I stayed at this hotel with my family (including small kids) We loved the space in the room, the complimentary breakfast and the evening reception The kids loved the indoor pool

The room was clean and comfortable The breakfast food was good and included an omelet bar The indoor pool was heated and warm on a very cold day It was, overall, a great stay We would definitely stay again

Kirsten Kelley

We stayed in a 2 room Suite $180 after taxes for a room that comfortably fits 4(we had 5) It was me, my husband, and our 3 boys ages 8,9, & 12

The boys said their sofa bed was really uncomfortable but our bed was great Breakfast was extremely impressive, they had a full range of hot foods like French toast, Grits, & meats FRESH fruit, every type of danish & bread you can think of and freshly made omelets with whatever ingredients you choose Overall room is a 4/5 and breakfast a 9/5 🤗

Kristen Bray

This hotel was very clean and convenient to west Houston / energy corridor They had plenty of staff working and bussing tables / wiping down immediately during busy breakfast hours, which was a plus We would definitely stay here again

Next time we might ask to try to get a room on the back though because with convenience of the location also comes interstate noise! We had a very enjoyable stay though

First, let me start by saying I see some comments talking about the hot water The hot water does work just depends on what part of the hotel you’re in it can take forever for it to get to the end of the hotel or on the third floor you just have to let it run for a long time Unfortunately they don’t have a recirculation line, I know this because I’m in plumbing

Now it’s for the hotel I have stayed in Many 4 star hotels and this place was better than most of the 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at The staff is super friendly, the rooms were super clean, they have full service working right now and their breakfast is amazing Also the rooms are really large and for the price to have a living room and a kitchenette in the bedroom it’s amazing I recommend it totally

I would leave ZERO stars if i could We stayed for one night as we were in town for my grandmothers funeral Our room was muggy & musty on arrival

We figured we just needed to crank the A/C down to get some air flowing but the fan kept cutting off Shower took forever to heat up and was only lukewarm But the biggest reason I’m leaving ONE star is because at 4:00 in the morning we were woken up to ants in our bed, bites all over my body, and they were covering the floor on one side of the room The front desk clerk was accommodating enough to get us to the room across the hall which was much cleaner and actually had AC flow But at this point we were wide awake and had only gotten about 3-4 hours of sleep The GM was given our number and supposed to give us a call after we attended the funeral but never did We ended up calling and we were told that we would be credited $25 back and that was all she could do Absolutely unacceptable Nothing like showing up to a funeral with no sleep and absolutely covered in ant bites

Freddie King

This location is horrible, we went in to check if the rooms had kitchens and the lady was so ill equipped to assist She knew nothing of the rooms capabilities, she told me and my wife the rooms were hypoallergenic and they had feathered pillows in the room After I specifically asked numerous times, as well as my wife

We had to go through the process of unloading the vehicle, going to the room, only to be turned around because of her failure to verify, the room didn’t have feathers Very poor service Management, just don’t realize the harm these representatives do to them I had another location lie and said the room was feather free and my wife had a full on reaction Where I sued the hotel and was awarded 350K These receptionist with these haphazard responses don’t understand the severity they are placing the company in by lying Stating they checked and they actually didn’t It’s premise liability and its going to cost them every time! Can’t wait to see if the manager is going to contact me

Our vehicle was broke into the first night we were there and my husbands work power tools worth $1,500 were stole out the back seat not visible We parked in front of a camera in a well lit area Stayed there 3 days and manager said she looked at the camera and didn’t see anything

No way you didn’t see anything when it took time to break in truck because roof and side of door is all dented and scratched Asked everyday if they saw anything on the camera they said no but I think they never looked Not helpful Other employees were nice

This motel was specifically chosen due to its 3-star rating and 43 customer rating The A/C in my first room wasn’t working

The front desk agent then transferred me to a 1st floor room reserved for people with disabilities We took a quick tour of the room and it seemed to be a better fit with air After putting all of my items in the room, I looked around and noticed that the room was QUITE DIRTY Stains covered EVERY piece of furniture There were still bits of dried food around the front room sink Each room’s wall corners were covered in cobwebs The walls had stains, and the floor was sticky The toilet in the adjacent room made a chain saw-like noise each time it was flushed I sprayed the sheets with Lysol spray before getting under them to lay down, but when I did, I smelled urine There was a general odor in the room I spoke with Debra the incredibly nice and welcoming front desk agent and she made every effort to assist me She said the hotel was fully booked when I wanted to switch rooms Sadly, this hotel did not live up to its 43 out of 5 star rating If you’re searching for a very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable stay, I wouldn’t recommend this one

