Stayed here twice now and have absolutely LOVED the rooms! The decor is more something I’d have in my house and not what you normally see in a hotel The best part? The heated toilet seat & bidet! The concierge lounge is kinda small but the appetizers provided were appreciated The front desk staff was amazing and so welcoming ☺️

There’s public parking just across the street so not horrible 10/10 will be looking forward to my next visit!

Our stay here was generally excellent A big shout out to Mr Pila out front for his kind, helpful demeanor

I expected a grand soaring lobby, but it’s more intimate The building has been beautifully restored The rooms are excellent and decorated in modern Asian-influenced style The bathroom was huge and awesome although the door didn’t lock Our view was of an abandoned historic building across the street, so not too much to look at out the window The bed was a little soft for my taste, but was certainly acceptable Entire hotel was super clean I didn’t really like the automated order-on-your-phone room service I’d rather have a printed menu and a house phone This hotel is convenient to all of downtown and to Busch Stadium

I loved this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer The best thing about our room was the BIDET! The bed was perfect Our room had a record player, AND they included records for us to listen to

There was a TV in the bathroom mirror The shower was amazing–the bathtub and shower were in a huge stall, roomy and comfortable for multiple people I wish the rooftop bar hadn’t been closed for a wedding We’d been looking forward to that It would be nice if they had a separate event space and bar spaceHave cocktails at the downstairs bar–eat somewhere else

This is a beautiful property just off Washington in downtown St Louis Tiny elevators that will just hold two people and the luggage trolley Our room was large and looked just like the picture on the Google link

Everything in the room was functional I was happy with the bed but my wife said it was too soft The only complaints that I have was the view of the neighbors AC units and the fact that there was only one trashcan in the roomWe ate breakfast in the hotel on both days we were there It was delicious and not like typical hotel breakfastThe staff were very courteous and helpful at every turn

Paul Miller

Excellent from the start! They gave a treat bag for both of our dogs Had an area for them to relieve themselves super close by! Even had bags stocked on the trash can Room was spacious & super nice

They have pretty much everything you need inside their hotel & are also centrally located! We will 100% return Also I have to mention how absolutely friendly and helpful the guy at the front desk was

Joyce Hansen

The lobby and entire downstairs was very welcoming and beautiful The hotel has such historic features, primarily seen in the rooms Our room was very cute, I wish it felt more clean, there were handprint stains on the light switches and dusty areas

The bed was nice and comfortable and we slept great The location is great, we were about a 15 minute walk from the arch and food and coffee was a block or so away Staff was nice, helpful and the happy hour in the evening of cookies and milk for the kids was a huge plus!

Highly Recommend! My family and I drove 15 hours to St Louis and had such a nice welcome to this hotel in the late evening Karen at the front desk was very polite and had a great sense of humor

The room was spacious, clean and fit us well for the evening Continental breakfast the next morning, super full of options (eggs, muffins, turkey sausage, pork sausage, waffle bar, boiled eggs, cereal, biscuits, gravy and probably more but we can only eat so much with our eyes) Basin, who was the staff gentleman attending the area, was very helpful to us and kept a very clean breakfast area (big kudos) I had some help finding the ice machine from another staff member but missed her name Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay super awesome for such a short time Oh and Russell was also helpful via phone call when we were on the road and realized the pool was closed, SUPER BUMMER Totally the place to go, location was great and very close to BEAUTIFUL CHURCHES!!!!!

Josh Donelson

The staff was amazing and accommodating Rooms were good size Very clean place

One woman (usually there in the mornings, a bit older) had some rudeness but other than her, everyone else was very pleasantNow on to the Breakfast staff these are the kindest people I’ve ever met They will go above and beyond for you They work hard and they really treat you like a family member Awesome folks and good food

Johnny L

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t regret itIf I could give this place 100 stars, I would I just spent the past week here while my husband has been hospitalized at St Louis University They offer discounted rates for situations like mine The staff are some of the friendliest people in the world, the cooks are loving people, and the atmosphere has been so comforting for someone in my position I will be back next week and I look forward to it It’s a clean hotel as well, very accommodating I can’t say enough good things about my stay here A++++

