I stay here for two weeks because my kitchen was being renovated at my house I have to work nights shifts because I work at the airport there was no privacy the cleaning ladies will wake me up everyday really early to clean after that I couldn’t go back to sleep instead of focusing on changing bed sheets they should power wash the carpet is old and smells like pets also the Mexican manager cooker is really rude and racist this people act like you staying for free when you paying money I was feeling uncomfortable the whole time but I reserved the hotel room on advance I will not recommend this place to anyone whocomes to work

There’s no privacy here the staff is constantly checking on you like you were staying for free or doing something bad when you paying money they should do a better job

I know this hotel from it’s opening and stayed here many weeks in the past years Sad but true, the service level has declined and new staff seems less motivated Breakfast is supposed to be open by 6

Today at 621 food is still carried out to waiting guests The choice of meals is less than before (no oftmals, no fruit salad) and water for tea is semi warm The bagles are not able to cut with the weak plastic knifes This hotel used to have ceramic dishes, now I must eat from plastic in 2022 again I will look for a better managed hotel nearby

I’m having to staying here for a month do to a water damage at my house, I have a cat, they allow pets, but they didn’t tell us when we leave, we have to lock up our pets while we are gone, I don’t think this is right because what if they have to go to restroom? Or if they r hungry or thirsty, I think that is torture to pets, it isn’t right and the house keeper complained because she is scared of my cat- my cat is still a baby, he isn’t even a year old yet, I will never ever be staying here again and that’s a promise, I’m still in school and while I’m at school all day I have to keep my pet locked up??? and if they pee because my pet can’t hold it?? And will be starving and dying of thirst, yea that make a lot of sense- not to mention they give us a magnet to put on the door that say “pet in room please don’t let pet out of room” oh also, one of the ladies, was trying to come in the room when I had the do not disturb sign up just to see if my cat was out, invading my privacy

Rooms were terrible The first room had a kid next door

I’m not fussing about the kid bc the parents were really trying to keep him quiet, the issue was how thin the walls were I could hear the mother shushing and whispering to the son to be more quiet So we asked to be moved and was told by the front desk that the walls were very thin and they apologized So we move into this horrible smelling musky room At this point it was after 10pm The next morning they charge me $250 for smoking in the room I had been there less than 12hrs And another employee for my husband’s company a couple rooms down had to spray air freshener all throughout his room bc it smelled like cigarettes Also we woke up the 2nd day to a puddle of water in the kitchen floor, and I was sick as a dog I had to have inhaler overnighted to me from SC because I couldn’t breathe in that room I’m not gonna say what I think it was, but the musky smell, standing water and then breathing problems for me and my husband kind of all points to one thing Luckily we didn’t stay there long

Stayed at this location for 5 days while on vacation We had very close to a perfect experience! Here are a few specifics regarding our stay

Pros- Delicious breakfast with lots of variety, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs or omelets, pancake maker, and the cinnamon rolls were delicious! There are healthier options such as fresh fruit and yogurt as well The ac in our room worked wonderfully with the temps in the 100s every day we were there It was so nice! The staff were pleasant and helpful and the pool was warm, but still enjoyed an evening dip The water pressure was very nice in the shower and the location was perfect for our plans to visit Six Flags and the AT&T Stadium A couple if nice touches we’re, free bottled water and cookies in the lobby from time to time We checked in on a Wednesday and were told that pizza and chicken wings would be served complimentary for dinner Apparently this is offered on Tuesday and Wednesday for guests! That was something we had not prepared for, but what a nice surprise! Beds were so comfortable as well Loved the double shades to blackout the room!Cons- The shower was flooding the bathroom ever time we took a shower We decided it’s a simple fix, either lower the curtain rod or get a longer shower curtain The airflow from water pressure caused the curtain to fly out of the tub and allowing the water flood out onto the floor Staff were notified Next, if you are a person who likes the look of a hotel, decor and such, it could use a facelift (That’s not really something we look for in a hotel, but happen to notice) Also, there’s only 1 elevator so, if capable I’d find the stairs 😉Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend this hotel! If we ever visit this area again we’ll be staying here!

