My experience – This company did not honor its promises and showed complete disregard for the customer Why? I made reservations weeks in advance for a 2 bedroom with riverside views This was a special mother-daughter trip with my mom, who is 93

When we arrived, I was told the reservations would not be honored because they overbook reservations Their attitude was that as a customer, I did not matter, and I had to take what they gave me So, I had to settle for a room with one bed and one pull out sofa The sofa was hard and dumpy The bed my mom slept in had one sheet We requested house keeping but did not get on their schedule, so no cleaning The safe we needed for our jewelry was brokenThe attitude and actions of this hotel were extremely disappointing I have been to other Embassy Suites and never experienced such disregard It was especially clarifying when I overheard another person who had reservations six months in advance and they were not honoredI should note that they did give me a discount on the lousy room that was provided However, a discount does not make up for spoiling a portion of a well-planned and special visitI would not recommend this Embassy Suites

It is difficult to describe excellence in a few short sentences but here goes: Location: just a few short blocks and easy walk to downtown, and very close to the river front trails and old town Rooms: the rooms are very well appointed with high quality amenities They main lobby is incredible with a beautiful atrium and places to sit and dig the amazing vibe

Staff: All of the staff here was incredible We brought our small dog and staff were very accommodating with our little pup and we very much appreciate that touch They never once questioned anything about our dog Of course we are responsible pet owners and made sure she could use the bathroom outside Food: Incredible coffee and a breakfast that will leave you satisfied and fulfilled It was truly scrumptious Thank you Embassy Suites for an amazing stay We will be back!

Great rooms, nice location Breakfast was great with lots of varietyCheck in was sub par- there were 4 people at the front desk including concierge, but only 3 checking in the line of guests that extended out the door

Could have been friendlierValet parking is required, otherwise you pay $25 to park in the garage across the street

What a fantastic experience Everyone who works here was absolutely fabulous – from check in, to house keeping, to the bartenders and the breakfasts staff The lobby is modern and inviting, the rooms are large and clean, bathrooms were immaculate, beds comfortable and breakfast delicious

They pay attention to detail and the value is unreal Happy hour nightly with 2 free drinks per guest(tip your bartenders!) and breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious(tip the folks working to clear r the tables!) The employees here work hard and seem genuinely happy to be there Highly recommend and would stay again

This was my first group event since March 2020 so I was a little tentative I received very credible assurances on the safety protocols and felt comfortable bringing in 25 corporate guests for 3 days The hotel appeared fully staffed (some don’t these days) and the group coordinator was helpful and competent

The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable The restaurant offers an excellent, cooked-to-order breakfast I did one Italian buffet dinner which was delicious and service was flawless Embassy Suites continues to be my choice for corporate groups

Candice Bowen

Had the best time with my husband and son Beautiful modern style furniture Very clean and simple

They were so accommodating, hands down some of the best room service food I’ve ever eaten That says a lot we’ve traveled around the world They also gave us complimentary drinks (2) each which is typically unheard of drinks were perfect not too strong or too sweet We will definitely be returning

Hotels are quite expensive in San Diego, so even with the UCSD discount, it was still quite steep But I wanted to be close to my daughter on the UCSD campus Also, when I wanted to add one more night, the price was over $100 more for the extra night, and then in the end they said it was fully booked, so I stayed elsewhere for one night

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean In fact, it is a suite, with a separate bedroom and then a living room that has a table and chairs, sofa The kitchenette is not quite adequate There is a microwave and a little fridge and a small sink – all fine But no implements at all I had to request some plates and flatware, and they brought a sparse amount (and it took quite a while the first time I asked) I think they could be a bit more generous with that, or have at least some mugs I’ve been in other places with a kitchenette, which is very convenient if you don’t want to eat out all the time, and some of them are better equipped The breakfast was typical for breakfasts in North American places – no unsweetened yogurt, and rather sparse choice for people who want healthy food That made the kitchenette and little fridge all the more useful The lobby is very nice, including the fish pond Overall, the hotel has a nice ambience and the room was clean and comfy I would recommend this hotel, so long as you are aware of its shortcomings

Lisa Silver

Lovely hotel Rooms were spacious and clean Having the two queens in one room and the sofa bed in the other was great for our family of four with two teenagers

