I want to be clear that this is not a bad hotel by any means Certainly not a hotel horror story you hear about At the same time, I was slightly disappointed based on the reviews I had read, so I thought I would post

To start, I thought based on the pictures online that a “premier room with balcony”, would have a room overlooking the pool, or a hood view of the town at least based on the pictures I saw online My room overlooks the parking lot, freeway, and a strip mall across the street Not a huge thing, but somethingThe jacuzzi was down when I was there Not hot, no bubbles Again, not a game changer, but just something And when I did visit the pool, there were people present who were glaring at me and my son We didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed and so we left that area Again, not something to make a big deal of, I could have said something and didn’t But somethingI think a fair comparison in any hotel review is a Motel 6 Everyone has stayed at a Motel 6 before You know what you’re getting into with a Motel 6 – cheaper, pretty bare bones, nothing to write home about, someplace (usually safe) you can lie your head at night There are better places, equal to, and worse places to stay than a Motel 6… I feel like my experience here has been equal to a Motel 6 Which I don’t think is a slam (again, not a bad experience), but also, just a very average hotel stay when I definitely paid what I think was premier hotel pricing I had to pay for overnight parking, which I didn’t see advertised anywhere, and I was even told upon check-in that housekeeping is only coming to rooms once every three days I’m sure that is a cost-saving measure at this point, but those cost savings are not being reflected in the pricePerhaps I’m being slightly unfair in that I didn’t speak with staff before writing this I’m not sure what they could have done though short of reducing the price, which I’m not sure is a fair ask They can’t change the view off my balcony or make people not look at me And again, it’s not a BAD hotel All the staff have been great I just thought I should write something though since I do use reviews myself when picking a hotel

Otto Weirich

AMAZING STAFF, I was staying here for work and long story short there was an issue in my room and all of the staff did an amazing job taking care of me and even upgrading my room for the inconvenience I wish I knew the names of the other employees but Erin the general manager runs a great hotel with a great team I don’t think I have ever been treated so well staying at a hotel than they did here

The rooms were super clean, and looked great They have a bar and small dining area serving breakfast lunch and dinner with a wonderful bar tender I will always choose this place when staying in the area again Thanks Erin and team!

Matthew Gant

The room wasn’t fully cleaned Notes from someone’s take out order left on the dresser Garbage in the hallway sitting for hours

The hot tub wasn’t heated Refrigerator in the room didn’t work The free breakfast area was closed They just had a few items in a basket with an empty coffee container There’s an extra cost for everything $12 a day for parking with signs everywhere saying they’re not responsible if anything happens to your car So obviously things are happening to the cars

This was my first time staying here and over all its a nice hotel Once I got in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist I got to the hotel a little early that day and was able to check in a earlier than the check in time

This really was helpful for me seeing that I got to my destination hours than what I expected During my stay I was always greeted by the staff in the from Also the cleaning staff are super helpful and really friendly I did lock myself out of my room one time and was helped by the front desk Only one thing that the door to my room would get stuck at times and would not let me in But this was not that big of a problem for me Once I checked out I told the front desk and they took care of the issue of having someone checking out that very moment I will be staying again Thank again for the great service

Corey Strock

My stay was fine I paid ahead of time so the cost was good This facility did have some issues though, and was not as nice as the Sacramento one that I regularly stay in

The location is really good, it’s near a few restaurants and it’s only a 1 mile walk to the downtown sectionMy primary issue was that my door didn’t close w/o a fair amount of force being applied, that was annoying The room itself was fine though, it was clean and well appointed

Susan Johnston

This property is in need of quite a bit of maintenance and a thorough cleaning Use the inexpensive nightly rate to set your expectation The staff is trying to provide good service, so shout out to the friendly front desk folks

Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to outweigh the challenges at the property Upon arrival I was put in a first floor room which was not in good shape There was visible grime on doors and light switches and a sticky spot on the wall next to dining table which had hair stuck on it The next morning I asked to switch and was moved to a large suite on 4th floor This was definitely nicer Issues included the room being very dark (cave-like, despite having windows), a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom and neighboring guest’s garbage sitting outside room doors awaiting collection which lingered and smelled Due to Covid restrictions there was no housekeeping nor breakfast The gym is virtually unusable; broken treadmill, broken recumbent bike, an empty stand for hand weights (were they stolen?), a pulley/weights set up with pieces missing, no mats and no towels Next time I’m in the area I will spend a bit more and definitely stay somewhere else!

