Room was fabulous but

but the ants in the bathroom were not pleasant but maintenance did come right away so overall the stay was great the hottub , swimming pool you would think it be heated being inside and the workout room it was sweetI would come back again but different room The front desk girls were amazing there was one that went out of her way to help me with some arts and crafts for my aunties service I didn’t catch her name but she knows who she is thank you so so much I appreciate you and your 110% my lady

clueless fisherman

Room looked good when we got there as we dropped our stuff off then went to my daughter’s softball tournament Got to the room at 10pm put the 2 yr old to sleep and and noticed the toilet running but didn’t think anything of it until about 1 and then again at 1:30, I woke up no less than 5 times and got the worst sleep I’ve ever had, I went to the front desk in the morning and complained about it and they said they could of switched me rooms but with a 2yr old and a grumpy 13 yr it wasn’t worth switching rooms at 11 and dealing with the headache Front desk said all they could do was give us points for the annoyance which is not what I wanted but it was points or nothing, I would of been happy with 10$ off our 220$ room but no

side note when I went to lay down and moved the pillows the headboard was all worn and looked like it had seen some miles🥵

Bert Maggleferg

Friendly and courteous staff at front desk, at my room the first thing I notice is the room has been lived in hard Everything is well worn like the door that has deep wear marks from the chain and doesn’t close tight as hallway light shown through all the way around at night Dresser drawers wouldn’t open or close

Couch cushions so broken down that the front structure of the couch cut across the back of your legs Room was pretty clean but not thoroughly clean One evening when I returned, the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke when it is supposed to be non-smokingThe continental breakfast was good and I used the exercise room a couple times Bed was surprisingly comfortable but the one night in my schedule I planned to take a soak in the hot tub, it was out of service due to a chemical imbalanceCould have given it 3 stars but based on how much I spent in return for what I got, I can only go 25 stars and will book somewhere else next time

I am on my second week at this hotel for business I cannot say enough about the quality and value of my stays here! Rooms are immaculate, cleaned every day with beds made and every towel replaced All of the staff are AMAZING!! Tim, Daniel and all of front end staff are professional, friendly, courteous and willing to go out of their way to make your stay as accommodating as possible! The beds are absolutely comfortable! I have not woken up in the middle of the night yet! If any of my friends or family plan on coming to this area, staying at this hotel would be a must! Thank you to all of the staff that have made my time away from home as enjoyable as possible!

Booked a room here online last night Got to the hotel tonight and they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t explain what happened to my reservation I spoke with the manager and he was extremely rude

Never once apologized and said it was not his problem he told me I needed to figure out how to get the refund on my own Worst customer service I have encountered with a hotel ***Edited to add that today I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour I’ve been told that I can’t be refunded my money because the receptionist filed that I was a “no show” for my reservation

I’ve stayed here a few times and I love it Great rooftop patio with a view of Lake Washington Large rooms

Comfortable beds Quiet Great breakfast A little more pricey than the Best Western nearby, but definitely way more worth the extra cost The only drawback is the parking garage It can be difficult to park larger vehicles They are pet friendly but you’re limited as to where you can walk your pet (the park across the street doesn’t allow dogs), but there’s a great dog park less than 2 miles away

I have stayed at Hampton INn hotels before, and loved it For the price This one is not at all worth it

I stayed here because the hotel next to them did not have any openings working at the hospital near this hotel Bed was nice and comfortableI like the fact that the parking garage has a secure gate, you can only get in if you have your gate key or their Hilton app Which is great if you are working grave shifts What I don’t like is the signs posted if you forget to put your parking pass on your car dash board you will be towed without warning Why have all this security Make me give you make and model of my car, also my license plate number, and post those signs Comes across not welcoming and real aggressive N makes you not want to visit againThe room gives me vibes please don’t get comfortable, no dresser to put things away just a closet I was here for a business trip for 7 days Also my room wasn’t the cleanest, found shocks behind bathroom door from someone else who was in the room I am sure prior to meOther hotels I have stayed with in the city, with pool options are open here The pool here has been closed for 6 months according to another review And during my stay sign is still showing closed for health reason Not sure why that’s still a concern considering all the staff is walking around with no maskBreakfast was, free! Really not free since I am sure the cost is in my hotel fees It was decent, nothing to write home to mom aboutStaff is not rude, but wasn’t the friendliest I found more cheer at a funeralLocation is around nice places to eat, but if I had my say for the price, and not throwing shade I would go next door for my next stay Nothing makes me want to come back to this hotel

