Funky Boss

When you walk into Hotel Indigo it still has the charm of an older hotel The tile floors look like they are original, and a lot of the furniture look like period furniture The staff was very welcoming and nice

There isn’t parking on site, but for a reasonable fee the hotel will valet park your carMy room had been updated, but in a way that felt original The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was niceThe biggest issue with the hotel is noise The doors and walls let every sound in from the halls as people walk by And you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you But the worst part are the trains that go past about 100 yards away It seemed like the trains were running all the timeI probably won’t stay here again because of the noise, which is a real bummer because it has so much character

Hector Torres

We visit Spokane pretty frequently We generally like to stay downtown so our kids can enjoy the scooters and the park We also understand the noise and homeless people are going to be common in these areas, so that had no effect on us

We’ve been visiting different hotels to try to find the best one for our family The hotel is centrally located within riding or walking distance to a lot of attractions The hotel gives you vintage vibes but with a touch of modern since they remodeled The attached restaurant was great and we were even given a credit for free breakfast It’s important to note this is an actual restaurant with great ratings and not some table with muffins as a “continental breakfast” By far the best breakfast we’ve ever been offered by a hotel in Spokane! This will be the place we stay at on our next visit Highly recommend

Adam Taylor

The hotel is a neat, historical like hotel that still has the “old time” but modern feel to it I unfortunately didn’t get out to see the surrounding area as when we got there, the homeless population was pretty dense and it was getting dark so decided to stay in Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean, the staff was very professional and friendly

The rooms were clean and “cute” Bed was super comfortable and the heat/Air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature that you select (which is hard to do in some hotels) The biggest downside is if you get a room on the outer, south side of the hotel and are near the train bridge, the trains and helicopters landing at the local hospital are very noticeable There are NO train horns, the but sound alone is unfortunately rather loud A friend of mine stayed on the other side and said he hear nothing at all So maybe a nice request might make a difference in the stay??All in all, great place to stay the evening!

Loved this hotel!!! Highly recommend it for sure! Staff were Amazing, Rooms were clean, Breakfast Bar was sooo good, lots of variety, the breakfast bar host was so nice and hard working, had a nice guest laundry room, beautiful lobby and outside patios to sit and enjoy overlooking the downtown, plus close location and walking distance to downtown Spokane Only downfall to this hotel was no pool or hot tub All in all we had a very pleasant stay and we will be back again!!

Stacy Artz

This hotel looks nice enough on the outside, when we checked into our room the sheets on the bed had clearly not been changed There was make up or a stain of some kind on the pillow case and hair in the bed I called the front desk and they offered to switch rooms, entered the second room and pulled back the covers to again find hair in the bed and sheets that had not been changed, was given a third room again hair on the sheets and what looked like blood

At this point I just asked for my money back and was going to find another place Staff was extremely rude told me since I booked through a third party they can do nothing for a refund I called bookingcom who I had scheduled with and they said they had to get approval from the hotel to refund my money The same staff who I spoke to denied my refund and said I was lying the rooms were fine I took pictures and had even shown them to one of the staff At no point did anyone offer to change the sheets or send a new pair of sheets which could have easily solved the problem I have never been treated so rudely by hotel staff in my life I will be sending the pictures to the general manager and contacting corporate office There is no reason to expect a guest to sleep on dirty sheets and no reason to not at least offer to send up a new set of sheets If I could give them a zero I would

Shereen Gould

Incredibly unprofessional and rude I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and the front desk person wanted to argue with me when I was completely okay with a room change from a king to a queen It was bizarre

When I asked where to park because the lot was full (which I was okay with) the front desk person told me to park in the handy capped parking One I’m not handy capped and two it’s illegal, and I felt like she was trying to set me up to to get towedAlso my room didn’t lock from the inside so I put the hasp on, and a door hanger House keeping kept knocking and trying to open the door even after they realized it was the hasp was on When they were vacuuming they kept slammed the vacuum into the doorI ended up getting up and leaving even though I paid for another day I was told I couldn’t get a refund or cancel because it wasn’t 24 hours in advance and I used a 3rd party companyI visit Spokane every other week and I’m always looking for a place to stay for a few days to a week Lost my business

I work in town but live in a small farming town an hour ouside of the city I often stay here when I’m too tired to drive home The staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are clean