Ricky Williams

Furniture and rooms are fairly dirty, computer chairs are dirty and torn Virtical mirror was damaged Coffee stains embedded on the counter top

Bathroom cabinets were torn and like dogs has been chewing on them Not a good place to stay and rest Someone above me was making frequent loud sounds The staff basically blew me off Extremely terrible experience In my opinion the staff has only one objective that’s revenue

Vicki Busboom

I don’t like staying with dogs Dog is still barking down the hall Elevator smelled like dirty feet, then realized it is a dog

They have water issues When you flush, still looks like someone peed in toilet People above me stomping on floor Lots of room noise Have dishes but no cook top Why dishes ? Not enough lighting at desk area

One of the greatest comfort suits I’ve stayed at! My load got backed up due to this weekend holidays and I had to stay a few extra nights From the front desk ladies and gentlemen(extra sweet)to the cleaning team (the cleaning is on point!! And the ladies are so nice!) to the pool (it was delicious!!) felt like home! Ohhh the waffles 🧇 banana nut was yummy! Thank you for being kind to us! ❤️331

This is not a family place only 2 people you guys know I always put in Good reviews but this is very sad me and my family drive 17 hours and found this hotel when we call everything was as normal we ask for a room that can put 6 people and they told us they have two queen size bed and a Couch that can trun into a bed and we was going to stay for 6 days so when we got in they give us the key but we only stay for only one night because when we was out we got a call saying that they can’t have 6 people in one room and we need to get another room that we couldn’t pay for and so we decided to check out that same moment but they were going to charge us for 2 nights instead of one night that we actually stayed if they have told us from the beginning that 6 people can’t be in the same room we would have understand but telling us this the next day at 3pm after we pay for the room to say that is not right so they kicking us out because we couldn’t pay for the Extra room Is very bad business I advise you if you have a family more than 3 don’t do it!!! save yourself a headache and find a different hotel If I can put 0 starts on the service I would but I don’t want to put too much a bad view on the hotel itself I think it was a good hotel but the service was very poor me and my family will not be back

CLG Gun

Nasty Blood stain on comforter that’s covered with a curtain…? Dirty old office chair Couch is sunk in and very uncomfortable

We found lots of long hair in the extra blanket in the closet The fitted sheet was constantly coming untucked while we slept (we’re not restless sleepers) There’s some unknown black stuff in the sheer curtains (maybe mold?) And the room smelled like butt I wouldn’t recommend unless you are desperate The only positive I could think of was that the breakfast staff was very kind and accommodating We are vegans and they were so sweet and checked for milk and egg in the waffle mix As expected, there was So if you’re vegan, your options for breakfast are toast, fruit, and juice

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t regret itEverything about this hotel is perfect! The cleanliness is superb, the staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious and updated And front desk employee Elicia leaves you with a great first impression about the hotel I will definitely come back again whenever I need to visit Houston area

Marshall Watson

I was miserable and desperate in need of a clean, comfortable and affordable room for the night This place far exceeded my expectations! The room was huge The pool was clean, so was the fitness center

The entire hotel was spotless The staff was genuinely friendly And the breakfast bar had blueberry pancakes I was really blown away by this place Everything was 5 stars or better!

Brannon Happacher

The room was all around better then expected Usually in my experiences, they somehow make the room look much bigger in the photos then it actually is But not in this case

And just as presentable as well Service at the front desk was very accommodating too Only complaint wouldn’t be anything owed to the hotel itself but to Google maps Tried to get me lost just before I hot there lol! But in all A wonderful experience for sure

We needed a place to stay for a few days and thought it’d be nice to have a small kitchenette and hang out near the Katy Asian townOverall, it’s a decent place with free breakfast Note, it’s a pet-friendly hotel and they don’t separate the rooms so if you have severe pet allergies, you can check with the staff to try and get a room that didn’t have a pet previously

For example, Jasmine was awesome and helped us out as much as she couldIt was safe and fairly quiet though sometimes you’ll hear the occasional pet and footsteps from above Let’s not forget the door slams from your neighborsIt’s also just a few minutes away from the Katy Asian town where you can pick up all kinds of great food, desserts, and groceries

Brett Davies-Young

Rooms are studio style, spacious and a little more exciting than your average hotel layout TV on a swivel so can be views from bed or couch My room had a kitchenette, didn’t use it but always nice to have

