I’ve stayed in quite a few of the hotels in this area (and pretty sure all of the Choice Hotels) and this one is definitely my favorite The price is a little steep compared to others around, but you do get what you pay for here (good) and it’s worth it, if you’re planning to spend time relaxing at your hotel during whatever you’re in town forCheck in was easy, front desk staff friendly and eager to help

Rooms are modern and fashionable, with lots of space Large bathrooms and pull out couches included in king/double rooms TV and appliances all worked without issue Bed was very comfortable and cleanAs of mid-February 2022, their breakfast is back to what it used to be, and it includes plenty of tasty hot and cold options They also have a small heated pool which I enjoyed, and a fitness center as well Housekeeping is every three nights if you’re on a long stay, and they will also bring you what you need aside from your room being serviced if you call and ask nicelyOnly picky things that I have to say is that there are no TV channel guides in the rooms and the top of the shower curtain in room 320 was torn Also no safes in rooms, but I just took valuables with me each dayI come for the state fair each year and will definitely stay again Huge step up from the Clarion Inn off Adamo (never again will I stay there) and the Quality Inns towards Busch Gardens and Ybor

I came to Comfort Suites to stay the night after attending the Chris Brown and Lil Baby concert at Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre This location is in walking distance to the amphitheater and fairgrounds! There is a little lake out front with birds and turtles sunbathing, and a small creek on the side of the hotel All of the staff I came into contact with were so sweet and had no problems answering the many questions I had

The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean, bed pillows and blankets were all super comfortable Bathroom had a great shower with a detachable shower head, good amount of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, tissues, and the toilet paper was neatly folded which I thought was a nice touch Inside of the room there was a pull out couch, a desk if you need to bring your laptop and work, a phone, a charging block for electronics, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee pot with coffee pods, sugar, cream, tea bags, napkins There’s also a closet to hang clothes up in, with an iron and ironing board Lots of drawers to fold clothes up in This morning I went down to the lobby for breakfast, which was good They offer pancakes you can make yourself, eggs with packets of hot sauce on the side if you like some kick to your eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, toast with butter and Jelly, muffins, cereal, coffee, juices I absolutely loved this place! It had everything I needed I definitely recommend Comfort Suites! Really enjoyed my time there

This is a very nice hotel and clean The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast in the morning was good, not that you should expect much out of a breakfast that’s included However it is very nice to have this as an option for a quick grab and go in the morning

My son said the coffee was good! I would definitely stay here again if I were going to another concert or event at the Ampitheatre

We were there for our son’s wedding and had lots of family with us All of the staff were amazing! Kim at the front desk went out of her way to make us happy! All of the folks at the front desk were superstars: Kim, George, Ron, and Anastasia! Thank you for an an amazing stay! The beds and bedding were awesome and so comfy! Even our 84 year old mother who never sleeps well, slept like a baby! Wonderful experience!

My stay was great!!! I have to acknowledge the housekeeper Betty K, she made sure and ensured that all of my needs were met on time She extended her courteous gesture and visited every morning and I appreciated it

My checkout experience was also great!! Stephanie greeted me with a smile and made the checkout process easy Thank you both for my wonderful time at the Westin

What a horrible stay – wish we had chosen a different hotel for our weekend First we endured a ridiculously long wait to check-in because there was only one person at the front desk on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON Then we get a suite that doesn’t have a working bathtub (water wouldn’t drain), no body wash, no bathrobes in the room, and a defective television

