Stayed 2 nights on a visit to see family We were pretty happy overall with Days Inn The rates were good

The room was very clean Comfortable bed The heater was on constantly so you didn’t have the annoying on and off noise and the heater was quiet enough you didn’t notice it Soft, large towels Quiet setting The breakfast wasn’t much to brag about (cereal or waffles) The lighting wasn’t too great, but with the window open it was bright enough Iron and ironing board, decent size refrigerator, and microwave in room The cleaning staff were friendly We’d stay there again!

I went to get my son a room and I paid for it online and I still had to go in with my id and credit card!! Never have had to do that anywhere else Then they wanted my son to be there at the same time and he was at work I was getting the room for him so when he was done working he could go there

There was no way we could be there at the same time and what’s the point anyway I should be able to get a room for whoever I want And they would not budge on their stupid policy Good luck keeping that one in place It’s not their business who I get the room for if its paid for and there are no problems or complaints

Mike Jones

Overall our stay was nice The room was clean and no issues with the staff with the minimal amount of time we interacted with them I was super disappointed with the continental breakfast they said they have

It was almost worse than not having a breakfast at all One waffle maker, bananas and some apples and sugary cereal was all the food they had We threw the waffle away because it just didn’t taste right Had to go to McDonald’s to complete my continental breakfast

This is a pretty nice hotel located right in the middle of downtown Provo I stayed here for a conference in the convention center right across the street The location made it easy to get back and forth to/from the conference

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were pretty clean I had a lot of space in my room which had two beds and a large couch The room also had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a sink The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable I was fortunate to have a room at the end of the hallway in the top floor in the south tower of the hotel which was nice and quiet and offered some decent views outside There was a nice little terrace down on the second floor where you could walk out and enjoy the weather

Jerry Kokesh

Excellent hotel in downtown Provo; modern large rooms Mountain view rooms make it easy to forget that you are in a metropolitan area Pretty standard but nice Marriott breakfast buffet

Really nice lobby area with lots of nice seating areas for a chat or just to relax a bit Free indoor parking a big plus Not a surprise but courteous, helpful staff Highly recommended!

Jennifer Jensen

Stayed overnight while attending a conference here Room was very nice The bed was more comfortable than other places I’ve stayed

Great air conditioning, good wifi, free parking, very clean All the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpfulThe only drawback to the stay was that breakfast was very expensive They have an on-site Cafe, but the prices were quite a bit higher than I felt was reasonable $11 for a small bowl of oatmeal and slice of toast Service was on the slow side, too We finally went to pay at the register because we couldn’t wait any longer for the checkThe conference rooms were nice, but the presenters did have several issues with the microphones The staff were quick to help, but issues cropped up both days

Excellent location with very polite & helpful employees There’s a workout room, pool, and a good assortment of hot & cold food offerings at the free breakfast buffet Just be sure to arrive early since the food goes quickly

The bed was comfortable and we loved the separate rooms for the shower and toilet The only downside is that the parking lot is shared with another hotel and it’s very difficult to find a place to park, especially after dark

Trisha Kaiser

Normally I love staying at a Springhill Suites, this place was the exception Upon my arrival I had to wait over an hour for a room I was told by the girl at the front desk the room was probably ready but the housekeeping staff wasn’t answering her

When I got checked into the room I realized the toilet was not working I called the front desk staff and she said they didn’t have maintenance staff available, and they had no rooms to switch me She recommended holding down the flush for 30 seconds I tried that and everything I could think of and the toilet still didn’t work Called back to the front desk and she said she would have to call her manager Finally got switched to another room This room the AC was not functioning, only the fan I found a bug in the bathroom, and the shower area was in desperate need of some deep cleaning I also attended an event at the conference rooms, those chairs were terribly stained All in all, not up to Marriott standards

Ron Johnston

Room was dirty Had to wet a towel to wipe 5 different stains off couch and brush off food that was laying on seat of couch Floor on front of TV had so much junk on it I could move it out of the way with my foot

