I am happy to give this establishment 5 stars Clean & comfortable hotels can still be found at an excellent value- (even in today’s market) The highlights of the suites are the large kitchenette and the extremely helpful service

The front desk personnel are kind, friendly, and accommodating (We were a family of 4 – including a special needs adult staying in the 2 queen room) The suites themselves are located in a quiet part of town relatively close to attractions I felt safe in and around the hotel I would stay again & am happy I found such family friendly lodging!

We spoke to Nichole Oram the front office manager, multiple times before our stay She was always very nice and helpful with all of our questions about Tucson and the surrounding area She recommended multiple places to dine for both breakfast and dinner

All were VERY GOOD I can’t go on enough about the diner across the road called Jerry Bob’s The staff was very friendly and the cook was spectacularOur room was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold Just what you want in the hot, hot summertime We were surprised to find that we could do laundry for free while staying there We will stay at this hotel every time we pass through this part of Arizona I wish all hotels were as clean, the staff was as nice, and the location this good! Thanks again Nichole for everything

Great rooms, very clean and good for one person Two people might need a larger room than what they offer but for the most part very nice accomodations The staff is very helpful and friendly with the exception of one staff member who has an attitude and is not friendly or concerned with how she comes across to guests

I witnessed multiple interactions in which she was quite unfriendly I did notify the manager of my interaction with this staff member and was assured it would be addressed as it apparently is not the first time someone has brought it to their attention The staff member Ryan, I believe is her name, was my favorite and most helpful, accommodating front desk person I had the pleasure of interacting with and if I went back it would be because of the great service she provided and the effort she made to correct any issue that was brought to her attention As far as hotels pool it was small but nice, the gym was a good size and they offer free laundry which is a plus if your staying for an extended amount of time Overall I was pleased with my stay

Wow I don’t even know where to start This place is adult Disneyland I just had the opportunity To visit this place for the first time for three days and two nights

Because I booked it so far in advance and it was during summer, I got a discount on the room It was unbelievable It is hard to describe in words The customer service was unbelievable Everybody has the intention of bettering themselves, connection, unplugging, and re-charging They offer a variety of courses from cocktail making, beekeeping, obstacle courses, massages, reiki, Acupuncture & more! The robes they give you to wear are unbelievably soft I was disillusioned into thinking this place would be filled with a different type of attitude because of the costs associated with it however it was nothing like I imagined This place is the most down to earth, centering, and grounding place I have ever visited It is magical The Catalina mountains are stunning I am so excited each and every day because I know I will be going back here soon

Shelly Bellavita

Discriminatory!!! My fiance planned a mother’s day spa experience and was told by the spa to bring me by after work to tour the location When we arrived, they could see us through the Camera and asked us to leave When he explained why we were there, they had us wait for 10minutes at the gate and then sent security to literally escort us off of the property

We will never give this place our business The second they see someone is of color, they deny service

UPDATE: MOTHS IN ROOM!!I stayed at Miraval Arizona for 3 nights in a Solace room with an outdoor hot tub The base rate was $1,279 before adding the resort fee and taxesThe room and patio were very spacious

