Room is quite and bed is good That is about it Room is worn and feels dirty

Couch has stains and cigarette burns Curtains are torn Thrash on stairs for two days Needs improve attention to details and cleaning Actually had a “freshly laundered and folded” wash cloth that was covered with hair (yuck) We will not be back Also terminated out stay two days early I can’t recommend this hotel

I was in Atlanta with my family I want to start off by saying that what makes this hotel feel worth it is the housekeepers that treated me and my family Julieta was a wonderful human soul that went above and beyond for my needs and treated us like true family

I could never get customer service to that standard any longer or in other hotels Man! Such a passionate soul and a great human being The breakfast was decent I think the lady was named Maria who cleans and preps the cafeteria She was wonderful too We love them Thank you for such a great experience Hopefully, my family and I are able to come back here

Mery Velazquez

Only reason why I’m giving it a 4 is because the hotel isn’t so strict on the no smoking policy They would know that the guests were smoking Marijuana and cigarettes in their rooms but do nothing about it I brought kids with me and the room across from me was smoking, out room immediately stunk up as if we were the ones smoking

It was ridiculous Great have no respect for the rules

A safe and Great location close to highway, restaurants, shopping & more The rooms were nice and super comfortable Everything was really clean and looked good except for the chairs in front of elevator

Service was quick, professional and friendly The only downside was that they offer breakfast but not included in what you already paid

alexis B

I was satisfied during my 4 day stay It’s definitely an older establishment, but it was clean Parking was readily available and in close proximity to the building

The breakfast was good with a nice assortment/variety of choices Norman at the front desk was very hospitable and hilarious !! The only minor issue I encountered was the time it took for the water to heat up (5-10 min) Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant

Pam Parker

I stayed here long term for a work project Although I get minimal housekeeping it was a little rough when I did request it Other than that this place was amazing

Great breakfast, very clean common areas and all of the staff especially Maria and Kavita were extremely helpful, polite, courteous, and helped make my stay very pleasurable! They even gave me a Xmas card! I would absolutely stay here again BTW Saturday and Sunday are bacon day 🙂

Rhonda Carr

This was the host hotel for our family reunion and the service was top notch from check-in to our departure The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we needed but the STAFF is the reason our stay was so enjoyable! Every single person we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Orrie was my favorite! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our meetings with a smile I would DEFINITELY stay there again if I’m in the area

Overall this was a nice hotel Entrance was a bit tricky to pull into, but there is a back gate once you’ve received your room key Complimentary breakfast was okay

Several packaged items to grab and go But, waffles were empty both mornings Biscuits were hard We managed but could have been better Staff was extremely nice and welcoming

Leshone Morgan

The hotel itself was nice Traffic coming in and out of the hotel was crazy There was a lady working the from desk and she was not very welcoming and it did not get any better throughout the weekend

It actually got worse The air in my room did not work so it was 11:00 pm and I was switching rooms but the guy at the front desk then was very nice and sent the maintenance person up to check it prior to moving my room The only problem with that was I was in a king room with a pull out couch and the room I moved to only had a king bed So the bed had to be shared which is why I had asked for a pull out couch Not what I paid for The complimentary breakfast was a hot one so that was a plus

Anfal Fahim

We Stayed there for three nights with my newborn and a toddlerHad a Wonderful experience Cleanliness 5/5Safe gated parking5/5Breakfast 5/5Staff including the lady serving breakfast was really friendly

Tamara and Miss Dee and the night staff guy were all very friendly, helping and welcomingManagers: Earnest and Gwynne were also very welcoming and hospitable as wellWill be no doubt staying here again next time i visit Atlanta Thanks to the whole team 🙌

This is my second time staying at this location ( traveling for work) and I’m happy I found this placeWhat I liked:*The staff was really accommodating*Clean rooms, hot water* Welcoming and love the fact that the lobby is always decorated according to the holidays☺️** I felt safe being a solo traveler **What I didn’t like: parking sucked at night

give ‘em a try… Hopefully your stay will be just as pleasant

Najeeb Alwakeel

I worked at simply suites for 2 years through the pandemic I thought I was doing a good job covering multiple shifts However I was forced out because I would not lie to customer and she didn’t like the truth

And just like I told the manager if I had the same situation I would react the same way I know the hospitality industry is servitude at it’s purest form in 2022 However I learned in my youth that it is better to tell the truth even unpopular because at least you can be prepared I worked in hospitality for 12 years from bottom to top I will not put another day in the industry

Mark Van Tassell

My wife and I stayed here for OVER ONE YEAR and finally had to move out because of all the loud noise upstairs and loud slamming doors We spoke to the general manager but she likes here title but not the responsibility She did NOTHING so we moved out

Most of the office people are the ones slamming the doors too We also observed how poorly the staff treated the housekeeping employees We will NEVER stay at another Sonesta hotel again, EVER!

