I had the pleasure of staying here and introducing Mom to the Atlantic Ocean for the first time It was a great place to stay – clean, spacious and all the amenities were thought of They were always available to us, through text, if we needed anything

We loved chatting with the others staying there and the direct access to the beach Plus, the river and beach can both be seen from this little part of the island Would recommend Sea View to anyone!

Sarah Lynch

I’ve never slept so close to the ocean before! The beach was empty which was the most relaxing, peaceful part of our vacation We loved going down to the beach in the evening and not hearing a single sound beside the ocean waves! How lucky can you be?!Will 100% be coming back I can’t properly describe how lovely our stay was

It was amazing

I was looking for a place to stay with a small kitchenette and a spacious room as my local home is under construction Hotel needed to be close enough for me to go back-and-forth between the home and hotel and pet friendly Extended stay offered everything I needed at a great price

A few days before my stay I change my reservation to a two bed from king as my son was going to be joining me the second week of my 2 week stay When I got to extended-stay to check in, I was informed that the double rooms had been overbooked Cassie was more than apologetic and offered every sleeping accommodation she could Because I only needed the double room the last week, Katrina and Cassie made sure that I will have that room before my son gets here Both have been friendly, helpful and personable These two ladies never missed a beat even while 4 groups of newcomers showed up in the lobby to check in In the last five days I’ve been here, even if there is a group of people waiting for some thing at the front desk, Cassie made sure to address each person that approaches and lets them know she will be with them as soon as possible Amazing service! The hotel is new so rooms are very clean Housekeeping is super friendly and has been around if I needed anything I have not been down for breakfast as I cook in my room Common areas are very clean and there is a designated outdoor dog area with poop bags/container Highly recommend Extended Stay!!!

I stayed at this hotel, for a little over a month, while I searched for a long-term rental home I checked in on a Sunday I paid for the following week (7 nights), in advance, and thereafter on each Sunday for an additional 7 nights

On the weekend of March 25th – 27th, I was flying home I went to the front desk on Friday March 25th to pay for an additional week (7 more nights) since my flight would not arrive until Sunday around midnight I questioned the fact that my weekly rate (for 7 nights) was higher than the previous weeks I was told that the rate was changing on April 1st because it was “the season” Since I was checking out on Sunday April 3rd, I would only need to pay the new rate for 2 nights I paid the amount quoted That payment was required to keep the room until April 3rd After I left the hotel on April 3rd, my debit card was charged an additional $3360 I went back to the hotel to question the manager about this charge I was told that I still owed this amount I tried to explain to the moron that I had paid the quoted rate, for those nights, in advance I agreed on a rate for those additional 7 nights which would take me through April 3rd After I had stayed there through April 3rd, they charged me more money for the room than what was agreed upon when I paid for the room She does not understand that, legally, this constitutes FRAUD

We came for 2 nights in February with my family for my birthday weekend and had such a wonderful time! The view from the room is so incredible and the service is amazing The bartenders we had, especially Kenneth, were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was great for all of us The area is great because it is not very busy, maybe it’s the slow season, but we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves

The bar and restaurant food is also really good! We were surprised by how good it was Overall great stay and will definitely be back Best view I’ve had in a while

Kami Neko

Hotel is a bit old but clean The staff was friendly Pool bar made good drinks but outdoor seating was limited

Pool is on the small size and doesn’t get a lot of sun late in day Beach is great! Hotel has chair and umbrella rentals The food is surprisingly good and room service was fast Signature chocolate chip cookies are not as chunky as they used to be but still a nice treat

Kristy Baby

This is such a beautiful hotel! The lobby is very classy, and then when you walk out to the outside pool and entertainment area it’s definitely a step above your average hotel pool area They have a space for live music, and I was able to enjoy the Phoenix band playing They have a fantastic pool, hot tub, and bar/food hut

Not to mention that they are right on the beach with such a gorgeous view Overall just a really great environment and everything was very clean and nicely set up I’ll definitely be coming back

This was a nice, new, clean Hilton hotel I stayed for 4 days The staff was always pleasant

