Great owners, incredible location and wonderful personal touchesI stayed in the 50s room Woodrow House is a unique option compared to your standard hotel or even traditional modern B&B- much more similar to the European experience

It’s a single home with multiple rooms for rent, and meals prepared The rental is designed in a coop structure with common spaces (kitchen, living room, etc) to use with other guests and the owners all in the same home They are very accessible and respond quickly to any electronic communications, they do a great job of communicating before and during the rental and the extras (free snacks, water, sodas and beer) are a nice touch The home has a beautiful pool and would be ideal for families and parties It is a private residence, and an older one at that, so there are plenty of aspects that give it the homey feel but should be noted in advance – lots of carpet, family photos adorn all the walls, my shower was an old tub with wrap around curtain of the old-fashioned variety and the interior design for the 50s room is indeed very 50s retro kitsch Plenty of parking, easy to access and lots of people around most of the day If you want maximum privacy perhaps this is not your place but if you have a sense of adventure, then highly recommended David and Diane know what they are doing I would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

We stayed for New Year’s eve!! My husband and I had a great time!! The owners, Dawn and David are very friendly and welcoming!! Felt right at home!! We had a function with our daughter who attends LCU This was close to campus and reasonably priced Pamela Perez was amazing in her duties

I think she works around the clock because every time we came down stairs she was on the front desk My dad needed ice and the ONLY working ice machine was on the third floor and she went up there and got him some ice to go with his breakfastShe went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great oneThe room was clean and tidy, but you could tell it was in need of owners doing some updates Overall the five stars are for Pamela and her staff who made our trip great

Kama Garcia

DIRTY! I checked in and noticed the carpets looked dirty I ignored it because it was a last minute booking When I went to take a shower at 9 pm I noticed a big collection of hair over the drain cover

I called to complain but the manager was not there The man at the front desk called the manager in the morning and she told him that since I had waited so long to report it there was nothing they could do and that since I booked on Priceline they could not offer me a discount It was disgusting The floors were dirty The bathroom floor had a straight pin on it with a bright pink ball head You could tell it had not been swept The hair on the drain was the last straw Also, the stairwell looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months I’m very disappointed

The hotel looks a lot better online than reality The property has deferred maintenance and cleanliness is questionable We arrived late, past midnight

It was loud with people drinking in the lobby and partying I asked the front desk hostess if there was a curfew for noise and she said no For $200+ a night, this place is overpriced and overrated Also, the couch/bed was disgusting It looked like a cat had clawed the fabric It was old and filthy Room 307

I have a family of 5, so Home2Suites is one of our go-to Hilton hotels since everyone can sleep comfortably, but we will not be staying here again This hotel is in extreme need of a deep clean It was filthy! The floors in the common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways) looked like they had not been mopped or vacuumed in weeks

The tiles in front of the 4th floor elevator are loose and in need of professional repair Tables in the lobby that are used for breakfast and lounging appear to never be wiped down These are the “easy” areas to clean to make guests feel comfortable about their stay The smells in the elevators and rooms also don’t help Multiple people in our group stated their room smelled like dirty feet This is a pet friendly hotel and we saw multiple dogs so I am sure that did not help the smell and cleanlinessThe pool and outdoor area were also dirty They have tables and chairs but they were dirty and trash was laying around We also had to ask multiple times for towels to be brought out to the towel rack for the kidsLastly, the rooms are worn down and in need of remodel Outside of the smell, the bathroom door has markings all over it from people trying to get it to slide open and towels need to be replaced Floors needed vacuumingSad for this experience as we have stayed at other Home2Suites with great luck!

Jamey Johnston

This Home2 didn’t seem quite as nice/well maintained as others I have visited, but not bad by any stretch Enough to ding it one star Rated service 5 but really that’s just an ‘NA’ this trip

There was also a slight smell I was a bit sensitive to when I got there, I think cleaning product of some kind, and I stopped noticing it after an hour or so Not a real issue, just mentioning it for those that might be concerned about that

The room was not secured because the sliding door was not locked and the house keepers apparently didn’t check it Then room service did not respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and entered the room Received a call asking if we were staying another night and had to inform them we were checking out on Saturday

Pool and hot tub were great

Rudy Meixell

I stayed here one night, after flying in to Lubbock I was sleep deprived, so I appreciated how quiet it was I was able to catch up on some of the sleep I had lost recently