Upon entering I was greeted by many flying insects including large and small moths Fortunately I had packed a fly swatter however they seemed to keep getting in throughout my stay If I grabbed a towel or moved bedding these little moths would fly outthey were everywhere Alive and dead I asked front desk for solutions but they had noneThey flew out of my luggage when I got home I opened my suitcase again a few weeks after I got home and more moths flew out I went online and identified them as possibly being clothing moths My hotel room seemed infested!! I regret staying there now Now these moths are at my home ☹️ The room was not as clean as one would expect and the plush carpet in the room was stained and flattened There was dirt on the walls and the paint was peeling and chipped The outside patio chairs were stained The hot tub was very dirty and I had to request it be cleaned Every time I used it I got hives on my legs Fortunately they went away after a few hours I wish I had brought toilet paper from home, it was thin and rough The towels were also rough, some were dingy and had a strange odorThe resort itself was very large and I enjoyed walking around it Because I was staying at the Retreat I got in a lot of walking in which I really enjoyed, I easily got over 10,000 steps a day before dinner! I would warn others that don’t enjoy long walks in 100 degrees to pick a room closer to the main buildingsThe activities were plentiful and I enjoyed most of them Most of the instructors seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing with one exception Maybe she was having a bad day My favourite was the Clairvoyant reading with Janet Rae, she really surprised me with her ability to tune into who I was and my feelings I also really enjoyed the Stress Mastery Class, the instructor was so genuine and pleasant The past lives regressions lady was hilarious and just fun to be aroundI was the only one who didn’t seem to successfully experience a past life but I still really enjoyed the experience The activity rooms were very basic, like conference rooms at a lower end hotel with old carpet and square panel ceiling and lights that flicker annoyinglyI booked a couple of spa treatments which were good but the spa was a bit underwhelming and dirty The carpet in the hall was so dirty and riddled with stains The loungers in the relaxation area were stained and I didn’t want to sit on them I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have these things cleaned It did not feel very luxurious The first time I went to the spa I was offered flavored fruit water which was delicious but the second time I was offered nothing despite arriving well in advance of my appointment timeThe food was plentiful but of average quality The menu and buffet was very repetitive and limited in variety I enjoyed the food but would have been happy to pay for more varied and high quality meals in a seperate restaurant Being an all inclusive resort I guess this means having limited options At dinner I noticed the chairs and floors had crumbs which seemed odd because the restaurant is closed for hours between lunch and dinner I guess they don’t clean in between The staff were lovely and friendly thoughWhile I really enjoyed my stay I found the resort to be a bit shabby and dirty overall It is need of some maintenance and cleaning It’s a shame because it really is a beautiful and special place The prices they charge don’t seem in line with the quality and cleanliness however maybe the value is in the many included activities and food The decor is pretty plain Most of the paths are dirt and the landscaping is very natural, not many lush green areas It used to be a rehab center so maybe that’s why it’s not very fancyOverall it was a really great experience but I would not go back to this location

On paper, this place has exactly what we needed: two beds and a sleeper sofa at an affordable priceWhen we arrived, an afternoon in the middle of a desert heatwave, we checked in then found out there was no running water for the next three hours And if we needed a drink? There was a vending machine selling bottled water for two bucks a pop

This did not sit well with me It’s a desert heatwave Maybe offer free water while you fix your pipes!Since we were traveling, we needed to use a toilet – and we needed them to flush! The guy at the desk said we could go to Denny’s We hopped in the car and drove over A big sign on their door indicated toilets were for paying customers only Being dehydrated, we bought drinks so we could use the toiletThat night, in the room, we learned we could not control the AC It was so cold! (Ironic, I know)So at least I had breakfast to look forward to Wrong again A sign indicated Tucson area hotels were having supply chain issues with their hot breakfast items Out of curiosity, I called two other 3-star hotels, and they both reported no supply chain issues with breakfast I wonder if the management just wanted ways to short us for profitThey did remodel recently So the freezing room with no water or breakfast did have a new toilet and suchI should also note the girls working the front desk were all super professional and kind Not their fault the management does it this way

James Pellinghelli

This hotel is pretty conveniently locatedIt has a pretty good shower in the room and the room was pretty cleanThe bed was very firm

Breakfast was OKMicrowave cooked eggs!!A pretty good experience for the price overallI’ve always been happy to stay at a Country Inn and Suites

Diane Hilliard

The room was clean and mostly comfortable I don’t believe the sofa bed sheets were fresh However, after going to the front desk to request replacement sheets and being denied by the housekeeper there, we encountered a housekeeper near our room that was more than happy to supply us with whatever we needed

The telephone in the room is mostly unusable because the cord from the phone to the handset is broken, and doesn’t stay in the handset unless you hold it there I get we have cellphones now, but sometimes you just wanna call the front desk The breakfast was mediocre We got there about an hour before closing on a Sunday, and there was no milk left (pitcher only) The sausages were limp and undercooked The fruit was fresh, and there were lots of bread choices It was ok, just not for my taste Overall, the room was comfortable Just like having different choices for pillows, I guess it’s the same for beds One queen was comfy, the other hard as a rock Luckily there were others in our party not as old as me, so they were fine Most of the staff were encountered were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the room was comfortable (the chair and sofa were really comfy!) The neighborhood is a little rough (there was a shooting at the hotel next door), but we didn’t go out at night so we were fine Daytime is great Convenient, literally right off the freeway Oh, and nice hot water for the shower!

