Wonderful location for visiting Busch gardens, Tampa zoo, Ybor and sites Hotel staff were so warm and welcoming Multiple times I went down to the front desk with questions regarding our stay and surrounding areas and they always treated our family so well

Breakfast was very nice and room was very spacious and comfortable Certainly will visit again

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and don’t usually take the time to write anything but this one deserves a couple notesGreat blackout curtain if you plan to take advantage of the noon checkout Also a dividing curtain inside the room if you’re travelling with different sleep schedules

Tables that easily move so you don’t have to use the ironing board as a second deskAnd my husband’s favorite, which sounds silly but: a shelf you can see onto so you’re not worried about leaving things sitting on it!A+ rooms and service, even in the middle of the night Will definitely seek out this chain in my travels from now on

I always stay at Homes 2 suites any time I travel It is always clean, has a pool, complimentary breakfast and I can bring my small papillon who I cannot board and do not have anywhere else to bring her The hotel makes a stay for business or vacation always feel like home

I’m so grateful to have these hotels and with locations everywhere it’s always my go to choice I was a bit disappointed about the location of this particular hotel because of the loud road noise and the girl that greeted me and checked me in was incredibly rude however, I didn’t see her again at all my entire visit All of the other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful

My friends and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend during a Kid Rock concert It was our first time in Tampa Florida and we checked in a bit late but Trish at the Front Desk was amazing!!!!!!! She went above and beyond every night of our stay She gave us great idea options for dinner plans during our stay and we loved every single recommendation

I will definitely be back soon! I work at a corporate office and we usually book domestic flights with hotels so I will absolutely let my manager about my stay here for our events I hope to see Trish and the helpful staff soon!

Checkin was good, the lobby very pretty but very cold The staff was friendlyThe toilet was clogged so we put towels around it and called the front desk we let them know at 8 am when we got back to the hotel at 7 pm it still wasn’t fixed and had overflowed onto the towels we put down

We called again and they sent someone up to fix it but they didn’t send anyone to clean up so I cleaned it up and went to the front desk for fresh towels and told them about the towels in the bathroom those towels sat there for 3 days When we were checking out housekeeping asked if we needed anythingThe view of the bay was beautiful and guest services was nice Although we tried to buy our park tickets through the hotel since they were so much cheaper but no one knew how to get or sale us tickets

If you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Checked into this hotel today and requested my enhanced upgrade based on platinum bonvoy status Shawn the front desk attendant rudely stated that they don’t upgrade I told him that is not Marriott policy and my status is not based on the price of the room

He again refused saying his manager told him that was the policy at this hotel I called Marriott Bonvoy customer service and had a supervisor call the hotel and explain to them that they were violating Marriott policy They still refused saying that the General Manager created this policy and he is out of town and they won’t go against him Never been treated like this at any Marriott property I filed a complaint with Marriott and advise all elite members to stay away from these rude arrogant people There are many other Marriott properties in Tampa that won’t treat loyal customers like this

It’s a very nice place to stay for families It’s spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, and the fact that everyone had their own bed was a definite plus Although the oven hadn’t been cleaned after the previous renter, having a full kitchen helped us save on food because we were able to cook instead of buying fast food the entire vacation

My only complaint would be the smell of urine near the coach I understand pets are allowed but maybe they should designate a certain floor or maybe certain rooms for people with pets

Dustin Sorensen

Came down on a trip with a booked bnb The bnb got canceled last second and we had nowhere to stay Traci, Lyndon, and David worked thier butts off to get us a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend

Rooms are amazing and spacious with a kitchen, sitting room and patioI can’t say enough good things about the staff and accommodationsAMAZING!!!!

The hotel was a little older, but was in the middle of a remodel The room was clean There was plenty of storage to unpack for the week

AMAZING food just around the corner, Thai, Sushi, Poke, and Seafood! The best part of the hotel was the legit fitness center Most just have some dumbbells and a treadmill This gym had enough equipment to do a complete workout! Breakfast in the AM isn’t included, but the staff is so friendly and helpful that I didn’t mind having to pay!