First I would like toSay that the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly reacted when I had some issues Greg at the the front desk was great! The first room I was given, had a bad smell in it It also had hair on the wash cloth towels and in tub

Since we arrived tired from a 12 hour drive we didn’t mention any issues untilThe next day The smell was was like a mildew smell mix with smoke Our allergies was going crazy that entire night and the beds are not comfortable at all The second room we got moved into Immediately notice a spider and ants on the bed Food on the carpet near the beds Their house keeping staff can do better with cleaning these rooms The third room I settled in I was not about to keep moving and going through the hassle of changing rooms, But the third room had some type of food stains on the walls and dusty ceilings and black hand marks on the doors and open crackers under the kitchen sink next to the trash! The hotelCan use some pets control and a better cleaning staff & new carpets or a good deep cleaning because they smell Other then that, front desk staff was very accommodating and apologetic about the issues I was having besides, It’s not their fault They even waived my first night without me asking I wasn’t expecting I was very appreciated for that Thanks again And also, the lady who runs the breakfast she was very sweet Handed us some last min breakfast items after we arrived too late because we forgot the time breakfast was

Rebeccah Thomas

We had a wonderful stay at this residence inn this past week The room and guest facilities were very clean and the daily breakfast choices and coffee station was one of the best I have ever experienced at a Marriott hotel Mrs

Maria Olympia, the breakfast concierge, was a daily joy with her warm smile and friendly greetings to every guest that came across her services Even though the pool was closed for maintenance, the general manager and maintenance team set up a fun and refreshing splash pad for my kids to enjoy, which is very thoughtful to do considering the heat wave that Atlanta had that week Only one thing that my husband didn’t understand was the daily parking charge considering the location is not in the city and there isn’t a parking garage But other than that, we had a beautiful time there and will be back at this location especially during the fall season

Mere Vette

My first experience was much better than the second go round My room was not the cleanest meaning the walls, door knobs etc were not clean I’m not sure when they charged for parking

I wasn’t informed just seen it on my bill The pools were closed So no fun for the kids I wasn’t acknowledged or recognized as an Elite member Very different experience

Mizz Lydia

I really enjoyed my stay here at this beautiful hotel It was peaceful, front desk attendant very nice The room we were in was clean, neat and it was well worth the money

The only thing I didn’t like is not having a microwave in the room that’s why I rated 4-stars Oh, and another thing upon arrival to get to the room, the housekeeper had the all of her things (supplies) and dirty linen hamper blocking the darn doorway where I couldn’t even get in the room! I understand she has to do her job, but do it correctly and follow safety guidelines when cleaning Do not block the hallways nor doors That is definitely a safety hazardOther than that, hopefully the next time we stay here that pool up on the 3rd floor will be open! The view from up there and just relaxing by the pool

Vishnupriya Anant

We stayed here for 2 nights over the memorial day weekend The size of the room is good, its spacious, the view from the big windows was great We could see the highways and bridges and city without obstruction

Sunset sky looks great from the room Breakfast was included and was a decent spread compared to the spread we have in the US but it was nothing in comparison to what we get in Asia Has a nice swimming pool and a big garden It is pet friendlyJust remember not expect a lot in terms of service or facilities because well it is US and not in Asia

Ben Shope

This was easily the best value in the area A very clean, new hotel with some pretty grounds in the back We stayed six days in a suite

The staff was very friendly and helpful The stay was an excellent value despite some days of scaled-back breakfast service (that situation seemed in-flux, so check on that if you care) I think the value comes from the fact that the hotel is near an office park and may be designed for more pre-pandemic business travelers than they are seeing right now We were allowed to redeem a suite award despite the rooms being labeled premium suites (so your mileage may vary) Parking is $14 a day which is a better value than some comparable Hyatt properties Anyways, great stay – I highly recommend

Please excuse by lateness for my review My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this hotel on May 20, 2022 and we were very Satisfied! This Staybridge is one of two that I have every stayed at and I must say this location is by far the best The rooms are spacious and clean

