Wonderful location for visiting Busch gardens, Tampa zoo, Ybor and sites Hotel staff were so warm and welcoming Multiple times I went down to the front desk with questions regarding our stay and surrounding areas and they always treated our family so well

Breakfast was very nice and room was very spacious and comfortable Certainly will visit again

Weaver Kristen

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and don’t usually take the time to write anything but this one deserves a couple notesGreat blackout curtain if you plan to take advantage of the noon checkout Also a dividing curtain inside the room if you’re travelling with different sleep schedules

Tables that easily move so you don’t have to use the ironing board as a second deskAnd my husband’s favorite, which sounds silly but: a shelf you can see onto so you’re not worried about leaving things sitting on it!A+ rooms and service, even in the middle of the night Will definitely seek out this chain in my travels from now on

Melissa Cornelius

I always stay at Homes 2 suites any time I travel It is always clean, has a pool, complimentary breakfast and I can bring my small papillon who I cannot board and do not have anywhere else to bring her The hotel makes a stay for business or vacation always feel like home

I’m so grateful to have these hotels and with locations everywhere it’s always my go to choice I was a bit disappointed about the location of this particular hotel because of the loud road noise and the girl that greeted me and checked me in was incredibly rude however, I didn’t see her again at all my entire visit All of the other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful

First room they gave us smelled strongly of smoke They were prompt about giving us a new one They moved us to the first floor

In the morning it was extremely loud outside with people slamming doors, perhaps the cleaning crew There is no carpet so everything echoes loudly The room was fine Efficiency style Everything very basic but it was clean The pool is small and it was dirty with goggles and hair ties at the bottom For the price of $299 a night I would expect better

Brenda DiPalma

Really good hotel Convenient to Moffitt Cancer Center I haven’t asked yet about handicapped rooms

Are their any available? We book online but there’s no place for special needs I was comfortable in my room, it was clean and cool Love those blinds! People were nice, the grounds were well kept The pool was beautiful and taken care of Looks like new carpet, very pretty Breakfast is right on The other 2 hotels by this hotel do not have good breakfasts The whole staff was kind, considerate and friendly I will be back for my next round of chemo and will definitely stay at your establishment Thank you!

Lauren Almodovar

Horrible! We are IHG gold elite members Never had a problem at any of their hotels and on the contrary theyvare always our go to place to stay But this one is truly one to write about

They booked us into a room that they knowingly knew had a broken AC because when we called the front desk the lady said they knew and had been trying to fix for 2 days She told us the hotel was fully booked and we needed to deal with it and call the general manager the day after That there was nothing she could or would do and assumes since they have known, that maintenance ordered parts She was extremely rude and unfazed by the horrible service she was providing We called IHG complaint line, they called hotel, spoke to Kara who said she would call us immediately to correct issue Well here we are day 2 with no phone call from anyone To make it worst the room was dirty in ways you don’t even want to know Don’t bother staying here until you are sure this is 100% under new management and staff

Visiting here from Panama City FL, One of the cleanest places we have stayed Housekeeping was very nice and the rooms were so clean I’m usually iffy when booking Hotels but they definitely deserved 5 stars

Front desk staff attendant was very pleasant her name tag said Princess I remembered her name because she was so pleasant and gave us great hotel details and made us feel really welcomed I felt a lot better after arriving and coming in contact with her when checking in All around nice hotel My kids enjoyed watching the plane fly over the pool 😉

PM

Overall, this hotel is not bad The staff is helpful and housekeeping changed bedsheets/towels everyday (not many hotels do that these days) The room itself was spacious and beds were comfy

However, there is a bit of a noise problem at this hotel Firstly, there’s quite a bit of noise coming from the street Plus, the walls between rooms are not very sound-proof The guest in our adjacent room would play TV all night and we could hear the sound The bathroom is too small The hotel also feels a bit old, however, it is clean and maintained in a decent state

Benji Sharrow

This is one of the better Comfort Suites I’ve ever stayed in The people working here are super nice It seems like someone is always cleaning something