Every staff member we encountered was fantastic At check in Dev and Andy were both accommodating and Andy especially went above and beyond During our stay we had a medical emergency in the middle of the night

The staff gave us a late check out (I wish I knew the overnight staff’s names) and were all aware of the situation and very courteousThis hotel is extremely affordable for the level of accommodations The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool and hot tub as well as outside deck were clean and enjoyable There was a great gymWe will never stay anywhere else in St Louis

Benjamin Roney

Excellent customer service, lobby & rooms look & feel nearly brand new, with a really cool Aviation themed lobbyFitness room was very clean and well outfittedAs with anywhere, the pool is serviceable and the kids had fun, but pool room could be a *little* cleaner

Was slightly misled by pics online & wrongly assumed their was complimentary breakfast, because I didn’t read through the amenities list For the price, not a deal breaker though

Jake Anderson

My wife and i recently stayed here the night of our wedding and reserved a wing for 10 rooms While booking the rooms i spoke to the reservations/party coordinator and asked if they had a room/conference room we could use for the guest to hang out for a while after the reception and eat/drink for a bit They mentioned that the room was booked which is totally fine but they have a bar inside the hotel that they would leave open for us

We were suppose to have first priority for the shuttle bus and instead waiting a long while for the shuttle to show up and get us to the hotel which we find out the bar was closed We were greeted with very poor customer service while presenting this issue All though i understand it’s not their fault for the poor communication from management but still they could have been more understanding and pretended to care Instead we were left to hang out in the lobby which just looks trashy to be honest Not at all what we expected and just very very disappointed

I come to town once a month, on average, and always stay here I’ve tried other hotels and nothing compares to the service you receive at Hilton Frontenac The restaurant is incredible, they clean the rooms thoroughly, and room service is so quick!! The property is older but in amazing condition and well kept

It has such great charm, but what makes it amazing is the people They are always kind, asking if they can help, and treat you like you are their oldest friend Part of me wants to give bad reviews just to ensure vacancy for my own stays! Well done, Hilton Frontenac! Thanks for always making my stay great!

Larry Hill

The grand entrance left me confused when I got to my pedestrian room The hotel is older but seems to be well kept in public areas The rooms are in need of serious updates and a deep clean

Dirty carpet, dust, and rusty/crusty shower fixtures The AC will not cool the room during the day It will be hot It’s hot in the halls Shower has great pressure and the glass goes all the way up for a steam The pool area is nice

Joe Rallo

If I could give zero stars I would First room they gave us had terrible mold growing in the closet Second room was better but it seemed this part of the hotel was ignored

Room service never picked up dirty dishes left in hallway for at least 2 days Stained carpets in the hallway, very old outdated rooms This hotel was at one time a very nice place but time is taking it’s toll on her and it’s obvious owners are not reinvesting Great location but definitely not worth the rates Due to the severity of the mold growth this was not a recent issue and you can tell it’s been going on for sometime We couldn’t have been the first to complain Total health issue Very disappointed

We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton! Upon checking in we were handed a lovely glass of wine The check in process went smoothly There were lots of people in the lobby enjoying the fireplace and socializing with each other

Every employee greeted us with a friendly smile or addressed us by our names The rooms were very clean and well stocked We ordered room service on Sunday, which happened to be Mother’s Day, and our food was quickly delivered Our breakfast was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered The hotel itself is breathtaking and the staff was so friendly When it came time to check out we did not want to leave We would love to come back and stay longer the next time If you travel to St Louis this hotel is a lovely place to book a room and relax during your travels

Sven Tietz

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the gym which is generous and well appointed and the exact opposite of the cloistered cupboards hotels normally set aside as an afterthought for fitness facilities The spa is highly recommended The rooms are generous and stylish and elegant as one would expect of a Ritz property