The service we received by the staff and Ms Rebecca Johnson was absolutely fantastic! Also I must point out that we loved this location because it had everything we needed within walking distance The hotel also offered us a delicious hot breakfast The location was very safe and plenty of places to eat We will definitely stay here anytime we visit Duluth GA!

deborah strickland

This is the first time I stayed here The overall service was great The staff ms Kay,ms cammy,Calvin and the manager and general manger plus carol

They were very helpful They all went above and beyond The cleaning staff and the people that make breakfast everyday was also nice They all tell you good morning and they know you by name If I every need to stay here again for anything This is the place It’s clean well kept up I sure felt safe and secure Ms Kay also went above and beyond to help me when she was available to help me look for rental properties and knew the area very well Also I met a elder couple staying here also helped me All I could say I felt like they are family

Danny Kim

Rooms were standard and breakfast was good But the service by Cammy was on another level We had so many requests and probably bugged her at least a couple of times a day but she always had a smile on her face and was quick to help with any problem we had, even beyond what she was expected to do

It was as if she was my sister, she made our family feel so welcomed like vip guests Thank you for being so kind

I stopped in as a non-paying customer (but a Marriott Rewards member), and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom I had to go to another hotel directly beside this one (non Marriott facility)I have never felt more profiled and disrespected

I left and returned because this didn’t sit well with me I asked for the manager’s information and will be reaching out to them directlyThe attendants attitude was just horrible I see why I’ve moved my services to Hilton…wow!Sincerely,Never coming back here!

Brooke Nicely

I did enjoy my room even though I couldn’t stay the full time of my stay because I was in an accident The customer service is good They serve a hot breakfast everyday but some days you should just order from IHOP or Waffle House down the street

It’s in a great location near many restaurants and near the highway The rooms are cozy and well sanitized

Cheap Motel set up under big name Room Carpet had weird odor Fridge did not work

Bathroom was falling apart where flooring was coming offService was horrible Lady refused to make coffee at the breakfast Her answer “no I won’t be making coffee It’s already 8am”Gym and swimming pool was closed due to unknown reasonsEntire place needs a makeover to be able to keep the franchise name

I did not enjoy my stay at your hotel The staff is extremely dry and abrupt I requested for the microwave, I initially requested upon booking the room, be sent to my room on my first night

I was told only the King suites have microwaves I explained that it was a major reason for me booking the room and she said there was nothing she could do Later on, after reading over my hotel email, I found where it was clearly stated that my room came with a microwave I called the front desk again and was told they could bring me one the next day When they brought the microwave, the man just walked in a placed it on the table He didn’t even face it the right way or plug it in It’s a good thing I already made a space for it on the table I made no further issue regarding the microwaveThe elevators smell like a sweaty gym even though our masks There are no trash bags in the trash can The refrigerator doesn’t stay cool over night We spotted a roach in our room on the second night Thankfully, checkout was the following dayHousekeeping called our room early on our last day, waking us up regarding towels we did not request Therefore, I called the front desk for an extension in our check out time and the front desk operator was very condescending She initially granted us a 30 minute extension which was ridiculous I was then allowed an 1 hour extension, however, I didn’t appreciate the nasty tone I received along with the statement”1:00 is the absolute latest”, as though I was her child asking for permissionI will most definitely, never return to this hotel as customer service and cleanliness doesn’t appear to be a top priority

Geoff Lowe

Great little quiet place to relax Room was clean and everything worked very wellOnly gripe was layout of hotel

One elevator for the entire place If your room was the furthest from it you were hoofing steps or doing a long walk

Gabrielle Hines

First of all, I would not have agreed to stay at this hotel had I known there was no complimentary breakfastSecond, the toilet was not properly cleaned upon our arrival, as my husband found out when he lifted the seat to relieve himself As he washed his hands, the sink did not drain properly

He called the front desk and the property manager came to snake the drain promptly (a plus) Then told him about the toilet He said he had to get supplies then it would be taken care of After a wait, my husband then asked the cleaning staff in the hallway to come clean it The lady cleaned the bowl first and then cleaned the seat 🤢 The manager came and cleaned it properly and we told him about the cleaning lady When my 3 yo dropped the soap and picked it up there was a hair, that was not Afro-textured like ours, on it In the three days we stayed there no one ever cleaned our room, even after we requested it (more on this later) I should have known by the worn out beige faceplates on the outlets and light switches that we would be just as neglectedThirdly, we had to ask for towels and wait for them to washed One day they ran out of large towels and had to give us pool towels The front desk agent said it’s because people don’t put them outside the room but no one told us to do that so I’m sure the other guests had no idea either While I was waiting for towels, another guest said they only clean the room every third day even if you call to request it She had been staying there 5 nights at that pointOn the upside, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked well It wasn’t the worst hotel, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get a better hotel