Someone came up to “fix” the tub but it still wouldn’t drain in the morning, and when we called down again the front desk tells us they’re aware the tub isn’t working and it needs a bigger fix So they waited to tell us/fix the problem until WE called down to call about it We are finally switched to another room, but it, too, doesn’t have body wash or bathrobes, and now the AC barely works and there is a defective smoke detector that flashes bright green throughout the night When we call the front desk at 2:30am to let them about the smoke detector and how it’s now woken up our 2 year old, instead of offering to fix it or another more feasible solution, we are offered a room change – at 2:30AM with a toddler Ridiculous! The next morning, we stood around for at least 15 minutes before a valet attendant even acknowledged us to ask if we were waiting for our car even though we stood right in front of several guys just standing around chatting with each other It was only when my husband pulled out his wallet that someone looked our way and offered to assistWe were offered $50 off our room stay and complimentary parking for our troubles, but i just received my credit card statement and the parking was charged HORRIBLE experience and with so many other hotels to choose from in the area, Westin Waterside is the last place anyone should book

I would not recommend this hotel The front desk staff is not friendly or hospitable, the hotel elevator was out of service & the one available for service needed serious improvementsRoom service staff was friendly & nice, the beds & pillows are comfortable and nice quality, and the hotel lounge area is nice

Overall it’s the poor customer service that I can’t deal with & broke/ elevator issues

Cassey Johnson

Where do I start???? First, the staff is very accommodating and polite Everyone staff member I walked by said hello Which never happens much these days

The room was very clean I had a cleaning business, so I have an eye for what others don’t see and there was not one issue with my room And believe me, I check I was at the business center and overheard a customer being upset with the staff and she was so very professional I wanted to tell the guy to back off but I didn’t She handled herself and helped the customer resolve the issue It was a amazing Everyone was happy I understand that people have the “DIMOND STATUS” with this hotel chain, but the world has changed Due to COVID, everyone needs to be understanding that businesses hands are tide right now and we all, as a whole, as consumers, as people need to remember we are all in the same battle We all really need to work together harder than ever before to help businesses, whether small or large, get back on their feet, running smoothly I wish people could just be nicer Anyways, this place is amazing I loved it It was hands down the cleanest hotel I have stayed at with Marriott Definitely will be back

cleveland freeman

NOT RECOMMENDED! Front staff were very nice Decent breakfast ZERO parking either of the nights

Had to park on the street a block away Shared parking lot with another hotel Front desk told another guy to park between the handicap spots Used the coffee maker for hot water and sludge came out from the previous user putting coffee grounds in the wrong spot (which meant it hadn’t been cleaned between stays) Elevator was out, we had to carry our luggage up and down three floors Toilet seat wasn’t seated properly so it slipped and clunked every time you sat on it If it hadn’t been so late, we would have checked out and gotten another room Gave them grace the first night, thought parking was a fluke It wasn’t

Had 8 rooms reserved for a business golf trip Book rooms months in advance because our golf resort 2hrs away was full for the night of arrival into Florida Was on vacation in Florida with family and called hotel 2 weeks prior to cancellation room deadline to cancel room block

Spoke to an associate to cancel the rooms The associate told me that I needed to speak to a manager to cancel the rooms I was placed on hold for 20 min Associate came back and let me know the manager could not speak to me at that current time and to call back Of course with being on vacation and doing family activities, I forgot to call back I realize that is on myself but when I realized I was charged for the room block for no showing, the manager I spoke to said they had no Idea why the associate did not cancel the rooms on the first call There wasn’t a need for a manager to cancel the rooms in the first place, all associates are able to do the room cancellations I am not looking for a full refund, but maybe just something I have requested on 4 different occasions to speak with a manager at the location through Marriott elite services but have never gotten a call back I just feel that if the hotel handled my call correctly right away, we would of had this this situation

Scott Thompson

Marriott Titanium member who travels a lot and 95% of stays are on Marriott properties Nearly never write reviews, but wish I had known this info prior to my last minute booking, without research Staff was fine, but this hotel simply does not meet Marriott standards

It desperately needs updated Dingy, worn out carpets, musky odor, everything outdated and showing its age What was presented as breakfast was sub-standard as wellAfter first night, I moved to another Fairfield (Tampa Wesley Chapel) and was quickly reminded of the dramatic difference, as the other one is modern, clean, spacious, etcI’m sure staff at the Brandon Fairfield are doing their job, with what they have, but the current state of the hotel should not be accepted as a Marriott property and I felt a review should put out there for those preparing for a stay in the area