Not a great experience at all This place needs a lot of updating and cleanliness Old AC

When switched on blows black dust on the pillow Garbage bin was super full for the building and no one cleared it Dirty sheets Spiders in the room Changed rooms still found spidersKids said it resembles Shitz CreekDidn’t expect this in Los Gatos

Rylee Orr

The place in run down All the staff except two in the office are doing the bare minimum We walked into a very dirty room

Our puppy found an m&m and cranberry on the first day In our bathroom is a ant problem Also pincher bugs with a spider in the window Housekeeping basically just restocked for our arrival When we complained about the ants they came for a ” deep cleaning” They cleaned the bathroom and cleaned behind the fridge Used our soap and sponge to clean our dishes(like cleaning dishes is going to help with ants) We had to point out the windows, stop them from using raid because its not dog safe and used our own stem spray again We kept cleaning the room ourselves since we stayed for a couple of weeks We had stayed here before it was a huge disappointment Little things like the screen doors lock on the outside No carbon monoxide detector A fire extinguisher with no date of expiration The place has gone down hill with the new owners its really sad Your paying for the grounds, breakfast and pool Which the grounds has beer bottles, cigarettes, and other trash the staff walks by over and over

Rebecca Boyle

NOISY! The Clientele is a mixed bag of construction crew workers who stay week-to-week and random college kids who seem to be away from helicopter parents for the first time in their lives and are cutting loose The competing noise from these groups who let out random, drunken “whoop-whoos” all night into the wee hours is beyond annoying! Apparently, there is no hotel Security or management on the grounds controlling these groupsWe had to pay $35

00 per night to have our 10 lbs Dog with us “in case” she created a mess, yet the sewer construction guys 2 rooms over from us can stack empty beer cans on their patio and leave trash every where for the 4 days of our stay! Our dog is better behavedAnd yes, the rooms are dated as other’s have stated The photos on the website must be decades old We had a good laugh watching the in-room TV commercial about this hotel showing pristine grounds, a spa-like pool; and an on-site bar/ restaurant (permanently closed) This place must have really been something in its heyday, but no longerI’m writing this review at 2:30AM having been woke up for the 3rd time tonight by the millennials above us who keep dragging wrought iron patio chairs over the balcony and talking as if it was mid-day I might be willing to put up with the rowdy guests and dated furnishings if the daily rate were cheap–it’s not Never again!

#1 spot to stay if you’re in downtown San Jose, especially if you’re attending an event at the SAP CenterA beautiful art deco hotel that’s been thoughtfully updated, with valet parking, an incredible bar/lounge and a restaurant that’s on the verge of its post-pandemic reopeningThe front desk is wonderful about handling requests for extra coffee, bottled waters, and linens in record time

The updates are good, not great, so some of the layout is a little wonky (coffee maker and fridge are across the room from the microwave and sink, toilet paper roll is nearly behind someone actually on the toilet), but the rooms are very clean and comfortableThey’re also using the nespresso single-serve coffee makers, which are awesome (and worth the walk to get water from the sink across the room)The bar/lounge is still lightly staffed as of reopening this week, so plan to visit the bar to get fresh drinksbut the guys are hustling and they’re down for any reasonable requestA+ for the staffB for the suite

Margit Marselas

Rooms are small but nice, tho the bed was a bit uncomfortableCan’t rate service because they offer almost nothing: no restaurant, so no room service, no pool, no exercise, no self-park — and virtually nowhere to pull over for valet parking ($40/night) Small bar area open until 10 & limited snacks sold at front desk

Location is good for finding dinner, drinks in the neighborhood, but schlepping it for breakfast is a pain Won’t be back until/unless Hilton actually commits to this location

I was able to reach customer service quickly with just, a call, text or online chat Representatives were so personable and made us feel like we were special Rooms were clean, good snacks in the vending machines which also had deodorant and other toiletries in case you forgot yours at home

Virtual check in was seamless and we received our codes via email, online and text so we couldn’t miss it! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again, rooms are very affordable and close to Santana Row and other shopping centers

Bonnie Munson, MS, IDS

Great room Super clean, comfortable and attractive There is no visible “service” and no one to call if something is needed; the welcome host on video talking to us in the lobby was a little odd

We had all the instructions texted to us ahead of time However, there were some really nice hospitality touches, like cookies and water when we arrived in our room, an incredible coffee selection for the Keurig, and table games put out in the evening in the common area All amenities we could have asked for were provided Really a great experience if you don’t need human contact!