We (my wife, two kids, and me) just wrapped up a two day/two night staycation at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain This was a great experience from top to bottom Customer service was top notch from every department and employee we encountered

The rooms were comfortable and decent sized, not to mention great views There are plenty of dining options to chose from and they are all great We didn’t have a bad piece of food at any restaurant There are two main pools in the resort One is clearly geared to be a kids pool, with a splash pad and water slide, and the other is geared to be an adult pool (although it isn’t an adults only pool) Both pools, while different vibes, are great Food and drink service around the pools is also top notch and if you’re hungry or thirsty, you won’t wait long before being able to get an order inWe’ve stayed at a few high-end resorts since the pandemic and it seems like most of them have taken a step back in terms of the quality of customer service Not at Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain I can’t recommend this resort enough! We will be back

Cindy Wulbert

I loved the Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain The rooms are great and the staff was excellent Everyone was professional and interested in making our stay enjoyable

I would love for them to offer additional items such as a shrimp cocktail by the pool but the food was great at the pool The staff is well developed to offer the type of service you expect to get at a 5 star hotel I also liked the adult atmosphere at the upper pool while the kids were mainly at the pool with the water slide It was very peaceful and relaxing

Carmella Weatherill

What a hidden gem! So quite and serene – the grounds are beautiful and the property is tucked away off the main roads for a peaceful experience – decor has a very rustic feeling The indoor lounging areas are very inviting if you just want to hang out and have a drink by the fire or at the wine bar Highly recommend if you want to get away and chill

Great hiking, golf and spa! Staff was very friendly and available

Selfishly, I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this beautiful gem all to myself! The property is absolutely dreamy with gorgeous plants and southwestern architecture and decor It was the perfect backdrop for the relaxing getaway that I needed Everything, from the grounds, to the pools, to my room, were all very clean

The staff were the cherry on top of the sundae–warm, welcoming, beyond helpful, and catered to burnt out people like myself Rhea, at the front desk, was so kind and friendly and helped me with almost everything I neededNow, lastly, but most importantly, I had THE BEST massage from David at The Spa I’m sure they are all wonderful, but if you need to melt away your aches and pains, he is the massage therapist to schedule with He was professional, listened to my needs, and removed a knot from my upper back that I thought would never go away, as multiple other massage therapists were unable to resolve the issue I also received a facial from Lois, which was hands down the best I have ever had My skin has not looked this refreshed in so long Thank you to everyone at this resort, from the cleaning staff to the owner, for such a beautiful and restorative experience I will definitely be returning

Benjamin Kastelic

We were blessed enough to have our wedding here, and I cannot thank the catering and service team at Hacienda enough, including the events coordinator, Greta They were accommodating, included us in every step of the preparations, provided a fantastically picturesque setting, and brilliant food for our special dayWe stayed in the historic suite which was perfect for bridal prep time on the morning of, and we are beyond grateful to have had our special wedding day memories there

We’ll be back for the anniversary dinners for sure! Thank you Greta and HdS team!

Really enjoyed this place from the moment we arrived The property is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly, especially enjoyed chatting with Cliff(?) Clean rooms as well as the entire property

Really enjoyed the oversized tubs Truly felt like a resort compared to other resorts i have visitedRoom service was great, but the quality of the steak was less than desirable Only other complaint was that you can hear every sound made in the hallways from your roomBesides that it was very quiet

Charles Isaac

Absolutely wonderful staff! Welcoming, efficient and friendly Rooms were large and comfortable We had a great view to the south over the valley and Tuscon

Hiking trails right from the property Dining was a bit limited due to covid but what was offered was delicious; meaty pizza!Absolutely coming back!

