I stayed here while traveling cross country with my dog The staff was VERY sweet and the location was excellent There were just a few things that were concerning

the suite had a very strong bleach smell—it was almost nauseating and the room needed airing out The room was nowhere near the pool, but it smelled like an indoor pool Additionally, the grounds/facilities were immaculate and well cared for, but there were some very unsavory characters just sort of hanging around, making it a bit dodgy to go out and walk my dog I stayed as close to my room as I could, as a result Finally, the hotel does not provide any coffee in the morning, which was disappointing It really should I was told that I could make coffee in my roombut really, a hotel should provide coffee to guests

Kelissee Garrett

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean The beds were comfy and checking in the workers were very niceOnce I got my room key, it was connected to the wrong room, so I had to go back, and it ended up being an easy fix

The room was 80 degrees when we got in there, we called about the air and they said it was working, so we stayed the first night The second day it got up to 85 in the room, they had Maintenace come to the room, and he said he wasn’t authorized to work on the unit, and we had to wait until the next day which was not acceptable Unfortunately, they didn’t have any rooms for us to transfer to and we had to check outchecking out I had to wait 25 minutes in line because only one person was available, and it was very busy

Liz Grose

Beware – they dropped our group of reservations and did not reach out to let us know until we called to confirm We had made these reservations approx 3 months in advance and received confirmation numbers According to the front desk, this hotel was recently bought out by another company and lost a large group of reservations when the systems switched over

Luckily we called to confirm and found out before we got there but still have to scramble to find new reservations on our own two days before our stay! They offered no compensation and did not attempt to help us find a new place It’s probably a nice hotel but Reserve at your own risk and call to confirm multiple times to be safe!

We rented this room last minute a for our Girl Scout Troop Sleepover and it was great Mrs Rubie housekeeping staff is top notch, the rooms are clean and fresh People walking around cleaning all day and everyone was so pleasant and personable

Everyone smiles and greets you, there was never a rude worker in that building Then boom the breakfast was Amazing and Ms Rhonda and staff made sure the food stocked and stayed fresh I truly enjoyed the stay and just the staff made the whole atmosphere so welcoming I will definitely be back!!! Keep up the AMAZING work!!!

Bee Charintorn

Nice, clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed! This is a pretty new hotel with a decent section of breakfast buffetA good size of swimming pool and nice gym area for our whole family There is a small mini golf area at the back of hotel with a seating area for adults to enjoy drinks while watching kids or teens play mini golf or throw the ball

We brought our two dogs (pay additional fee to hotel) One of our dog made friend with a black cat that is walking outside the hotel There is a good amount of lawn for dogs to walk aroundWe would definitely stay here again when we are here in St Louis!

LaTonya Johnson

The room was dirty Chairs had brown stains, the desk chair had spots The only thing they did was change sheets & left clean towels

The carpet was not clean & dirty floors & dirty microwave oven The quiet hours & fitness center were the only benefit There is a complimentary breakfast, but it is not that good and not many options if you eat healthy Lastly, the worse part of all the boilers went out and no one said anything I called the front desk & he said “these things can happen anywhere” Well I have never been at a hotel in my entire lifetime without hot water Imagine wanting to shower & wash you hair with no hot water!! Hilton should be ashamed of this establishment and can do much better or close it down Save your money the Mariott Suites are much nicer This place is over priced as well The rooms are outdated to, look old, & need renovations I will never stay here again or refer anyone here The worst business stay ever

Far as the hotel goes its pretty decent All the rooms are suites very much spacious Front desk they are helpful, although a few can learn how to talk to guests

They have a year-round indoor/outdoor pool The lobby, common areas, and in general are well managed and clean The casino is huge, beautiful design, various slot machines and tables Staff are always visible and willing to assist

Wesley Gordon

Did a staycation with my daughter and her fiance We rented two rooms Both were very nice