Adam Nelms

Have to give LOTS of info for VIRTUAL check in, but they make the process easy and straight forward Didn’t see a worker the entire time we where there Code to get it main door, same code for room

They had a cool little game room, sitting area but the room and hallways were way too hot, area needed AC on Very clean Biggest complaint was its on a VERY busy main road so there is road noise most of the night, they the provided ear plugs is a nice touch Public coffee machine in the lobby was cool, but most flavors and options were out

The bath tub had not been cleaned There was spit from someone prior sitting in the tub I took a picture and showed the front desk at checkout

The guy working up front offered no solution except sorry and they could moved me The front desk was calm, polite, and very professional There is also no information about the restaurant except hours The breakfast hours are not on there I added breakfast only to find it would be too late for me to have breakfast I asked to just credit it and was told no No one can change the package I bought I asked for the possibility of getting an early to go and was told no as well I also think that when you have a large party that you should at least let the guests checking in to a room right next to the event space that there will be music that shakes everything in the room Thankfully it was stopped at 10 This place just really fell short

Teddy Chu

The hotel is a historic Manson with hotel rooms added in the back The main building does look gorgeous but the hotel rooms were pretty standard While the room is nice and clean, it is a bit small

I also agreed with other people’s comments that they really need to add more staff to improve the service PS this is a popular venue for wedding and other corporate events If you want to avoid the party noise in the evening, ask for a room away from the lawn and pool area

Angela Mooney

The property itself is gorgeous I enjoyed some extra amenities like the hot tub and on-site restaurant Unfortunately, during our stay this week the hotel was extremely understaffed to the point where attempting to get basic needs like a cleaning or extra towels was a horribly long process

Also, during our check out day housekeeping entered our room twice very early in the morning and waked us up without apologizing or an explanation I tried to contact the front desk multiple times but no-one picked up the phone and no-one was available physically at the front either The restaurant was also very understaffed to the point the busboy had to take our order It’s unfortunate because otherwise we really enjoyed the suite itself – the bedding was very comfortable and the room boasts two large televisions, a nice velvet couch, and a bath

I never write reviews and I also only stay in boutique hotels, but my company requires me to stay in this particular hotel due to proximity to my office Having said that, I have to say it is always a 5 star experience staying here The front desk people are polite, courteous and super helpful

The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable They have a wonderful little store in the lobby that is well stocked, tiddy and clean, and has everything a business traveler might have forgotten or needs I’ve always had a very positive experience when staying here and would highly recommend it

Nicole Rodriguez

The digital key worked some of the time They deactivated the digital key well before check out time The pool was open 1 out of 2 days and hot tub was out both days we stayed

It was not posted on the site or app The room was nice but the ac worked slightly The bathroom door was damaged and not fixed The hotel is close to the restaurants and activities which is nice It was definitely not worth the price or what I expect from a Hilton brand

Jessica Lin

It was clean and I loved the small sofa area Cozy! However, I don’t like the design when the bathroom and toilet rooms are right in front of the beds In addition, There’s no lock on the door, and with such big gap between the wall and the sliding doors, any noise from the bathroom can be heard easily

No privacy… I needed to ask my teenager son to go downstairs so that I could sit on the toilet comfortably… the hotel maintenance person couldn’t adjust the doors and mentioned that NO one ever complained about the doors and the layout of the room… I don’t understand how people could use the toilet when the sliding door can’t be closed properly and it feels like the toilet sits right beside the beds…Nonetheless, I loved the breakfast!! Very delicious and all of the hotels should have the same breakfast buffet as Springhill San Jose hotel

Mango Pakora

I came in with blood stains on my comforter

(YUCK!) The sinks are clogged, didn’t drain properly, and the cleaning ladies didn’t bother to leave refill on soap or dry off the sink and make sure it was clean I am seriously disgusted by the poor level of cleanliness and hygiene The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the front desk staff is extremely kind and considerate Otherwise, huge thumbs down!

