This is not like your typical hotel If you want a party scene or lots of kid activities, this is not the place It’s quiet

There are only 12 rooms in the whole place It has the Relais & Chateau label, meaning it is very upscale, very adult, very quiet very elegant, and definitely not cheap The rooms are very modern with technology everywhere (oddly, there was no Alexa nor Google Home) The pool is more of a hang-out spot with chest-high water and not a place to swim, but why would you want to swim in the pool anyway? The ocean is right there I mean, every room has a private balcony looking at the ocean, and you only have to walk literally 100 yards and you’re in the water The staff will set up your umbrella and beach chair at your request (towels and cooler if you want) and it is complimentary Speaking of complimentary, nearly everything is The fridge is filled each day with sparkling wine, white wine, Coca-Cola, and water If you want any additional items, just use the pad by the bedside, the phone, or ask any staff and it is delivered Turn down service each day but it has to be before 7PM as the guy that does that leaves at 7PM Breakfast is complimentary, too, and it is really good The restaurant is named The Chason and it is danged good The Chef’s Tasting was excellent The menu is, of course, seasonal and varied with whatever the chef decides to do but I was very impressed There is a large wine menu that has something for all palates and for pairing with every dish All of the staff were friendly and even knew my name The only drawback I can see is the price may be out of range for some folks but it is a Relais & Chateau labeled hotel and, as such, you’re gonna pay that price In my mind, it was worth every penny so as to not have to hear kids screaming, or 20-30 somethings who don’t understand that drinking is not an Olympic sport Will certainly be back

This hotel exceeded my expectationsIs a boutique hotel, with and excellent restaurant, great staff and an awesome locationThe beach at Deerfield is quiet, completely different from South Beach or Fort Lauderdale, is a beach where people respect the spaces

We spent 2 hours having dinner beach front and there wasn’t a single car with loud music, or even people with loud music at the beachThe staff was always willing to help, and giving this extra effort that is not easy to find in FloridaThe building is well design and maintained The aquarium on the roof of the restaurant is pretty coolThe menu at the restaurant was not very long (the way is supposed to be in a boutique hotel), the quality and preparation of the food was great The rissotto was the best I have ever hadThe rooms have a great view, great beds, pillows and the bathroom amenities are greatThanks Ramon and your team for such a great experience, it was a pleasure to spend our anniversary at your place, you made us feel very welcome

Hotel and Rooms are nice and clean Love that they offer kitchens and free hot breakfast Great location

However, hotel is always short staffed so no early check inAccommodations even though it’s an option during online reservation

We stayed at this hotel on our trip to Boynton Beach We were booked in a 1 bedroom suite, but Mercedes (who runs the front desk), upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite The whole hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Exercise room, while not a full gym, had the essentials of free-weights and cardio equipment This will be out go-to hotel for now on when we travel to South Florida

MADILYN LAROCHE

The hotel is nice, clean and the pool area is pretty My only problem was with one of the lady’s who works at the front desk, I didn’t get her name, but she has red/strawberry blonde long hair

She was extremely rude unkind and not welcoming Not sure if they were busy, or she just had an attitude problem Regardless makes me never want to come back to this hotel!

The staff are wonderful! This was one of the best experiences I have had with staff at a hotel They are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful The room was clean and included a balcony to enjoy the fresh ocean air

If you can get an ocean view room, it’s worth it as this hotel is across the street from the beach The only negative is the distance from the numerous restaurants across the draw bridge, but a walk will do you some good

Amanda Lichvar

Made a last minute decision to stay at this hotel My family and I were so happily surprised at how beautiful this resort was The room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable

The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating The concierge were extremely helpful The pool water temperature was perfection and there was constantly great music playing Drift had delicious food, ambiance and terrific staff I would definitely return back!