Bed was fine for me, and pillows were medium to soft- I like that The room HVAC unit is in the wall, and is noisy, but doesn’t run very often Breakfast doesn’t have lots of options but, it’s something: oatmeal, toppings, cereal, various milks, some fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, pre made waffles, and some (tasty) egg options The best part was the lady running it- very friendly Overall the hotel decor and space is clean and tidy I thought the weekday price was very fair for everything offered at $116 after taxes

Chad Booth

Nice property!Safe area and clean roomsThey did “run out of towls” while we were there But, the nice night time front desk clerk got us more

We will definitely stay here again

We checked-in via and the app Our room was clean and at a good temperature and had all the items we needed The staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and when in the lobby

The pool was a great size and perfect for kids There are chairs, tables and umbrella if needed There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity along with a mini fridge located in your room

Ashley Ramos

Recently stayed at this hotel, it was nice and well maintained only got taken by surprise for a deposit hold of $50 per room that I was never informed on Which was no problem but could cause issue with guests not expecting this extra step Walking into the bathroom in my room

Bar of soap was opened and recently used I believe the small products in the bathroom all come sealed for a reason last but not least there was a piece of plastic maybe residue of a glove in my breakfast as shown in the picture Other than that it is a nice place to stay

Kraken

Despite sending us to a room without a bed, the entire experience was great Everything smelled and felt perfectly clean, and the staff went well out of their way to care for us Excellent service, the breakfast was fulfilling, and we felt safe the entire time

No issues with noise and the beds were very comfortable Will be returning again!

Great room layout, comfortable bed, and great staff Room and facilities were all very clean and kept up Mornings offer great breakfast options

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and patient during the check-in process This location is very quiet with no road noise, they also have a very nice pool area and basketball courts

J G

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, for the price it was really nice The room was great and enjoyed having the sofa bed available Utilized the laundry and the hot tub both of which were clean and I was glad to be able to use them

There was construction on the road outside of the hotel but it did not affect anything to do with our stay

Yasin HZ

Old and tired room with a very poor breakfast offering But the reason I’m giving only 1 star is the attitude of the lady attending the breakfast room Because the offering was so poor in terms of selection and quality I wanted to take a picture for my review and at the same time put back my plate in the dirty dishes box; therefore I had my plate when I approached the table

She thought I’m about to get some food and yelled from the other “sir you need a clean plate”; yes sure but how about you wear some gloves when handling the food I saw her touching multiple dirty areas and then food

I stayed here for a few weeks while working on a project and I grew so attached LOL The hotel is not super close to anything, but that also makes it kind of a peaceful escape from the city shuffle The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated nicely

Great views in all directions There’s a Starbucks cafe in the lobby, and my personal favorite feature is the outdoor pool and hot tub, which were mostly empty while I was there There’s also a small but well equipped gym facility Would definitely recommend booking here

Michael Boothe

The customer service at this hotel is amazing! Especially our concierge/attendant (not sure what his title is) at the front Sean Everything we needed he was on top, froM needing a cart brought to our room for luggage or someone showing us how to use the remote They really made us feel at home, even when we thought we had ridiculous requests

Sean you deserve a raise Thank you for an amazing stay!

LyAnn Matamoros

We have stayed here before while traveling to Houston and this time it was not pleasant Rooms are cleans and cool But when I went to lay down, I kept smelling a funky smell

I lightly sniffed the blankets a few times and then I sniffed the pillows All the pillows smelled like mildew I called the front to let them know and they offered to transfer us to an upgraded room or to send new pillows So they gave us a suite We moved to the suite and the pillows all still smelled like mildew I called the front again to let them know The security went to go find us some “foam pillows” which were different from the ones in the room They didn’t smell so we took them The sofa was old and dirty As you sat down, you sunk right in and felt like you were sitting on the rods in the sofa The bed was so uncomfortable, both of our backs were sore the next morning Won’t be coming backAlso, they charged me an extra $50, so I automatically assumed it was for a deposit or some sort, but if I should have known this or not, during check in, the host should tell you that they will be doing so The guy that checked me in didn’t say anything about it So it was kind of unexpected for me

The desk clerk was friendly Well lit parking lot, felt like a safe area Rooms were very spacious and clean, bed comfy enough, but walls are thin

