We stayed for our Disneyland trip, so we wanted a clean room that was walking distance to the park I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was great We did not use the pool

We walked to the park, but we also noticed that some people used the bus service that can be bought through ART We didn’t think that the walk was bad – 10-15 min The breakfast was fine for what you would expectWe did prepay, and when we checked in they thought that we hadn’t paid, but this was resolved via email the next day I think that the important thing to note is that we did have an issue and it was quickly resolved The hotel is clean, new and the staff was friendly, We would definitely stay here again Our experience with the hotel was great

Exceptional hotel and staff! The family and I had a wonderful experience first time staying at this property Tremendous service by the hotel staff, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to check out Special thanks to Conner at the front desk for accommodating us at check in

Our stay was excellent, and first impressions of the hotel exceeded all expectations The hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast was a delight, and our relaxing 1 bedroom, 2 queen sofa bed suite w/ full kitchen was perfect for the whole family Thank youElement Anaheim Resort team for making our stay a memorable one

Jim Dodds

I really enjoyed my stay here We’ve come to Anaheim to go to Disneyland several times but this is the first time we’ve stayed here rather than our normal hotel It was a good experience

The hotel room was nice and what we needed I enjoyed my association with the employees They genuinely seem to be glad that I was there They were helpful and courteous and happy The breakfast was great every morning And those employees helping with breakfast were terrific That was a big job to run breakfast for all those people and they got it done every morningThis hotel is only a short distance from the Disneyland gate You can ride the shuttle but we walked each day I feel like the price was very reasonable Parking was greatThe only thing that made it a little bit hard that is by no means a negative was the security I have younger children that are impulsive and would get ahead of me They would get on the elevator before me and because it takes a room key to go to any of the floors with rooms, sometimes I would get separated from my kids and they wouldn’t be able to get to the room because they’re too young to have a card key I’ll have to figure that one out in the futureWe had a room on the east side of the hotel I think next time I’m going to ask for a room on the west side The freeway is on the east side but the cars going by didn’t bother us much, it was more like white noise I just want to be on the west side so that if they do fireworks at Disneyland some night, I might be able to see them from my room

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

John Ritchie

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Staff are helpful and cordial Food is great on the menu and the breakfast bar However several things overshadow the good here

Elevator doors look pretty well worn Absolute eyesore considering nearly everyone has to use the elevator Carpet in room had multiple stains and looked well worn Unlike most Hilton properties coffee was not readily available in the lobby all day Requested service every other day but none was received Had to ask for more coffee and creamer at front desk for my room everyday This location is not up to what I have received at other Hilton properties

Janice Hill

This Hotel needs an update Carpet in the rooms that we occupied were dirty Rooms definitely need some work , our Air Conditioner did not work and it was very uncomfortable in our room the 1st night, they did nothing to compensate

We moved the next afternoon after waiting in our hot room for a luggage cart which were few A really nice young lady at the front desk finally moved us to a nicer room Carpet in this room needed to be cleaned and it smelled bad in this room If it hadn’t been for a Family Event we had at the Stadium we most likely would have moved Between family and friends we had 7 or more rooms at this hotel under different names I have always loved Embassy Suites but not this trip I’m about done with Hilton I must say that we had stayed at another Hilton in Anahiem a few months ago and had a few problems, I was contacted by a Hotel Manager and those problems were taken care of We we very satisfied and appreciated the efforts of the Management at that Hilton Hotel We did get an ‘Apology’ from the Embassy suites

Arizona Clean Living

Worst experience ever!!I got the room I didn’t reserved I paid more than $300 a night and they don’t even clean your room every day And not only they don’t clean your room every day but they don’t even let you know at the check in that you need to tell them 24 hours in advance if you want the room cleaned

Even though I told the lady at the front desk that I wasn’t informed about that, the only solution she gave was to put a couple of toilet paper rolls and a couple of clean towels on the room’s desk for me to do the job I had to take the trash out myselfAt the check out, the front d desk lady didn’t even say thank you or have a good dayThank you for treating your guests with such of courtesy I can’t imagine how people that are not your guests are treated by this hotel

