My husband’s company hosted an amazing trip to this beautiful resort The room/suite was immaculate and furnished with top-notch appliances, decor, and amenities Stainless steel, clean, beautiful appliances create a comfortable and beautiful kitchen

This suite also boasts a wine bar complete with sink and wine refrigerator The bedroom and bathroom are separate and beautiful as well There is a patio facing the golf course The patio has comfortable furniture and a grill Both the living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors I’ve been to many hotels and resorts, and I’m enormously impressed with this one! The mansion is also a lovely location for events The indoor and outdoor spaces are lovely Staff is kind, attentive, and accommodating

Janet Ferrari

This place is absolutely the worst They are outright thieves My husband and I have a $600 gift certificate and we have been told that the new management has “changed the rules” about how gift certificates can be redeemed

Boils down to the fact that there is no way to spend this money at the resort without losing a large portion of it $ people have told us 4 different things and we still have not been able to use a legitimate gift certificate in a satisfactory manner at the resort Tried to use it at The Grill and were told we had to spend all of it at one time or we would forfeit the remaining balance Highway robbery Can’t use it for golf – which is over priced anyway Can’t use it for food unless you spend it all at once Can’t use it at the spa – unless you book an experience that costs $600This is certainly illegal, as they don’t publish any restrictions on using it, they just wait until you get here and then explain that there are only very limited ways to use legitimate fundsDon’t patronize this place, they are awful

Mitchell Tu

We arrived, tired, at 2pm and were told that our rooms would absolutely be ready by 4pm at the latest In the meantime, we were literally sleeping on the couches in the main roomCome 4pm, no call or notice was given

So we asked the front desk, which told us there would need to be a wait of 30 more minutes Only after one of our party complained and asked for a refund did they give us another room If you had a room this entire time why didn’t you give it to us to begin with???Incredibly terrible service, the front desk had no sympathy nor willingness to be creative or flexible The rooms weren’t anything special either – you’re better off in terms of amenities at any business chain hotel, especially for the costThe golf course was great, I will say Food was good in the experience I had of it Grounds are pretty but not spectacular

My sister and I came to Vino Bello for a girls weekend to celebrate our first Mother’s Day Our room was disgusting There was hair all over the shower from the previous guest, what we’re assuming were food and wine stains down the walls and sticky baseboards that had clearly never been wiped down

We know that many hotels and restaurants have been hit hard by Covid so we politely asked for our room to be cleaned After being assured by management that it had been resolved, we were disappointed to find that nothing had been done other than our beds being remade Another trip to the front desk had them again reassuring us that it would be taken care of Sadly, it was never resolved This type of issue makes you really question what other cleaning measures were being looked over We left grossed out and upset with our entire experienceSeparately, do not come here if you are a parent wanting to get away You no longer have the ability to use the meritage pool amenities (unless you want to pay $60 each for a day pass if it’s available) and only have the option of using the kids pool where you’ll be lucky to get a chair, even if you are willing to sit beside screaming kids in life jackets And lastly, it would be ideal to add a private pumping or breastfeeding space Our room was not ready and were asked to pump next to the bathroom stalls

Steve Maze (RamonaSteve)

The room was great but the service horrible, beginning by being tricked into getting pressured to participant in sale presentation No hand soap in the room The list goes on

For the price, there are much better places to stayAs requested in a reply to this review, I tried to call their Owner Care team The instructions provided in the reply were in correct — they just got me to another layer in the call director — and, once I figured out what to do, I get an automated message that there was a 30+ minute wait The poor service I received when I was at the property continues As I will not stay there again, I see no reason to waste anymore of my time with them

I have visited in January, 2022 when I visited Napa, CA, and loved it! The beds were soft, the room was cozy, and it was beautiful at night! Not sure if it is still there anymore, but there were beautiful “Electronic Dandelions” or something like that It was a rather nice hotel and I honestly wish I could move to Napa! Thanks guys! ❤️

Wendy B

I have stayed here twice, once with my husband in January and again with my step Daugher in MayOn my 2nd trip they had a card in my room as well as a bottle of red wine to thank me for using them againThe trip in January we were there January 2nd and most of Napa was closed and doing renovations so I highly suggest not going to Napa that first week or 2 of the new year

