The whole experience is wonderful The staff is great The rooms are clean and we love the Villas

I wish there were fans under the covering at Cheeks We like to sit outside The tables around the pool go quickly because there is shade and fansThat’s not a knock just a personal wish

Chris

Left a previous 5 star review without comment On most recent visit I was hanging out by the lake and saw one of the workers removing cobwebs from the docks/piers with a long handled brush I have never seen this level of detail to make things right/enjoyable anywhere else! Obviously very well maintained property

Friendly and reasonably priced

I tent camped here Tent sites are on one side of the little pond There’s ample parking and easy access

Really pretty in the mornings and evenings The pools (nudity required) at Cypress Cove are so nice and everyone is super friendly Highly recommend it for people comfortable with naturalist and nudist experiences or for those who want to try it

Pro: check-in was a breeze Front desk guy was helpful and friendly Hotel looks new and smell nice

Loved the soft bed and the layout of the roomCon: the bathroom needs improvement since the toilet didn’t work on the first night we were there Called front desk and was told the maintenance guy won’t arrive till 9 am the next day If my kids want to use the bathroom, they have to go to the public bathroom on the main floor, next to the elevator Told my kids NOT to drink water before going to bed since we are on the 3rd floor so don’t want the hassle in the middle of the night

Michele Bradice

New-ish, clean, conveniently located hotel in the heart of Orlando Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in the area

and everything was perfect The beds were REALLY comfortablebathroom was clean and spacious, room was spacious, breakfast was abundant and freshparking was a little crowded at night with limited spots available Customer service was excellent — they resolved an unauthorized charged on my account within the hour Will definitely return to this hotel for the next family party!*Didn’t use the pool, but the gym was fine — small, but had everything you need for a good workout

We just checked out yesterday, July 8, 2022 The hotel itself was nice and the convenience to the parks was a plus It only took minutes to get where we had to go

The suite we had was conveniently located on the first floor, so we didn’t have to walk far The major issue we had was the water NEVER got got I spoke to someone at the desk several times regarding this After being at theme parks all day, a hot shower was something we looked forward to; however, being the water never got got, we had to settle for lukewarm I have never stayed at a hotel where the water didn’t get hot The first time I informed them, the lady at the desk said she was letting maintenance know and they would come by I waited hours and eventually fell asleep The next morning, I went to the desk again and the guy there said there were only two maintenance men for both hotels I get places are short-staffed, but you still have to do what you can to make your guests happy The third time I went to the desk and explained the hot water issue, the guy said, “I’m sorry” He didn’t bother saying he’d get someone to look into it He simply shrugged and went back to sitting at the desk As much as I liked the convenience to the parks, the en suite kitchen, and the separate living and sleeping areas, the lack of hot water and the unconcern of the front desk staff are deal breakers for me

Dori Bare

Poorly maintained hotel Staff is super nice but nothing works right AC would only get cool, ceiling fan’s motor is going out and constantly grinds, water was warm (not hot)

Reported to front desk, maintenance came “es normal” On our last night, water was pouring through the access vent in the ceiling Maintenance came and put washcloths in there and said it was fixedWill not stay again Would not recommemd

Jessica Pugliese

Had a really amazing stay here We visited Orlando to visit Disney World and to do some shopping This location was fantastic! Not far from Disney and right across from Vineland Premium outlets

Overall, decent hotel Good breakfast, nice front desk agent Less then 10min drive to Walt Disney

Beds where a little stiff for my liking and the pillows sank right to the bed with barely to any cushion We found it was best is to place 2 pillows inside 1 cover and it was perfect Grounds and inside was very clean Pool area clean Nice large hot tub was nice after each day with nobody in it We travel a lot and we’re happy with it, Overall it was a good 3star property for overall hotel stay ranking from 1 star being a motel 6 and 5 star being a ritz Carlton resort

Shirley Mae Samonte

The staff was friendly and wonderful Breakfast was great as well Loved the touch of the Mickey Mouse waffles