The lobby is lovely and glass elevators were a nice feature to make the place feel more open The breakfast was great and having parking included was a plus All this for a reasonable price We only stayed one night so didn’t use any of the amenities but would go again if we ever return to San Diego

Ratings for most businesses depend heavily on the employee that helped you More importantly, whether a problem or complaint was resolved satisfactorilyDuring check-in, it became obvious that the reservation agent misled us

The person checking us in had a horrible attitude and seemed agitated and annoyed as if we had done something wrong Then Manager “Jack” got involved He was kind and understanding He made everything right with the initial problem plus offered a room upgrade without cost This man understands customer service and I commend him for itAs far as the facility, there were almost no negatives It is a great location with plenty of restaurant and shopping options close by The beautiful La Jolla Cove is close The rooms are very large and clean The indoor pool isn’t amazing, but does allow swimming without the risk of sunburn The onsite food is fantastic We ordered room service and the pizza and burger were exceptional The hot breakfast did not disappoint! This is no “continental breakfast” Hot, fresh, and custom-cookedParking is expensive so try to reserve a package that includes itAt check-out, “Sam” made sure everything went smoothly We have already started planning our next stay at Embassy Suites!

This is a Four Seasons Hotel, and I expected better service Of all the places I have ever Valet Parked my car (which is everywhere it is offered) only the Beverly Wilshire employees decided to change my mirrors and seat RUDE

They also had me bell hop my own luggage, when I asked about this, I was told by the Valet that was how it was done I found out at the front desk that I was told wrong They evidently have a staff problem which needs resolved The staff needs to be reminded where they are working The room was very nice and comfortable The Sofa Bed is what can be expected We were provided with complimentary water and a small Birthday Cake After my complaints, the management went into damage control mode and worked hard at making the stay better, which they did They stated they would talk with staff about the issues I had (there was also an issue at booking) I have faith they will weed out the bad and continue to provide Four Seasons Quality The hotel is perfectly located at Rodeo Drive, so if you are ready to shop I had Dinner on location at Wolfgang Puck’s steakhouse The Cut I would stay at this hotel again

Can we take professional photos if we stay at the hotel ? Apparently not My client spent $2000 on a room and asked before hand if they will allow her to take professional photos for her wedding anniversary, the hotel staff said yes and approved the shoot, when we were setting up to shoot, the hotel staff told us we couldn’t do any professional photosWe told them we asked and got permission ahead, and they said “unfortunately we can’t have you do any photos”

We had to take photos with an iPhone …And even this, the security guy was standing behind the couple…Staff was polite but not flexible one inch Not sure what they’re trying to prevent … good photos of their establishment ?Personally I’ll take my and my clients business somewhere else Note that I’ve done lot of shoot at hotels, lot of time we don’t even stay there, and rarely saw staff that rigid about couple taking photos …The biggest issue I have was that we literally asked beforehand not to waste time as we had a small window for the photoshoot We could have met somewhere else where they have no issue with photos and skip that hotel entirely

Visited with a friend while shopping on Rodeo Drive This famous hotel offers a great bar and terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the world go by Great cocktails and snacks in a place known throughout the world for its inclusion in famous films like Pretty Woman

The front desk staff were really friendly and wonderful During checkout though, found it strange that I went in-person to check out, get my bill emailed to me and card charged, but still received an email 4 hours later saying that I NEEDED TO check-out online

I thought checking-out in-person would have been enoughThe room was clean but really run-down There was mold in some of the bathroom tiles, found hair (not mine) in the bathtub, and just in general the room seamed quite worn and beat-up This includes the hole in my bed sheet Pillows and Mattress were EXTREMELY comfortable!!I used the Valet Parking everyday The FIRST time I pulled-up someone came to my car, took my keys, and handed me a ticket! GREAT! Every other time I had to go to the kiosk to complete the transaction, and they were either talking amongst themselves or not paying attentionand yes I did tip $5 when I dropped off my car, and $5 when I picked it up each timeMy last night there, I enjoyed the bar on level 3 The bartenders were wonderful The drinks great and the food outstanding

Robyn Hall

The Hotel Valencia team took great care of my 80 year old mother, her wheelchair needs, and just made sure she felt welcome and comfortable Thank you! We have missed Hotel Valencia during COVID and were happy to be back The setting is as gorgeous as ever

