I’ve been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downFriendly, attentive staff, spacious lobby and guest rooms with funky meets traditional furnishings, soaring ceilings, and comfy beds Perfect location for Smithsonian and within walking distance to the Tidal Basin/cherry blossoms We felt very safe walking around Complimentary coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings – a nice touch Several very good restaurants within a few steps from the hotel in every direction, including a lively restaurant/bar with outdoor seating in the hotel’s own courtyard We’re hoping to make this an annual trip!

I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and this is my favorite Front staff was friendly and sociable Check-in was easy

Free happy hour in the evening High vault ceilings in the rooms, which are well decorated Large full mirror in the rooms and little things like the jewelry box, umbrella, yoga mat, exotic animal print robes and natural soap make a big difference Only disappointment was the view from my window

I stayed four days at the Darcy at Logan Circle The photos on the official website matched my room exactly and I was surprised at how large the standard room with city view was I am extremely happy with my stay

The staff at the front desk are so wonderful, polite and attentive, I felt so special every time I entered Even the door attendants are superb They all had wonderful attitudes The bathroom is a tad small but it’s aesthetically pleasing The bed was very comfortable and clean, I enjoyed my sleep here very much They only issue I had was housekeeping, which is why I only gave 4 stars You must request housekeeping which is fine but they almost never came, even after calling 3 times, and when they did it was late in the evening after I had called again When guest check into a hotel this is their chance to be taken care of and this is where the Darcy fell short I found myself cleaning up, making my own bed, and gathering trash, also calling for fresh towels and soap which weren’t delivered because housekeeping didn’t come This was honestly the only issue Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would like to return in the future because I frequent DC and it is within walking distance of all the attractions I even walked to capital hill one day with no issue and it was so fun The walk score is definitely a 10, as well as the atmosphere and staff They also have complimentary drinks for half and hour on certain days which is such a nice touch The housekeeping service is the only issue The housekeepers are so nice and thorough but it’s simply getting them to come that’s the issue Other than that this hotel would get 5 stars I hope that if return that they have this sorted out!Lastly, definitely order room service, you will not regret it I’m leaving a separate review for Gerrad Street Kitchen, which blew my socks off!

First off, the staff here is wonderful Very friendly staff and they made sure that guests were well taken care of The ambiance of the hotel was lovely

Even the restaurant on site was great The food and the staff were wonderful Giving 4 stars because the bathroom in my room was smaller than I would have liked Overall I would definitely visit again

Meredith Bird

The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but the front desk was pleasant when we checked in and the decor was nice The walls are very thin, we could hear the guests next to us having a party until about 1am (we stayed up late too so we didn’t bother complaining to the front desk) There was no menu for the restaurant in my room, and no breakdown of the costs involved with ordering room service, so be sure you confirm that before you pay twice the price of the food in fees, taxes, and more fees

I do not like low floor rooms The bed and bathroom was super clean 👌 Great night sleep and the breakfast was good I would recommend this hotel and would stay again! No complaints at all

Marsha

Review only on front desk staff, and lower level of hotel I did not stay overnight Went in to conduct business

It was an awesome time that we had at the Homewood Suites as we celebrated a family gathering and the atmosphere was conducive for this event The front desk staff was attentive and even funny as they made it a greater experience The quality of the upkeep was well worth the time of enjoying this space

So if you are in the DC area and you don’t mind maneuvering all of the 95s in the vicinity then give this location of Homewood Suites a stay!

I called the front desk early, themorning after my stay, to extend myroom for one more night and the front desk confirmed When I returned to my room that evening and used my key to enter my room, all my belongings were gone Front desk said they had given my room to another guest

The manager would not respond byphone or text to the front desk person in charge at that time After competing in a sporting event any being too tired to drive home, I was lefttrying to find another hotel for the night

Mr.&Mrs. Keesee

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in When I checked in the room was not ready and it took 2 additional hours to get into the room while awaiting it to be cleaned 3 hours after my check in When we finally got into the room there were no wash clothes and was told there were none available

There was dried pee on the toilet seat The staff were rude and unprofessional The mattress cover was being used as the comforter I’m assuming because they didn’t have those either There were no options for people who do not eat pork for breakfast They ran out of syrup for the waffles 2 hours before breakfast was finished