However, the hotel room wasn’t the best It needs some major upgrades and fixing Random holes on the walls of the hallway and bedroom (I see an attempt of patching, but it was poorly patched over), carpet was a bit run down, and bathrooms had some mold We always stay at a Hilton hotel because of how clean and updated their hotels are, but this just didn’t meet the standards for me

shorty62476

Roosevelt and Angelique at the front desk are amazing The Hilton app allowed us to reserve and pay for a room at a location that is still under construction I did not learn until today, the day I am checking in that my location is still under construction

I came here and was taken care of They were very understanding and were able to find a room for myself and family

Very nice staff! Very convenient location to Disney parks and many places to choose from to eat out The pool was nice but a little cold and the lazy river could have been open more The bar is missing out on serving drinks to people on vacation

They should be open more The rooms were very spacious but need a dresser The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean We had a nice stay

Mason Bissi

We stayed here for 10 days total and we totally recommend it! The staff are friendly and really helpful We had no problems whatsoever The hotel and rooms are very clean and large! The pricing is very fair and it’s proximity to Disney and Universal was a big plus for us since we went almost every day

The room service is super easy, just call them since it’s by request It takes 2 seconds to call so we just did it before we went out for the day 10 days straight, the room was always perfectly cleaned and the cleaning staff are extremely friendly and kind people As for the coffee set up that all the other reviewers like to complain about, it’s perfectly fine and easy to find And the coffee was great! The breakfast buffet too is fairly priced and really worth it We will definitely be back to Red Lion the next time we visit Orlando Thanks so much for making our vacation so perfect!

Michael Cesarotti

Good value for the room size and amenities offered Stayed 3 weeknights in late March Room was clean and up to date along with the common areas

There were chairs open around the ample sized pool and a lazy river/water slide that opened at 2PM Be aware of the resort fee of around $17/day which does include parking Room service is by request only, I didn’t need it so can’t comment there Free coffee until 11AM but you will pay 1199 and up for breakfast at the attached restaurant All of this is disclosed online so don’t be surprised Only critique would be to offer more TV channels and put some coffee makers in the rooms Regardless, this property is still a better value compared to the larger chains in the area and you really aren’t missing out on anything so this is a solid recommend

Excellent resort I’m truly impressed with the Hilton properties This one in particular looks brand new

I don’t how old it is but it’s beautiful Service was exceptional and the property is well kept Heated pool, a little market and a pool bar We had a 2 bedroom lockout with a great view of icon park If I get a chance again I would definitely stay here

Hailey Nesta

My experience at my first Hilton Grand Vacation hotel was beyond excellent and I’m very happy we chose this specific location We had the 2 bedroom suite for our stay and it was perfect The appliances were all brand new, the furniture was clean/new and the beds were so comfy

The pools/hot tub area was very nice with a heated and regular pool and 4 hot tubs plus a waterslide The marketplace included many things like fresh baked goods and Starbucks coffee The staff was really nice and helpful throughout our stay! This is going to be my family’s go to hotel next time we visit Disney Thank you Hilton

Karem Espinosa

Very nice and clean hotel,Love the kids playground, there are like 4 hot tubs, and the pool is amazingCouple things I would like to point out:➡️It shouldn’t be called a resort when there are not food options here Just snacks

You have to meet Delivered food at the front deskAlso,➡️We stayed 4 days, 3 nights They never cleaned our roomIt looks the business is up and running very well Can’t keep justifying this on the pandemic It’s just not acceptable➡️Bring your personal cleaning supplies Nothing is provided aside from a tiny shampooOther than that Beds are amazing, kitchens have it all Utensils you need, like plates, cups, and moreI love that everything looks clean and new

What a stunning and beautiful hotel to stay at while in Orlando All of the staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and polite The hotel room, the pools, hot tubs and the grounds of the property were all immaculately maintained

Going for walks around the lake was so pleasant Even the 3 outdoor grill stations were super well cleaned Definitely buy some steaks and cook them on the grill to eat in your room The screened in patios made for a wonderful place to relax without any bugs in the evening

Daniel Flud

What a beautiful location to stay! Here on my honeymoon with my wife and have not been disappointed The grounds are well manicured and clean Great pricing as well

