I loved almost everything about the hotel There were so many pros about this hotel Our room was magnificent

The customer service was friendly, professional and outstanding The hotel provided everything we needed I could have comfortable stayed in our suite for a month and never left My favorite place to eat in the hotel was at the Pantry for breakfast, their menu is perfect for breakfast I loved how everything was super convenient and close in rangeThe only con about the hotel was the sensors for the mini bar in the room If you touch it then you get charged extra so I made sure to not come close in contact to it I loved the location of the hotel it was surrounded by everything The best part about our holiday was booking our room here It made the whole experience top notch

Nathan Hawkes

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel It has it all I visited to attend a conference that was taking place in the building

This hotel is HUGE It took me almost 15 min of speed walking to get from my room to my conference in the ballrooms area There are good parking options It’s pretty centrally located on the strip The Stay Well versions of their rooms are a must Perhaps one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, period I have to mention, there is a working bathroom fan in the bathroom It did a great job not letting the mirror fog up after a shower! There are lots of choices for dining and shopping Of course, there is any kind of gambling in the casino that you can think of If this hotel is still standing in a couple of months when I come back, I would stay here again

Kymberly Botelho

The volcano is super cool!! We heard it will be going away, so we watched the show multiple times The hotel is nice Beds are comfortable

Clean The pool is great for kids, it’s 35ft all around & has a large sun shelf The hidden hot tub was our favorite place to warm up (was still a little cool in March) Decent food at pool, fun drinks & Dole Whips! Very accommodating hotel for our service dog

Great hotel Very clean and modern The views were spectacular! The location super convenient to the strip and even off-strip sites!I loved that you had access to the casino at the Aria (across the circle) without having to walk through the casino to get to your room

Front desk, valet and bell desk staff were super friendly and helpful at all times!

Jaime R

We stayed at the Vdara for 4 nights, in the Panoramic Suite The room was spacious, clean and comfortable The staff was friendly and welcoming

The location is great as it is right in the middle of the strip And it’s nice that there is no casino in the building so you don’t have to walk forever just to get to the room We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Penny D

Wonderful hotel Conveniently located for both ends of the Strip Great suites, with kitchen area and sofas

Kept spotlessly clean every day Nice laid back atmosphere as there is no casino hereThere is only valet parking at the hotel, but if you don’t want to pay for that then you can park in the Aria and get the tram to Vdara

Christine McCullough

It was ok I was here for a business trip and, at the time of booking I was happy with the price and location to where I needed to be for my work there The room is very spacious, quiet, clean, and my view was awesome

The door to my room couldn’t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside My last night there, there was no water to my room at all There wasn’t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didn’t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back Their bag retrieval kiosk wasn’t working when I went to use it my first night The outside bag drop guys were great though Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and it’s true I didn’t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature

I. Sahagun

We booked suite for 4 days So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived

the microwave Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone elseso unprofessional We are hoping they replace the microwave The price does not match the service We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don’t have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don’t have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $1500 for parking at MGM And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordinglyit takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car They only have a few valet drivers Extremely understaffed The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge

M Osiris

Room the we got with bookingcom was greatBig, clean, nice view and all amenities that one needs

The checking on the other hand took 25 minutes (no joke) While i was the first person in line Only 2 employess ware at the register, each with a customer already and that took 25 minutes Insane and just poorAlso the walk to the district takes you through a labyrinth of shops and a casino floor, there is no direct wayBut again the room made it up for it in my case

Sco D

Eric checked us in he was very pleasant and helpful We had a one bedroom deluxe, the room was spectacular with an excellent view of the strip and the mountains We decided not to pay the housekeeping fee for our stay

There were vending machines and a trash chute on our floor The pool area was great and the food at the pool bar was delicious I would definitely stay here again

Marricke’ Metoyer

Really enjoyed the hotel and it was great for when all of my family needed to stay together Had just a few snags where we called to have some towels taken out of the room and no one showed And also the house cleaning service wasn’t offered as complimentary for 1 day considering that we stayed there for 6 nights

We either had to pay for house cleaning everyday as an extra charge and couldn’t just do 1 or 2 days Or get no house cleaning services at all Other than that it was nice

This hotel has so much potential The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels

No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues The grounds were awesome So much to do in the hotel The casino was great Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean I wish it was a little more updated

DjSmiley

This was our best trip yet The food was terrific, we enjoyed every meal and late snaking at secret pizza The games were slow but entertaining, and the tables were a blast

The room is what completes a great stay There balcony rooms are a real game changer Nice and clean with big showers Great experience ✨️

First visit, and WON’T be the last!We finally were able to stay at Aria, and even though there were a few things that may have fallen a little short of my expectations, I am giving 5 stars based on the willingness of the front desk (Donna) to go above and beyond to remedy thingsUpon entering the building we were very happy with the smell, cleanliness, and space overall Our room was spacious and clean

The property offers more than enough options for food and cocktails, making it great for any size family, and any eating preferenceI called down to the front desk to ask about extending our checkout and spoke with Donna She was AMAZING! I could hear her smile through the phone as she spoke She was so was helpful in extending our checkout, I decided to let her know of the couple of things that weren’t quite as expected She was apologetic and sincere in her response, while quick to make it right She instantly made adjustments to ensure our complete satisfaction, with the most warm and kind attitudeIf a clean property, great service, amazing food is what you’re looking for in Vegas, Aria is definitely a place to visit!

