A very nice hotel for extended stays and short trips I was here for a couple weeks and the room was very spacious and well laid out Light switches took a minute to figure out and the bed side lights were a little brighter than expected

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and made it a point to greet me whenever our paths crossed The amenities included a well stocked breakfast every morning, featuring fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, warm biscuits, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, toast, and lots of coffee! The hotel also features an exercise center with treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine(I believe), and a free weight rack with some benches There was always cleaning and sanitizing supplies on hand as well This is a wonderful hotel offset right beside the 695 entrance and just off one of the main roads through Towson, so access to comings and goings are very simple I thoroughly recommend this Holiday Inn Express if you’re stopping or staying in the Towson/Northern Baltimore area

Clean and comfortable Didn’t bother using the WiFi, gym or pool Free breakfast had lots of options

Eggs could have been better Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant Booked adjoining rooms, but they weren’t available upon arrival Close to the city with free parking seemed like a better option than staying in the city and dealing with parking garages Overall fine stay

We really enjoyed our stay here The hosts are absolutely lovely and so very interesting The breakfast was excellent

Our room was very comfortable and quiet I was amazed to learn that the inn was sold out because I didn’t hear any other guests It was only when I saw others at breakfast did we realize we were not alone I will stay here again and recommend it to others

My stay at Wilson House B&B was three years in the making, but more than worth the wait I enjoy old charm and turn of the century hotels and houses I had found Wilson House while viewing the Baltimore 10-Miler race start/finish and route

It is perfectly central to the light-rail line serving BWI and Amtrak station, eateries near the art college campus, local eateries down the street, and Druid Hill Park – the race start/finish I stayed two nights Clelia is a delightful, dutiful host Wonderful stories to share, enjoys talking about the multitudes of collections of all sorts of things throughout the house: artwork, international treasures, her husband’s (Guy’s) challenge coins and military (mostly nautical) models, and more She is also a wonderful cook The table setting in the morning, I felt like I was English royalty preparing for tea The evening wine and cheese time was pleasant, relaxing, and a wonderful opportunity to meet other guests Guy was not home during my stay Perhaps another time I am not posting pictures because you need to see it all first hand for yourself My room was the Purple Room A private room with private bath 3rd floor Lots of steps as there are with old, tall homes Window A/C units in each of the bath and bedroom Bedroom closet is a large walk-in with a sitting table should you need to sit down to put on makeup or get ready The shower head is an adjustable wand with multiple settings If the water pressure is weak, turn the head and you’ll be fine Enjoy your stay!

Miss Lapid

Enjoyed my very first ever B&B experience!Guy and Clelia are such wonderful hosts Their house is immaculately clean and filled with amazing items Guy collected through the yearsThe Victorian architecture is complemented by good solid furnishings and modern conveniences

I am so impressed that I already booked another night!

I picked this hotel because of the close proximity to the aquarium I would like to give it a 5 star but was turned off because there wasn’t any washcloths in the room when we checked in so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to our room A few minutes later there was someone at our door but he stated that they didn’t have any washcloths and handed me two hand towels and stated that I could use it in place of a washcloth due to not having any? I don’t know if this meant that the hotel didn’t have any at all or if there wasn’t any clean ones? I assume not at all due to not having a single washcloth in the room upon check in

Other then that the hotel was really nice, love the elevator The parking was great and was attached to the hotel You have to pay to park but its expected in this area

Mary Murray

The employees made it excellent, along with other kind hotel guests Yes, it needs refurbishing, yet when there is a “Miss Penny” who understands we are disabled and treated us so very well for some delicious breakfasts that matters more than a few stains on a carpet The bartender was gracious when I asked for a scotch after my husband had a small hissy fit which upset me

I gave the Porter who took our luggage down a $20 tip He arrived promptly did his job politely and I so enjoyed his reaction The Front Desk Staff was always willing to give us more bottled water and coffee podsNone of these individuals had to be so cheerful and helpful They did it because of who they are I believe they are grateful for their jobs, hopefully enjoy working for the Hyatt Regency and are, quite simply, just kind, good people We had a wonderful time

Lawrence Duffee

This is hard to narrow down I stayed 4 nights recently for work The location is fantastic, very convenient to the Inner Harbor activities