Have needed to stay here a lot due to a move and some traveling, so I’ve stayed at a lot of hotel chains recently I won’t stay anywhere else but here It is affordable, the people are nice

It’s clean The breakfast in the morning is fresh and kept stocked up The workers seem to be friendly and polite and it’s really appreciated Especially right now after COVID, there are not a lot of nice places left to stay This place is great Thank you

Cortney Schuetz

I just have to stay, Ruby at the front desk is a god send She is beyond amazing, the sweetest soul, does her job beyond measures She was so sweet with my kids, had a Happy Birthday sign out on our door for my daughters birthday

She definitely goes above and beyondThe only downfall, rooms are small For a family of 4 with 3 suitcase and a stroller…hop skip and jump through your room Other then that, I highly recommend this hotelRuby for the win!

Stayed overnight in a one bed room Extremely clean and well maintained Staff at check in were very polite and a stay at the property offers some discounts at nearby restaurants

The room was small but not cramped for 2 people, and the microwave and fridge were super convenient The water pressure was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing shower after walking Downtown Disney and the area all day Parking is extremely limited, so the 1 car per room limit is very reasonable; people were courteous and we did not have issue getting a spot It is SUPER close to everything, and is a hidden gem ideal for a short getaway

Eric Winters

I was pleasantly surprised by this property The room was clean Prices were very good and the property seemed well looked after

The staff was very courteous and friendly and seem to care about the guest experience The free coffee in the lobby was actually pretty good as well I did not have a vehicle, but there was plenty of parking in the parking lot and it was well lit This property did not feel unsafe at all I would recommend this hotel to others if they are on a budget or just want a decent place to stay I would also stay there again

Megan Wuebold

The staff are very nice, the inconveniences where here and there Such as they where doing room refurbishments while we where there, and asked us to remove our items off the tables which took up a lot of our “getting ready “morning time But I’m sure that is not a regular thing

What truly bothered me is how bright the hall lights are I would wake up in the middle of the night thinking it was morning because I could see those lights on either side of the curtains Other then that it was a great experience! Very close to Disneyland, the beds are comfortable, the place is clean and they have a vending machine that we made good use of 👍

We absolutely loved our stay! The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful with brochures and knowing their stuff about the park if Disneyland is the reason for your stay Our room was immaculate and clean, and we were able to watch the fireworks from our window Walk to the park is about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how fast you walk

Located conveniently right next to a gas station The beds are comfortable, the showers are a dream and it was quiet We would definitely stay here again!

Marissa Soderquist

This hotel was great! Comfy beds, great service, quiet and clean! What else do you need after a long Disney day?We had toddlers, a stroller and young kids who were able to tackle the simple walk to Disneyland each morning When we go to Disneyland again we will absolutely stay here

We stayed here when we took the kids to Disney, approx 20 minutes walk to the gates Staff was great, Cynthia was amazing to deal with! She gave us all the Disney tips and tricks, she was a great help in making the most out of our time here

This is like third time staying here, and it is our FAVORITE hotel to stay when visiting Disneyland Our 4 year old gets so excited to stay at the “Palm Tree Hotel”, and the staff are so kind and helpful, and rooms are clean and comfy! It’s an easy walk to the parks, and the breakfast made my husband so happy each morning They even upgraded us on our recent visit last week, which was amazing (and if you can swing it, I definitely recommend getting the room with a sunken living room… so much space!)

We have plans to come back in September, October and December (our kiddo’s birthday happens during this trip 🙂 Highly recommend this hotel!