You can hear outside noise Luckily, it was minimal during our stay I liked the toiletry options and the mirror The remote control was duct taped together, but the AC definitely worked! About $75 for the nightI didn’t hate it I could sleep there again if needed

Robert Sean McMurtrie

It was okay

unfortunately the “included” breakfast is a complete joke, and we got the feeling they were using covid as an excuse to NOT deliver We did get free beer each evening during ‘happy hour’ hence not giving an even lower ratingThe rooms are spacious although they are a bit “tired” and could do with some improvement We had a family suite with an additional room but sadly no cutlery or crockery and could therefore not use the kitchenetteThe location is great, we had easy and quick access to all the places we needed to visit

Chris McMillon

At face value, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable But I won’t be staying here again because they skimp on the coffee, and the man in reception was absolutely miserable, and did not seem to appreciate my presence there at all He frowned, hardly spoke, and made me uncomfortable

A smile costs nothing and personality goes a long ways

Mrs Brenda at the front desk is a sweetheart She checked us in during our stay and made sure everything taken care of according to our book preferences

She also is a kind and loving individual The rooms were clean and comfortable Even though the hotel is located nearby highway, it was quite inside the room Would be back for staying over here for sure and I would highly recommend to stay over here whether it’s for a business trip, a short vacation, or a long stay

Went to stay in this hotel and it was not what we expected The lady at the front desk had her children with her so we couldn’t get her undivided attention There was a mildew smell

There were roaches all in the hallway and in our room They allow dogs which makes me wonder do they sanitize enough after the pets have left Instead of staying the entire weekend we checked out the next day I would not recommend this hotel It looks clean but it is not There was no manager on property to even speak with

Iesha Smith

I had a deluxe room which was nice and spacious Check in and check out was nice and smooth Although they didn’t have hot breakfast they served coffee and orange juice in lobby and little grab and go breakfast snacks

I’m giving it three stars because it was stinky in the hallways I don’t know if it’s because they allow dogs, really thin walls you could here everyone, and I hate to be the person that wish they put guest with dogs on one side and guest without on another But nice location

This place seems clean and accommodating upon arrival but during our 5 night stay not one time did our room get cleaned nor have the trash emptied out We had to fetch our own towels and take the trash outThe front desk staff seemed over whelmed and simultaneously burdened by any of the more than reasonable requests

So we stay here and aside from the roof and running water have very few amenities advisor

I went to visit my friend that was recovering from surgery at this hotel and was completely alarmed that the room was never cleaned, I went to the front staff and they said they would send house keeping around but they never showed, there was grim in the tub, room smelled like smoke and I’m honestly shocked at their lack of effort or care to maintain a safe space for the guest

Very nice breakfast and happy hour Clean and well appointed with nice kitchenette & big fridge, large bathroom & shower with safety floor in shower👍 Super nice amenities in kitchen and full selection of news channels on TV (not just Fox, OAN, & Newsmax that we experienced nearby)

But the bed pillows are HORRIBLE!!!!!! Need to be thrown away: flat flat flat, no support at all Bad pillows ruin your sleep which affects your entire stay Despite how terrific everything else was, I got only poor sleep with those pillows The mattress was fine But poor sleep each night ruined my stay We appreciated the Friendly staff & good housekeepers

I will definitely give it a 5star based on customer service and experience alone Not sure if every shift is the same but this one representative name Michelle was Awesome! Had a few problems with extra towels and sheets and she literally came in as if she was a Housekeeper and took care of the situation professionally and humbly Overall great experience! Michelle and staff made me feel at home

Ok I checked in at 10:30 pm on May 4 , 2022 this hotel just sucks I stayed at several a laugh this by far is the worst they don’t even have pins in the room They really try to cut cost and it shows from the staff to the furniture The young lady Working the front desk seem very irritated from me asking her for things that should’ve been in the wrong I’m sorry it’s not my fault these things are not in the wrong a remote, soap, towels

there is a courtyard Marriott right next-door please choose to stay there I stayed there before and it’s been lovely every time the owners of this hotel should not on a hotel Maybe you guys should invest in something where people have low expectations of the customer service

SANDRA

The hotel itself is a nice hotel and the room was clean and well laid out But the room had an oder

more like a stinch that was had to overcome As for the service, there was no one there when I arrived Granted I arrived late and she appeared within minutes, when I asked her to confirm my late checkout, she said I would have to check with the person in the morning Well in the morning, there was only one person who too busy with checkouts so I had to call a few times It’s just unusual for a front desk not to answer the phone then not to apologize later They generally just lacked customer service skills