Overall my stay was enjoyable The College Park Holiday Inn was located in a great area not to far off I-95 Ext

on Ikea Way and yes it shares a parking lot with Ikea The hotel has a Bar and Restaurant both reasonably priced Their breakfast buffet is very fulfilling and kids eat free That was a plus! Although I didn’t get a opportunity to use the pool, they did have a indoor pool in Tower One The staff were all very friendly My room was clean as well I definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting the area

Kala Twigg

Front desk staff were kind & tried to help as much as they could But this hotel is disgusting Not clean

Whole first tower smells like water damage My lungs & throat have been killing me Was contemplating staying extra days Definitely not now Moved rooms because the first definitely smelled of animals Children were complaining of that And water damage The elevators smell like urination And there is dust & dirt in every crevice Not to mention a very strange encounter at “free breakfast” which we wound up paying for I will be beyond grateful to be HOME (We originally wanted to stay at Hilton… it was having some Reno issues so they suggested we shop nearby, sad this is where we chose) Id venture to say the water/sprinkler system went off multiple times at some points in the past The carpets reek of water/mildew Convenient to the highway But … save your money people Drive elsewhere

Dan Royea

I really enjoyed my stay here Staff was very friendly and helpful Hotel was very clean no matter what area I was in, either my room, at the pool and in the elevator

I really enjoyed the color changing water wall (be sure to check it out) And this is the first hotel I’ve been to that has a doorbell for every room How cool is that? Plus the ring around the button changes red for do not disturb (also shuts off doorbell function) and green if you want your room cleaned Nice indoor pool Also has a nice restaurant/bar Outside was just as clean as the inside was It’s 30 minutes from the White House and 20 minutes away from the airport I highly recommend staying here if your in the area

Hotel was in a good location with wonderful service Main entrance doors locked at night the lot across the street only charged $30 for overnight parking instead of the $50 the hotel charges

Poor wifi however, and the shower door kept sliding open while in the shower Also, even though we noted that 4 will be staying, we were given a room for 2: toiletries, towels, no sheets for the sleeper couch, silverware and plates and cups… they do have good service though and although it took a few calls, everyone was very friendly and helpful

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for more than 15 weeks I would like to say that this was thus far the best hotel stay experience we have had The hotel is clean, has great amenities, and has free continental breakfast

But, the staff at this hotel makes the stay more enjoyable Mr Tilahun, the general manager, was very courteous, helpful, professional, and attentive to his guests need He made sure we enjoyed our stay One of the engineers, Andrew, was exceptionally welcoming and always said: “If you need anything, we are here for you” which meant a lot to us The housekeepers did a fantastic job keeping our room and hotel neat All of the staff we encountered displayed warm and welcoming smiles every time The front desk staff was professional and helpful Ms Sherry especially treated us like family We miss her warm and caring personality This hotel is under great leadership We have enjoyed our stay We highly recommend TownePlace Suites!

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels in this price range in the area I stayed at some of the cheaper locations and I would really suggest paying a few dollars more to stay here The staff were amazing and friendly

The room was clean and nice It also has a kitchen in it if you want to save a little money from eating out This is so close to the Greenbelt Metro station, it’s really convenient It has free onsite parking I would definitely recommend this place!

Taylor Namm

Hotel was nice and very convenient for my business trip but the management is a joke for sure I checked in Friday and per the manager the front desk did not turn in my room to get cleaned so i was initially checked into a dirty room Was told that they were booked and she’d she what she could do and thankfully found me another room but the new room smelt like cigarettes/weed and covered with perfume

But i took the room with fear of not being able to be accomadate and had to get up early for training the next morning So I was told to call management Monday (today), so i did and asked for either comp’d stay or half off and told me no because i didn’t check out after staying one night I had my training all weekend (every where else was full due to this) so i had no options but to stay He refused to help me Their mess up because my inconvenience at a price which is very unprofessional

Hotel was great The breakfast was dynamite Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

Good location My only issue was that some of the guests were being too comfortable I noticed several times various guests walking around the lobby and restaurant without shoes or even barefooted One lady was walking around the main lobby with only a robe What happened to “No shoes, No shirt, No service”

Sean Roche

Staying in a hotel with young children can be tough, but we found Embassy Suites to be perfect for us The rooms have tables large enough to eat on and (obviously in the hotel chain’s name) have a living space that closes off from the bedroomThe pool/hot tub area was great (but slippery – be careful!) And included continental breakfast + happy hour make for an easy day while exploring DC