Kayla Larimore

We have stayed here a few times when visiting family The location is great right off of Tampa Road – you can easily get to many local destinations The hotel itself is nice but not too pricey

The kids enjoy the pool and the adults the hot tub We have frequently noticed there are no pool towels and had to ask for more at the front desk No issues with cleanliness or staff Good stay for a family vacation!

Ashley

We usually stay at Comfort Inn but decided to “up our game” on this trip The problem started when we arrived They were resealing the asphalt parking lot so a lot of it was blocked off and what few places were left was taken by cars and trucks parking sideways across multiple parking spaces and still others were blocked by orange cones

The second night, the desk attendant told my daughter to park far away in a dark parking lot Didn’t care about the cars parked sideways Didn’t show any compassion to the situation at all I moved a cone and took a spotThe room was decent The window gave us a great view of the roof of part of the lower building and side of another part of the building The beds, in my opinion, were not as comfortable as the other hotels I mentioned The A/C worked great The room was cool when we entered and it got cooler very fast The thermostat had some blown LCD’s but you can tell the temperature well enoughThe ice machine is right beside the elevatorOne curious thing was that the trash bags were just laid across one lip if the trashcans (bathroom and bedroom cans) I mean, even Motel 6 puts the open bags in the cans so they can be used and trash taken out easily, but these trashcans had the new, unopened bags just draped over one rim Do they expect me to pay more for a room and also open the bags myself? That isn’t going to happenThe bathroom had a hanging “barn door” which was cool The handle to the tub felt loose I thought it could fall off but it didn’t The water pressure was great Good hot water But there was a small sulphur smell to the water This could be a Florida thing because the water at my in-laws smells and tastes the same so can’t hold that against HiltonMy daughter purchased breakfast with the room NO FREE BREAKFAST? Even Quality Inn has free breakfast But at least the breakfast here is real eggs which was nice You can order specially cooked eggs (omelets, over easy, etc) Browned potatoes, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, juices (apple, orange, pink grapefruit) I didn’t look at what else was offered And even though the meal was part of the room deal, when we asked for the omelets, we were brought a bill It had “complementary” written across it But 2 omelets was $28? I know it was for the omelets because the second morning we just had the buffet But apparently the bill was brought for a tipI think I’ll stick with my favorite hotels from now on With the parking problem and the lack of concern from the desk clerk and the weird thing with the trash bags, it soured me on “fancier” hotels I’m sorry if the management doesn’t like this review, but this was our stay Don’t like not getting rave reviews, fix the problems mentioned

Family is the word that describes this wonderful hotel Been here on a family emergency this folks has been so helpful showing us how to get around and giving us a ride when we needed During breakfast the young lady name barbie really took good care of of and very knowledgeable about the area and pointed us to right direction as well as taking goodcare of us During breakfast

ask for barbie she’s a peach what a wonderful person Thank you barbie 😊

Christine Wilkins

This was a staycation to visit family and this hotel deserves more than 5 stars The pictures don’t give it justice Our room was thoroughly cleaned and I liked that even the remote was sealed with plastic post pandemic

And the receptionist Agnus (something along those lines) was one of the best receptionist I’ve encountered From greeting as soon as we walked in and from making sure we were ok each time we crossed paths And the breakfast was really good buffet style but wish it was free breakfast but 1294 per person isn’t bad either

Hotel is good location if you’re needing to be by the airport but a bit run down Smelled of mold and visible mold in the lobby (and air ducts) Hallways were extremely warm and AC in room could not keep up