I am able to relax before another long shift Breakfast is delicious I recently stayed here as I had a heart procedure and couldn’t drive back home Everyone was so kind and caring especially Diane and Drew I will always stay here when I need to stay in the city

I had a reservation for Saturday 3/19/22 and unexpectedly my daughter ended up in the hospital I called the hotel to reschedule and explained the situation, they refused to waive the fee and reschedule I was going to be charged $277 and instead sleep in the hospital

Life happens and i had plans to go on a family trip yet my daughter was released Saturday at 3pm and we were forced to drive or loose the money Thankfully my daughter was feeling better and we ended up goingi had my daughters hospital bracelet and hospital paperwork but no manager on site They accommodated us in a completely different room with 1 bed instead of the 2 beds i had paid the $277 for and left it at the same rate as if i were getting all the amenities i origally was charged for,When i got there to check in as soon as the receptionist saw my name her attitude changed in a negative way My husband asked a question and she rudely answered We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable The ladies from the breakfast area were awesome That is about the only people that approached us nicelywill not be back for any business trips as we always book our trips here with my work company and we bring lots of business to this hotel

We stayed here just before flying out for vacation and we are really glad we did The service was awesome and the food was great as well Having a place to stay before flying out that will keep your vehicle and take you to the airport then pick you up is like having that really awesome family member helping you out

It made out vacation so much better We also stayed there when we flew back and got the same awesome service

Myesha Kirby

We had a great experience here rooms were nice, bathroom were perfect for what we were looking forward to Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been a bit better but for the most part it was great Casino was pretty heavy on the smoke, maybe could use a little better ventilation system but they do have a non smoking area

All in all we would stay here again

Darlene Seward

I didn’t stay at the hotel I went to their summer theater and saw Brad Paisley perform It was a huge crowd but it was handled very well by the casino and they had lots of staff there to help you find your seats and to direct you in the right direction The security was very good but not invasive of your personal space so that was wonderful

The only issue is their parking and the large distance that you have to walk to get into their event other than that it was a perfect experience

This is a nice hotel but very

Odd The rooms are nice but then Track lighting? Fancy fancy fancy public bathrooms, all automated But then a stack of paper towels that go in a dispenser, just in a basket on the counterChairs are cool with their snake skin style leather and the art is all safari themed, marble entrance and all that, but no fridge or microwave in the room? The rooms are large but feel empty, even with huge furniture For a $200 room, I’d expect at least a mini fridge Even super 8 has that and their rooms are $60 a nightI dunno, it all says “Lots of money” but juxtaposed with weird decor and skimping on lightingOH and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner are nice, but bolted to the wall in the bathroom And the heating/ac doesn’t seem to be accurate and couldn’t keep the room a normal tempThe bed however was super comfortable!!

John Larkin

Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, this hotel is in easy walking distance of restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, the mall, Riverfront Park and the symphony at the Fox Theater Although the restaurant in the hotel looked great, we ate at other nearby Davenport facilities – brunch at the Historic Davenport and dinner at the Post Street Ale House The room was well kept and comfortable and the pool and jacuzzi in the basement was great

Please kick “like” if this review was useful to you – I like the feedback

Jamie Bailey

I booked this room not know what to expect I was shocked and kind of it of place when we walked in This hotel is what we call swanky

We had drive 5 hours to get there and looked like we belonged at a motel 6, why lie The staff that greeted us was very nice We arrive a night early They put us in a room that we wouldn’t have to change from the next morning The room was a 2 queen room Was very spacious and clean We used valet parking and they were very pleasant and quick to get our car when needed It was so close to the venue we were there for we actually just walked there

This is an older Residence Inn that’s surely due for a renovation It’s about on par with other Residence Inns in that same category, as a building Maybe a little better

However based on the other reviews here, and given our Marriott loyalty status (Platinum, at the time), I’m quite certain we were given one of their better roomsIt’s uncommon for me that exceptionally good staff make up for an otherwise low quality experience, but that was the case here The experience wasn’t *that* low quality, but IMO, it didn’t match the price The staff here, though, as the other reviews would confirm, is truly exceptional I’d prefer the welcome feeling here over a cheaper experience at a different place on most daysThanks for an overall good stay We might just come back at some point in the future-Full time traveler, guy who left a package of salad dressing there and never picked it up