Tandra McTighe

I love this hotel! This is my 2nd trip here My husband and I came right after we got married to go to Disneyland 6 years and 2 kids later, we knew 100% we were staying here again

This is where you stay when you are going to Disneyland It’s less than a 1/2 mile walk (literally 2 blocks) By far one of my favorite hotels EVER and a real bright spot on our Disneyland trip The location is enough to make you stay here but they outdo themselves The front desk ladies were all so sweet and friendly especially Lorena! She was so understanding and helpfulat check-in I had laryngitis and she was so patient with my lack of voice control and volume She made local suggestions that my family would enjoy and was very personable We couldn’t have had a better experience honestly Every time we were in the lobby the front desk ladies would smile, say hello or wave Our room was lovely, the balcony was a great touch If you stay here, try to get one of those rooms The view is nice at night The breakfast is good Nothing beats waffles My girls loved the donuts too It is a great start to our morning We didn’t go to the pool this time but saw many people enjoying the pool and hot tub It’s very family friendly My girls especially loved the Mickey statue in the lobby and finding the stuffed characters hidden on the ceiling I did lose a few items when we checked out but I can’t pinpoint where we left them so no way to recover them unfortunately

Jennifer Stacey

The hotel itself was great, good location, rooms were spacious enough, and staff was friendlyThe reason I’m giving it two stars and won’t stay there again is because we had to pay more than $75 for three days of parking and on multiple occasions there was nowhere to park When we approached the front desk about it, they told us to park in the fire lane behind the hotel

This is unacceptable for a few reasons: 1) that’s for fire trucks/first responders – if my vehicle got damaged because it had to be forcibly moved in the event of a fire, is the hotel paying for that? It also makes emergency response slower, which could result in injury or death, 2) I paid over $75 for parking, I should get a parking spot with that kind of money, and 3) parking along the back of the hotel leaves very little space for those parking on the perimeter to get out; it’s an accident waiting to happenThe second thing is they advertised the pool as heated, but it was super cold When we asked about that, they said it’s technically heated, but not to more than 78 degrees The pool was really cold so I doubt it even hit 78If the parking issues were resolved we would consider recommending this place, the pool isn’t even that big of an issue, it’s just false advertising But the parking issue is absolutely not okay At the very least they should refund people the parking fee when they have multiple instances of having nowhere to park I kept being told there would be parking spaces “after 11:00AM” – what good does that do for me I didn’t pay for parking to only be able to get a space during a handful of daytime hours

Excellent experience! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and modern The atmosphere is quite pleasant and refined The room was very clean, sophisticated and relaxing

it felt very much like a decompression chamberThe staff (everyone from valet, reception, dining, etc) is amazing They’re all remarkably friendly and accommodating Walking through the lobby after I finished a workout one of the receptionists took the initiative to candidly offer me a bottle of water And, though we didn’t have a dinner reservation, the manager of Parkestry (rooftop dining) arranged to have us seated with a wonderful evening view of Disneyland And, these are just a small couple of examples of the professional courtesy we experiencedI truly enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this hotel

My family of four stayed at this beautiful hotel from July 17 to July 20, 2022 This property is fairly new, modern, and beautiful Our family stayed in a double queen room, which was very clean and spacious

Our walk to Disneyland took approximately 12 minutes As we were at Disneyland from opening to closing, we did not have the opportunity to try any of the restaurants on the property Since it was literally steps away from the hotel, we had appetizers at the Cheesecake Factory one dayWe only encountered one con during our stay, which was the mandatory hotel valet service It is estimated that it will take 20 minutes to retrieve your car One night, we decided to drive to the parks and did not receive our car for 50 minutes In addition to us, there was one other gentleman waiting for his vehicle His wait was longer than ours and he began to complain Since our dinner reservation was approaching, I asked at the desk as well It wasn’t a really busy time at valet, the employees seemed to be socializing instead of working We noticed in the mornings walking by valet that the hustle was more evident when a supervisor was on duty In the evening, not so muchWe enjoyed the hotel other than this one valet issue, and we will return

Adam Putter

Such a great hotel Their staff is super friendly and attentive They have a great pool with access to drinks at the bar

A hot tub would be nice though An easy walk to Disneyland The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable The bar is great and has excellent food Last but not least, Jessica, the bartender is as good as it gets She makes amazing drinks, is super friendly and makes it looks easy taking care of a full bar Give Jessica a raise!

Great location, really close to Disneyland (15 minutes walk) We stayed in the 1 bedroom for 4 nights The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities necessary to cook

Very quiet and clean There is a heated pool plus hot tub but we didn’t use them Nice staff I would definitely stay there again !

