This place is a gem! The decoration is gorgeous, it feels renovated, refreshing and current Every person of the staff is generous and kind, they clearly enjoy their job The gym is stellar, and the pool and the jacuzzi excellent! Breakfast is delicious and with a variety of options

I 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely coming back

This is fun hotel with a wonderful staff It has a youth hostel vibe but it’s great for families The beds are very comfortable and the decor is wonderfully playful

The one problem with the room is that space efficiency comes at the cost of privacy There’s a sliding door between the toilet and the shower so you can only close one at the time! The lobby has excellent snacks and a coffee bar

Live in Jupiter and had to spend one night in Sarasota for a friends late birthday party The hotel looks brand new, the next day we were shocked to learn it’s almost 3 years old Service was excellent, a whole non-smoking floor, room was clean and the sheets were soft as anything you have at home! A/C was cold, bathroom was super clean

The next day we had the pleasure speaking with Jodi at the desk? Former head of housekeeping now assistant general manager she is one of the biggest reasons the place maintains such high quality She truly cares Keep it up JODI

Excellent hotel and service! Highly recommend! Location was excellent off 75 but you would never know it because it was quiet and peaceful! The pool area, rooms and staff were amazing! Free hot or cold breakfasts were perfect! We always stay at Hiltons and this one was all that we expected and more! Thanks to the courteous, friendly and helpful staff! Usually stay closer to the beaches but this was a fast drive to beaches, right down Bee Ridge… It almost goes to the entrance of one side of Siesta Key Most of our day trips were to places off of Interstate 75 so the location was perfect!

Екатерина Мергес

It is a nice and clean hotel They have a heated pool, which is a plus if you have kids The gym isn’t that good

If you are a fitness person you would understand It looks very depressing and demotivating and it is small!!! Very small! The breakfast options aren’t great Everyone says is because of COVID but it is just an excuse The stuff was nice and responsive The location is convenient

Very nice hotel! The first thing they offer you is a welcome drink, That’s a good start if you ask me! The rooftop pool and bar is to die for! The food and the service is great! Everything was clean including the pool bathrooms which were equipped with a baby changing station They have really cool things in the room that you have the option to buy (at a pretty steep price) and my kids had a fun time with them

This boutique Marriott property features a great location and beautifully designed rooms More importantly, the staff were all very helpful and focused on customer service We had a problem with our room on the first night of our stay

Management not only resolved our problem by moving us to another room, but then exceeded our expectations by delivering to our room a charcuterie board and champagne as well! I wish the weather was a bit nicer during our stay so that we could have taken advantage of the beautiful roof top pool and barnext visit!

Susan Mell

I stayed at this hotel beginning of March for one night and returned in April for two nights Love the location and staff Great experience

Love the Art Work The only thing I would suggest to change is when the Hotel schedules an Event on the Roof Top and it is rained out, they hold the event in the lobby of the hotel I do not feel this is fair to the hotel guests since we were not able to enjoy the music and bar due to this large event taking place in the lobby With all the people in the lobby it was very loud However, we will be back and hope there is no event on the roof top Great staff Everyone is friendly and very helpful

This was an amazing weekend stay-cation The location was great and the hotel cleanliness was superb Now on to the room and amenities

The size of the room was fantastic with a great view of the marina and city The pool area was very relaxing with sort of a infinity type feeling The pool being heated wasn’t bad at all either I’m a jacuzzi kind of guy but I mean it’s Florida so good luck thereThe staff was very accommodating especially at the restaurant I must say this is by far one of my favorite Hilton hotels and trust me I’ve stayed at a lot

Excellent customer service throughoutBeautiful views from the bar/restaurant and pool area Lovely beds, super comfortable

Shout out to the young lady, Alejandra, who works in the restaurant areaSo very personable and attentive Should be at the Front Desk, rather than waiting tablesJust my opinion She really was a super representative of Hilton standardsGreat stay, and excellent food !!