Maybe I just got lucky about what room I was given, but it does seem as if the hotel is solidly built, so the quiet may have been partly due to that Breakfast, while not included, was good I especially appreciated how crispy the bacon was I wish the policy related to the items in the gift shop (I think that’s what they call it) had been clearer Apparently, the bottled water is complimentary but the other drinks, sitting next to the bottled water, are not That’s fine, if so, but I just wish there were something to make it clearer, perhaps a label

hockeypaul33

So the staff The staff are the only redeeming quality of the hotel I need to start here

Ryan, Xavier, and Matt did a lot to help make it better but overall this property has a ton of issuesOne of my largest pet peeves is paying for a room and the room won’t allow you to have the ambient noise of running the fan on “constant” The ac units have the capacity to, but the hotel management decided to disable this I stay in Hilton garden inns all over the US and this is the first one who is trying to be a mizer and not allow you to be comfortableSo that being said when the ac cycles, it wakes me up So I finally decided to just keep the fan on to try and sleep and my room one morning was 61, and the other day it was 59 This is unacceptable They tried to move me rooms and fix it but had the same issue They blamed it on the unit when it’s just the ownership/management The toilet in the room also wasn’t installed properly and would rock and make a loud noise on dismountThe second room they gave me, door wouldn’t close or lock properly Had to slam it with all my might just to have it secure, but couldn’t actually put on the safety lock This is also unacceptable Now this room whoever did the shower pan did a poor job The grout is coming up, the shower had that feeling of not being hard and was afraid grout or tile would cut the bottom of my feetIt was clean enough Lobby was clean Everyone was super nice and I appreciate thatThe restaurant also was terrible The chef is apparently allergic to salt and pepper Steak #1 was overcooked and the second tasted like nothing And was 29 dollarsOverall I will never stay at this property again I’ll let you make your own opinion of you should

Kylie S

I’ve stayed here probably 20 times for work over the past 5 years, and overall it’s one of the better choices in Lubbock, but this property needs some deep cleaning done I know housekeepers work hard for little money, but they seem to need better training to have an eye for the details Also, the hard flooring in the rooms needs replaced

It looks like a coating was applied to it and it’s now peeling off It looks terribleDuring this stay, all of the trash cans in the common areas were overflowing Even the tiny trash can on the coffee bar couldn’t hold any more creamer cups The front desk guys could contribute by gathering a little trash instead of standing there all evening

Called in late night on a road trip Receptionist was extremely helpful, super nice, very understanding and got us all set up super quick and easy Rooms were nice and clean, need a little basic updating but nothing major

Everything worked and was clean Morning breakfast was your standard continental The breakfast person was SUPER friendly and was so nice to make us fresh delicious texas shaped waffles which the kids loved We checked in late and left early to continue on our way so we didn’t get to try any of the other ammentities but the professional and friendly service was exceptional

Richard key

The pool wasn’t so bad and neither was the housekeepers But when it comes to the front desk, the manager is flat out rude as hell You make one inquiry and she will catch am attitude so quick that it literally ruins the whole experience

Seems to be a common occurrence with some of the older staff here! But great job to Brittany and the other night shift crew, ya’ll were truly awesome And so other than the staff that was unpleasant and the rust stains in the bathtub which I should’ve pointed out wasn’t the most horrible stay! Aint got nothing compared to the Hawthorne suites though!

Shadow Wolf

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel experience, this is a solid choice for the area We stayed as a family in an accessible room for one of our membersThe staff were friendly and welcoming

The room was spacious enough for some late night board games and for a power chair to navigate The free breakfast, served by Joe the Breakfast Ambassador, was a definite highlight: a warm smile and laugh as he served us hot wafflesThere were some issues with room cleanliness when we checked in, but the staff responded in a reasonable manner to deal with the problemsPlan to stay here with the expectation that it’s not a fancy hotel, but a great place to start and end your day in Lubbock Happy travels!

iPhone 909

Check in was quick with friendly staff Room was in the second floor Asked for elevator and was jokingly told they ordered one

It’s unusual for a hotel without one but not a deal breakerRoom was big and cleanThis is not a 5-star resort I did not pay the price for a 5-star resort so I can live with the small imperfections of the hotelOverall it was a good night and better than paying $400+ at our regular stay hotel in Lubbock