Faucet in room was also loose, to the point of falling over Only stayed one night and four times within an hour, housekeeping knocked on the door, tried to enter the room, and called the room asking when we were leaving This was all after they tried to enter at 9am (without knocking) and we told them we had already gotten late check out (noon) Obviously we felt rushed out Additionally, breakfast was supposed to be included in our reservation but we were told it was not We were also double charged for parking (once on room bill and again at the pay station) Pool was nice with view of the bay but unfortunately industrial exhaust fans blow right next to the cafe/pool so it’s extremely loud Made it impossible to enjoy the pool/bar/view Only bright spot was that check in process was easy Absolutely would not return

Choice this location despite the many negative reviews, hoping that they ( reviewers) were somehow in the older section of the hotel and just had a bad experience It would only be for 1 night before moving downtown to the Embassy Suites Driving up, you can quickly see that there is nothing near the hotel as far as restaurants or activity

It looks like you’re driving through an office park Upon driving further you can see that the location is beautifully situated on the river That’s where the good stuff ends This hotel looks dated from the exterior, and it gets worse once you enter The lobby area is sad, dirty and dated The desk clerk seemed to be put out by me checking in There was no line whatsoever But she appeared to change her tune after finding out that I was a Hilton diamond member She immediately upgraded us to a room with a sunset view I felt hopeful that my wife would somehow be okay with my hotel pick I should have stopped here because the lobby had that old smell to it After getting the luggage and heading inside to our room, I could see the sour look on her face After getting into a dirty elevator, the look got worse Upon reaching our floor we were greeted by a dark hallway and dingy carpeting We had to weave our way around the two housekeeping carts to get to our doormind youthis is probably 6pm Upon getting inside the room, we immediately knew we couldn’t stay It was dark, old, dated and smelled musty We didn’t touch anything and immediately went down stairs to checkout and request our Hilton points back It took us an hour or two to find somewhere to lay our heads that night We ended up at a very nice Marriott property a few miles away No issues thankfully

Melinda Yu

Front desk and housekeeping ONLY-were friendly and helpful Parking was easy-pool was nice-beautiful view Now the reason for 2 stars-pool bar service were complete losers

Didn’t know to make a simple margarita! Not quick to serve and huge worthless attitude Any shift-any day Drinks were way overpriced Cafe breakfast was par however-the staff was marginal at best I spilled orange juice all over the table and floor accidentally-and I was the one who cleaned it up after three attempts to get staff help -then he finally came out with a dry hand towel and lightly brushed over the floor-the sticky table got nothing!! Lunch n dinner menu was marginal and the food was horrible with “can’t be bothered” service A complete joke for a restaurant The room-beds uncomfortable and the noise of the a/c was extremely loud The carpet was soaking wet in one corner: the solution was to bring a giant fan? That sounded like we were in an airport hanger cranking up a jet engine Why they couldn’t have moved us is beyond me The soap in the packaged supplies was like a plastic disc that never lathered up -I wasn’t sure if I was getting soap or not when I washed my hands

The hotel needs updating It probably was very nice at one time The bathrooms are great, the meeting rooms were great (I was there for a conference) and the food was excellent

We did not buy the breakfast there because it was very overpriced The beach is a bit dirty but still enjoyed sitting by it I don’t mean dirty like trash, I mean dirty like it looks like lake water The temperature inside our room was hot The unit showed 65 but it was prob closer to 80 We sweat at night the last night I read other reviews where they had the same issue They don’t have a fridge or microwave but you can get a fridge if they have a spare one and you ask I found that weird It is 2022, hot outside, and the price suggest at least this amenity Would I stay again, absolutely if work is paying I would personally prob get a different hotel if I were choosing But it was still a good stay and I’m not opposed to returningPlease put some money into updates and this place will be worth the visit

Joel Gorrín Monzón (Joe Google Reviews)

My first impression of the hotel was not shocking It is not a luxury hotel but the reception was excellent, the entry process was fast and very good cleanliness in the main Lobby area The elevators are in very good condition and when you arrive at the room very good impression, very spacious, good view of the bay, good temperature and good smell, the best thing about the room is the bathroom, super spacious and comfortable

The only downside is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator but nothing so necessary for usMy Joe Google Rate is: 95%