All the staff were friendly and helpful All the meals I enjoyed as part of our meetings were delicious and well presented Those are the good points I stayed 4 nights Not once was our room serviced I asked at the front desk and was told rooms are only cleaned every third day? And yet the rooms across the hall were serviced daily There is only 1 tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom that was soon overflowing I looked for 1 near the ice machine but found none The shower was lovely, but only provided water that was either boiling or freezing, nothing in between You had to decide each morning whether you wanted to freeze or boil I opted one evening to have dinner in the Bistro 300 restaurant The maitre’d told me to pick a table, which I did And then waited And waited After nearly 15-minutes I left On the lift back to my room there was a large advertisement for room service “Just look at the menu in your room and call for service” Looked in room: no menu Dinner that night consisted of some snacks I had in my bag Would be hard pressed to recommend this hotel

I never am one to complain because I am a very understanding human being and have worked in the service industry for years That being said, this was the worst hotel experience of our life My family booked this hotel because we always have great Hilton experiences

However, during our stay we checked in very late ( due to travel delays) When we opened the door to our room we could smell the smoke so badly it was making us sick and my kids slept with face masks on so they wouldn’t smell it The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls Dirt piles built up in the corners of the bathroom and awful stains all over the carpets from the living room area to the bedroom All of the furniture was scratched and should have been thrown out 10 years ago The picture of the room I booked and paid for was absolutely not the room I got My family didn’t feel safe, however checking in so late we got 4 hours of sleep we could not get out fast enough When I went to complain about the experience the only thing the person said to me was “ well why didn’t you complain so we could change your room?” Because it was 1:30am and we had been traveling for 14 hours I have never been so upset and disgusted by a hotel before Please do your research before staying at this hotel I promise it’s not worth it There’s plenty of options in this area Don’t get scammed like we did

deborah Hildt

We have stayed here a few times ! It is close to shopping and restaurants Right off I 95 This time we brought our fur babies and only had to pay a one time fee for the whole stay

I would of given them a 5 however some of the staff wasn’t real friendly! Also the rooms we very clean and nice However the refrigerator froze everything in the fridge, there wasn’t any coffee cups had to ask for some We had a king bed I think they could of used some new fitted sheets They were off the corners Over all it is a nice place and not bad prices We will definitely go back when we are in town

Our stay was truly amazing The staff, no my new family (Calvin, James, Nicky, and Chef Scott Bacon) welcomed us with exceptional service and love My wife and I enjoyed the room; and after dinner conversations with the other guest by the fireplace added to this exceptional getaway

The Ivy has become are second home We are planning another getaway in August See you soon

MichaelL Forbes

The finest hotel we have ever stayed in We default to Marriott and have stayed at legendary, impressive brands The Ivy outclasses them all

From the moment we arrived and handed over our car to the valet, we knew we were going to be cared for by a well-trained TEAM Every single member has obviously been trained in service and teamwork They were simply outstandingThe concierges all had a broad knowledge of the surrounding area but were obsessed with making sure we received the experience we wanted They were pleasant and engaged without being garralous They paid attention When I highlighted a possible error on a 2rd party travel website, they took it personally and got to the bottom of it They understand service is not perfection, but a relentless commitment to teamwork and continuous improvementThe food was splendid The breakfasts were delicious, the daily afternoon teas were refreshing, relaxing, and welcome Dinner was always deliciousSo the price is higher than usual-and 100% worth it Yes, they provided value to us as clients and we would gladly return Spectacular time!

Check in at the hotel was a bit of a mess Room wasn’t ready until 1hr after the 4:30 check in time and they did not give any advance notice The staff seemed very overwhelmed by the amount of guests that day

The bar was closed, so there wasn’t much to do while waiting for the room besides sit in the lobbyThe room itself was good Comfy beds and everything was clean Fair for the price, but nothing too special Felt a little small for our party of 3, but good if you aren’t planning on being in the room too muchTrying to get our car at checkout was tough The valet attendant said it would take about an hour to get our car if we waited He instead gave us the address of where the cars are kept so I could pick it up myself, just a 5 minute walk away Considering the late check in + having to get my own car, I would have expected they offer a discount on the $33 valet parking they chargedIf this is the only hotel with availability, staying here is fine, but there are definitely better hotels in the area