Walk right over to large shopping malls and dining, not to mention only 10- 15 minutes to every major theme park in OrlandoWhen you stay here you will be taken care of

Nicole Henderson

Very poorly designed rooms Stayed to get away to relax went to room first night bathtub had a dirty towel! You can hear people walking making noise Moving chairs and shutting doors as if your in a horribly designed apartment

I would not recommend if you are seeking to actually go on a vacation or relaxing getaway I could have stayed in a ghetto residential apartment if I wanted to hear all of this noise all night Also good luck getting any help from front desk apparently the button on the phone goes to security and does not get redirected to the front desk for any assistance By the time I got the actual front desk I had to speak to a supervisor who acted like the manager and even misrepresented managers name Provided no solutions to the inconvenience of having to move at 11pm at night I’m in building 4 and her original solution was to move me to building 7 on the top floor which lacked common sense as I would have to move my vehicle and pack up Just outrageous cheaply designed buildings Also when you check in they will ask you all sorts of personal things such as if your married and offer a 90 min tour for a timeshare even if you are staying for one to two nights smh If I could give zero stars , take away this wasted time at this resort and poor customer service in my space, life and erase this from my memory that would be worth it

We got a unit that had been renovated, so it was really nice Loved that the outside carpets are replaced by wood flooring, so much cleaner The unit was nicely laid out and efficient, no wasted space

We called room service a few times for towels and other misc items, and service was very fast They had a small miniature golf and life size chess/checkers which the kids loved The pool was nice, but a little small The only activity at the clubhouse was ping pong, and that was also outside Wished there were some activities indoors when it’s very hot outside

Darik Chapman

The condo was wonderful with easy check in Stayed as guest of my brother & sister-in-law for the whole week, Saturday to SaturdayCondo setup was like a small apartment with all the amenities

We filled the fridge with some breakfast items, snacks & drinksThey had activities everyday by the pool Somedays and at some times pool was empty, nearly had it to ourselves Plenty of chairs & umbrellas around the pools tooThe location of the condo was perfect to get to all the fun, the parks, the shopping & the restaurants We couldn’t get it all in the one week, would have stayed 2 weeksGreat place, no complaints!

Bernadette Ferea

Beautiful campus with a warm pool (except the kiddie pool) My kids enjoyed catching and releasing all of the lizards around the property (shout-out to Mr Payne, the security guard, for teaching us about the cup method!) Very family friendly with bbq areas, a mini golf course, outside chess/checkers, and a playground

The rooms were clean and the kitchens were stocked with basic stuff and some spices Our rooms were set up a little strange with the master bedroom not having an in-room bathroom but it was fine There was also an annoying electrical issue with the ceiling fan in our room which caused it to crank up to the highest speed and flicker the light on in the middle of the night All in all, the staff was helpful and friendly and the overall experience was positive

The is a true resort hotel The grounds are well kept and immaculate The hotel is really spacious and very inviting

Had the buffet breakfast at Citron, food was good As for the room, the bed along with the pillows were amazing, absolutely comfortable The outside lounge and pool are in a class by itself and the grounds are so well maintained Enjoyed my 6 hour stay

Travis Lane

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the hotel itself is very beautiful I booked the room in advance and paid a specific price to get a balcony facing the pool When we checked in the room did not have a balcony

They agreed to move us after calling the front desk but we needed to come down to get a key I went down to get the key and then went to our new room The bell service did not show up with our luggage for 30 minutes so I called front desk who assured us the bell service was aware of the new room number and to wait for our luggage After another hour I went down myself as we needed items for our autistic daughter who is 4 The bell service advised they came up to the previous room and no one was there so they were holding our items So 2 hours after arriving we finally have our room and luggage This ruined our entire afternoon and time in the pool before dinner The next morning I called the bell service to come get our luggage to checkout and contacted valet to get our car We arrived downstairs only to wait for 30 minutes for our car in the heat with our 4 year old This was after a 15 minute head start with my call providing my valet ticket number Absolute joke with the price I paid for the room, valet, dinner, and drinks I highly recommend finding another place to stay There are too many beautiful hotels in Orlando to deal with this headache