When I booked, I was told I could check in early for $50 on the phone I had a surgery that morning When I arrived they charged me for and entire extra day for checking in early

When I did check in I was not given a parking pass and the parking person outside wasn’t there Finally he showed up and told us to just go in the garage THEN, I went to the room and it was the wrong room We had to walk all the way back to front desk and sit and wait for him to finally find the room that I booked THEN, before surgery I am required to take a shower, the shower is broken there is only one temperature, hell fire I tried every angle to take a shower and it wouldn’t even shoot out cold water, only hot Called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do So I had to basically burn my skin to shower before my surgery I was supposed to be sleeping before At this time I hadn’t had any sleep yet Also the pillows were rock hard They advertised room service for food and none of that was included I paid $700 for a day and a half and I would never go there again Also the carpets were filthy in the room and in the halls

For the price the hotel was great The customer service was good Whenever we requested something from the front desk, the staff would call your room to confirm you received what you needed

I loved having a laundry room that you could use a debit/credit card for and not have to worry about getting cash The view is amazing, we had the bay side view The room is spacious and it was convenient to have a full size kitchen and bedroom that is separate and private from the living room area We love the ability to go for a swim at 7am while having a drink at the pool The grills were a plus as wellI gave 4 stars for several reasons but mainly due to the room not being cleaned very well I did address this with the front staff and they sent someone to clean the area we were the most unhappy with The pool towels are limited so I would recommend bringing your own The room could definitely use some updating and we were a little disappointed because the pictures shown on their website looked betterRecommendations for the hotel is to put larger trash cans in the kitchen, add brooms/ mops in the rooms (Especially because we stayed 8 nights), make sure enough toiletries are provided based on the length of stay, purchase more linens, and update the rooms (The tub had peeling paint, furniture outdated and beat up, and cracked flooring)Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return

Crissy Knight

Overall loved everything about this place!! Atmosphere is great Much quieter than expected Being on the 3rd floor we heard no one above or below us

The pull out couch was very comfortable, happily surprised Our only real complaint, and it’s gross Actual dirty dishes were in the cupboard Easy fix we just washed anything and everything before we used it

Jennifer V.

Went for a weekend getaway for sun, a pool and water view This place did all that The grounds are beautiful and well kept

The poolside restaurant had super hardworking and friendly staff; food and drinks were great Pool area was small and could use more chairs as they are filled up really early The hotel itself is outdated but clean overall and had everything we needed We did request toilet paper and towels twice and never received them, but when our TV broke a maintenance worker showed up very quickly Unfortunately the free shuttle bus is very unreliable; upon arrival after waiting an hour and half at the airport we took a cab And upon departure we reserved it for 10am and it was about 40 minutes late, which caused a panic as we had a flight to make Over this is a great place for quick stay for some sun and fun!

Stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint me at all Place is clean, breakfast is decent (I make my own egg and cheese burrito, maybe they can add sour cream next time), love the fireplace at night to keep you warm, reception is very friendly except for one Would be nice if a certain receptionist understands the hospitality work she’s in, a receptionist is the first person that greets you very time you drop by the front desk

She seems to be not happy with her job Asked her if she’s okay one day as she’s got this long face all the time and her response is she’s tired Aren’t we all? I like approaching Jessica and Karen as they always have that welcoming smile on their faces and interacts with the guests when needed, highly commendable Julie their manager is phenomenal I can’t count how many I asked her to change the way my billing is done and she did with patience Would I go back to this place again or recommend it to friends and families? ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY!

Great experience a newer property, solid friendly service, however it was the properties breakfast that won me over The people working the breakfast area always smiling, always offering to help, made me smile to start my day Breakfast choices were excellent and in an age where many places using covid as the reason they cut back, this was one of the best

I enjoyed my breakfast Well done!