Housekeeping actually had the desk call us to ask if they could clean our room which is not normal these days Hot tub is awesome, good breakfast and good night sleep! Definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s a very nice place to stay for families It’s spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, and the fact that everyone had their own bed was a definite plus Although the oven hadn’t been cleaned after the previous renter, having a full kitchen helped us save on food because we were able to cook instead of buying fast food the entire vacation

My only complaint would be the smell of urine near the coach I understand pets are allowed but maybe they should designate a certain floor or maybe certain rooms for people with pets

Dustin Sorensen

Came down on a trip with a booked bnb The bnb got canceled last second and we had nowhere to stay Traci, Lyndon, and David worked thier butts off to get us a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a kitchen, sitting room and patioI can’t say enough good things about the staff and accommodationsAMAZING!!!!

Judy Carlson

The staff are wonderful They go out of their way to accommodate your stay The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo is very spacious and clean

The staff at this location goes above and beyond for the guest I’ve never stayed at a hotel that provided great customer service in addition to handling guest with extra care I’ve stayed at this location twice, both times the property was clean and again the staff was welcoming

Last minute arrangements & reservations were made for my large family with ease I really appreciate the kindness of the staff as well as very clean facility All members at the front desk greeted us with a smile and answers for any questions we may have had Thank you again for a great experience & stay

Mike

Stayed here twice for a week each over the past few months Love it! Very clean and nice I’ll keep coming here for work! Love the included convenient breakfast

I would say though that the elevators are super slow, the pool is small, the bedroom doors are loud and woke me up a couple times, but I thinks these complaints are minor and at most other hotels so I will still give it 5 stars! The employees are great and super friendly and kind Thank you!

From the minute we walked in, it was obvious that this hotel was 5 star From the check in to check out, everyone was very polite and friendly They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect

They welcome dogs too The room was spotless, you could eat off the floor Great job crew! Looking forward to our next stay with them!

Derek Brown

As a person who is allergic to cats and dogs I get worried when I check into hotels that allow animals and typically stay away from them but was in a pinch I had no issues with any flair ups so either I was in a room that has never had animals or they do a really good job of cleaningCheck in was quick and easy, room was nice and everything was fairly effortless

Larz

They left a big full trash bin :/ the mattress was probably the cheapest most uncomfortable hard mattress I have ever slept on, woke up very sore from it No hot water in shower Have to wait 10 to 15 min to get warm water but hot water not available

No coffee maker in room The place was very generic with a wannabe ikea look but cheaper The lady at the counter in the front was very niceI do not recommend!

Great, clean hotel with friendly staff The young man that got me checked in (2/1/2022 at around 10:30 pm

, dark hair, beard, very polite) got the whole thing done in about 3 minutes without making me wait all night for him to get to the desk I was impressed before I even got to the room The mattresses were a tiny bit stiff for my taste, but that’s the only, very small, gripe I can come up with The hotel is reasonably priced and well kept It’s great I highly recommend it if you’re in Tampa and you don’t want to spend a fortune on a quick overnight

Viki Walters

I got a “surprise” deal on Priceline and it was one of the best choices I’ve ever made Front desk staff is absolutely wonderful, so friendly and welcoming There is a full hot breakfast with a make your own pancake station, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and cereal options

There is coffee in the lobby at all times The room is large, clean, and comfortable Air and hot water work very well The bathrooms are clean with lots of bonus amenities – the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are a nice touch My only complaint is you can hear every noise in the halls and we happened to be staying on the same floor as a large group of cheerleaders who partied and ran up the halls yelling to each other till midnight Still not enough to ruin my experience and considering we got a great deal, I can’t even be that annoyed We didn’t use the gym or the pool but both look clean and well kept Would absolutely stay again

Chris Manager

We ended up having to stay here for a couple of weeks while our apartment was being finished for workWendy at the front desk is just so friendly and fun to interact with each morning when we were grabbing coffee on the way to work Christy the manager is absolutely outstanding and we actually have been in the hotel chain business ourselves as well as boutique hotel experience and I guess that we’re pretty fussy about our customer service! But we couldn’t say enough about how awesome Christy runs this place!!Highly recommend!!! 👍

Beds are clean and super comfortable, check in staff was very nice and helpful The hotel is run down and old, but you can tell they try very hard to keep up appearances It was quiet, and the room was cheap

