Shiloh Frey

A beautiful hotel, decked out in marble and blues located in one half of The Delmar Being a Marriott branded hotel, it comes equipped with the usual closets and full bath, the beds are VERY comfortable, and the kitchenette made Valentine’s day a breeze The best part was the full, floor to ceiling window on one side overlooking the pool and beyond

Room service and concierge were remarkably nice, and my baby and I have never been happier! Honestly I’ve never stayed at a better hotel, I loved it!

Stephen Knefely

First night we stayed in the Del Mar! Great experience since we booked a premium suitWent to check into the “other” hotel- the element which literally uses the same lobbyWe pre checked in, after waiting 15 minutes since the lobby has no formal check in process

We all stand in a glob in the center of the room, and walk to a desk when available When they alerted us that our room was available, we were next to the desk- and they decided to quickly check in the pilots that just walked in behind usWe get to our room, which is generally reserved for the handicapped No big dealLooking at the shower fixture, it’s not accessible for someone of normal heightWe call to speak with a front desk attendant, and express our concerns and are told to sit down and utilize the shower, and also no other rooms are available She stated she wasn’t aware of what the room looked like, invited her to see it – in which a male supervisor picked up rudely , and stated there is nothing they can doOur money was great when we booked through the Del Mar, but nothing when we utilized Expedia for the “element”

Lavender Inspiration

Very good downtown hotel with convenience to Las Olas, Riverwalk, Brightline, Science Museum etc This is NOT a beach hotel for those looking for that (I was not) The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped but tiny (and I supposedly had an upgraded, larger room)

There are no great views Oddly, the TV was not visible from the bed, and the balcony was uninviting The bed was miserably hard The common areas are nice Keep in mind I was there off-season so it wasn’t crowded Staff that I interacted with were pleasant

Ocuville Eye Center

It’s indeed a wonderful place to lodge Very friendly staffThe staff made my stay interesting from my very first day of arrival I had an early flight was allowed in with any extra charges

They indeed are a great team any employer will love to haveA lovely pool always saw it from my room although I didn’t have the time to use it but other guests enjoyed it as I could tell from their facesIndeed this hotel is outstanding and very neat also quietThe guest computer didn’t work though but the front desk came to the rescue and helped with my documentsI loved the breakfast however they could do better by adding some more varietyI would stay here again and again if in fort laurderdale

Mandated Address

I was a little hesitant given this appeared to be one of Marriott’s older hotels in the area but I was pleasantly surprisedThe good: The hotel staff was great all around The hotel was clean and House Keeping on their A game

Bathrooms had been upgraded with walk in showers (I was expecting the old bathtubs depicted in several photos) The location is superb, being right by E Las Olas Boulevard Hotel was very quiet, making it a good option for business travelersThe so-so & bad: Rooms are a little smaller than newly built Fairfield Inn’s, but was fine for a one week stay No room safe I should have been upgraded as a gold member but, although upgrade rooms were available, the staff had issues upgrading me because my room was assigned before I arrived (I never checked in on the app so I don’t know why they would have done that given available rooms for upgrade and my member status)I will stay here again and can recommend this hotel to others, especially business travelers

Ron

Very loud hotel We were woken up nightly by how loud the traffic was outside There was a party at 3am on the floor below us that went uninterrupted for at least an hour

We were woken up another night at 130am when they were vacuuming the hallways outside our room On a third night we were woken up by the staff standing outside our door on walkie talkies trying to assist another family with something The staff are nice and helpful The breakfast is decent for a free meal Wasn’t aware that ft Lauderdale has gross looking tap water Filled the tub for my kids and it was yellow Water is clean But due to tannins in the water it’s stained The beds aren’t the most comfortable either

Rooms are large and comfortable Building is showing age however the interior has been kept nice Breakfast is great and recommended getting down there around 7am to beat the crowds

Breakfast is from 6am-9am The pool area is a nice oasis offering shade at different parts of the day There is a hot tub just off the main pool The “E Spot” bar/restaurant downstairs next to the pool area has good food however it is the friendly staff that makes this spot worth your while My only complaint with this hotel is just the location It can be quite hard to get into the location from the busy strip Hope you found this helpful, I will definitely be back!