Standard clean room, the hubby and I stayed one night We were disappointed that the pool was close due the chemical maintenance I really wish hotel would disclose that at time of booking

The complementary breakfast was pretty good And the hotel itself was very clean Totally expected that for the 19300 we paid the night but, Boooo pool want availableFor that reason I give three stars

jesse garcia

In a great location, plenty of food options right next door Stayed for 2 nights, top floor Room was much bigger than average

Beds were comfortable Plenty of lighting Excellent water pressure Full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash Keurig in the room Breakfast Only thing missing was a tv channel guide Mrs Juana cleaned our room and she did great considering the mess we had

This hotel was really nice The staff was so nice and courteous They made sure they took care of all our needs

Whatever we needed, they were there They didn’t hesitate The rooms were neat and tidy as well as clean The desk clerk gave us the run down of everything we needed to know before we got to our room as well as specials they had that included passes to the water park Will book here again when I come back to town

Cynthia Arceneaux

We rented a room for a baby shower over the weekend and from our initial contact with Haley to contract the room rental all through out our hotel stay

two wordssimply amazing! We felt welcomed upon entry into the doors, constantly asked if we needed help, even the immediate response for an extra blanket Would definitely recommend this location! They are top notched, felt comfortable with the cleanliness level and happy to see a person in the lobby during the later evening hours! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Jennifer Patlin (Roan)

My home had burned down and our insurance selected here for our 10 day stay When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh and exactly what we needed There was only a few things that were needing attention to; when we first got there, went to grab a clean glass from the dishwasher and 3 off then and a bowl were still dirty

3 times we requested room cleaned and each time we were told they put us on the list, they didn’t So it had to be the next day One guy had me do it myself! Gave me wrong size first and then gave me wet bedding I was so tired from cleaning out the burned apartment I just said forget it But it’s a very nice hotel Love the area The breakfast ladies are sweet and it’s a great selection for breakfast!

This hotel is nice for the price But you have to weigh the good and the badProsComfortable bedHas all the kids channels like Disney junior and nick Jr which my kids enjoyedBreakfast is included with your stay (we didn’t ever get to try it so I can’t say if its good or bad)Has a full kitchen which was niceElevator was quickThe pool was cleanConsIf you don’t stay longer than 7 days room service will not come to your room so we had to constantly go downstairs to get towels and toilet paper for our room

The towels were awful Extremely rough feelingThe air conditioning in the room does not go lower than 68 which we were all sweating at nightThe room was definitely on the smaller side with a king bed and pull out bedThere was no bathtub for the kids

Kay Kelly

My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip Let’s begin with the check in We all had reservations but check in was delayed for one of us and they couldn’t verify my reservation for some reason

The food was not good at all It was like they threw things together to make a meal or it recycled For instance our first night, they served fried rice with black eyed peas and what seemed like eggs in it, tortilla chips with salsa or ranch dressing, pot stickers, veggie patties and a vegetable medley I don’t understand the concept but whatever Why I say it’s recycled? The next day they will serve veggie patties again but cut in half mixed into the vegetable medley This kind of stuff went on for at least two days so I decided not to eat anything in the evening for the rest of my stay Last but not least, the check out My personal credit card was charged even though I gave them the information at check which was confirmed by the employee but couldn’t find it when I wanted to check out They did refund my card but it was such a hassle and it delayed our travel time Good things I can say about my stay, the blueberry muffins were great and the lady in the kitchen from New Orleans was very nice So my stay was “meh”

Britany Willoughby

Absolutely love this hotel My husband is working in Dallas TX and I flew out to spend time with him He’s been staying here for a couple months and it’s great

He’s stayed at a couple other places before and they have nothing on this place Breakfast is amazing every morning Rooms are gorgeous It’s so clean and beautiful It’s affordable as well! Our room had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom It felt like a condo, apartment, or home It didn’t feel like a hotel room at all