Josh Fish

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel Our room was clean, big enough for my whole party, and close enough to walk to Disneyland Although the walk was a lot at the end of the night, the room and pleasant accommodations made up for that long walk

Being able to wake up and slightly see Disneyland was an awesome part of my vacation and the constant reminder of being in California really made it a wonderful experience I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I fully intend on looking here before I look at any resorts nearby on my next visit to Disneyland

JungleJeff

Great stay, we just got home from an 8 night stay at the Clementine in a 1 bedroom unit Our unit was very clean, very quite ,very comfortable and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in Location of the hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and 3 min walk to Anaheim Garden Walk All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly

Due to the pandemic housekeeping was limited I was made aware of this when I made my reservation, but they came in mid way through our stay and did an impeccable job of freshening up the placeThere is a lot of renovation going on at the property, however the workers are there limited day time hours, so it doesn’t really interfere with the overall guest experienceOn future trips to Anaheim, we’ll definitely stay here again

For It’s kind, it is a decent choice We were a family of five, with 3 teenagers, and took the 2 story room Don’t be mistaken by the name, the rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny

It is relatively clean, they only come in once a week but will provide towels as much as needed The bath amenities are good but of course nothing more than shampoo and shower gel It is a 12 minutes drive frown Disney and 45 from universal Anaheim itself has enough dining options The breakfast is the usual omelet, cereal and muffins thing Not enough choices though and not even a bagel, just regular bread The front desk team is super nice and friendly at all hours of the day They kept packages for me and allowed us to stay another hour at checkout

Asia Rosario

First time I have been disappointed with a Marriott Hotel Location is great for Disneyland proximity and roomier with a bigger family but that’s the only positive thing to say The door to our room was extremely hard to open unless you use brute force

One day I ended up spilling some of my food from the complimentary breakfast because I simply could not open the door with one hand Several things wrong with our stay: the room had a HEAVY smell of smoking With 3 kids that is not ideal I’d feel a slight headache every time I entered the front door because it was so strong Also the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work or have any way of turning on The microwave didn’t work When I book hotels, I find ones with microwaves for the purpose of heating up food, which I couldn’t do during this trip The toilets are extremely small and look like they are more for kids But the worst part of all was that during our 5 day stay, I didn’t get trash pick up once On the 4th day I went down to front desk to request for trash, toilet paper refills and towel exchange Sadly after coming back at midnight after a long daywe came to find that they had left toilet paper and towels on the couch, but had not bothered to empty our trash I understand with Covid things and times have changed, but do you really think guests can stay in a room for 5 days and not have any trash? I was upset especially after I told front desk we needed it to be done while we were gone for the day This is NOT Marriott standard and do not plan to stay here again

Kute KittyKat Productions

The rooms need updating but they were clean Except the smell We couldn’t understand why but the room was unpleasant with the odor of marijuana, despite airing it out constantly

It lasted the duration of our stayPillows are great Mattresses are awful Like sleeping on a bouncy house Sofa is appalling No support Old Very uncomfortableNot enough toiletries, TP, towels provided Dispensers were empty or almost empty 2 shampoos in the bathroom downstairs 2 conditioners upstairs Tiny soaps in inadequate quantity Dish soap missing All required phone call to desk InconvenientInsufficient parking but it’s well-lit and we had no problems and saw no sign of anyone else having problemsWater dispenser in the gym was brokenBreakfast OK Friendly staff Friendly front deskHighlight of stay was the wonderful housekeeper tucked my son’s Pokémon plushie into bed when he cleaned the room It was a very sweet touch and we appreciated itAlso, the front desk woman shooed a transient off the property We were intimidated by his presence He seemed mentally ill or inebriated We were dreading staying because of this She came out and encouraged him to leave the picnic table outside our room and find someplace else to go We thought it was incredibly brave of her and we appreciated it very much We would have regretted staying with you if there were transients on the property

So we booked this hotel to enjoy the Disney Parks I was trying stay within walking distance of the park and this hotel was great for us We actually stayed here two times