The hotel decor color and style is appealing to my eyes We appreciated the shape of our room, layout of furniture and size of room (King + fold out couch bed)

The front desk lady was nice and courteousThe indoor pool remains open until 11pmBreakfast goes until 10am :)The hotel is easy to find and not too far off the main hwy; but the hwy cannot be heard from our room

Mat Allred

This was a comfortable stay just outside of Spokane The location is easy to get to and you are close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores The staff was especially accommodating, even going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of

We needed an early check-in on our arrival, and both Jake and Sarai made sure we were able to do that We really felt like “guests” Also, Jenny at the front desk was super friendly and was able to quickly help me sort out a technical issue with the TV in our roomOverall, this was a great stay, and we will definitely be back next time we are in Spokane

Great location close to downtown, the university and right off the riverfrontThe hotel staff was pleasant and helpfulParking was ok, it’s a large lot and it was full so I had to park a ways away but that can’t be helped

The hotel itself is somewhat dated It probably an older courtyard property Would be nice to see it renovated soonThat being said the room was clean and quietBed was typical Marriott quality and comfortableI would return to this property

Prism B!tch

We arrived for a late check in after playing a show at a local venue Brian was incredibly kind, informative and helpful We were completely exhausted and he made our check in a breeze, and went above and beyond to make sure we could park our van in a secure location for the night

Not to mention that the room is beautiful and comfortable, with a sliding door opening out to the lovely courtyard pool area We would love to stay here again next time we visit Spokane

I had SUCH a great experience quarantining here (which is pretty hard to say) The room was so comfortable and the patio was key! The staff was BY FAR the best part of my stay The front desk was very accommodating to my extra needs and made me feel welcome and not like a burden

I was able to get DELICIOUS food delivered to my room from the Bistro downstairs I recommend staying here 100% The people made it a pleasure for me and I’m sure they do for all guests!

I love this unique and charming hotel! I loved learning and reading about the history of this property The communal space and lounge area was unique and comforting – gorgeous fireplace! The hotel smelled nice and the rooms were big There was parking out back that was easily accessible and I even used the business center to work from

Location was in the heart of downtown and had great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance This hotel had everything Most importantly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even gave my service animal a doggy bag upon check in!

The Montvale Hotel is in an excellent location We parked and walked to every attraction — waterfalls, shopping, great restaurants, Fox Theater, Davenport, etc — that we cared to see

The room was spacious, minimalist and clean The beds were very comfortable I loved that the rooms were all placed around a beautiful lounge with a fireplace; it felt as though I were leaving my master suite to sit and enjoy my living room (though MUCH grander than my actual living room, of course) Check in and check out could be done by phone and we loved that convenience Enjoy your stay at The Montvale Hotel!

Neal O’Neal

This hotel is really cool! The layout and the finishing touches were fabulous There was seating in the indoor courtyard and gray art The feel was early 19th century

Our bed was pretty soft and that is not My wife and my preferred mattress hardness Restaurants and parking readily available The parking lot was right behind the building or another one on the other side of the block and fenced in We could see the train but not really hear it Great stay except the soft mattress

PROS- clean, very nice housekeepers, the staff is very quick on response to questions or needsCONS- outdated interior, very thin walls as neighbors dogs were very loud and she did not abide by quiet hours! She was slamming doors frequently with her frequent smoke breaks and dogs yelping as early as 5am! I was harassed at the beginning of my stay with two calls at work and couple emails for my dogs barking whenever someone walked past my doorway DURING QUIET HOURS This was a result of a previous neighbor who worked nights and of course any sound during the day is an issue! They finally made a decision and moved him! The CURRENT neighbor stated she’s sorry her dogs are loud and mine are quiet and she went on to say she apologized to the manager and he just jokingly responded with “that’s okay they will protect my tools”!