Joseph Jones

Right now they are in the middle of some renovations All amenities are not available The bar was closed, also the gym

There is a bistro that serves food and drinks Shower heads leaked water, but good pressure If you like historic hotels you will like the Lord Baltimore It was quiet inside the rooms except for the occasional emergency vehicle siren The road in front of the building is being repaired, lots of steel plates The housekeeping staff was great and rooms were clean as expected Would like to stay there again once everything is completed

Shantelle Ozzy

I think this hotel has potential Nice lobby, except for the fact that the bar isn’t available, the cafe closes at 9pm, and the gym is closed downMy evening was turned off by the valet attendant

When I pulled up the girl just sat at the desk starring at me and wasn’t interested in seeing what I needed I came out the car and said, “do you do valet?” She said yes with an attitude and said if I haven’t checked in, to go park somewhere else I was so irritated that I went looking for parking elsewhere The location of the hotel doesn’t have convenient parking, so I went back to the valet The website says self parking and valet parking for one price, but when you get there, the valet is a higher price and there is no self parking available I called the front desk and the staff was nice after I told them that they should honor what their website saysAfter I finally checked in and went to my room, there were towels in my toilet The front desk fixed it and brought new towels, but it was just weird The outlet for the coffee and microwave was faulty and there were no cups I had to hold the cord in place for both to workI will say that the staff (outside of the valet) were accommodating I don’t like the location of this hotel or the parking situation, but they are making more renovations, so maybe next year it will be better I think the hotel should update their website to what they actually have available, so that people aren’t surprised upon arrival

I stayed overnight with my daughter and she said it was the best day of her life! Great location, lovely staff, clean spacious room and the indoor pool was a bonus! We walked to the historic ships and the National Aquarium, the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay but the hotel provided a list of local eateries and the breakfast cafe was ideal We will definitely be back!

Tom Tom Scott

Well me and the wife stayed here for an anniversary getaway The service was absolutely amazing Ms

Michell at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Complete surprise for us We were just having regular conversation and she sent us a gift Very attentive and caring to our needs and privacy Mr James the concierge made sure we barely lifted a finger or the phone He knows all the good spots close by We loved the view and the staff

James Coutourier

The staff is great with good hospitality The location is actually even better, right across the street from the beginning of the harbor A very peaceful hotel but It’s way overpriced

Very old looking with a weird carpet stench Chipped walls, chipped doors Looks like an old Catholic Church Doesn’t have a good view either compared to other local hotels Old dirty carpet ! It was a burn mark in the unattached foot rest not to mention it didn’t even match Just a badly designed hotel for the price Needs remodeling

Amanda Banta

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, including two kids, and it was a great option for us The hotel was clean and the check-in was easy and smooth Everyone at the front and bell desks was friendly

Front desk gave my kids “golden tickets” good for a free item at the coffee shop, which made the kids feel special The hotel is directly across the street from Camden Yards and you cannot beat this location if you’re coming into town for a ball gameOur room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable and fit our four people The only available option when I booked was a room with two double beds We would have enjoyed bigger beds but for one night it was perfectly fineI booked a room with a ballpark view and it blew away my kids If you get a different room view there is a great spot on the fourth floor where you can look out into the ballparkThe pool is a lap pool and less than 4 feet deep at all spots It was enough for a short time with the kids to get some energy out but not big enough to spend an afternoon or any extended period of time

Aaron Chau

Great hotel! The experience was seamless from check in to check out It’s also really close to the harbor so it was neat to explore/walk around the neighborhoodThe rooms were large and clean

Many of them have an amazing view of the ballpark A few drawbacks though – the air conditioner was kinda on the weak side and the showerhead (or water pressure) can be improvedThe breakfast was only buffet style I wasn’t aware of this ahead of time and since we were pressed for time, we skipped it Thankfully, the lobby also had a grab-n-go cafe with breakfast sandwiches and drinks!Parking was also quite cheap for a downtown hotel So no complaints there! The garage was easy to navigate and there are more than enough spaces