The room had everything we needed The AC was quiet and the beds were comfortable The breakfast area was up and running and they did a great job at keeping things sanitary I liked how all items were individually wrapped to keep others from touching your food The towels and washcloths were a bit on the “rough/scratchy/cheap” qualityThis Hilton allows dogs in the rooms and while they are mostly limited to the first floor, they were present on other floors I love my dog but don’t travel with her and I was a bit concerned how they can really clean a room, linens, furniture, and floors clean and disinfect everything with dogs present Many of the guests (with pets) stay long-term and I can only imagine the condition of the room after an extended-stay We are loyal Hilton customers and if we ever need to bring our dog with us, we will choose Home2 Suites, but I think I’ll choose a different hotel the next time we come into town I always appreciate that hotels offer the option to bring the pet

What a perfect example of how a hotel should operate When you enter, you see a modern, clean facility Wonderful aromas and friendly staff

Speaking of staff, they are kind, and hard working They address your needs…from the front desk to housekeeping We stayed almost 2 weeks (transition between buying a new home)the only issues we encountered was “Kids” Baseball tournaments must have been going on over both weekends They were just being themselves…but some parents stayed by the pool and let them run through the hotel (I don’t blame the kids or staff…just inconsiderate parenting) Overallthe hotel did a great job of managing any issues If your looking for quiet weekend getaway…this might not be your first choice (Call to see if there are tournaments going on) Short of that…you can’t go wrong

Kimmer Stoudt

This cozy hotel was just what I needed I’m a person that is challenged with anxiety from specific sounds Because my stay was over the 4th of July celebration, you can imagine how hard it was to find a quiet spot

I wanted/needed rest and decompression I’m happy to share that both occurred The staff is professional and kind The amenities were nice The location was away from city noise and MOST of the guests were friendly and respectful of their fellow travelers I hesitated to share this much about this Hilton property for fear of it getting overbooked

I don’t know why this property is rated two star Our experience was way beyond that ranking The property is very clean with a lobby that makes a good first impression

The staff are still seemingly following strict cleaning protocols Our room was also very clean with “interesting” square bed pillows They were comfy and we both has great night’s sleep The hotel’s breakfast is goodstandard hot bar fare Not wild about their brand of coffee machine Stuff like that is just me being picky I would stay at this property again

carlos cuesta

Rooms were nice and clean Staff was ok, friendly and helpful Could smile a bit more though

Breakfast was very light Bacon was paper thin and small Ice maker on our floor broken Second elevator broken Had Roku tv in room with no instructions and front desk did not know how to operate I figured out myself The property was nice just needs a bit more attention from management Would i stay there again, yes, but concerned property may not be maintained for my next stay

Overall very nice place You can get some food and drinks but it’s not a full restaurant or full bar They have a nice pool, a gym, and very nice courtyard area

They have a grill which you can use with a table beside it to eat at if you like The hotel is super close to the beach and about 25 minutes from the Melbourne Zoo Dog friendly The staff is helpful and amazing We always have a great stay here

Charlie Ludwig

We found the hotel and our room very clean The beds have firm mattresses The coffee maker in our room did not work so I didn’t get my hit of caffeine first thing in the mornings

The hotel has a Bistro but we opted for meals at a couple of the many eateries that line the street that the hotel is on Check in/out is quick & simple We had a quiet, peaceful stay at the Courtyard Inn in West Melbourne Fl

Regina Rucker

The two queen bed room was very dated and dirty Buyer beware when you have to ask for cleaning services Walls are paper thin and lots of noise

My room had an unnecessary balcony when the 3rd floor view was the parking lot and an extremely ugly industrial rooftop The owners should plant palm trees and foliage to camouflage the ugly view on the west side of the property Best things about the hotel were the friendly staff and the updated lobby Unfortunately, I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this property

I have been down here all week for a business trip and it has truly been a pleasure to stay at this hotel I am greeted every time I’m spotted by someone on staff, I’m greeted warmly The shower is great, nice and roomy

The bed is amazing, I’m a bit of a pillow hog and so having so many is great The room is pretty spacious and clean The hot breakfast in the morning isn’t top bad for a hotel breakfast, plenty of coffee too which is fantastic 10/10 would highly recommend

Johan Cruz

5 stars for the cleanliness the staff is amazing the hot breakfast was great including the lady working in the kitchen making sure everyone had enough food She kept the place spotlessThe room- decent size room and bathroom

Good water pressure and room was clean The only downside was the tv channels not working for the kids to watch something but that was nothing major Pool was just big enough to enjoy and make the kids happy Beds are comfortable and we heard no noise in the hallwaysThis is on the same lot as a days inn but enough parking around

