Everything went smoothly checking in and out The staff was friendly and helpful It was clean and comfortable

I noticed the tub had a bath mat and a hand rail I appreciate this a lot Although it was just me this time, features like that make for a safe experience for elderly people like my parents who aren’t disabled but are at greater risk of falling Having features like this can make rooms with full disability accommodation more available for those that really need them

We booked this hotel for 6 nights The room was cleaned only 1 day during our stay The toilet wasn’t working and we saw a room attendant on the floor we were

I told her about the toilet, and she handed me a plunger to use I reported the room not getting clean and I was told that I have to request that the room be clean Even when I did that, it got cleaned 1 day The dehumidifier went out and the light came in that says -empty- I reported it and nothing was done Because the room was not cleaned we had no wash rags nor towels I had to use my undergarment as wash cloth It’s sad knowing how much we paid for our stay I’m never staying here again!

The good: The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful Has a pool but it’s outsideThe bad: This hotel is very very old

Website said that rooms have fridge and microwave Our room had a tiny fridge with no microwave When we asked if we could get a microwave for our room we were told only about 30% of the rooms have them We had to go down the lobby from the 4th floor to warm up food The chairs had huge white spots on them so couldn’t sit at the desk to work The ice machine was broken so had to go to the first floor to get ice This hotel desperately needs maintenance and to be updated The breakfast wasn’t good The first day sausage and these weird tasting eggs Second day bacon and cheesy eggs they ran out of bacon If this wasn’t the hotel that the rest of our family was staying at we would have left immediately The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the staff

False Advertising and Car Break-ins Thoroughly unsatisfied with our time at this hotel We got pulled over by the cops in the middle of the night after turning into the hotel because they’re running suppression to scare away car thieves

Apparently the area is so unsafe, it requires three cop cars to have their lights on all night Room on the website said it included a breakfast buffet: false advertising We were directed to an overpriced Starbucks for breakfast Honestly for rooms > $180, I expected more Even the cheap hotels have a small breakfast included in the price Rooms were dry, soap bars were left in the shower, and tissue paper ran out immediatelyStay away Would not recommend, keep driving and go somewhere else

Really nice hotel by Marriott They usually areBut just a little bit of environmental story telling in the room I staying in got to me

See the attached picture and how apparent people miss the toilet so much its able to discolor the wall paper behind the toilet Just can’t stop looking at itWas otherwise here for just a short stay passing through over night Stayed on the first floor

The only thing that may be worse than the smell of weed everywhere, is the smell of hotel scents applied everywhere, to cover up the weed smell everywhereMy room could have benefited from a slight remodel also The Bathrooms are a little obsolete

I gave them an extra star, because I’m an Ambassador Elite and the young lady at the desk that checked us in actually sang Happy Birthday to me! We checked in after midnight, so I KNOW she meant it 😂She was easily the best part of my experience God Bless her 🙏🏽

I came for a little me time I booked for a week My King Suites was nice and clean and the climate was perfect

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice Miss Connie and miss Ambyr were both very welcoming The pool was the perfect temperature and was clean The only thing I would rate low would be the snacks during the managers reception hours They could be warm finger foods The breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar were OK I do like that it is centrally located to everything I was interested in which made getting around very easy for me

Inspired By Monae

If I could rate this hotel in the negative, I absolutely would Viewing this hotel on line I was really impressed Once arriving to the hotel I was immediately turned off

The building in general was hot and the air was stale and humid When I entered my room it was the exact same I took over an hour for the room to cool and the air to begin circulating Eventually, hours later the room did get cold The restroom stunk so bad, to the point I didn’t even want to go in there to use the restroom nor shower Unfortunately, I had no choice but to do so so I sprayed my perfume which did not help I’m not for certain but it almost seems as though the smell is reeking from bad plumbing, maybe but it’s awful I also took a picture of the ceiling over the hallway sink where it’s bubbling, lumpy and could potentially be mold It looks as though all it was just painted over and that’s it I was highly disappointed with my stay and will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel I expected way more form this hotel, especially at the rate that I payed I know going forward I will not ever stay at any other Embassy Suites hotel due to the dissatisfaction and disappointment I felt This was disgusting and I really hope this feedback reaches someone who can make changes and rectify these issue