The Bar is always fun I had never visited the pool – and it is a hidden gem Thanks for all of your help and kindness

Yannis Koumantaros

Nice hotel in the heart of San Jose The best feature is definitely the rooftop pool, but I also like the third floor entry so that the shopping mall pedestrian traffic doesn’t interfere Service was good and the staff were friendly

We only dined at the pool, but the dining experience was solid More bar food focused menu The gym was good and had most everything you would want My only gripe was they cleared the complimentary coffee before 11 AM, which required me to make my own in the room leading to a messy experience Good boutique place if you can ditch the corporate point places

We recently stayed at this hotel and driving up its was so pretty Parking was nice but definitely would get full The kids loved the koi ponds

Our room was nice but the hotel seems like its a bit dated I think they would definitely benefit with some remodeling or updates They no longer clean rooms unless requested, which was actually nice We called down for whatever we needed and it was sent up quickly They have drinks in evening for adults and children with snacks which was very nice we enjoyed doing that Breakfast was crazy at times not enough seating at times But we managed Omelets and coffee were my favorite, I didn’t care too much for other stuff The staff were all so friendly and very helpful The pool looked lovely but too crowded for us to go

Joe S

From the second I contacted the property for shuttle pick up arrangements to check out, it was great Every staff I encountered was friendly and the guy that checked me in, (I’m sorry, I forgot his name,) it was that interaction at check in that I knew it was going to be a great stay, and it wasThe hotel is beautiful, it’s a relaxing environment inside

Pretty close driving distance to everythingBar was great, great drink selection and good foodI hope there are rooms available the next time I come to LAThanks for the hospitality!

Andrew “Andy” Davis

Hotel with great potential near LAX and located on Imperial Avenue El Segundo Parking is available with a good size lot underground but street parking is also available but check the signs as some days isn’t permitted The bar is cozy and has good service but equally isn’t always open

Restaurant serves a standard breakfast which can get a tad monotonous if staying several days Rooms are suite style with a sofa and lounge area with table and TV Equipment includes a sink, coffee machine and a microwave and fridge although the microwave isn’t in English so prepare to translate Bedroom isn’t bad and has another sink and mirror along with a TV and the bathroom selected the two areas I stayed on the fourth floor and water pressure was a big issue The shower barely provided enough to wash and the sinks clog easily so releasing water sometimes took 30 minutes and can be frustrating One big problem for me was the lack of windows, the bedroom offers light via a frosted glass window but you can’t see out and on the front side the doors face inwards into the hall and corridors, so lacks privacy if curtains there are opened Although it’s a Hilton property for some reason check-in staff wouldn’t add our numbers but the following day we could so assume this was a lack of understanding or training The building looks nice and the courtyard is quite stylish with sun from above

This hotel is far from a 5-star hotel! Consider it a 3-star with a 5-star price tag Our room was run down, with curtains off their tracks, dirty carpeting, chipped paint on the walls and furniture – the list goes on They only clean your room if you ask, and we asked for it to be cleaned but they never did clean it

When you pay over $1000 a night for a room, you expect something special and this hotel is nothing special It you want a 5-star hotel, go to the Edgewood Do not waste your money here if you are expecting a 5-star experience!

Stephanie Tchimou

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is NOT a 5 Star resort by any means! We stayed back at the end of January and it was a trip I won through work and chose this resort based on the pictures and amenities listed on the website When we got there they offered us champagne at the check in (I’m guessing this is why they get a 5 star rating?) but the front entrance rug and area was dingy and dirty, there was absolutely not enough parking and this little resort is crammed on a small area of land They made a mistake with my bank account and ended up charging me over $1300 then tried to make that up by giving me a $50 room service credit

It was a complete nightmare The bed was AWFUL! The bathrooms have a heated floor and toilet seat, which were nice but definitely isn’t enough to explain why they have a 5 star rating Overall, the “resort” is NOTHING like what is described and pictured onlineFast forward to now the beginning of March and there is another charge on my account from this resort! When I called to inquiry why, I was told they couldn’t even find that I had stayed there in January and I was told they didn’t know why I was charged almost $500 almost two months after my stay!! I called my bank to report this as fraud! With all of the traveling my husband and I do, this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed at! There are so many beautiful places to stay in Lake Tahoe, CA so do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible! Everything on their website is deceiving!