spooky boi

While I was staying with my parents for a prolong period of time at the hotel our car and only car we had access to got broken into With the only way they could have gotten in to the secure parking area was if the people worked at the place when we informed them they said that you park at your own risk and don’t care so if you want to stay here don’t leave anything in your car thankfully they took only a toaster and some suitcases with some clothes but the fact is that it was probably an inside job that knew we were staying for a while basically living their ( looking for a house) and that we looked relatively wealthy due to our car and the stuff we brought to our room which was a monitor and computer and some other boxes with other stuff Do not get me wrong the staff were and are for the most great but it was almost definitely a inside job and the company the employee definitely don’t care because of the park at your own risk policies the fact their no camera in the area

Also due to how stretch the police are don’t expect them to help you due to how high the crime rate has gotten and the low funding they made my father write the report for him to send it to them

We stayed there for the weekend of 6/4-6/5 and it was a great experience Our room was clean, very quiet, and the front desk staff are wonderful people The location is great because we took the train to the stadium for Luke combs concert and it only took 20 minutes to get there for only $5

50 per person The parking was $80 per car at the stadium which is way expensive!! We felt very safe and we went to feast for dinner which was only 5 minutes awayWe love it so much we’re going back for the Sounders game in September and will be staying there again I highly recommend this place and oh yes they offer free breakfast!!!

shawn gaines

Rooms were pretty clean But I did find some dishes that weren’t clean It wasn’t a big deal; I just ran it through the dishwasher

The people at the front desk were very helpful The location is right off the high way I would definitely not keep anything valuable in your cars, and make sure to lock your stuff up There was a lot of night traffic in parking lot

C “Around the Country” K

This place used to be excellent! This last visit was a bit different Friendly staff at check in, however the hotel had a different vibe Seemed to be a lot more people “living” there

The parking lot had a lot sketchy people wandering it in the evening The room AC worked when it wanted to Tried sleeping with the door open, however the aroma of cigarette and weed smoke that was coming from the lower balconies made that impossible

Stayed at this hotel with family of 4 for a few nights The hotel seems new and modern with clean rooms and public areas Service from staff was also good

Breakfast was your standard hot and cold mix, not much variety day to day but sufficient to get you going in the morning (eggs, sausage or ham, baked goods, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and waffles$12 per day for parking resulted in minus 1 star 🌟Really good location that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the State park!Would recommend and would stay again!

Our room was spacious and beautiful Why 1 star? The tub drained slow for me Then it wouldn’t drain for my husband

There was still half a tub of water in it in the morning The toilet stopper wouldn’t go down We had to manually push it down These are major issues that housekeeping should have noticed We seriously wonder if housekeeping was doing its job! Why didn’t we ask for a room change? It was late and we were tired The next morning, we told the front desk They were sorta apologetic but didn’t offer any compensation We typically stay in Hilton brand hotels Over the years, we had two issues at Hilton brand hotels: air conditioning condensate dripped into our bathroom from the room above and the front desk didn’t check my id before telling me my room number (happened that there were 2 guests with the same last name and he gave me the key to the wrong room) When we told the front desk, we were either compensated with points or a reduced rate I wrote a letter to Marriott corporate, asking for compensation with points They referred it to the hotel All we got was an email This is only the 2nd Marriott brand hotel we have stayed in Both had customer service issues I think we will stick with Hilton brand hotels

My husband was told there was parking available for our truck and enclosed trailer We had traveled from Idaho with our infant and exhausted The only parking at the hotel was an oversized parking for one vehicle on the side of the building and it was occupied by a truck that looked like it could fit in their parking garage

They told him to park at the business across the street but had to move it at 8am , if that oversized parking wasn’t available again he would have to drive around looking for a spot where it wouldn’t be towed Mind you, we had been driving for about 11 hours already and got In around 8pm or so I asked them where is he suppose to park, they said they didn’t know, but everyone leaves in the morning so the oversized spot should be available We get to our room and the shower wasn’t cleaned There was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower, we were so tired We put the baby down to sleep , showered and laid down Husband couldn’t even relax in the morning because he had to move our truck and trailer, and the one oversized parking they mentioned was still occupied He ended up having to park at one of the shopping stores down the block If I wasn’t there to help with our son and keep him in the room, my husband would of had to load up our son and drive around aimlessly looking for a spot and then walk all the way back to the hotel with himBreakfast was great, had free wifi and they gave $40 credit back for the hairNice restaurant across the hotel that does dine in, take out and delivery