Our room was clean, very modern and overall very nice The pool was amazing and refreshing, the tiki bar was a blast with the most absolute best bar tender Denise, once she takes your first drink order she remembers your name and makes sure you are always taken care of, making everyone feel as if they come first Top notch service here from the office all the way through!!! This is by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and I will definitely be going back as well as highly recommending!!!! This hotel worth every dollar spent

This place was absolutely AMAZING Older? sure

undergoing renovations? Absolutely The room was spacious, updated, pristine and wonderful Check in was effortless Tiki bar was VERY nice, bar tender was friendly and prices were more than reasonableONLY ISSUE – this is a VERY INEXPENSIVE place where you are getting MORE than double your money as an experience HOWEVER – this ALSO means that the “Riff Raff” chooses tom stay there Persons can be friendly, or rude We found 80% friendly, the other 20% wanted to ENSURE that everyone know they were there, they were visible, and that they didn’t care what ANYONE else thoughtManagement did the best they could, but in the end – not a whole lot they could doWould we stay again? 100% yes! Will be our “go to” next time

Location was good, the hotel was clean The entire operation seemed understaffed, causing delays The employees are not friendly

no welcome greeting, no please or thank you Rather curt and cold No information regarding hotel provided at arrival The room was acceptable, not comfy or classy just OK The room door did not shut automatically and the shower flour is very slippery (both serious safety problems) Towels were inexpensive So – the takeaway that there were no big deal issues just too much for the rates that were charged – and the staff needs to understand they’re in the “Hospitality” industry

Hayden Shieh

Pretty typical Courtyard My two bed room was fairly large with enough space for two traveling golfers to put everything in Bathroom is nice and new but could be larger in my opinion

Beds are comfortable and clean but AC unit is a bit loud No complaints but taking off a star because it is ridiculously over priced for what you’re getting (but so is everything around) Great location to nearby restaurants within walking distance

Kelly Jean

Food at the bistro was terrible Spent $50 on breakfast and ended up throwing most away (home fries were exceptionally bad) Continental breakfast not offered at this location

Room had large kitchenette that took up an excessive amount of space, but not a single kitchen related implement (eg, napkins, utensils, plates) Furniture a bit basic, but I guess this was being updated during our stay (one of the furniture movers lost control of his cart which rammed into the back of my car) It wasn’t a terrible hotel, but for the price I expected something more up to the Marriott standards I feel I could’ve gotten something similar or better at a Comfort Inn or Days Inn, but paid half the price Shower and bed were great Didn’t carry the typical Paul Mitchell shower products

This hotel is awesome! In the middle of our stay so far and we feel its tops! Breakfast is amazing 👏 after seeing reviews saying it was not good, really like you didn’t like the fresh strawberries for your freshly made waffles The fresh biscuits & gravy and homemade quiche! Muffins, cereals and the toppings bar for the oatmeal & cereal 😋 👌 great coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day All the employees have been incredible 👏 Will definitely stay here again

And the room by the way was spotless and roomy! Great job Homewood!

Nicholas Marcantonio (Nick)

Very nice and family friendly hotel My only complaint was that the shutters in the room don’t block enough light Outstanding breakfast and great evening socials on Wednesdays (should bring this back on all weekdays!)

I stayed for over two weeks and had a great timeBe aware this hotel is used by the nearby park for summer camps Lots of rowing kids LOTS And they show up in a giant flock and tend to eat everything in sight all while staring at their cell phones or each other’s cell phones and giggling Hard to get breakfast when they eat it all

Margaret Smith

Prosgood location, close to shopping and restaurant, plenty of parking service was good room had a nice decor, plenty of space

ConsBreakfast was a bust There was a large group of young adults that “took over” breakfast By the time I got there the food was picked over and mostly scraps by 8:00 am Appeared hotel staff had a tough time replenishing food Suggest hotel designate a meeting room and cater breakfast from there when booking large groups Too many people trying to serve themselves at the same time equaled chaosRoom 109 reeked of fried chicken grease from previous guests cooking in the room, the smell was baked in, recommend giving the room a good cleaning It did not smell fresh, clean or invitingLimited local TV channels