If you don’t mind walking a bit, which we had 2 small children in a stroller, it is great It’s about 1/2 mile from the Disney parking structure which you can hop on the tram or walk all the way to Downtown Disney which is probably about one mileThe hotel itself I think is a hidden gem It is a newer hotel, I believe built in the last 4 years The amenities are great, rooms are decent, not the cleanest I’ve been in but still good There is a free hot breakfast everyday that has good options for all The staff is awesome and very helpful There is also social events on certain nights of the week with food and drinks, some for the adults too (beer & wine)Overall for the price in comparison to the closer hotels and Disney branded ones too, this hotel is quite the bargain I enjoy this hotel a lot and will be staying again

Norm in Canada

This is a great hotel as far as location and staff friendliness goes Everywhere you go there is staff shortages so the reviews I read here prior about housekeeping etc etc you get that anywhere now so deal with it and expect times where you don’t get that daily housekeeping but when we asked for towels in the morning it was in our room when we got back after a long day at Disneyvand they removed the garbage as well The staff here are really friendly and very good people

Morning breakfast is good and evening manager reception is a nice touchWalking distance to Disneyland which is a bonus If you don’t want to walk the entire distance grab the Disney Tran which is halfway though your walk on Disneyland Drive This hotel is idea for families Like any hotel with ton’s of guests with kids it will get busy and noisy but for the most part most parents kept their kids under control which is greatOur room faced the back of Disney so we saw the fireworks from our room which was a bonus We didn’t use the pool but saw several families there enjoying itFor the price you pay for the room the value is there for you given how close you are to the Parks and the free breakfast in the morning is a savings If you take advantage of the evening reception (Mon-Wed only) then there is an extra perk there for you as I loved having my free cold beer after a long dayThank you to all the hard working staff here at Staybridge Keep up the great work !

Hotel is clean and very close to Disney parks! Breakfast is great, and staff are friendly A great spot to stay for anyone looking to spend a few days around the Disney area!My only issue would be that we booked a 1 bedroom suite which was stated on the website to sleep 6, however, on arrival the receptionist told us the pull out bed was barely big enough for a child and that the room would be a squeeze for 4 adults, let alone 6 Bare this in mind when booking as the website says this room type can sleep 6 and that the pull out bed is a double! She did however work hard to find us a newly renovated room with a more spacious pull out bed, fantastic customer service!

Our stay at Hyatt Anaheim was absolutely superb!! Upon arriving, we were immediately provided a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality We actually arrived a couple hours early from a very draining commute and the front desk staff was absolutely delightful to us! She recognized I was a Hyatt member and was able to upgrade our room and check us in early, which was an absolute Godsend! Our room was beautifully open and spacious, and the view of the Disneyland firework show was beyond anything I could have hoped for We will definitely be staying here for all our Anaheim trips going forward!

Springhill Suites is a good place to lay your head down and not have to worry about cleanliness The establishment is fairly new but the housekeeping and upkeep of the place is top notch Rooms are decorated up to date nicely and are more than spacious enough for whatever your need may be

Bathrooms are immaculate and also very spacious Checking in and out was effortless and quick and we would have had been in our room within minutes but we stopped at the lobby bar for a drink which was nice Continental breakfast was the usual food items for hotels but what was nice about the breakfast was it stayed open a little bit longer than the closing for those of us who wake up lateA good experience which makes me be a future returning patron

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk employee He gave us all the info on the hotel and bar before we head up to our room The room was very nice and clean

The only complaint I have is, the water left over on the floor from the kids coming in and out of the pool The pool is outside and most of these kids weren’t drying off before coming into the hotel to get on the elevator I don’t recall seeing a “caution wet” sign or anyone making an effort to clean up the water that can cause some to slip Overall though it was a great stay and breakfast was nice

Mia Sun

SpringHill is a nice choice for families Some rooms come with 2 queen beds and a sofa/trundle combo That’s right these room sleep 6 nicely

