The hotel was OK but front desk told me I need a $100 down payment that I would get back if the room wasn’t vandalized or had anything stolen I made sure my room was clean and organized, I was also told that what I got from the snack bar wouldn’t be an extra charge on my card but taken out of the $100 down payment I stayed in October never got the down payment back and the snack bar charge was on my card

If you stay here take pictures of your room before and after

Not a bad hotel but needs improvements For the price, it nice bed with a small kitchenette Friendly staff

Close to public transit, DART train Would consider rebooking with them in the future for a shorter stayThe appliances are older and some need to be replaced Our refrigerator was in good condition and worked well The toaster did not toast, even on high and going multiple times The stove top needs to be replaced as the front burner just keeps getting hotter regardless of the setting and the back burner would fluctuate temperature The dishwasher was definitely older but work well There was also a coffee maker which we didn’t use and there were other appliances available upon requestThe carpets could use a good deep cleaning but are good shapeThe bed was comfortable There was also a reclining chair that was very comfortableThe water got really hot out of tap Great for washing dishes (I’m a pumping mom and have to hand wash pump parts, so this was really nice) but need to be careful in the shower/tub because it gets scalding hotThe cable was OK Missing a lot of channels that we normal watch and have access to at other hotelsThey do not have any kind of breakfast available at all They do have complimentary coffee availableWe did accidentally leave a multi function charging cord in the room after checkout When I called to inquire if they had a lost and found, they said they did but automatically threw away charging cords This was really disappointing because it wasn’t a standard charging cord but a 5in1 splitter that could charge our electric razor, phones and other small electronics at once

Loved this hotel and proximity to restaurants, bars and shopping Very spacious and clean room with nice view overlooking canal The staff were awesome

I’m local and stay was business related, but I’d do an overnight here on personal time just for fun I liked it that much Drinks were good, but I’d suggest going off site for food Food on-site is convenient but taste very much like mass produced hotel food

The hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleaning The rooms are super outdated, dingy, and dark however we slept well the days we stayed It is nice to have the full kitchen

Wish ice maker worked in the room Trash receptacles need to be emptied outside Sufficient supplies need to be provided in rooms We stayed 6 nights and only one roll of toilet paper was provided Breakfast was good Liked that they had hot options like scrambled eggs, potatoes and a different breakfast meat each day Some days have pancakes and French toast They had boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and breads as well The location was good to activities we needed and seemed like a safe area Staff was good Had to move first night due to a water leak and they were quick to accommodate

Janie Bowerbank

The location was wonderful We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette The breakfast was delicious and there were many options

The location had many restaurants nearby as well as shopping We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the pool The place was clean and rooms were quiet We enjoyed our stay and not far from the airport as well

I stayed in the MCM Elegante Dallas for two nights and attended a convention in their meeting and event rooms The entire experience was great! The staff impressed me with their helpfulness and courtesy They had our event rooms set up and ready to go, stocked with fresh water

The bathrooms were always clean, and the staff was available whenever I needed help I found comfortable and roomy, clean and quiet There were several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance I’d definitely return

Justin Talley

While the room decor was nice, the paint was somewhat peeling and even though the two rooms we had, one in the poolside Cabana rooms and one up in the fourth floor of the main hotel, were supposed to be non-smoking, both smelled kinda smoky I know sometimes it can’t be helped especially after years of use But overall, for the price and the service, I definitely think it was worth our stay

The kids also enjoyed the pool in the morning before we checked out and the food that came with the room was excellent There was so much bacon! The breakfast food staff was helpful and amazing even with our large group! Thank you for the late shift to help us check in and we’re super helpful and kind

Sam Szczesny

We stayed at this hotel for the DollCon Dallas 2022 convention and I loved my stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and I was genuinely surprised how many updates were made in a more historic/older building The TV was a good size plus the rooms had a spacious bathroom and a microwave and mini fridge The morning breakfast was also delicious! I hope we get to return to the hotel next year because it had the perfect layout for our event as well

Thank you, MCM Elegante and staff for the lovely visit!