Danielle Sydnor

Great location and spacious resort The bars are outstanding The rooms were very nice

I enjoyed the robes provided There is an extra $15 per night for the microwave Excellent customer service My only concern was the pool I did not like that there were a lot of bugs in the pool We asked if they could clean it, but they mention when it wasn’t busy in the pool It would help if they had the skimmer on to get rid of the bugs Other guests did not get in the pool as well because there were a lot of bugs in the pool Other than that it is a beautiful resort Awesome gym Take a short walk to the waterfall, it was beautiful and a great place for photos

Every single part of our stay was amazing! The food, the activities, the staff

we will definitely be doing this again We visited months ago and we still talk about it all the time Hands down the best family vacation we have ever had Every person working on that ranch is friendly and happy to help! We enjoyed making friends with the staff and our stay in general We loved it and recommend it to everyone

holly proto

The ranch was exactly what our family had hoped for during our spring break The rides were great especially the fast rides We participated in all the horse activities, archery,

22 shooting, entertainment, and e-biking, which was actually very fun Makayla did a great job My older son enjoyed the basketball court , my in-laws enjoyed the hot tub, and my younger son and I enjoyed feeding and petting the horses during any down time We enjoyed every minute here! Customer service is excellent Special thanks to Kristy for picking us up at the airport after many delays and going out of her way to stop by the store for us and having the items waiting in the hacienda! We highly recommend this place!!! We will very much miss the horses especially the ones right out by our house! We stayed in the hacienda It was a lovely home with beautiful scenery from the front looking at the horses to the back by our own fire pit with the mountains in the background

Tanya Wallace

We took a group of 11 people to the ranch for a work trip All of the staff were very accommodating Carol and Stefanie were awesome at arranging our group activities

Everyone had a blast We had a lot of beginner riders Some had never been on a horse before The wranglers were very patient and encouraging with us all The shooting range was well organized We Definitely recommend the White Stallion Ranch and hoping to bring our kids back for a vacation soon

El Conquistador Tucson, A Hilton ResortHotelPLACE DETAILSa week agoBecause this “resort” didn’t send me a survey or request feedback about my stay like most Hilton’s do, I will post my review hereThe resort is beautiful and looks like a lovely place to relax Unfortunately for me, that wasn’t why I booked a four day stay there

Coming from Pittsburgh, PA and never being to AZ before made it difficult to decide where to stay I chose this hotel/resort becauseit was the closest place I could find to where I needed to be to tend to a family crisis I would’ve chosen elsewhere if I knew that there was no way to park closer to my room I wish this was indicated on your website or that someone in the Reservations Dpt warned me, Because I was in Tuscon to help clean out my family member’s house, I returned to the hotel each evening with several heavy bags and binsto sort through which forced me to rely on bellhops every time I was coming or going I waited up to 45 minutes for a bellhop on oneoccasion and then at least 30 minutes for all the other times I’m pretty sure there was only one bellhop available per shift and thatone bellhop always had the only cart with them so I couldn’t do it myself I must say that all my interactions with the bellhops were pleasant, and they all apologized when I told them how long I had been waiting Because the bellhops were the only highlight during my stay, I then had the unexpected task of making sure I had enough cash on hand to give them a well-deserved tip ($30 in $1 bills) I need to add that there was one front desk associate (Jolleane) who offered to walk me to my room as it was late at night, and she knew I had safety concerns This offer was greatly appreciated

Joyce Donnelly

This hotel has beautiful views but you certainly cannot credit the staff for that This is just a hotel that happens to have a nice viewThere are no microwaves, which is extremely inconvenient

If 2 star hotels have microwaves and a free breakfast, I would expect a 4 star hotel to have that as well It really deterred me from spending any money at their over priced restaurant since that is clearly the motive in having no microwaves Luckily there are nice restaurants close byThe hot tubs were not very hot Felt like bath waterRoom service was sub par, I had to ask for full sized towels because they forgot to give me some No real cleaning was done, just a quick towel and garbage grab and they were goneAlso, do not expect to do your laundry here They charge you per item, not per pound You’re better off driving 15 minutes to a laundromat and doing your own laundry for less than $3 (Opposed to $450 per shirt and over $8 per pant, etc)Overall it really seems like I should have gotten a lot more bang for my buck here

I want to leave a review on how excellent the representatives are I had been up since 5 am, flew on a plane, and had to drive from PHX I have a reservation set up already, but my debit card froze, and I did not have access to pay for the whole stay

She allowed me to pay for one night and come back and pay for the additional days I would also love to mention that this hotel is quiet, clean, and peaceful Thank you for the unforgettable mini-vacation

we77st

The front desk were very kind, pleasant, and helpful All the employees wore masks Decent breakfast options and good variety of channels on the TV