Eric Matos

Love the place When you are there you feel that you are really away from home even though I live close to this place There pool with their lazy river is the BEST

You do have to try their Breakfast buffet is amazing So many to chose from Although on my last visit I was somewhat turn off with the waitress serving us Waited more than 5 min for a cup of coffee Cordial with the table surround us but us It never happened before but this time But please don’t let my experience opaque their delicious breakfast

First time when hotel opened it was great staff, service, and breakfast, and room Parking was never an issue, because the location was still developing It’s been 5 years 2nd visit was a bit disappointing

Room had a dampness in the air, which ended up making me sick Bed was super uncomfortable, which is shocking Breakfast was eggs, sausage and waffles at times, also with muffins and yogurt, but they had to go boxes which was nice to have Staff was not welcoming Except the bistro attendant Alfredo, he was very nice There is no reserved parking for the hotel, so with the surrounding of restaurants, searching for parking is not fun especially with kids TV channels is limited for kids, only Nickelodeon The surrounding area there’s lots of restaurants and a playground The area is beautiful

Tammy Jo Jones

I stayed using a free night but I definitely would have paid the rate Studio king room, basically full kitchen VERY quiet room did not hear people in the halls while I was trying to sleep

Nice area to do makeup/hair as well Lots of drawers/ areas to put items away Only thing bad is a complaint I have in all hotels Lighting is never conducive to putting on makeup Can never get it like at home But as I said all hotels have this issueWould definitely stay again!!

Chris Bircham

Lovely room, comfortable bed small kitchen very useful when just arriving from England for hot drinks and snacks Staff extremely helpful on the front desk and breakfast provided in the room downstairs Well done Marriott, our daughter booked this for us as a surprise, we are very glad she has our high standards, can’t wait to come again on our next trip to the USA Christine Bircham

My family and I recently had a delightful experience! The resort is absolutely spotless In the mornings they even had staff out in the parking lots cleaning any trash or anything out of order Impressive! A few other great perks… simple parking that was literally right outside of the tower we stayed at (super convenient!)

Delicious coffee in the suites Never heard our neighbors once! Definitely recommend!

Liz Miller

The rooms are really nice Tons of room and super comfy beds Laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry, paid in quarters

If you are using their conference center, dress for the antarctic, even in summer (not kidding 🥶)The staff was amazing After the first night, someone knocked on our door to see how our stay was going We told them our shower was draining really slow, not expecting much but they immediately fixed it! Super impressed they knocked, asked, and actually cared! The pool was a huge hit The location is perfect if you’re visiting Disney There’s great parking If you want to skip the parking fees, park in the front along the fence They actually told us this! Super sweet people!

Ray Henderer

Very nice resort! Rooms are newly renovated in a very clean looking style The resort was easy to maneuver with self parking pretty much right at your door The pool area is very beautiful and provides easy access to either your room tower or to the main lobby

The staff was pleasant all the way around It provides a nice alternative to some of the mega resorts that are offered in the theme park area We were there attending a church event and found that the conference center was convenient and well cared for I’d recommend this property for business, pleasure or both!

I just got from staying at Lake Nona Wave Hotel What a wonderful experience, from the minute you walk in the door From the bellmen to the front desk, I was greeted with a smile

You walk in and you feel positive energy, you feel happy with the bright colors, beautiful art work and not a detail is missing The rooms are beautiful, so well appointed and in each room one of the most comfortable, soft robes to wear The food and beverage was awesome and the chef is so creative Meeting space is lovely, banquet chairs very comfortable and the banquet and wait staff was always very hospitable I cannot wait to visit again

We had our room block here, rehearsal dinner and after party for our wedding this weekend If I could give 10 stars I would We were a little nervous about things going smoothly due to how new it is

Usually a brand new hotel takes a little while to find its rhythm from an operations standpoint We were the first wedding room block they had there They not only handled us in stride, they knocked it out of the park Every detail was thought of carefully, every staff member went above and beyond to make it a great weekend for us and our friends/family This is hospitality at its finest I highly recommend you give this place a visit/ stay Angela the event manager is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with Thank you for making our special weekend the best!