The sofa bed is a bit firm but nice in size The trundle pulls out if you need an extra space Both of these options are NOT like sofa beds with the bars making them lumpy and uncomfortableThe breakfast is pretty good with waffle makers and a few choices of other items, like scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etcThe location is in an industrial area and there just isn’t much very close, but grocery stores and restaurants are about a 5 minute driveThe bathroom door is a bad deal in Springhill suites! Marriott designers really missed the mark with these translucent windows in the doors! If you need a light on in the bathroom at night or early morning it shines through the door and lights up the whole room They should seriously consider just painting them solid black

Nice rooms and super short distance from Disney! Didn’t use the pool or exercise equipment, but it all looked nice The rooms were great too Bed was pretty comfortable and the couch and coffee bar were a nice addition

The bathroom was good, but the shower/bathtub had some suspicious red spots, so we just showered with our flip flops on The breakfast buffet is good, but not a huge selection of cereal Eggs, sausage, yogurt, and french toast sticks were all good though There is also a great view of the Disney fireworks during 4th of July Service was great But we didn’t use the valet service, so can’t review on that Overall I recommend because of the short walk to Disneyland, great service, good food, and good rooms! I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland

Amanda Galvan

Close enough to Disney to walk The rooms to me are so nice You have so much room for the kids or just you to move around

You don’t need to fold up any strollers or anything to make space I love the full fridge and lots of counter top space The couch is comfortable too I love this mattress but everyone is different I would stay here again

Heather G

Pros: it’s within a 15 minute walking distance to Disneyland/California Adventure The breakfast is decent with a wide variety They have hot plates and skillets if you choose to make food at your room

The splash pad is nice and has a timer so water isn’t wasted AC was very cold when we got into the room, someone had set it to 50 degreesCons (why it’s 4/5 stars): I’m not sure who decided putting a sliding barn door on a bathroom was a good idea Apparently they think you should share your bathroom habits with everyone in the room There is also no fan in there It makes it hard to get ready in the morning without waking everyone up since the light and noises leak through The parking situation is kind of a pain We asked if we’d have to pay to keep our vehicle there on the day we checked out It’s an extra $40 if you keep your vehicle there past 12pm We’re already paying $30 parking each night we stay So we decided to pay Disney instead and park at Pixar lot so we didn’t have a deadline to get back to the hotelAlso if anyone from the hotel reads this, please move one of the towel stations closer to the splash pad Walking along the slippery sides of the pool to get to the two towel stations near the hot tub felt dangerous

This hotel was great! Amazing value, we got a deal booking directly through their website The breakfast had lots of choices, and the coffee was even good, which saved us a ton of money We used the Anaheim Resort Transit bus to get to and from the parks, google them and download their app before going, I don’t recommend walking to Disney if you have kids who are just a little too old for strollers, they’ll be too tired by the time you get there

The room was wonderfully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the pool seemed fun (lots of people using it, but we were too busy to get over there) They have an outdoor dining area for breakfast but also it’s open the rest of the day for when you don’t want to eat takeout in your room Housekeeping wasn’t daily but I don’t think that exists at most places these days The front desk and/or housekeeping offered extra towels and amenities whenever we needed, and they have several trash cans to dump your room garbage into (we have a kid in diapers so we didn’t have to smell them) It’s near a few fast food restaurants (try the sweet cream iced coffee at Jack In The Box), as well as lots of takeout places, and TONS more to do within driving distance if you rent a car This was a great stay, and the cost made the whole trip possible

After clearing up a not-so-minor issue – going out of their way to make things right with us – we had a very nice stay @ SI&S It’s a nice property only two blocks from the Disney Parks Our two-room, two-bathroom Star Wars themed suite was nice and comfortable for two families

One room had bunk beds We felt secure during our 5-day stay There was a free hot breakfast every morning which was great! Our only complaint would be serving fried potatoes and scrambled eggs every day with no other options like bacon or sausages, etc Otherwise, this is a great stay for which you’ll pay extra over other cheaper hotels, but definitely worth it

Wendy Barron

This hotel is not my favorite because every time I would take a shower I would non stop sneeze I’m not sure if I was allergic to chemicals put in the restroom or if there’s mold in there, also there were bugs on me when I sat on the vanity chair as well as holes in the blankets and drawn on sheets in the children bunk beds also when I was barefoot on the carpet my feet turned black! Yes , they were black like if I was on cement I would NOT recommend due to the lack of cleanliness and it is near apartments and the windows are completely see through so you cannot open the curtains at all Overall do not waste your money , I recommend saving your money and getting a way better hotel for a better price