Jennifer Bernard

Our first time in Las Vegas and Nomad was a perfect hotelIt’s off the main strip=quiet The room is lovely

The bar had great food and the ambiance and decor were top notch There is even a piano (which was in tune!)The breakfast is good, but make sure to make reservations Would stay there again!

Ronald Dolsky

So Nomad is part of the Park MGM hotel/casino and is considered the upgrade Nomad does have its own entrance which is nice and overall is a really quiet section of the hotel The room is on the smaller side but is cozy

At Park MGM prices I would stay here again If it is priced higher then there are better hotel optionsThings I liked The bed was super comfyfell asleep right away and didn’t want to wake up It’s part of the Park MGM so you get full access to the casino Good location next to the middle of the Strip Higher floors so nice views It’s simpleThings I didn’t like MGM so they charge for parking The bathroom doesn’t have a separate door(shares with the closet and no lock) While it is classy it does show age Room was a little small

Annie Myrvang

Just wrapped up three nights at Nomad Loved this hotel so much! It’s spotless clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful (thank you Ryan at the front desk for all your help!), and it’s very pet friendly We brought our 30 pound pup and he loved it

They sent up a super nice dog bed and treats too Tip: this is one of the few hotels on the strip that doesn’t charge $100+ Per night for a dog feeWe got upgraded to a larger room with a tub which I will say felt a lot more upscale than our original standard king room The furnishings, the bed (sooooo comfortable) the lighting, all gorgeous Finally, the nomad pool is delightful Only open on the weekends and if you are looking for Vegas pool party experience, this isn’t that It’s very relaxing, great service, reasonably priced drinks (for Vegas) and just good vibes Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing spot close to all the sights Such a fun trip!

Although the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the vacation was for 4 days and there was NO HOUSEKEEPING WHATSOEVER provided for us We had to ask for new bedding, and towels EVERY DAY! 😱 There is NO restaurant for breakfast or lunch The pool area was undressed, (not like in the photos), and hadn’t been cleaned until our last day there!! The bar was CLOSED, and cut off

There is no gambling room or anything, and there’s no entertainment! As nice of a place it truly is, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE, simply because of lack of service!GOOD LUCK!

Zeyad Baghdadi

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars Except for the two front desk ladies and one valet the staff were not friendly The facility is old and dingy

The pool area is much smaller than expected, and the noise of the freeway is like jackhammers on your skull Best part, I found a 3 inch cockroach above my bed Bathroom fan was noisy AF, water pressure terrible, soap and shampoo provided were garbage Not to mention, it isn’t even cheap to stay here You’re better off on the strip DO NOT STAY HERE!

Ericely Cosmetics

I was recently here for a friends wedding They rented out the entire hotel, and the experience was horrible Some friends of ours told me, they had used towels in their room and trash from previous guests

Don’t stay here, it isn’t worth itThe plumbing in the facility is poor, the rooms are super dark It gets super humid in the bathrooms so it was uncomfortableI was also supposed to have my own room but instead ended up having to share a room with someone elseI had things go missing out of my room and I haven’t seen it since Never recommending this place to anyone

I didn’t realize this hotel has been there over 15 years – everything looks new and has been refreshed Great location with awesome views Each time I went to the front desk, the staff was super friendly and helpful

Casino cashiers were super friendly as well The staff seem to be happy to work there, which says a lot Rooms are good, nice size with great features Mine had both a tub and shower, double sinks, which are always appreciated You don’t have to go through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, which was a plus The restaurants are awesome Casino is fun and clean The pool was awesome – lots of places to just relax or use the main pool, which was funky with the levels and center fountain, so fun There is a movie theater, bowling, kids arcade/games on-site! You can walk across the street to the mall for shopping and even more restaurants So much to do – you don’t have to ever leave!

Requested adjoining rooms But when we arrived they had given us rooms across the hall from each other When we reserve the rooms we were told that they would put a note in and make sure we got the adjoining rooms but then we didn’t

And there were none availableThere is no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms, so in order to get coffee I had to go to a coffee shop downstairs and carry four cups of coffee and a bag of cheese danishes that all together was about $65I’m my opinion that’s absolutely ridiculous That was for five people to have a mediocre cup of coffee I will say that cheese and cherry danishes were delicious But it would have been nice to be able to warm them up in a microwave in the roomWe saw a housekeeper in the hallway who had some small coffee pots and we asked if we could get one for our room, and she said no those are only for diamond and platinum level rooms in suitesI’m a frugal person at heart, but you know I’m here gambling and it just doesn’t make sense for a hotel to make it nearly impossible to get a cup coffee for less than $7In any case, next time we come to Vegas we will ask more detailed questions about room amenitiesWe definitely won’t be staying at Bally’s againAdditionally I found the resort fees and the daily deposit requirements to be ridiculously priced as well