K Wil

This was the worst experience that we have ever had at a hotel We entered behind another gentleman After waiting for 10 minutes for the clerk to get to the front I went to find someone

Finally found someone in housekeeping & neither ladies spoke English The gentleman in front of us said he was not waiting anymore & left The clerk finally came & had an attitude & told use that she is only one person Then on top of that we could not check-in until 4:00 I started to her that we had driven over 5 hours but that did not matter We finally gotten into the room after 4 & it was not cleaned good Then there is not an elevator so we had to carry all the suitcase up to the second floor I could say a whole lot more about this hotel WORST EVER

It’s a nice place with random holes in their kit No microwaves in rooms, limits on room AC, no free breakfast (slightly offset by a $15 credit), well stocked on medicine and candy bars, but don’t have any protein options, salads, or sandwichesBut the place is pretty nice

Service is good, food at the restaurant is phenomenal (pricey though) Good happy hour drink special at the bar Rooms are nice Interior is nice and cleanThe place has good bones, but it’s like it’s managed by someone who used to run a Michelin star restaurant but never stayed in enough hotels to know what the basic expectations are It’s so weird These things are so easy to fix too

Amanda Box

This was our first stay at this hotel and it will now be our go to hotel in Lubbock The rooms were clean and comfortable and the lobby was inviting We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was unexpectedly delicious

By far the best thing was the staff After 2 years of encountering mostly indifferent service and staffing issues as we travel, the friendliness and enthusiasm here made our stay exceptional Attentive and efficient service can make all the difference

Ires Rios

Always a great stay Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! Bar area always clean comforting and good cocktails! Everytime we come to Lubbock our stay is definitely here It is a little noisy at night, I’m guessing bar area , but I don’t mind it ,I feel like every place with a bar has to have some noise ,says people are having a good time! what are you suppose to do? Pool area warm and great! Thank you to the staff for always being so good to us!

The entire hotel felt very dirty and poorly taken care of There were greasy smears everywhere, the bathroom door didn’t lock, the phone was broken, the curtain didn’t fit the window so there was light coming in all night We stayed at a Holiday Inn in Amarillo just recently that was lovely and very clean so the condition of this one was a surprising and stark contrast

One positive is that the manager was nice when we interacted with her

Bailee Treadway

I don’t normally leave reviews but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Only reason I’m giving it one star is because zero isn’t an option! The first room we were out in had been broke into and you could see directly into the room with the door shut so therefore you could easily stick any type of card in the crack and pop the door wide open!! Got moved to a second room, it was disgusting!! Left over food in fridge Bathroom was horrible Not to mention the full bathroom trash with used feminine products and dirty adult diapers

Neighborhood is very sketchy Room phone was broke Most of the staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to be here We are Spire Elite members and have never had problems with any other property before this one Being Sprite Elite members or not this is unacceptable!!

Brian Lovell

Grace, at the front desk was very helpful and polite finding my truck keys that I had left behind The food at breakfast was great, the room was incredible and very clean

The entire property was spotlessWill definitely stay again

Abdulkader Almosa

Initially when I entered, it smelled like cigarettes because a worker was smoking by the entrance door outside I had to wait an hour to get checked in due to the hotel’s policy The room was initially all right, but a certain amount of dust and unknown particles/items like condoms and masks were found around the room

Sheets and towels had stains Breakfast was limited but was the only thing I enjoyed out of the whole stay Over the course of a three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, even after I had explicitly requested that it would be cleaned in the afternoon of the second day: every staff member was dismissive and told me a different story as to why the room wasn’t cleaned (this represents poor management) When all of this was brought up to the front desk, I was told to wait for the manager but it was too late because I had to catch a flight Please do better!

Stacy Sauls

When we arrived the room was filthy THere was blood on the lamp shade and on the bedding The floor was not vacuumed and there was a medical syringe on the floor as well

The carpet was torn and the room did not look clean at all When we pulled back the bedding the beds looked to have had dirty sheets We discretely confronted the hotel staff and they told us they were sorry and to grab some snacks and they would send housekeeping up to re-clean the room No one came to clean and we slept in the dirty room Due to it being graduation weekend at Tech we were stuck in the dirty space We checked out and let the front desk know they were going to inquire for us to stay another night at a discount or discount the room we had since it was so dirty We were notified of the room availability but for almost $300 for 1 night Since we had a not-so-great experience, we drove an hour away for night number 2 There were not any discounts given or refunds I have over 10 pictures of the state of the room I would not recommend this place to anyone The staff we spoke to were kind and great The hotel was dirty and lacked management in my opinion

