Clean room, quiet accommodations and extremely friendly staff Kimbery was very engaging and an absolute jewel Every staff member we encountered greeted us and/or asked if we needed anything

Breakfast choices were phenomenal, and the lady in charge was constantly out there making sure everyone was good and that there was plenty of food The shuttle to downtown was a deal for $10/day Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville

Janae Lanham

The hotel was satisfactory for our needs/ We really didn’t spend much time at the hotel We used digital check in with Hilton Honors app, so we didn’t interact with the hotel staff with the exception of breakfast staff Everything was clean and the breakfast was decent for a free breakfast

Coffee was not great, but overall our stay was pleasant

Im not sure how there are good reviews here but my room appeared OLD and outdated, nasty carpet, wallpaper peeling, faucet handle was loose and barely worked, the bed was sunk in and the sheets were dirty upon arriving They were happy to change the sheets but nothing could be done about the rest I was unable to book it online so I called and they booked it saying it would be the same price

when checking out I got the bill nearly for $40 and they refused to honor the price this time AFTER THE STAY Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time AVOID this one!!!!

Second time staying at this location, and it was enjoyable Great little hotel, and very clean Best part is the staff

Both visits, I was shocked at the friendliness of all of the front desk people, and they were different people each time I went by the desk It must be a good work environment, because it shows in how the staff interact with customers Highly recommended!

Julia Thomason

This is a very nice hotel!! The lobby area has lots of TVs and places to work The breakfast was amazing

eggs, sausage, oatmeal (with toppings), bagels, muffins, waffles and cereal The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when we got to our room and the television wasn’t working They moved us to another room Our first room had some issues There was a phone that wasn’t plugged into anything, a lamp that didn’t work, another phone that would only work occasionally We kept having to plug and unplug it to communicate with the front desk about the problems in the room The other room they moved us to was perfect I was disappointed that we had booked a king room and didn’t get one

Teresa Perry

Pool out of service for weeks Do not recommend long stay with pet Hotel policy allows housekeeping to refuse to enter a room that has a dog whether dog is present or not when they come

They do not allow guests to borrow a sweeper and got attitude when asked to get clean towels Wouldn’t allow me to get clean bedding Kitchen cabinet has broken shelf Toaster hadn’t been cleaned but was put in cabinet Crumbs were all over cabinet Shower backed up but since I have a pet in the room, had to clean out hair build up myself Highway noise is a problem in room Bring a fan to drown the noise

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I’m sure!Clean rooms, very friendly staff and overall pretty nice I thought it would be loud in the atrium- but pleasantly surprised and never heard a peep after 9PM Here for a convention and actually happy I was across the street from all the madness

This hotel is VERY old in an old “sketchy” part of town When booking, I imagined a Holiday Inn or Double Tree type of hotel owned by the Gaylord for more budget minded travelers, and definitely thought it would have to be well maintained and modern WRONG

It is more in line with a Motel 6 First, half the rooms have exterior entrances like a motel Everything is so old and worn out looking They can’t have done any remodeling since at least the 70’s You can’t sit on the toilet and open the bathroom door, it is that tight, and the ceiling of the shower is only about 7 feet high I’m not tall (5’6″) but the shower head was almost eye level with me, I had to bend down a little to get the top of my head Did I mentioned it is next door to an shut down Shoney’s?To be fair, there were good points to it (thus 3 stars instead of 1): The pool in the middle of the hotel is a bit odd, but I could see where kids would find that really great! I did get in the hot tub myself and it was nice I got a drink from the restaurant in the lobby and it was a really good Bloody Mary, but warning, HAVE YOUR ID! They will NOT serve you without it, even if you are 80 years old Also, the beds were fairly comfortable, despite everything else being out of date Lastly, I do think that the hotel was clean, and wasn’t worried about grossness