Great experience in this hotel Can enjoy the lake sitting on the sofa The sofa can accomadate 4 people, 2 each side

Great for close friends to have a talk, play card games, drink cups of cocktails and enjoy the night The room feels clean and fresh The swimming pool is comfortable The restaurant give me the opportunity to have a great brunch sitting on the patio just next to the lake Will definitely stay at this place again next time I go to Seattle

This hotel is probably optimal for Boeing visitors but the location is terrible for anyone else Rooms are fine but I paid extra for a partial lake view

I could only see the lake looking sideways very close to the window This is rip-off I requested room service and the bed was made, but the room and bathroom were only partially cleaned Last, nothing to do around No decent restaurant walking distance (the only good one is closed half week) The lake shore walk is pretty nice though

Richard Malone

I love the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington It’s always a pleasure staying here The rooms are very clean, the staff amazing and very helpful

The location is close to various restaurants and shopping opportunities at The Landing and a movie theater is also at The Landing Lake Washington is right outside the North side of the hotel and a park with access to the lake is available to the public Amenities are available upon request The restaurant food looks great and is on the high side price wise I’m looking forward to trying it on my next visit Update will be posted after I have a meal there!

Christian R Cage

The only thing that went positively is the front desk staff is super nice and let us cancel our stay without any issue I really appreciate good customer service, especially when dealing with questionable quality, because that’s the only way to come to a good conclusionWe checked in and immediately checked out

The room stunk of cleaning chemicals and immediately caused my wife and I to get headaches The cleaning staff probably needs retrained on using chemicals, because with some cleaning chemicals you can literally kill someone (or at least cause cancer later in life)The chemicals seemed to be utilized to try to cover up the sewage smell that was coming up through the sink most probably So, there may be an issue with plumbing in the building we were going to stay inThe irony being that the kitchen and some of the other furniture were really dirty and in need of a deep cleaning The fridge was spotless inside though The linens seemed fresh as well So, if you don’t care about cleanliness of a place, except for a bed, and if you’re “noseblind” this place may be OK for you if you have to stay hereAfter reading that people’s cars had been broken into in recent comments, and then experiencing the condition of the room, I checked out an booked a room somewhere else I figured spending a little more money was worth avoiding these issuesI hope they can afford to remodel this place soon as they’re charging too much for the quality I did see they were blocking off different entrances at night, so I think they’re trying to address the security issues as well

JaqsNetwork Morris

The location for us is key for our business purpose It was overall also quiet enough for good sleep, very important However, the cleanliness is not thoroughly done as I saw hair and finger marks on multiple surfaces

The toilet seat is super warn out as is the grounds of the property A deep cleaning is in order ASAP The parking is convenient for viewing your car from the room but we still were broken into and they took 1 truck related digital tool There is a laundry coin I but you have to get change from the front desk as there is no change machine Be prepared to wipe down and sanitize the machine yourself Lastly, the breakfast is low budget and it was more satisfying to go to Starbucks right next door

Brian K.

Interesting apartment like layout Suite room was nice with a full kitchen I know we are still coming out of Covid, but the free breakfast was disgusting

The “fresh” hot food was not good and the packaged hot items where half cooked steamy and soggy If that is the best that can managed just focus on dry foods like cereal and leave it at that I guess at least the orange was good

I stayed here for a weekend with my two sons and this was my first time staying in a hotel in a while The first thing I did was check the cleanliness of the room as I read on some of the reviews that there were bed bugs and the carpet was not vacuumed very well I did not see bed bugs (thank God) and I was unsatisfied with my room due to the carpet not being clean