I was really impressed with this hotelThe price was right, it’s located right in the heart of the Strip, and our room was amazingI loved having some late night restaurants right outside of the hotel

Helped for the several late nights I had where I came back hungryAll in all, I would definitely recommend and stay here again

Mrs McDonald

It’s OKPros: It is very clean The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable

Cons: My shower was not working the first night , as in it was way too cold and would not get hot at all , then it would not drain There’s a limited selection of food to be ordered to the room , …then the person who delivered had a bad attitude as if I’m making her deliver my food 😑 Mostly leave the hotel to do everything either on the strip or inside of other hotels

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital Pools including adult only were very nice

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

Lovely quiet location, off the strip but the have around the hour shuttle to take you to the strip The room was big, clean, with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and utensils Do smell a little like Marijuana even though is a non-smoking room (don’t think the prior residents were following rules 🤔) I don’t mind it but I had to fabreeze it

I don’t want to be charged extra Besides that the place is very nice, good staff n quiet I will recommend

This is a very special review It’s been hard for me to write and it’s very over dueThe best way I can condense this story is this:My family and I were in town to help my father in the hospital whom ended up passing away very quickly, and unexpectedly

we were staying at this hotel as it was close to hospitalThey were so kind, so generous, so accommodating, so sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond I don’t recall how we began talking about our sad trip, but the manager immediately showed his condolences and the whole team wrote us a nice hand written card and gave us a sweet bouquet of flowers I feel horrible that I cannot remember names as the memory is blurred But I needed to still write this review and let you know how much we appreciated you The breakfast was so good too and consistent, amenities were perfect, and everything was fresh and cleanThank you again for comforting us in every way possibleRachael & Heidi

Very clean Great staff! Pool temporarily closed for changing from salt water to chlorine based Responsive to needs

Great view for West facing rooms Breakfast was free and never out of anythingPancake make was working! Which is not always the case at other holiday Inn expresses Great location, easy feat access

Chad

First impression, great Clean lobby, either newer building or recent remodel Looked very clean, fresh, etc

Room, same: clean & nice 3 Stars because AC had a smell to it, about half our stay (3 nights) Bothered my son It was 100 -110 degrees outside during our stay, so it was running 24/7, maybe that had something to do with it? But it was bothersomeBreakfast was pretty darn good, but when they ran out of Oatmeal, when I asked if they’d refill or bring more, the answer was “no” Cleaning/Janitorial staff was VERY polite, and always willing to provide me a couple more Keurig Coffee pods & cups Tipped them They get a 5/5

I just got back from the Four Seasons Vegas about a week ago I had a blast in Vegas However, my vacation exceeded my expectations because I stayed at the Four Seasons Vegas

First, I was picked up in a limo from the airport I just ordered a car service from the concierge desk and a beautiful limo picked me up Everyday, I would visit the LV strip but I had the pleasure of returning to my beautiful hotel with the beautiful lobby and clean room with 24 hour room service, excellent staff, amazing spa, (you must try to spa), amazing breakfast buffet, and amazing pool retreat area (A very nice employee was dedicated to cleaning my sunglasses) She was so nice The water pressure in the shower was divine I requested a pillow top mattress from the front desk Then, I went to eat breakfast When I returned to my room, the pillow top mattress was made up and done There is more to add However, I am just quickly say that you should think of the best of the best and there you have it The Four Seasons Vegas comes to mind I am literally planning my next trip back to the Four Seasons Vegas

A great secret that you have on this property is the spa and it’s great staff From the time I walked in the spa, I was given such amazing service They made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed

I had a massage, by Heather one of these best ones I have had in a LONG time I also had a facial that was equally amazingOne of the things I do when on vacation is find a spa Spas are pretty much the same, except the service, that makes or breaks an experience This spa was prefectbecause of the staff

This place was fantastic The suite we stayed in was really nice It looked fairly recently renovated and felt high class for a really reasonable price

Walk out the front door and you’re right in the action The big Ferris wheel is literally across the streetThe only thing I would mention with this place is that the elevator is really far from the check in desk If you have a hard time walking, you may want to request a room on the ground levelDefinitely would recommend this place

This is my second time staying here and it has only gotten better! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel right at home and well taken care ofThe hotel rooms are well stocked with everything needed to cook, extra towels, and the beds are super comfortable!I noticed some prior reviews complain about the music starting early, which it does BUT it is well known and something to expect during their spring/summer season in most Vegas hotelsIf that bothers you, just come get your stay here in the winter because it is worth it!

The hotel building and suites are beautiful clean and well kept Nice balcony feature Spacious suites and balcony off bedroom and living area

HOWEVER the young woman at the front desk is so slow with check in and unable to multitask She is inefficient and situational unaware We were a group visibly tired at check in and She still took so long humming and literally turning in circles She could have been a little more efficient but She insisted on going through all the nuisances of the hotel and check in She asks for your phone number at check in but can’t call to inform you no shuttle is avaliable No sign no message And the hotel has no restaurant around no food in the pantry and has no idea when it will be stocked Breakfast is fine Standard items but we’ll stocked and attended Other than the young woman at the front desk for my 2 day stay the hotel is fine