Brien Gearin

This was, by far, the most negative Marriott experience I have ever had And honestly, I really haven’t had a negative experience at Marriott I’m a gold elite member and love staying at Marriott’s

I received a call from the manager during my conference across the road at the resort saying I immediately had to come collect mine and my wife’s things and move rooms as there had been a mix up in our reservation They had a “VIP” who reserved my room and was waiting for me to vacate No notification this would happen at check in and no call in the morning to tell me this would happen So I left my conference to walk back and come take care of this and the manager hardly offered an apology and 1,000 Marriott points for my “inconvenience” They then put us in an exterior room right by the dumpsters, didn’t offer any help to move our bags or anything Just a miscarriage of customer service and a terrible way to spend the last night of the trip The interior rooms aren’t so bad but the exterior rooms are like an old motel room Shocked that Marriott puts their name on this hotel and then charges as much as they do for this place No desire to come back to this property or the massively over priced everything at the resort across the street

We arrived at 8am after being in the car for 13 hours with 2 kids and were very tired They checked us in early and let us know breakfast was available until 9am if we wanted to eat before heading to our room Staff was super friendly! The hotel was very clean from the lobby, hallways to our room

Beds were very comfy to sleep in Kids enjoyed the big pool to swim in Overall great hotel and will definitely stay again if in Nashville!!!!!!!

Simon Garcia

Basic Marriott branded property Older but it was ok Felt a little disappointed that as a Silver Elite rewards member, we got the room next to the elevator, with no view because the window was over the indoor pool but due to all the condensation the window was fogged up the entire stay and moisture was actually leaking out of the window

Best thing was great shower pressure Breakfast offerings were mediocre Good location to the Grand Ole Opry 10 min away or 30 min walk

Ryan Harrison

Room was comfy and the bed slept pretty well, but…the freaking pool was closed and they didn’t warn us on the website or anything so we had no freaking clue We were quite disappointed about that

The service at the Fairfield was great and other than the pool we have no complaints However, it’s summer time and the pool is closed for refurb?? Not ok, especially when we were not informed after Booking the rooms

4/5 I would give 5 stars if the bathroom had been a little cleaner The gym was a little small as well

Overall worth the money compared to the nearby competitionThe location is the best part They are only a couple minutes from the oprey land mall, which is what brings people to this area There is plenty of dining and shopping nearby, but the hotel is tucked away in a corner so you can get out of the busy areas when it’s time to call it a day

Robert Brown

When we entered our room, we were immediately overcome by the musty smell of mildew I have severe allergies and my husband has asthma, so there was no way we could have stayed there Unfortunately, we had paid in full for the room on Hotels

com, and we could not get a refund We simply booked elsewhere and lost our money I personally do not understand how anyone could feel comfortable breathing in such a polluted environment

Okay, 1st the good: The workers behind the counter and the breakfast room are good at their jobs One example that comes to mind is when a guest dropped one of the spatulas on the floor that you use to put a serving of eggs

The breakfast worker wasn’t even in the room at the time, but heard the sound, knew what it meant, and quickly replaced both the spatula and the plate used to hold it The pool is nice and hardly anyone uses it There’s even a small workout room that at this time has a cycling machine and two treadmillsNow the bad: The rooms need some TLC For example, the sink faucet is too far over to make it where your hands won’t touch the inside of the sink The lights, even in the bathroom are too low, making it difficult to see yourself when shaving or putting your makeup on There are holes that have been spackled but not properly fixed The shower head should be replaced with one that works correctly Both the tile floors in the bathroom and the carpet are in need of proper cleaning and you can run a wet cloth in either and come up with a very dirty cloth There were things underneath my bed that were not mine It lists a guest laundry, but as you can see from the pics, it was out of orderThe reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the price, location, and the hardworking employees that really care about their jobs

Sharde

We got a king suite for 3 nights LOVED the blackout curtains and LOVED the floorplan and furniture (even though there was some staining on the red chair 😬) but this was minor The room and bathroom felt and smelled clean (not harsh chemicals clean just clean)