HANDICAP REVIEW: This was a great stay! Parking was tight with regards to using our ramp The room was large enough for me to maneuver my power chair The rollin shower was great

The bedroom portion of the room was really tight for my chair and walker The breakfast was great, as it is always at this location This was our third stay at this location The staff members did a great job of making us comfortable and making us feel welcome

Very convenient access to the airport Walkable eating options in other hotels You’ll need to have a car for anything else

The room was clean The closet was a nice size The lighting is poor for those who like to put on makeup Staff were polite and helpful I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast however other people liked itI stuck with coffee/,tea and a muffin most days if anything at all

amy hunter

Staff were very friendly and helpful The only reason we didn’t give five stars is because their was a motorcycleConvention at the hotel all weekend Unfortunately the hotel did not mention this until we checked in

Motorcyclists we’re playing loud music and revving their bikes in the parking lot until 3:30am throughout the weekend The front desk stated they could not ask them to quiet downGood place to stay however I would call ahead to ensure you are able to sleep

C. Handy

Delta oversold my flight and booked me a room for the night Originally, I was booked at the Marriott Due to a volleyball tournament, I was moved to Spring Hill Suites

Helen and Tiffany at the front desk were very kind and helpful!Uber friendly staff and the facilities are clean and spacious Very convenient for airport arrivals and departuresBreakfast is lite and there were many optionsIt was a very pleasurable experience!

It was JUST OKAYThis was not a good experiencePros: Conveniently located off I-20

Nice lobby Great water pressure for bathingUnfortunately the cons outweigh the pros:First, Im a no smoker and had to request a room change because of the heavy smell of marijuana filling the hallway and eventually my room The next days, I woke to the strong smell of cigar smoke in my room in this “nonsmoking”facilityThis hotel is on one of the busiest parkways in Atlanta Traffic is nonstop and at a high rate of speed There are no sidewalks so walking across the street to the convention center or mall is not safe There is a walk bridge but you have to leave the property to get to it The service elevator to the road leading to the bridge was down, however; so be prepared if you are planning to shop and carry back heavy itemsAlso, I was advised after the fact that you now have to request housekeeping services for your room to be tended “because of the pandemic”

Todd Weingeroff

The rooms were fresh and clean Service staff was very friendly and supper responsive Breakfast team knocked it out of the park

Remembering our tables coffee order ever day Front desk was supper Location is great for getting to a Braves game The Cumberland mall is a bit dated but good meal options No safe way to cross the street from the hotel parking garage to the mall so be careful The Galleria mall is ready to be used as a 1980s horror movie set 1989 called and said to stop using their style

Patrick Labbett

We had some issues, but overall the hotel service was good! The vanity mirror had a frayed cord and caused a spark, and they shut off the water and elevators without notice on 1 day of our 5 night stay for maintenance We probably wouldn’t have noticed except my wife was in the shower at the time and then couldn’t get downstairs from the 16th floor to ask about the water The lobby is nicer than the rooms, which could use a renovation, but were otherwise fine

Use the garage elevator to the mall to access the walkway across to The Battery – it’s a pleasant walk

It’s been over a week but I am still floored by the gross lack of service and disrespect at The Comfort Inn, I had to write this reviewAfter an incredibly long day (12+ hours) of travel in an old, moving truck on 6/3/22, we finally arrived at the hotel just after 4a The front door was open but the lobby doors were locked