This is one of the nicer hotels in the area The building is clean and the staff is friendly They have breakfast and happy hour that are really well executed

Definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve got kids and want to let them swim My room was very nice and in good condition I slept better on their bed that I have in weeks Highly recommend for business travelers and families alike

Tyler Holland

The hotel and staff are amazing I have been here for almost 2 weeks My stay has been fantastic

Although I will only give it a four out of five star rating Only due to the simple fact that they charge $50 per hour for the golf simulator That is absurd! Oh and the pool isn’t heated Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay in town Convenient access to the Cowboys/Rangers stadium which is maybe a 8-10 minute drive, 5 minutes to the train station for quick access to downtown Dallas…

SASHA MARVIN

hmmm would give 4 stars, hotel is very clean and service good overall, but breakfast is probably the worse in the US Management should definitely improve that Other hotels in the group and in the area have much better breakfast and considering the breakfast is included in the price (you can’t turn it into points if you’re a Hilton member) it sucks twice, because after the first breakfast you will want to just go out for it

And they will not give you the points for that Personnel is sweet Some of them could smile or have better welcoming attitude but most of them are really friendly They have a nice lobby with a cool bar but absolutely nothing is happening there and bar is always closed Except on Wednesdays when there’s a 2 free drinks event For restaurants you have to walk 10 minutes south, which is good for exercise Please don’t ask for the shuttle to go to starbucks, use those legs sometimes They will take you to Kroger or to any restaurant in the range of 3 miles And pilots, you got to an airline, so please tip that driver They count on that to make a living

Upon checking in, the front desk staff was very approachable and the front area appearance of the hotel was not When I got to my room there was a strong smell of oldest and mode I request to have my room changed due to my allergies and mode smell

the next room i was given had the same smell but not as strong I didn’t complain just felt I guess I could make it through the weekend TV channel selection was non existent the second night the neighbors up stairs was up all night partying, I finally got up at 3 am and complained to the front desk As I was walking down the hall there was a man sleeping drunk in the hallway I will never this hotel again

We stayed in this hotel for almost a week It is nice, clean, modern look, rooms were good, bathroom was nice, great breakfast options and staff was very polite Pool was good and overall amenities were great

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the fact that in the lobby/dining area they had Newsmax channel on all day, every day It is a notorious, very biased network, with questionable sources and conspiracy theories on air I don’t know who thought that was a good idea to have, was it the management, a guest that complained and demanded it being on, I don’t know I was shocked to see that on at all times at a reputable hotel chain I get switching what is playing on tv day to day to please every flavor, but on at all times was odd I would think something more neutral would be on, generic local Channel 1, 2, 3, whatever it is, some light entertainment, comedy etc But this was definitely a turn off Other than that good hotel

As of 7/12/2022, this hotel is amazing! So quiet, renovated nicely, and it was so comfortableI would definitely stay here again

I was in town for a business trip and chose this hotel as it was close to the location I would be working atThe hotel hasn’t been open very long so the rooms are clean Not signs or wear and tear

The desk area in room was great for getting work done and the couch gives a great option for relaxing without having to be in bedThe staff are friendly and helpfulThe pool appeared clean, although it was too cold to use And there is a nice fire pit and sitting area for enjoying time outdoorsThe location is convenient to highways, restaurants and shoppingI will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others

Had online reservation As soon as I walked in and said I have a reservation, one of the workers said we are overbooked and doesn’t matter They then looked and said my room was avaliable

I was happy I had a room but not sure why your told doesn’t matter when you have a reservation(I paid when I reserved) Unhappy with the staff and hotel is dated I have more but will save it for next time

The front desk and employees were very helpful and kind I would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in the area The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and welcoming

The room was slightly dirty, mostly older grime on the walls Otherwise everything was good, the bar had a decent selection and beer and alcohol and the food menu was basic but covered the normal foods you would order Eg Cheeseburger, nachos etc