S R

The mixed reviews made me a little nervous, but overall it was a great stay I booked some sort of special that came with a plush animal & never got it, so if you see that, don’t bother Room was nice, kids like the pool despite the filtration system needing a check as the water wasn’t a clear as it should be

There is a restaurant/bar area open that had a delicious breakfast & everyone that worked there was friendly I highly recommend using the app to check in & out of the hotel I did have to go to the front desk twice & both people working were nice & we received requested towels promptlyThe hotels located is awesome, walking distance to the Babe Ruth museum & directly across from Camden Yards

Pretty good! The layout of our King/pullout room was railroaded, so kids had to walk through our room to go to the bathroom in the night, but it was great for a blended family w 2 teens to have a space that divided into two rooms Staff were accommodating and the bed was comfortable Breakfast was very good and the location was great for walking to the aquarium

The historical building is charming, though expect to hear city noise overnight per other reviews Thanks for the solid stay!

Dolores Rogerson

Great Hotel in the heart of Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD Able to walk to everything-great for families visiting places like Port Discovery children’s museum, Aquarium, Ships, and Science Museum! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc) They offer heavy appetizers every evening such as Spaghetti with sauce, fajitas, meatballs, popcorn, etc from 5:30-7(goes over 7pm if busy)

Saves on meals! Spacious rooms, 2 queenbeds with couch, apt size refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, comfy beds, kitchenette stocked with dishes, silverware Extremely nice staff, and very clean Will definitely be returning back the next time we visit as they continue to completely revitalize the harbor back to its old self!

Stacey Mac

The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to get to all the Baltimore attractions Antonio works very hard in the breakfast area to keep everything well stocked in the buffet area Our bed was comfy and the kitchen area was nice

I wish the room was a bit bigger to have a chair or couch to sit on, but we made ourselves comfortable in the common areas around the building instead Would recommend and stay again!

God’s Girl

This is an upscale boutique hotel, where it is evident employees enjoy coming to work exemplified by their above average interpersonal skills, attention to detail and consistent attitude to please This is a reflection of the hotels managment The service is awesome

The rooms are extremely clean The decor is beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite From valet to check out I felt like royalty I was there for 2 major events in my life, retirement and my birthday and I could not have selected a better place to spend a long weekend Food was excellent and I had a special drink created just for me after telling the bartender what I was looking for I plan to visit and stay here several times a year As a writer I was inspired to start several pieces because of my surroundings

Karn Goraya

We had Rafael as our server and he was spectacular So funny and gave great suggestions Kept the conversation lively and matched our energy

All the pasta dishes were great portions and deliciousThe staff was friendly and welcoming and Rafael was phenomenal 10/10 would recommendAlso this dry aged beef for more than 100 days Great environment make sure you check it out !!

Lauren Barnes

My experience here was just okayService and ambiance- greatFood- just okay Steak was undercooked

They offered to take it back and then over cooked and burned it Dessert was a complete waste of time I expect more from a restaurant that boast about their chefsRoom and bathroom- looked great but you would think that if a room is by an entry/exit door the designers would have installed a soft close door to avoid disturbing their guests Also the bars across the street are extremely loud and disruptive until after 2am The designers should have installed sound proof glass doors or some other noise cancelling option to avoid interruptions in sleep/relaxation What’s the point of having a beautiful room if you can’t enjoy the spaceOverall, the Sagamore has some work to do…

We have stayed at this hotel every year when my husband has had appointments or surgeries at Johns Hopkins hospital This was the first time that we have felt that the quality of the hotel had gone down significantly as had the quality of the staff The beds were extremely uncomfortable and although we had requested it at check in, we never received housekeeping even once so after 5 days we had piles of trash in the room

Our comforter if you could call it that consisted of the dust ruffle that normally goes on a bed to hide the frame (see picture) and this was what they used as a blanket with a very thin duvet on top of this We asked for blankets at the front desk on our first day but they were never brought to us so we did not sleep comfortably during our entire visit They said they were shortOn blankets but would do their best The staff at the front desk was not downright rude but not friendly and they appeared bothered when we needed to ask them simple questions Although the location is convenient, we are going to look for another hotel to stay at during our monthly visits to Baltimore this coming year If you valet your car don’t expect the valet text service that they use to be working and you will not discover it to be broken until you arrive to pick up your car and find the valet person chatting on a couch instead of getting your vehicle This may or may not be their fault but a faulty text system is what they claim Upon check out I requested a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed to me so apparently getting a paper copy at check out was not an option When I did receive the copy of the bill I had been charged twice for valet on a given day which then necessitated a phone call to the hotel in order to get the $3500 charge reversed This was done promptly which I appreciated This has always been our go to hotel and it was sad to see it being managed like this A comfortable stay is a minimum requirement