Amanda McDonnell

The cleanliness of the hotel itself was great However, the pool and hot tub were dirty and no drinks were allowed in the pool area or in the gym I rented a king suite but didn’t know it would be a handicap suite

That being said there room was nice and spacious by the bathroom needed some work The shower head was too low and the water pressure was low as well The breakfast was good, had many options to choose from Overall it was an ok stay I would stay here again just in a non handicap room

This hotel was great! Very clean, the staff was accommodating and very friendly The beds were comfortable, they have a laundry room and the breakfast was excellent I ended up here for a week and a half with a family member right down the road in the hospital

The staff worked with us and was able to extend my stay 3 different times to be able to stay close to the hospital for as long as I needed I definitely recommend this hotel!

Brenda Hiler

We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was our on-the-way-home one night stay I have to say, it was worth it as it was clean, comfortable, classy, and easily accessible The breakfast was wonderful and the evening at the bar was most pleasant

Impressive to support the local community and Texas Tech I have to say the receptionist at the desk had the best attitude and manners of any hotel I have ever stayed I don’t go to Lubbock often, but when I do, I will certainly stay here again

We were driving a long haul from Out west to Central Texas We do that 2nd day haul often and have stayed in Lubbock quite a few times This would have been a second visit at this hotel

We have 2 other friends with us We were booking the 2 bedroom Luxury Suite to try to get a good night sleep for second day drive The woman made us cancel the Third party Reservation with no refund available She did not care about our long drive She didn’t care about us at all She said that the reason was they didn’t check in after midnight, If you want a hotel and customer service do not stay here Do not risk losing your money if some emergency happens and you arrive late I will never spend any money here again RUDE!

This was a rather interesting stay… The bedroom and living room were beautifully clean I however found a ton of hair in the bathtub which is a deal breaker for me The bed was luxuriously soft

The window needs better coverage so that it truly blacks out all light The reason I booked this place was because a review said it had been utter silence… So imagine our surprise waking up at 2:00 am to furniture being arranged in the room next to us followed by a loooonnnnggg and lusty session of ohhhh’s, yesss and mmmm’s I’m fairly certain someone booked it to record certain activities as it lasted from 2:00 am to 4:30 am and the sounds that came through the vent were rather unnatural I’m leaving a 4 star review because it wasn’t the hotels fault as I’m sure they’re not aware of what rooms are booked for but it made for a rather long night We had no issues with the check in process It would however have been nice to have a front desk to call to interrupt whatever was going on in the room next door even though they sounded quite happy with their night activities The restaurant was amazing and the customer service was spot onEdited to add we stayed in the Country Roots suite

We stayed for one night! Loved everything about it The front desk ladies when I check in were very kind and helpful Enjoyed the pool and the cute little rooms

Breakfast was very delicious! The only problem I had was the young front desk lady who was on her phone talking and didn’t seem to want to help me But overall it was a wonderful stay Would stay again!

Not a good experience, avoid if you can My room was dirty; the carpets were stained, the toilet was not clean, and the mirror had streaks The hallway carpets are stained and filthy on the second floor

Breakfast is not at 6 am, but rather they start making it at 6am It wasn’t set up completely until 6:40 The guy setting up breakfast wasn’t wearing gloves When I finally got access to sausage and eggs, they were cold Awful I will not be using this hotel again

This was the first hotel I’ve had require a $100 hold on my account for incidentals because I’d paid with a credit card It took about 24 hours after check out for the hold to be releasedWe stayed for 2 nights, and after the first night, maid service removed the 3 wet towels but not the wash cloths, then only replaced 2 of the towels