Nick Buono

Simply said – everything was great! My family of four (10 year and 6 year old) had an amazing 4 night stay Every staff member from receptionists to bartenders to maids were very pleasant and helpful The pool was well maintained

The restaurant was perfect for a light meal The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, and while it did get busy at times, the staff was always working hard to keep lines moving and cleaning tables off My kids loved the classic “Embassy feel” of the open atrium and glass elevators The rooms were a little outdated (namely the bathrooms – straight out of 1970 :), but everything worked fine and was clean For us to be there 5 days and not have a single issue! Highly recommend!

Wayne Bryant

Worth a 10 star, I few in at 7:30 am went to the hotel and ask to check my bags and they let me check in and I got my room Which I was thankful for Phil in the E-spot was excellent gave Great dinner choices and always provided the best service

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t regret itI feel this is a hidden gem It’s a great upscale hotel Very attractive furnishings I found my room to be very clean with a very comfortable bed The shower is super huge with plenty of hot water! Little extra touches of classy shampoo and a makeup mirror I actually like the quiet location as well

Laurie Quinn

Very modern updated hotel with decent size rooms, very comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom, only wish it had a smart TV, and lighting is too white, almost florescent in the rooms The lighting is actually really bad The pool is heated and very nice

The restaurant here was very good with excellent lighting and ambience The food and service were outstanding Excellent salsa, & guacamole with delicious chips is highly recommended Large portions of everything!!

Mark Molin

I usually take negative reviews with a grain of salt because some people just tend to over complain when they think they’ve had a bad experience, but this truly is a bad experience The hotel is nice it’s clean, but there was one towel in my bathroom, you can only request maid service if you are staying three nights or more, and in an 11 floor hotel only one elevator is working… and they don’t expect the other elevator to be working for at least another week

The one elevator that is working only works intermittently I believe because you have to wait so long that the system just automatically resets and then the button doesn’t work again They don’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby The front desk staff wasn’t very warm and inviting at check-in and couldn’t even recommend any local restaurants to try I would think that for $300 per night I would at least get a complementary cup of coffee, a warm greeting, or more than one towel If none of these things matter to you then this is a hotel for you Otherwise buyer beware…

This hotel has the potential to be a nice hotel However, there are some issues that needs to be rectified During my 2 day stay my room did not have any hot water in the shower

I was told that the water only gets warm but the water didn’t even get warm It is obvious that the pool haven’t been cleaned in a very long time Plus the overall cleanliness of the hotel can be better Even though the rooms are decent and the hotel is in a good location The issues that I address tends to take away from the potential of the hotel

Ab M

Woke up and wanted to take a shower; the water was cold You can imagine how that felt They serve “breakfast”

Came down and it was a few apples, crunch bar and a few pre made ham/sausage burgers No veggie options Pool was not functioning Jacuzzi was dysfunctional Why did I pay that much money for? Would’ve been better off at Marriott or Hilton Staff was nice and respectful, that’s why the two star

Glenn Witherspoon (Spoon)

The cold water pressure varying during the day The faucet usually there no cold water, and the water is to hot to wash your hands The shower water pressure is very weak

Above the shower head, there peeling paint, you can see the green mesh tape The bathroom door get stuck The carpet is sticky, need to be steam cleaned The lobby is really nice, and they have great parking The staff are nice and professional

We have been here for three days so far and leaving tomorrow We have enjoyed staying here immensely Our room was so clean and we let housekeeping clean it each day

I like the fact you smell bleach in the bathroom It lets you know they actually clean it The staff here are always happy to help you except the maids They really aren’t socialable but that wasn’t anything to complain about The breakfast is very nice and very cleangood food as well This place went above and beyond my expectations We were in room 403

Savannah Sussman

I can’t give this hotel 5 stars for 2 reasons1) The water pressure in the showers 🚿 is far to weak2) There is no microwave in the rooms

I stay in same hotels, for weeks at a time, and a microwave is a definite plusThe staff in this hotel is EXEMPLARY!From the front desk to housekeeping to the person arranging 🥞 the breakfast 🥐 buffet, everyone is friendly, efficient and pleasantI’d rather drive the 30 miles to my location, than stay in a closer hotel😌

Leader1- LARRIO A. WALDEN (Captain)