We have stayed at this property many times and always had a wonderful stay The facilities and Beach club are fantastic But this time we were even more impressed with how friendly and helpful the employees were— across the board// from Rachel at the front desk? Who always remembered sho we were, to Tatum and his crew on the beach, to Todd and his brother at the front door

Our favorite was Jane at the cute little market at the Beach Club, Kemp’s Market The items are very tasteful ( I think my wife and I bought one of everything), but Jane was the one that made it special – sweet, helpful, and mostly, genuine Make sure to stop in and see Jane

Bella Luna

Pros:Beautiful hotelGood locationClean, nice roomsStaff very friendlyBikes and other fun amenitiesBeach club- some may view this as a con because the hotel isn’t on the beach but it was really nice There’s a huge pool with service as well as shaded loungers in the beach They give you complementary ice cold water and towels, there’s a few choices to eat as well as lockers to wash off

It’s actually pretty amazing They have shuttles every hour to take you thereCons:The club level could have a little better food in terms of selection (it may be worth it if you value convenience)No fridge in the roomIf you have a baby or toddler that sleeps in the crib you may be better off bringing your own The crib they had was really small, and metal My son didn’t sleep well in it

Kenny L

Stayed for 4 nights, there both the good and the bad The good, the access to the beach club is the main reason you want to stay in this hotel If you don’t go to the beach, don’t stay here

The hotel also has some games that are fun to spend time They have a pool table, table tennis, foosball table (broken), puck sliding There are bikes to use but only for adults The hotel pool is kind of small but it is nice that you can sit by the pool and they bring you drinks And in my opinion, all rooms don’t have a nice view, one side is looking over the road, the other side looking over a little harbour There is one shuttle going to the beach club every top of an hour and stopping by the circle However, one evening at 8:35 at the circle the bus came in full, so we needed to wait for 30 minutes for the bus to come back The bad, the facility is not luxury at all, it is aged and the hotel took out all the costs The tile under the toilet seat turned yellow which is very disgusting They only have cheap pens in the room There is just no luxury in this hotel at all and I would call this only a 3 star experience Last thing is this hotel and Ritz as a whole really need to review their sustainability strategy because it is basically disregarding the environment impact at all It is surprising that a hotel that big, with the beach club has no thoughts of any recycling, or anything to save the environment that it is in

At first I was a little disappointed that the room looked bigger in the photos, but honestly we had plenty of room We booked the deluxe queen suite The kitchen had everything we needed

The only issue was that the knives weren’t super sharp, but that wasn’t a huge deal The staff here is incredibly sweet and helpful and the whole vibe was like a little community We met the nicest people here and our 5 year old had a blast The pool was great and they have some extra pool toys on hand The beach was amazing We were blown away at how clear and calm the water was We were able to use our lounge floats in the ocean during the dayThe private beach was a plus It gets a little expensive to rent the chairs and umbrellas, but there’s also room to bring your ownWe really have no major complaints about this stay at all We had a fantastic time and the staff was there whenever we needed anythingI highly recommend staying here, especially for families

User of Google Pixel 5

First time to Siesta Key and it won’t be our last Pleasantly surprised with our room Our room had recently had an update and it was beautifully appointed

While we ate dinners out, the kitchenette was great for breakfast and a quick, simple lunch Beds were comfortable Bathroom nicely done, like the thought of the alcoves in the shower for your shampoo, conditioner, etc Location and beach access could not have been better Staff at check in/out were so friendly Really could not have asked for a better stay

Kathy Hamill

I have lived in Florida all of my life and love to visit all of the beaches here This wasa wonderful place to get to the beach on Siesta Key A little crowded for a “private beach” but that’s Florida! Close to quite a few really good restaurants, rentals for bikes and kayaks and the beach

The staff was WONDERFUL!! The beach is beautiful Our unit was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay nice Having a kitchen was a big plus for eat in meals! The pullout sofa was much more comfortable than I thought it would be Would definitely stay here again!