We were able to entertain 3 guests comfortably and we happily used the hot tub in the bedroom (just 2 ppl)! I cleaned it myself which I recommend for anyone using any bathtub in any hotel room Lovely stay and really nice front desk person

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Horrible customer service from the evening staff and management The girl that was doing Audit was a sweetheart, no complaints against her It was supposed to be a weekend stay, but ending up leaving 6 hours after we arrived

Roches and stinkbugs were found on our curtains, plus little bugs in the bathroom The staff did absolutely nothing, but finally gave us a small can of raid the 3rd time going down to the front desk We were disgusted at that point This hotel is so short staffed, they are only renting 30 out of the 90 rooms they have The pool was apparently “rented” out for a birthday party, so they could do nothing about the 20 kids (10 and under) screaming in the pool area with no parents around Also, the pool looks nothing like how it’s advertised online, it’s half the size and was very disappointing I am very thankful for being able to get in touch with 1-800-Marriott, because they were able to find us another hotel for the weekend I worked for a Marriott hotel for a little over 2 years, and this was just unacceptable The worst management I have ever experienced at any Marriott hotel Please do your research before staying here, because there are plenty of other reviews like mine and this is defiantly not a 4 star hotel

Brian Nevins

The staff was friendly and helpful The hotel overall was very clean and the room was reasonable The iron was on its last legs

No hairdryer available in the room or at the desk There was mold on the bathroom ceiling – not covering, but around the light fixture and wall joint Perhaps a leak from upstairs? (we were in room 123)But the biggest issues were: the pillows – may as well have none they were so broken down; the noise – AC exceptionally loud, and the toilet refill was a whine that permeated the room for about 3 minutes Tough times for nocturnal trips and getting back to sleep

Catherine Kendall

I came to Hendersonville for work Booked this hotel because it had a high star rating

I should have read the reviewsI will never stay at this hotel again Although “due to Covid the rooms aren’t cleaned but every 3 days”, they also don’t clean it and replenish towels when you make the request either I called on the 4th day to make sure they knew to clean my room we will see what it looks like when I get off work today The shower curtain lining also had mold/mildew spots on it and the sheets were dusty

My second stay here It’s always clean and the location is convenient My vehicle has never been vandalized (as opposed to other hotels in the area) and the cinnamon rolls they serve for breakfast are really good

The short black guy at the front desk had a real bad attitude when I called from my room about the WiFi, like I was bothering him But other than that, everything was great More than likely I’ll be back next time I’m in town

brian bigley

Standard IHG express After two years of no travel (thanks Covid), I was glad to see the cinnamon rolls are back at the breakfast bar Nice selection of other things too, and the fresh fruit was nice and healthy looking

One down side of the stay was that there was no hot water in the bathroom sink I told the front desk this on the first morning, figured they might get someone to look at it, but day three, still only cold water for the bathroom sinkSecond issue was that the in room fridge woke me up at 4 am with a weird, low pitched humming noise (like a sci-fi UFO landing) Up and down the scale, I finally resorted to unplugging it Plugged it back in before I left for the day (so I could have cold drinks later), and let the front desk knowThe “answer” to that was a “well, sometimes they do that”Yes, that’s an answer, but for a hotel, it’s probably not the best answer to a guest’s concern

Mitch Dunn

The place looks great from the outside & when you first walk in

However housekeeping seriously lacks the ability to do their job thoroughly Garbage found under the beds So rooms cleaned sub-par at best This place seriously needs a lesson in quality control Also Not that I mind but I have kids So go smoke your pot on your break away from the side entrance where customers are likely to enter or exit

We came here for a day at the pool and it did not disappoint Very trendy and photo op friendly with the simple, 70s/retro, hole in the wall vibes and decor The atmosphere was fun and laidback