One face the downtown area and all the lights and the other face the river which was nice as well The rooms are very big and spacious Showers are really nice My only negative would be they don’t have a sort of gift shop or place to get things like soda or chips They also don’t have ice machines and vending machines on the floors like most places I assume that’s to encourage you to eat at the restaurants The staff was kind to us to get the rooms close together A little pricey at about $200 per night after the local taxes Would definitely recommend

Larrann Pippin

We purchased a room for 2 nights Mind you we have 2 young children that tagged along We have been to this hotel more times than we can count and have always had an amazing time

We checked in this time and got situated in our lovely room when the kids asked to go swimming We all got ready and went down to find that the pool closes at 6PM for anyone under 21! I asked if this was an everyday occurrence and the lady went on to reply yes Never have I ever heard of such a rule before As I stated earlier we have been numerous times before We were very disappointed especially when we couldn’t even check in until 4 We pay a pretty penny to come here but it makes it all worth it to let the kids enjoy the awesome pool Little to say the hotel definitely lowered their family friendly atmosphere a notch by making this change

It was a nice location it wasn’t to far from the city and it seemed like a safe area The staff was very helpful and nice The free coffee and food was really good

The room was really clean and the rooms were spacious the water and candies in the room was a really nice touch It would definitely stay there again The only thing is I wish there was a hot tub

Isidro Rivera

Excellent Hampton Inn, located in suburban Chesterfield Located right off the interstate, the hotel has large parking area, a pool area, and comfortable common areas Great breakfast options, warm and cold

Only one complaint: Although the room was comfy and well-appointed, it had a strong smell of disinfectant in bathroom Location and other facilities in the hotel seemed without problem

Gordon Cohen

This is one of the better Hampton inns Clean, well-furnished and well-serviced rooms Very courteous and friendly staff

Tracy was super Very good and large enough fitness center, although one of the 3 treadmills was not working Breakfast was better than many Hampton inns and Fairfield inns we’ve visited recently This is one of the rare hotels that actually supplied out too With the extra towel we requested in advance Though the bathroom was updated to a nice shower, the furniture was fortunately not yet changed from its ample night led and dresser to the measly nightstand and cubbies in the newest renovations Worth staying here

Second time to stay at a Drury and I love it They truly sell themselves short when they say have a snack at the 5:30 kickback, it’s a full dinner complete with drinks The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, you got the feeling that they were just looking to find ways to serve you

Great experience Rooms were nice and clean From now on I will look Drury first when needing a hotel

Lyann Pace

The hotel is new and looks nice The rooms are decent and we booked last minute since we were house hunting and came up spur of the minute to see and put an offer on a house For a room that was almost $400 a night, I expected a little more and a shower that actually drains

I don’t take long showers but the water didn’t drain as quickly as it was coming out of the shower head so I was standing in water the entire time I was considering a Drury for my wedding guests but I am looking for alternative options The breakfast and happy hour drinks don’t offset the experience to me, especially since I don’t drink

Trisch V

Although a typical Drury experience including evening happy hour and morning breakfast, the service and friendliness of everyone from the bartender to the management during happy hour were above reproach! The hotel is conveniently located to a beautiful outdoor shopping and restaurant area Even though located right next to the interstate, it was only noticeable when in the parking lot Room was clean and spacious

You get what you pay for We were passing through and stayed for just a night because it was affordable and the amenities looked nice We got into the room and it was ok, the furnishings were dated and the air quality in the room was bad, moist is the best way I can think of to describe it

Just about every amenity advertised online was closed, the pool was drained and had trash sitting in it and the complementary breakfast was a sad bagged grab n go Also, there were bugs in our bathroom, ick! Front desk service was also lacking, not very friendly or accommodating Overall, our stay was adequate, the rooms were decently clean and the bed was comfortable; it just wasn’t what we expected from the Sonesta brand Oh! And look out for the 250$ incidental fee upon checkout! What’s up with that?

