My husband and I just returned from a fantastic 5-night stay at The Hacienda and we are still glowing! The staff is unparalleled… extremely warm and welcoming and their attention to detail is exceptional! Our favorite amenities, aside from the gorgeous views, were the continental breakfast and catered lunches that were included The orchestration of both meals was done so professionally and eating poolside just outside of our suite felt like a real luxury We can’t wait to return!

Emerson Aniceto

Essentially: the price is high for what is offered We stayed in the most expensive room for two nights and the cheapest room for one night and we had the same issues in both roomsPositives: The pools and the food are lovely, fresh, and well presented

The housekeeping staff made us feel like family The lunch is lovely and served on porcelain, the iced tea is amazing, the breakfast is continental and well presented There is a pillow menu The bedding is high quality and there is daily housekeeping The towels poolside are huge and in general there are nice towels everywhere The l’occitane bath products are a nice touchNegatives: The bathrooms in the rooms need attention and there are there is an obvious need for renovation The sinks in both bathrooms were slow to the point that they filled up if left on The shower in the patio room was so slow that it filled up the basin in under a minute The grout in the shower basin tiles in both rooms was almost non-existent Our shower in the patio room had an electrical charge in the the fixtures and when we brought it up we were treated by the on-site staff like ancient-alien-spotting conspiracy theorists The TV remotes for the TV’s in each room didn’t work and the staff fixed them but it was surprising that all three tv’s needed to have the remotes fixed/replaced with the manufacturers remotes before we could use them

We planned a spontaneous weekend getaway to Palm Springs to relax and reset and could not have picked a better place than The Weekend!Self check-in and check-out was very convenient Eva and Mark were very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay much more enjoyable We practically had the pool to ourselves even though there were a few other guests staying there

Our room had plenty of space and had plenty of privacy in the back patio area The kitchen had everything we needed even without a stove or toaster My only suggestion would be to add some kitchen towelsThe walk down to the main shops and restaurants downtown is not bad at all, only 15-20 minutes For us, it was the perfect location! We can’t wait to come back!

The Storeys

My family and I had planned a last minute trip this Easter weekend, and we gladly came across The Weekend Mark, the owner, was absolutely accommodating and answered all my questions prior to booking Joanna from the front desk was also very helpful; they accommodated us for early check-in & late check-out

The hotel is modern, clean, well furnished, and intimate The Weekend has 10 rooms, and although it was at full capacity, we practically had the pool to ourselves We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe room and it was spacious & perfect for our family of 6 (including a fluffy dog)Other pros:- Very clean- Great location- Easy parking- Good beds- Quiet- Dog friendly- Great customer service- Covid friendly- Great pool- It has a kitchen with full size fridge (FYI, no stove – it wasn’t an issue for us)We all had a wonderful, perfect Easter We highly recommend The Weekend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs A big thank you again to Mark for accommodating us and for being an excellent host

Sophie Ey

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at – hands down If you are worried about COVID safety, like me, this place is ideal No shared indoor spaces, front door is locked and leads to an open air courtyard where you have a private front door to your apartment with it’s own back patio

It was sparkling clean with GORGEOUS taste It felt just like having our own very nice apartment in the heart of Palm Springs for a night The bed was incredibly comfy The pool was fantastic It was quiet and peaceful with lovely music playing softly by the pool It was incredibly dog friendly and our pup had the time of her life I could go on forever about how much I loved this placeAll of those details aside, Mark (the owner) is just the best He was so, so, so kind, friendly and accommodating He made our stay so nice and easy He was so responsive and the exact ray of sunshine you want in a hostLong story long – this is the best place ever and we will be coming back many times

Very kid friendly! I stayed here with my 1 year old on a family vacation She had a blast in the pools, on the splash pad, and sandy area The spa was also excellent with fabulous amenities! I hope to return some day

Shout out to the hostess in the restaurant (i didn’t catch her name) who found me some milk for my baby and saved me a trip to the grocery store with a fussy baby after a long travel day Thank you for going above & beyond!