They did take and replace the floor towel They did not provide more shampoo, conditioner, or lotion even though the empty bottles were in the trash, which they’d removed and replaced the bag There was never any hand soap in our room, but I’d noticed hand soap on the maid’s cartAt breakfast the first morning (Sunday), the clerk at the front desk was also responsible for the upkeep of the breakfast area, including replacing items that had run out At one point I’d offered to stock the yogurt because she had customers waiting at the front desk to check out Being that Sunday is a busy morning for hotels, you’d expect there to be more help 🤔Monday morning, when it was much less busy, there were 2 people cleaning up the breakfast area and 2 clerks at the front desk 🤷‍♀️ Breakfast was the same both days with the hot choices being sausage gravy, biscuits, sausage links, scrambled eggs, and waffles Juice is apple and orange They offered oatmeal, cocoa and coffee, toast, bagels, mini powdered and chocolate doughnuts, and mini muffinsThe beds are firm and the sheets tucked VERY tight I’d attempted to lower the temp in the room at approximately 3:30 pm (it was set to 81 and outdoor temps were in the mid to upper 90s), but it didn’t reach the desired 72 until the next afternoonThe fridge and microwave were tucked away in the far corner of the room on the other side of the closet rather than closer to the door The fridge did keep our drinks coldThe staff was very friendly and mindful to greet you when they saw you The pool was a nice temp, and the hot tub was relaxing It would be nice if the pool area opened before 10 am since checkout is at 11

We have stayed at this hotel many times before but every time lately has just gone more and more downhill My son picked a hotel stay for his birthday over a birthday party this year as we did last year We got a room with a whirlpool tub for him to play in and we could relax

First thing when coming into the room we noticed the door has pry marks on it from when someone tried to break in You can no actually see through it but it was a large enough spot you can see light and every shadow movement through it Then the sheets were stained We went downstairs and were given a new set and upon arriving back upstairs found that these sheets were also stained My brothers bed in their room was stained as well I went back down stairs and was told there was no more so basically take it or leave it The thermostat was broken so while I like a cold room, we were freezing our butts off the entire time Then we go to use the whirlpool tub and it is dirty We cleaned it up ourselves so our son could play Only one of the jets worked so we didn’t even bother us using it to relax Later as we went to get ice it was broken on our floor so I went to another I met someone in the elevator and found out they had to be moved rooms already because their toilet was broken We needed new towels the next day and were told there was none so after laundry was finished they would bring some up which unfortunately I just assumed a hotel would have towels ready for guests and was already in the shower when my husband went down to grab more My son and I opened water cups for a drink and my son immediately told me something was wrong with his and it tasted disgusting It was just water so I was confused until I took a sip myself and noticed it too The cup, which we had opened from a sealed plastic bag, was coated in what smelled like and unfortunately tasted like heavy duty cleaners Upon further inspection the cups rim almost looked like a salted rim because of it Throughout the hotel there and holes in the ceiling from very obvious leaks Not towels when we went to the pool and fortunately they did have a couple that timeThe reason this gets two stars instead of one is the breakfast was wonderful For hotel food it was good but more importantly the woman in the dining area checking on everything and taking care of breakfast was so wonderful!

I have stayed here twice for work in the same month Both times there was never any soap, shampoo, conditioner They will not auto refresh your room if staying more then 1 day (I’m here for 5 at a time)

The pool seemed dirty Hot tub only had 1 jet that worked The front desk people were not friendly The young boy even snapped at me to see my ID and CC literally 2 seconds after he first asked like I was taking too long I barley had gotten my wallet out Maybe it’s because I’m a person of color but I did not feel welcomed It seems run down and like they are trying to do bare minimum Also note windows are not tinted and there is a bus yard behind here The lady in the morning helping with breakfast was only light in that place, but it’s not enough for me to come back

My husband stayed at this place a few weeks ago He was over charged almost $800 We have been fighting with them for almost 3 weeks now ti get our money back

We have called several times and left several messages and every time they say someone will call you back I have yet to receive a return phone call When we do finally get to talk to someone it’s because we called corporate and they call them and stay on the phone as we talk to them This place is a horrible place to stay Customer service is awful If you want them to take your money then I definitely recommend this place The lady that we do get to talked to named Jennifer is awful

We booked our corporate travel with the Director of Sales, Kara The whole process was easy and effortless on my part When we arrived at the hotel, Don, the front desk associate was very accommodating and treated our team of 8 people with such welcoming hospitality

During our stay we had emergency and needed an additional room, Don went above and beyond to ensure this is was no trouble and got us set up quickly I appreciated this as we were all traveling from other parts of the state and we were exhausted The rooms were clean, lobby was quiet, clean and stocked with coffee! Breakfast was better than most hotels We really enjoyed our stay and will visit again when we travel to Lubbock