We knocked, waited, eventually rang the main number and the front desk agent finally came out Our experience with this agent was horrendous; She……refused to open the doors to the lobby when we asked if I could use the restroom during the check-in process, despite us clearly being guests since we brought in luggage…accused of us speeding through the parking lot, even though we explained she probably just heard the engine revving loudly during normal acceleration of this older, moving truck Regardless, she threatened that we better not do it again…yelled at us for using the “wrong trashcan” (?) when we were throwing away trash that we found in the rental truck, and worst of all…… while I was in the bathroom, SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON US! When I asked her why, she said my bf was being belligerent I told her that we were tired and just trying to check in while she was making the process unnecessarily difficult I asked her to hang up the phone, as she knew clearly she was not in ANY danger whatsoever and that calling the police was ridiculous (not to mention potentially dangerous) She refused and at that point, I just asked my bf if we could go as I didn’t want to stay there anymore We got in the truck and sure enough, two police officers were there We explained to the officers what happened, and in minutes they let us go without incident, suggesting alternate places around the area where we might be able to get a room for the nightIf this is the training that the staff at the Comfort Inn undergoes to treat their guests, they’ve got something incredibly wrong This front desk clerk was rude, completely unempathetic and wasted police efforts and time on a non-emergency situation She also refused to identify herself when my bf asked for her name since she didn’t have on a name tag We took her picture so management could be clear about with whom we interacted and are ready to supply thatIt is upon my own diligence that I have written this review, however, my boyfriend is a passionate, former hospitality professional with more than 10 years in the industry I’m sure he will follow up, as these things often go unaddressed and we want to be sure the necessary parties see this reviewUse caution when booking here!

Kolbaybee !!

During a recent stay at this hotel, my family’s privacy was invaded against policy On the bathroom mirror in our Hampton room it stated that complimentary housekeeping is by request only Upon further looking into this policy, we found that the only instance in which a room would receive a full cleaning would be during an extended stay

They automatically go in to clean and disinfect on the fifth day With us knowing this (and by only having a 3 day stay), we didn’t think we had to put away personal items, money, or things of that natureMy family and I decided to leave out for a couple hours, but when we returned we quickly noticed that housekeeping had been in our room We literally left a purse with money open on the table And no, we didn’t count it We didn’t think we would have to, so there’s no way of recalling the exact amount We also brought towels from home that were taken from our suite Our dirty clothes were sifted though in search of hotel washcloths and towels Underwear had been moved in the bathroom and placed behind the trash can (which is extremely uncomfortable) We also realized later that they threw away a target bag that was placed in the closet that I mistook for a trash bag It contained my sister’s personal items, but I started to collect trash in the same bag, so rather than realizing and correcting this mistake on our own, housekeeping just tossed the whole thingI called the customer service line, they called the hotel, and I’ve been reaching out for days about this situation to no avail I will never stay at another Hampton hotel again I’m so disturbed by all of this I’m especially unsettled by the lack of concern with which my situation is being handled Hotel staff was very dismissive despite the fact that we were very clearly uncomfortable As though the only reason our discomfort would be considered valid would be if we were 100% certain that something was stolen Regardless if anything was stolen or not, policy was broken, and I think that privacy still matters…

This has become our home away from home The front desk staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating Richard was so kind upon check in

The room was clean and comfortable Breakfast is fresh, hot, and yummy When we checked out Cedric made sure to wish our daughter a happy birthday This is why I love this place and the people that work there They make us feel like family

Mikie Me

We stayed here on our way to Florida We were a bit taken back when we pulled in and seen the building This Hampton looks like one of the first ones built, and our first impression was not good

Older style with exterior entry roomsBut… we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the rooms and the property was Our room smelled fresh and clean, and the lobby area was nice and modernIf you are traveling in the area and looking for a hotel, do not pass on this property just because it looks old There are newer properties all around this one but now I see why it is still thriving

Chuck Whited

The staff was very attentive and polite:-) the manager went out of her way to make it feel like home and feel like you’re around friends and family They knew us by name and always addressed as is Mr and Mrs Whited The rooms were nice and clean as well as the hotel

I would highly recommend this place and is well worth the price I wished all hotels would treat us as well as this hotel did in future stays I just never found the customer service and friendliness in its staff as I did at the Hyatt House Thank you guys for a wonderful stay and look forward to seeing you guys again:-) keep up the Great customer service:-)

teonna salisbury

All of the staff were friendly EXCEPT one girl at the front desk when we were checking in There were 2 girls there, one was friendly and welcoming, the other was very short with us and rude The rooms weren’t horrible but felt like they needed to be cleaned better