This was our second stay at this hotel We love the beach, but the pool, the staff and other guests, led us to lounge all day The food and drinks by the pool are great

The pool staff so attentive, everyone wants you to have a great experience I slept so well at night, we had a junior suite, and it was very comfortable The location to the beach and Atlantic hot spots, can’t be beat The pool temp was perfection As you walk through the lobby, all staff say hello with a smile and welcoming attitude Planning our return as soon as possible, no need to try another place in Delray Beach

***BEWARE OF THE PEEPER***Nice, clean, well maintained property Wife and I just stayed here Rooms were clean

Halls were quiet And the place didn’t stink like weed (I’ve got no problems with you enjoying your dank, I just don’t want to smell it 24/7 – and that’s becoming a problem in a lot of hotels these days)The pool and pool area were great Live music during happy hour and plenty of comfortable seating It’s a great place to catch a sunsetIf you don’t want to rent a car, there are lots of restaurants and shops within a half mile walk The beach is also an easy 10-15 minute strollOne thing you will want to watch for is the house on the east side of the building My wife was getting ready to change, she looked out our second floor window and saw a person with a large lens looking back at her in their window They quickly closed up shop when they realized she saw them Picture of the house is included for your safety

Earl Hartsell

Oh wow where do I start? This is probably the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed at It looks reasonably new I think something I saw said it was built in 2019 The checkin and check out were easy as pie

The staff was very friendly even while walking through the hotel they were saying hello The Florida were very nice and the hotel is so close to restaurants and the beach it is great A 5 min walk you are at restaurants and 5 more minutes you are at the beach I highly recommend

Todd L’Herrou

This is the second year we have used the Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach for a retreat at the end of a 8-month leadership development program The location is good (with easy walking access to downtown Delray Beach) and the hotel is well-appointed and maintained More importantly, the STAFF are EXCELLENT

They go above and beyond to ensure that our retreats have gone smoothly and that every guest has a superb experience When your group is small (26 participants), sometimes it can be difficult to get the treatment that a larger group can command but you’ll never feel that way at the Courtyard Delray Beach Special shout-out to Victoria and Michael – thank you for all you do

Beautiful venue Great pools, and the rooms were very luxurious Everything was spotless and clean

no funky odors or grime or anything the staff has really outdone themselves here I went for my friends’ wedding and I had a great time Staff was friendly and courteous, and there were no issues just how a good hotel stay should be Definitely a bargain, I feel I got more than what I paid for Highly recommend! 🙂

Working in customer service, and management for many years I truly get to appreciate when I deal with wonderful employees, supervisors, managers etc from all over Evans at this particular location is outstanding Showing courtesy, flexibility, and understanding during situations is something that is truly under appreciated these days

More important than anything else… being able to provide the above qualities to customers is a guaranteed way to keep them coming back Looking forward to making my way back to Boca to stay at this location

I have had to travel to Boca Raton 5-6 times annually for the past 10 years to visit my elderly parents My home away from home has been the Marriott at Boca Center I make my airline reservations from NY based on availability of this Marriott

Yes, it is always clean and the beds are perfect The service is that of a 5 Star hotel even with the change of the manager My wife and I always feel supremely comfortable here Getting ready to book again and I want to shout out to some people in particular Kristen and Reed saved us on our last trip Florida airports stopped flying to NYC area the day we were supposed to leave The entire weekend was a mess and our flights were canceled 3 times Every time I called the hotel, Kristen and Reed calmed me down, and took special care of us We ended up staying 2 1/2 additional days Those two were incredible Also Mike from the bar who always treats us like old friends Finally there is Marta, the assistant GM who always remembers us and makes certain we are treated like the loyal customers that we are There are others but I’ve forgotten their names Sry Thank you Marriott at Boca Center for making these necessary trips to take care of my parents so wonderful

Location couldn’t have been any better – within walking distance to Atlantic Ave and the beach The property was absolutely stunning – you could see employees every morning cleaning up and taking pride in their hotel The design is impeccable – despite the close proximity to the activities in Del Ray you feel like you are in your own private jungle oasis

The villas were incredible – nicely decorated, clean, and so comfortable Will return one day!