May the weather was still a bit chilly but everything was open so we got to enjoy the location and all the hotel has to offerThe rooms both times were clean and nice and the location is fabulous They have breakfast that they get from a little shop that is part of the same building as the hotel and will deliver pastries to your room, or give you $10 per person towards breakfast there at Sweetie PiesThey have great coffee in the room, gorgeous views from both of our stays, friendly and fast help with luggage taken to room and one day I went in and asked the man and lady behind the counter if there was anything going on locally and they gave us FREE tickets to the Blue Note for a concert that was absolutely amazingBetween the views, the friendliness of staff, and location I cant think of a better place to stay in Napa

Rosanne Lang

Perfect location! After spending your days in the vineyards, it’s a wonderful location to walk to many fabulous restaurants in the evening Room was perfect Loved the balcony and view of the Napa River and the sounds of the Napa Wine Trains

Robes and towels were luxurious Loved the option to have Sweetie Pie’s breakfast treats delivered to your room or enjoy it in the shop next door

It was nice and comfy and not too expensive, the clerk at the front was nice and explained everythingI overall enjoyed my stay, I’d compare it to the holiday inn express next door, oh and yes free parking and free wifi, nice size flat screen, clean bathroom, comfy pillows and convenient highway access, close enough to nearby stores etc and jelly belly factory

Dusty X

Duana was WONDERFUL! She booked our room for us, and every interaction we had with her and other staff members was easy and enjoyable The room was very affordable, big, clean and well laid out, and the view and the landscape around the hotel was absolutely beautiful We didn’t have any problems whatsoever, we will definitely stay there again if needed, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room while in this area

Thank you, Duana!

Edit to answer the laughable response from some Hampton social media intern:I have contacted you Several times I’ve spent a dozen hours trying to get my money back

The $400 hold fell off and $400 was refunded because staff should have realized I never checked in the first night, but they’re refusing to refund another $400 I’ve provided my call log showing I called Screenshots of messages with my husband and friend about cancelling I remember specifics of the conversation with the representative I’ve offered a doctor’s note proving I was bedridden Hampton insists on retaining $400 they stole, $400 I can’t afford because my little brother killed himself and I paid for his service My card was declined buying food for my 2-year-old because of this theft Don’t performatively pretend to care while stealing from a grieving mother It’s horrifying the face Hampton puts on to lure in more customers while blatantly robbing me I hope my $400 is going to a good cause – oh wait, it will just go to the $55 million salary of the CEO Gotta make sure this year’s bonus tops last year’s, $1,072,500 wasn’t nearly enoughOriginal review:Horrifying customer service I called and cancelled my reservation five weeks before my anticipated stay, since a necessary medical procedure was scheduled for the same time They still pulled $1200 out of my account after the cancellation The first employee I spoke with was kind and reassured me that she could see it was a mistake and they would refund The manager the next day was a different story, you would think she was Mrs Hampton herself She refused to listen to my proof of the cancellation and was unbearably rude She had the audacity to try to scold me because if they gave me the money back, Hampton would be out money because I “didn’t show up” I was understanding that mistakes happen when it seemed like we could work it out, but not after her way out of hand response I explained I am neither capable of, nor responsible for financing the ineptitude of the Hampton employee who confirmed cancellation of my reservation She pretended to transfer me and just hung up Hampton corporate was slightly better, and it looks like the employee that was supposed to cancel accidentally just cancelled one (instead of three) nights I will never give this hotel my information ever again If that was an example of the kind of service the site manager thinks is acceptable or professional, I advise everyone to stay away from this place as well

We have stayed here several times when we visit family, and previously have had no problems whatsoever We are only giving it an “Okay” rating because of two things First, upon arrival we were charged a “Room Deposit” of $75

00 without being advised that they were going to do so, and secondly upon check out we were charged a $500 “Service Fee” The room deposit was refunded because we do not smoke and we do not have pets The “service fee” has not been refunded and the receptionist said “it’s a tax” The attitude and lack of explanations were very disconcerting to say the least! It has made us resolve to stay elsewhere for our next visit