Also, this hotel puts a $50 charge on your card for incidentals I work at a hotel and have plenty of experience with the different hotels in my area…none of them ever charge that much Usually only $10-$20 It was a decent place for us to stop for a couple hours to sleep but would never come here again

Kelley Villegas

One star only because of the staff being very nice If you come here, bring ear plugs The noise from the highway is constant all night long (you feel like you’re parked on the highway and here comes a Mack truck followed by a police sirens all night)

Also bring pillows Their pillows feel like they have rocks in them I also found that the pillow case was not clean and had mascara stains on it It does have a pool table and a nice sitting area outside, if you enjoy the sounds of the highway

Great getaway and perfectly tucked away for a peaceful escape The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable We ate at the restaurant for dinner And it was delicious

Fresh to order and I’d say reasonable priced The pool lake view is breathtaking The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious We also had the opportunity of attending an event in the event hall and it was beautiful! Buffet style food but again delicious There are many things to do however I believe for members only because they didn’t have anything available to do when we were there But I did work outside near the pool with a cup of coffee and it was so peaceful It’s a great place for a family get away or even team building for employees The property is huge, you can enjoy great scenic walks and just soak in the calming ambiance

I stayed at Foxhall Resort for a company sales meeting / retreat in the spring of 2022 Very nice grounds with a cool breeze (at least in May) With lakes and over 1,000 acres too explore, I thoroughly enjoyed myself

We did skeet shooting and had a great time Three staff was wonderful and the good of high quality It was not crowded at all when I visited

brady pitts

My wife and I just had a wedding here and had a terrible experience It looks great online but that’s it They are very misleading, make empty promises, and are only after your money

The people are terrible here especially Stephanie the wedding coordinator (who reeked of smoke the entire day and stunk up the venue everywhere she went) We had several guests ask who she was and why she smelled so bad at our wedding She’s very unprofessional They change up their “rules” every week and charge money over the simplest of things I tried to leave a comment on their Instagram but they deleted it If you want your occasion to be run smooth pick somewhere else You will be charged for water here so please look around to get better bang for your buck elsewhere Will never come back here

The hotel is nice Clean The staff was great, amenities were great as well

The problem is the Manager Kim will look for any way to charge you extra and unwilling to work with you I travel for work and have stayed at Holiday Inn’s for the past 2 years Other places have worked with me on rates and understood if I had to arrive late or leave early Not here Reading other reviews about the Manager, I’d have to believe them Our Company has decided not to use Holiday Inn any more, we have switched to Marriott, much nicer and the management really works with our company

Shazmin Gainer

The tub filled up while I was in the shower as if there is so much hair and gunk in the drain 🤮 ! The most nasty feeling ever having dirty water up to my toddlers legs! Towels had someones fine hair in them , had a cigarette smell in a nonsmoking room If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve! I’ve never been to a holiday inn Express in this condition inside the rooms , the lobby is the only nice area Check in was easy though

James Wernicke

A nice HIE with clean and comfortable rooms Good breakfast and of course those cinnamon rolls that my wife loves We were able to park our car and trailer where it was visible from the room which made us sleep better

There is a asian buffet and Cracker Barrel across the street The pool was not well decorated and very plain The biggest negative is the number of Holiday Inn Express labeled as Atlanta West I have had a similar problemwith a Hilton in Jackson MS and Jackson TN which caused me to go to the wrong hotel The wife left here phone charger when we left in the morning and we called and they had found it and we were able to pcik it up That was appreciated since iPhone chargers are pricey

We spent 4 nights at this location recently The room was very comfortable The queen beds didn’t seem like a standard queen, but a little smaller

They were still quite comfortable The location was close to everything We could be to shopping and restaurants within minutes The staff was very accommodating We had an issues where our keys were lost and the staff quickly deactivated them and issued new ones The food options on site were a bit pricey It would’ve been nice to have a complimentary breakfast considering the nightly rate I wish there had been more affordable options Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Trent Hardville