The room temperature was set at 72 degrees which was comfortable and the bathroom and sink areas were cleanThe next day I went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping to vacuum my room while I was out I got back in the afternoon and it had not been done yet Thankfully, a housekeeper came by and I asked her to vacuum my room and she did just that, which I was satisfied with her detail of cleaning The beds were somewhat comfortable and clean The kitchenette was helpful to have and utilized it for my boys and IIt was easy to get to the hotel, but during an event it gets a lot of traffic at the light, so be prepared ahead of time to expect a wait The parking circles around the buildings lettered by A, B, and C with three levels or depending on where you’re at So be sure to know where you’re going and there needs to be more detailed numbers after you get out of the elevatorThe complimentary breakfast was good and convenientI give it 4 stars

Wajid Rizvi

Stayed here a week for a family vacation and it was a wonderful experience Great location, close to the airport, highways and shopping centers This made getting to Seattle downtown very easy

Also some nice walking trails and parks adjacent to the facility My 10 year old loved the basketball court and pool area The facility was clean and the free breakfast was very robust with a lot of variety, fresh fruit and juices I especially enjoyed the coffee, which was available 24-7!!! The staff was attentive to our every need The room was clean and comfortable Will stay here again when we are back in the area!!!

Zoe Oduntan

We stayed here for a week to attend theater and soccer camps in the Seattle-Tacoma areaThe suite was large and the design was adequate as expected but there were many issues Some of the doors were rotted a little

There were dead bugs in the light fixtures The bathroom vent was very filthy; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages The white bathtub floor was brownishThe buffet breakfast had limited options Some of the drinks did not taste as they should’ve However, some of the food items (bagels, bacon and cinnamon rolls) were okayThe hotel apparently only clean suites once every five days Although they offered replacement toiletries and towels in place of housekeeping, nothing was said about garbage pickupFinally, the day before we checked out, an unleashed dog harassed and chased my little brother on the property

Maria Osaki

We love staying here It truly is the perfect hotel for families Having a kitchenette is so convenient and the breakfast in the morning is perfect

They even have a high chair for those that want to eat in the lobby with their children Overall, great hotel, perfect location (near everything) I guess the only thing I would say that I wish was a little better was their pool It’s nice but pretty chilly

Whitney Scheid

I’ve stayed here several times over the last 14 months for work The room was clean, I like that they provide a shampoo and wash dispenser instead of the little single use bottles Many options for food delivery are available, or you can just drive a couple blocks

I did not use the pool but it looked clean The housekeeping staff came in while I was out of the room on the 3rd day, which I was not expecting, and threw away a stack of receipts I had planned on saving I think that was more my fault for not putting a DND sign on the door before heading out Luckily I was able to retrieve what I needed through other means

I generally really like this hotel It is convenient to the airport and many locations throughout Seattle and the south sound The rooms are clean and have practical floor plans

The kitchens are great for longer stays I’ve only given three stars this time, though, because it has been 2 years into this pandemic and they are still keeping the bar closed and no longer serve appetizers They are also not hosting food trucks Please reopen the bar and the M-Th happy hours Everyone has had covid now, so it is time to move on please Thank you

Cassandra Luppens

When we checked in noone told us to put the key in the slot to turn on lights and ac Room was about 82 and so called ac set to 68 It was hot and uncomfortable all night long

The hallway was cooler than our room They also didn’t inform us we needed to schedule a pickup to return to airport nor did they inform us when breakfast was served Bed was very springy hard It was quiet and close to the lake which made for an easy walk and swimming Overall very lackluster and maybe a 2 star Marriott It was quiet that was about the only pro What looked like rat or cockroach droppings along the hallway leading to the dining room I wouldn’t stay here again

If you are staying in Seattle, the accommodations at Marriott The Residence Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport are outstanding! The staff could not have been more professional and very helpful The shuttle service was easy to use and they will even transport the guests to a restaurant as well as the regular airport route The facility is only about 4-5 years old and maintained very well

The entire residence is very clean and the location is perfect It is close to the airport and has a path to a lovely park with greenery and a variety of trees which was wonderful to walk around and even a lake The area felt very safe We walked down to Sharpe’s RoastHouse several times during our stay which we would also highly recommend as the food was absolutely delicious Don’t miss out on staying at this wonderful residence when in Seattle!!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

They explained the usual evening reception and morning breakfastAs far as the room, it was a nice corner room that was very clean The living area was larger than most, but bedroom a little smaller than usual Overall though, was a nice, clean room Didn’t use the evening reception, but the breakfast was the usual Embassy Suites experience Nice options from fresh omelettes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, etc Embassy Suites is always a good value with clean rooms and good amenities

Chris

Embassy Suites provide great facilities for your next stay or possible business meetingsI was on site recently for a business conference that was also catered for lunch The catering was fantastic and The food was great

Service was top-notch Exactly what you would expect for a catered lunch I have previously stayed overnight at embassy suites, and they also have great cookies!