Carli Brinkman

I literally cannot say enough about this beautiful tropical oasis in the heart of Delray It’s a true home away from home where you’ll feel like you’re staying in your own private little beach bungalow Crane’s is especially great for families as you have a full kitchen so you can cook for the family or buy groceries for the week

It’s also great because we had a separate living space and bedroom, so the kids could lounge and watch tv between pool and beach and going out to dinner while we got ready for the next activity of the day The gorgeously landscaped courtyard and tiki bar and pool area makes you feel like you’ve escaped somewhere to a tropical island when really you’re steps away from the downtown Delray strip The staff and service is beyond… the true definition of warm and genuine hospitalityCrane’s is a very special place that we plan to return to many times to make family memories over the years

Va Al

**** NOTE: Replying manager below has privately threatened me with legal action for posting this honest review on our negative experience ****My family and I checked into Villla #7 at Cranes for a Father’s Day weekend getaway A big reason that I chose Crane’s Beach House over nearby resorts was for the pool side Tiki Bar and on site restaurant

However, upon check in we were informed the Tiki bar was closed Additionally we were notified there was no longer an on site restaurantWhile we did not let that ruin our experience, what did was the severe pest infestation (Bedbugs? Mosquitos?) in Villa #7 and throughout the Crane’s premises My daughter, who is severly allergic to insect bites was bitten from head to toe My daughter, who is only 2, scratched herself instinctually and now has open scabs all over her body and is left disfigured with scars as a result of the infestation at CranesFinally, neither of the pools were usable by our children as the pool water by the office had sauna like temperatures and the pool behind our villa was extremely overcrowded Both pools are very small and can comfortably fit a maximum of 4-8 peopleEmails and calls to managment have gone unansweredI would NOT recommend Cranes to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway

My husband and it stayed here this weekend for our anniversary It is a very nice hotel The room decor is very cool and contemporary

There is an awesome pool and bar with food on the second floor deck The location is amazing as it is a very short walking distance from Atlantic Avenue We got the room with a king size bed which was perfect for just the two of us All of the staff has been very kind and helpful since we have been here The only negative I have is that it was extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone during the booking process Besides that we loved our stay here

Mark Pasik

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed; it’s people friendly and pet friendly! However, they bring pet friendly to a new level that words can’t describe This is my second year with them, and the people and the experiences are second to none Allison checked us in, making us all (including our pet) feel welcome after a very long drive

Steve was helpful around the facility including breakfast, and enjoying playing with our dog (and offering treats with our permission) This hotel was spotless clean, rooms very clean and well provisioned, and every aspect is 5-star! Great pool, and nestled in the heart of Delray Beach… walking distance to Atlantic Avenue for even our very small dog Aloft staff; thank you for continuing your to make our vacation visits to your hotel the best ever! I hope you are used as a model for other Marriott properties to follow

Krista Devlin

Clean pool, clean property, well managed!!Highly recommended!🙏❤️❤️🙏🌸🌺

Berkshire has amazing management that really takes great care of their guest The rooms do get upgraded from year to year The kitchens are big enough to cook a meal for the family and the living rooms are nice and comfortable

Having the two pools keeps them for getting over crowded There are grills on sight but they are only able to get up to 375 degrees There are tennis court and pickle ball court on sight that are well kept I would definitely recommend staying here for a family fun getaway

Wow Stayed here for a business trip and it was amazing! Honestly, it was the nicest hotel I have ever been in and the staff was so friendly At times this level of comfort was unusual to me and I felt a bit out of place

The views were amazing, the food was excellent and the drinks were delicious I would definitely go back

Run DLE TV

5 star treatment and luxury at this expansive resort From the moment you arrive, you will feel pampered at every level From valet remembering your name all week to the great conversations with the water taxi Captain, you can really get a feeling that the staff loves their jobs and want you to provide the highest level possible

I recommend staying at the Beach Club, but would only shy away from the bongolows They are off the path and a little harder to get to The main building, Tower and Beach club are all amazing in the own ways This will be a pricey stay, but you will free refreshed, relaxed and pampered by the time you leave

Steve Glanz MD

Still under renovation by Michael Dell investment group Lots of changes and improvementsA first class, five star experience, to stay at

Great for your next corporate gatheringIf you are a local and want to join as a social or golf member, then it will cost you a hefty fee to start and then a monthly maintenance feeLots of members use it for business contacts as well as pleasureThere has always been and will only be one Boca Hotel and Beach Club which occupies the most prime real estate on Lake Boca and on the Boca Beach in Boca Raton Florida!