Jennifer Mattice

The continental breakfast was generous and yummy: petite cheese omelets, bacon and sausage, mixed fruit, and a lot more The staff were all courteous, even the cleaning crew This is a dog-friendly hotel (hence the jars of dog biscuits at the front desk)

Only complaints are cosmetic: some paint chipping, wonky wi-fi, a bad deskside USB port, a temperamental mini fridge, and the hotel room door was a bit heavy to open Overall, a good place for an in-town holiday

Staying at the McClelland House will forever ruin any future B&B experience because it was absolute magic! The house is stunning We were greeted by the owner Choolwe, his daughter and sister who were all a delight to chat with Our room was gorgeous (matching the rest of the houses ambiance)

The room was incredibly clean and we loved the treats in the fridge and the black out shades! We had a great time chatting with other guests at happy hour and the breakfast was made from scratch and delicious The location is perfect and we walked everywhere We have no complaints Thank you for hosting us and we hope we can visit again soon!

Absolutely stunning! The incredible design and details from the ceilings, chandeliers, floors, furniture, and decor are all well thought out and orchestrated to bring back the original feel of the home, while still feeling modern The house is grand, but also feels homey The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area and had great suggestions for wine tastings

We were a 5 minute walk to downtown Napa, and enjoyed a stroll to dinner in the evening A yummy breakfast was prepared for us in the morning We can’t wait to return We also found out we can book the entire house for a private party

Arpy Marutyan

We were so pleasantly surprised This place was so much more than what we were expecting! The hosts were gracious and kind, very friendly and professional They have an in house chef, plus happy hour, and greeted us with delicious wine, good conversation, and a tour of the property before we went to our reserved room

Her calm and caring demeanor was so beyond helpfulRooms were clean, bed was comfortableLocation is a bit out of the historic downtown core of Napa but very walkable

KW

Napa Valley hotel prices can be extremely pricey; however, this establishment gives you the best of both worlds in comparison to its competition: great pricing and location The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff is welcoming The happy hour specials are great and worth checking out

Special shout-out to JP (bartender) and Megan (front-desk manager) for providing exceptional service!

The room was absolutely beautiful There was a problem with the bathroom not being cleaned but they immediately cleaned it up the next day and gave us a discount Laundry room and small pool area available

Outlet mall right across the street Olives Garden and Texas Road House right next to the hotel In’N’Out, Safeway, Target and Walmart close We were absolutely satisfied with their costumer service You will need to talk to them for $0,25 and free detergent for your laundry 2 washing machines and 2 dryer Thank you so much for your great work!

Derek Hayden

Quiet, relaxing stay, very affordably priced UC Davis graduation weekend and hotels were astronomical everywhere–making this hotel a bargain at $90 It is an oasis tucked between 80, Grocery Outlet and Olive Garden (the original site of the historic Coffee Tree)

This place feels a bit slower paced and less modern, even nostalgic, like upscale hotels were in the 1980s, w/ grass and greenery and a patio area with globed lamps lighting the paths to the lobby We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and garden sitting areas Access to our room was from an easy flight of stairs, and the room had everything we needed (mini fridge, microwave, coffee) and was very clean As far as driving goes, the “in and out” could be better, but it is a nice little oasis The café area is a bit pricey, but very nice, modern, and clean The lady in charge made a huge impression–with excellent service, making sure we had coffee mugs instead of paper cups, and never let them run dry She told us that the property was very military friendly and she (retired 68W) was able to have her daughter work there too, a peaceful and welcome life’s change Great place Definitely will be back

Lena Castronova

I was expecting a large breakfast as I read so many times in various places I went to the lobby and was very disappointed when I gleaned you order your breakfast from the Starbucks inside and you pay for it Around 10$ to 13$

I felt lied to and was really beside myself when the motel 6 has breakfast and choices as well What’s going on theses days with all these companies not giving a damn! No one cares about much these days! Human beings have given up on everything it seems