Very friendly, very welcoming! I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel where my children have been more excited They were so happy the entire time and I hope we get to visit again real soonThe only notes I would have is that the water takes a LONG time to warm up for a shower, still great pressure and I did not run out of hot water at all

And the pool area was a little corroded Like, you could tell it was an older area, clean, but tarnished and corroded from years of housing a steaming pool with chlorine The children loved the pool though and I would take this hotel over a new shiny pool any day

Arrived and doors were closed David T gave the worst hotel experience I have ever received He was not friendly or welcoming at all

I asked if the doors were closed for security purposes, but he said it was because of COVID He seemed bothered by everything he was expected to do The rooms have ants I first noticed them by the door entrance of the room We left a cookie wrapper on the table overnight and woke up to find a lot of ants all over it The next morning we asked front desk and housekeeping for toothbrushes and toothpaste but they were all out The hotel is very outdated for the price they expect Old carpets and drapes

Anna Kaminski

Needed a place for us and grandkids near their home while parent was recovering from surgery Staff recognized us on day 2, friendly and welcoming We had two minor issues that they graciously resolved

I appreciated that they did not make me feel like a whiner for either They really took our comfort to heartNo dining room except breakfast Across the street are 5 places for fast food, Starbucks and then a half block away there is a Wendy’s Not my typical meal style but worked well for 3 kids and us

Bora Kim

The guy at the front desk DAVID TABOR offered the worst service I have received ever I asked the price on the phone and when I realized the price is different as what I understood, he gave an answer was “I just told you on the phone!’ very bluntly I have worked at a hotel for a decade and I am very surprised how this quality hotel offers the lowest customer service

Value is lower than one star Will never visit again

The hotel is beautiful inside, decorated nicely, and comfortable Our room was nice Overall the staff was friendly and helpful

I did have a few concerns and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 #1 – we reserved a pool time for our group and the hotel staff was not keeping to this and there were several others In there 2- I saw two different hotel security guards, but every time I passed them they were sitting on the stool just outside the elevator – never moved from that spot, one was on her laptop and phone 3 – it is a non smoking hotel, however, the smell of pot wavers throughout the hallway 4-the teens in our group spent less than 10 minutes in the pool due to all of their swimsuits being bleached When I inquired at the front desk, they said there was something wrong with the pool pump however they were still allowing people to use the pool 5-the phone in my room was not working correctly so the front desk said they would bring up another, never did Not sure we would choose this hotel again in the future

I am writing this review because I truly believe good employees need recognition I have worked in customer service and high level management for the majority of my life Your employee Nathanial greeted me promptly when I walked into your establishment today

He gave me a high level of customer service which I greatly appreciate Nathanial even went the extra mile to assist me Like I stated earlier good employees deserve to be recognized Thank you Nathanial for making my first impression one your employer would be proud of

Christian Frounfelter

the main reason i’m writing this review is to help others be aware i had a one night stay here when i checked in, there was $154 authorized on my account, and also $75 for incidentals

which is fine when i checked out of the room the next day, an additional $217 was authorized on my account so that adds up to over $400 frozen on my account for a 1 night stay? i was so confused and wondered if that was really necessary? i called the hotel and spoke to someone who couldn’t help or give any answers on their end, they only see $154 charged on my account they cannot see the additional funds frozen on my account i do not understand why more money was frozen once i checked out i called my bank and they said i have to wait a little longer for the pending charges to fall off this is a complete inconvenience to me, and i would have never stayed here if i knew over $400 would be frozen on my account for a 1 night stay no other hotel has done this to me no other place does this there is no explanation for this there is nothing to justify this my biggest regret of the month is choosing to stay at a hotel that has frozen over $400 on my account for a 1 night stay it’s wrong so, so wrong i don’t want a fake response from the owner either it’s not going to help anything unless you’re going to compensate me for the inconvenience, please don’t waste your time responding