My work as a traveling Nurse brought me to this beautiful city for a short time While searching for a temporary living place I found Turning Leaf Townhomes From their online reviews to the operator taking my call, I could tell this place was special

Better than most places I have ever stayed at So clean, cool and quite I just melted into my soft cool bed after a long days work and slept like a baby This place really represented Spokane and treated me as if we have known each other my whole life If I come back I will stay at any of their properties, also if I get to retirement age, Spokane will be my home town

Love this hotel!!! Friendly service, beautiful, clean hotel Love the location, just across from the river Plenty of lighting in the rooms, which is usually my complaint in other hotel rooms

Large rooms with plenty of storage for clothing Bathrooms had plenty of counter space with space under the counter as well They offer all the free water you want during your stay I had an issue during my stay and Taylor went above and beyond to rectify the situation Will definitely stay here again!

Elizabeth Boss

The hotel was nice, however, there was a huge party going on in the suite next to me that extended into the hallway I called “At Your Service” twice asking if there was anything they could do to get the party quieted I selected the top floor “Penthouse Suite” (which, I’m guessing there are several floors with all rooms similar) and a room at the far end from the elevator hoping it would be a quiet room

I paid extra for a room I thought would be quiet and was quite disappointed I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re part of the party

Brekyn Worbes

We really enjoyed our experience! The view of downtown was beautiful The hotel bar’s drink are absolutely amazing and the food there is delicious Our room was spacious, clean, modern design

No mini fridge or microwave but still great The showers was super cool and big Staff was friendly and eager to help Vale was well worth the little up charge The location is PERFECT Close to bars, restaurants, and the river Highly recommend!!!

Stayed here on a quick solo trip to visit family Very nice place Appreciated the EV charging for my Tesla

Room was comfy and well-equipped “Manager’s Reception” offered complimentary beer and wine, which was a nice perk Breakfast was very good and the lady overseeing the breakfast area was extremely attentive and friendly Would recommend

Tracie Sweeney

Super nice staff and room was clean I liked that we were close to the front deskOnly thing I didn’t like was the bathroom didn’t have a fan and one of our mugs was chipped

No biggie though The breakfast was good and had plenty of options to choose from Workout room was clean and not crowded when I went They clean the rooms every 3 days and when I requested more towels they were at our door in less than 5 minutes I would stay here again!

lorihir

Room setup isn’t great, but mostly functional Location is close to centennial bike trail, which is a plus for me And most of the staff are friendly enough

Sadly, due to COVID19, they no longer have a restaurant or bar on site, even though their online info doesn’t reflect that Instead, they are doing something called manager’s reception from 5:30-9:30pm where they offer a couple of drinks, salad and breadsticks and the guests are forced to mingle So basically they are now a B&B If I wanted to stay at a B&B, I would have What I wanted was a true 3 star hotel with an on-site restaurant 5 floors and they don’t even offer vending machines The rooms are mostly clean, but not great The top of the sink backsplash hasn’t been wiped down in weeks No indication the TV remote has been wiped down The curtains don’t close all the way And the room just doesn’t smell or feel terribly clean Definitely not worth what they charge Don’t waste your money Go somewhere else

We live a couple of hours away and often travel to Spokane for arts and entertainment and cultural activities The Davenport group of hotels were always our first choice This weekend we came down to take in the Broadway show Hamilton

The Davenport Tower, Grand and Main were booked so they put us in the Davenport Lusso We have stayed there many times before and enjoyed the experience It is no longer what it was No one to greet at the door, help with opening it or help with luggage No valets to park the vehicle or direct us to parking No bell people One haggard and unfriendly person at the front desk No milk or cream in the building apparently Not an apple or other snack to be found No coffee made anywhere whether complimentary or for purchase Coffee pods in the room but with only some cheap and toxic chemical concoction as a whitener Directed to cross the street to the old Davenport for coffee in the morning and found a line up at a Starbucks counter about 20 people deep This should no longer be advertised as a luxury hotel or rooms sold at luxury ratesMore

I had a very lovely stay! My room was clean and beautiful The bathroom was huge! The front desk was very helpful I would often go across the street to the Historic Davenport for the restaurant and the pool, but I liked the Lusso much better

It was the same luxury but quieter with fewer childrenThe pool at the Historic Davenport was very disappointing The pool itself was nice, but the room it was in was gross It had fluorescent hospital lighting and a water damaged drop ceiling – quite a contrast to the lux interior design elsewhereThe parking was close by and reasonably priced However, since it’s two blocks from the Lusso, it was hard to find I really wish they’d put the parking address on their websiteThe spa is lovely! Highly recommend!