My family and I have have been coming here since 2021 & we enjoy our stay every visit The daytime staff are always welcoming & hospitable Rooms are nice & we love that pretty much every time we come to stay we get the view we request of Discovery Kingdom

Also, with the cost of prices pretty much everywhere going up, we love that we can just walk to the park & enjoy Our kiddos also enjoyed the pool this time & loved how comfortable the water temperature was We love coming here On a small little note the night staff (weekdays) may want to work on their hospitality We will be back again & soon Thank you Courtyard by Marriott in Vallejo Oh and finally, the hotel manager (Kaitlin) is really nice, hospitality, & cares about the hotels guests Thank you Kaitlin & your wonderful staff

Booked weeks in advanced, but rooms oversold Checked into only room they had left It was not clean, bed unmade and garbage in the room

Smelled strong of marijuana They said they registered a room at a nearby hotel from reserves, but when we got to other hotel we found out Courtyard never called They made no other reservations for us We had to figure out our own lodging, and now I’m still trying to get my money back Do NOT recommend

Corduroy Truey

It was an alright stay and it was comfortable but when you fail to provide the basics such as drinking water, it fails expectations I woke up with a incredibly dry and sore throat but was greeted by the fact that the rooms do not provide cold water and I have to either pay for water upstairs (325$ per bottle) or you’re forced to go downstairs and use the bathroom sink

Not everyone is looking to spend 30$ on literally water

I regret not reading the reviews of this place in more detail before bookingWe had booked a two night stay over a month in advance, had everything ready to visit, and the week of our trip (4 days before we were set to arrive), they called to tell us the second night of our stay had been cancelled because of a “group booking”Normally when this happens they would at the very least offer to put us up in another hotel, but nothing like that was offered

They simply said, “you can stay for just one night if you want”The person on the phone was the least helpful individual ever and only said that they could give us a discount if we chose to come back (As if I want to try coming back)Do yourself a favor and never stay at this place, they simply have zero respect for their guests, and are embarrassingly unprofessional

Stayed 3 days usually I don’t mind if they don’t come make the room But we have a big family and needed new towels every day! 2nd day no towels nothing Plat card says leave them on the ground means they will be refreshed and if you want the bedding redone leave the place one the bed

( front desk says requested schedule) only to get new linen/towels I was okay without new bedding so we put the towels on the floor And received nothing So went ahead and scheduled a room maintenance received nothing Let alone the fridge did not work at all But they did promptly fix that or replace it while we were gone also why I expected new towels and trash to be taken out since they were in the room already! Also blinds were broken or didn’t work Other then that comfy room and friendly staff Nice AC in the room No hot tub and kinda a small pool Breakfast are really good

Amir Yahu’Dah

Hyatt place Vacaville is a gorgeous location With plum trees, Palm trees and roses decorated in front of it, it smells very floral The parking lot and lobby were very clean

The rooms are large with 2 beds and a large futon There is a gym, pool and dining area The breakfast was very good (I only wish there were Halal/Kosher options the meat is always pork) The breakfast is until 9:00 on weekdays and until 10:00 on weekends We did run into a few issues with management and customer service that was a headache, but it was eventually sorted out We did not have a microwave in our room, but upon requesting one, it was brought to us The towels were burnt I would go again

Joel “Jay2dafullest”

The hotel looks and feels new I noticed they have a bar / restaurant next to the lobby I did not try either

The gym has 5-50 lbs dumbbells, 1 bench, 2 treadmill, 1 elliptical, and it’s on the small side The rooms were mostly clean with the exception of soap scum build up on the base of the shower doors Overall it’s a comfortable stay away from a busy area

Came here for a vacation for me and my wife, this place has been above my expectations Rooms are great, clean and comfortable The employees I have felt with are absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful

When you are here you need to defiantly talk to Aaron C, and Daniel G Those two helped me find places for dinner for me and my wife and all the places that they have suggested were some of the best food I have eaten The two of them took time to help me with that as well as get ideas on where to take her for shopping and things to do They were both really nice had a smile and no issue helping me and giving me ideas so that I could make this the vacation my wife neededThey went above and beyond in helping us out all with a smile and being professional because of them I will most certainly be back here for another stay soon If you are here at the resort please go down and talk with them if I could rate them as well it would be 5 stars for them as well