Shauntevius Poole

I really loved my stay at the hotel They were so understanding when I called to inform them I was going to be arriving late for check in I was greeted by the two ladies at the front and they were very nice

The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable I will make this my standard stay when visiting family in Melbourne It was very quiet as well Even though the parking lot was kind of small I was glad they offered parking passes to park by the days inn when all the front ones were taken up This is my new go to hotel

We had a very good experience Brian was a very good host at the front desk The view is amazing when you walk through the door of the room

Room is a little dated but spacious Housekeeping was awesome, always good to return to a clean room, bed made and clean towels It would have been nice to have the pool heated in the cool weather Thank you

Melissa D

Very beautiful location! Sunrise was amazing Awesome location on the beach and on the quiet side I would say this hotel is not meant for children

I would stay somewhere else next time with the family The pool was not heated and it was definitely on the cool side Also seemed like housekeeping did not want to work Our room did not get cleaned one time They asked if we wanted it cleaned one day and they never came back the rest of time we were there (for 3 nights) We asked if they would come back in an hour and never saw them again We were gone for 2 full days and the room was never touched I also was with a couple on the elevator and they said their room was cleaned every day So just make sure you ask for housekeeping Just thought it was on the pricey side and not the best service

VanceR

We’ve been staying here off and on since our honeymoon 26 years ago We just stayed a few days last week and it was by far the best stay we’ve ever had The front desk experiment was amazing and the gentleman that helped us was so friendly and kind

The breakfast was the BEST, food was awesome and the service was so great The food at the tiki bar was amazing! We especially loved the cheeseburgers and the bar staff was incredible The room was so clean and sheets and towels so soft We stayed on floor 15 in the corner unit and it was great to have the balcony that wrapped around I know the hotel is short staffed, but everyone was so nice and kind and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Room nice and big Which is hard to find while traveling with a quadriplegic; hospital bed, hoyer lift and four extra bags of luggage for his supplies, etc

We had plenty of room Only negative, was the main room didn’t have much light; my only complaint Hot breakfast buffet was nice and it changed daily Staff was friendly and very accommodating Close to shops and restaurants We were too busy with family activities to use their pool, but it looked nice and inviting Close to I-95, but not noisy

Kym Hansen-Duell

Wonderful stay for a week in beautiful Florida! Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff! The hotel property was kept very clean to include the common areas and the room itself Staff worked constantly to make this happen Breakfast was great with a full variety each day and each night at 6:00pm fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were served! We had an issue with our shower (it quit working) the second to the last night of our stay, but after some negotiation, we were comped accordingly

Would definitely recommend and return to this clean friendly property!

Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds Huge TV Breakfast was good and staff were super friendly

Probably the best, quick overnight stay I have had I was surprised to see a gym and a nice one at that It just needs a hot tub in order to be above and beyond all rivals, but it is an outstanding value nonetheless Still, I would absolutely stay again I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Sunday 1st May 2022 at 08:45 am(!): This is the worst „breakfast“ I have ever seen in a hotel

It’s a cheekiness („Breakfast served till 10am“) No bread except a blank bagel, no jam, no cheese…Only this available, what you can see on my pictures It looked very terribleWe slept well the overnight and the man on the reception on 30042022 was very very friendly!Overall I definitely can not recommend this hotel, this breakfast is really a shame! Awful that we payed for thisWe won’t stay in a Hyatt again

I love this hotel, from the front desk receptionist, to the security, and the room that I stayed in everything was almost perfect to the tee! Cleanest in a shower corner is why I’m down one star, but still compared to the rest of Melbourne this was in my comparison the best hotel heck maybe I was just imagining things the hotel was so clean and it was late for me Keep going Hyatt hotel!

This place is amazing! The views (even with the partial view), staff, price, and cleanliness made this one of the best experiences we’ve ever had in Florida Location is perfect for seeing a lot of really cool wildlife – we saw sea turtles and dolphins daily Thank you Mark and Stephanie for running this place seamlessly! Will definitely be staying again

We truly enjoyed the fantastic views and salt air!