The DJ was great and there was a drag show!I would say that the $40 on the weekends is a little steep but it is one of the cheaper pool day passes in Nashville Your better off going with a group and getting a cabana With the cabanas you get entry, poolside service and towels Otherwise you’re going back and forth to the bar inside because the outdoor bar is currently closed They have a wide variety of options for alcohol including frozen cocktails Food service doesn’t start until noon

MJ Chandler

I am obsessed!! The decor of the rooms are insanely cool, the vibe is chill & the staff all super nice My only complaint is that there was no “normal” lighting in our room, other than the bathroom At night/early morning we had to use our phone flashlights to really see our things & around the room

Otherwise, we had an amazing stay & will definitely be back!!

Amanda Vandenberg

Was in town for the week at an air b&b that had no pool when I discovered this place half a mile away offering their pool to non-guests for a fee It was a no-brainer, we came here during the “twilight hours” to relax poolside and escape the afternoon heat Would love to come back next time we’re in the area and stay here a night or two to experience some of the sweet rooms featured on their website

Great bar space, lovely pool area, also big thanks to the awesome employee here for recommending a great dinner spot nearby

The hotels location is great and the hotel is nice and clean I gave it 3 stars for the following: the room had only 1 cup in the room For some reason the air quality in the room made our allergies good crazy

Breakfast there was not a single piece of fresh fruit And they tried to charge me 700 for parking my car in the lot Since when do you have to pay for parking if you are staying there? I also prior to staying confirmed via email with hotel that I would not be charged Also the reservation person had a mask but was wearing it on her chin If this hotel requires its staff to wear a mask, then it should be worn properly

Michael Stout

Rooms are modern and clean The pool was adequate Front desk staff was quite polite checking in and out

The location is amazingly convenient and easy to get to just about any location in NashvilleWw had a few minor issues:1 Our entrance ceiling light which supplies most of the light in the room was out upon check in Not usually a big deal, but not so nice when you come in at night We informed the staff on Saturday and they said the maintenance person wouldn’t be able to look at it until Tuesday It seemed odd to me that no one could have a look at it for three days2 There is a very sweet lady who works breakfast She is sweet, but she sings a loud hotcakes song about these generic pancakes at the hotel The song is more reminiscent of something you’d hear at theme park than a basic hotel breakfast It was honestly really irritating, but she’s a helpful lady3 On our checkout date, three times between 9-10am the housekeeping staff asked us if they could clean the room We told them each time to wait about an hour and we’d be gone They kept coming back to ask the same thingThat all said, it was a very pleasant stay

I was Traveling for businessI booked the night before my stay here with Holiday Inn in Cincinnati, and everything went well The second night of my trip was at this Candlewood in N Nashville

I had booked using my corporate card My travel broker i use has both business and personal cards on file Prior to check in my wife noticed that our personal card had been chargedWe called the hotel, they said it won’t be a problem, we’ll fix it at check inAt check in they charged my business card And claimed they backed out my personal charge 6 days later its still showingIve spoken with the hotel directly a couple of times, and my broker a couple of timesThe complete disregard of customer care and the fact that they’ve double dipped is highly frustratingId suggest you look elsewhere if you’re looking for a place to stay trouble free

Adrian Jones

The location is nice, quiet, and out of the way of traffic We checked in a bit late in the day (9pm) and were treated like it was the biggest hassle that we came They couldn’t find my reservation and quoted higher prices

I showed that I paid online and got checked in It cost just a bit less than a 4 star hotel in downtown SavanahWe got a 2 queen bed suite There were 2 bath towels but nothing else (no towel for the floor, hand towels, nothing) There was trash in the hallway from when we checked in until morning The bathroom looks like for a dorm, all particle board and the tile is all painted overPros: soft sheets, comfy beds, no bed bugsCons: light on towels, not very clean

We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly, the hotel clean, the room clean, the breakfast was delicious and FREE and the dining area was very well kept Even the shampoo and conditioner was great Honestly, I have not had such a wonderful hotel stay in a very long time

These folks are doing it right and deserve a big pat on the back and a raise for a job well done!