But by far, the most impressive and memorable part of the stay is the gracious hospitality of every single team member Without fault every single staff member – from bellman to barman to room service to security to front Desk – every one came across as exceptionally well trained, sincerely friendly and went out of their way at to make my stay pleasant and easierI have stayed at enough hotels to know when staff are just going through the motions and when they are truly and sincerely motivated by and passionate about looking after their guests sincerely Well done to everyone – I will always recommend the Ritz St Louis as one of my most memorable staysWould have given 6 stars if I could

Andrew Erbes

Let me start off by saying that Ritz Carlton is truly a step above other hotels I say this of the chain in general Full service

It’s the kind of place I save and stay for special occasions Check-in was very smooth even though it was late at night I tried to get all the luggage myself but the very friendly valet, I believe his name was Terry, insisted that he get a luggage card and take care of it It was actually appreciated Check in process was smooth I was actually asked for my government ID which is unusual but I have found it to be requested more often at higher end properties No problem We were shown to our room and it was lovely I think it was the base level room but it was big enough and nice enough for me! Good view and nice little balcony Bed was extremely comfortable Here’s where the problems started, and let me preface this by saying that the hotel made everything right and I give them five stars for that In fact I will definitely be staying again But anyway, at first I noticed that the floor seemed cold and or wet in the hall I assume that maybe it was from the air conditioner which I had cranked up because even though it was cold outside it was warm in the room when we arrived, too warm Didn’t think much of it at the time as I inspected the room I discovered that our coffee cups were dirty from prior use I also discovered that some of the towels had either make up or blood in them Or on them I’m not sure which is proper In any case I didn’t need to know if it was makeup or blood, I just knew that I needed new towels I called down and explained about the towels and the coffee cups and immediately replacements were brought by the same gentleman who had shown us to our room Good enough I had also called and asked about leaving my shoes out to be shined and they took them that evening and returned them after I called the next morning They looked like maybe they had been cleaned but I don’t know about polished Nonetheless, they were returned in good condition and in their own little travel bag Anyway Went to sleep after calling down to request a later check out, and slept like a baby We woke up around the time we had scheduled for check out and so I called down and ask for yet another later check out and they gave me a couple or three more hours Much more than sufficient and very generous I thanked them and went to get ready After I showered I noticed that that wet spot in the hallway which was still cold or damp, was much more so, and so I had my girlfriend check and she agreed that it was wet It went in the closet as well At check out I informed the very nice lady at the desk about the floor and when she asked if there were any other issues I did mention about the coffee cup and the towels Not a huge deal, but as someone who has run a business, it’s important to know about issues so that you can fix them She very graciously offered a comp on one of the incidentals which was more than satisfactory The valet pulled the car around and we were on our way The hotel is a gem It’s not perfect, but it is top flight I would have no hesitation recommending it or staying there again, in fact I look forward to it Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of us

I always stay at a Marriott and had never heard of Element before but the had the size of room I need so I figured I give it a try I was extremely pleased! Every one of the staff was very friendly and enjoyed conversations with the guests, it was very clean and bright! The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and they always had fruit infused ice wateravailable! But I’d have to say what made our stay amazing was the Upbar and the two bartenders there! David and Joe were two of the most amazing people I have ever met on my travels and I travel a lot! Even though there were only two of them and the bar was always crazy busy they not only kept up so you never waited for drinks or food but they would come up and have conversations with you and make sure you were having the very best time Absolutely amazing people and we left there with new friends! Hands down I will stay here again and look for other element hotels in my travels too

If I could change only one thing it would be that they start maid service back up everyday so your not having to chase down towels and stuff but overall a fantastic experience!

Christina Feldmann

The room in the hotel was fine The lobby is nice We arrived a bit before our room was ready, so they offered for our kids to swim while we waited

The pool was not heated, so that was the first bad experience for us The bathroom in the pool area was “out of order” When we got to our room, it seemed clean and spacious enough We requested additional towels and bed linens for the pull out couch It took a couple hours to get those items Not a good turnaround time at all That evening when we returned to the hotel we left our car to be valeted but the valet was nowhere to be found So, we had to park it ourself due to inadequate staffing at the hotel The hotel clearly states it is a valet only hotel and guests aren’t to self park but we weren’t comfortable leaving our car in the tow away zone out front any longer The room’s air conditioning would not turn on-another discomfort for us We would not likely return to this hotel