Julie Ann Whitaker

Unfortunately we had a bad experience We had to switch rooms to different times The first room had boogers that were bloody all over the walls, the second room had pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom it looked as though it was never cleaned

The staff were very rude when we asked them to come up and look at these things in the room They offered no solution This was very disappointing as we were on a trip for our grandson

Stayed here for a weekend to visit family and it was a really good stay The desk was very pleasant when we were checking in the room was super clean everyone is very helpful Took some of the kids to go swimming the very nice and clean pool

Very very nice stay would definitely recommend and we’ll be back again! Shout out to all the staff during our stay!!

Stayed here for close to two weeks and we enjoyed it My girl used the nice fitness center and pool pretty much every day We walked to several good eateries in the immediate neighborhood, including the excellent Donut Wheel (and I don’t even like donuts that much)

There’s a Target and Whole Foods within easy walking distance, as well The front desk staff are friendly, the bar pops off in the evenings (which could be a plus or a minus, depending), there’s a neat laundry room with machines paid and controlled via phone app, and the rooms are pretty quiet except for the inconsiderate folks who like to slam their metal doors all day and night (which you will find in plenty of other places) We are planning on staying here again in a week or two

house fish

Pretty secluded , yet on front Street with easy access the guy at the desk with the fedora started our stay with a smile Who doesn’t smile when I see somebody in one of those hats? It matched his personality his persona

Rooms are clean spacious Love the Fido friendly vibe The parking is kind of sketchy better know how to park My only complaint would be it was too quiet 🤫

Perfectly located downtown, the Italian restaurant provided dishes with exceptional flavour notes accompanied by a great wine menu, and the staff are attentive The front desk staff members Denise and Manny are truly a credit to the hospitality industry They embody Marriott’s core values of exceptional customer service provided with integrity and outstanding care

Josh Action

The historic building belies the modern rooms With a great restaurant and ballroom for formal events, the Westin San Jose seemingly has it all But wait! The attentive and diligent staff round out the experience to be a complete delight

We required a suite for a family of 4, and the normal rooms are a bit on the small side Still, for events in downtown San Jose, this hotel has most everything you could need

R Chapellon

The building is beautiful, however the rooms are very small This type of room is more expected in New York or Paris size wise yet we are in San Jose There are virtually no reminisces of a regular Westin hotel in regard to what they provide

There is a restaurant on site, however no room service You have bottles of shampoo attached to the wall in the shower yet no lotion anywhere…just small things like this that stand out The A/C system is extremely loud too, cleaning of room, which we had to ask for, is hit and miss too, one day is bare minimum and next day its great I am aware of staffing issue these days, however if you provide the service, it should be consistent We decided to have some wine one evening in our room and even tho numerous people were still sitting in the restaurant we were not able to purchase the bottle to take up to our room They were ‘closed’ We were directed to go purchase from the restaurant down the street I gave it an extra star than I normally would because the front desk staff was very friendly and nice

I stayed at this hotel for two nights The best Hyatt house venue I have stayed in so far The room was spacious, and its layout was practical

The hotel staffs were kind, and the breakfast was pretty nice They even had an omelet station Location-wise, there are plenty of restaurants nearby on the Cupertino main street Definitely recommending place to stay

Usually Hyatt House is an amazing chain / business hotel This one looks new and is beautifully designed but majorly flawedThis hotel is in a terrible location, there’s no food places nearby – just a busy bowling alley and a weird ice skating ring

There’s some food down the street but it’s not walkable, no sidewalks or well lit streetsWe decided to instead get a meal at the “H bar” It was awful, wayyyy too saltyAfter settling in our room, we turned on the AC only to have our room fill with the smell of old fish Never had this happen at a hotel but it was so weird, the whole room smelled of rotten fish – making it almost hard to sleepPros:- great design- secured underground parking

suhyeon kang

Me and my friend made a reservation more than a week ago and received a confiramation email And today, my friend received email saying, they need to down-grade our room; studio king kitchentte to regular king bed room, because today, a long-term guest requested to extend their stay (Okay

, but they requested today and we requested 9 days ago hello?) We chose this hotel because we liked a kitchenette There are only 2 days left before our trip and we’ve prepared this trip for a long time ago Very unprofessional and unresponsible I don’t even go there yet, but I am already disappointed

My rating would be higher if they didn’t have the types of elevators they currently have They assign you an elevator for the floor you choose, which causes lines and back-up They’d broken down two times during our stay and there’s only the one set of elevators to get to other floors