I’m a Hilton diamond member so I always stay at Hilton when I travel I chose those specific location before looking to see how old it is, that being said it’s very dated The teal color couch in my room was very faded and the shower took forever to drain

The staff was nice as always and the restaurant/bar had amazing service and decent food too

Chris Reber

Stayed here for a work trip, I did look at reviews when it was booked so I knew to not expect much The employees were mostly very helpful and nice But the hotel was just bad

The room A/C unit would put out extremely humid air sometimes (if it didn’t wake me up with the “shoes in a dryer” sound, the extreme sweating every 15-30 minutes did) The bar of soap lit like cardboard The towels are quite thin, but felt like rubbing a brillo pad on my skin Ice machines: floor 3- had a down for maintenance sign, floor 2- completely closed off with wood, 1st floor-worked but I could only muster about 3 cubes of ice (empty both times I tried) Don’t worry there is a small fridge in the room, however it’s very moist, not very cool and ruined my {zip lock closed} cheese with water So those were my minor issues (I actually didn’t complain to the hotel at all), but my coworkers had an even worse time, and complained enough to get us moved to a different hotelI’d recommend to avoid this hotel if at all possible There are several other choices nearby, and even if this place was half price I would go elsewhere

Michael Johnson

I can’t remember the last time I went to a place where there was a genuine vibe of positivity coming from everyone who worked there While my stay was good, the service was about what you would expect from a business, but the working chemistry from the staff seemed to seep over into their interactions with the guests It was organic and subtle, but it makes a difference, at least for this guest, to know that the people working genuinely cared for one another

Lady D Gent

The location was convenient to our reason for traveling, but a member of our group had his catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot and they have no cameras The room layout was a little odd with lots of open, wasted space in the entry and hardly any room to squeeze by the bed nearest the window The lights on the bed didn’t work, so it was a little dark in that half of the room

Linens, towels, and bathroom were clean, floors were so-so The staff was very friendly Free breakfast included powdered eggs, a sausage/potato/peppers mix, instant oatmeal packets, toast, bagels, various small cereal boxes, fruit, milk, juice, and coffeenot bad

Best place for business I travel for work and frequent extended stay hotels This one is by far the best I have ever stayed in

I stayed a little over 3 months and it started to feel like my new home away from home Upon arrival my room was very clean and well stocked I had my weekly cleaning every Monday- which was really all that was needed Refills on toiletries were provided by the front desk when needed in between cleaning I received mail easy and was able to pick it up from the front desk Laundry facilities are free and clean The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly The hotel was near plenty of eating options within walking distance Malls, grocery, stores and any other store you needed was all within 3-5 miles depending on which way you go Hotel was very quiet and the guests were mainly professionals who are there for work or travelers with an unexpected layover I highly recommend this hotel

I departed today and everything was great However my last day I got a knock at my door around 8am asking me was I checking out today from house keeping Check out was not to 12pm and she woke me up

I was exhausted from training all weekend When I told the front desk clerk just to give some feedback about how it inconveniences the guest but there was no real issue I wanted to discuss She got loud and became combative She stated that I needed to put a sticker on the door for do not disturb I informed her I use to work at Candlewood and that is not how that works It’s a list and if a person checked out in the system you start cleaning with those hotels You don’t knock on doors until after the check out time I told her this is not an argument I am the customer giving you feed back I don’t appreciate the combativeness She then apologized I was shocked this even occurred

I have never experienced a front desk agent be so rude in all my career working for IHG I don’t know what is worse her behavior/attitude or her refusal to be hospitable or refusing to go get the manager or maybe her calling ME a liar I would never allow someone like this on my front desk

I cancelled my reservation before seeing the room, her negativity was enough for me I don’t know if she is a racist or what because she had no problem being nice and conversing with the two Mexican gentleman in the lobby but me a biracial female got nothing but disrespect not even a hello how are you A real shame

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel All of the staff gave us excellent care and service but I want to specifically mention the entire valet service – these young men were professional, courteous, and consistent with excellent service; and the staff member who greeted us each morning as we entered breakfast in the ballroom was a delight Her genuine smile and gracious greetings were a beautiful way to start the morning

As was the delicious breakfast and delicious coffee served in the ballroom It is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations Highly recommend!