Erin Holmes

We got two rooms for four of us that came down for the game on 8-5-22 Check in was smooth, courteous staff, rooms were clean and nice I can see how everyone may not agree with valet only parking but for our needs it was not an issue

The staff working the valet service were courteous The breakfast was a little lackluster in some areas but it did the job The only real complaint any of our group had were the pillows They are rough on the neck because they go flat easily We would stay here again when coming back to town

Great bar, great front desk staff, very safe, great location Great valet folks–huge hustle by everyone! No room service Absolutely no coffee on a holiday (July 4) unless you walk a block away to Roosters

Housekeeping might consider using a checklist when they close up a room and call it ready We checked in to Room 1518 on Saturday July 2 The automatic dispenser in the shower was empty, the clock was unplugged and the carpet between the beds was sticky like someone spilled a soda Also there was no backup roll of toilet paper I would think a hotel supervisor would check a room or a housekeeper would use a checklist Very easy to fix For this reason and the lack of coffee/room service we won’t stay here again

rita higgs

We were there for a Church Convention and there was this really nice waiter name Orlando He was always right there doing his job, very caring and attentive to the customers He was never rude even when he had to ask us to move to another area with our door dash food

I’ve told everyone about him and if they go there ask for him He’s personality and professionalism handle all of the negativity he received Orlando is a perfect fit for Management position The rooms were old but nice, no microwave and no free parking I’m not used to dealing with that at a Marriott GRAND????

Rachel Rowan

Very pretty Updated And the most social lobby / bar I have ever been to

Very loud But did not transfer to other areas of the hotel Rooms were very nice and comforting while gone for work weekly No water in room like most Marriott’s so that was different Enjoyed the staff – one guy both nights with an overflowing bar area Great job guys!

A Valet parking overnight is a whopping $45 versus self-park, $35, both being ridiculously overpricedB

Majority of the “ritzy” feel is in the lobby area; the rooms are basic, albeit cleanC They didn’t invest in soundproofing their windows even though the hotel is right by a busy road and the highway, so you hear cars late into the night and beginning early in the morningD QR code for restaurant for room service doesn’t properly work I went from Google to access the menu, both of which lack healthier (and/or vegan subs for things like sausage and bacon)If you’re going to be a “top tier” hotel then service and options must be top in all things Parking should be complimentary or $20, tops, when you pay $400+ for a nightMy recommendation is, pick a 3 star over this location: you’ll save money and the service may even be betterAnd dear management, please stop replying with the basic, “I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay Please email us at ” just do better People have already mentioned the lack of compassion from staff, when a lot of your guests stay here because they or a relative are going to the hospital next door (keep your restaurants for room service open until midnight, gift shop until 10, etc) And change your nonsense parking fee That’s what you can do: improve, rather than write nonsensical replies to seem like you care

Irene Zubillaga

The rooms and some areas of the hotel are outdated and the service is terrible No one cleaned the rooms at all any day, we weren’t even warned that there would be no housekeeping We called to ask for at least fresh towels and they never came

Any time the AC was running a really loud humming fan sounds came out of the bathroom, even louder than the bathroom fan which was annoying at night The lobby had infused water one day but missing every other day The one person working the check-in desk had to run to the bell desk to check in and out bags from the bag hold The conference area charges $36+ dollars for wifi even if you’re a hotel guest The one restaurant that’s open during the day was shot at and has a broken window they won’t fix The gym is quite outdated and has no sanitation supplies I’m surprised they get to charge top dollar and offer worse services than an affordable hotel, especially since they didn’t even have the decency to at least let you know at check in

Pure disappointment On the website it says there is rooftop accessibility and room service These were literally the main reasons we booked, looking for a place stay as we are celebrating our engagement