Otherwise, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable I’d wished they had a microwave or breakfast option, but compaired to other places, we at least had a fridge

Our experience at the Hilton was just ok Normally it is great, but there was construction going on, and some services were limited We were here for 3 days

On two days only 1 of 3 elevators were working The staff was great, but with covid protocols, your room is not cleaned We had to go elsewhere for our meals, which was ok, because we were in a downtown location Our room was great, but hopefully, our overall experience will be better the next time

Pleasantly surprisedI had to come to San Jose for a medical procedure Instead of an adequate place to crash, I found this lovely little hotel

It is quiet and clean and decorated elegantly in an old European style The room was beautiful including the bathroom which was laid out very well, and the bed very comfortable The front staff was wonderful In general, I had a surprisingly great stay and am hoping to find a reason to return!

Jason Green

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel Expected something boring as from the outside it looks kinda nondescript… yet inside is very classy Decor is European style and well done

Everything in the hotel is very clean Rooms are nice & bed is super comfortable Can’t complain! Would definitely stay here again Tried to extend my stay but they were fully booked

Tater Pringles

It was a unique experience, it was very victorian and antique The rooms were pretty okay, just don’t expect to be watching TV all day, they’re pretty small The main bathroom door didn’t close all the way, so make sure to tell your family to not use it while you’re taking a shower

The breakfast was pretty alright, they have a small selection, but there’s something for everyone Just not waffles and pancakes It was a nice hotel, far from the worst I’ve been to

Front desk staff is wonderfully helpful and kind Easy check in and out, and lovely rooms Splurge for the king suite with bath if you can, its worth it!! Hotel is clean, parking is easy

I forgot a blanket in my room while checking out, they were prompt in having someone go up to the room and bring it to me within 2 minutesAs a bay area/San Jose native who comes back to visit now, this has been my favorite hotel stay by far Thanks Juniper!

As a regular Hilton customer I have seen usually really great service and care to detailHowever this hotel needs a little help

I’ve always been offered a couple bottles of water beyond my first night I was reminded that water is only available the first day Strike 1 Strike 2 the restaurant downstairs has crumbs on the dinning tables and the coffee saucer doesn’t look like it’s seen a bit of soap The seating outside looks nice I’ve asked if the heater could be turned on, I was responded with “I don’t know” A little bit of extra care can go a long way Sometimes the little things can go a long way

All five star ratings are correct and well deserved We came to stay for a couple of days in the room with roll in shower The manager kindly upgraded us to the one bedroom unit

The room was perfect except for the excessively soft bed, which is present in many American hotels The hotel is new, the manager and all staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast includes a good selection of hot foods The waffle machine is a hit I wish I lived here

Very Disappointed We were there about 2 1/2 weeks because of their covid restriction, we were able to receive only 2 cleaning done during our stay

We requested a few times but they said they cannot clean the room while persons are in the room I am 8 months pregnant and my husband was working so we could not get the service but I tried to keep things clean Everything was okay We had about 3 fire alarms ran so we had to evacuate the building twice (one was off quickly) However, They charged us 163 for cleaning fee at the end without notifying us saying that they had to deep clean ? We even used out own comforters and pillows and funny thing was that we got our cleaning the day before our check out so it was pretty cleans plus we spent almost $3000 since we booked 1bed room suite It is expensive I contacted the manager a several times He finally got back and he said he will give me a refund 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund I tried to reach out to the manager a couple times today but no luck!!! Please check your bill still ask for a cleaning because they will charge you if you did not take out the small trash bags out when you check out! ridiculous And Please give me my refund!!

I stayed here for a few weeks since my apartment had flooded, and the customer service was incredible! Very flexible to accommodating me when I needed to extend my stay, and when I had realized I left some items in the hotel a month after I had left, the front desk, especially Andrea, was kind enough to search the hotel for my items without giving up and send them to me 100% recommend if you need a stay in the sunnyvale area 🙂

My husband traveled for work and tagged myself and our 8 yr old daughter along Perfect location while he was at work, there was great places to shop and even a huge Asian Supermarket across the street! So I got to cook dinner when he got off so he had a home cooked meal The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need even with a blender and rice cooker! My daughter’s favorite was the pool and I even grilled fish on their propane grill and staff asked if I needed grill seasonings, it’s provided if needed, no extra charge! Love! The staff overall was extra attentive from the time we checked in to the time we checked out! I noticed the ladies constantly sanitizing and cleaning throughout the day, because I was here all day, I noticed everything

This was an amazing staff and friendly and delivered exceptional customer service! We stayed for 4 days and will again for future trips in this area! Highly recommend and they exceed 5 stars!