Loved our stay… We came to town for a week to celebrate our anniversary The front desk, Pam, was so warm and welcoming We spent a couple of evenings relaxing at the bar for drinks and food

Brandon was the bartender and he is amazing! He is so friendly and fun, we had a great time talking and laughing Our room was cozy and we enjoyed having a balcony This trip it was nice not to be downtown, but we were close enough to the highway to get everywhere We would definitely come back here for our next trip

Nick Terpstra

Pam at the front desk is one of the kindest individuals I have come across in recent memory Just had to put that out there Get that woman a raise! Now, on to the review :)I stayed on the second floor and the end of the hallway with a decent pool view

The room was really nice Comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, massive TV, beautiful desk with CAT5e hook up, which is great since I do work on the roadThe bathroom is roomy and ornateI booked with Priceline, which can be risky, but it worked out greatFYI, for two nights, I paid $285 I’m pleased, good value

Ramon Scarlett

The staff was the nicest staff I’ve encountered at a hotel in awhile Special shout out to the front desk agent Sana! Very nice and professional young lady She were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door

She also were able to recommend a few good places to grab food which Gabe the shuttle driver would sometimes take me, he also is always kind and very pleasant Overall, great experience

The front desk attendant was extreme nice I don’t like to discredit good customer service because people can be people if you know what I mean but this stay was horrible I thought I was in a scary movie

I am an titanium elite member with Marriott so I’ve stayed in a few hotels (for business and for personal) This experience was a joke When I arrived to the room I already knew it was the best The building is extremely old and outdated (that was okay with me I am on business and didn’t care about being somewhere glamorous) but when I walked in the room seemed dirty The fridge was leaking and everything had water stains It looked like they either didn’t clean or they didn’t clean properly What made me complain was the brown stains on the sheets I immediately requested new bed sheets I finally got settled in and I’m dosing off but when I look up there’s a huge spiders next near the curtain with the spider and his hostages The next was so big, I could immediately tell he had been there for months It was so big I thought I was in a Spider-Man movie (not even being funny) I immediately requested to switch rooms It’s now almost 11 pm and I switch to a second room When I turn on the lights , roaches scatter There was even some that stayed on the counter and hung out as I walked through the doors of the apartment to the counter they were hanging out on (clear sign of infestation ) at that point I was scared to sleep at this place I could only imagine leaving my bags here for 5 days and taking an infestation home with me My reservation was cancelled and I was left stranded in Tampa

When I walked in to check in, I was greeted by two very friendly men I told them what I was there for and that I wouldn’t be able to make it to breakfast They offered me snacks to take for the next day

They also gave me extra coffee to make The room I was in was extremely clean and nice I had enough towels for the two days I was there The bed was comfy and clean When I was able to attend breakfast, it was being kept stocked by a super helpful women She kept everything nice and neat Checkout was easy and quick and I would recommend staying here to others The only downside is that there are no restaurants close by Maybe the closest was a ten minute drive I would stay here again

Matthew Reis

Absolutely fantastic! All the way around! I booked in advance on the Bonvoy app, and called to ask a couple of specific questions The GM, Jake, was extraordinarily helpful and courteous He and the entire staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated

The pool needed a light replacement, but the maintenance engineer worked diligently to make the pool available to us within no time The ladies in charge of breakfast kept the food fresh, warm, and the area clean The house keepers greeted us with smiles every time we walked by The rooms were clean, neat, and the linens were spotless I can not say enough good things about Ms Cynthia at the front desk She went above and beyond for my group as well as every other guest I saw walk in Its obvious that Jake’s hospitable attitude Is the standard at this location I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in tampa It’s close to 75, shopping, and restaurants It was such a wonderful experience going out of town but being taken care of so well