Cool ambiance in the heart of Dallas sports Location was epic! Clean and friendly staff but also very strict about bringing alcohol in My roommate tried to bring in a six pack to enjoy and they made him put it back in his car

Restaurants were classy and came with a cost Bourbon selection was good Pool area was 10/10 except service was lacking Overall I definitely recommend this place

If you are looking for a bargain, this isn’t the place for youWe stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday when there weren’t any sporting or entertainment events going on The hotel is very clean, the staff pleasant, our room faced the entertainment area (which I liked) and our floor had a baseball theme which was appropriate

It’s an easy walk to AT&T and Globe life stadiums It would be a blast to stay on game day when all the restaurants and bars are open but just know that it will be crowded and loud and you may not be able to sleep if you are facing the restaurant side or are on one of the lower floorsOn non-game days not all the restaurants in Texas Live! are open Overall, it’s just bar food, the service wasn’t the best and the food was meh The next day we ate at the hotel bar; the bartender was efficient and friendly, the food came out exactly right and the atmosphere and view was pleasantThey have a coffee shop in the lobby which serves breakfast, lunch and beautiful desserts; we did not partake either morning as the line to order was short but the person behind the counter had to take the order, ring you up & then prepare the beverage and food, one order at a timeThe property, landscaping and patio areas are well kept and provide a perfect setting for an evening stroll There were couples, singles and families walking around and it felt very safeThey have hook ups for electric cars in the parking garage across the street We parked our own car and walked across the street to the hotel, it was easy but we pack light

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice Very clean Front desk ladies were very nice I will definitely be back Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club Heard it was nice

FYI – There is no spa I really liked my jacuzzi suite The jacuzzi tub was huge! The only issue was the water kept draining and I kept having to refill the tub (waste of water)

The tub kept draining even though I had the stopper in it Because of that the jacuzzi jets would spray into my face essentially making me feel like I was drowning So, I had to soak in the tub without them on Still a great room though

Absolute the worst hotel experience ever! How does this have 4 star overall review here is mind blowingI was charged twice at the bar in which they refused to give refund stating it was a hold and would go away (it didn’t, had to dispute through bank)Restaurant and bar employees lacked menu knowledge and experience

I back to my hotel 2am with AC not working properly, the person working front desk was incompetent and could not get the keys to work to move me to another room Absolutely crazy! Ended up having to go to another hotel at 3 am Of course they didn’t give refund and had to dispute that aswellThis hotel is nice, just lacks qualified owner, manger and employees to run the place Do NOT stay here!

I can’t even say my stay was poor because the hotel cancelled my reservation before I even got there Someone called me at 12:30 pm and said the card I had on file declined because they tried to charge it before I even got there The person that called me said that that’s how they run things there

Unfortunately, I just hadn’t made it to the bank to deposit the funds in my account because I wasn’t planning on checking in until after 3 It was nowhere near check in time I have worked hotel front desk for 20 years and have never seen a hotel run their business this way Very poor process Now, I have to figure out where myself and my three children are going to stay on one of the busiest nights of the week Also, my reservation was NOT a third party or prepaid so there is NO reason to charge my credit card at 12 noon and then cancel it just because I haven’t made it the bank yet If I could give zero stars, I would How do you have an issue before the guest even arrives… RED FLAG!!!!!

Clean place and friendly staff but rooms are loud Windows don’t keep out any noise from nearby hwy and the sound of traffic is horrible Door didn’t seal properly so the bright light from hallway kept the room lit up all night

Could hear everything happening in rooms beside me and above me No breakfast at this hotel Overall, the hotel is okay but if you want peace and quiet and a hot breakfast, look elsewhere