We set a reservation here for my sister’s bridal shower The experience was AMAZING from Valet (complimentary with Spa) We were greeted at the door and quickly ushered to our individual rooms

The massage was very relaxing and much needed The facilities were kept very clean The waitresses were always there for anything that you needed I do wish they had more hot tubs and the sauna wasn’t working at the time I believe for as much as we paid EVERYTHING should have been operational and ready for use That was disappointing However, we then went to the brunch at the Outlaw and when I tell you it was SOOOO much food I was overwhelmed with all the food selections Not complaining at all let me add Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return one day Thank you

Lauren Winfield

Stayed the weekend for a wedding The room service was so good it made me want to leave this review lol I was surprised that the prices were fair as well! The room was great and had a balcony overlooking the pool

The housekeeping crew should definitely be rewarded! They cleaned our room multiple times per day and would organize your things It was wonderful My only complaint was that the bar closed at midnight I later learned that the patio area was still open for drink service but the bar tender just closed the door right when he saw our wedding party approaching and didn’t share any of that info

Victor Poore

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons Las Colinas! The location of the resort was convenient as both Dallas and Fort Worth were less than 30 minutes away The service from the bellmen, the golf shop, and the restaurants was Five Star! The cocktails at Outlaw were potent and the meals at Law restaurant were very good 18 holes at the golf course were challenging and the conditions were commendable

When in Dallas, I will make every effort to return here

We actually stayed at this hotel for a family member’s wedding Our stay was incredibly nice! The front desk and bar was always filled with awesome, friendly & helpful staff The rooms were great, as well as, comfortable making for a great sleep

We were actually provided 2 adjoining rooms due to the original room I booked not being available, which was fantastic! The wedding was decorated beautifully and every guest was treated with respect, kindness and able to fully enjoy a special evening The breakfast was always hot and tasted great and the spa in the pool area was fantastic, very relaxing and warm!!!This hotel was wonderful and provided an excellent atmosphere filled with warmth and happiness while providing beautiful Christmas decors from your balcony view to make for a great place to celebrate New Years Eve!

Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!We booked this hotel for one night, based on the reviews, which by the way, all those positive reviews are employees or friends reviewing their own business, because the quality of this hotel is a true hazard and a liability at this point The booking and friendliness of the staff was no issue this time, but the hotel had a cheap look overall We booked this hotel for one night, and two families stayed in two different rooms, both rooms were smelly, you can tell there was some water damage under the carpet because of the smell

The pillows were comfy, that’s the only reason why i gave them one star, but everything else was just outdated, SMELLY and for the love of God, someone needs to shut down their POOL and redo the whole entire thing from scratch The chlorine in the pool was just outrageous, the jacuzzi did not work at all !! i really wish i would taken pictures to be honest Just by sitting near the jacuzzi your eyes will water from the chlorine The floor of the pool has dirt visible from the outside, and its not smooth at all, we all came out of there with scratches and our skin felt disgusting from all the chlorine It was truly heartbreaking since the pool was very important for our kids My son was sick after being in the pool I’m pretty sure it was due to the conditions of the water On top of it all, breakfast is $16 per person more!!! I walked by just to see if it was worth it, and lets just say i am glad we did not have from there I wished at least one of the reviews from this hotel was completely honest, because it would of save me and my family from staying here AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!

Taya Zagurski

Upon checking in, there was a bug in my shower I wasn’t overly concerned about that so I didn’t mention it to the staff (it happens) I was there for business so I wasn’t in my room much

After returning at the end of the day, I spotted another bug that had crawled out of where the carpet met the bathroom tile I then noticed black spots all over my sheets and pillows I immediately checked for bedbugs but did not see any obvious signs Still concerned, I brought one of the pillows to the front desk to show them and request a new room They moved me to the room directly across the hall and reported they would have someone up there to inspect Thinking someone would be there immediately, I left the door hinge between the door to keep it propped open The next morning, the door was still propped open – indicating no one had been there to check For this reason, I became concerned about the overall cleanliness of this hotel and would not recommendI would say, the breakfast was really good and the employees who manage the buffet are incredibly friendly and kind!