Overall, I had an excellent stay at the Boca Raton rendition of the Wyndham The rooms were great, the pool was a blast, and the service was phenomenal The man that brought it all together was Charles Jones, who works at the front desk

His service was second to none and his familiarization with the local area was top notch which enhanced my experience in Boca Raton Charles went above and beyond to ensure that my friends and I maximized the time that we had here

Melanie Holmes

Room was clean, stay was great Albert at the front desk treated us like family We had an unexpected overnight stay due to flight cancellation and weather

Albert found us a room and accommodated all 4 of us We asked about food around that we could get (0030 pickings were slim), he informed us what was close When we unloaded and came to our room, he had left us a care package In this day and time people like Albert are few and far between Albert has restored my faith! Wyndham Boca should be grateful to have him representing them Thank you Albert!! 💕

George Arnold

It’s not a bad place It’s an old Boca accommodation Still has the stinky gooey rugs under the bathroom sink? ( in the bedroom

The hotel is nice, the rooms are well kept I was surprised with all the renovations still taking place arpund the resort that the hotel is still operating at full pricing The entrance way is under construction and isn’t such a beautiful experience to arrive to

They could redirect the main entrance to make a better experience There aren’t as many services right now because of the construction Many restaurants are closed or have moved out (there used to be far more restaurants on-site) Most of the staff are courteous and will take care of things for you As long as you don’t have an issue with your room if you do, give up and stay elsewhere because you can tall and text for 2 days without them taking care of you I’m still waiting for them to fix or replace something in my room

My family has invited me for a vacation at this hotel for many years I give it only 4 stars for this 5 star hotel because after it was privately bought out, it has gone down hill in terms of service My family was overcharged $1200, the shower was broken, the staff isn’t knowledgeable about anything other that’ll where your room is, etc

if you can look past that, the ground and properties like the beach club that you have access are absolutely gorgeous The new lazy river was a great addition and their food has always been delicious Just said that their service hasn’t been up to par

The Boca Raton is a unique golf and pool resort with “exclusivity” as one of it’s main appeals The grounds are very well kept and the older main building is full of detail and surrounded and filled with a wide range of sculptures and art The conference center is sizable like a Gaylord but compact so you don’t have to walk forever to get to or around it

The pool bar closed at 5pm which seemed way too early The lobby bar was always full and the staff seemed a bit challenged to keep up with the demand The room I stayed in this time was five star all the way except the sink didn’t drain I hope they have refurbished all of the rooms to this level because it was a perfectly appointed and super comfortable room I had stayed years ago and didn’t remember my room being that nice before They were working on refurbing the chapel space which is beautiful and suitable for a decent sized indoor wedding although you might opt for one of several outdoor spaces Bottom line I recommend it for weddings and conferences where you can bring your family too and enjoy some golf

The Buccaneer’s condos are all privately owned and available on airbnb: I asked the maintenance man as we were leaving and he was checking the chemical levels of the hot tub to confirm The one we stayed in was wonderful with a king size memory foam mattress, full kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots/pans, dining table and chairs, living room furniture

and all the little odds and ends that might need, even at your home It truly was turn-key The location was exactly what we wanted, being only 2 blocks from the beach and one from restaurants There were a few maintenance items needing attention but nothing that would turn us away from staying in this particular unit again

The Ray has been the best hotel I’ve ever state at! From the VERY friendly staff to the beautiful decor, rooms, and amenities around, I couldn’t have had a better experience! My husband and I spent our honeymoon there for 4 days and we’re more than pleased with how we were treated! The rooftop pool is breath taking! We were greeted EVERY single time we set foot through the lobby and Pita gave out great suggestions for my husband and I to do in the area! We will definitely be coming back for future stays and even plan on bringing friends to stay with as well! Thank you again for a wonderful honeymoon!