Faith Rohani

The resort is amazing, it’s a golf and pool resort Service was great, there was a lot of communication within the resort of workers communicating the weather and what us as guests should and shouldn’t be doing The pools are pretty great, all around 3ft deep, they have a family pool which was pretty packed and there was a lazy river than went around the two slides they had

The hotel rooms were great as well The balconies were great too Food there was great as well!! The breakfast item, cinnamon roll, I would not get again It came out really hard and not the best But other than that the rest of the food there was great All around great place for a fun and relaxing place to go without having to leave

Srt

We visited our son & his family They were staying here for a couple of daysWe visited them at the pool & lazy river area & were hosted in a pool side cabana

The area was crowded but clean & as orderly as it could be while entertaining youngstersThe pool staff were really on top of things & I was impressed with their attentiveness to the crowd & their safetyThe cabana, though pricey according to my son, was clean, well set up & equipped with a misting systemThe wait staff & servers at the pool/cabana were very cool, very accommodating & very politeI cannot comment on the room because we live locally & did not stay at the resort

Incredible experience staying at the Parker I attended a Real Estate Conference staying 3 nights The room was great, the service throughout the entire resort was excellent

ALL of the food was fantastic The resort is beautiful, and just puts a smile on your face the entire time you are there I loved everything about the stay Side note, there are no coffee makers in the standard rooms Not a huge deal, but for coffee lovers, you will need to walk to the main building for coffee in the morning

David Paz

A great piece of palm springs history Fantastic grounds and onsite restaurants Staff was very friendly

Check-in was a bit clumsy and after the first day I noticed a lot of areas that needed to me better maintained (paint, drywall, electrical cables exposed) For the price I would expect more, the 4 seasons in Santa Barbara is the closest comparable and is much better quality for basically the same price

Karen

It’s a physically beautiful property in the aggregate However, the rooms, largely don’t have ironing boards/irons, towel bars, just some basic stuff Like amazing toiletries offered, but after I shower no place to put the hand towel, throwing the bath towel over the door and clipping the others to the closet because we don’t want to order room service to change the towels just because there’s no place to hang them

I’m here for an event, and several of the other guests shared the same experience with me regarding towel bars/hooks, and no irons/ironing boards If I need to pay $25 for a drink in the lobby, I want to wear a wrinkle free shirt

This hotel was awesome! The valet staff got my car out as needed and they have a great attitude about it They let you know about any events they have as well The front desk attendant was 10/10 she checked me in with 0 hassle and also was in great spirits

They are so welcoming The lounge is great too it’s very retro modern and includes huge vintage speakers The bar is also on that floor and includes its own Starbucks!! The rooms are very nice and updated and we had a balcony facing the street (ask for one facing the pool if you like that) I went swimming and the pool was clean and spacious They also have a jacuzzi I was very impressed and found the price very reasonable for the enjoyment I experienced Everything from restaurants to bars and other amenities are all on the major street If you are in PALM SPRINGS please come and check this place out! ❤

Lynne Owens

We were there three nights for an event The event ran from 5 to 8 on Friday and 10 to 6 on Saturday, later you will see why this is important Our bill was $800

00ProsThe facility has been beautifully renovated, the rooms are spacious and cleanThe staff was unfailingly helpful and courteous They went out of their way to be niceConsThe beds are a mile highThere were no glasses, plastic or otherwise in the bathroomThe only coffee by the coffee maker was dark roastThe lounge had unspeakably loud music in the eveningThere was no food available after 8 pm, not even room service or grab and goThis group would have been okay if the rooms were serviced every day, but they were not serviced at all while we were there, which I understand butThere was one bar of soap and one set of toiletriesThere were only two bottles of water in the roomThere were two complete sets of towels, plus an extra bath towelThere were only two paper cups by the coffee maker

I’ve actually stayed here a couple times as its been a different names in the past, last being Hard RockStaff – From Valet being very friendly and quick, to check in being quick and easy, to the bar employees are knowledgeable and cool to to talk toPool – Small and simple, but they do have plenty of seating for the size of the pool

They host a few different events here that are cool but can get packed very quickVenue – Place is small but has everything you need from a nice lobby, bar, essentials store, and restaurantRooms – Very spacious with decent decor and cleanRates – Depending on the time you come they usually have very competitive pricesThey also have a club next doorOverall it’s a great location in downtown, they offer everything you need Worth staying here and checking it out