The Lake Nona Wave is an amazing property! I’ve been to several hotels and what makes this hotel different are the people They are all so caring and sweetThere’s live music on Wednesday nights, and the food is delicious! In room dining is great, the Living Room bar is the most comfortable, but elegant place, and the decor is fabulous! As a guest and local, this is the place to be

Lisa, Patricia, & Sebastian from The Living Room bar are attentive to their clients; while Val & Kyle will make sure you have everything you need for a successful and pleasant stay

Average accommodations, needs updating, the smaller suite is really just enough room for 2 people We are a family of 3 which meant my husband and I had to share a full size bed that had one side up against the wallWe stayed in room 2016a and it had a moldy smell

If you stay less than 5 day you have to wash your own towels in the outside community laundry room Housekeeping only cleans after you checkout which explains the complaints about roaches We didn’t see any roaches in our room however the lizards were a bit disturbing hanging around outside our door I’mfromOhio so that was a surprise to meThe pool area is small and they make you sign for towels There aren’t any umbrellas around the pool and all the shady areas are not close to the pool so we had to leave our belongings unattended which was fine no one bothered themThe roof top bar looked like it would have been fun for a girls night out, they had karaoke and from what I could hear the DJ was awesomeThe game room was small and the workout room was sufficient and cleanOverall good experience for the price

Beautiful place The grounds are kept clean & the paths are easy to maneuver The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating

The upstairs bar/ lounge has great drinks The rooms are clean & comfortable The pools are beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs to relax inThis resort is near lots of shopping for food, clothes & entertainment Near major roads to travel to various theme parks

Had a slight mishap when I first arrived they had a system error that assigned me to the wrong room that wasn’t deluxe when I paid for deluxe Also the connecting door to the other room was wide open and it’s not suppose to be unlocked nor open, bed was unmade However, the service was wonderful and they graciously resolved the issue

Put me in a new room with everything in check, told me they would find out who left that first room that way so they could be held accountable for that Wonderful service Wonderful pool and bar The food in their Deli was BEYOND my expectations For such a small kitchen the food is incredible and well priced Can’t say enough about the food, atmosphere, staff/service Definitely coming back!

Decent hotel but really needs attention to certain areas My room had the typical stained furniture of a normal family vacation area Couch had stains, carpet hand stains, etc

Office chair needs replacing as the chair had torn upholstery Breakfast was plentiful and had Mickey mouse shaped waffle makers I usually pass on hotel breakfast because I prefer something other than prepacked foods but the waffles were decent Overall I would stay here again Location is great for the area Easy to get on where I needed to go

M. Janezic

Positive: Super nice stuff!Negative: From the lobby to the pool to the rooms- everything is super dirty and nasty but the worst surprise was the cockroaches In bed in kitchen area

Everywhere! I bought my own vacuum cleaner because it was so dirty Every single use (at least twice a day) i got it full of dust and long dog hair ( we don’t have a dog) Perhaps the ac unit coils need to be cleaned? And absolutely everything else

This is a nice hotel What made our stay was the impeccable service of Ramon and Hector Ramon was always very helpful and friendly and very informative

Just because of them, I loved the hotelThe room was better than many I have stayed at The bathroom had a sliding door The pull out bed had crumbs in it from previous guest The room was rather big was a TV that was not placed at an optimal place for all 3 of us to see That was no big deal thoughThe breakfast was very good They were make-your-own Mickey Mouse waffles They had juice, biscuits, English muffins, coffee, many choicesElevator needs your room key to functionThey have a gym and a laundry roomVery wonderful staff and great sleeping accommodations I slept like a baby my whole stayAgain, the staff made this stay wonderful

The Manager Brian was extremely personable and accommodating The staff was very pleasant I have stayed at this location numerous times and have not been disappointed

The made to order breakfast is phenomenal The hotel has a family friendly atmosphere I would say the rooms are becoming a bit dated and will probably soon require renovations I was a little disappointed that the snack/happy hour has declined from an elaborate display/spread to personalized snacks consisting of pretzels and potato chips All in all, my family and I were not disappointed and will likely be returning soon