I always had parking at the front of the hotel The young woman who checked me out was going to try to get me greener stay points since I did not use housekeeping during my stay I also liked the convenience of the gas station nearby and the bike trail by Steam Pump Ranch (have to walk to Steam Pump ranch across the shopping center to get to it) There was a gym with a small but decent assortment of free weights, a bench, and a small but decent amount of cardio equipment, and outdoor pool 5 min away from Linda Vista hikes The room was mostly clean There were some weird quarter sized stains on the couch and curtain in the room The office chair had tons of crumbs (or bed bug eggs?) in the seams of the chair so I moved it to the corner of the room and did not use it for my stay The shower was out of body soap but I used the bar soap by the sink There was also no lotion in the room It would have also been nice if the gym had more stationary bike options other than the recliner bike and more cardio options, such as having a stair-master

Coming from the hospitality industry myself, I think my standards are high and I’m a bit picky I have never been more impressed with a hotel I was allowed an early check-in (due to unforseen events) and a late check out

The front desk staff is exemplary The attitude and professionalism of every single employee I encounteredsuch a friendly, “all is good”, relaxed attitudethe maid staff whistling tunes and singing while they clean It really has been a pleasure staying here and seeing genuinely kind people enjoying their jobsThis has been a difficult phase of my life, relocating and not feeling on solid ground and this hotel and this wonderfully kind staff made all the difference THANKS SO MUCH, I APPRECIATE EACH OF YOU!Also, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean and all the breakfast options are delicioustoo many options, I’m pretty sure I gained a few pounds

We have stayed here once before but never again after this stay There were small bugs in the bathroom that kept on coming that we eventually found on the bed We asked Linda in front what she could do about it and was told that it was common for the area

We have stayed in dove mountain and other Marriott hotels before where the wildlife is a feature, but we’ve never had these problems Housekeeping is doing their best to take care of them but there’s only so much they can do Kudos to the housekeeping staff for being friendly and helpful but Linda not so much We asked her twice to move us to another room, and no resolution was offered other than a reluctant move to another room We will be contacting general management on Monday

Very impressed with the service Very nice breakfast I’m not that impressed with the rooms

Parts of the bathroom floor were constantly wet because the shower curtain didn’t seem to work the way it should and the showers faucet was so confusing One knob to turn on and one knob to change temperature We also had a broken window screen and a cricket in the window clearly due to the broken screen Would definitely stay here again But would try and be aware of some of those issues before hand

Room and staff were fine Max, waiter at the lobby restaurant was superb- great attentive serviceOnly complaint I have for the hotel was something apparently beyond their control…but is also beyond annoying

There is a bar (Gentle Ben’s, I believe Don’t patronize it Maybe it can go out of business) not only has their music cranked to the max, but the bass is so loud you not only hear it but feel it in the rooms that are unfortunately located on that side – South side I think It is annoying to the nth degreeThe other problem with rooms on this side of the hotel is that 6:30 AM on the dot, every morning the trash trucks back up…to the accompaniment of piercing beep, beep, beeps, and then to the noise of banging steel and heavy chains do the deed with multiple dumpstersNot knowing what it was the first morning I was convinced that a truck had just delivered a load of steel pipes or girders and rolled them off the truck and dropped them on the street We got to enjoy that everysinglemorning Lovely way to wake up three hours before you intended to on a vacationWe stayed here last year in a different part of the hotel and had no issues We expect to stay here again next year, but only if not on this side of the building

This hotel is located very close to campus and other downtown attractions Parking is available for a fee and there is a valet The hotel had an atrium feel with large open spaces

Rooms are decorated in modern furnishings and the bed was very comfortable There is a coffee maker in the room It was very clean, nicely sized and everything worked The restaurant downstairs serves breakfast that was delicious There is no complimentary breakfast For a one night stay it was great and I would stay there again

JB L (Jessie)

I usually don’t post review but for Aries I will Aries helps with housekeeping and has been very attentive to details—brings extra tea bags as I left some on the counter, brings makeup remover when I have makeup on my counter, etc Overall, room is more spacious than a typical Marriott, open building layout, good first floor dining/lounging space

As a titanium member, I received great accommodations I will note one thing for anyone who will stay here (and unfortunately it’s out of Marriott’s control), you will likely get eat plugs in the room as neighboring building has loud music occasionally and trash truck comes around 5:20AM- 8:00 AM regularly

I 100% enjoyed my stay at The Graduate in Tucson The thing that stood out to me the most was the genuine kindness and prof of every person who works there Mike and Sandy checked us in and out l – I called them the dream team and my 7-year-old remarked, “Everyone here is SO nice

“The pool is super cool, I think Tucson’s only rooftop pool I felt pretty posh during my stay 🙂 The rooms are cute and most importantly SUPER CLEANWe will definitely be back! A perfect stay!