This is a small and dated property, and I would recommend staying at another place if you can Unfortunately the photos they use to showcase the pool are very wide angle and it’s actually very tiny Oddly deep, but very tiny

There’s some funky angles within the room layout which makes me think that this wasn’t originally three bedrooms and that it was some forced together You would think it wouldn’t be a problem, however it has some weird quirks like How massive the rooms feel compared to the shared living space or how one bedroom doesn’t have windowsReally the bright spot to this place is their kind and helpful staff They keep the property pretty clean and they’re very attentive with their hotel guestsIt’s nice that it’s located little bit of a walk to the main active areas of Palm Springs so I wish Wyndham would put more effort into making it a better property

(we stayed in a studio and it was great size) I enjoyed that everyone that mostly everyone was nude and super friendly They are welcome to all vibes Definitely would recommend if u want a good inexpensive nude resort

We met other guests too We took the opportunity to have conversations with the guests and those who run this business Very good service The place is walking distance to the main drag I can imagine this place may become busier when the big residential project close to it is finished We will be back for sure, if we get the chance

People rave about the staff here, and we have to agree, wonderful staff We had a nice room that we were very happy with The day we were leaving, I ordered room service, breakfast

Excluding tip, the breakfast came to over $100 Instead of a nice breakfast that we could enjoy, it came in boxes with plastic cutlery It was like camping The food was impossible to eat because you couldn’t cut anything with the cheap plastic cutlery Instead of a nice pot of coffee that you could keep warm, the coffee came in paper cups Not only is this tremendously wasteful, it is not room service, it’s take-out Also, there was no place for both of us to eat My husband had to bring in a seat table from the patio If you want a hotel room that you can relax in and have room service, this is not the place

Laura Lyons

Worth it for the pool alone!I can’t think of one negative about this hotel From when we walked into the lobby to when we checked out, everything was great The room was spacious, clean and up to date and the location in the heart of Palm Springs can’t be beat

The rooftop pool is the best part, with amazing views, friendly people and great cocktails The cold brew at Juniper is a must try

Chantal Partenza

A great stay, excellent service, and courteous team More importantly, HONEST STAFF! I left behind in my room a Chanel perfume and body cream Once I arrived home, I’ve called the hotel manager and he immediately reached out to the room service team and my items were found

Alicia the individual who did our room returned my items She could easily just keep the products but instead she returned them Permit me thank you and express my gratitude to you Alicia and Mauro A very delighted customer

Had an amazing weekend there with my husband & two year old Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The pool area was amazing

Bed was very comfortable Only complaint is that our room was pretty dark – thought we were getting a balcony room (but we got one with a living area, which was nice too) Just wish we had a bit more natural light Will definitely visit again!

Jovita Holman

The hotel was super elegant, clean, friendly staff ( especially Alex M), the pool was clean, the room was very neat and smells so good we really enjoyed the cold ice water in the lobby The hot meal breakfast was fantastic

The bacon was super yummy, the french toast and the syrup was perfect not even sweet The waitress was so hospitable Super love the atmosphere in this hotel Inside the Elevator and the hallways was quite too hot, other than that I highly recommend this hotel

Loved it here! You couldn’t ask for a better a better location The view from my room was unbelievable and the room was awesome as well I spent a week at the hotel for a conference and had a great time not only in the beautiful facility but also getting to meet much of the staff

Good hotel with very clean rooms fully furnishedAs other mentioned, there is not much staff nor any services and it can become very noisy if your room is on the ground floorI would definitely recommend if it is a 1-2 nights stop while visiting Palm Spring surroundings

However if you want to stay leisurely at this place and enjoy pool side activities all day like in a resort I don’t think this is the place for you

Britt Rickman

AVOID THIS PLACEI snuck away with my significant other for the weekend and we considered this hotel to be a complete bust1