Was there for two nights last weekend for a fan fest Blown away by the cleanliness and friendly staff Room was EXQUISITE

I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchen before, including fridge, oven, and DISHWASHER As you can tell, I don’t travel much, and even when I do, I usually stay at a cheaper motel Continentalbreakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, and delicious breakfast sandwiches, as well as oatmeal, bagels, etc Giving it the Dave Meltzer Kenny Omega In The Egg Dome SEVEN STARS

My partner and I came to stay for one night and I can honestly say The Haya is officially one of my favorite hotels to visit in Tampa The hotel is decorated beautifully and it is very clean with friendly staff The hotel is perfect for adults/couples

I didn’t hear any screaming kids which was perfect We went to Flor Fina the restaurant inside the hotel and it has this beautiful ceiling art piece in addition to the lightning and delicious food The restaurant has a smaller menu but trust me what they serve is made with care and lots of flavorTransportation is easy to find because there was the trolley train station near by and it’s free to rideThe hotel is a must visit

Lovely boutique hotel complemented by excellent staff and service as well as a fantastic restaurant and bar While not overly luxurious, the modern styled room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was fine Our room overlooking the pool was quiet

The location was perfect for exploring Ybor and the surrounding areasThe MVP here is the staff From valet and front desk to waitstaff and housekeeping, the Hotel Haya employees were consistently professional, helpful and personable

We recently stayed for two nights while in Tampa The hotel staff is wonderful!!! The hotel is exceptional!!!! The beds are pillow soft and the room is immaculate The coffee shop staff and menu offerings will not disappoint

The pool is resort quality The restaurant is four star! Once in, you’ll find it hard to exit the beautiful marble lined showers The water pressure soothes aching muscles All this for reasonable prices I can’t wait to return Thanks to all the hard working staff!!!!!!

When I arrived at your Hotel in Tampa, I wore an expensive sports coat and button down shirt which I hung in the closet for a ceremony I didn’t have until the weekend When I went to check out, I forgot to check the closet, and left without the clothing items Knowing I did this, I immediately called the front desk after I hit the check out button on your mobile app to ensure they could secure my coat since I had just checked out minutes before

I even told them I could be back later that same day to secure my items They told me they’d look for my items and call me as soon as they found them, and I thought that the issue would be resolved rather easily Hours went by, and I did not receive word of them finding anything, which I found strange considering the promptness of my call after check out I called a second time, asking if they had found my items, and they said they were still looking It was at this moment that I knew I should check for myself I drove over to your hotel, and asked the front desk for a third time if they’d found my items I’d left They said they would check The front desk worker went up to the room Id been in, came back down and said the room had been cleaned already and the items were gone- roughly 5 hours after I’d checked out Obviously the room was going to be cleaned, and in this case, emptied, by then They then told me to wait 20 minutes until the housekeeping staff ended their rounds to see if they’d picked anything up on their carts I told them I couldn’t wait, and if they found my items after the housekeeping staff came down, to call me immediately An hour passed, and I did not receive a call I called back, a fourth time, and they said they’d not found anythingThe point is, I arrived at your establishment, and on the first day, I hung my clothes and didn’t touch them during the duration of my stay They were in that room the day I left, and when I returned to retrieve them, they were goneI do not want to point fingers- this is not the reason for this rating Customer service goes a long way in this business, and I believe your establishment did not meet expectations to secure my items after I’d called immediately I’m not numb to your situation- I understand your hotel is probably short staffed and over worked But to take 30 seconds to go up an elevator to a room to grab clothes after my first initial call wouldn’t have taken much effort- about a minute in my estimation For the sake of other patrons staying at your establishment, please ensure you have their trust in your best interest, because you have lost mine, and I will not be returning

From the moment the decision was made to travel, I knew I needed a hotel for overnight stay that had shuttle service and would be close to the airport I found the perfect hotel I’m a Hilton Honors member and this is always my go to when looking for accommodations while traveling