La Luna

I wasn’t told the property was undergoing construction I paid a premium expecting the details in order for a good experience I couldn’t even enjoy a coffee on the balcony because of the loud construction

If I was aware I would have choose a different, peaceful, resort Smaller annoyance is that the restaurant didn’t give us cutlery on our to go order and one of our breakfast has a small plastic in it It’s no something I would not point this out usually, except it’s the detailsThe room however was nice with a nice view- if the hotel construction wasnt too loud to enjoy

My stay here was excellent Comfortable spacious room Amenities were very convenient

Just step off elevator and pool, gym, complimentary breakfast all very near I was here with a group and we were treated very well One young lady in particular, Lisa, treated us more like guests in her home than guests in a hotel Staff was friendly and attentive

Alicia Henry-Barnard

I really enjoyed this hotel The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant was nice, rooms were clean They only provided 3 towels for a room that sleeps 4, the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and no pillows for the sofa sleeper

The front desk was able to provide those items but, when you’re tired from traveling all day, it would have been nice if they were already in the room Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation The staff was helpful and accommodating as well

Adrienne Conway

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel We were overall satisfied with the hotel but there were a few things that we wish could have been different Some of the great things that were with the hotel was the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the front desk people were very nice and accommodating, and the location of the hotel is great

Some of the things we wish would have been different is that when we did the online check in through our app, we did not receive the coupons for the free reception service, we had to go down and ask for that on our last day I think there should still be a way to receive the coupon even with app check in We also got a hotel room that was able to fit 4 people and we had 4 in our stay, but we were only allowed two drink coupons The room we stayed in also was constantly hot, it wouldn’t cool down and we had to request a room change in hopes it would be cooler, but it seemed like the air units were not holding the cooler temp We had to get a fan and open our door and fan in the hallway air into our room Another strange thing was there was not a switch for a fan in the bathroom, meaning that when we showered, it made the bathroom muggy and then the hot air went into our whole room The pool was also down for our entire stay and although they said we could go and swim at another hotel, it was not convenient, and we were unable to use the pool during our stay We booked the hotel due to the amenities and we were frustrated we were not able to use that The keycards that we had for the stay quit working more than one time and we had to get new ones on multiple occasions, this was also an issue with the app as well I think overall, the downsides were not that terrible, and we would stay again

Good place to stay for an apartment style hotel visit I think it’s great for families who want to be able to cook a little something during their stay or great way to split costs on by sharing a 2 bedroom apartments Most people seem to be business visitors though

The two bedroom suites are spaced well and each room has its own shower, bed, and desk The beds are great, and room service was good Front desk was nice The morning breakfast is great There is an omelette bar, hot foods, cold quick grab and eats, and a good selection of teas Coffee is available as well It has close access to 580E and a bunch of shops nearby The only negative is it is just like an apartment so you can hear your neighbor from time to time The stay was pretty quiet but definitely got noticably louder when the weekend crowd arrived Be sure to call for your booking if you plan on using a company discount It’s a headache online

Janet Williams

Beautiful place to stay, very clean love the separate bedroom, the kitchen was very clean and we parked right in front of our room Staff very friendly and professional The snack section in the lobby had a great selection, small Digiorno pizza

Lean cuisines, Amy’s enchilada, lots of good frozen food selection for a quick meal, lots of cold water bottles Sodas and other snacks Great clean place to stay in a beautiful part of town, would stay again

Mr And Mrs Pinkard

If you’re going to spend time in this area, I would suggest making reservations here Enjoyed engagement with the front desk staff and certainly hope they were willing to go out of their way to get my wife and I to our room quickly While the only thing I wished were different was a shuttle to the airport, I understand that the distance from the airport matters with gas prices as they are

My wife and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hotel Indigo We brought our 6 month old daughter and also our dog and had a ton of things to take up to our room I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but the valet was incredibly kind and not only helped us load up our items but also took them up to our room for us

Every single person we dealt with from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant were over and above helpful and kind It was so, so appreciated being new parents! Other than the fabulous staff, our room was great with a view of the baseball stadium The location couldn’t have been better We could basically walk to most downtown locations Will definitely be staying here again!