Already plan on returning next year

TGKawikachu

Honestly, this hotel turned out to be everything I expected, except for one MAJOR caveat Service was fine, except room service did walk in on us with barely any warning Here is the most concerning part

I enter the hotel with no bug bites, and then I wake up with FIVE! The fact that this hotel can’t even keep bed bugs out of their sheets will discourage me from ever staying here again The rest of the room wasn’t all too clean either We found a forgotten pacifier in the bedroom area, and the bathroom floors and counters were all sticky If you want to have confidence in your room’s cleanliness, DON’T go to this hotel Spend your money elsewhere

This was the worst hotel stay of my life It’s supposedly a 3-star hotel, but don’t believe the picturesThe rooms have an old, unclean feel with creepy 19th century portraits on the walls

My room in particular seemed okay at first glance, but then I noticed the ants–there were dozens traveling to and from a piece of chicken from a previous guest It was disgusting On top of this, the coffeemaker was not working I told the front desk staff (whose names I didn’t catch), requested a room cleaning, and a new coffee machine They took no action, but I’m a fairly patient person so I issued another request for help before I eventually got spray from staff member Chris and exterminated the ants myselfAfter seeing all of this, one sympathetic staff member, Miriam, told me the conditions of my stay were “unacceptable” and that she would talk to her manager The following morning before it was time to check out, I tried to take a shower I had broken a sweat from a work out and had to catch an early train so I needed to get going, but my shower wasn’t working Katherine, the staff member, said they had no engineer on hand to fix it I asked if I could use another shower because I really needed to go Katherine then sent me to a recently vacated, unclean room to shower in The room was a mess and there was a cash tip on the sheets for hotel cleaning staff This was extremely unsanitary, and I couldn’t believe they did this during a global pandemic Their excuse was that they were fully booked I did not shower and was gross for the rest of the day until I checked into another hotelAfter all of this horrible treatment, I was brought to tears Still, they gave me no compensation for my horrible stay Nothing came of Miriam’s talk with her manager or my requests for support through my booking agent Bookingcom OVERALL THOUGHTS: I would not book here unless you want to risk paying hundreds of dollars for an unclean, old room and unfeeling hotel staff

Reanne Anthony

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting from the UK on businessI really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and spacious The hotel was very peaceful and I was able to both work and relax when needed

The bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendlyThe shuttle bus was very handy and made travelling so much easier I would absolutely stay againThank you to all the staff I met

Edgardo Zelaya

Really nice hotel Great place to come if you or your party is hard of hearing The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly

The campus too was very pretty and there’s the added college public safety at the gate at all hours There’s also a capital bike share at the entrance and on the side entrance where you can access Union Market to get food

This place is tucked away in a great location The staff were very friendly and accommodating I can’t express how much nice of a place this hotel is

BUT, we either had bad luck or they were that badWe were given our room and we drive to our area and it was poorly lit We get to our room and it’s very hot The AC unit was broken and obviously needed maintenance as the cover wasn’t on I called down and we were quickly updated to a nicer room While we were happy about the accommodation, there was really no benefit to us because we just needed a nice room and bed So getting a kitchen was a nice upgrade, however, we didn’t expect the refrigerator to make a loud screeching sound like a mouse was dying every TWO HOURS On the day of checkout, I showed the video to the people at the desk to which they were going to have someone remove the fridge They gave us a free night but it should’ve been freeFlute, maybe I’d try them again but if it’s another bad experience, I’d definitely go next door to the HiltonAnd I still have the video

Sean Wolfe

I was hopeful for this location, but the rooms are old and need maintenance When I got to my room, it was 94 degrees inside with the a/c blasting hot air Went back to the reception desk, they in turn sent maintenance with a receptionist and returned to say the problem has been fixed

I go to room, still 94 degrees in there and the air blowing out of the vents is cool It took hours to cool off like 8 of them No other rooms available either Then it’s either a sauna or an ice box as the thermostat doesn’t regulate the temp, it’s either on or off Then the broken dressers (handles, rails, stains) TV with satellite seriously, who watches satellite or cable anymore? The furniture was so old and worn in you feel every boars and nail there is The bed was worn out to with a valley in it you just can’t avoid never again at this location To be fair, the staff is good and nice, but can only do so much

Jessica Gadson

Not just great customer service but Exceptional Customer Service!!!! Wendy Williams was absolutely amazing like a breath of fresh air after our flight from Atlanta The room was very clean and tidy I was nauseated and Wendy went out of her way to leave me some ginger ale on my door

I wasn’t aware of the extra fee on my card but a simple visit to the front desk cleared that up Great customer service will clear up any negative reviews as we all know people write more negative reviews than positive I don’t go out of my way to write reviews however Wendy’s service speaks volumes! Thank you for exceptional customer service!