The hotel is very clean and well maintained The room was comfortable and quiet, the gym had everything that most people need, the pool was good temperature, and the breakfast buffet was perfect Sierra (managing the breakfast on the weekends) was extremely pleasant and helpful

When checking out, Lynn realized that the airport shuttle was late and she immediately ordered a Lyft ride (paid for by hotel) for me so I could make it on-time for my flightI would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area Top quality and cost effective

Sadie Lamberson

The room was very clean and comfortable The staff was awesome Mostly the night Audit

And the night audit was above and beyond when I needed to ask a question and get extra towels When their was a line of people behind me He kept his composure He apologized to the rest of the customers in line Told them to grab a water or snack while he was helping me with my issues I give the night audit a 100 % His name was Joseph 👍

Trent C

Everything was fine until that $450 charge showed up For a one night stay In addition to the $200 I was charged for the room

So that’s nearly $700 I’ve been without since 5/13, today is 5/18 I can’t afford to eat tonight because of their malfeasance I’m a diamond member, but this experience has me committed to never using the Hilton chain again

Dave Moser

The staff were all very nice The design of the hotel room is the worst thing I have ever experienced, and I get that this is designed to be a “modern” loft feel A couple of the highlights:- The shower water just spilled out onto the bathroom floor

There was no way to get the curtain to stop the water- The bathroom sink was so close to the mirror that you splashed water all over the mirror- It was impossible to brush your teeth at the bathroom sink as there was not enough room to spit into the sink even with your head against the mirror- The platform bed edges stick out past the bed by 3-4 inches and you will hit your shin on it numerous times It is also painted black and there is NO WAY you will see it the first time- The in-room coffee machine is not plugged it, and can’t be plugged in where it is stored You will not notice this until you have filled it with water and ready to make coffee You now have to move a full coffee pot to an outlet Without said coffee to help you in this decision process- The barn door that covers the closet is also the door that slides to cover the bathroom But it doesn’t cover it well enough at all for a bathroom It also fell off the railing twice which caused me to lift this whole stinking door back onto the track- Steak sandwich was served raw I want my steak medium rare, but this should have a crust of some kind, but it was cut with the grain so it was literally impossible to chew So gross- Stains all over the ceiling I get the industrial look, but this just looks nastyAgain, staff was great, but the design is TERRIBLE, and makes for a miserable experience

PERFECT

for ME time, relax or get-away for the weekend My second stay in a month, and while I stay in my room most of the time, there WILL be a next time soon The whole place is hip, modern, and very comfortable Just enough to make you want to say mover and over, which I plan to soon The gentleman that checked me in both times, was amiable, informative, and professional, as were Ashley and Helen, who I met at the front desk on my second stay Lilian in Housekeeping was super nice, friendly, and helpful Keep it up, please! On my next stay, I will visit the bar and restaurant to see if the vibe is what I think it is Finally, while I am not a swimmer, the pool was small and needed a scrubbing – at least when I was there The pool area and patio was comfortable and relaxing, so there’s that NICE JOB! KEEP IT UP! I’ll be BACK SOON!

Shuta Wu

Not worth the price This hotel is very dark The bathroom are only lit by a weak vanity light on the mirror, there are no over head lights

It was like showering with a flash light The rooms only have 2 tiny lamps, it felt like a dungeon, not a loft Also the front desk is very rude and does not listen I kept saying I did not get my food credit for Hilton honors as it doesn’t show up on my receipt but they insisted I did Eventually I was told that the food charge was pure tip, so the wait staff had entered my meal and put the entire meal down for their tip, which pretty much negates the food credit! That’s shady to me I need a receipt that shows accurate billing for reimbursement for work, but the hotel refuses to send me a receipt that shows everything (Carlos) correctly They keep insisting that my receipt shows my credit when I can clearly see it does notAlso I booked a normal base room and when I asked about diamond upgrades they told me that room was was the upgraded room already, which doesn’t make sense