Quickly we found out there’s no room service on weekdays, and no rooftop access How is there no rooftop access on an 80 degree day? They told us it was closed due to weather, I didn’t know nice weather was a reason to close to the roof There’s absolutely nothing special about the rooms, one of the elevators broke when we were in the lobby and management had to close it off after we tried using it and had to complain The Preston was the last savior for us as the coffee shop that is in the hotel was also closed The Preston was also a huge disappointment, we spent $50 on good only to recieve the most bland breakfast possible They also charged us for black coffee, when it’s free in the rooms I will never stay here again unless I feel I’m getting my times worth I’ve gotten better food, service, and respect from a 3 star hotel If you are expecting anything upscale or fancy, this is not the place I wish the hotel would do something to make up for the horrible experience, but it seems that they wish you would have a better time next stay, without actually doing anything to improve the experience I spent over $600 here and felt it was worth nothing near Save your money, this place is cheap If you want me to change my mind, do something instead of just wishing it was better next time

This was an amazing hotel with great customer service, clean rooms, a cozy little restaurant and beautiful art work They do have a little dress shop( it was not open but the clothing was very cute I was very impressed to learn that hotel is also fostering a puppy until its ready for his forever home

Extra bonus points for being a pet lover They do have a gym that was awesome The location is very convenient the fox theater is down the street a plus and there are various restaurants in the area The area was safe and clean The valet was very friendly and helpful It was a great stay and experience

Stacey Watson

Absolutely love this hotel The rooms are immaculate, spacious and colorful The view is great from the room and the roof top

This is my second time coming on a solo weekend getaway and it always gives me what I need I love you can choose the color of your room and the clawfoot bathtub is a must for pure relaxation The lobby is beautifully decorated with modern art and I like how the hotel incorporates touches of local artwork, has an art gallery and exhibits The rooftop bar is a great place and every bartender I’ve had made a great lemon drop Note the rooftop bar is only opened Wed-Sat

Maureen E.

Do not come here on the weekends if you need to get to sleep before midnight While it’s a cool thing to have a rooftop bar, the music— especially the bass— permeates to much lower floors They are nice and offer (useless) earplugs or to change the room, a hassle

But that should not be necessary They should be 100% upfront about loud music from the bar This hotel is way too expensive for this nonsense I don’t care about choosing a color room when what I really need to choose is whether to stay where loud music is a surprise part of the packageIf this was not the case I’d give this hotel a higher rating I’d come here to party, not for anything business related The artwork is beautiful; it’s a good boutique WEEKEND PARTY hotel This needs to be disclosed upfront for guests staying multiple days I wish I left sooner and this was a good experience, but I overstayed until party time

I have to say, as a hotel manager, I’m jealous! I wish my hotel was as nice as this one This is a great place to stay short or long term! Firstly, the staff are really kind Amy at the front desk was super helpful and answered all of my questions

The hotel itself was awesome! It’s really modern and clean I know it’s a new build, but still The elevator was insane Super spacious, and it didn’t even feel like you were moving The room we stayed in was really nice too Big bathroom with all of the ameneties (HUGE shower with good water pressure), comfortable bed, spacious kitchen with plates, cups, bowls, every utensil you could possibly need, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, everything Our room was spotless The breakfast was really good too! A lot of options I would totally recommend staying here

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the desk staff Overall this is a fairly new hotel and everything was in good shape The pool was nice to have if a little small, and the logistics and staff were a little overwhelmed with the breakfast rush

Location was good, though during busy times it would be difficult/impossible to turn left out of the parking lotThe staff was able to bring up some more firm pillows after the first nightI also appreciated the EV charging spots

We loved this hotel and plan to return anytime we are back in the area Super clean and very nice! But most importantly, our daughter left behind her blanket that she’s had since a baby Any parent knows all the tears that were involved once back home and realized we lost it

But I called the hotel and Alex (an employee) went above and beyond to find it!! So needless to say, the staff are incredible and made one little girl very very happy!