Lovely B&B, Not a Top LocationPort d’Hiver is very nice—and very expensive For the price you should expect a lot and, in most cases, they meet expectations The public rooms are very nice

Our suite was quite lovely The grounds and pools are all well maintained Staff is uniformly pleasant and helpfulMy main quibble would be with the food and the location Our suite had a view of the ocean—sort of There are palm trees and electric lines and a busy road and a beach parking lot between our room, the closest to the ocean, and the water The balcony off our suite should be nice, but it’s not a pleasant place to sit and enjoy with all that stuff in your faceAs for the food, it is generally good But a little variety would be appreciated The late afternoon happy hour consisted of the exact same cheese/crackers/hummus/vegetable slices every day Breakfasts always seemed to be some kind of egg casserole or quiche or some overly sweet and soft French toast or similarAgain, everything was very nice I just have trouble justifying the price for the product

We had a wonderful our visit was this past weekend! Port d’ Hiver is something very special! The Dianne room was more than we expected The view was amazing The music playing in the room was a wonderful touch

The drinks, ice, and delicious cookies were a welcomed treat The delectable breakfast on our balcony allowed for more relaxation in the morning The beach supplies were appreciated and used to the fullest The landscaping created a beautiful view no matter where you looked! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful We have stayed at many B&B’s on the east coast and this is by far the most impressive!Thank you for giving my husband and I the perfect weekend that was need to disconnect from the crazy real world and reconnect with each other!!We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield inn, but it would have been better with just a few minor attention to detailMy room was clean and well-kept There was a tiny problem with the room and I’ll mention that below

But overall, I would rate the room pretty highI know that the pandemic has changed a lot of things, but I still expect the room to be serviced They don’t do that anymore It’s not a question of calling for service, they just assume that they don’t need to do itI asked the front desk to have someone go and clean the picture on the wall in my room It had something splashed on it and it really was a simple job to get that cleaned up They didn’t do that, instead they did a standard room cleaning So, whatever was splashed on the decorative art in my room to stay there for the entire visitThen later in the week, I asked to have my room cleaned and they said they would do that But no one ever showed up By that point I was pretty tired and there was no point in cleaning it the next day I was approaching the end of my visitThe othet thing I didn’t like was that my toilet ran constantly I did ask them to come and fix it, and they did that When they did that the toilet stopped Flushing properly By that point I was too frustrated to call it out againThe breakfast was a pretty standard Fairfield Inn breakfast There were scrambled eggs, there was a cheese omelette, sausage, bacon, oatmeal toast, muffins, juices, milk and cereal Later in the week they had breakfast sandwiches that you can microwave They also had waffles that you could stick in the toaster and warm up All in all, it was an okay breakfast I had omelette bacon and sausage everyday I also had a bit of the waffle each morning, too The best thing I can say about hotel breakfasts is that they’ll doI pointed out some rather rough spots with this hotel stay But the bottom line is I would probably stay there again I would be very clear about my expectations and expect that they live up to them But, other than that, there’s not much that I wanted but did not get from this hotel stayUnfortunately no photos this trip If I go back to this hotel, I’ll get photos for the review and update it then

I called and spoke with Laura on the phone to book rooms for the company I work for She was super pleasant to speak with and made our reservations quickly She sent me everything I needed via email with no wait! I find this type of service to be few and far between when it comes to booking hotels lately

So thank you so much Laura! PS: THEY HAVE BREAKFAST!

My significant other and I had a great time at the Surf Studio Beach Resort Greg and his wife were lovely during our stay They gave recommendations where to eat, had surf boards, boogie boards, and other beach accessories that you could borrow for free

And Not to mention a nice pool for when the day is a bit dreary or the ocean looks a bit too rough for comfortThe deck leads directly to the beach and there is a shower available to rinse off after getting in the ocean or to remove that pesky sand after walking back You can sit on the deck and enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee and great view of the oceanBetween the owner’s hospitality, being ocean front, and quality room with partial kitchenette I can definitely say staying here was a great choice and we will be back 10/10 recommend and will be telling friends and family about this place as well

This is our favorite place in all of cocoa beach! This area of beach is always clean and quiet There is an awesome deck with firepit/grill and super clean pool Gregg, the owner and host, is easy to talk to,very helpful, and really cares for this place and its history

He is native to Cocoa Beach and knows all the local places to go for food and entertainment There are restaurants just a leisurely walk from the resort The rooms are always clean and fresh with comfortable beds and the grounds are well manicured Every time we visit, we meet friendly vacationers, and their dogs, who have been coming for decades, like us Coffee on the deck, watching the sun rise, is just surreal I couldn’t recommend a better place to unwind in Cocoa Beach!