Was here over the weekend, the place was sold out They must not be fully staffed 30-minute lines to get coffee in the morning, and 2 1/2 hour wait to get into any of the restaurants on Saturday night For a place where you are paying $300+ a night, the best options for food are the Food Trucks they have outside

And 4 drinks from one of the lobby make-shift bars were $50 Very pretty property and the staff was good considering the situation But the property was not prepared for a full house One of the restaurants lost our credit card, which someone the next day tried to use And the phone in the room was broken the entire time, even after we informed the front desk twiceHad higher expectations but we still had a nice time, should have been much nicer I understand the lack of employees, but if you aren’t able to provide a premium product, you shouldn’t ask for a premium price Crazy thing is, I would probably go back under different circumstances It is a very beautiful property Landscaping is beautiful

The best resort experience I have ever had, and I wasn’t even a guest! We came and visited based on Trip Advisor and local recommendations and we were not disappointed From the moment you walk in the decor and the ambiance was captivating The plants, the waterfalls, the flowers and grandness of the interior of this resort is breathtaking

We enjoyed lunch and a self tour of the facility, due to our actual hotel being in downtown Nashville But we will definitely be back to stay at this resort in the future It is very family friendly with a huge water park, interactive kids activities, an arcade, and boat ride This resort is a must see if you are in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downThis place is amazing The property is very large and beautiful The restaurants are all amazing, the indoor water park, and shops make it a very unique and fun place to visit

The room was clean Beds were comfortable The young girl was very nice when we checked in

The problem was the breakfast the next morning The food itself was good There was a baseball team taking up the entire breakfast seating area They were not eating They were holding a church service This went on for at least 25 minutes They man at the front desk was very aware of it So they had good food but we had to take our food back and eat on the beds Not ideal for 4 young kids to do They should have been asked to move to a conference room so they didn’t inconvience the other guests staying a t the hotel

Lori Mckenzie

Wasn’t bad the positives were very friendly staff, pet friendly, good wifi however had to keep reconnecting, clean hotel and room, loved the Direct TV with good channel lineup (however this kept going in and out), comfy beds , good AC ,also right by pool which concerned me at first due to how noisy pools get but I never heard anything

Now for negatives- water in room would never get super hot, warm at best, this is an issue as I like very hot showers, broken chair at table which I did let staff know about when I noticed it later that day after check in, had very noisy neighbors above us one night which was not hotels fault and they did say something to them after I called and complained twice and they finally calmed down, the first day breakfast was great with bacon, however the rest of our stay they never had bacon only sausage and we are not sausage eaters Did drink the coffee though and juice All in all not a bad hotel I prob would not stay again though For the price, I think it could have been a little better

We stopped in for a night on our way from Texas to a kayak bass fishing tournament in Pennsylvania, and the service was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was great to grab and go We haul our kayaks on a trailer, and there was plenty of room to park in the parking lot, and there’s plenty of cameras running on the parking lot for them to keep an eye on thingsWe’ll definitely stay here again on our way through town!

My husband and I stayed in the champagne suite on our wedding night here and loved this room! Incredibly spacious and we loved having our coffee and breakfast out on the patio in the morning Our coffee pot didn’t work so we just grabbed coffee next door There’s no staff in the evenings and earlier mornings so just note that going into your stay! Self check in was super easy!