Prior to stay I went through previous reviews and after reading I was skeptical but hoping for the best Unfortunately they were spot on Great hotel and location with easy access to explore the city

However, much of the staff seemed to be irritable and under the influences of substances in coffee and bar and restaurant/bar outlets We attempted to dine and enjoy the ambiance after check in but due to limited menu and lack of attention, we grabbed a drink then went off property The weather wasn’t ideal enough to utilize the pool, although the pool deck view is obstructed by high rise buildings The following morning we had hoped for a better experience but was even more disappointed The same “Manager” was working the coffee bar Service levels were very poor and the individual gave off odors from their night or even that morning, along with their mask was only covering their mouth This hotel has a lot of potential I just hope that upper management take the right steps to hire and replace some of the current staff

Comfortable bed, quality materials in the room, plenty of swimming options including a swim up bar and large water slide Golf and tennis The breakfast was great! Staff was really friendly

Great views of the Catalina mountains Beautiful resortWhy is this not a 5 star review then? I’ve actually been in a 5 star hotel and there is quite a difference in quality and luxury Here are my critiques (minor gripes):The resort is very large and you’ll need to do quite a bit of walking to get to anywhere The pool area is in the middle; however, there is no direct path from the rooms to the pool This is the same with the dinning area Go from your room, to an elevator to the lobby, down two flights of stairs Need to leave to go anywhere in your car? Again, you’ll have to hike quite a ways to the parking lot from your room There was a tub in our room, but it was a single person tub Not exactly romantic if your plan is a romantic getaway

Krista Daggett

They are in the process of updating the rooms, the bed was a little too firm, the fridge in the room is way too small I hope they upgrade them! What a beautiful location! However be prepared for lots of walking, the resort is very spaced out and you can’t park anywhere near your room! The bellhop have lots of golf carts to shuttle everyone aroundWe were able to utilize the spa and enjoyed a couples massage, it was awesome! Nice facility

The pools are awesome, even had a guy playing music! Loved the waterfall, my husband loved the slideWe ate at both restaurants, good food Contigo was awesome! Highly recommended It was a great stay!

Justin Montgomery

The rooms were nice but honestly the beds weren’t queens and they were very uncomfortable Besides that it was great Service was on point

Everyone I encountered that worked there was great It is a bit pricey We stayed on the 4th of July so I don’t honestly know if we paid more or less than normal but my girl and her daughters had a blast The pols and slide are fun I’d definitely go back

We only stayed one night but I wanted a clean room and a welcoming atmosphere after a long day of driving The resort delivered The room looked just like the picture and it was clean and relaxing

The thermostat was easy to use which made our stay comfortable The staff was so kind and welcoming They helped us figure out dinner and get settled The waitstaff was amazing and the food was delicious We spent a few hours at the grill and had a wonderful time We are planning to come back with our full family to enjoy the other accommodations Worth the price

Doug Wicks

It’s a nice resort, beautiful environs Reasonably priced, good facilities, very nice staff Like a lot of properties, I think it needs a little refresh after covid, seems like certain things have not been attended to as perhaps they would have if Wyndham was flush, and staffing was not an issue

Paths around the property need repaving Less trafficked areas of grounds had bits of litter Carpet fraying a bit at the junction w hard floor of the bathroom Mostly very nice but

We had stayed previously at the Loews Resort and had such an awful time there we decided to give this place a try, and I’m so incredibly happy we did The staff was so nice and our check in process was quick and easy, we booked through bookingcom and had no issues at all

Valet was present and able to help us to our room immeadiately and he was such a sweetheart The staff working along the property are incredibly knowledgeable about its history John Wayne and Dean Martin had stayed here before and the room they use to stay in is now the cutest gift shop The room service was amazing, everything was fresh and clean We tried all the deserts and couldn’t pick a favorite they were equally so wonderful in their own ways We walked around the gardens and the chefs garden was so amazing We saw so much wildlife including a snakes, cardinals, lizards, and lots of different species of butterflies We learned about a ghost that also roam the property and in the beginning of my stay I swear I had seen her standing in our bathroom checking on us We are huge paranormal fans so this was an out of this world stay Definitely coming back Thank you so much to everyone here!