Great staff, great location, room left MUCH to be desired So to be fair—we booked same day and the thought crossed my mind that we may have ended up with one of the “good enough” rooms that don’t get assigned unless they have to be Check in was great—Yvonne was super welcoming and helpful—confirmed that we asked for 4 extra pillows (our kids are pillow fiends) and off we went

The pillows never showed up (don’t know whose shoulders that falls on) Had trouble getting to the room as either our key card or the card reader in the elevator was messed up—seemed to be a bit of both When we got to the room I got the distinct feeling that something was off For starters, there weren’t 4 towel sets, the hotel-provided body wash was missing, there was missing flatware (which we later found dirty in the dishwasher) and there was coffee and a cup missing It felt like the room hadn’t been turned over since the last guest had stayed…except the trash was empty and the beds appeared clean It was unsettling, I’ll admit My husband told me I was being paranoid but I’m fairly certain the room hadn’t received the attention it was supposed to We tried to call down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working and every time we hit the front desk button on it the line would ring and ring and then hang up on us There was no binder or info about the hotel in the room with an actual number listed for the front desk so we couldn’t call down either Not sure if that was because of covid or was just missing Not a big deal but would have been nice to have at least the TV channels listed so that we could more easily avoid content that wasn’t appropriate for our children Overall the room was somewhat run down Chipped furniture, wallpaper peeling, slow draining sink, melted spots on the carpet, linoleum in the kitchen peeling up…The couch was honestly dismal—the cushions so squashed that when you sat on it you ended up sitting on the front lip of the structure (both uncomfortable and made legs fall asleep) The first night (of the 2 we stayed) I cut my foot on a line of exposed carpet tacks between the kitchen and living space My husband flattened them with a coin and his shoe I did bring this (and the sink) to the attention of the front desk (after having to go down in person) and they offered to send someone up and we declined as we had fixed the tacks and didn’t care to have anyone working in the room Oddly there was no dish soap (but there was dishwasher powder)—so we ended up washing dishes with hand soap Just FYI there was no corkscrew in the room—I suppose you could request one but we were too lazy to fight the elevator (literally—the card reader worked about 50% of the time by the 10th try—we rode up and down almost every time we used it multiple times trying to get to the floor we wanted) to go to the front since we couldn’t call downParking is valet for $35 with in and out privileges or self parking for $25/day with no in and out privileges The garage for self park is attached to the hotel and can be reached from insideThe pool is actually in the Maryland Athletic Club, which is in the building complex They have an agreement to use the gym and pool Both are nicely equipped overall from an equipment standpoint—-the pools were clean (have seen better days from a coating standpoint) It’s salt water based instead of chlorine, so not as harsh The kids are only allowed in the splash pool, which is heated to probably 85 degrees and max depth is 45 feet, minimum depth is 3 feet and it’s a stairway entry There is a lap pool that is much cooler water and a larger pool that has a sloped entry that adults and teens can use There is also a hot tub The locker rooms are well equipped with a sauna, showers (with soap and shampoo/conditioner) and a suit spinner You have to take your hotel key and photo ID with you to gain access and have to have shoes on until the locker room They provide pool towels You have to shower before getting in the pool (locker room or pool deck)

The staff was nice, our other hotel canceled on us last minute and we were able to get a room here, the room was nice but there was a weird red stain on the carpet outside the bathroom, everything was fine until it was time to leave and Valet lost our car keys We’re currently waiting for someone to drive 5 hours to bring us a spare key Awful experience

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

We came to Baltimore to visit some friends and stayed here We checked in and had some issues

gum on the floor (that was missed in cleaning), our room was only cleaned 1 out of the 4 nights we were there, we had to continuously ask for towels, and the breakfast was not worth the amount per night The positives are that the desk staff was very quick to answer our questions and address our concerns The biggest plus of this hotel is LOCATIONlocationLOCATION!!!! You are less than 10 mins from major shopping (Target,Mall etc) and eateries Easily accessible to highway and AVOIDING TOLLS!!!