Compared to the other Davenport hotels, the Lusso fares badly The decor is very plain and very brown

brown everywhere It was explained to me there was a shortage in cleaning staff, resulting in the hallways to have debris and black garbage bags of soiled linen in the corner as I made my way to my room The hallways were low lit and bare, creating a cold and distant feeling (versus the warm and welcoming feeling of the other Davenport hotels) The hotel room was nice enough – clean, simple art – but very dark A few buttons on the TV remote didn’t work and USB charging ports on lamps didn’t work At no fault of the hotel, however still impacting the quality of my stay, whoever stayed in the room above mine sounded like a stampede of elephants literally shaking the ceiling as they walked across the floor, making it absolutely impossible to embrace relaxation to read a book or needed focus for work On a better note, the staff were very kind and pleasant; thankfully, this positive interaction has always been my experience with the Davenport staff I do love the Davenport hotels in general and will continue to stay in their hotels whenever I visit Spokane I will just make sure all futures stays be at the Historic or Hotel Tower

We stayed here specifically because they are maybe the most dog friendly hotels in Spokane The report of this is trueWhile the hotel is a bit older- it is kept clean by the staff

They have a large indoor pool and jacuzzi and decent exercise roomThe staff was hard working and friendly- gave my Doberman treats and would stop and talk to himThe breakfast was good- about exactly what you would expect Not mind-blowing- but good (This is not a criticism- just a description )Overall good value – excellent place if your dog is traveling with you Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at the comfort Inn and Suites in Medicine Hat Albert The rooms were very nice and Sandra the general manager was great We had some issues with some rooms, we had 39 rooms booked

Sandra was very cool under the pressure of many people coming at her at once She solved all our problems in a timely manner Sandra and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had what they needed over the next 2 days The breakfast was good and they made sure that the athletes were able to take bottled water, fruits and fresh baked muffins with them every dayThank you so much,

Very nice hotel! Upgraded us to a suite for free!! The front desk staff were friendly, easy check in! The room was clean and it was relatively quite, considering how close to the freeway you are! Great view of the valley! Easy access to the freeway and a few places to eat right across the street The spa and pool are very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed! For the price it was excellent and I would definitely recommend!

This hotel is amazing

the front desk staff are top notch especially Lisa she was such a pleasant, fun lady Very roomy rooms and clean The breakfast in the morning is very good and tasty The only thing is right across the street at 7-11 is a large amount of sketchy folks I felt very safe though in the hotel as security is top priority for the guests here We will be back soon Please tell Lisa she is doing an amazing job and we enjoyed her laughter as we had small talk

We stayed here so we could drop our daughter off at the airport early the next morning (4:30am), as we live 2 hours awayThe staff was very friendly, the entire hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortableWe actually came back after dropping off our daughter and slept a couple more hours before checking out

We opted to go out to breakfast (had a special destination in mind since we were visiting from out of town), but the full breakfast on site smelled amazingConvenient location and easy to findWe will definitely stay here again

Easy access to I5 & everything that downtown has to offer I wasn’t sure about it when I got there because of the homeless/addicts everywhere around the hotel, but I felt very safe & comfortable The room I was checked in to smelled like old smoke that housekeeping tried to rid of with some deodorizer spray, but it was still very strong

The front desk guy moved me to a different room right away without questions/hesitation, and it was much better The breakfast options were not something I normally eat, and I was disappointed in the absence of fruit

My mother & I recently stayed here and had my brothers wedding rehearsal dinner here Not only was the room very comfortable and beautiful but the staff was amazing! The manager Travis took care of everything we need to ensure a wonderful evening The head chef, staff and Travis went above and beyond for us

This was an amazing stress relief as we are from Massachusetts and being 3000 miles away Travis made us feel as ease and was extremely accommodating We will definitely be staying here again!