The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite We had an instance where an unruly guest confronted us and was telling us we needed to leave No matter how politely we tried to diffuse the situation he would not calm down and leave us alone

Luckily, Ana at the front desk stepped in and was able to remove us from the situation and get the guest to return to his room From this experience, I was shown that this hotel has caring and professional staff and that the management does an excellent job vetting and hiring appropriate staff members I would highly recommend staying here from this experience alone Other than that, everything was clean, organized, and professional

Karen Glidden

Front desk service was fabulous Evan, in particular, was so accommodating I had talked to him several times before we arrived and over the phone and in person was a gem! I had 3 rooms (and relatives had at least 10 more for a wedding) and my room had a broken refrigerator so I lost my leftovers from an expensive restaurant, another room had door key issues and finally found out the battery in the door was dead

Same room had plumbing issues that never got resolved The beds were hard was a complaint from all my relatives that stayed in other rooms

Barbara Hebert

Beware of bar/grill charges, 64$ charges added to my bill and the front desk clerk was very rude! Said I needed to speak with manager who has not returned my phone call/email message When I asked clerk his name to report him- he gave me a bogus nameUpdate as of 7/11/22- Manager Kevin Mousavi stated that he would work on getting refund for charges to my account 2 months ago, as of today- I still have not been refunded

Service continues to go downhill

Located in a very good location by a lot of things and most importantly a mall and a hospital within a rocks throw A lot of restaurants and car service shops Houston 10 min away

Katy police presence shown as they rode through the parking lot of the hotel Clean rooms and sheets Maids were kind and gave me fresh towels daily They had a wine opener at the front desk The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was because the room had a odor smelled like a dog had been there, could’ve been the carpet, but I was so tired from traveling from the east coast that I didn’t complain I think they should carpet clean to prevent that or deodorize the carpet after each guest stay The next day the smell was gone, maybe because it had aired out Overall, very good stay

Jeff Pitts

The room was below average for the price of 122 dollars on a Friday night my wife and I arrived at the property to see a guy just hanging around with a beer can and sitting on the front bench by the entrance being very noisy, not good for travelers with family We went for food pulled back up and the guy still walking around with beer can 45 minutes later noticed my CA plates on the vehicle and say with a drunk voice yall from CA ? My wife and I just ignored and continued to the front lobby When I brought to the attention of the front desk she was very helpful and immediately went outside

The eggs were very, very salty the next morning

Good clean rooms Spacious one room or two room suites with complete kitchen and dining area Staff is friendly

Downer: they allow pets in the roomsSo you have to put up with animal dander and other tid bitsSome owners are downright rude by letting their pets sniff or rub on youOther than that the hotel is good

We got put in this hotel while our house was being renovated by insurance The hotel itself is fine, small but fine however, while staying here we caught scabies which is a mite that burrows in your skin and then makes and causes this REALLY itchy rash So beds weren’t clean etc

The fire alarm went off at 3:00 AM too since the riser room wasn’t working right Found hair in towels and sheets (including public hair) room service wasn’t great either Don’t waste your money here

The hotel has several issues ranging from pest control to cleaningWe booked the hotel for 2 nights A while later, noticed ants on the floor (pictures were taken) and called front desk

The front desk was very casual about it as if it wasn’t a big deal, they advised that there were no rooms available in one bedroom suite to switch and they can have the maintenance spray the room in the morning We decided to stay in the same room as we needed a separation (a door that the other room didn’t have) to not wake up my other children in the night as we were travelling with a newborn In the middle of the night, my husband saw ants on his pillow and in the morning there were ant bites on his back and my daughter who was sleeping with him also had an ant bite There was more ants seen on the sofa bed in the morning (pictures taken)Another issue was when the bedding was opened for the sofa bed, it was covered with long black hair (pictures taken) Once again front desk was called, they had minimal bedding to give away and apparently out of extra blankets and pillows There were no pillows available for the sofa bedWe were switched to another room in the morning, this room again had cleaning issues There was a card on the desk about the hospital taking extra measurements in cleaning but even that card was covered in dust and had stains on it There were hair on the bed in the bedroom and washroom There was also a spider on the bedroom doorWe completely understand that there may be staff constraints and didn’t want to call the front desk about any further issues therefore we decided not to stay the second night Upon checking out the front desk didn’t inquire about leaving early They were not concerned about the whole situation at all