Dave Garcia

The staff at this location is amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained We had one issue with the room lock not working due to dead batteries, however, the staff were able to resolve it and get it back to working very quicklyThe beds were comfortable but nothing special (your normal hotel bed)

The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap One thing that could have been a little better was the temperature of the shower water While I never ran out of warm water, it never got hotter than lukewarmOne benefit to staying at Embassy Suites is the full hot breakfast The made to order eggs and omelet’s were delicious and everything else was also well prepared I will say though, we were there for 4 nights and breakfast was the same every morning So if you’re someone that likes variety and staying for very long, you may end up wanting something else after a few daysOverall, I was very pleased with our stay and experience

Adrianna Marion

This hotel was clean and friendly! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay a good one Every time a passed a staff member they greeting me with a smile I even overheard two quest on the elevator say they were enjoying the comfortable beds and the location

Nearby Italian restaurant and grocery store, you don’t have to venture to far Laundry room and pool are also located on on property if you wanted to use them Highly recommend staying at SpringHill Suites, Lake Nona Just ask a friendly staff member to assist you!

Yami Garay

Went for vacation with my husband and daughter We loved our room Clean, clean clean

Housekeeping was great Staff was also great! We were about 20-30 minutes away from Disney depending on traffic (no biggie) We would rather stay in a hotel like this and drive the distance than staying in a resort close to the parks which are dirty and outdated (some of them)Breakfast was great also! Honestlyno complainsI just wish the pool was heatedThis will be our go to hotel as long as they are consistent with their cleaningness, politeness and good service We definitely recommend!

Gay Dunn

Very nice

newclean! Small rooms though and the bathroom is right in the middle, so there is not much privacy Plus, there is not a separate door for the toilet area, so only one person can use the bathroom, as the shower, sink and toilet are all behind the one centrally located door Walk-in closet is large enough to sleep in, so probably would have been a better use of space to split up the bathroom in order to have a private toilet area, and have a smaller closet!

The staff was accommodating when we asked to change rooms We need a first-floor room and the room was indeed clean although I could say different for the dated, damaged and worn items The cleaning staff did an excellent job, security was also amazing and the staff was accommodating with many things

But for prices, I would have done just as well in a newer hotel suiteI am not an owner at this place but if I was, I would have wondered where my maintenance fees go Electrical outlets need repair, they were extremely loose in the bedrooms and light fixtures kept shorting out Many fixtures like mirrors with moisture expansion, mold in the bathroom shower areas, and the air vents full of dust/dirt although some items have been recently upgraded and I realize we are coming out of a pandemic some of these items should probably be a priorityMany items should be considered for upgrades along with your half-worn curtains with holes in the insulated areas, bed mattresses should probably be replaced if myself and spouse roll into one another as it drops in the middle, maybe consider that chairs should not be fixed by putting chair covers on them Although we are thankful for having a kitchen and washer dryerIf you don’t want to hear other guests dragging chairs across the floor or kids bouncing a ball at 1 am you might consider a 2nd story room/suite I am not sure who said it was a hidden gem they must have some upgrade or brand new rooms, we did not get fortunate enough to get that roomThe cleaning staff and security were great staff was accommodating with many things But for prices, I would have done just as well in a newer hotel suite

Overall a decent, mostly clean place to stay for visiting the parks and hanging out on the property I would recommend going for the one bedroom suite for extra space and a more comfortable layout If you’re staying for the week, the one bedroom is a MUST

Staff are so friendly and helpful Really nice experience with everyone who works on the propertyCleanliness – the rooms are so-so The carpet in our bedroom stank when the AC wasn’t running Otherwise, it was cleanAmenities – all of the pools and spas are very nice, pool chairs are fairly new Gym was awesome Super clean and lots of optionsAmbience – the rooms are in desperate need of renovations to remove popcorn ceilings, re-tile the bathrooms, update the jacuzzi tubs (I wouldn’t use a hotel jacuzzi tub ever), rip out carpets, remove tacky mirrors behind the beds, replace furniture and curtains