Sink was basically plugged in bathroom Heat/Cool unit sounded like a train every time it kicked in at might Hotel was sold out apparently so no possibility of getting a different roomI could go on with many examples but maintenance was very poor and room was old and tired I feel totally overcharged for what I received Only good thing about the entire experience was the young lady who checked us in She was professional, pleasant well groomed and helpfulI expected a lot better because of previous experience with other Springhill Suites and Mariott properties

Passing by Provo for a night, we needed a room for our family of 5 I booked a double queen room and requested a rollaway add on before we arrived, the rollaway was declined due to the limited space in the double room Completely understandable, I actually appreciate the fire safety concerns

I was emailing with Jeff the GM back and forth requesting to change our reservation to a double queen suite with pullout couch, he said those rooms were all booked but offered us a complimentary alternative of a king one bedroom suite with pullout couch AND a rollaway bed to accommodate us and our 3 children We arrived later that night and was able to thank him in person Jeff and his team are amazing and their customer service is top notch! The suite was very roomy, clean and comfortable Breakfast was fresh and well stockedThis is the reason we always stay at Holiday Inn express everywhere we go! It pays to be a member!

This is one of my absolute favorite bed and breakfasts The rooms are unique and beautiful with lovely decorations and furniture The baths are big and the beds are comfy

And the breakfast is scrumptious! We had the lemon ricotta pancakes with a berry spread and sausage on the side So delicious! If you like a classy, quiet bed and breakfast atmosphere, you will LOVE The Hines Mansion

Tiana Alexandria

This BnB is so lovely The decor is beautiful and well thought out We enjoyed listening about the history of the building and pieces inside

They were very, very accommodating despite the mistakes I made while booking (sorry again!) I felt at ease while in the mansion and even more relaxed in our room We stayed in the Library and the Kitty Hines Both were spectacular and it was such fun experiencing both styles Breakfast was delicious and they were mindful of an allergy in our party I will admit that hotel cost factors greatly into my decision when booking lodging, but I we will most definitely be staying at the Hines Mansion again My only regret is not staying here our first two nights in Provo They have popcorn, cookies, water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a great collection of movies all ready for your stay We can’t wait to come back!

ColdplayCarrie A

We spent a night in the Eagle’s Nest for our anniversary Everything about the Hines Mansion is awesome They were so helpful and friendly

Since it’s an old house, i was worried about it feeling dirty, but everything was very clean This place has the homey feel with all the extras plus all the things you would get in a nice hotel Even though eating breakfast with strangers is something that isn’t top on our list, it turned out to be so fun! We really enjoyed chatting and found some weird connections between all of us I highly recommend this place It was much better than staying in a hotel Thank you for everything!(Ashley, I found my necklace! But got a new phone so I lost your number 😊)

Stayed here for seven days and had an excellent experience The view of the mountains is amazing The hotel itself is a bit dated so don’t expect granite countertops and modern light fixtures but it was very clean, had most of what I needed to cook and the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, shuttle drivers and cleaners)

The price was very reasonable for a room that includes a living area and a kitchenette, highly recommend!

::

The staff is amazing Thank you Marriott staff at North Provo Residence Inn I appreciate the hospitality, friendliness, and service provided during my stay

The location is great and was centrally located to where I needed to travel to every dayI was not satisfied with the room conditions of the property for a Marriott compared to other Residence Inns The details matter a lot and this property needs to make improvements

Timothy Te

The hotel here is pretty dated but how clean and how friendly the folks working here makes up forIt The elevators have an odd smell to it and some of the pots, pans and utensils will need replacing soon For those traveling through and need a place to stay, this is a good hotel to stay at

There is no charge for parking at this location I do not know if free breakfast at this location but from my stays at other residence inn locations they usually do offer free breakfast

It’s always nice visiting my friends The best idea was to turn this place into low income housing I gave it 4 stars and not 5 due to the fact that the curfew sucks