This hotel is spectacular We came into town to visit the baseball stadium and stayed in one of the suites, and it was one of the more impressive rooms we’ve stayed in during our travels Although it may be loud for some, we loved the energy just outside our window from the game

The location is prime We traveled with two young children and to be able to go in and out of the stadium with the hotel right there was a lifesaver We were also able to be a part of the fun from our balcony or just steps outside of the hotel for games we weren’t going to The accommodations are clean, modern, and spacious and everything in our room was top notchMy only complaints are that this location is hard to get to when they block of streets for baseball games, the front desk said police usually let guests bypass the cones but it was a bit stressful to find our way Also, the hotel put over $1,000 in holds on my card in addition to the full cost of the room, our parking, and our restaurant bill I think it will end up not clearing and the front desk said not to worry about it, but I’ve never had additional holds for close to 100% of our room rate put on my card I’ll be keeping an eye on the pending transactions to make sure they don’t clear as the host assured me they wouldn’tIf we are ever in St Louis again, we would absolutely consider this hotel again Thanks for the memories!

The hotel is gorgeous Spacious and clean I love the restaurant options in the hotel

The hustle and bustle of St Louis, it’s nice not to leave out We had the sweetheart special with the sparkling wine, truffles, and 2:00 pm check out, well worth the money However, I didn’t enjoy the stay because we also paid extra for a city view and our view was a parking garage This may be because the hotel is only 8 stories high Very disappointing

If you’re attending a Cardinal’s game, this is the place to stay You cannot get any closer to the stadium Valet parking is quick and easy

Front desk associates were very helpfulYou’re also within easy walking distance to the Arch and City GardenIf you’re staying on a game night, you will be able to hear the noise of the game (we were on the stadium side) I personally liked it, but it is not for everyoneI’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pillows were not comfortable We only stayed in the room to sleep, and with uncomfortable pillows, it was enough to impact the rating Everything else was great though

The staff was friendly and helpful However the costs for the room is totally for convenience Had to carry our own bags without a cart, booked 6 months in advance and were put over in the Annex on 6th St

A bar was on the corner and they played music until 3 am We got little sleep Called for a different room early but told we had to stay out until the next day Nothing was ever offered and no apologies given If this had been a last minute reservation I would have understood But 6 months in advance we expected better accommodations Won’t stay there again Way overpriced!!

Beautiful pet friendly hotel in an amazing location! We stopped here on our cross country PA to CA trek The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The bathroom layout could be little inconvenient for anyone traveling with their children or someone other than their significance other, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us (but some might find it an issue) The arch is within walking distance (a beautiful walk too)

Dan Z

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Westin St Louis We enjoyed our stay there but accidentally left behind a black dress wrapped in a clear plastic bag hanging in the closet

I contacted the hotel repeatedly but received no good news and conflicting information about when our room was cleaned While I truly appreciate the effort made by the hotel staff to locate this dress, based on the information they give me, I can only believe a housekeeping staff member took it home As I asked the hotel earnestly and politely to continue to help us locate the dress, they stopped replying This dress not only is worth a fair amount of money but also means a lot to us emotionally, and I am very frustrated by this response

My wife and I love the service we’ve received from the staff! We had our wedding and reception here a few years ago and the staff helped to make such an enjoyable experience! I’ve always loved staying at Embassy Suites for their spacious suites but this location is certainly unique building structure, layout, and high ceilings The breakfast is great and they offer delicious cook to order omelettes The evening bar reception Is always a nice touch and the bartender was super friendly despite the number of guests that arrived all at once

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with friendly service!

Worst hotel ever High price No clean room service

Valets parking $42 per day Smelly carpet I found wet towel under dry towel Broken calling light fixture Dirty yellow big stain on standing lights fixtures The refrigerator door is not closed well Push the door very hard to close Couch was tearing All furniture colors are faded Very delayed all service Broken detergent machine when I needed laundry and hotel said the machine is not belong to us Go to dollar store So so dirty swimming pool water Whirlpool pool is broken and water temperature is not warm Let people still using it I don’t understand why this hotel has high reviews I feel like staying a ghost hotel

Jon Rustad

The room was very spacious for our family We also picked a room very close to the pool, on the fifth floor This worked out really well for going to the pool and coming back with the kids

The breakfast was good, my daughter and I went down early and had no weight When the rest of the family went down at 8 o’clock, there was a large line for food and it took about 20 minutes to get through it The front desk is very helpful Beware of parking, the valet overnight parking is $39 We chose to do street parking since it was free from 7 PM to 8 AM and you can use the app to pay for the spot before after that time There is a risk for street parking in a downtown metro area, but we felt safe with the area we were in and saved a lot of money!