If you’re just looking for a quick and affordable place to rest up before moving on, this is a decent choice Area is a little sketchy but there are restaurants and shops close by Glory Days across the street is an awesome spot with good food too

Leandra Eddy

Honestly they saved me from a dreadful hotel experience at the sleep inn hotel on Busch garden When I called first not only did the front desk made sure I had a wheel chair accessible room they where able to make sure I got the best deal and they made sure to include that we are a military family This hotel went over and beyond to make sure our family got the best experience

Every issue I had was resolved and when I needed to extend a day in the hotel they went over and beyond to make sure we kept a wheel chair accessible room I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel compared to the other I will definitely continue using la Quinta Inn from here on for any vacation I had a very relaxing and wonderful experience We originally came for a wedding and my fathers doctors appt and till the day we left I have no complaints Very clean, Maids cleaned the room if you want new sheets or bedding when requestedJust a excellent experience with a happy family of 6!

Joyce Klein

I recently had a small house fire and needed a place for me and my cat to stay while my home was being repaired I tried an Airbnb but found it to be unsafe due to animal activity in the walls and flickering lights I was so happy to find a room at La Quinta Inn & Suites

I felt safe the moment I got there All of the staff, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, were friendly, kind and helpful When I needed anything they were very responsive My room was clean and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of very hot water The bed was comfortable and all the linens in the room were clean I never saw any bugs anywhere in the building It was quiet and peaceful with a view of a wooded area across from the building Thanks to all of you for making a difficult time a lot easier!

We usually stay at Comfort Inn but decided to “up our game” on this trip The problem started when we arrived They were resealing the asphalt parking lot so a lot of it was blocked off and what few places were left was taken by cars and trucks parking sideways across multiple parking spaces and still others were blocked by orange cones

The second night, the desk attendant told my daughter to park far away in a dark parking lot Didn’t care about the cars parked sideways Didn’t show any compassion to the situation at all I moved a cone and took a spotThe room was decent The window gave us a great view of the roof of part of the lower building and side of another part of the building The beds, in my opinion, were not as comfortable as the other hotels I mentioned The A/C worked great The room was cool when we entered and it got cooler very fast The thermostat had some blown LCD’s but you can tell the temperature well enoughThe ice machine is right beside the elevatorOne curious thing was that the trash bags were just laid across one lip if the trashcans (bathroom and bedroom cans) I mean, even Motel 6 puts the open bags in the cans so they can be used and trash taken out easily, but these trashcans had the new, unopened bags just draped over one rim Do they expect me to pay more for a room and also open the bags myself? That isn’t going to happenThe bathroom had a hanging “barn door” which was cool The handle to the tub felt loose I thought it could fall off but it didn’t The water pressure was great Good hot water But there was a small sulphur smell to the water This could be a Florida thing because the water at my in-laws smells and tastes the same so can’t hold that against HiltonMy daughter purchased breakfast with the room NO FREE BREAKFAST? Even Quality Inn has free breakfast But at least the breakfast here is real eggs which was nice You can order specially cooked eggs (omelets, over easy, etc) Browned potatoes, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, juices (apple, orange, pink grapefruit) I didn’t look at what else was offered And even though the meal was part of the room deal, when we asked for the omelets, we were brought a bill It had “complementary” written across it But 2 omelets was $28? I know it was for the omelets because the second morning we just had the buffet But apparently the bill was brought for a tipI think I’ll stick with my favorite hotels from now on With the parking problem and the lack of concern from the desk clerk and the weird thing with the trash bags, it soured me on “fancier” hotels I’m sorry if the management doesn’t like this review, but this was our stay Don’t like not getting rave reviews, fix the problems mentioned

Family is the word that describes this wonderful hotel Been here on a family emergency this folks has been so helpful showing us how to get around and giving us a ride when we needed During breakfast the young lady name barbie really took good care of of and very knowledgeable about the area and pointed us to right direction as well as taking goodcare of us During breakfast

ask for barbie she’s a peach what a wonderful person Thank you barbie 😊

Christine Wilkins

This was a staycation to visit family and this hotel deserves more than 5 stars The pictures don’t give it justice Our room was thoroughly cleaned and I liked that even the remote was sealed with plastic post pandemic