This hotel is just a solid place to stay I’m giving it five stars because I went to the Battery Park area and spent a ton of money on mediocre drinks and food throughout the week This hotel has a refrigerator by the front desk that they have stocked with the best food I’ve had

No joke I had a Cobb salad that could feed two people and it was delicious!!! They had a chocolate cheesecake that was better than any dessert that I tried in this area Normally I would not eat food out of a refrigerator hotel’s front desk The food is surprisingly great! Everyone is super nice I would definitely stay here again

Cristina M

From the moment you step into the hotel you can tell it’s well taken care of, clean and everyone is welcoming Everyone is super friendly My room was extremely clean

I was here attending a conference and we used all the meeting spaces but the best part was the catering! The food was so amazing and displayed beautifully As a foodie I took lots of food pictures!

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location was central to many activities, dining, and bars, but the thing that made the stay truly great was the staff The night manager, Alex, was absolutely incredible

I checked in and then had an issue with my bill, so I went to talk with Alex She helped me IMMENSELY I have never experienced such wonderful customer service The way in which she took care of me made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Atlanta!

Gina Britt

I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel It is clean and lovely There’s a pool that is super fun with a bar and it is overlooks the stadium

Sometimes the crowd at the battery can be a little bit younger but at the games it is really fun and in general they did a great job of including a ton of restaurants and a big grassy areaThe best part about this hotel is that it is walking distance to everything in the area It is open container so you can grab a drink and walk around freely All of the restaurants and there have a window that opens that you can get a drink from outside without having to go inThere are a few really delicious places like super Rica for Mexican food The hotel has a bar on the second floor I believe and it is super chill I like to go there before entering into the battery and grab a drink

Went to Atlanta to visit the aquarium Stayed here at the Omni at Battery What can I say besides WOW! Hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever have stayed at! From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, to check in at the lobby and the cleanliness of the entire establishment is very impressive

We are not big baseball fans but we were pleasantly surprised they had games going on and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing! There were multiple conventions going on as well, but the staff was great and on top of it Always a smile and extremely helpful We even got the pleasure of running into the General Manager of the Hotel, Omar Extremely kind and humble, I wish more upper management could be like him!

No real complaints except shelving in the shower area would be nice Other than this slight cosmetic oversight, my stay was good The room was spacious, clean and fully stocked

Housekeeping was very nice and attentive The lady at the front desk who checked us in, was also very nice, polite and attentive The breakfast was delicious and I was very pleased to see an meat alternative to pork; turkey sausage patties This was a great choice!

I and my guests had a very good time during my overnight stay It was my birthday and we were celebrating with a pajama party I made the mistake of leaving my carry case in the bathroom with all of my personals in it

And the sweet lady at the front desk went and secured it for me If I had to stay there again I would do it no matter what the cost It’s a great place atmosphere is easy and the food’s not too bad either

Night of 12/21/21Bugs bugs bugs!Very unfortunate, hotel staff were nice, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, hotel was very nice and well-kept EXCEPT: for all the BUGS on the walls and ceiling in our room Creepy Crawley feeling all night long

When I explain this to the lady at the desk in the morning told her I would’ve left except my wife and I with two dogs were exhausted from traveling over 800 miles She tried telling me they can’t do anything about the bugs because they aren’t allowed to kill them I call BS on that For the money we paid for one night stay we should not of had to put up with bugs like this The girl at the desk made no attempt to apologize or make any adjustments to the price Therefore we will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone out there I keep my dogs in better surroundings than thisI sent an email to the management and requested a reply, no one has gotten back to me which This tells me they don’t really care to resolve this issue Do not stay here until they cure this problem Very unfortunate this could be a very nice stop otherwiseVery disgusted customer

This hotel is amazing I needed a place to stay near Atlanta for a night and searched around for a while Found this place and it exceeded all expectations

The night check-in staff was very nice and the room was very clean If I had to complain about something (and this is me searching for something to complain about) is that the AC unit in our room had no working controls I like to have a constant low fan to fall asleep, but I couldn’t set that on the unit But again, not a big deal The best part overall was how nice Ms Annie (?) was in breakfast She was delightful to talk to and was super nice to everyone Overall super happy I decided to choose this hotel