The room was clean and very modern, especially the bathroom Nice, big shower with great water pressure The AC in the room worked great and the bed was very comfy

The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially the wonderful chef that kept the breakfast bar stocked You could tell that she took pride in her job and genuinely loved helping people start their day right Great experience!

As a weekly road warrior hotel stays can often be grueling and not quite as you expect even with uniformed properties However, in the 9 years I’ve traveled weekly for work this by far was one of the best experiences Staff was amazing! All shifts

Helpful, kind, and caring The property itself is beautiful and exceeded my expectations Definitely recommend if you’re in the St Louis area make this your home away from home!!

Kenton Mack

Very clean, desirable location right off the highway with the most kind and caring staff you will ever encounter! The staff, specifically Hailey, was extremely compassionate and empathetic During our stay, we had a family emergency in which my mother had to be rushed to the hospital to undergo open heart surgeryThe kindness shown by Hailey and the staff towards our family is something that will forever stick with us

In a time that we needed grace, understanding and help, the Fairfield staff was there for us We are so grateful for them and will certainly be repeat customers whenever we are in the area!

We had a great time This was a halfway point so we only stayed for two nights It was perfect, close to the Arch, close to a lot and plenty to do and see around the hotel itself

The kids had a blast It was not overly pricey The aquarium is small but kinda expected that They did a lot with the small space and was pleasantly surprised by how much they had to do for the kids We enjoyed our stay Staff was very helpful, easy to get lost We had some fun in the beginning finding parking but that was all

preston gustin

Absolutely beautiful hotel, bellhops and front desk attendants were every nice and helpfulThis place however for being as expensive as it is has hardly any amenities No room service, not happy hour or snack bar, breakfast not included (which the staff will lie to you about)

The pool even though it’s not open yet is in a very public place with no lounge areaI feel like this place is just pretty and made for conventions and to get you outFire and Light show was pretty decent, you can also hear it from your hotel roomsOutside of the hotel on the aquarium side is pretty cool with the koi pondAlso all of the restaurants close by 10pmIf you have kids this place may be a better stay for you

Mrs. Jacob Eubanks

What a beautiful place! Had a lovely time BUT don’t let the pics of the rooms fool you Those fancy rooms are only the ones you pay a WHOLE LOT MORE for, the suites

The regular rooms are just that Also, careful with breakfast They made it sound continental when it was actually $36 for 2 buffets A bit aggravated because the front desk made it out to be continental Overall the stay was great, and optically pleasant

This is a superb Hampton! It is in a beautiful part of town, the hotel was immaculate and well kept I really enjoyed the hospitality and attentiveness The hidden gem was the onsite bar, Danielle’s, they also served light fare, rare for a Hampton! Devin and Jill kept the bar rolling and were great! Christa G at the front desk was also superb and a great conversationalist

All questions were handled and by far one of the best experiences I’ve had recently This hotel will be my new stopping point moving forward!

Cheryl Mitchell

This used to be a very nice, updated hotel Our recent stay was so disappointing The first room they put us in smelled so strongly of mold/mildew that we could not stay in it

The next one had an AC that did not work The third one also smelled All of these were on the fourth floor They finally moved us to the second floor and the room was fine For breakfast they had cheese omelets that could have been great, but they were not warm, much less hot, so they tasted like yellow rubber–they were room temperature at best Coffee was horrible and only powdered creamer was available These are minor things compared to the condition of the first three rooms they put us in We will not be back

Doug Reese

I would like to give a shout out to Patricia Mattz; she was absolutely wonderful to work with My wife and I were in town for a Cardinals game We sat in the sun for most of the day

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed our air conditioning would no turn on Within minutes she had us in a different room She was prompt, courteous, polite, energetic and awesome at solving our situation; this all happened late night and she was the only one on staff at the time We will definitely revisit this hotel again