Michele Annino

Upon arriving few hour before the Padres game Saturday night, the valet were abundant and quick to take our car and check us in As it was crowded, we took our own small bags in our room Only 2 elevators, so there was a wait with so many people but doable

Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was roomy with lots of counter space, which is a bigger for usRooftop bar was lovely, with great views of Petco park but staff was minimal so wait was long for our drink orderNext morning was a bit of a nightmare as hardly any personal to be seen in lobby, and it took over 30 minutes for valet to retrieve our car Maybe it’s a sign of the times to be short handed with staff, but why the discrepancy from one day to the other? Also, lots of dogs We are animal lovers so don’t mind well behaved dogs, but some of the dog owners were a bit slouchyWith the running of the dogs, a little out if controlAll in all, a good experience but we would only stay there again for a Padres game, being a close walking distance to the game

Doris T

Very friendly staff Stayed here for five nights Hotel is not currently doing housekeeping during stay but staff is so nice about dropping off towels when asked for

The rooms are big with hardwood floors which I like Fitness and business center on site which I did need to print something so came in handyLocated near little Italy (30 minute walk) and Cornado to watch the beautiful sunsets (10 minute drive) About 15 minute drive to the airport

My rating would be higher if they didn’t have the types of elevators they currently have They assign you an elevator for the floor you choose, which causes lines and back-up They’d broken down two times during our stay and there’s only the one set of elevators to get to other floors

Otherwise, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable I’d wished they had a microwave or breakfast option, but compaired to other places, we at least had a fridge

Michael Gonzales

Our experience at the Hilton was just ok Normally it is great, but there was construction going on, and some services were limited We were here for 3 days

On two days only 1 of 3 elevators were working The staff was great, but with covid protocols, your room is not cleaned We had to go elsewhere for our meals, which was ok, because we were in a downtown location Our room was great, but hopefully, our overall experience will be better the next time

Had a 2 night stay here in a2 bedroom suite The suite was very comfortable and the bedrooms and attached bathrooms were roomy They actual serve a real hot breakfast with a scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fried potatoes

If you’re not into a big breakfast they also have a nice selection of cereal and yogurtThe 2 issues I had with the facility was the parking fee – it’s in an area with lots of places to eat and they don’t charge for parking We could have just parked on the other side of the median and avoided the fee The second issue was in the 3 days and 2 nights we were there nobody vacuumed the staircases with had all kinds of dirt and crumbled food items on themOverall a nice place to stay and one of few places that has 2 bedroom suites I’d stay there again if I was in the area

Bill Jamaca

We spent over a month at this site while undergoing home renovations It was a convenient location and priced at marketThe facility is a bit tired and in need of updating

The rooms are fine, but just Due to “staffing” rooms were serviced weekly or upon scheduled request Sometimes availability was days out Pool closed for maintenanceThe bright spot was the staff Friendly, responsive, and professionalOH The wifi was very good too

Rich Bromberg

Great location, friendly and helpful staff Hotel is clean, lobby area is modern But…Hotel rooms are very small and dated, which is obvious from the photos so you should be ready for that

The one bedroom suites are too small for a queen size bed – almost impossible to walk around the bed Better off getting the studio since it has the same square footage Another issue are the lights surrounding the property – very large, and light up the rooms at night Finally, the breakfasts are all pre-made, wrapped and in a steamer, so you get soggy, egg McMuffin style food Not much selection

We loved this place! Location was great, right across from the water which is our favorite place ever We were also right next door to Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill which was delicious! We booked an ocean view jacuzzi suite and it was such a treat! Our room was clean and spacious, and the patio + view was hard to beat We didn’t stray too far from our room because it was so relaxing! Staff were kind and provided us with some resources to help us find our way around town

Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back soon!

James Joseph

The place was magical with the views the friendly and accommodating staff as well as the cleanliness of the room A must return for me The ocean across the street with a sunset every night that was spectacular

A restaurant next door with yummy food I picked up some moonstones on the beach too The jacuzzi was very inviting Bring the family bring your friends You will all enjoy it Happy Day

I was actually going to give 3 stars but my wife wanted to give one star so we met in the middle We had 2 rooms The staff was excellent, very friendly all around