Nice Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast buffet

all you can eat But your car will get very dusty from all the construction going on next door And tree leafs falling on the windshield Otherwise, I like this property, will stay again and I do recommend this Holiday Inn Express & Suites However, they must stay steadfast, continuously striding in all categories to earn 5 Stars hotelNow, Breakfast dinning I rate 5 🌟 for cleanliness, food quality and quantity, temperature of the food and the good helpful attendant on duty therewho’s name is Trevor Very helpful and clean man

Always enjoy staying at this hotel because of the friendly people working here (front desk, bar, dining and housekeeping all) The bar and the food options are REALLY good I have stayed here a dozen times and the staff has always made it an enjoyable experience

As a professional traveler, I would appreciate better options to charge my menagerie of electronic devices while in my room There is only one plug in the lamp between the beds and that plug would no support my charger There were no options to use a USB without a charger Had to put all of my devices across the room from the comfy corner chair and the bedsThe fitness room is small but has decent amount of equipment As people try to stay healthy on the road, I encourage the management to give the fitness room attention and keep things working properly so the customers can be safe and fit Only 1 of the 3 treadmills worked properlyThese rooms get a lot of use from the large amount of customers, so some of the amenities are getting a little worn down While the facilities will benefit some minor updating and maintenance, the management seems to have hired some of the nicest people in the industryLook forward to staying with you in the near future

Trish Boccuti

Nice hotel but definitely a little worn The staff was great – very friendly But the room had a sight musty smell and just looked a little old

The location was great – very easy to get to the airport, cruise terminal, and the beachThe food at the lobby bar was also really good!

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be disappointedAfter a nightmare experience with an AirBnb (never again) we came to the Westin Fort Lauderdale at 3 in the morning and were greeted by one of the most excellent customer service representatives we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, Nicole She made our check-in effortless, quick, and ensured that our stay here would be a fantastic one We had a car rental, so the location was extremely convenient (right off the highway) and several miles away from major boulevards and beaches The hotel is excellent, clean, welcoming, the staff are great and helpful The pool is refreshing and nice (although we wish it was heated), and the grounds are fantastic The only criticism I would have is that the pillows could be a bit firmer (or at least an option) and the pool should be heated Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended, thanks again to Nicole!

Sarah B

Please be aware that this hotel is gradually being renovated You may not get a newly renovated room, and that makes a world of differenceThe first time we stayed here, it was great! The room looked fresh and was very clean

We decided to book a second time (for longer) based on that first experience, and it’s like we’re in a different hotel entirely this time The carpet is old and there are bare footprints all over it from the previous guests — no one had vacuumed the room when we arrived It’s dirty, outdated, and smells oddly perfume-y and damp There is what looks like a blood stain on one of the pillow cases and the couch is stained and faded It’s clear that the room we were assigned to this time isn’t one of the renovated onesThe only reason we are staying tonight is that we checked in very late after a long cross country flight Despite our reservation being non-refundable we will be moving to a new hotel tomorrow Yuck! Avoid this place unless you enjoy the thrill of not knowing what you’re paying for

First time staying at this particular hotel I loved it Even though it was 12 miles away from the convention center, I didn’t mind the drive because it is a world better than the hotels right by the convention center

I loved the location Staff was very nice and eager to assist with whatever you needed Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott property I will stay there again and hopefully Plantation Walk will be open Very nice!

Minh Hua

I have stayed over 1,000 nights at a Marriott branded Hotel This Hotel is significantly below average compared to other Sheratons I stayed atLet me first start with a positives

The guy in the club lounge was super curious, responsive and wanted to help Excellent service mire commonly found in Asia or Latin America that the United States The lobby gets lots of natural light and it appears was remodeled not too long ago It’s got your standard breakfast area, a little bar and some conference rooms There’s a fountain outside and there’s plenty of parkingThe reason why I’m getting this two stars is because the rooms are just very old and kind of dirty For example, there is scum in mildew all over the bathroom Another example of the coffee table was scratched up Except for the mattress, it felt more like a old courtyard Marriott than a Sheraton The room is large as you would expect in a suite but again in bad need of updating The drapery seem like it came from the 1990s The shampoo and soap they give you is from big bottles of fixed to the shower wall There’s some hygiene risk there given I’m sure they don’t replace the whole bottle after every guestI have included photos so you can judge for yourselfThe AC unit was loud and didn’t respond to the thermostat very well I think I might have caught a head cold or something after two nights

Maggie Lou

Did a weekend staycation, this hotel is located in the heart of the upcoming area of Plantation Walk For that reason, make sure you get a parking pass because they do ticket cars There is security patrolling the area on a cart

