Chan

I have stayed at the University of Maryland Hotel several times over the past few yearsThe rates are good and the service is excellent The staff is very friendly

I wish that some of the rooms had bath tubs instead of just showers but that’s a minor issueThe two restaurants right next to the premises, a pizza place and a bagel place, are excellent and reasonably pricedObviously this location makes sense if you’re doing something at the University of Maryland However, it’s a very clean and professional outfit for anyone staying in the DC area in general

If I can give this hotel a -100 stars I would I traveled with my family with kids and an elderly woman I booked my rooms online, when I arrived to check in i was greeted by a young man who before greeting me properly, informed me that we would have an issue

Apparently they overbooked and could not honor my PAID reservation The man was rude and nasty and continued to inform me that they could not refund me and it was not his problem At no point did this rude nasty individual even apologize for the error on their hotels part I will never again stay or even look at another extended stay america Horrible customer service and treatment!

Joseph Gordon

My family, consisting of children, adults and an elderly woman, came from out of state and were treated horribly upon arrival We approached the front desk to ask for our room that we had booked over a WEEK ago, and the young man told us they had sold our rooms already After telling us this he proceeded to tell us it was not his problem and that we needed to fix it ourselves

Then he had the nerve to get upset as if HE was the one being unconvinced We asked for hotel management and they were no where to be found and the young man expressed HOTEL MANAGEMENT would say the same thing Terrible experience! Terrible service! 0/100 I do NOT recommend PS There was a smell of urine in the lobby

Excellent experience all round! We attended a party at the hotel in the evening and brunch the next morning The food was delicious, the servers very considerate and helpful, the physical space fine, it was lovelyOur hotel rooms were updated and very attractive, the bathroom particularly well done

Beds comfortable, tv fine, very clean and fresh No problems with noise or anything else Of special note- my allery free room had no carpet and for the first hotel stay ever I didn’t feel sick Hallelujah!!Front desk very accommodating and offered to give us a late checkout which was great!Parking free and easy, all staff very pleasant, the price discounted for party members, the entire experience was perfect! Thank you Marriott- a home run!

This was a horrible 6 days I am still wondering how on earth they are affiliated with the Marriott Some of the front desk staff are extremely rude and considering we are the customers, it leaves much to wonder

They attempted to charge my card over $700 for a cancelled reservation which caused my bank to suspect fraud and closed the card I had to call and open a complaint to have it resolved The room was filthy and I took pictures almost as if it wasn’t cleaned for weeks The AC didn’t work and I had to ask for maintenance The air filter clearly needed to be changed because of all the dust that came from itThe vent in the bathroom was also dusty and make note this is with daily housekeeping So there website clearly lied about how they clean the rooms I did enjoy the M Club and the restaurant though limited in menu wasn’t too bad I would NEVER recommend this hotel The CEO needs to do a surprise visit to see the conditions of the rooms and how the staff worksAt all cost avoid this hotel, you pay so much money for lackadaisical service, bad attitudes, dirty rooms etc Marriott needs to clearly take a close look at this hotel

Deceptive communication about discounted room rates Unclean, smelly roomWe visited for a family graduation and were offered a group rate, arranged by the event planner

There was no limit communicated on the number of days we could receive the discounted rate The event dates published by Marriott on the special booking link offered a 5 day date range When we checked out we were charge full price for 2 of our 4 nights The hotel has been unwilling to refund the extra room charge, falsely stating after the fact that there was a 2-day limit, although this limit was not communicated at any time during our booking process and not imposed on other guests in our family and we have provided proof of this The hotel employees have since ignored our emails, no reply It seems like there has been a change of staff and they are unable/unwilling to reply or correct this matterThe first room we were checked into was filthy- dirt and hair on every surface, brown sticky spots all over the bathroom walls and ceiling as if a previous guest exploded a can of soda and the bathroom was not cleaned The room was warm and smelled bad, like plastic and fish The windows do not open and the air conditioner was not working properly so it was not possible to air out the room We asked to be moved to another room, which was clean, but this was not a great experience overallThe property is not in a bustling downtown neighborhood, its on an expressway, so I’m not sure why they charge $20 a night for parking

the inside was redone recently and is very nice The outside is a bit of a deterrent If I was driving by I would not go in

But once in the door the lobby, room, and amenities are really nice The service at the Coffee Bar was perfect The woman that served us was Awesome and not to mention we left at 11pm and returned at 8am and she was back!!!! What dedication

I feel for the most part that Courtyard in itself just kind of rides off the Marriott name and this one is no exceptionPRO’s – The hotel main floor is very clean, has ample lounge spots and overall very inviting The inside fireplace is very nice and welcoming

The little store off from the front desk is super convenient (also ridiculously expensive) The rooms have been updated(ish) with comfortable beds, new sofas, carpet yet out of place looking furniture with an early 90s persona Room service was great and they replenish with more than enough towelsCONS – The Bistro in the morning is the worst Bistro of all the Marriotts I’ve been to in the last ten years and I’ve been to ALOT The Bistro “opens” at 6:30a through the week and my rewards include free breakfast everyday Would’ve been awesome if someone was actually there at 6:30 and ready to serve Nope 6:40? Nope! Half the time closer to 7am and the poor guy from the front desk has to come over there and do the Bistro employees job BECAUSE THEY DONT SHOW UP ON TIME, CONSISTENTLY!! The food is also way overpriced for what you get, I mean…over $4 for a small bottle of water? Is this hotel THAT broke? Front desk guy needs a raise as he was doing everyone’s job most mornings, by himself The floor hallways are very long and creepy as in new carpet yet odd looking wood doors out of the 80s The keyless cards don’t work half of the time The toilet takes five flushes just to get a piece of toilet paper to actually go down Water pressure is horrible and takes ten minutes to try and get all the soap off you in the shower Undersized room TVs and only two USB ports in the whole room and those two are on top of the alarm clock The outside of the hotel is cringe and unwelcoming The grounds need major focus and look overall unkempt Killed multiple spiders in the room throughout my stay The pillows are way to flat and unsupportive Took all five of them together just to make one good one that kept my neck straight One washer and one dryer for the entire hotel that look like the first whirlpools ever invented and did not wash nor dry good at all Stairwell carpets are stained and you aren’t sure if you’re climbing stairs in a state prison or a hospitalOverall, the lobby felt more like a Marriott while everything else felt like a nice Motel 6 If you’re passing through for the night and traveling alone than this will suffice but don’t expect much because the hotel just doesn’t offer much and the staff is just kinda “there” I will most definitely not be staying with this hotel again and will not book it for any of my employees going forward