***EDITED*** The romance of the southwestern architecture, sitting room and beautiful desert landscapes brought us back for some local R&R I’ve stayed at the Arizona Inn over the last 15 years and little has changed

Maybe some modern interior design upgrades and implementation of local artist toiletries might spark the interest to return For now all I miss is the lovely dinner at the Audubon Restaurant experience we had

Erin Marie Bradley

Super disappointed with how the Arizona Inn handled their guests who had events booked that were affected by Covid I had my wedding planned for the Spring and then rescheduled for Fall and the staff failed to contact me about cancelling the event BOTH times Instead, they called my wedding guests that had reserved stays to inform them that my wedding was cancelled and asked if they wanted to cancel their reservations as well

They also requested that the guests not tell ME about their reservations getting cancelled because the Inn wanted to contact me Shouldn’t you contact the person hosting the event BEFORE you call their guests? In any case, they NEVER CALLED ME I was under the impression was wedding was still going to be held during the Fall when I rescheduled it for Weeks leading up to the date, I called to confirm I was told that they were not holding any events until further notice No apologies from the staff or manager, Patrick, that I spoke with I lost many deposits on the vendors that I had booked because of their lack of communication and it was also a struggle to get our funds back that we had paid ahead of time for the entire wedding It seems they wanted to keep our money for a wedding they had no intention of holding? And they did not consider communication being essential during a time where they let go most of their staff? Needless to say, I have never been so angry with an organization before and their administration’s lack of empathy and action is appalling

I’d never stayed in Tucson and if I can avoid it I certainly will My husbands company used Choice Hotels and he had already stayed in a couple others in Tucson that were unsuitable That being said, If you don’t mind a hotel crowded with the homeless and transient then this could be a place for you

There is what seems like a homeless camp behind the hotel and unfortunately that’s where most of the parking is as well I didn’t feel comfortable going out of the hotel at night Those that could afford a room were inside the common areas As we were walking in with our bags, we were stopped by the front desk clerk saying he had run up to check our room and it wasn’t ready He had switched us to another that was and handed us our new key We got up to our room and it smelled of fried food, which is weird because we were on the second floor The bathroom door didn’t close much less lock and the volume on the remote didn’t work either The next morning I woke up to what felt like bug bites all over my legs and torso We only had 1 set of towels for 2 people and so we made the most of it The breakfast area was again crowded with transients and we definitely won’t be staying there again The staff was very courteous and doing the best they can under the circumstances

Denis Aseltine

Where shall I start? First I have been a Choice Privileges member for seven years and never had a problem or issue at any Choice Hotel that we have stayed at Well that all changed this time and hopefully will not be an issue for anyone else but it needs to be told about this Comfort Inn Upon check we were informed by the clerk that the pool and hot tub were not available because they had not been given clearance! She said we would be able to use the pool and hot tub at the Holiday Inn Express next door by showing our room key

We decided to do that and you can guess our embarrassment upon walking into the Holiday Inn Express and being told no way they had no information about Comfort Inn guest using their pool, saying it would be a liability issue, agreed with that Upon informing the clerk at the Comfort Inn she made a phone call in the back office and then said there is an issue She gave us 20% off our room but later saw her let a lady and kids into the pool Really? Reported same to Customer service

Had to make our own bed with incorrect sheets: Prechecked into room from email in the morning and received notification that room was ready by noon Arrived late at night to find that only one bed was made Was told there were no other rooms to be exchanged and was then given sheets to make our own bed

Sheets were the incorrect size too small This was to be a good positive family trip and after a long day of traveling this was not a positive place to be Very sad Was given a discount but would have rather have paid more to have a good situation

Armando Enriquez

I just want to say that in this hotel they have bugs The reception person went to take photos and looked at the bug that was there as soon as I let them know in case they wanted to stay here She meant that they were rain bugs that doesn’t make sense

She didn’t apologize or offer anything very disappointed I feel I wish they could be more careful with this and I am talking about the hotels owners