The bed sheets in the rooms were very clean, and I felt safe and comfortable (lately there have been reports of bedbugs, this place does not seem to have any) There were a few stains on the bedspreads, at the same time the bedspreads were clean, probably those permanent stains you can’t get rid of The furniture was worn, and probably should be replaced or restored There was some minor repairs that are needed eg the curtain rod was in need of repair in one of the rooms but still served it’s purpose The outdoor hot tubs were also out of order I think a remodel of the rooms is needed Overall cleanliness of the rooms looked like mostly just surface cleaning My wife told me one of the rooms had a urine odor that permeated the bathroom Before I checked out of the hotel I let the room maid know, and she said she would look at it and make sure it was clean, and odor free Staff was very nice, and pleasant I really liked the staff! The location is perfect, right across the beachThis hotel could really be excellent with just a few improvements, but because of it’s location it will continue to get lodgers, whether improvements are made or not

Rooms are newly renovated and update to date Very roomy Full suite with mini kitchen with a stove, sink, dishwasher, full size fridge and utensils

Close to restaurants and can easily walk to Front desk was really helpful in getting me a room for early checking in, due to I have to attend a wedding that evening Very welcoming, I appreciate it alot and recommend this place

I cannot see the current renovations solving the main problem with this hotel, which is the windows and walls are paper thin One the side of the hotel faces a dance club that plays music until 2 to 3am We could make out the words to the music on the 6th floor

Construction loudly started 7 to 8am each morning The voices in the hallway and nearby rooms were audible; but minor in comparison to ridiculous music and constructionThese problems could have been mitigated Construction could have started later We could have been placing on the opposite side from the dance club, or on a higher floor As a Marriot Titanium customer, this seems like basic considerations that should have occurredI will never stay at this hotel again

Jun Cube

Pros:- nice space for studio room- kitchen amenities plus- nice bathroom- phone charger everywhereCons:- no windows to open, AC gets too cold or hot, my adult dog with respiratory issue died in the room- not ideal for guest over 70 without company- no bathroom exhaust fan, bring odor spray- TV shuts off after some time- bring your Netflix id and password, not free in hotel

My family and I stay here every other month so it’s become sort of a home away from home Really happy to see the cooked to order breakfast is back Omelets and pancakes plus potatoes and sausage along with the normal American continental options

Would love to see some alternative meats offered (turkey or plant based sausage)If you can get a room with a view, it really is lovely I love the trail along the bay There are bikes for rental as wellThe pool wasn’t very clean on our last visit so that could use some regular attentionJulie at the front desk is a gem Airport shuttle is convenient

This property doesn’t want customers who can only stay one night I was traveling for business, I am a Hilton Honors member and was staying one night only as I had training nearby The hotel refused to book me for one night on a Thursday night! They gave me the run around telling me that they were fully booked

Then they finally admitted that they don’t make one night reservations Apparently that’s a hotel “policy” now Well, that’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen from an Embassy Suites I’ll be taking my business to the Marriott down the street since they still value one night customers! By the way they have also changed their happy hour to 5-6:30 with only 2 drinks per customer We used to hold after training business meetings here and enjoyed the happy hour As responsible adults I think we all should be able to choose how many drinks we decide to have Very bad service from this Hilton property and I will never stay here again I know they don’t care that they’ve lost my business, but just a warning to others that if you need a one night stay you can forget it

Saia Halaliku

The suite we had was great The hotel was easy to get in, and out It was also within a short distance to all the attractions that we wanted to get in this trip

The room was very clean, and a pretty good size The continental breakfast was very good The swimming pool, and the sauna seemed to be very busy, and the common areas were kept Although this property does not have a kitchen, or a full restaurant

Last minute reservation, had mixed feelings from reviews This place was nice, staff was all friendly and helpful Room was clean, pool area was kept clean

I did use the hot tub briefly but seen bugs and hopped out Lol nothing major as my husband said it is outside I just don’t do bugs But I was pleasantly surprised by the property Location was great for us just on the outskirts of everything took us about 15 min to drive to Downtown Fridge and microwave in room is always great I would absolutely stay again and recommend

Craig Smith

We only spent one night there but we spent more time in the hotel then we actually did wine tasting The happy hour was killer like always and the breakfast was amazing as well Beautiful property with super warm and friendly staff

The pool was clean and warm! It’s about a mile to downtown Napa and we made the trek (in our 40’s) and had a blast in downtown Napa and just Ubered home Can’t say enough about how much we loved it There are plenty cheaper options with better views but you get what you pay for and we had a blast!