Exceptional customer service – Brandon and team went above and beyond during my stay There was a traveling sports team also sharing the hotel during my stay who was extremely loud after hours and disrespectful to hotel property and staff They decided to graffiti the entire outdoor patio space, leave trash everywhere; and run the halls at 2:30 in the morning

Brandon and team handled all these issues with patience and went above and beyond to move my room and try to regulate the group: I am looking forward to returning and appreciate their hard work – even in difficult situations The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the Fairfield Inn team was top-notch

Mahlia Maverick

Probably one of the best Fairfield Inns I’ve visited nationwide Clean rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff Not too far away from Sam’s Club and Costco gas stations or restaurants in the area

No issues parking a box truck or U-Haul here Also had rooms equipped for the hearing impaired on our floor with door bell-like alert notifications for each room

Triple J’s

Hotel is nicely decorated and great location for lounging, etc Overall good experience however, it’s clear they are not staffed adequately We had a 4 day stay and our room was partially cleaned once

The Tesla chargers are locked and you have to constantly ask to gain access, it’s a wait Breakfast is a wait, and depending on staff you could be waiting a while The gift shop is hardly ever staffed and one morning we waited 20 minutes before someone walked in to pay I’d say hire more staffing

Robert Cocke

Start by saying I’ve stayed here multiple times First experience was horrible–room was Africa hot in the middle of winter and despite our best efforts, we sweated the night away in a suite and the staff was completely and totally unconcerned

but that was years ago Since, we’ve stayed a few times and have always enjoyed the hotel and amenities, the location and access the Tech, etc Prices always above average, but it’s supposed to the the flagship hotel in Lubbock, so that’s what you get The last visit, about 10 days ago, we stayed there in a double queen when my son was attending one of the Tech football camps Online prices ranged from $150 to just over $200 for a room I called and booked a room and was told we would get the “Tech visitor rate” which I (wrongly) assumed would be a discount off of the online rate from the Overton website Got the usual e mail from the Overton saying I had a booked reservation and I wrongly didn’t open it believing that the rate I had discussed with the Overton rep ($169) would be reflected or maybe be slightly discounted because of the “visitor” rate Got the bill$300 including the nightly rate of $269 for the room Not much I can do because I didn’t open the e mail, but I did call and was told essentially “That’s what happens and we adjust rates based on how busy we are” Cool Got it The Overton got their money Unfortunately, I will just have to adjust my future travel plans (I have season tickets) and stay at a location that doesn’t charge $300 for a pair of beds and two 8 ounce bottles of water

Lynda Krutsch

We have stayed here several times and have always had the best experience We always splurge for the preferred level rooms This time our stay was not good at all

The gift shop/coffee shop was not open most of our stay and if it was then there wasn’t anyone in there to check you out The restaurant has really gone down hill The food was cold and didn’t taste good at dinner Service at breakfast was so slow and there was only 3 tables with people At dinner they wouldn’t seat us in the restaurant and made us sit at the bar to eat and there was only 2 tables at this point Room service took a ridiculous amount of time to get At the swimming pool we had to call the front desk to ask for towels that they never brought out to us There was never any breakfast or snacks in the preferred level lounge and with the gift shop closed we couldn’t purchase snacks in there and the vending machine doesn’t even have prices listed So don’t waste the money on the upgrade It’s not worth it anymore The toilet in our room felt like it was about to fall over also So disappointed this place has gone down hill It was our favorite place to stay because the service used to be wonderful and the amenities that used to come with the preferred level rooms just added that much more to the experience Don’t expect an nice hotel here anymore, it’s like any other motel around

BEWARE! This hotel is under new management and it has gone in the dump The staff are extremely unprofessional and rude They have new policies and are no longer nice and accommodating

The lobby is destroyed and they don’t have any way to get around the construction safelyThe room was musty and hot The beds felt super thin and uncomfortable The pillows were just as badI’m so disappointed I used to recommend people stay here when they came to town, but never again Lame

Cassandra Wilson

I booked a room at an inflated price due to university graduation weekend $230+ for a king bed Our entire stay was centered around the pool, my kid wanted to swim for his birthday and I saw the Google pictures and called ahead before booking to make sure it was functional and the clerk said it was a great pool

I was so disappointed when we arrived this past Saturday The pool was filthy The lawn chairs were covered with bird poop The jacuzzi didn’t work The entire pool area was unkept I realized that wasn’t going to get me a refund I let my kids swim anyways but I won’t be back The pool was basically a large bird bath