Tiffany Betts

Our group stayed in the whiskey room It was more spacious then we expectedThe rooftop balcony was private and relaxing

Equipped with two lounge chairs and a small couchThere are no elevators so take that into account if you’ll be staying in this room because it is on the 3rd floorThe outside areas were so relaxing and quite So many places to get some great IG pics! The bar and all was closed so we didn’t get to experience that Maybe next time!Definitely will be back to stay again!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with my last second request for a room Great bar / restaurant and outdoor lounge area The room were also very comfortable and well put together with a luxurious bathroom

My husband and I were there over the Easter holiday The location is great, with lots of tasty food options nearby and the Opry Mills Mall It’s only about 15 min from downtown

The rooms overall are fairly nice Comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, a separate sitting area The issues that left a bad taste for us was the cleaning The headboards had noticeable hand prints and sticky residue, the toilet handle had dried residue, the magnifying mirror had finger prints on the edge and the glass with dried residue Housekeeping came and used a strong smelling cleaner on the headboard, that was for the tub Needless to say it gave us a generalized yucky feeling about the cleanliness in general The other issue was the lighting One of the bulbs was burned out in the bathroom, so we told the front desk and he came quickly while we were getting our luggage and changed it, great An hour later it went out again Told front desk, he came back up and told my husband in a rude way “don’t touch it, it can’t be in too tight or it won’t work” We did not touch it About an hour later it went out again Asked if we could change rooms close by but was told no We would have to move from 4 to 1 Checked out room on 1, it had a musty smell and it definitely had seen more wear Stayed on 4 and had a very dim bathroom for our entire stay Never got fixed You get the impression that the owner is just doing the bare minimum to keep the property up, but if some better maintenance and cleaning isn’t done then unfortunately a decent hotel will start going down hill The best service was from the breakfast staff, the lady worked hard and was very nice

Wayne Carlson

Checking in they gave us an upgrade for our 15th anniversary That was great until the wife does what she always does which was checking for bed bugs Surprisingly this time the room had them

We went down to decline the upgraded room for this reason The room we ended up with smelled musty It also had white particles of the ceiling on the chair & table Kept coming down during our stay The toilet leaked on the floor every time you flushed it Last but not least the shower leaked outside the tub This is probably the reason why our room smelled musty Would not recommend Staff was very friendly and nice is the only positive thing I noticed This hotel needs maintenance and is very dated

David Kotowski

My wife & myself both stayed at this hotel for a week & we both had the best experience with the stay & the rooms are very clean & maintained very well! The continental breakfast is really spot on & this has to be one of the greatest Best Westerns we ever stayed at! We would definitely come back again! Staff is very nice & friendly also! 🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️

Room was great Staff was great Breakfast was great

4 stars because of the pool AVOID Our swimsuits & life jackets smelled like something I’ve never smelled before At first I thought the bathroom (where I hung them to dry) smelled off until we went to our next hotel, pulled them out and they smelled the same / stunk up that place and our home 3 days later with the same smell There were also chunks of hair floating around too This isn’t my first rodeo with pools I wouldn’t complain unless there was a legit issue Would I go again, yes!! Swim, no! Especially with small children

Dawn Clark

This place is very clean and the staff works hard to ensure your stay is pleasant The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of hot and cold options that vary from day to day During our stay, a woman named Cat was working the breakfast area

It was impressive watching her greet each table of customers, keep the food well stocked, and the dining and food areas tidy She is a gem!

An absolutely amazing stay! My mom and I stayed here for two nights (7/5-7/6 and our checkout day was 7/7) We were taking a trip to Nashville from Battle Creek, MI Wednesday (7/6) night, was the Masked Singer tour concert