I checked the web and was offered a good variety of hotels I needed one that was close to the Tampa airport The information on the Hampton Inn & Suites website had all the informational details The pictures were very clear with a bonus picture of their suite The best thing was the suite was also available You don’t know how many times I’ve called the various Hilton Honors locations over the years only to be told the suite is unavailable So this alone was the decision maker for me And they didn’t disappoint The check in was seamless, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean for our group of four The view from the room at night was amazing as well

A pleasant stay, with decent, clean rooms Good location to access Tampa However, they did not have EV charging (it doesn’t count when the EV Chargers are in the parking lot of another hotel, 3 hotels away – yes when I inquired this is where I was directed)

Desk staff were very courteous and polite The breakfast was surprisingly varied, plentiful and tasty Overall very happy with my stay Just keep in mind if you are looking for EV charging it will be a 5 minute walk back from the hotel that actually has it (2 – Charge Point – Stage 2 chargers/240volt)

This is our second time staying at this hotel It is so accommodating, and comfortable It offers a really good breakfast where you can find fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, coffee, you name it, it’ll probably be there

There is also a small gym and a pool There is a bar at the entrance, where you can stop by for a couple of drinks before going to bed Also there are a lot of restaurants and stores and an outlet mall across the street Definitely a great place to stay, and will likely go back

Bad experience here My wife and I typically stay with the Hyatt chain First time coming to this one and it was horrible

The room was not clean and we complained The front desk did nothing about it We asked for bath robes or slippers and the employee told us “we are not that type of hotel, you should have went to that type of hotel if you want those things” Very rude and I will never use Hyatt again

Ashleigh Perry

I use love staying here but this evening not so much The gentlemen at the front desk was totally rude and insensitive to what could be going on in my personal life and wanted to say something about my finances in front of 2 others That’s not acceptable

My finances are none of his concern Especially when all I was trying to do was split the payment between two cards I didn’t have enough for the $50 deposit on one card so I asked if we could use a different card for that After a hour of absolutely no help I went on Priceline and paid that way and was told by the ride man that I had to cancel that and use them That was the straw that broke my back and than he had to say what he did about mg finances I don’t need a person that I don’t even know to chime in in my life That’s not his job So needless to say it wasn’t a good time I’m guessing it was because of me being white and not putting up with his ignorant comment that he kicked me out of the hotel and left me with no place to lay my head that night People in Customer Service shouldn’t act like they’re better than anyone, they’re supposed to help, not belittle

Hotel location is great and in a safe clean area Staff were very pleasant and everyone had exceptional customer service For the those things mentioned I would give 5 stars

However, for a Hilton and a hotel in this sort of area I would expect a little better quality of beds We had two different beds, one of which was terrible The carpet was a little dirty with noticeable areas, we just wore our shoes Room was a little musty so for this reason I have given 3 stars The comfort level after long days is what matters and we did not receive the level we had expected

Great place to stay, was there for four nights, great location right next to the airport, super customer service You would have done good deed if you got Marcel to assist you in front desk Clean rooms, very good free internet speed, had a great bar and Starbucks counter too

Pool was great and so was their in house food Will definitely recommend and stay again if I visit Tampa

I am Diamond member at Hilton hotel for a long time and I have never experienced any bad service before This hotel house keeping are horrible at cleaning the room and the pool Let me start out naming all the things that are wrong with the hotel

The dishing in the room are extremely disgusting with yellow stain on such as the plates, utensil, pots and pan The guest bedsheets have some pee odors on it The pool was not clean at all, it was very foggy The pool has three dead small frogs floating on the topI went to worked all day and came back to the hotel room, my room smell like smoke so I called the front desk to see if they can help get the smell out because it’s sees like it was coming from ac vent The gentleman at the front desk was very polite, he was able to switch me to a different room without I even asked After I moved all my stuffs to my new room, I decided come back to double check the room to make sure I did not leave anything behind I ran into three house keeping inside the room, two ladies and a man One of the female house keeper was very rude She is short and have a thick accent, I believe she is Mexican She was very rude to me and she have a horrible attitude She told me that I should’ve wait until the next day to switch the room because she doesn’t have a whole team to clean my room Her tone of voice was very rude and mean She told me if the smell is so bad that it’s unbearable, why did I switch in the morning? I was at work all day and when I came back from work the smell of smoke is there I have never heard or see from a hotel that they will need a whole team of house keepers to clean one room before If that house keeper have such a problem with me switching the room, why don’t she go talks to the manager? I was offered to switch the room by the gentleman in the front desk I am not satisfied with my stays, I am a loyal customer Diamond member and I will not tolerated by this type of behavior from that female house keeper She need a better training at her job