Ray Hile

Nice room staff was accommodating Stove and toaster needed some attention Wasn’t found of the couple sitting in the outside stair well smoking and leaving their cigarette butts laying on the steps

Didn’t care if they smoked just pick up the trash Nice pool and Hot tub Jet tub was great We mentioned the stove and toaster when we checked out Was a nice get away

Hotel was really nice Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable Nice pool the kids loved it

My only down side was the check in my family and I drove 10 hours from Louisiana and arrived there after 4 and the room was not ready but they did accommodate us with a upgraded room no extra charge Overall this hotel was very nice I would stay again if I’m in the Orlando area

Lori Keller

Very clean with spacious suites We got as room that has 2 queen beds in one room and a sectional couch in another It had a full sized fridge/freezer which was awesome to have, a sink, microwave, coffee maker,

stove and a dishwasher Plus all the pots, pans, and utensils to cook if you wanted We didn’t cook but it was nice to have plates in the room for dov9dong5 up our take outThey provide bus service to Sea World and Disney but we only used the service to Sea World You were supposed to reserve your seat on the bus the day before but we never did and didn’t have a problem getting on the bus to sea world It was a quick, less than 5 min ride to sea world I think it would be necessary to book a spot on the Disney bus thoughOne negative about the bus is that the return times start at 540 and committing every hour until close We were ready to leave sea world by 2 because we were exhausted but had to wait it out until 540There is free breakfast included which was really nice to have Options included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and I think they may have had grits

Jazmyne Jacob

My family and I came here, due to our flight being canceled and it was a great experience

we will definitely be back‼️ The pool area was nice and relaxing, good vibes with music playing, water temperature was always consistent with 84°, which we loved! I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well, just wished there were more selections in food choices (it was only pork sausages- not everyone eats pork 🤦🏾‍♀️) The bar had great libations 🍹🍸 Also, Ryan was freaking Awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant 😁🥰 We will see ya’ll soon!

This resort was absolutely wonderful From the moment you walk in, the customer service was great We were taken care of very quickly and the front desk lady was very informative; she let us know where our building was, the open and closing time for the pool, etc

She gave us some tokens for my 3 year old to play and even some coupons for the drinks at the bar I have never felt so well taken care of at a resort then hereThen we went to the room Beautiful Everything was so clean and considering that we were right behind the pool, the noise wasn’t what we were expecting The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were glorious I personally love the little window in the master bath, i thought that was very cute and quite funnyThe location was close to the park that we were going to the next day which was wonderful and it was close to the restaurants and other attractionsWe absolutely loved this resort especially since it was 5 adults and a small child We all fit comfortably and we were so relaxedThe pool was absolutely gorgeous and we loved that it had a specific area where the children could play We will definitely be coming back to this resort sooner rather than later

Helen

First time and won’t be the last The staff was great They made our stay much easier and everyone is friendly and professional

They answer all of our requests extremely fast We stay 6 nights in a 3bed 2 bath The rooms were big and plenty of storage The master bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, which i didn’t think we were going to use but we did!The bathroom are big as well and double sink The kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus The fact that each room had their own TV made the kids happy! Everything seem to be working properly Beds were comfortable It can use and update here and there to make the unit more modern, but having that said, it is well maintained and clean! They have 2 pools which are both big and hot tubs as well Plenty of parking available and it was super quiet The location was great!

Chuck Christoffersen

We have been here a few times and each gets a little worse There for 9 days and we were told to schedule a “house cleaning” midway through We did

It was confirmed and it never happened When we called to question we were told it was never on the schedule So I scheduled it again Literally the same exact story So basically no house cleaning Also when we arrived our dishwasher was falling out and did not work, the sink in the master bathroom was clogged and our coffee maker did not work They were quick to respond to fix most of it The dishwasher was screwed back into place but he could not get it to work They were going to send someone back to fix it but never did Again, called multiple times to get this fixed but nobody ever showed upThat being said, it is a nice place The main pool and bar are relaxing A lot of room at both pools to enjoy your vacation The location is perfect and in all it was enjoyable