I travel frequently for work and I have never experienced such great hospitality and service The hotel and rooms were very clean and updated The pool area was beautiful and provided lounge chair food and beverage service

The staff from front desk, valet, housekeeping, and in room dining staff were all very friendly and helpful I even had daily maid service That is hard to find these days and this hotel completely nailed it! I can’t wait to return

Connor Jewiss

This hotel is fantastic Having stayed in other properties nearby, this one is the best by far The rooms are fantastic, and so are the amenities

Upon arriving as a Bonvoy Gold member, I was instantly upgraded to one of the highest floors After my flight was cancelled, they easily allowed me to stay an extra night in a room, which was also upgraded, and at a reduced rate All the staff are incredibly friendly, from the front desk, the bell staff, housekeeping, valet, restaurants, pool, and bar The rooms were spotless, and the pools incredibly refreshing Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, and will certainly be staying here again!

Teresa T

Beautiful and luxurious hotel with lots of amenities The staff is friendly and very helpful Clear signs touch screen elevator and there is plenty of food options on property

They honor the privacy tags at the door Plenty of USB and outlets in the room They have slippers and mouthwash too if those matter to you (I certainly appreciate it) Basically everything you would anticipate in an upscale room I would recommend and definitely returnI would appreciate vents in the bathroom I also didn’t see a lock

we booked this hotel because of the positive reviews but after getting there, it was just the opposite right when you walk in there is a musty smell that smacks you in the face- almost like cigarette smell the carpets are so old, and the atmosphere in general is just off

when we got to the room, same musty smell no towels in the bathroom, the water from the sink and the shower smelled so bad not to mention the disgusting couch! stains all over it and it was suppose to be a pull-out mattress after driving for 13 hours we were tired, so we ended up just spreading our blankets on the bed and left first thing in the morning i even woke up with a bite on the ankle would not recommend this place!!

Warning *** I’m having a “Karen” moment! LolSummary- I like this hotel, a lot in fact The service is great, it’s very clean, quite comfortable but, it’s the little things that get meA little back story, my husband and I come to Tampa once a month

We live in Miami and my husband works remotely from home The company he works for, is based here in Tampa and he comes up for his monthly engineering meetings So, we’re here…a lot! LolLike I stated before, I like this hotel The beds are some of the best! The service is really impeccable The grounds are kept nice, they have a gym and an indoor heated pool, so even if it’s a wee bit cold out you can still have some good ole Florida fun! What I don’t like, and it really chaps my hide, 🤣 is the fact that you have to OVER pay for every little tiny thing here For instance, there’s no breakfast Like not even a muffin! There is really bad coffee in the room where they give you 2 sugars and 1 little powdered creamer Some of these little packages have napkins and stir sticks, some don’t Oh, and did I mention it’s really bad…like bad badAnd I know, a lot of people are going to nitpick at the fact that I’m rating them 3 stars because of coffee and breakfast, (I told you I was having a Karen moment) but the fact remains that when I spend $412 for 2 nights at a hotel, with minimal services (because they’ve laid off the majority of their employees so they don’t have to give daily housekeeping room checks, so they can pocket more profit and blame it on the pandemic! Oh yeah, I said it, go watch Adam ruins everything about Covid and Hotels!) I do expect a muffin or at least a dang cup of coffee to be freeThe odd part is, we’ve stayed at this hotel enough that when my husband and I went to Tulsa, OK for our kiddos wedding, I made sure to look for a Marriott Courtyard for us to stay in We encountered the same service, comfort and amenities but, they served a rather large and nice breakfast with coffees, juices, milks etcBut after this, after being charged $203 for a small cup of coffee, I think my husband and will be staying at the Hyatt up the road We were staying there for a while when we were making these trips and I decided, “why not shake it up and stay at the Marriott…”I think we’ll be going back Not for nothing but, they have an enormous breakfast and coffee bar! 😉