We spent 6 1/2 weeks at this property and we cannot say enough good things about it 1 The cleanest hotel room(s) I’ve ever stayed in

Every corner was spotless 2 Friendliest staff across the board, from the manager Mr Shepherd, to Carla, Santos, Bernard, and Brenda 3 Welcoming – always greeted with a smile and “may I help you?” 4 Complimentary breakfast: Brenda goes out of her way to make sure it is delicious and nutritious Walnuts, almonds, cherries, raisins, etc to top your Old Fashioned made from scratch oatmeal 5 Accommodating – our renovation start date moved several times and Mr Shepherd assured me that I did not need to worry, he would take care of us – and he did It all starts with him He has done a fantastic job with this property and it shows

Dave Tanner

Every single employee made our family feel welcome (including our dog!) They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful Most mornings, the breakfast offerings included home made oat meal, with a wide variety of optional extras What an unexpected treat! Our rooms were clean (and quiet), the beds were comfy, and the location was convenient

In all ways, it was a wonderful experience!

Ian Minor

We had a very rough travel day on Wednesday 8/10 8 of us had our flights cancelled and we had a very hard time finding a hotel to accommodate all of us Gabriel was a great help getting us all a room during this challenging moment

Everyone at this hotel was fantastic and so helpful If I am ever back in the area I will be sure to stay there again Thank You so much!!!

Biggest complaint – one towel when we checked in… that is the ONLY complaint we had This hotel is amazing! When we made our reservations and they were so cheap we just knew it was going to be bad However we were trying to stay within budget and holy cow!!!! Diamond in the rough is an understatement! Service was great, room was spacious, water was hot

Neighborhood was nice and quiet Will come back next time!

Mileydis Atkins

Nice pool back yard/patio, rooms were clean but hotel is old, looks like they did some renovation but still have the smell and old look in the hallway, doors etc You have to request the room service (boo if you don’t know) breakfast sucks! They only give you a box of prepackaged food that tastes like a cardboard No fresh food

Staff was nice, good location

Lori Throne

My family and I stayed this past weekend We had a 2-bedroom suite that far exceeded our expectations We arrived after midnight but were greeted warmly and checked into our room promptly

The room was very spacious and larger than anticipated There is free parking and a free hot breakfast with different items daily The front desk also supplied us with complimentary toothpaste and razor as we neglected to bring our own This will be our first choice on future stays

Elizabeth Wise

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

N S

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

My family has always stayed at Staybridge They are by far the best hotel Rooms are always clean

Housekeeping is always attentive Front desk is very responsive And this particular location was great I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensilsWe did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved My only complaint was the breakfast Definitely could have been better But overall we enjoyed our stay

Megan LeBeouf

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was the worst experience in a hotel we’ve ever had The first clue should have been the stagnant, hot air in the hall, leading to our room Once in, we attempted to adjust the temperature to cool things down, but it never kicked on

We spoke with the front desk and both rooms that were offered to us were then “taken”, from the time my husband came up to the room to discuss which option we wanted to go with We ended up waking up our kids and leaving at midnight to stay somewhere else If we can help another family out, I’d say this: Word of advice, chose another hotel

I’m late with this review, but I stayed from April 14th-15th, but was charged for the 16th as well because it was after checkout The area and the outside of this hotel does not match the interior The rooms were outdated and Room 318 had mold located in the AC register and the tub (see pictures below)

The AC seemed to be intermittent as well, even after adjusting the thermostat I told the front desk and the staff was willing to move me to the 1st floor, but after checking the room out (still outdated with a torn couch) I decided to leave and canceled my remaining time there The area is nice, but I would not recommend staying here

Perfect place for my cousin and me to stay My cousin is disabled and requires a mobility accessible room with a roll in shower and all that good stuff Finding hotels with 2 double or queen beds and a roll in shower is not easy! She is prone to falls so she can’t be left alone for more than a 10 minutes at a time

The sofa was her spot to lay out her suitcase, get dressed and eat her breakfast and snacks I loved that there was a sink and upper storage cabinet by the microwave and mini fridge The staff were all excellent and so kind and accommodating They placed us on the second floor just steps from the elevator and ice maker and it was easy for me to get downstairs and grab us some breakfast to bring back to the room Ample parking and easy access to major highways and roads But the best part was that this hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet We hope to come back again in the spring Thank you!