And the receptionist Agnus (something along those lines) was one of the best receptionist I’ve encountered From greeting as soon as we walked in and from making sure we were ok each time we crossed paths And the breakfast was really good buffet style but wish it was free breakfast but 1294 per person isn’t bad either

It started with the service we were taken care of professionally and quickly When I had to book an extra night Howie made the process so simple worry-free He’s a very professional employee and is an asset to the Marriott Brand

The rooms were clean, sheets very fresh The breakfast was excellent and complete If I could recommend any hotel to stay in in the Wesley Chapel area it is 100% recommended to stay here Also a shout out to Shannon for hooking us up with some towels last night she was very friendly and accommodating I will stay here when I come back to visit family again

Cicely Green

Although when I arrived there was a very large sports team checking in and I was concerned with what the noise level may be, then my room was on the same side of the pool area, but my stay was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing The staff were pleasant and helpful and my room was nice and cozy I love the shower set up and that it has a Keurig coffee maker

I also enjoyed that the hotel sits back in its on space and not surrounded by a lot of businesses, but in a convenient location with quick access to stores and plenty of restaurants I wasn’t a big fan of the breakfast and that there were such limited handicap parking spaces but I’ll definitely return for another stay soon

Joseph Kwaak

Great place to stay for a week if you have to Overall clean and up to date on room decor Gave it a 4 star because the pool was extremely lacking

The pool design felt like an after thoughtChanged my mind on the rating and gave it a 5 star, because at least there was a pool

Stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint me at all Place is clean, breakfast is decent (I make my own egg and cheese burrito, maybe they can add sour cream next time), love the fireplace at night to keep you warm, reception is very friendly except for one Would be nice if a certain receptionist understands the hospitality work she’s in, a receptionist is the first person that greets you very time you drop by the front desk

She seems to be not happy with her job Asked her if she’s okay one day as she’s got this long face all the time and her response is she’s tired Aren’t we all? I like approaching Jessica and Karen as they always have that welcoming smile on their faces and interacts with the guests when needed, highly commendable Julie their manager is phenomenal I can’t count how many I asked her to change the way my billing is done and she did with patience Would I go back to this place again or recommend it to friends and families? ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY!

Great experience a newer property, solid friendly service, however it was the properties breakfast that won me over The people working the breakfast area always smiling, always offering to help, made me smile to start my day Breakfast choices were excellent and in an age where many places using covid as the reason they cut back, this was one of the best

I enjoyed my breakfast Well done!

Was there for two nights last weekend for a fan fest Blown away by the cleanliness and friendly staff Room was EXQUISITE

I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchen before, including fridge, oven, and DISHWASHER As you can tell, I don’t travel much, and even when I do, I usually stay at a cheaper motel Continentalbreakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, and delicious breakfast sandwiches, as well as oatmeal, bagels, etc Giving it the Dave Meltzer Kenny Omega In The Egg Dome SEVEN STARS

Breakfast was back to pre-pandemic and was pretty nice offering The room has been updated However, the cleanliness and service has something to be desired

Check in front desk was great but we messaged front desk at 12:13 asking for another wash cloth as there was only 1 in the room and never heard back even next morning or when we were sleeping I understand staffing but communication is key There is also mold in the shower on the ceiling and the shampoos Really needs detailed cleaning

Katelyn Valles

I had a good experience I think it would have been better if there was more storage space options like dressers or drawers to put your belongings inI also thought the breakfast was average

They had back order issues for oatmeal and the only fruit they had were apples They served scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, packages waffles, yogurt and have different juicesThe pillows were way too soft and they didn’t have an extra pillow stored anywhereEverything else was fine Service was good

A nice place to stay in the North Tampa AreaThis is a Marriott Brand hotel There are 1118 of these hotels across 828 cities in the 50 states This particular hotel is a 5 story affair located off the southeast corner of the intersection of I-95 and East Fletcher Ave