Had a wonderful stay here for 6 days The room was big and cleanThe staff were friendly throughout the stay

The doormen were very nice always quickly chatting with us and opening the doors for us There was coffee and tea available for free every morning which was a big plus The main advantage to this hotel is how central to the city it is It is only a few minutes walk to the white house and also several great restaurants It is on the same block as a red line train station which made it super easy to get around the city Would highly recommend staying here it you are in Washington DC and want to easily take public transportation to all the landmarks of the city

Christine

It’s the last night of my week long stay at the Mayflower Hotel & it is by far the most immaculate, comfortable yet not sterile space loaded with amenities & hospitality driven employees Beautiful, rich feeling, spacious rooms… with great water pressure I upgraded on Friday night & saved $10/night to have a 3 room “suite” so make sure you are getting those weekend savings! Please take care of your bellhops, door men, bartenders, all of the good people with tips large or small proving it’s the appreciation that truly matters and in return they go out of their way to make sure you feel like your a rockstar

Good food, rather small selection at restaurant/bar, but it gets a bit pricey & so does parking

We Mo

We have stayed here before(2017) and loved it This visit (July ’22) has been a bit different I arrived prior to check in and understand they did not have a room ready for me

I arrived at 1pm, check-in is 4p I was repeatedly told they were cleaning the rooms I get that There was no place to sit in lobby as all the other people waiting for their rooms had taken the seats I waited for over three hours and they never offered to hold my bags so I could go do something while waiting When I FINALLY got my room, after 4pm, I found trash under the couch, toothpaste still in the bathroom sink and a little curly hair in sink as well, and several dark stains on the carpet I understand waiting for them to clean room, but day nab it! It should have actually been clean!!! After the not super friendly but not super snarky attitude of the last afternoon staff, I was not wanting to wait another three hours for a supposedly clean room So I stayed in room i was given Disappointed on this trip in the Mayflower

The staff is really, really nice!! Easy to get to by public transit— you can call their shuttle to get you from the metro, but it only runs on weekends right now bc of the pandemic It’s about a mile walk in an easy flat area if you don’t have too much luggage or it’s a nice day Beds are super comfy and the showers are great

The toiletries provided are lightly scented and smell great! The rooms are kind of dark at night which I don’t really like, but they are otherwise great Nice and clean The light switches are all electronic buttons which might take you a few minutes to work out but once you get the hang of it it’s kinda nifty The pool and gym are solid and the conference amenities are very attractive as well I haven’t been to the spa myself but a friend got her nails done there and had a great experience The bar is wonderful, though the beer selection is pretty smallThey make a great bloody mary!

I loved my stay here! Beautiful hotel with an amazing view Conveniently located just steps from the University of Maryland The staff was nice, the room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable

If you are planning a trip to DC this is a great option just outside the district but is located near the metro line I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again

I have stayed at the University of Maryland Hotel several times over the past few yearsThe rates are good and the service is excellent The staff is very friendly

I wish that some of the rooms had bath tubs instead of just showers but that’s a minor issueThe two restaurants right next to the premises, a pizza place and a bagel place, are excellent and reasonably pricedObviously this location makes sense if you’re doing something at the University of Maryland However, it’s a very clean and professional outfit for anyone staying in the DC area in general

Place a bit weird 4th floor is probably under construction because the hallway is not air conditioned, super hot during the day and smell like rodents and have a few wall coverings taped in place by masking tape and a part of the hallway curtained off and that where the heat is coming fromThe rooms are quite nice and AC works

Clean bathroom Although the toilet is super high and you feel like a perching eagle with feet dangling (I am 5’10”) Pillows are of 2 varieties – feather and synthetic Decent mattress as wellThere is even a little balcony with a nice view onto the inner patioThe pool is closed due to some regulation from 2020 Gym is open 24 hrs with free weights, 2 treadmills and an elliptical Towels, disinfectant wipes and chilled water machine make it a nice experience working outBar is closed