A pleasant experience!A group of our team members stayed made at the hotel for a yearly meeting hotel was clean, comfortableand most of all the staff was very helpful We needed help getting our large group to an evening event Giovanni our Van driver offered to take us without hesitation

Even offered to pick us back up close to the cutoff time, this insured we had a pretty good time safely We will stay at this hotel again while we’re in town! Above and beyond customer service is hard to find nowadays great jobGiovanni and team!

A bit disappointed from this stay My room (406) should someone from the Hotel see this is in need of care One has to question hotel management and their attention to detail and standards

As a travel professional, a good management team keeps up on the details, and seeks corrective action when something needs attention My room, albeit clean and tidy, lacked a few things that certainly stood out Half of the curtain on my window was missing That is, the secondary or sheer portion of the covering had been removed The desk lamp that is standard in all rooms was missing and not there In the bathroom, the assist handles in the shower have lost the paint and are all rusted exposing the bare metal On a positive note, the front desk and supporting staff are very accommodating and pleasant I will be back but hopefully to better accommodations that I expect from a Marriott property

We were supposed to get two presidential suites with titanium rewards and they only gave us one, after promised, because the other one wasn’t ready

When we got to our “Basic” bedroom we found roaches and told the staff and didn’t do anything about itAt breakfast time the server was very rude to everyone, which I totally understand because he was the only one working but it wasn’t the right way to treat clients

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected However, there were a few disappointments during our stay

The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding The situation made me feel as though I was at fault Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Was less than impressed during my recent stay First of all, everywhere in the hotel is warm The lobby, the rooms, the restaurant

I feel like I couldn’t cool down and it’s only May Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work either You have to manually turn it on? I’ve never seen that before The coffee bar is only open until 11 during the week and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner I was turned away at breakfast when there were people still clearly seated and eating It was 9:45 If you’re thirsty between the hours of the restaurants being closed, good luck getting something to drink (or eat) There are no vending machines and no where to get drinks/food The restaurant smells like an old bowling alley and the sheets smell old and musty The one drink I had at the bar was good, and the dinner menu looked good, but since I didn’t order cannot attest to taste

Stayed 2-nights at the Texican Court and had an inside room on the 3rd floor There are three buildings with some rooms overlooking the pool area and the inside rooms overlooking green areas or other buildings Each building had a elevator so you are not dragging your luggage up 3-flights of stairs

My room was large with a retro full-size refrigerator stocked with water, pop, mini alcohol bottles, full bottles of wine, red bull, etc There was also a table with various sweet and salty munchies The bathroom had a huge walk-in shower and the entire room was very clean The hotel had limited onsite parking that I saw and sits directly across the street from a convention centerI was there on business and had dinner one night and breakfast on two mornings The dinner menu had a good selection and the fajitas were excellent The breakfast menu is limited and coffee is serve yourself The yogurt parfait was large and delicious with fresh berriesThe grounds also had a tequila bar that I did not visit In addition to the pool there was an area to sit outside and enjoy a real wood fire and play a game of corn horn/bean bag tossI would definitely stay again when in the area

We had a couple’s getaway weekend and stayed on a third floor Deluxe King room with a wonderful view of the swimming pool This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation You have a ton of amenities right on-site including the restaurant, tequila bar, bar and swimming pool