It was a hotel room Breakfast was lacking quite a bit My girlfriend and I went to breakfast the first morning, one hour before breakfast was to end and there was one carton of milk and nothing better than sandwiches and soggy/bagged waffles

The pool looked ready to use, but there was a chain holding the gate shut The ATM and one of the elevators were both out of order

A surprisingly good experience here Definitely feels like the Marriot takeover brought quality to the brand Our 1 bedroom “suite” was decent, felt like a good sized studio apt minus the kitchen (tho there was a microwave, so bonus points)

The bed was a bit to be desired but fine enough for a quick stay (2 nights for a family gathering) Has Netflix/Youtube built in to the tvs which was nice Downstairs they serve bfast, coffee from 7-10 and its limited but decent, perfect for a quick bite Theres a small convenience stall there you can get some essentials Pool was closed while there but looks small tbhTheres also plenty to do close by, the Ave at White Marsh is walking distance away But they sell out Quick on weekends, so if youre gonna book, do it a week or so in advance Parking is free also w your stay Our rate was cheaper than Airbnb’s in the area, so we’d probs book again if we come back down

The entire experience there was spectacular, relaxing and just amazing The two room hotel that my mom and I stayed in was clean, smelled good, and was beautiful The beds were comfy

It had a coffee pot There was a super big tv available with all the channels one would wantBut there are two special people who work here and that is the hotel manager Nikki and the overnight front desk agent Andrew Nikki has so much compassion, class, and honor She really helped my mom and I out when we had an home emergency She was right there with her warmth and understanding Andrew also was a true gentleman overnight He was cool, caring and funnyIt was a memorable experienceHighly recommend a stay there

I booked 2 rooms when I got my confirmation it only had 1 room so I called to make sure I had 2 rooms I confirmed on checking in I attempted to book 2 rooms only received one confirmation I was charged for two rooms and then I received an additional charge 2 days later for another room and was unable to get a manager to talk to me to take to charge off

In addition to that the 1 room had a terrible smellterrible service and no follow uphad to call my credit card provider to dispute false charge

Henry K

I hoped for much better I decided to stay here based on being a Hilton member and expecting a basic comfortable room The room was great on the cleanliness side and the amenities were okay which were fine weather decent room setup

The problems were the basics The bed and pillows feel like they were from a cut rate hotel complete with squeaky springs in the bed Very uncomfortableThe hot water was inadequate as well The water barely got warm on the first morning, and a little bit better the second The third morning it was better but it was also later in the morning The explanation was that everyone was probably trying to shower at the same time For a major hotel chain that should not happenThe location worked out well for me but I’ll be considering other options next time down

This is a lovely place However it is not an open hotel to the public It is a temporary shelter for women while they help them find permanent residency

From what I can tell it has helped alot of women get vouchers who have limited income and/ or disabilities I think it is amazingly gracious of our mayor to provide us this wonderful program There are other hotels that help families and men as well I cannot speak on those but for the most part this is a lovely place Most staff is courtesy and helpful And we even get meals which is extremely helpful Overall this place is a blessing from God But it should not still be categorized as a hotel open to the public I took off a star because of the it’s not listed correctly This is a true blessing though

Stacey Walton has been watching my Facebook page she’s blocked 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 and amber Richardson has been watching my Instagram page she works at the mayor’s office I am a resident at pinderhughes women’s homeless shelter things have been stolen out of my room she lets the time organization staff members get away with so much she shows favoritism towards the residents she likes I keep my room clean during room inspections I have been praying everyday daily for God 2 make a way 4 me 2 have my own place and permanent housing or 2 get a emergency housing voucher they’re still doing random room searches when residents aren’t in there room I only been here for almost 9 month’s now I thought about the women’s empowerment group yet I dont even get a credit for it if you stay at this women’s homeless shelter you have no privacy at all they are watching everything your doing 24/7