Tamira Sallee

Check in was horrible staff was rude Room was dirty dust every where and black mold on the pictrue in the bathroom A room that sleeps 4 but they did not provide any pillows for the pull out sofa and front desk said they were out

Only one working elevator that’s really did not work it would randomly pick floors to stop on and doors would not open all the way Very much not worth $175 a night

I stayed here for a few nights for work and from start to end was a pleasant experience for me The check in process was pretty quick, the front desk person was friendly and helpful and was knowledgeable about the area they worked in, which is sometimes rare The hotel feels brand new, it’s clean and bright with my room being ideal, clean, comfortable and quiet

Breakfast was as expected I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel, with the price being at a very good value and not all the hustle and bustle of downtown Tampa Look forward to my next stay in a few weeks

Christine Martin

We recently stayed at this property for eight nights with our family of five and a dog Overall, we had a really positive experience! The staff were very pleasant and helpful The hotel itself was clean and well appointed

The room size was large and comfortable for a our family during our stay We also found the hotel very quiet even with lots of guests and dogs staying there The breakfast every morning was also really niceThe only thing I’d say could use a bit of improvement were some of the amenities Because of Covid, the room cleaning doesn’t happen daily We had scheduled it for midway through and they didn’t come, so we had to ask them again and they came the next day We did run out of toilet paper and needed new towels more frequently, but when we asked, they were happy to oblige The cookware in the room was very limited and were missing things like there were only 3 forks and 2 knives The bedding was also less than desirable It seemed like they were using a bedskirt as the main blanket which was odd We had to ask for more bedding for the pull out couch The final thing was that during our stay, one of the two dryers were broken – leaving only one dryer for the whole hotel to use There didn’t seem to be any attempts to get a technician to fix it so there was often time long waits to dry our clothingBut other than those amenities we really did enjoy our time and would absolutely stay there again

Jennifer Patterson

Nice place to stay, comfy beds & pillows, nice location, friendly staff, free breakfast & parking, Major Problem

the carpet was FILTHY & there were several pieces of old food on the floor!! I know this is a budget hotel but went to the manager & told them this is NOT up to Hilton standards! I’ve NEVER seen carpet that dirty in even a cheap hotel! The manager was very apologetic & moved me to another room immediately If there is a Hilton wherever I am travelling to, I usually stay there because anything less than pristine clean is really not for me Hilton has always met & usually exceeds my expectations, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors in this one

We stayed at the Epicurean after our wedding that was down the street It was absolutely lovely! We had a large corner room with a rainfall shower head! The staff were so nice in that they brought us a bottle of champagne and a fancy charcuterie board as a gift! All the staff we interacted with were kind as can be I loved the glass of wine on check in! I would definitely recommend this hotel! The area surrounding it is also so walkable, with Blind Tiger and other local eats within walking distance

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itWorth the cost, wonderful food and drink Great rooftop bar! In a marvelous walking area with many many great food options s and bars Walkable to the bay Worked with event staff to put on a cocktail evening with hosted bar and heavy apps and their service was extremely attentive with great food The restaurant was great as well

This definitely a fun place! And customer service was outstanding! I love all the artwork and it was definitely close to downtown and everything that you would want, across the street from Burns steakhouse, they gave us a complimentary bottle of whatever we wanted because it was my birthday which was super nice and complimentary glass of wine when we walked in if we wanted that the bar in the room was fully staffed and equipped and it was great I can’t say enough we only had one shower towel but they corrected that, the place looks a little bit old in the rooms there was some watermarks on the ceiling and the shower wasn’t looking super new and clean and there was no door between the toilet and the bathroom and only one sink in our room so that was annoying but I guess we could have upgraded? The staff was just so nice I love the artwork, valet was amazing, it was a great day I would definitely stay there again and again and again I love that they had the wine area attached and again everyone was just super friendly I don’t know what I’ll say about this place I think that we could have explored it more and I didn’t so maybe next time, I would like to try the spot and I would like to experience the food two things which we didn’t I also think it’s a great value I think that the rooms are priced well and I can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovely two night stay! Our suite was clean and roomy The property is beautiful! Its the most resort-ish style budget friendly extended style property we’ve stayed at Our boys enjoyed the basketball court and pool! Pool towels were readily available