It’s immediately adjacent to a shopping area with restaurants and a nice food market I would definitely stay there again Staff are friendly and informative, but unobtrusive

As someone who works on the front lines of Covid I frequent hotels near and far I’m usually met with a lack luster attitude or seem to be a bother when simply checking into my hotel, I’m saying all that to say I meet allot of front desk personnel and very rarely do I come across one like Lauren Bowman her attitude is infectious she always has a smile and remembers your name and has the most bubbly personality I have ever encountered she makes you feel like your at a home away from home she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant visit, I wish more hotel staff were like her, I would also like to give kudos to everyone I have encountered at this hotel they all are friendly and welcoming this location is super convenient everything is in a 2 minute walking distance if you need to stay in the Fulton area trust me this is the only choice !!

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, management and service! Not only is this hotel clean, updated and in a great location, but it’s well-run hotel, the team here doesn’t take anything lightly All concerns were addressed immediately and they were most helpful and compassionate when I experienced a personal emergency The front desk, maintenance and management were all very kind and I will never forget my experience here! Highly recommend, will be returning! Thank you~

Check in was smooth, I arrived earlier then the schedule and they were able to find me a room The room was clean overall, but had a couple of missing things here and there With a simple phone to the service desk they were able to get it

Daily housekeeping service, the housekeepers are wonderful and honestly that’s why I put the 4 stars It’s all for the housekeepers! Full kitchen is provided, location is great The gym is alright, only dumbbells and cardio (not expecting anything more) Overall great! Front desk staff were also great

The Maldonado’s

Great location and amenities Morton’s is one of my favorites, and they are located in many nice hotels like this one Make sure you visit on the evening

Our tour had breakfast arrangements, missed the eggs on the last two mornings of the trip To their credit, staff was kind, attentive and accommodating Starbucks in the house too (for those Cafe lovers like us) Safe “business” area, and parking is just around the corner Modern feel with plenty to do around the hotel

It’s a good business hotel, quiet standard, could be any brand really Pros and cons below:PROS:Large spacious room with nice expansive views onto the main street, gets good light during the day Comfy bed

There’s a desk to work at if need be Nice staff at the hotel, very accommodating and caring Very clean, good observation of covid rules etc Food served during the event was good too, tasty, good temperature- I recommend the current kitchen staff can certainly cater for breakfast tooAreas to IMPROVE:No breakfast, no pool/spa; the air in the hotel was so dry most event delegates were complaining about difficulty to sleep at night, myself included – I strongly recommend to get lots and lots of green plants, maybe install some air humidifiers for the winter months The shower head was full of limescale – need to check those details and replace Maybe add a picture(s) in the room, some softer interior details – interior now looks so sterile, plain

We visited DC for leisure, and we felt that this hotel was the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and value Driving in from out of town, it was easy to get to this hotel by car, and the Metro stop made it easy to get to all the big sights around the capital Our rooms were clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable

Yes, you have to pay for breakfast here, but there are tons of options nearby, including several in the lobby I was perfectly happy with Starbucks and Dunkin; my husband and his parents sought fancier eats in the morning The only bummer was that there’s no pool and hot tub But still I’d give the place a full five stars because we were truly satisfied with this hotel

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for more than 15 weeks I would like to say that this was thus far the best hotel stay experience we have had The hotel is clean, has great amenities, and has free continental breakfast

But, the staff at this hotel makes the stay more enjoyable Mr Tilahun, the general manager, was very courteous, helpful, professional, and attentive to his guests need He made sure we enjoyed our stay One of the engineers, Andrew, was exceptionally welcoming and always said: “If you need anything, we are here for you” which meant a lot to us The housekeepers did a fantastic job keeping our room and hotel neat All of the staff we encountered displayed warm and welcoming smiles every time The front desk staff was professional and helpful Ms Sherry especially treated us like family We miss her warm and caring personality This hotel is under great leadership We have enjoyed our stay We highly recommend TownePlace Suites!

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels in this price range in the area I stayed at some of the cheaper locations and I would really suggest paying a few dollars more to stay here The staff were amazing and friendly

The room was clean and nice It also has a kitchen in it if you want to save a little money from eating out This is so close to the Greenbelt Metro station, it’s really convenient It has free onsite parking I would definitely recommend this place!

Hotel was nice and very convenient for my business trip but the management is a joke for sure I checked in Friday and per the manager the front desk did not turn in my room to get cleaned so i was initially checked into a dirty room Was told that they were booked and she’d she what she could do and thankfully found me another room but the new room smelt like cigarettes/weed and covered with perfume

But i took the room with fear of not being able to be accomadate and had to get up early for training the next morning So I was told to call management Monday (today), so i did and asked for either comp’d stay or half off and told me no because i didn’t check out after staying one night I had my training all weekend (every where else was full due to this) so i had no options but to stay He refused to help me Their mess up because my inconvenience at a price which is very unprofessional