Donna Blewitt

Staff was helpful and available 24 hours Studio room was quite comfortable and I liked the layout Plenty of closet and drawer space

The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were just right Very clean the bathroom shined Also liked that the TV was on a swivel and could be viewed while on the couch or in bed The couch was stiff but liked the ottoman and the tray cover for placing your dinner or drink while sitting on the couchPersonally, I prefer reserving a place with a complimentary breakfast There was a good variety of both hot and cold food Not an overabundance of choices but quite sufficient Very pleased Service at the breakfast was good

Grant Irons

Room was clean, but kind of felt like a dorm room Breakfast was okay (fried eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc), I was surprised by the coffee, much better than most hotel coffee

On the negative side, the internet was TERRIBLE! I was supposed to deliver a presentation to 500+ people, but internet was so bad I couldn’t do it The staff was apologetic and said they are working to upgrade internet hardware Won’t stay there again

Booked a week long stay here for work and upon check in was completely taken for surprise The hotels “renovations” consist of new wall paper and new really cheap and tacky furniture The rooms are really icky and you can tell they just slapped paint over everything

The staff was incredibly accommodating and wonderful and the location is very convenient, hence the 2 starsHopefully once all of the renovations are fully complete things will start to look up

Disappointed Had high hopes from website Depressing

Lobby felt very empty and lacked proper amount of furniture for comfortable space Restaurant was completely closed Room had closet door off track and lamp shade was broken Patio was filled up with tables for event Sadly no extra area set up for hotel guests to use outside So don’t anticipate too much

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in We are currently here for a wedding and they shut off water on the entire hotel the day of the wedding Our room has no heat as well and blows cold air out the entire time

The front desk has done nothing to make anything right My boyfriend works for a property management company and these are conditions his company would put people up in a hotel for Do yourself a favor and stay away from here

Worst hotel experience ever! Based on the reviews, I requested a room away from the freeway but on arrival at 2PM, was told that only the freeway side was available We were given a shabby room (clogged sink and shower diverter not working) with a noisy old air conditioner that would not shut off when the room cooled down I was awake until 3AM with the loud freeway noise and loud air conditioner

There was no manager available to get help from, and the check-in clerk told me to call Marriott myself if I wasn’t satisfied Even Monday morning after 9 the manager wasn’t in, and I left a written message requesting a call-back but two days later, still no callI was finally able to get a room on the quiet side the second night and it was a remarkable difference! This establishment is really “two hotels” in one Away from the freeway, the rooms are nicer and allow you to sleep But even if you request it when making the reservation, the hotel does not honor that request Their website is useless in this regard

Steve Williams

The rooms were fine, but my biggest complaint here was the staff They just weren’t friendly, accommodating or service oriented As a Marriott lifetime platinum member I have never stayed at a hotel which was so dismissive of the status I’ve spent years working to earn

When I was checking in, there was a guest ahead of me who was older and having trouble logging into the internet The kind thing to do would have been to help the guest to logon – instead she just rattled off the things the woman should do and rolled her eyes when the woman walked away forgetting the bath wash she had gotten for herI had a few other interactions with the front desk and none were remarkable The one which led to this review was the hotels’s refusal to honor Marriotts “guaranteed 4pm late checkout” for platinum guests First the front desk colleague told me that it only applied to guests of a higher status I said that’s not what the Marriott website says She then said, well it’s subject to availability and we are sold out I then said no you aren’t I can book at least 3 rooms on Marriottcom right now She finally agreed to give me a 2 pm checkout as a special accommodation but couldn’t honor the “guaranteed 4pm checkout”Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for elite Marriott members, there are other far more accommodating Marriott hotels that will take better care of you

Shelly Wright

We rented two rooms, on a 90+ degree day in June BOTH rooms had air conditioning that did NOT work, leading to a sleepless night by allI called the desk in the middle of the night and the representative told me to PROP OPEN the door to the hallway to let the air from the hallway come inside the room! I reported this both locally and with Marriott to no compensation except to say “that is not the expectation of a Marriott stay”! Very poor customer service from a business that touts their customer service!