Kelly Foster

It is expensive like everything else in Napa, but we enjoyed the cocktail hour and breakfast The pool area was calm and refreshing The ladies at the front desk were kind and accommodating

The one less star is all about the AC The room was 76 when we arrived,! It took awhile for it to get to a decent temp, but it was never consistent At night I (and several others out of our group of 8) woke up sweating one moment and freezing the next With 90 degree days and 50 degree nights in the summer, we should have been able to rely on our room to be more comfortable and consistent with the temperature Otherwise, great stay!

The hotel is beautiful I definitely cannot afford to stay here so was lucky that I was visiting family She let us stay and enjoy all the amenities

It was a wonderful experience Staff are everywhere and so friendly Food in the restaurant and room service was absolutely delicious I could not get enough of the smoked salmon pizza We really enjoyed ourselves

Andrea Johnston

Hotel staff are outstanding! Rooms are well appointed and comfortable Rooms are quiet – can’t hear anyone walking down the halls or in the other rooms, which we love Food on the Terrace and at the Belvedere was very good

Bathroom had only one sink which was disappointing for a king room at the price but not a big deal Shower water pressure and heat level was on point Spa is small but truly perfect Can’t wait to come back!

Melody Volkman

The Peninsula Hotel definitely lives up to its outstanding reputation! I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and it’s difficult for a hotel to get every angle and nuance top notch and on point Usually a hotel will fall short somewhere in some capacity Not with the Peninsula

The level of service is super the attention to detail is on point, the ambiance is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, and the hotel just “gets it” I wish other hotels could learn from the Peninsula The Peninsula is truly a gem What a great hotel! Thank you

Everything was high class and super nice We had a room with a kitchenette and a living room with a large bathroom that had a large shower, and separate bath The staff was super nice, and someone must have given them extra customer service lessons to make everyone feel like royalty

Only complaint would be the parking is off-site for non-owners and the TV has limited channels/movies availableThe on-site restaurant was excellent, had a $50 steak that was worth $50, and for once someone cooked brussel sprouts that were excellentLastly, staff gave us a visitor map and exclusive locations that locals love, so we wouldn’t be stuck with just the tourist attractions

Sarah Brazell

Unfortunately we have not had the best experience at this hotel At $450 a night, we had hoped for parking, a place to eat in breakfast, a nice pool, and a comfy place to relax but that’s just not the caseThe pool is very small considering the size and cost of this resort, full of screaming children

and very few places to sitFor breakfast, you’ll need to leave the property and go across the street or down to the casinosWhile the beds and the patio were very comfortable, the pull out couch is very outdated and extremely uncomfortable to sit and relax on Especially for a couple not using the pull out bed in the room All of the furniture in the room seems too large, making the room feel smaller than it actually is We had a one bedroom king suite in the dining room table took up the entire kitchenOur last complaint is about the parking If you’re not a member or owner of the Hilton resorts, you are required to park across the street and down the block We had a lot of expensive gear in our car and felt unsafe in doing so Our keycard ended up working for the owners parking lot but it’s packed to the brim by 10 PM each night and impossible to find a spotI do have nice things to say about the bathroom, with 2 doors and a really nice water pressure in the shower, it was enjoyableOverall just a really disappointing experience for us for the amount we paid

Adriana Moreno

I really wanted to give the new owned Hilton Grand Resort 5 stars! This resort is our go to for the last 6 years previously known as the Diamond Resort International I want to Applauded the housekeeping staff and the maintenance staff The sense of urgency they have to help keep this establishment clean is very noticeable

The restaurant and bar is always a hit Happy hour is a most! The issue we had was with the front desk I hope they get the right training on how to print a receipt, how to give the right amount owed and how to use the credit card on file when we first checked in Not sure why someone would be working the front desk when they have no idea how to use a computer Management needs to help these employees get the right training It’s very frustrating to know that there is absolutely no type of knowledge behind them Especially since they are the first people we communicate with and the last once checked out I am a Hilton Honor member for many years and never have I’ve been so frustrated I tried to be very understanding but when my time is wasted and they don’t seem to have a sense of urgency to fix the issue, that’s where i have to put my foot down I really want to give them another opportunity to get it right Hopefully next year it goes smoother