We had the opportunity to stay here at the end of March 2022 It was an overall good experience The room was clean and well laid out

Great balcony view as well All of the staff was accommodating and extremely patient and friendly We went to breakfast in the main lobby restaurant and had a fabulous brunch that I would highly recommend to anyone staying here We really also really liked that the self parking was very close to the hotel It felt like a safe place to be in and around the hotel My only con is in regard to the Hurricane Hut… the drinks seemed to be weak and full of sugar and the food was not super yummy However, the service was excellent and the portions were large Again, an overall good experience I will totally be staying here again if we ever return to Sarasota!

Stay was a good time Parts of the hotel do seem dated Staff are 5 stars

Pool area was great What I liked less is hotel had a convention and a cheer group event during my dates They used the common space that at times took away from use of those not part of the events such as lobby seating area Wish it was different They have activities to do off site but what I would have liked is a good shuttle program to other areas or the beach I did see a shuttle to a restaurant if you wanted to leave to eatWhile mentioning food it’s a bit limited When I looked for dinner I noticed half the menu was same as offered at the poolWe had a mid sized car rental if your going into downtown get a car as small as you canGreat beaches and restaurants easy drive to visit

ReneeOnPoint

Do not let my three star rating discourage you from visiting this Hyatt Regency location You will receive five star service from check in to check out and that’s what will make your stay pleasant The location offers a beautiful view of the marina

There are so many restaurants within walking distance The hotel decor is extremely dated I just didn’t get that feeling of being in a “luxury” hotel The rooms offers all the amenities (robes, slippers, coffee, tea, toiletries) I read s company purchased the hotel and they plan to build another luxury hotel on the site I enjoyed my stay and will continue staying at Hyatt properties

Myself and my wife recently stayed for our birthday weekend Despite the initial confusion due to the construction we were able to locate the hotel pretty quickly The valet team was quick and efficient and for $35

00 per night which includes shuttle service It was an absolute blessing! Upon checking in, we encountered Russ who was quick and efficient and ensuring every person was handled! We asked to see if there was any upgrades available, and he was able to put us in a city view! The room itself was pleasant If there is only one nitpick, would be from the television/remote due to the slow delay from button push to registering I do recommend getting the breakfast package as well as you can order off the menu versus a “limited” item I even got to experience new foods that I normally would never think to try! Huge shoutout to Jenn for making us feel welcomed! The roof top bar and pool provided an exquisite view for those who enjoy tanning/having a pint! Best hotel my wife and I have stayed at!

Most staff is nice except for some I recommend you know some Spanish if you want to be able to talk to some of the housekeepers Considering the cost the room is relatively small and if you have more than 1 person in the room it can be pretty cramped

I would also say that breakfast should be served for a little longer because if you want to be able to actually get food you’re gonna have to wake up at around 8:30 am The location is probably the best part about this hotel is the location being at least 20-30 minutes to most top beaches in Sarasota

Great people, comfortable and clean room! Traveling for work is never fun but every person I was in contact with was top-notch and seamless They helped me book travel and paid attention to every detail in regards to state funded travel Thank you to Colette, Lynn, Linda, and Blanca

They were all so professional, helpful, and made booking easy Highly recommend staying here!