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive Breakfast was nice with good options Minor complaints we’re that our cleaning staff only spoke Spanish so had to use gestures and the little Spanish I remember from high school to communicate

Also the bottom part of the fridge wasn’t cold and one of the plugs for the bath tub wasn’t working Both the fridge and the tub were fixed relatively quickly by the maintenance crew

Our stay was April 26-30Room:the room had a strange smell when we checked in and a carpet issue (carpet in a hotel room in 2022 is a poor choice)One of our room phones was broken which we only discovered because Damian called to find out how our room was, Damian initiated an immediate phone repair We would have likely never used the phone but appreciate Damian’s attention to our stay

The guest services manager Damian did a fantastic job addressing the room issue on night oneThe room itself was large and surprisingly very quiet for being an airport hotel Full size fridge, two burners, plates glasses and utensilsThe thermostat was unique Setting the temperature to say 70 was simple but if the room got too cold and you increased the temp to 71 thinking the thermostat would just shut off you would be incorrect, the heat kicks on and warms the room Not like homeLocation:The location was 6 minutes from the airport and very convenient to the freeway for travel Worked great for usWe walked to several other hotels in the complex and the Homewood appeared to be a bit of a step down in appearance and updatesService:We were told by Damian at check in that we could schedule a day for our housekeeping service which we declined at first but because of our carpet issue housekeeping and engineering were deplored on day 2 to rectify the issueThe hot water in the lobby was usually not kept up but the front desk staff was always willing to pull water from the kitchen for usThe Wednesday evening social was pretty cool, we made a point to put it on our calendar and our only disappointment was that it is not offered more oftenBreakfast was great for the guys in our group but not really the same that we have experienced at other Hilton brands for my wife The fresh fruit was limited, no waffles and overall not as many options that we have seen elsewhere

This place is the BEST! I recently stayed for a weekend and accidently left my work computer in my room I realized when I got home The office manager and staff were so helpful and kind

They helped with the return and I was so grateful I had a shipping company pick up my computer and I received it back in perfect condition Definitely the place to stay! Thank you! Thank you!

When getting a hotel like La Quinta Inn, you need to remember you’re not staying at the Sheraton or Embassy Suites You’re getting something affordable, convenient, and reliable which is exactly what it was! So I’m typically not as picky or critical if something is going on I needed a place to stay for a few days and I got a very comfortable stay

Rooms were a little outdated but cozy, breakfast was nice but there wasn’t much variety And all of that is fine! It’s not the Sheraton rememberThe location to Busch Gardens was awesome and a short Uber/Lyft away and there were some shops about a 10-15 minute walk away which was convenient The staff was extremely friendly and was helpful in answering any question or dealing with any issue I had They were awesome and a big part of the reason why I enjoyed my stayThe stay wasn’t perfect, there was some issues with the toilet, a little water leaked from the AC window unit and I had to get a new key card because mine didn’t work for my room Did I want this to happen? Absolutely not, but for the price I paid and convenience I was okay with it

magaly ramos

The bathroom it’s too low to the floor do you need to update the room more model The carpet needs to go they look really old! The people works there they’re really nice the lobby everything smells good but they need new carpet update to look nicer! The only thing I don’t like the doors when you go in the room they make tuna too much noise you sure slam doors all night