Just a reminder parking isn’t free The staff were really nice and helpful The Sheraton Suites appears to be renovated from the outside and lobby area There are places were upgrades can occur such as the pool and hot tub area The room was nice but it has it quirks like turning the switch down to turn on the light, the noise the sink makes, the struggle opening the closet, and the movement of the refrigerator when you opened it They have a dining area where they serve breakfast, Starbucks, and a small bar Aside for a sign saying they have a breakfast buffet, if you don’t inquire about its most hush-hush There were not many people eating meals when I pass by in the morning or evening If there was a menu available in the room or during check-in, I’m sure they would have more people The hotel was reasonably priced but certain days the price fluctuates tremendously especially weekends and holidays

This place is nicely located off the main street It is modern and the amenities are great to have The check process was effortless that it seems unreal, the facility is very clean and there is a pleasant fragrance that welcomes you as the automatic door opens

The staffs are hospitable and polite, always greeting and acknowledging you I liked the diversity of the staffs I loved the room, especially the shower Checking out was as easy as checking in, unfortunately all great experience has to come to an end I look forward to my next stay

This had to be the WORST Marriott I have ever had the misfortune to stay atFirst, when I arrived they had no re ord of my reservation even though I showed it to them through my email Then they realized they canceled it and had to give me another room

Of course it was right next door to the elevator and the a/c was stuck on 75 I called the front desk and they sent two repairmen to my room and one said ” oh that’s they way it works If I can’t change it you need to get another room” Why say you can change it but tell me first thats the way it works???The next day I was finally able to get a room in the afternoon with a balcony which is what I requested Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving 2 of my own pillows along with my necklace on the other room I called the front desk and of course they didn’t find it or have anything turned in The necklace I could see but pillows???My main issue with this courtyard was their lack of empathy and their poor customer service Pretty much everyone I spoke to seemed preoccupied with something else and showed no concern whatsoever I chose this courtyard over my usual one in plantation just to save $20 and it was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT I would suggest you not visit this one until they get better management and start to hold their staff more accountable for how they treat their customers

Beware before staying here This was supposed to be an anniversary trip, but I am regretting it Has not been a comfortable stay at all

When we first got to the room I could tell it was an older building because it was quite dusty and immediately set off my allergies Still dealing with the swollen lymph nodes to to this date While our room was fairly sized, the furniture was old and in poor repair The dining table was ready to collapse at any moment, the bed was a full size, not queen, the hot tub was broken as was the gate to get to the pool area There are no rollaway beds which we asked for because the main bed was not big enough for two adults and the pullout blocked the doorway so you couldn’t get in or out of the bedroom, which is where the bathroom is located The sofa is broke down The breakfast left a lot lacking It was the same thing every morning and I laughed as other guests sneered when they were treated to the same breakfast items from days before The front desk let us know there were staffing shortages so I depended on my self to do my own housekeeping and bought my own kitchenware as I was missing a skillet that no one ever brought me The icing on the cake is being way overcharged twice for “incidentals” I had not incurred and then told the charges would be corrected in 7-10 days and we’re talking hundreds over the booking amount That’s no just a security and incidentals And it was way more than the 20 dollar a day charge they claimed The staff is cordial and they do a nice job with the reception, but the place seriously needs to be renovated I have stayed at several Residence Inns before, but after this stay I won’t be using to them anymore and most likely not Marriott either Quite disappointed in the quality and practices

Should be rated a max of 2-3stars, not 4 star rating Rooms are old & dated Needs updating

Air conditioning was too loud and is centrally controlled We could not adjust it as per front desk It woke us up a few times each nightOur room (#232) door didn’t lock unless you pull hard on your way out Door was unlocked after cleaning staff left It took 3 days for someone to come and do a temporary fix The maintenance person said it was a door frame problem

I was here for two nights and I found the room to be clean and the staff to be very accommodating My only issue is my room was near the highway which sometimes people with out mufflers would go by during the evening This is not the hotels fault and I am sure I could have asked for a different room and they would have done this

The room has a full refrigerator, stove and microwave Wifi worked great and I would stay here again

Ivy 2343

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite It’s bigger than most but a bit rundown and stained It’s on a busy street so it is not as quiet as I would have liked

The breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt etc coffee is at the front desk instead of with the breakfast for some reason The pool was very tiny and we decided not to go as 2 guests in there already made it too crowded I would say I’d pass next time Keeping it real as always

Don’t stay here The room was not new and clean as it appeared on the picture Actually looked nothing like the pictures, well a dirty run down version

It stated that it was a smoke free room and that room smelled like a chain smoker stayed there We left right away and they still charged us a 1 night stay and we were literally in that room for 2 mins If your a chain smoker and don’t mind a nasty room then this place is for you

Far from the madding crowd A great quiet location with everything you could need for a quiet vacation within a 20 minute walk On site breakfast bar has a wide variety of delicious snacks and meals with pleasant attendants

Many local restaurants and bistros within a 10 minute saunter, although it does get crowded at normal feasting times! A wide variety of rooms to suit most peoples tastes, and the in room a/c is adequate for the climate Bathroom supplies were plentiful and housekeeping were always somewhere on hand for top ups or little extras A great little find

This is my go to spot for when I’m in town for work and the ladies at the front are so wonderful! Natasha always remembers me greets me with a smile as soon as I walk in I enjoy her conversation and look forward to my stays here because of her! The entire staff is so gracious and kind There is a nice little Starbucks and bar

Rooms are always clean and hotel is maintained extremely well Great work to this staff!

There were major problems with noise coming from a party in the hotel’s pool past 11:30 PM at night The hotel allowed 20 or more people to stay in the pool past the stated 11 PM closing time (the pool is in the middle of the hotel property) When a phone call was placed to the front desk at 11:30 PM about excessive noise still coming from a party happening in the pool, the desk attendant explained that the hotel cannot ask guests to leave the pool area even though it was time for it to close for the evening based on the hotel’s own rules

This was an absurd answer for a Marriott employee to give to a guest I’m all for people having a good time but what about the rest of the guests going to sleep? Hotels have rules for a reason This is second time we have used this hotel and won’t use it again

Overnight stay 5/21/22 Because of long drive got to hotel early 11am , check in wasn’t until 3pm Told clerk would have to sit in lobby until we could get in room

Within 30 minutes Clerk advised room was readyChancey did excellent job in helping us out Overall hotel is under renovations and room was across from two rooms they were renovating Workers did not quit until 6/7pm Heard all the banging, dropping of toolsetc until quitting time Breakfast was very good and breakfast host Hasina was very friendly and professional Not to bad of a stay would probably stay there again

Ms. Shugga Deborah Rosenbloom

Airport shuttle which is great Not sure if the driver speaks English, he never said a word except “thank you” when I tipped him 🙂 Breakfast is good and the morning host was quite pleasant

The bed sleeps well and the room is spacious Only thing bothered me was housekeeping knocking on my door before check-out 10:57, I had already called to let them know I was taking advantage of my membership and checking out late 20 minutes later another knock I strongly suggest leave a tip for housekeeping, they deserve it I appreciated leaving my luggage while the shuttle took me to the car rental It was most kind of him to suggest it, not knowing I would have a walk Of course I tipped himMost likely I will visit this location again

Beware of the cancellation policy If your flight is canceled, they don’t care You will lose your deposit, one night’s stay, or reward points

Do not book this hotel until the very last minuteWhen our flight was canceled, we needed to change two other hotel nights, a tour, and a rental car All were past the cancellation deadline This is the only place that refused Therefore when I rebook this trip, I will not be staying here and I will happily rebook with all of the others Great housekeeping staff at this hotel—I was here for a week last summer Never again, unless I’m literally in the parking lot ready to check in

This is the 3rd time I returned to this hotel For the most part I am pleased to see the overall service standard remain with better staffing arrangement to handle the flux of visiting guests I am also very pleased with the housekeeping staff they were very helpful

The food at the restaurant is very good, and love the breakfast offeringThe only bummer I found was the availability of the bike rental given everyone was charged for the destination fee, there needs to be sufficient inventory

Lynnette Williams

Very nice hotel and stay Clean, fresh, great staff and amenities This hotel was located perfectly at the end of Las Olas Blvd near all the restaurants, bars and shops

Only a 5-7 min drive away from the beach It was so convenient staying here Has a nice bar lounge area and restaurant within the hotel Nice size rooms and balcony rooms has a nice view of area The price staying was definitely worth it for me Definitely will be our go-to stay hotel when visiting out here again Really felt luxurious during my birthday festivities Keep up the great work guys!! This was a great hotel stay! We really enjoyed the beautiful 2 Queen suite which was very spacious It had huge TVs which was great for watching the NFL playoff games We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool area, as we were here to celebrate a birthday

The front desk team were very accommodating especially Allen and Terrell Although we did not use valet service, the valet team very polite and engaging in conversation especially Rowan We’ll definitely be back!!