Check-in was rough We arrived an hour before, not a problem as there is plenty to do on property We were told our room would be ready at 4 and that we would receive a text

5:00 came and went, still no word We were forgotten and had to return to the front desk to remind them The room was nice We enjoyed the balcony Room service was out of main items all three times we called to order for different meals The grocer on property is not what we expected Sandwiches and snacks, all overpriced The brewery closed early on Sunday and was not open during the week The tasting rooms also closed at 7:00P The breakfast cafe across the street was great as was the staff Not one time when we went to retrieve our car were there valet available The grass area was nice for socializing, but everything shut down so early, very disappointing Our first trip to Napa We will choose a different venue for our next stay

My family and I had a great time at this resort There were lots of food and drink options at the resort but the best part was by far the service Aaron and Imani from the front desk and Diane at the pool helped us out immensely at check-in and throughout our stay

These three definitely made our stay 10 times better I would stay here again whether it’s with my family or a couples’ trips I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service we received

Good location Close to restaurants and not far to Downtown NapaStaff are exceptional! We had some problems and everyone was so helpful, kind, and accommodating

Very clean Rated it a 4 because our TV didn’t work, bathroom needs some faucet handle repair, and there was no microwave Only studios have them, not regular rooms That was inconvenient and disappointing Otherwise we were very blessed

We were going to stay only one night, but this place is so nice we extended our stay to three nights It’s very close to Napa Valley and SF so it’s a great place to stay and day trip to the local attractions The price for the room was inexpensive for what you get

Cheaper still if you are a rewards member, which is free and easy to sign up for when you make your reservation We loved our two queen suite with a well stocked kitchen and comfy living room Lovely beds and pillows There were two TVs in our room One in the bedroom and one in the living room We were able to use our FireTV Stick so we binge watched Better Call Saul 😆The hotel offers a happy hour each day with free food and drinks We enjoyed the chili dogs and beer The breakfast buffet offers lots of choices The make our own waffles are always a hit The hotel is beautiful, clean and feels like home and is located in a lovely area with a natural pond behind it We would love to stay here again

So the only reason I couldn’t give this place 5 stars was because of the room It’s a beautiful place, staff was really nice and acknowledged us everytime we walked by We loved the free breakfast every morning! That was really helpful with the kids being able to pick what they wanted

And the indoor pool was perfect after a long day of exploring! But the rooms were kind of outdated The worst part about the room was the carpets They were sticky You had to keep your shoes on the whole time and could hear your shoes peeling off the carpet with every step That’s really my only complaint other than the first night the people above us sounded like they did gymnastics all night long! We never complained cause it was good enough for the short time we spent in the room I’d still recommend this place to everyone and most likely will be back, just hope they shampoo those carpets before then!

Place is fine and what you’d expect from a Hilton of this range Panera Bread next door was handy but there’s no really good food places nearby Service is fantastic (people so friendly) and the breakfast was phenomenal, with a range of offerings from made-to-order eggs to cereals and fruits

**Please stop offering plastic water bottles to guests in the room** The local water is drinkable and tastes fine, so why pollute the planet with a substance we know is bad and leaches chemicals into the water itself? Please: save yourself the extra money and stop

Neal Archbold

No free breakfast EVER – We have been using Hilton Hotels for many years was surprised when the receptionist said we had a complimentary breakfast when the sign clearly said it was not (and we have never gotten one ) but he assured us we did so I woke up next day and had a good breakfast then I get the bill , no problem I go to the front desk and ask do I not get a complimentary breakfast NOPE but the gentleman who checked us in said so well he is new and we will talk to him but NO But the room was quiet so slept great then after my wife checked out …BUT GET THIS THEY TOOK OFF THE CHARGE 👍🏽

Alicia Dorton

Went for Mother’s Day BuffetFood wasn’t what we expected at all

The only meats were ham and roast beef The shrimp seemed previously frozen, the broccoli in the broccoli salad wasn’t sliced/chopped but whole florets Now the goodstaff and service was on point We were a party of 20 Glo our waitress was attentive, friendly and honest She apologized that our omelets were taking so long before we were restless The company and service made the day so it was worth the $40pp