Alexis Walls

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and the pool area was a beautiful escape to the outdoors I enjoyed being within walking distance to Marlows Tavern, though it was a little pricey My room was incredibly humid

I washed some quick-dry clothing and hung it to dry in my room and 24 hours later it was still wet The hotel was having some sort of issue with their water because when I arrived the water was off for a period and several days later i returned to my room to find it had been turned off again and stayed that way for a half hour The cleaning staff removed a bag of recycling that i was saving to dispose of properly as well as a reusable shopping bag from my room during cleaning One afternoon, after having hung the do not disturb tag on my door knob, I returned to my room to find a note slid under the door that said it had been cleaned It looks like this hotel has gotten great ratings in the past so it seems my experience was unusual, but I hope they will make the changes needed to improve conditions

Todd Brown

We stayed at this property 3x while selling and moving and waiting for a new home to be built in 2021 and early 2022 We stayed a total of almost 8 weeks We were always treated like family by everyone working there

Every request was handled quickly The room and bed were terrific They even had tech support help us connect our Apple TV in our room Housekeeping and front desk and maintenance and the breakfast team were all amazing

Todd Trader

Very nice room for extended stay The layout was comfortable that gives separation of living space The location of my room had a great working view

The beautiful landscaping softened the experience overlooking the magnolia and crape myrtleThe pool area was nice, but some of the cushions need replaced as we’re showing stains The pool itself was very relaxing and invitingThe staff was always warm and polite Eager to make the stay enjoyableFor me the bed pillows were the best comfort for my sleep Nothing wrong with the mattress I prefer a mattress with a little more firmness and these were very plush and soft Sadly for me, with a little extra around my midsection didn’t give me the support I realized I really need for a good night sleepThe breakfast was ok Nothing special and not really a satisfying start to the dayOverall, if and when I’m back to this area of NE Atlanta, I won’t hesitate staying here Very clean and quiet

Hotel is just across from mall which is great Its upscale and kept spotless Staff is friendly and courteous but lacking the full upscale expected

We were upgraded to a suite that was really nice but it lacked simple things like a coffee maker without a sink Had to go in the bathroom for water, yuckWe are Elite Marriott members and had to push to get a suite that we are entitled to Breakfast was free to us because of status but if not $49+ and although in chafing dishes the food was dry, cold and did not taste fresh Overall disappointed

Tamesha

I got this hotel through Hotwire I didn’t know it was even an option because it did not show as part of which hotel I would likely get Anyway, the hotel is very nice and all

However, the only downfall was the paying for parking, Locked fridge in the room which I was almost afraid to put my drinks in because I wasn’t sure if I would be charged for it My daughter was scared to use the shower gel that was provided afraid we would be charged for that To top it off the worst of my stay really was the smell of the room, the sound of the toilets flushing (if that’s what it was), and the noise of steam or air all night/morning long so I couldn’t sleep (light sleeper) The bathroom door in our room you basically had to bump up against it to close or it wouldn’t shut For this hotel to be this fancy I guess I expected different Yes, I would have rather stayed in the Hampton Inn or even the Comfort in, but you get what you get At least I would have likely been able to sleep Overall the hotel is nice, but all the noises in the room was just not that great

Jerome

Staff very personable and professional Every staff that I came in contact with was very friendly The rooms were clean and very spacious

We were there for an afternoon wedding We were accommodated for an early check-in Much appreciated The gym was exceptional Certainly enjoyed the quiet moments out by the pool Overall it was a great experience Certainly will stay again

Excellent customer service! Everyone was very pleasant Our room was clean and was excellent! It was a quiet weekend here in GA The bistro is a must when here

During the time of this review, the bistro is closed at dinner hours, but breakfast is open full force! The food was delicious This hotel is in a great location to everything Nothing is too far! Might become a member after this since I’ll have to make quarterly trips to Duluth Enjoyed the stay!