I could give it 10 points, but:Breakfast could be more healthy Would like to have a fat free yogurt and more variety of fruitsAlso, cleaning service wasn’t every day only by request and I don’t understand why room service only after 5pm- very inconvenience

Air conditioner thermostat was set on 68f and you cannot go lower than 68f, but actual temperature in room was 74F I had to remove cover and use axillary button to make thermostat go to 60F

Pros: The property is beautiful and well maintained The property had an outdoor patio area with a grill, fire pit, and comfortable patio furniture The room was spacious, extremely clean, and had a super comfortable bed

The included breakfast is fantastic The staff were all friendly and accommodating The breakfast has your basic continental options but also has a station for fresh omelettes, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc The high quality of the breakfast is rare in hotels in this price range The lobby has a water station and all day coffee/tea, which is a nice added touchCons: If you put a do not disturb sign on your door for the morning, you don’t get housekeeping services unless you call the front desk and ask for it This was not made clear upon check-in and was only explained after I asked The location is about a 15 minute drive from downtown, and about a 30 minute drive from beachesso not terrible, but not super convenient The shower has a weird design and gets water all over the bathroom floor At least on the 3rd floor, there was a very odd smell in the hallway but wasn’t in the room

As usual, a most enjoyable winter getaway! I love everything about this place: the rooms, the pool area, the staff, the breakfast! Only thing I would suggest is that someone should monitor the pool as I noted 2 cars full of people that brought young kids in to swim for the day; obvious they were not hotel guests The other suggestion would be 1 chair on the balcony; balcony was nice but none of the room chairs would fit out the sliding door so there was no where to sit and read or relax Otherwise, my stay was awesome! Great place ( miss manager Rhonda though, she was great!)

Stayed in a two bedroom suite during peak spring break season

the rooms were spotless and clean, the service was good The sofa vinyl was peeling, but not a big deal We heard talking and running about on all sides, the dishwasher is about as loud a train engine, and the breakfast was worth avoiding The pool has what looks like a water jet, but it was suctioning water in and I found that out just a little late after brushing against it with an immediate bruise to show for it I was told there was a tennis court, but it is only an activities court I expected a lot more for the price, but the location was good so maybe that’s why it cost plenty

Came with my Dragon Boat club for the World Club Crews in July 2022 Cannot overstate how incredible the staff were…always so accommodating to our teams The facility was just perfect for us! Being able to make meals, use the barbecue, gym, pool and outdoor space to stretch kept us race ready! Oh yes our club came away with 12 gold medals! 😊

They canceled our reservation on their own that we paid for in full through Priceline We called the day of the check in and explained to them that our flight is canceled due to weather condition and we will have to drive to Florida They said no problem, get here whenever you want

We get there the day after our check in time to be told that the hotel made a mistake and canceled our reservation because we did a no show The two ladies at the front desk from midnight and morning shifts were nice and tried to accommodate us but the morning manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and wasn’t trying to do anything to fix the situation which she admitted it’s their fault We were refunded by Priceline, but the whole situation was inconvenient and stressful to have to find another hotel last minute Luckily we found another hotel where they appreciate their clients business and have more professionalism Never going to this hotel again!

Please train your employees to be more professional and helpful in assisting check ins You have some of the rudest front desk clerks I also requested no room service during my stay and confirmed twice, but when I returned back after a meeting, they still went into my room and just left towels on counter along with the bagged up trash on my counter, and left all the dirty towels I previously used

This will definitely be my last stay with this location Other hotels in the area are so much more professional and attentive

The hotel had a good feel when we first arrived When pulling the blanket down I observed hair and crumbs in the sheets I advised the front desk that we needed clean sheets

She told me she didn’t have anyone available I asked her just to give me the sheets and I would make the bedShe again said she had noone and asked me what I wanted her to do We went out to dinner our sheets were delivered in a plastic bag on the floor by our door when we returned at around 11:45 PMI asked about the continental breakfast I was advised that I had a special rate and we weren’t entitled to the breakfast I offered to pay and I was told “no” I couldn’t do that The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, hair on the tray that holds the coffee pot( a dirty coffee pot) and ice bucket Wasn’t worth the money I do not recommend The front desk was rude I asked for a Mgr the following morning and advised her of my concerns She offered me points I didn’t want anything I wanted a CLEAN ROOM