The on-site security- manager person posts up at the entrance and proceeds to harass visitors trying to leave at curfew Yes I understand that the above mentioned person has a job to do and that there are those that sometimes find it challenging to follow the guidelines that are essentially for the greater good of the tenants that call this place home My opinion is that the person is A COMPLETE JERK when interacting with other humans and that he could very well do his job with a kind heart ❤️

All the usual amenities of a Hampton Inn My room had fridge, microwave, desk and couchThe pool and hot tub looked great, but I didn’t have my bathing suit so I didn’t use them

The staff were outstanding, going above and beyond with a couple special requests I had

Kade Pedersen

Completely incompetent We came in expecting to stay one night but that night we decided we would need another night At 8:30am I went down and asked them if I could extend one night

The girl at the desk said their system was down so they couldn’t do anything but the man next to her said it wouldn’t be a problem and asked for my room number and said they would take care of itFast forward to 1:40pm I come back and am told they can’t extend my stay, that they’re full Their general manager Brian tells me sorry they have a big group coming in taking all the rooms (Sounds like something they would have known about and let me know when I first asked to extend my stay)So I ask what time they need me out by and they say they can extend it to 2pm (giving me 20 minutes to pack up my wife and three kids)Before I left I asked when their system came back online which they told me was around 10:45am So I asked why they didn’t let me know during the two and half hours after their system was back and was told “we didn’t know what room you were in” when I told them they asked me for it l when I wanted to extend, I just got smilesSo if Brian’s boss Darcy is reading this just know these are the brilliant people working for you

Hotel stay was good Staff were very friendly and responsive to address cobweb above bed upon arrival I stayed in room 215

Some issues that I found the hotel general manager and maintenance need to address are as follows:Bathroom sink has a very slow drainShower head is broken and is barely workingOutlets in all the lamps are very loose and do not hold device chargers very wellBathroom hand towel had yellow stains on itLamp shades are cracked and drainedI am hopeful the hotel management will be able to address the issues The hotel is pretty dated and would benefit from an upgrade to maintain the Hilton brand

Brenda Jones Sharpe

The room was OK, but a bit dated Ours had a fireplace which was a nice touch The breakfast was good and maintained well, and the staff were courteous and professional

Some of our neighbors were loud and the staff had to make an appearance several times, but that was not the fault of the hotel Overall I’d recommend it as a Mid tier Hotel

Shelli Thatcher

Came with family and our pet for a quick overnight stay They are pet friendly with a moderate priced non refundable deposit They beds were comfy and rooms have fridge and microwave

I advise you to use your Hilton honors and\or your AAA or AARP card for additional perks ie late check out Only downfall was room was slightly smaller than I expected Staff was amazing from check in to housekeeping Thanks for a comfortable night stay

We had the wonderful fortune of meeting Hailey while at this hotel Upon our check out, my daughter left her night guard and retainer in our room We noticed late that night, once we arrived home, that the retainers were missing

Haley and the other Hyatt Provo staff, took the time not only to keep track of such an important item, after housekeeping, but also shipped via priority mail, my daughters retainer, to our home Staying here, with such exceptional staff is more similar to staying with family rather than a hotel THE STAFF HERE AT THIS HOTEL ARE EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Hyatt Provo, for helping us!PS: we also LOVED dining at the Station 22! EXCELLENT MAC AND CHEESE AND SALADS, as well as reasonably priced!!

Sheikh Rahman

I had good experience staying here The manager was extremely courteous and checked on us to know how was the stay and if we had any concern No complain about parking as I knew beforehand

Their parking should be available in July Till then paid parking in Marriott (10$) or a little far free parking Suite was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable

Eric Richard

Stay away from here Other reviews are not telling the truthNo parking

Prewrapped, basic breakfastFor the amount of money they charge, it should be way more convenient We literally had to WALK in the mud on a busy street a block away to park and get to our bags This isn’t your “normal” hotel experience The staff wasn’t overly helpful, almost as if it were your fault they have no parking Then breakfast was far below average It felt more like a quick grab at the gas station spot than it did a hotel breakfast I’ve gotten used to at other hotelsReally stay away from here Very bad experience