Sherray Utley

The whole experience was terrible I checked out early and was unable to even complete my stay there because the experience was just that horrible The hotel staff were not hospitable and not what I am accustomed to experiencing from the Marriott brand

The room smelled bad Our concerns about the smell were not adequately addressed The first night they stated they could only clean the room but they were unable to move us to a comparable room since they were at capacity for the night The next day the hotel staff said that they would need to do an assessment of the room before moving Ridiculous! They then say they still are unable to move us and offered to clean the room again, which I was not interested in then having to stay in the same room where they are spraying with tons of cleaning products, also while our luggage is still in the room The manager followed up later on that day Finally, the manager told us that they would move us to another room on the same floor The manager stated she would leave a note with the front desk staff However, the communication between the managers and the front staff was horrible Once we were packed and were ready to move to the different room the front desk staff acted as if they had no idea what we were referring to They said they had no comparable rooms available I asked to speak with the manager and they advised they already left for the night Eventually, they “magically” found us a comparable room, but it wasn’t on the same floor as they promised Actually, the new room was now on the lower third level close to the highway, where we can hear the highway traffic all night long I imagine this wouldn’t have been an issue if the hotel had double pane windows The next morning we speak to the manager of the hotel and he is condescending, ignores our concern, and makes tons of excuses instead of apologizing for the many inconveniences we experienced during our stay After that encounter, I checked out early I moved to a full service Marriott hotel in the area And the experience was night and day I received much better treatment after moving to another hotel This Courtyard location needs to ensure they are adequately cleaning their rooms, especially if they are a pet friendly hotel But most of all, they need to learn to treat their customers with respect As a Marriott Gold elite member I’ve never experienced this type of treatment and horrible customer service I would never recommend staying at this hotel

Eric Gotham

This has been a pleasant surprise  For the price, I was expecting something a little more aged but it looks brand new   Even though its new,  the staff really knows what they’re doing – all very pleasant, busy, kind, etc

Rooms are clean and spacious with large windows and televisions  Modern lighting controls and plenty of charging ports The lobby is contemporary, yet inviting It has a convenient little “store” for snacks and drinks  The restaurant, coffee shop and bar on the lobby level are OK – kinda the only thing that’s missed the mark Dinner is far better than breakfast The food portions are small and quality is so so (it’s a hotel, I get it) The real bummer is they say it’s not part of the hotel, so you cannot charge your room for meals or drinks  Same with the roof top bar

Our company held a conference with approximately 40 people staying at the hotel including myself Everything was amazing from the reservation process, to checking in and room accommodations We had food catered in for two events and everything was amazing

The staff at this hotel makes planning and holding an event easy I had so many other elements to handle and having Maureen Sallustio, the Director of Sales manage the event was a blessingThe general staff all were accommodating, willing to help in any way, and went above and beyond

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t regret itEverything was amazing The valet was very fast and efficient, all the staff was very kind and the rooms were clean! The gym was a tad small but I expect it I travel for business so this was everything I neededPhilencia Smith at the front desk treated me with the up most respect and made sure my stay was more than comfortable I had a horrible trip on the way there and after our interaction, I felt so relieved and grateful that she was there to help me9/10!!!

Jennifer Cale

We saved about $20 a night by staying here rather than other nearby hotels NOT worth it! Being cheap didn’t pay offIssues:- A lot of hair on the comforter

– Thin bedding that didn’t keep us warm- Stairs inaccessible from outside- Treadmill and elliptical were old models that haven’t been maintained and didn’t work well- Our outside view was obscured by a wall- Low water pressure- Loud wall AC unit The thermostat inside wasn’t attached to anything- Relatively remote location, so more miles put on the rental car- All staff have masks hanging down below their noses- The fridge is tiny – smaller than a dorm sized one – and the back half had built up ice, so our leftovers froze- Thin walls, loud noise from halls- They do offer breakfast, but only if you pay for each item- Stains on the bedding