It was VERY good and fun!Breakfast: My mom and I had late nights during our trip (the different time zone kind of messed up our schedule) so we were never able to wake up in time to make it for breakfastStay: Our stay was absolutely amazing! The only problem I can remember was with the Hilton Honors appHilton Honors App: The Honors app was basically useless We tried to use the virtual key to get into the room, but it would not let us in The part of the app that controlled the TV worked fine, but that was pretty much pointless, since there was literally a remote on the desk area under the TVRoom: Our room was very good We booked room 713 We tried to get room 711, but it cost more, so we decided to get 713 It was an amazingly clean room My mom’s and my favorite part was the TV saying “Hi (name)” when we walked inCheck-In: Check-in was pretty easy Our flight out of Detroit, MI had a layover in St Louis, MO We checked into our room on our airplane (Boeing 737-800😬🫠) We flew Southwest and it was pretty amazing, as usualOnce we got there, of course the virtual key didn’t work, so we had to ride the elevator down 7 stories (we each had 2 bags, a shoulder bag/backpack and a suitcase) Once we got the key it was good from there!Checkout: Checkout was insanely easy! All we had to do was say a few words to the person behind the desk and give our keys She even ended up giving us free water bottles The perks of being an Honors member!😃Overall feeling: Overall, I feel that this was an amazing hotel and I would definitely stay here again

We highly enjoyed our stay here Modern, updated look inside and out Room was awesome, comfortable bed, everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful, easy check in and out, great way to start our vacation

Breakfast isn’t the worlds best, but it was definitely something nice to start the day with I saw some reviews about people breaking into cars, but we didn’t experience this The location seems very safe and secure, and when we pulled in the Police were sitting there on patrol Not sure about the others, but we thought it was very safe and in a nice part of town We will be back

Sharde

This room was perfect for my situation I was staying by myself in a King Suite, but hosting my younger sisters and Dad who were able to eat comfortably and enjoy the pool The service was great and the front desk person was friendly and helpful

The bed was super comfy and I appreciated the alternative lighting choices in the bathroom I was so happy I asked to extend my stay, but was unable to due to full booking

Alley

Everyone was absolutely so nice and they actually took the time out to say hi to you and make you feel welcome Even the housekeepers were so nice and would say hi I feel that most hotels aren’t this nice and this welcoming

The rooms were also super nice and clean They had a nice size fridge and even had the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had Definitely will be back!

I would have just given it 3 stars as it is OK, but the staff makes the difference Such friendly wonderful people who praise their management as caring people earns an additional star in my book The hotel is currently being renovated and therefore only offering a small and cold breakfast

Parking is free and outdoor There are a few restaurants in the area

I had a reservation for a king room Got there about 4:00 PM and was told there were no more king rooms so I would be given a double queen room I told them I had a reservation for a king so why couldn’t I get a king? Was told I could have a double queen or I could cancel my reservation

At 4:00 in the afternoon where else could I get a room in Nashville? I called the number I got from my phone if my stay wasn’t good and told them the situation Was told the same thing Neither front desk or phone person told me they were sorryAlso, the room was very damp and musky Everything in the room was moist for some reason The next morning my shoes were even damp I did not sleep all night because the sheets were musky and my wife has breathing problems We spent a night at another hotel before this at another chain that was not even as musky as this one and we had breathing problems for a week afterward Will not stay at another one of these

Michele Kelly

This hotel is obviously an older property Although the exterior has been updated, the walls and baseboards of the interior desperately need attention The guest room’s air conditioner is quite old, so it rattles all night, preventing guests from acquiring their best sleep

The bathroom has an old, metal vent cover that does not work, making the guest room unreasonably uncomfortable for 30 minutes after each shower There isn’t enough counter space in the bathroom for a family to place their belongings It was also very interesting that our bathroom was not stocked for four occupants upon our arrivalPool towels are stationed at the front desk, requiring each guest to retrieve pool towels upon each visit to the pool Living in Alabama, we are most sympathetic to bug issues, but guests have to clean out bugs every ten minutes due to these beetles flying into the pool Please do your guests a favor and have this pool encased with a glass cover

I stayed one night last night Staff were friendly, got my room and first thing I noticed there was ants on the wall and then a ton on the window So I went down and told them and said well we will get windex and get them up

Gave me a new roomthe upstairs people were so loud had to call the front desk who said they would call that room to tell to be quiet, which didn’t help at all Slept with a pillow on my head Shower head was a little gross but other than that it wasn’t too bad