We had a wonderful time at the Camelot They upgraded us to a Family Suite with a balcony looking towards Disneyland Our last night we were able to watch the fireworks, which was awesome

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious Tons of storage to be able to spread outOur family of 4 stayed in one room and grandparents in the other room The location can’t be beat as well A quick walk back to the room made it easy to take a mid day break with our littles (7 and 5) Highly recommended and will look to stay again next time we are at Disneyland

Stephanne Ritter

Very close to Disneyland and, nice rooms we had two Pool was a bit cold but,hot tub was nice 👍 excellent view of Disney and the fireworks from the parkTowels were yucky for bathing and pool

Soda machine on our floor wasn’t working had to go down or up two floors Refrigerator in one of our rooms wasn’t working I would stay here again just bring my own towels

Michael Kim

It’s literally across the street from Disneyland Price to distance from Disneyland ratio cannot be beatenIt’s not a 5 star hotel so of course there are downsides

The vending machines only seem to take $1 bills, so it’s hard to get water I don’t really carry cash anymore so it was a bit of a pain Wish they took credit cards The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the outside traffic You can also hear your neighbors and their kids The bed doesn’t provide the best comfort The water pressure from the shower isn’t great eitherBut the staff is friendly Room is spacious and pretty clean The location cannot be beaten Loved being able to just walk to Disneyland or Downtown Disney whenever we wanted to It’s nice to be able to just walk 7 mins back to the hotel when we’re super tired from spending the day at Disneyland I’d definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Disneyland

My wife and I had a great time here The rooms were quiet and clean with a nice view Being close to the Fullerton campus there are tons of places nearby to eat and some are walking distance

Never longer than a 10 min wait for ride share We paid extra for the breakfast to be included, I highly recommend doing that, the buffet was pretty good

We booked two rooms for June 24 to June 26 They placed both rooms adjacent to each other, which is nice But the room next to us, They were very inconsiderate and partied all night

The front desk did not address the issue until 4:30 in the morning, even after repeated complaints from other rooms (besides from us)The next day, I went to the front desk to complain, and as for accommodations, the clerk offered both rooms free breakfast, but after I checked out, I saw there was a charge for $150+ for breakfast I called the hotel about the charge, and they kept transferring to another person They made me jump through hoops, desperately clinging to the money they’ve stolen from me These people are conniving thieves Worse experience in my life I thought staying with a renowned company like Marriott would give me peace of mind, i was wrong I rather stay in a hostel next time than to stay in this place Sleeping on the side of the road would be more peaceful than sleeping in Marriott Conclusion, aside from the $150+ we are also ousted with the 1st night stay of $200/room since we didn’t sleep at all because of the loud nextdoor guest I know Covid is affecting everyone, but do They really have to stoop this low to con people for their hard earned money

Another successful stay at another Marriott Bonvoy property We arrived on Friday, breezed thru check in, and then proceeded to our room Clean, sanitized, and very comfortable beds

After traveling for hours, nothing better than laying down on a cozy bed Got ready and went to a family function, cousin’s granddaughter’s 21st What great time we had Arrived back around midnight and went to bed We had a good breakfast and took a drive across the border to Tijuana, BC We hadn’t been back to visit in what has been about 20 years Anyways, we made it over, shopped for a few hours and then took a cab back to the border crossing This took about an hour, and then we finally were back on US soil Stopped in Carlsbad, ate at an awesome fish restaurant, then walked dinner off at the outlets The drive was a breeze and then we got back There was no parking, so I asked at the front desk if we could have permission to park in the waiting zone since we had handicapped parking permit, he said, certainly We slept soundly, and really have enjoyed our stay Will definitely be coming back, people are very attentive and caring The kitchen staff are most friendly and courteous Give them a shout out Thanks Marriott, you guys are doing a great job😎👍👍👍