They have a lovely outdoor area with a gas grill as well The lobby and sitting areas are beautiful The staff was friendly! We’ve had better breakfast at other Marriott hotels but we were grateful to not have to spend money on breakfast with it being included in the hotel rate This hotel is in the perfect location! Parking was a little annoying because its in a garage and the garage is a bit tight but that’s what’s expected for downtown Tampa Overall, we will likely be back for our next visit to the area!

The staff at this hotel was phenomenal Very customer oriented We stayed for two days while looking for homes in the area

The parking garage is across the street and is $25 per day We had a 2 bedroom suite and very much enjoyed our time The awkward thing was the entire suite had two towels (Something I wish we knew prior to getting back from the pool) Once again, called the front desk and they were quick about it, but i learned this wasn’t a mistake which is weird if my reservation was for four people in a two bedroom suite The beds are SUPER SOFT, which may be nice if you don’t have a horrid back like myself, and although I cannot deduct points for having a nice soft bed I can however deduct points for the horrid breakfast If I’m spending over $300 a night I expect some sort of acceptable breakfast, or options other than prepackaged sausage biscuitsFinally we got charged for a third night although we only stayed for two, something I’m dealing with nowHorrible breakfast, the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet and the suite was lacking amenities for all four peopleThat being said, staff was phenomenal and very helpful, and hotel was overall quite clean

As with all Residence Inns I have stayed at, rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean Great location in Downtown Walked to Riverwalk, drinks and dinner and to Amalie Arena for an event

Staff polite and attentive Cons Do not stay in Room 201 Every time the air conditioner went on it sounded like a tractor trailer motor idling in the room I could not go to sleep and had to turn the A/C off This room is also on the corner of a busy intersection There was the constant sound of traffic

My wife had a procedure in Tampa so we had to stay 3 days The experience was obviously stressful and a bit scary Every single person we encountered at this Embassy made this experience better

The front desk women were beyond helpful and nice The cleaning crew went out of their way to ensure our room was clean and safe before and after the surgery The cook was awesome and the lady in that area offered to fix my wife something special 5 stars and above to this team! Thank you for making a stressful experience better

Attended an awards event there Both conference rooms were well decorated and I loved that one had a sitting area Inside there is a really nice restaurant and seating that makes you feel as though you are sitting in a park outside

Catering staff was very friendly and accommodating (there was no vegan food but they made me a plate full of Romain lettuce) Guests raved about the food

Super clean! Rooms are the Embassy Suites “standard,” which means Excellent! Large suites, well designed with a mini-kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker, & sink) Impressive shower with the world’s perfect hot/cold water selector! Quiet, large sleeping area with efficient blackout curtains Nice amenities include iron/ironing board and a safe

Supreme breakfast and at the end of the day they have a wonderful Happy Hour for guests that includes free beer and wine (spirits are available as well) Five stars 🤩

Karina Colmenares

What an excellent stay! The room was great and the customer service was awesome The most memorable part was Jacob from the downstairs restaurant Taste He is one of the best bartender’s I’ve ever met in my life

You can tell he is passionate on what he does and he made my birthday weekend awesome!! Not only that, but that restaurant has the best food ever I went out to eat a few times in Tampa, but my family and I still found our way back to that restaurant because it was definitely 5 star material I will be coming back soon!!