There is a cluster of bars/restaurants as well as Toyota Music Factory within walking distance It was not crowded the weekend we stayed which was very niceThis is a Spanish-style property with central courtyard areas, firepits, etc There are rocking chairs out on the balcony area (shared) where you can sit and relax, people watch etc The bar had live music in the evening which was niceThe room itself was well-appointed and the shower is gorgeous The ceilings are high so we did have to turn the overhead fan on for AC circulation, but it got cool Products are amazing as far as soap/shampoo/etc The bathrobes are an AMAZING touch I want one! My only nitpicks are as follows: breakfast is a bit pricey, but it was a gorgeous spread Second: Swimming pool opens a bit late in my opinion for summer I think 9AM would work better or 8:30 We will be back to Texican Court

This is an Amazing hotel! My wife wanted to stay at somewhere unique and this place hit the spot We stayed in one of there “glamping” suites in her words it was “adorable” full stocked fridge, retro and up to date as well! The only thing was not enough water pressure for the huge shower They had campfire area that was great area to enjoy the evening

The Two Mules Cantina had awesome food and service! Live music playing with an outdoor area to enjoy fire pit area! I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel Will definitely go back again!

When we tried to book a room after getting back late from the airport, they said they were full and that’s understandable However, when we asked for help to book with one of the sister hotels, the front desk lady said “She was busy and that she had other things to do” We live in a very free country

If you do not want to work in customer service, you have the FREEDOM to get another job where you don’t have to work with the public She had horrible customer service

I simply love the lay out of the roomsvery nice staffI only wish the airport shuttle was on demand buy other than that it was a very nice stay and will be on my list of favorites!!

Front desk Gail was absolutely so unprofessional and rude Do not stay here I tried letting her know that guests at the hotel were using a shuttle to drop off at the Hyatt Regency for an event and we’re told it was too much traffic only for the guests to have to walk 2 hours

I tried to speak to a manager but she was too busy leaving for the night and would not speak with me Gail kept talking over me and treating me like I was stupid So I spoke louder since she didn’t want to listen to anything I said She kept saying that their shuttles DO NOT operate on the weekend???? How is that even possible? LOL this lady hung up on me I called back to apologized for yelling at her and she still had an attitude I was just trying to tell her what her customers from her hotel were complaining about DON’T stay here

The hotel is really immaculate Bright, airy, large, but nicely decorated The room was really clean and spacious

It had all the basic amenities you would need to stay comfortable The breakfast was on the small side, but I did enjoy that they had options to be aware of allergens like milk alternatives, vegetarian options, gluten free, etc My only complaint would be that the receptionist we had encountered checking in (it was 11pm) was not the friendliest nor was she polite in general And she tried to swindle my husband when purchasing drinks from the snack area I highly doubt all the receptionists would try their luck at that, but just ask for your receipt so you have proof of any discrepancies The other receptionist that night was nice, as well as the one in the morning Other than that one thing, definitely a good affordable place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay My 2 small children and I were stuck overnight, so we ended up here last minute They had a pack n play, and a shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the airport

Their morning breakfast burritos with chorizo were ferocious Judy and team made our stay as amazing as it could be without having much for ourselves Rooms were spacious and had a pullout couch, very clean and even the kitchen had all the cookware and utensils for 4 people

First off I typically don’t get to stay in fancy hotels, so this was pretty darn fancy to me & my first time in a fancy hotel! So my friend and I missed our flight at Dallas (not our fault) and of course we looked for a hotel that had a free shuttle bus and free breakfast I called the hotel and the shuttle bus picked us up only like 15 min later, it was pretty rad I took a nap at the hotel & I woke up itching like crazy

My friend notices I had hives all over my body! From the looks of it I possibly had an allergic reaction to their detergent I went down to the front desk, trying not to cry because I’m a big baby, & finally the sweetest manager lady, (so sorry didn’t get her name), came out of the back and gave me some benadryl, and I asked them what we should do & without hesitation she went out & bought me new sheets & pillow cases and then brought them up to our room She did a lot for me that evening because I didn’t know what I was going to do I thanked her so much she probably got sick of it But I’d like to also publicly thank her because even the simplest things means the most to me God bless her soul! Then the breakfast was amazing! There was soo many choices, it was very difficult to pick just one! & the breakfast lady was very sweet & kind!