We really enjoyed this hotelIt was clean, modern, had a nice ambience and the staff was very friendly throughout our stayThe buffet breakfast was great and we also enjoyed some bites & drinks in the lobby bar before bed

The kids loved the indoor pool and we all loved our very spacious room with all the amenitiesWe were happy it was pet friendly, but thought the additional pet fee of $75 was a little steepI wasn’t aware there was a parking charge also, as we were out in the suburbs with a large lot so that seemed oddBesides the extra fees, the only things we didn’t really like were that the hot tub had so much chemical in it that it stung your eyes & made them water so it wasn’t relaxing, as I’d hoped and there was an odd, strong odor in the lobby hall toward the pool & elevators It was there throughout the stay, but there was a fan set up trying to make it go awayOverall, we really loved our room and the good definitely outweighed the bad so I’d be willing to stay there again

The hotel itself is nice! Very modern and clean The room was very clean and simple: nice kitchenette and the room also has a filtered water dispenser The bar in the lobby has a good selection of drinks/alcohol, and the morning breakfast buffet selection is good a well

The only critique I have is the service I had called from my room to order more bath towels, but the front desk asked me to come down to the desk to pick them up That’s the first time in all my stays at any hotel that I was asked to come get more towels Other than that, it was a nice hotelAdd’l comment:Thank you to the owner for responding to my review (I was trying to respond to it directly and apparently I deleted it accidentally) I do understand that there are some staffing issues at the moment in the hospitality industry, and our experience at the hotel did not give us a negative experience We would choose that hotel again Thank you again! 😊

An AMAZING experience Staff goes above and beyond, trendy and modern facilities, so many amenities such as: bicycles to borrow, espresso machine for customer use, extensive gym (for a hotel), conference rooms for meetings and moreOur room was very clean and modern

The employees were very kind and responsive (The employees seem real happy to be there)Their free breakfast is the best (free) I’ve ever seen Their eggs actually had veggies and seasoning in it, their breakfast protein was seasoned, they had many diverse options including almond milk, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, oatmeal and moreBottom line: Element puts effort into everything they do They take pride in their service, employees and productI have saved this location as a favorite, will certainly stay here again

My room was nice, the bed was super comfy, it was very clean, and shower pressure was okay I was sad to have a parking lot view, but someone has to have it The balcony was nice and the staff around the building were very attentive

Beautiful grounds to explore My only wish was that breakfast room service would have been available but the hand pie I ate for breakfast was fantastic The dining room was really lovely as well Overall, it was a nice stay

Connie Grant

Wow! Beautiful location, grounds, common areas We loved our room, the bed, the towels, the robes, the soap and bath salts The restaurant was delicious

The shuttle to the airport was a great perk We enjoyed the hot tub The complimentary snacks were delightful This is a 5 star establishment I’ve already told my travel agent for his future cruise clients! The next time we are in Seattle, this will be our first choice!

CM Scott

It was quiet and relaxing for the most part You could hear dogs barking sometimes, but it wasn’t too noisy The bed was amazing to sleep in, and the tub was deep enough to soak in

If you showered when everyone else did, you didn’t have hot water for long, and there is definitely temperature control on the water The grounds are beautiful and it’s close to the airport

I have stayed here twice now and both times were great The staff is friendly and accommodating The little coffee shop is nice and almost always busy

The restaurant has very good food, but the menu is not extensive The wait staff was always friendly and attentive without being pushy The rooms were also very nice Lots of space, with a small balcony The water was hot and strong The towels where big enough even for me The ac/heating worked well The bed was very nice Plenty soft with nice comforter to help stay warm Even the bedside chair was comfortable

Renae Livingston

Food was good at the bar Price online showed 40 less than I was actually charged (not the deposit) Front desk staff were understanding and gave me an upgraded room

Loved the strong shower, especially after coming off of a cruise ship No food available after 10pm – no vending – no front desk options Was told to walk to Denny’s across the street if I was hungry Rooms in tower are clean but overpriced You can not adjust the air conditioning Thermostat Stops at 70 degrees even if you set it lower Could open outside door but so close to the airport and was very loud (Also no screen)

Joel Houston

This was an ok experience Front desk was friendly and we were able to get long term parking for our trip But for the price, the room want exactly up to par

It was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating The shower head was pretty intense and the drainage couldn’t keep up with it 3 stars for price to quality difference