Has to be the best hotel in Delray Prior to booking, I was a little concerned with some of the negative reviews But a friend that lives in Delray highly recommended the hotel (they frequent the rooftop bar/restaurant), so we took the chance & booked w/ the Ray

Looking back glad we did! The hotel staff, especially in the lobby, were extremely friendly and accommodating Especially Daniel and Laura, they were great to interact with, always very helpful/informative and easy to deal with The rooms were big, very nicely renovated, and clean Loved the products they carry The gym and pool area were also clean and modern When I come back to Delray, I’ll definitely be staying at The Ray, hopefully I’ll have a girlfriend by then and she can join

From the moment you step out of your car and are greeted by the valet staff, like Pita, to the wonderful, super friendly and helpful concierge Diane D, to the front office manager Tom L, you can’t help but to be taken aback by how above and beyond everyone at The Ray Hotel treats you and makes sure you have an amazing stay! And that’s just walking into the lobby The decor is very hip and trendy, including an awesome geometrical lighted art piece that mesmerizes you in the lobby The rooms are amazing, have every little detail you might need and some you may not, and our room had a wrap around balcony that was breathtaking! Oh and wait till you see their spectacular roof top pool deck area! Amazing vibe and great music! This was our first time staying at The Ray, but definitely will not be our last

I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a second area with a sofa and second TV It was like a studio apt, but without a kitchen The room was clean and quiet

The included breakfast was wonderful, with so many choices it was hard to decide what to eat! It’s an easy drive to the beach, straight down Atlantic Ave with all its many stores and restaurants I got a great senior rate totaling $262 for two nights I’d give them 5 stars if the pool was heated, even a little

This hotel exceeded all expectations We stayed for 3 nights it was very clean, and the staff was very professional

The breakfast was more than satisfactory and always hot and plentiful This property is about 15 miles from the beach We made the trek by foot one day and passed all of the bars and restaurants on Atlantic Ave Other days we just drove to the beach area and found a spot We will definitely be back

If you ever want to know what a spray painted toilet seat looks like, check the photos Don’t know whose handyman special that was, but I don’t ever recommend getting that cheap with your renosStaff was rude when I arrived

If you’re a solo female traveler, good luckAll except 1 pillow was goose down in a room I requested to be “feather-free” per the company’s allergy offeringsParking is horrendous here and half the spots in the back are blocked off You will have to park at the hotel next door if you come in around 5pmThe train (which you can see from Google Maps) is ridiculously loud and literally shakes the whole building when it comes by at 3am

My review is based on their spa, we booked massages for my friends birthday Our experience personally was a 10/10, from the valet to Rahiem getting us checked in quickly, the wish pond, everyone in the spa rooms helping us out, the wonderful ladies, Julian and of course the Spa manager We got complimentary bottles of champagne, there was also free white sangria and snacks to be enjoyed

The amenities were all clean and very well kept up We had a wonderful time hanging out at the cabana and swinging on the chairs before taking a dip in the jacuzzi and showering before our services which were also very relaxing!Definitely a wonderful place to treat yourself or celebrate a special occasionThank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back!

Alison Gerken

I spent the day at the spa I felt pampered from the moment I walked in My concierge gave me a tour and a glass of champagne, she was so sweet and professional

I spent a couple of hours in the outdoor area of the spa, which was beautiful and peaceful I had a 90 minute massage which was amazing My therapist gave me options for lightning, scents and music to suit my mood, she told me every step of what she was doing to ensure my comfort, and she checked in with me just the right amount – enough that I felt cared for but not too much that it felt disruptive I then spent 30 minutes in the dry bed and omg that thing is amazing!! It’s the ultimate meditation I loved my visit here and as a local, I can’t wait to return!!