If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, look elsewhere I am a Platinum Elite member (1) was not greeted as platinum elite [which is fine] (2) was not offered the bottle of water that always comes with platinum status (3) when I asked if there was anything offered to platinum elite members the lady said no

She never acknowledged or thanked me for my stay I travel to hundreds of hotels, this is the worse front desk service I ever received It is July 19 2022 evening for any management reading thisThe elevator is very far from the front desk My key didn’t work When I went downstairs to tell the lady, she had me wait about 15 minutes while she checked in 4 other patrons and then finally called someone to help meYes, I paid for the water that I normally get free at every other Marriott hotel I’ve stayed atIs complaining about $5 water petty? Maybe But if you stay 50+ nights per year with a hotel chain, is withholding $5 water even pettier? yes

Reported Unresolved Case #351896878 We were given a musty, moldy-smelling room with a broken door handle and a malfunctioning air conditioner upon check-in They would not allow me to use my digital key and forced me to take room keys

I was told this was because of fraud at their hotel I tried my best to work things out with the hotel BEFORE calling Customer Relations, but they were rude and of NO assistance before opening my case So, after the second night of myself and my 12-year-old nephew, both of us having asthma, not being able to breathe, and I’m still trying to recover from having COVID and the room staying at or above 75 degrees, I called Customer Relations for assistance Eventually, the hotel moved us to a new room, BUT this room was worse due to a lack of available outlets, outlets sparking, a roach infestation, and a bathtub needing assistance I had earned and paid for extra points to take advantage of the 5th night free, but I checked out early and booked a two-night stay at a Tru by Hilton hotel (staying an extra day because the room and staff were SOOOOO amazing, and I needed a day to regroup) I didn’t even tell them what had happened at Marriott because I was trying to calm down Oh, and I could use my digital key at Tru by Hilton and do EVERYTHING without needing assistance from the hotel staff Isn’t this why they are available to guests (which helps minimize the risks of contracting the coronavirus that is STILL killing and impacting people’s lives)?

The room was a king bed with a sleeper sofa Room look good until we put are stuff down My son and wife sat on the sofa and it was wet

I opened the sofa bed up and the urine smell was bad I got a instant headache The sofa bed had stains from the still wet pee that my family touch They did move us to another room but it only had one bed for three adult size people Very uncomfortable! So I Don’t recommend this place at all The room cost $28800 for one night during the Memorial day weekend Saturday we check in left Sunday morning but still had to pay full price for the room WHAT! Yes even after my family touch urine Because the manager would not be available until Tuesday that’s what the staff told me So I contacted the manager and she said that she would take 20 percent off of the $28800 bill Really after my family touch someone else wet urine Not acceptable the night should have been free Really I DON’T recommend this place at all Check my you tube page out for video

Stayed here for an event we were attending in Atlanta The room we stayed in was very nice There was not a dresser to put any clothes in, but there were a couple of drawers and a closet to keep clothes in

The workout area and pool were both very nice with lots of room The pool was an even 4ft deep but was still enjoyable to spend time in The area around the hotel was very nice to walk around and get some fresh air and nature The housekeeping was very nice and made sure our room was in tip top shape, even placing a stuffed animal we had on the bed There is also a mall across the street with lots of food and stores to fill time If I am ever in the area again, this will be my go to hotel choice

Attended a conference at this hotel Very nice property for a general stay but the hotel was not large enough to host our conference Parking is very limited for large groups

This is a beautiful property The rooms were spacious and clean The grounds were well kept Limited dining options on the property but there are numerous eateries in the vicinity The fitness center was more than adequate and the hotel staff was pleasant and professional I would definitely stay at this location again, if necessary

Great experience at this hotel Friendly front desk staff Unfortunately, the first room I was given had a mildew smell, but the front desk was able to quickly change my room

The second room was perfect Large TV, comfortable bed, clean everything The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, which was nice There’s great views of either a park or the city skyline from your room The park is accessible from the hotel, and is a great place to take a walk around I would stay here again

Just completed a stay here for a business trip The hotel and rooms were clean, the gym was well equipped as usual for a Hyatt Place The one con is they had water fountains and a place to refill a bottle, but it would be nice to have some disposable cups to drink from during your workout

I didn’t eat breakfast there, so I can’t comment on that, however the staff was very friendly and helpful The couch in the room was really comfortable to sit and watch TV after a long day I appreciated the extra security measures to get around in the hotel (needing your card) and the presence of security in the parking area, considering the locations proximity to the MARTA I would definitely recommend and will be returning for future stays for both business and pleasure

It was pretty good, the rooms were really nice and the location was right near my job, I love the continental breakfast in the morning But just a few things I didn’t like the whole parking thing, and the whole using your key everywhere It was just annoying Also I just had a guest over not spending the night but they questioned me, that’s none of their business it would be a concern if that guest stayed but coming to my hotel room that’s not their concern