Staff here was amazing When above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated for the work event that we were holding there Also upgraded my room for free since we had the event there as well

James on the sales team was amazing as well as the front desk help Comfortable room, lots of food within walking distance as wellI love the Suisun Valley for it’s small, quaint wineries Spit my day off walking the back roads from winery to winery in amazing countryside

Jenessa Wadlington

The staff was very friendly The room are dated and could use some remodeling The microwave and refrigerator was hard to access because it was so low to the floor

If I was an elderly person, that would have been very difficult to manage The breakfast was over priced and they charged for coffee Most hotels have complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby, so that was disappointing The location is great There are a lot of restaurants and a nice grocery store within walking distance Would this be my first choice of accommodations if I visited this area for pleasure and not on business? No Its not the worst, but I’ve traveled consistently and frequently for over 24 years and so I may be a little biased and to critical in my review

Fabio Dinis

The staff there was friendly and had the room ready and I rested as much as I can It was quite lot to do after an hour of breakfast I was at the hotel room and I stained on my shirt I was wearing dark clothing and was too much bleech on the sheets and blankets

I didn’t complain, it help me a little bit more of me staying there other wise it was a good experience The staff did what they supposed to do and hope for the best for all the people there

We had a great time at this little hotel It was small yet felt close enough to all the wineries Scenic views as you drive through town! Breakfast buffet was good

Could have had better selections but overall it was impressive ! Coffee could be stronger , but like I said great breakfast ! And it’s free Wish we had complimentary water like any other Marriott Overall it was clean! It was a big room and the grounds were beautiful !!! Free parking was also a nice touch !

This hotel is beautiful It was built in 2008 and it is well furnished and the size of the rooms are spacious and well equipped However, i cannot help but to comment on the freeway noise that is very bothersome especially late at night

I would like to say that after speaking with the front desk, they did their best to look for another room, unfortunately the only room available was also located facing the freeway and the noise was significant The price per night is not cheap and I would hope that the rooms facing the freeway would get a different priceOverall, a pleasant experience

Jennifer O’Reilly CA-Woodland

What a gorgeous hotel!!! The grounds were amazing with so many amenities The pool and fire pit were better than I have seen at any other hotel The staff, especially the General Manager, Brandon, were so nice and accommodating

We had a large group so we had 2 rooms Everything was clean and well kept The rooms were very spacious I have never seen the trundle bed couch before We probably all could have shared one room because of it I hope to stay here again really soon Thank you for the great stay!!

Nicely located in walking distance from the Culinary Institute, various breweries, and restaurants downtown Napa You can also board the Wine Train here (although we didn’t as we were told it’s overpriced and limits access to some of the more exotic wineries) The hotel has a nice bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and outdoor pool

The workout room is fine even for a longer stay We found the staff helpful, friendly, and professional The rooms are modern and well cleaned every day

Brent Warner

The Westin Verasa Napa is located nearby to the Oxbow Market and downtown Napa, making the location attractive for many and a much much better option than the Marriott (see my other review on reasons to avoid)The Westin offers spacious rooms, nice pool area, gym and a decent restaurant (haven’t eaten there yet — options locally are incredible)The Westin is very pricey but it’s location makes up for the difference

We’ve stayed here a number of times and it continues to deliver consistently

Kayla handled my reservation and was amazing her customer service is top notch and what I come to expect as a Lifetime Platinum/Titanium Guest of Marriott Bonvoy She was quick and helpful and extremely professional yet kind, as a loyal member I appreciate that type of service it goes a very long wayThis property is one of my favorite in Napa as far as Marriotts are concerned, the beds are extremely comfortable, the room are always clean and big and the hotel is quiet

Out side the pool and hot tub are always clean and there is often available space to hang out by the pool I always receive amazing service while down at the pool Overall the property is beautiful, I love where it is nestled but the customer service by Kayla is the reason I wrote this review Thank you, Kayla, for quickly accommodating my request!