It can be a little tricky to get to the entrance since it is located on a side road with only one entrance off that road sandwiched between a Bob Evans and an Extended Stay hotel There is not much that is within walking distance of the hotel but it seems a fairly quiet area There appears to be plenty of parking and a covered entrance The lobby is very small but the staff was friendly There is a breakfast area with complimentary coffee in the morning and a workout room The room was a semi-suite with a seating area and a bedroom separated by a wall with an open entrance The front portion of the room had the restroom by the front door and a pull-out bed And the bedroom area had a low set of drawers, 2 side tables, and a large tv Overall, it was a nice hotel at a reasonable price

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!Samantha and Too Smooth where very professional, polite, and helpful The room was great and the view of Busch Gardens was great, we saw the fireworks show from our room Great coffee, and breakfast Thank you We will be back The only issue I had was I booked on bookingcom and the was no record of it and I had to pay a lot more for the time we stayed

GOOD:– Seriously friendly staff The staff we encountered at check in and the morning breakfast was the best… and really carries the positive weight of this review– We chose this location for its proximity to Busch Gardens and it served those needs well

You can’t walk straight to the park’s entrance because a wall around the BG forces pedestrians to walk a bit out of the way A brisk walk can get you from hotel to park turnstyle in about 20 minutes– Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker– Interior designs from the lobby to our room are fresh and modern… really looking good– Breakfast had all the hot items that have become staples… eggs, sausage, steamy oatmeal kettle, waffle station, etc– Digital keys are available on the Hilton app We appreciated the option of being able to check in online, choose the room location, and enter our room without physical key cards– Easy in and out of the parking lot via back streets leading to traffic lightsCAUTIONS:– While the room looked great on the surface, it had some rough edges Some brushed stainless steel surfaces have become rusty… not sure if this has been accelerated by extra pandemic cleaning liquids or just from steamy showers… nonetheless, it needs attention– We needed a screwdriver Not the drink… a literal screwdriver From cabinet handles to bathroom fixtures, there was a bit of giggling going on… every screw needed to be tightened Even the TV wasn’t far from coming detached from its swivel connection None of this caused any inconveniences, but it’s a clear sign of minor neglectSUMMARY:– I wouldn’t necessarily give this hotel a perfect score, but I would not hesitate to stay here again Again, the staff is great… making this a solid choice for the Busch Gardens visitor

Had 2 king rooms for family birthday celebration Hotel was even nicer than when we stayed in 2018 The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful

The hotel offers free Uber/Lyft to Busch Gardens from 9:30a to 3:30p which was great Our rooms faced the street and we watched the fireworks from there Continental breakfast very good Pool not huge but refreshingDefinitely recommend staying here

This is our second time staying at this hotel It is so accommodating, and comfortable It offers a really good breakfast where you can find fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, coffee, you name it, it’ll probably be there

There is also a small gym and a pool There is a bar at the entrance, where you can stop by for a couple of drinks before going to bed Also there are a lot of restaurants and stores and an outlet mall across the street Definitely a great place to stay, and will likely go back

Bad experience here My wife and I typically stay with the Hyatt chain First time coming to this one and it was horrible

The room was not clean and we complained The front desk did nothing about it We asked for bath robes or slippers and the employee told us “we are not that type of hotel, you should have went to that type of hotel if you want those things” Very rude and I will never use Hyatt again

I use love staying here but this evening not so much The gentlemen at the front desk was totally rude and insensitive to what could be going on in my personal life and wanted to say something about my finances in front of 2 others That’s not acceptable

My finances are none of his concern Especially when all I was trying to do was split the payment between two cards I didn’t have enough for the $50 deposit on one card so I asked if we could use a different card for that After a hour of absolutely no help I went on Priceline and paid that way and was told by the ride man that I had to cancel that and use them That was the straw that broke my back and than he had to say what he did about mg finances I don’t need a person that I don’t even know to chime in in my life That’s not his job So needless to say it wasn’t a good time I’m guessing it was because of me being white and not putting up with his ignorant comment that he kicked me out of the hotel and left me with no place to lay my head that night People in Customer Service shouldn’t act like they’re better than anyone, they’re supposed to help, not belittle

This was supposed to be a 1 star rating because it was supposed to be a 4 pm check in but they said they were backed up so our room was not ready until 6 pm Room was hot and AC temp stayed at 76 degrees for few hours The hotel was fully booked so there is no other rooms for us to switch to