Mitch, the front desk clerk, made my experience here terrible I asked if there was King beds available before booking online via third party He replied “yes”, but he left out it was a handicap room

He didn’t tell me until I went to check out the room, and came back to let him know I didn’t book a handicap room online He said that was all they had available I told him he should have told me that before I booked and let me decide if I want the room or not Then, he gave me the run around about me calling the third party and then fixing it and calling him I did all of that, and still nothing got accomplished I told him I was on the phone with the rep from the third party and I let him know they said they were calling him now… to give him the heads up He did something to the phone, so I don’t know if he took it off the hook or what, but they never got through to himI ended up having to take the room, because nothing was accomplished I was super tired and spent a lot of money for a room I didn’t ask for to only sleep in the room for a few hrsI will never stay here again! Thanks to Mitch! A clerk who had no care in the world, and wasn’t helpful one bit!

Hotel inside was fine, breakfast was good and rooms clean The outside parking area left a lot to be desired…parking spaces are way too small and compact No cameras in the back lot, my new car was side swiped during the night or early morning

No one could help and I realize the signs say not responsible for theft or damages but this hotel does nothing to help either The spaces are too small and no cameras It’s unfortunate, hotel staff could’ve care less as well

The rooms need to be cleaned everyday There were bugs in my room, and the plumbing did not work in one of the rooms I reserved They told my guest that there was nothing they could do

It was entirely unacceptable The service was excellent The staff was very kind, accommodating and friendly Mr Rodney, Ms Tina, the front desk staff, and the maintenance person They were all great!

Jacquelynn Camden

I had a king suite The hotel was very clean and pretty to look at Beds weren’t super comfortable but it was better than our previous one

Showers were awesome Great pressure and had a ledge I could sit on and not have to stand the entire time, which I appreciated High quality soaps and comfy towels Overall, a good stay and I would book again

Carolyn Hunter

Would not stay again The hotel is a mess For the price you pay for this hotel it should be in allot better condition

1) water damage all over the building, stained ceilings, wall paper pealing off with obvious water damage and weird electrical issues 2) self check in and using your cell phone as a key didn’t work 3) out bathroom lights didn’t work and by the time we could address it with the hotel staff the Maintenance people have left for the day 4) the staff is Mediocre at best somewhere very helpful but somewhere very weird and did out of the ordinary unprofessional things For example after we got settled in our room and changing getting ready to go to the battery he knocked on our door and let himself in and was confused on why we were in our room that either our room was off-limits or the one next-door but never came back and gave us an update The next morning housekeeping did the same thing about 9:30 AM but it wasn’t time for us to check out so we were a little confused about that 5) I try to book a room with a breakfast package and I saw that on the app when I booked the room but when I got there they said that wasn’t a feature It was OK for just one night but I would not recommend someone stay there There are better hotels in the area for the same price

Easily accessible from the airport, via the Sky Train, but they don’t mention that in the booking email When I couldn’t find a shuttle bus, I phoned the hotel and the receptionist wasn’t particularly helpful I don’t think it occurred to her they might get out of state visitors who would not be familiar with the airport

The room and bathroom were a good size and a pleasant style change from the usual chain hotel Not sure about the bare concrete ceiling in the bedroom, looked more like a money saving than a style The hotel itself was newer, clean, quiet, but soul less Fine for an overnight stay, but that’s it I didn’t try the restaurant which seemed more of cafe

The friendliest hotel staff I have ever met The guy at the front desk helped me when i had a migraine Everyone is always smiling, happy and friendly

I wish i remembered their names so i could give each person a shout out Love this place Giving them 5stars because the staff is amazing!!! Great for events too, their energy is contagious

This was a hotel offered to me after a cancelled flight After a long day of travel and lost baggage, I was delighted to find out that this hotel is one short sky trek away The hotel also offered dining in the restaurant until 10 pm which was great

This morning I was checking out and purchasing a water and the kind lady said that I could just have the water Thank you, Renaissance for being so welcoming and kind after a chaotic day