We were assigned room #111 which is directly by the spring loaded entry gate that slams the wall every time someone leaves or enters the property – all day and all night We recognized this issue immediately and reached out to the phone number Their customer service is outsourced to the Philippines The rep refused to let me speak to any person who actually works for the hotel or had a management role We were told that the hotel was full (not likely) and that they weren’t able to move us I responded that the noise level was absolutely unacceptable (not only the slamming but the paper thin ceiling and footsteps above us) and asked to be refunded so we could leave The best offer was 15% but still no resolution for the issue They also said they would send maintenance the next day and also call back to let us know if another room was opened Surprise – there was no follow up phone call, no maintenance man (what was he going to do? Take the door off?), and no partial refund Our two night stay was EIGHT HUNDRED dollars and we listened to a door slamming any time we were in the room2 There is NO RESTAURANT OR BAR It appears they were in over their head with this service There was no notice of this while booking the hotel In fact it was a huge reason we chose this location – for poolside service There is a sign hanging saying that it’s going to open up in a few weeks (and it’s not dated so I suspect they will leave it up indefinitely)3 The pool area in comparison to the other hotel properties we visited was run down and dirty This is likely the result of having zero on site staffI’m going to work with my credit card company to get refunded via fraud because this place delivered on zero expectations for a significant expense Thankfully I was only visiting from San Diego I would feel so sad for anyone who had made a bigger trip and hopefully folks can see this as a big warningOne star for:- parking- comfortable bed

Brittany Bresler

Positives: cute rooms, clean, free water bottles, great bar staff, reasonably priced drinks, price was acceptable, or so I thoughtNegatives: early check in and late check out were both denied However there was literally no one at the resort

A group of use came and had three rooms and there were maybe 1 other couple The restaurant wasn’t open, bummer because that’s one of the reasons I booked this We arrived Saturday morning at 9:30, code didn’t work for bag luggage check so I couldn’t even get into the gates No one was there or available, could only contact online Which I don’t think is that big of a deal Except 9am on a Saturday morning I would assume is probably a time you should staff for a vacation style hotel I also asked 24+ hours prior to check in if I could pay to have champagne and goodies in our room to surprise my husband for his birthday The online concierge said, no problem where would you like it charged and that “we’ll be in contact” Low and behold nothing in the room and no one ever told me they couldn’t accommodate or that they ran into issues No discussion Hugely unsatisfiedI get COVID has really impacted operations I get it! But the lack ofcommunication is the most annoying of everything Just tell me you’re struggling with staff and that not everything is open But it felt like a bait and switch to get my money and the kick me outIf you’re looking for an overly priced hotel room to literally just sleep, this place is it But definitely not up to par as a resort style place

I liked the layout with the extra vanity space I was on the ground floor with a patio door facing the pool area I would have liked to sit outside on the patio but the furniture was stained and I didn’t want to sit on the chairsThe room appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, dust covering most surfaces A/C was cold and room was comfortable enough Good location for downtownOn-site parking was extraweird especially since it was self-park I parked on the street at no charge For the price, I would have expected a bit “more”

This way a very good experience that could have been very bad For some reason, only part of our reservation went through for a conference we were having We found the conference rooms we booked, but not the actual hotel rooms weren’t found

I have to give the biggest shout out to Mark!!! He made sure to be caring and attentive in the midst of the chaos We weren’t able to get the 2 rooms we originally thought we were getting; however, we did at least get one room that Mark was so gracious to accommodate us with!Side Note: Jorge was also very helpful in assisting us with the seminar room set up! We all banded together and got it cleaned and set up properly before our clients showed upAll in all, it was a very good experience Thank you for maintaining professional and courteousness in the midst of how mean the world has been the past 2 years It hasn’t gone unnoticed Blessings on you and all your staff!

We were passing through from WA to AZ – I’m giving 2 stars and not one because we are able to get a room last minute We are traveling with small childrenDownsides:-Parking is $17 a day and a good spot that is close is hard to come by

-I don’t like finding human hair in hotel rooms, or fingernails Cleanliness could be improved-We had to sign a waiver that this was a pet friendly hotel This information was not readily available when we made our reservations The hallway to our room smelled like pee and there was many uncleaned pee spots Luckily our room smelled okay-The pool closes at 9:30 We love to go to the pool late in the evening for a quick swim with my boys This certainly felt like the were trying to keep the partying to a minimum-“Last call” at the hotel bars was also extremely early, earlier than the pool closed I think It seemed like they were trying to squash the party scene – which is fine by me (tired mom) but ppl just go back to their room and are loud