Jerri Allaster

Incredibly expensive for the value I encourage you to book on line and DO NOT wait until the last minute, especially to book on a weekend Do not book at the desk as you will not receive the available online discounts

Although it is a suite, not worth $400+ a night The rooms need some work to get up to date You are provided 2 real glasses, 1 in our room was a quarter full of water and were apparently hand washed or just rinsed instead of cleaned in the dishwasher, unacceptable The room could use a deep cleaning The pool chairs are dated and the tables need to be cleaned periodically The upside, a free happy hour with limited selection from 5pm – 6:30 and breakfast daily, that offers a decent selection You have been warned ⚠️

My stay was a 10/10! I have to deduct 1 star just from partial cleanliness I did stumble across a roach upon room entry Once killed I didn’t see anymore so I chopped it up to just being a big building, however I’ve been to other hotels without any pests

Morning breakfast is AMAZING A cook to order option or a continental breakfast option The bar at night was also nice The bar tender was a cool guy and pleasant to deal withWill be returning to hopefully adjust to 5/5

The hotel is fine and meets my needs However, I am somewhat dissatisfied with these chain hotels eliminating certain amenities such as free breakfast (and charge $1095 for a very limited continental breakfast- no eggs, waffles, etc, without additional charge) and the unlimited 5-mile radius shuttle (now they only service specific locations due to corporate COVID policies)

If they charged half the cost then I would be writing a 4 or 5 star review Now I’m seriously rethinking staying at so called “upscale” hotel chains rather than lower star economy brands The only appeal to this hotel is the proximity to my law school; otherwise, would never in a million years pay $175/night or so (after tax) for this hotel

Jessica Connolly

Came here for a business meeting Very clean and welcoming upon walking in Bar on the side, not quite sure if it was an actual restaurant

Pool and fitness center located in the front The conference room was very nice and perfect for what we needed Fit about 30 people comfortably and it looked like they had a separator too so if you needed more space, it looked possible Great location if you’re from out of town; located near I-75 and the crosstown and anything you could possible need within 5 minutes

We stayed here for about 25 weeks while we were waiting to close on our house We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! My husband and I have 2 dogs and one kiddo and we were all very comfortable! The rooms were updated and very clean

The pool was nice and fenced in Breakfast was a little better than continental but not a full blown breakfast The coffee was FANTASTIC! The people that worked there were always very friendly I would highly recommend this hotel!

I have been meaning to write this review much earlier The absolute cleanest and most wonderful service I have ever had at a hotel Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 weeks while we looked for a new apartment, and it was delightful! Robbin, Natalia, August, John, the house keeping manager, were all amazing, and provided the absolute best service! I was extremely happy and will definitely stay here if I ever need a hotel in Tampa again

Oh, also near the Hard Rock casino, short distance to downtown, and Brandon mall for dining, shopping, etc

jennifer smith

I have stayed at this location and one other location in the Westshore downtown Tampa area So I guess my review and my reasoning or it applies to both locations I gave them the five stars because I am a gold Rewards member in the Marriott program and have been for many years and so I always try to use it when I travel and every time I’ve ever stayed at a TownePlace Suites it’s been fine but these two in particular have been above and beyond

Not only are they very clean and neat looking on the outside they are right off the interstate like a mile from getting off the exit There is a McDonald’s across the street and I’m sure several other things nearby that I haven’t been to But aside from that not only is it the outside the front desk is very kind very a tentative as to trying to be helpful in any way They are a hotel chain that tries harder than any other I have had experienced risk to try to get the availability to let you have your benefits that you get with the rewards program You get benefits it’s a based upon availability at the hotel and these two have went above and beyond to try to make sure I could use those benefits such as an early or late check-out Elevators very nice and clean as well as always The rooms are also very nice they are modern and very clean and roomy I definitely will stay again if ever needed and would recommend either location 100%

Hotel staff is A+ and I saw them giving the same great service to everyone Room was large and comfortable The saline pool is great and super clean

The garage parking is pricey but the staff was able to reduce it for me given the amount of time I stayed Only negative was a faint sewerage smell at times but I don’t know if it was the hotel or something from outside Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again