I would stay again though

I very much enjoyed my stay here at the Hyatt Place Atlanta This hotel has a more modern design than the other Hyatt Place hotels i have stayed at The staff was polite and welcoming across the board

Note that some of the rooms will have a wonderful view of the parking garage if you happen to be on floor 4 or lower I was on floor 7 and had a building directly across from me Needless to say my window shade was down for my entire stay Perhaps I’ll get a better view of the city on my next stayI took off a star because during my stay, there was some corporate event that brought a huge crowd of people to the breakfast area every morning There was no room to sit and by the time i arrived for breakfast (7:30am) many of the breakfast options were unavailableAll in all I would definitely stay here again given the price and location

This was a great stay The staff was amazing and showed nothing but the best when dealing with me A couple tried to skip me in tried to skip me and the manager let them know I was first

I appreciated him for that so much The room was clean, fairly large, and I had a good view There is a large lobby area and they have computers for use

We enjoyed our stay here We had a suite It was nice, clean, quiet, and right by the pool

The room had a full kitchen, stocked with dishware, and cooking essentials, and coffee items,no machine Our stay was good, but it could’ve been better Our sliding door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t open We booked the room with a extra sofa bed for 5 guest, but the room wasn’t prep for it It was no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the bathroom only had enough for 3 guest Our room never got cleaned so we inquired at the desk Housekeeping didn’t come until the day before checkout, it was pointless to have them clean then, after we already been there for 4 days Between daily showering, the pool, and already being short on towels and washcloth, we constantly had to go to the desk to get clean and dry ones Due to the lack of housekeeping and having a toddler it was constant crumbs on the floor, but not a broom in the room I wished I brought my hand sweeper so I could’ve swept it up myself We did dump our trash, fortunately a larger trashcan was right outside the door We was told that housekeeping only comes to our floor once a week, Saturday Housekeeping should definitely be tailored to the duration of the stay of their guest to ensure this doesn’t happen againOther than that, it’s located in a great area, with many restaurants and shops nearby It was only 20-30 minutes from the places we needed to go We will return, I just know what to expect next time

Crystal Perez

This is one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had Our first room smelt old and dirty The TV did not work and they had someone come up to the room around 10pm to change it out

There was also no hot water When we complained about the hot water they stated it was because there were so many people in the hotel We reported all of this the next day and absolutely no responsibility was taken by the staff We were given the same room we had before just on a different floor The next day there were food wrappers and vomit by the elevator Skip was awesome He helped us load up to leave and was very personable

My stay at this hotel was fantastic However, I am extremely disappointed in the waste produced during the breakfast rush Before COVID, it was bad enough with plastic plates and plastic utensils

I have not traveled in over 2 years and when I return to my first business trip, this is what I see Now plastic cutlery is wrapped in plastic bags Bread, two slices, are individually wrapped in plastic Ziploc bags Still there are the plastic plates and everything else plastic including individual creamers As much as I love Hilton, love Hampton Inn, I cannot support this wasteful environment It’s time for merchants like Hilton to step up, return to ceramic mugs and silverware with staff to wash and keep the place clean I am really contemplating where my next hotel stay will be so long as they do not use plastics to the extent that this Hampton does Again, the hotel was fantastic The room was neat The location was great The staff were super friendly However, I cannot give a high rating due to the environmental waste I experienced

Hampton Inns are fairly consistent across the country, come with a consistent breakfast, and are typically quiet and comfortableI spend a lot of times traveling and have been in 4 different Hamptons in the greater Atlanta area over the past few monthsThis one was a little older than others, but the front desk attendant Julissa (I may have her name wrong) Went above and beyond multiple times

When I arrived my room fan was excessively noisy , not her fault, but she quickly sent someone up,and moved me to a new roomThe Second night, the room next to me was having a little too much fun, and the smell was very strong She once again stepped up and delta with the people who thought illegal activities were accepted by the hotelI work in customer service and I can’t remember the last time I was that impressed by a employeeThis could have nearly been a horrible experience, but your employees were a great ambassador of your hotel

Just God

Any town that has JESUS lifted up on a billboard, it’s expected that your stay will be blessed I’m amazed at how peaceful and quiet the hotel is with 8 floors consistently being sold out, there’s adequate free parking, and Ms Angela ensures everyone is thoroughly treated to a delightful hot breakfast with a smile

May the peace of God continue to rest on this city, hotel and all its staff and guest in Jesus mighty name!