Larry Reviews

Good downtown location with plenty in walking distance The rooms seemed clean and comfortable The rooms are slightly dated seeming, but not terrible

The bar/restaurant downstairs has decent selection and the servers were attentive There is also a coffee shop on the lobby area Walk to plenty of attractions and easy access to public transportation

Ashley

Be cautious staying at this hotel For the high cost, you will be disappointed We checked in early and the front desk told us the lock had just been changed on our room and said the room was ready

We went up to the room and noticed the door was being held open Was a bit eerie but we went into the room anyway We noticed it seemed clean enough other than the pile of sawdust left on the floor from the lock replacement The keys we were given didn’t work so we went back downstairs for new ones We turned on our do not disturb for the whole weekend yet housekeeping entered our room anyway and took all of our towels without replacing them It took them about a half an hour to bring new ones, which one of them was stained and disgusting We spoke to a manager that night and we were happy with the compensation given for this experience However, that same night we were getting ready for bed and noticed that our comforter was filthy We called the desk and asked for a new one We were given another one that was even more disgusting It looks like mildew all over it We asked again for another blanket The hotel told us they walked to the other hotel to get us a “brand new” blanket It was the same exact thing Full of mildew We slept with a sheet that night On Sunday, they told us there were no managers available to speak to on the weekend even though we had spoken to one the night before We then got a call from the manager who was unwilling to reimburse us for this trip that was filled with issues He also tried making excuse after excuse for the disgusting blankets He told us the blankets are “aged” and the “feathers are burnt” inside the comforter Look at the pictures for yourself The comforters had 0 feathers in them Paying $800+ for a weekend at a hotel you would expect it to be much better than this We would have gotten better service at a motel 6 and we will never stay here again We made sure to let all of our local friends know as well Absolutely disgusting

We chose this hotel because they were one of the only ones that has an outdoor swimming pool We were disappointed to find it is shaded by the hotel building and never got sun and it’s the size of a large hot tub so that was a bummer This hotel is disgusting, dirty and tired

It needs a major overhaul Location is great and staff were pretty nice Parking is overpriced and you have to walk really far with bags as the garage is part of the convention center Our room was extremely dated and gross The floor had a giant red stain in the middle of it The carpet was so dirty (see photos) There was garbage left behind Bobby pins on floor so who knows what else was lurking as far as germs The lounge chair was so dirty and stained and had crumbs all over it and under the cushion I just felt grossed out touching any surfaces The price was jacked up because of something going on in town so this was not at all worth the $289 nightly rate If you have extremely low cleanliness standards this might be ok for you They really need to disinfect and update this place

We had a lovely visit in Spokane this past week, and the DoubleTree Hotel was really nice Special shout out to the ladies at breakfast – Krystal, Sandy, and Patty They were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful

(The cook was awesome, too – always cooked my eggs over medium perfectly!) Front desk personnel were likewise wonderful, especially the young lady (whose name I didn’t get) with the glasses and short dark hair The location can’t be beat, and the proximity to the Centennial Trail is an added bonus Thank you all for everything!

Great little hotel right on the river! Perfect for any event in the areaWe made last minute reservations just a day before we were going to check in without a single problem Great rates and easy digital check in/out

Large on-site outdoor parking lot (not gated) Staff was friendly and welcoming! The hotel had a nice swimming pool as well as a playground and outdoor gamesOnly a 10 minute walk right along the river to Spokane ArenaRooms were spacious, very clean, and seemed to be recently renovated They even had a nice/new bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and complimentary bath productsThe only “downside” was that the hotel was very busy and the hallways were loud during the day (to be expected) However, it did seem to quiet down after dark and we had no issues sleeping or anythingOverall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Spokane for a quick trip! Great spot, especially in the summer!

Such a fun, affordable , enjoyable hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful The hotel had 2 outdoor pools to accommodate both ages of my children! It was a beautiful spot right next to the river Plenty of space to walk and enjoy the river

We also enjoyed the outdoor play area that had giant connect 4, corn hole and a play area for the littles Bar had a nicely priced and delicious happy hour It was a great experience We will be back!

Traveling Gypsysoul

The pool is the best part! While the hotel itself looks to have had some renovations (new paint, interior furniture, wall decor) the building itself is old and not in the best shape While checking in at 9pm out front desk agent was less than friendly and when asking questions I simply go a “I’m going to give you a paper that says everything just wait!” No early check in and no late checkout allowed durning my stay Walking into my room there was trash left on the floor just under the bed(unfortunate but not a big deal) the pool was wonderful and worth every penny to have a pool side room

We were saddened by the fact that on a Friday night the pool was not open later (only until 11) opened the following day at 9am Overall we had a comfortable stay, but had it not been for the pool…it wouldn’t have been worth the price