California Dreaming

After being on the road for 4 hours I arrived to the hotel 35 minutes before the 3pm check in time I went inside to ask if I could possibly check in early (you have to be buzzed in) and as soon as the door opens the lady at the front desk yells across the lobby “if you’re here to check in check in time isn’t until 3pm” I understand rules are made to be followed, I get it, but I would have appreciated a little professionalism on her part to at least pretend to want to accommodate me even if the result (me having to wait 35 minutes to check in) was the same

So I go outside and wait until 3pm to come back to a very rude check in process (by the same lady) I was already turned off by my experience with the front desk only to open the door to a room that was subpar especially for the price I paid (there was a concert going on at the FedEx Field so I’m hoping that’s why the prices were inflated) The bed was springy and lacked support or cushion, the pillows were flat, and my comforter was dingy and stained The shower is VERY small (tub/shower combo) and had hair in it My mirrors had what I assume to be toothpaste splattered on it I explored the area and ended up checking into another hotel nearer to the concert venue that had a very polite staff and the hotel and rooms were a lot cleaner In the immediate area (literally next door to each other) are two other hotel optionsthere is a Residence Inn by Marriott and a Hilton Garden I believe I would fork over the extra couple of dollars in hopes that the service, beds, and cleanliness are better Needless to say if there is an event in the area again I would definitely not come back and will avoid any stays at the Sonesta brand in the future

Nothing about this hotel makes it worth the price Staff is unprofessional They double charged our bank card for no reason

They said the money would go back to our account same day, had to wait 5+ days Rooms are decent, no amenities here except a mediocre gym Pool is closed for no reason, you have to request microwaves, the fridge in rooms is very small and don’t work well Definitely shady at night, a guy kept trying to sell stuff to us as we enter and exit the hotel building Late at night people standing in the hallways talking loudly The front desk people have no respect and speak to you like you have never stayed in a hotel before, don’t waste your money! Do not recommend and won’t return

I stayed here for a week on a school trip and it was great Our group was well accommodated, and the staff were all very helpful The rooms were really nice and clean, and there was a whole kitchenette and a balcony

It was also within walking distance of a lot of other cool destinations I had a great time at this hotel and I would definitely recommend

I reserved a hotel room for my fiance’s birthday We had a very pleasant stay The staff greeted us warmly and were very accommodating

They even upgraded our room for free! The room was very spacious, like a 1 bedroom apartment, with an attached balcony There was a decently stocked kitchen attached This is a pet friendly hotel, and a dog bed and bowls were provided at no additional charge The gentleman at the front desk even offered to walk our puppy for us There is a hospital close by, and the noises that come with that, and just DC noise in general, but they offer ear plugs, sleep masks and white noise machines The bed was comfortable Wifi was complimentary (a bit slow at times tho) Overall, I would stay here again

I can’t describe enough how grateful I am for the attentive and kind staff and excellent rooms I stayed here for several months and never had issues Anything I needed help on the staff promptly took care of

The food was good and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable I so enjoyed staying here and had such an excellent experience The front desk workers even knew my name after a while and were such a pleasure to interact with The housekeeping staff was equally pleasant and did a great job This is the perfect place to stay both short and long term 11/10 🙂

We had a 2 bedroom suite (King + 2 Queens) It was convenient to DC The service (of the front desk staff and those in breakfast/evening social) was quality

Pros: plenty of room for my 5 kids, full fridge & counter in room, some basic cooking things, shower for parents & tub shower for kids, doors to bedrooms, clean upon arrival, front desk staff was nice, mini waffles at breakfastCons: furniture & things had wear (rip in couch arm, non-functional can opener), tiny cooktop, didn’t know we had to request housekeeping to get fresh towels and empty trashService only down a star because they didn’t tell us housekeeping required a request (This is a new, common thing, but we haven’t traveled much since covid and didn’t know)

I stayed here for just one night on a business trip and had a lovely experience Beautiful room and location In the heart of the city close to many food options

Staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming I cannot comment on pricing as my room was paid for but it was an excellent stay Loved my room and felt so relaxed! Would love to come back! Special thank you to Femi, a receptionist who was very accommodating at check in and check out