The elevator is very slow, there are two washing machines and two dryers It requires quarters to use it but only one washing machine and one dryer works The rest is out of order

The hotel rooms are too standard for $1,999 a night But other than that, I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and it’s decor is very beautiful

This is my favorite hotel near the Baltimore Harbor for family trips My family goes about once a year for part of my kids spring break I am always able to find a great rate for a good size room with small kitchen and living room

I had a 2 bedroom suite during my last stay and it was great! The size was perfect for my family of 4 with extra space if we wanted to bring others The customer service is always great I really love that its not right on the Inner Harbor, but only one block away with convenient options all around The only down fall during my last visit was the valet They seemed to have a really hard time keeping the cars straight at checking The hotel was crowded and traffic was backed up for an Orioles game It was hard to watch and wait, as we waited about 30-45 min to get to the valet Also at checkout, my car smelled of smoke I will probably park somewhere else during my next stay

Ryanne Brown

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff We felt safe knowing you needed a room key to get into the hotel, as well as, one to get into the elevator The valet parking is nice since parking is expensive

We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted/needed- the aquarium is about 7 min away, the port discovery children’s museum is about 12 min away There as tons of restaurants nearby If you don’t enjoy the provided hot breakfast (which was very good) there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door and a Starbucks 3 blocks away It’s a dog friendly hotel ($100 non refundable cleaning fee) and there is a very nice plaza about 3 blocks away to walk your dogs The rooms are simple, but comfortable We got a one-room suite which had a queen bed with a kitchenette/living room area The rooms are very nicely sound-proofed, as we had some loud neighbors that could only be heard if you stepped outside the door The bed had a firm mattress with crisp, clean sheets and an array of different pillows and both rooms had great blackout curtains Overall, we had a wonderful 2 night stay and would definitely stay here if we ever find ourselves in Baltimore again

Kate Mackay

Let me start by saying the staff is BEYOND AMAZING! So friendly, caring, and attentiveWe got a two bedroom suite, fully stocked with towels, air conditioning worked well, beds were comfy, living area with the kitchen was spaciousThe bar downstairs had really yummy food

The loaded fries, burgers, and chicken were tasty The Bartender was very friendlyThe hotel itself is close to Mercy Hospital so even on the 14th floor we heard sirens throughout the night Nothing terribly disturbing and not the fault of the hotelI’d recommend this hotel to anyone in the Baltimore area

Every single person we interacted with (bellhop, valets, servers, bartenders, concierge, housekeeping) was professional, enthusiastic, and helpful By far the best experience I have ever had with hotel staff-I feel like every person truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfectThe building itself is beautiful-full of marble and ornate columns

I appreciate that a lot of attention was paid to historical details and maintaining the feel of the original buildingOur room was nicely decorated and very quiet We didn’t hear anyone in the halls and we barely heard any street noise The hotel gym was a lot bigger than I expected and well stocked with machines and equipmentWe will absolutely stay again next time we are in Baltimore!

Loved my stay here! Everyone was so kind and friendly Of course the hotel is amazing but the breakfast was the cherry on top ! I ordered the veggie eggs; and they were loaded with veggies! The sweet potato hash (words cannot describe) reminds me of my great granny’s cooking 🥲 fair price/ great portionsOnly thing upsetting: I woke up 3 am dehydrated and went to the mini bar to find lack of choices and drinks weren’t cold

(It was too cold to run out)

Beck Hertl

We discovered a bed bug problem in our luxury suite (one of the spa rooms) which we got refunded for, but it obviously ruined the stay Especially because they were fully booked that night and had no contingency plan for relocating us My partner and I stayed here one time before that and both times the hotel service was not great

No fault to them, they were super kind and did whatever they could for our check ins and the bed bug issue The problem was that we waited in long lines for a single person behind the desk who was also answering phones for the entire hotel They just seem chronically understaffed and scrambling to do things for everyone in a timely manner It gives me such mixed feelings because the rooms are awesome and those jetted tubs are amazing (they’re honestly the top reason we came back, along with the large windows that make the room feel even bigger than it already is) It’s such a cool and well-preserved historic building I’d just be cautious of these issues when deciding whether it would be worth the cost of your stay Oh and if you do stay there, make sure you check under the mattress for bed bugs!