We come to this hotel because we love it and every other time we’ve had a great experience Completely different story we experienced today Sunday morning at 8:30 AM 2/27/2022, we went to get the free breakfast and a cup of coffee

everything was empty, even the coffee machines, bowls etc Breakfast is from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM we sat there waiting for a good 20 minutes and saw the lady that fills the food go look and see that the food was empty and just went back to the front desk where she was hanging out drinking coffee and continue to drink her coffee hanging out with the front desk worker Everyone down there was waiting for food Definitely makes you feel like they don’t care about their paying guests

Jason Miller

The room was nice, clean and comfortable I stayed the previous night at their sister property next door The second night of my time in Orem, I stayed here, the room was more expensive and I had hopes for a better breakfast, but it was the same as the other less expensive property next door (not great, in my opinion)

If your stay is short, I would stay at the Fairfield If your stay is longer, this hotel has a kitchenette so you could prepare your own meals and save some money from having to eat out

Ken Durrant

3 stars for a very 3 star hotel Nice staff though Had to drag my shower curtain down to the front desk and also ask for bedding (none in room for the pull out

maybe a covid thing) Shower curtain was torn in half Kids very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed They sent us to another hotel’s pool across the lot who didn’t let us in

This was probably one of my favorite hotel stays ever Great staff, everyone was friendly! The breakfast had so many options, different juices, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal with different toppings Waffles and lots of fun stuff to top those with

and the list goes on The room was nice, we had the king suite and my daughter loved the desk Comfortable bed and pillows So close to everything There is even a movie theater across the street and even a mall Hot tub and pool were very nice! We loved it!!!

Lisa Peel

They woman who checked me in was wonerful, she was there 2 days and everything was great until we were leaving on Sunday I went down to the buffet 10 minutes before it closed and was treated very rude I asked if they had any more bacon or if they were done serving

A girl with a cast on here leg ignored me and then when I asked for milk said “isn’t there any over there?” She the proceeded to bring out bacon and all other items for the staff I completely understand that you feed your staff Three of them looked, laughed and talked about me in Spanish, unfortunately they didn’t know I speak Spanish I will not repeat the things that were said about me It’s unfortunate that you have employees that don’t understand common courtesy They man they checked me out on Sunday was also very inconsiderate and I felt like I was troubling him by ringing the bell when I needed anything, even though the women at the breakfast were terrible, he was the employee that I would get rid of I will be forwarding this to corporate and will not be staying at your location again!!

Terry D Underwood

From everyone in management, to every Front desk Clerks, to every member of the Housekeeping staff, individuals & Couples, to the Chiefs in the kitchen and the maintenance group, each individual preformed their duties and responsibilities with genuine intregity, kindness and respect for others!Their primary goals and responsibilities were met, with the guests comfort and safety in mind, by consistently meeting those goals with dignity!During my lengthy stay, never once did I witness anyone associated with this hotel behave in any way that would cast a shadow of unpleasantness or disrespect towards each other, especially the guest!I highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites in Spanish Fork, Utah for any weary traveler as this hotel offers accommodations rarely found elsewhere! From a scale of 1 to 10

for myself, I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a 10!

I would say this was one of my best stays at any inn, hotel, etc It is fairly priced, great location, there was enough towels for our family of seven An amazing complimentary breakfast, the staff are very kind and helpful

One thing to know is that there is not an elevator, i imagine due to only two floors It wasn’t a bad thing not having an elevator, the stairs were wide and carpeted Basically compared to other motels, inns, etc That are usually twice the price this one far beyond exceeded my expectations

krazy Loonygurl

We stayed here over night The location is fine, it is across the street from a truck stop but wasn’t bothered/woken up by the trucks The man at check in Rob was nice and was able to change our room to a bottom floor room when I asked, due to having my toddler

Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, pre-packaged breakfast burritos and sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, fruits, cereal, was great for us due to being able to get a few things and hit the road Our room was clean, quiet and wasn’t bothered by the locking adjoining rooms I only gave it a 4star for the room over all due to carpet, I am not a lover of carpet especially in hotels Other than that, was a good place to stay overnight

Laura Cerrone

Don’t ever ever stay here!! If you want good rest don’t even think about this hotel So many horrible things to say To start ,it’s in a truck stop and alll you can hear is the trucks and the engines

Not to mention it’s right off the freeway so on top of the trucks making noise you can hear the freewayThen the staff is the worst They are super unfriendly, the housekeeping was knocking on our door at like 9 am and we were not even due to check out ,then she kept trying to open our door over and over!! It was so weird and she looks really sketchy Just a horrible hotel! Don’t give your money to these people Promise you will be upset the room is so dirty It’s just a gross nasty rude no good sleep place

I can’t recommend and say enough about this hotel Staff is amazing, kind and helpful Breakfast is really good, lots of options

Many times the gentleman was bringing more out close to the end time, when other hotels would just let it run out then wait to close the line, not here They made sure everyone was served My husband works at 4 am and this gentleman that helps with the breakfast gave him a few breakfast sandwiches to warm up in our room since he was always gone for breakfast Large rooms with comfy beds We had the room with the pull out couch and it was comfy as well Very pet friendly hotel, just pick up after your pet as I noticed some don’t I’d hate to see others ruin pets being able to come because pet owners aren’t doing their job cleaning up after their pet We were doing an addition on our house and had to stay here 6 days The customer service we received during our stay was top notch Highly recommend

Very nice and clean place to stay Good breakfast options and no issues at all The staff was friendly, the parking was good, and would absolutely stay here again

The value was good overall – everything is high in this area but as compared to other options, the value is still good There are places to eat within walking distance and many more within a few miles The area that this hotel is in is very desirable Highly recommend

Clean and the beds are so comfortable The most amazing part was the customer service we received from Kim W She was so polite and sweet

She went out of her way to get us our wedding rate and ensure we had a room to stay in if needed for a second night She remembered us at every pass and left us the kindest note I have never stayed somewhere so clean nor have I ever received this level of customer service Please tell her I will never forget her She made our trip memorable

Wish I could rate this 0In town for the week for work and they set me up in this hotel Everything was supposed to be covered and our travel department had been coordinating with the hotel on payment but when I got checked in they asked to swipe my card for incidentals and charged the whole week onto my credit and they had no idea who I should talk to or what I should do about the fact that it was chargedDuring my stay, my room was not cleaned despite me leaving off the do not disturb sign

On top of that, my company booked me for one more night during my stay, I called the front desk and they told me I needed to check out of my current room and move to another one so I had to pack up and take all of my luggage to work When I went to check back in they gave me my SAME ROOM so I completely packed up and lugged everything around for no reasonThe cherry on top was that when I finally got back into my room I was CHANGING and a man WITH A KEY unlocked my door and walked in The only explanation I was given was that they had a miscommunication and he thought the room was vacantI can understand booking and payment issues, I know I will be getting a refund onto my card now, but after all the terrible service and a man using a key to walk into my room while I had clearly checked in at the front desk, I have to speak upI worked with the same front desk woman through this entire process and her customer service was terrible She seemed extremely annoyed with me every time I spoke to her or asked her a question to the point that a coworker of mine pointed out that she was being rude and unhelpful This same coworker was booked at the hotel next to this one and said they received amazing service and loved their stay I will never book at this location again

Stopped here for the night Woman at front desk was nice got us checked in quickly and gave us directions to the car wash Room was a little small but well appointed, clean, and stylish

Shower instead of a tub which I love I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel I saw some other reviews complaining about the free breakfast It’s like that in the hotel industry Although I’ve not had breakfast here I would not bypass this hotel because it that We did not use wifi as we have mobile hotspots Thanks for a nice stay