Takia Brown

The hotel lobby was clean, the staff were nice, and the location was good Not super impressed for the price No amenities really

I had to request a fridge in my room so to accommodate that they put me in a handicap room I’m six feet tall and everything was super low so it wasn’t ideal The heated floors in the bathroom didn’t work The valet took a little too long so I tried not to use my car The gym and the rooms are pretty small I don’t think this is a desirable hotel but it’s nice

Hotel was great and staff was friendly John was quick to greet us for the valet We left for dinner and came back to a tidy room

We stopped into the bar (the Doyle) stayed for one drink, service was very slow but they were busy and we were content and atmosphere was nice Drink was excellent Hotel claimed to have 24hr room service We called a little before midnight for a bottle of Prosecco (listed on their room service menu) only to be told they don’t do that and to call the Doyle (their bar that was closing in 2 minutes, didn’t get through) Overall fine experience but disappointed in advertised room service When paying for amenities, I like to get what I paid for

Best hotel in GeorgetownI love the charm of this hotel right in the heart of everything The friendliest staff and impeccable service and luxurious accommodations while steps away from shopping and more dining options

The library/reception area is a cozy and elegant pace for a nightcap or to lounge The rooftop offers a fantastic view of the cityscape and is a great for private functions or if you need a peaceful place to hang out

Jay Gif

Staff were friendly and helpful Valet offered to keep Tesla charged overnight which was great! The room was THE quietest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in (no HVAC noise at all) Bed was comfortable, bathroom nice although some paint bubbling in ceiling

The rooftop spa and bar looked amazing but too cold to enjoy Deducted a star for value, was very expensive and just didn’t quite deliver what I felt it should at that price

Tania Ferguson

The Rosewood DC is remarkably disappointing More expensive than comparable rooms at the Ritz or Four Seasons, there are essentially no luxury amenities The pool is the size of two hot tubs

Sadly, Cut the restaurant had a kitchen fire and therefore there is no way to get anything to eat at the hotel I had to go grocery shopping They did not offer any discount for this inconvenience The did make the minibar complementary except for liquor…and there is essentially nothing to eat in the minibar The room is incredibly small and the bathroom hard to manage in its size The “partial canal view” is just a brick wall One must stand to look out the window if water is to be seen-and only then with great focus More accurately this is a brick wall view There is no spa, the fitness facility is smaller than a bathroom with no modern equipment in it except a single peleton bike with bad pedals The fitness facility is a really big disappointment-I’ve had to find a gym to go work out at So I’ve had to leave the premises for food, workout, spa services…It’s a travesty to the Rosewood brand They should close the hotel and renovate, modernize-or drop the prices to reflect the current facade

We stayed at The Line for three nights and I wish we could have stayed longer! Prior to our arrival the front desk staff were friendly and helpful on the phone with fantastic dinner suggestions and tips for getting around via public transit We arrived early and were expecting to leave our bags at the front desk but the employee was very accommodating and checked us in The room was lovely

Incredibly clean bathroom and bedroom, a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and very quiet We enjoyed downtime either at the rooftop mini bar at night watching planes fly in to Reagan air port or during the day on the patio out front of the hotel Truly a beautiful hotel and spectacular staff 10/10 would recommend!!

Superb location, and very cool building Rooms are good — certainly better & more unique than a chain hotel, but nothing fancyService, however, was very disappointing for this price point

Called room service for an extra set of utensils never delivered Front desk called with a non-urgent questions at ~11pm on Friday night, then accidentally called my room at ~6am the following Saturday morning ouch Finally, tried to check out the hotel’s rooftop bar and later, the “included” rental bikes only to find out that roof was not open to guests and the bikes were not availableAll told, great location and cool architecture, but for this price the service & amenities left a lot to be desired Hopefully they can improve, it’s great having a hotel option in such an excellent location!

Mollie Young

Everything about our experience was incredible The staff is warm and hospitable, the room was spacious and tasteful (with great city views), and the amenities cannot be beat! We were so excited to use the gym and couldn’t get over equipment options — there’s something for everyone! The hotel restaurant, No Goodbyes, is also a must The service is excellent and the food is fantastic

Definitely have a cocktail at the bar before or after dinner and check out the coffee shop the next morningEverything about our stay was wonderful, and we are already planning our return visit!