On top of all that, we booked a king size bed room but we got a queen size bed I had 2 grown teenager kids with us Total 4 guests However, Leyla from the front desk turned the 1 star into a 4 star rating The whole situation from delayed check in to finding out the ac was not working properly to the wrong size bed given can throw any guests’ mood from good to bad After finding out Leyla was the only person working in the front desk, I didn’t want to complain anymore Working alone, she went above and beyond to get us a fan, gave us extra towels and bedsheets and didn’t give us any attitude Was apologetic and empathic of all the things that is going wrong I am a customer service supervisor I know what is good customer service She has exceeded my expectation in customer service The only reason I will ever come back to this hotel is because of a kind and attentive person like her Hotel mgmt, if you are reading this, please acknowledge what a blessing for your hotel to have an employee like her I will give her a raise and promotion for providing great customer service cause what she did is what all hotel industry needs in order for guests to return to stay at your hotel The reason why its not 5 stars is because you were very short on staff You can’t just have 1 staff member to handle the hotel She handled the check in, the issues we have with our reservation, the AC issue Plus I’m pretty sure other customers have requests too Sorry for the long review but want to say that your room was very clean too Good job on this too

Wow As a former Marriott Employee I expect a certain standard of customer service What happened? Went to check into our hotel and told it was cancelled by Orbitz(yes, so know I should book direct, but never had an issue) orbits tells us it is still active, so basically Marriott found a way to cancel a discounted room and refuse to walk us

I ask to speak to a manager and told there isn’t one on duty I tell her (Lydia) that it’s ridiculous to have no manager and that I needed her to call him, as I needed solutions, not just a so sorry as I have to kids in the car who are ready to be settled and get ready for bed an I just supposed to sleep in the parking lot Now, I was obvious angry, and used a very stern and loud voice, but no where near yelling Daniel the Manager tells the front desk to call the police Who, by the way, arrived while my child is going to the bathroomBy the way, I told Lydia that she should seriously consider working somewhere else, because she does not deserve to be thrown under the bus by her bossIf this is now Marriott, we won’t be returning, there is too much competition for that Likely, we will be making the 2 1/2 hour drive back home tonight, instead of spending the last of spring break with our kids, because every room is sold out right now

Hands down the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel (and I used to travel mon-thurs every week for work) Before I checked in I called ahead (because some of these reviews had me worried) and confirmed my reservation with Emily Emily was super nice and extremely helpful

I spoke with her on site also and she was just as helpful and nice While eating the complimentary breakfast, I found Jackie (hopefully spelled correctly) to be very helpful She went above and beyond to make sure my two young sons had waffles made just for them I found my room to be very clean I needed to extend my stay an extra day and the staff handled it with no issues at all The only negative thing I can say is that some lazy A-hole was smoking in his/her bathroom and the smell came out of the vents in my bathroom Not much the staff can do about it but it would be nice if there was some counter measures that could be taken with the ventilation system to prevent those types of issues

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel Everyone from check in, the roof top bar, the staff and housekeeping were very nice and friendly I enjoyed riding the bikes (they are free if used under an hour)

The complimentary breakfast was good and they had plenty until 10am I stayed in the king one bedroom suite and it was nice and comfortable Everything was clean and I was surprised I didn’t hear noise in the hallway even though I was near the stairs

Service with a 🙂 The morning breakfast options were very good The check-in was quick Property is located just outside of Tampa, therefore NO HORRIFIC TRAFFIC

It’s located in a very nice developing and quite area, with a lot of greenery If you like Nature, be prepared to fall asleep listening to Nature’s night life Did I mention, no horrific Tampa traffic:) Sorry I do not have any photos, but a very nice property It is worth the stay

I’d like to start off by saying this Hotel is completely underrated In my opinion it should be at least a 4 star hotelThe room was immaculate and the customer service I received from the manager Frances, the receptionist Valerie and the rooftop Bartender Andrea made our stay so impressionable in such an awesome way

We can’t be more thankful My partner and I travel out of town often for work We both couldn’t agree more with the level of service so we’ll definitely be making this our spot for when we travel here for funWe already experienced it for work so for play I can only imagine! Thanks again family! Cause that’s how they made us feel