Charles Gannon

What makes a hotel truly excellent is not determined with the instant quality of a stay, but the determination and skill to correct potential flaws We got to this Sonesta, found several mechanical problems and believed there were bedbugs in our sheets The hotel’s resident life-saver Dalal, jumped in with both feet to fix EVERYTHING

Immediately relocated to another suite, bedding checked by pest elimination service (NO bedbugs; just small black plastic dots that fooled all of us!) Net effect on our stay; two hours of relocation, through which we were kept fully apprised, and the comfort of knowing that we were going to be well taken care of Most responsible and engaged staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in over the past twenty years

Mary Taylor

I would have given 0 stars if I could Pool was closed, but full of swampy smelling water with trash in it The lobby smelled like sewer gas

Definitely not handicap friendly The room had bugs as well as 2 live wasps in it Dusty in areas of the room We had to check out within 5 minutes of being there The checker said she could not give us a checkout receipt We had her write a hand written one stating we checked out immediately We had 2 rooms and had to pay $50000 down in case of any incidents Horrible experience all the way around and have traveled alot Worst place I ever stayed!

We ended up there during a huge flash flood and really felt welcomed Beds were super comfortable, the room was great It was just weird there was no fan in the bathroom and no restaurants around

But I would really recommend this place We were lucky to be here during this record breaking flooding Having a safe place that was comfortable and had people in good spirits really made a difference

Matthew Espindola

I am a frequent business traveler who stays at various Holiday Inn Express hotels around the US, always staying five or so nights

This HIE is exceptional All the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive Clean, good breakfast, and quietThe manager here deserves a lot of recognition Shawn was always greeting me and politely asking me if everything was to my satisfaction in my room I am a pretty easy-going and low maintenance guest, but I took note and really appreciated the care and desire he displayed to acknowledge me and verify that all was right with my stay It makes me believe he has great leadership and confidence in him and his staff’s ability to provide great service (where he’s not afraid to ask you)The gentleman who did breakfast (with the cool red high tops!) had the same great attitude as well He greeted me each day, and went out of his way to be helpful and kind He offered to make me an additional pancake after he observed the machine had been disabled for a minute or so after I had gotten my breakfast It’s the little actions of going above and beyond that really stand out to meAlso, I like the whiteboard the staff has in the breakfast lounge It’s quite creative They have their names on there, tell you the weather, among some other cools things Honestly, it made me smile and adds a “homey” feel to your stayAgain, all the staff was great here This was a clean, friendly, and quiet hotel It is undoubtedly one the very best IHG hotels I’ve ever stayed at

We reserved 2 king premium suites for 5 nights, 2 months in advance so we could get what we wanted We checked in online When we got to the motel we didn’t have a room

Finally found a queen suite because they overbooked on purpose I asked if we could have a king when available and was told no they didn’t allow you to change rooms We were told housekeeping would be every other day We never got our room serviced I called front desk and was told they would be there the next day and nothing The faucet in the bathroom leaked No pressure in the wellness shower and the filter needed changed The heater was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on On a positive note, breakfast was amazing We cut our trip short because it was miserable staying here I was highly disappointed There goal to guarantees you will be satisfied or they will make it right is false I have stayed in much cheaper motels that were nicer, cleaner and much more comfortable I will not stay again

Marie Cavasher

The very kind and knowledgeable maintenance engineer very helpfully answered my questions about my room’s door lock Front desk staff was hard to reach by my room phone, and I was given next to no information about hotel amenities The front desk staff with one exception seemed unhappy and stressed

The breakfast food was well above average The hotel is very conveniently located as part of a convention center with easy highway access My room could have used a bit of refurbishment but it was clean Will definitely stay there again

Robert Jones

We attended a Traveling Vineyard Wine Camp at this center and had a good experience Breakfast and Manager’s Reception were a nice touch Omelets made to order and free dinner time drinks were a game changer

The cleanliness of the entire area without being intrusive was appreciated A lot of room for any function with a congenial staff Recommend this center for future use

Wasn’t sure what to expect but our room was very nice – well insulated, comfortable bed, and very nice bathroom Love that the fan has a constant fan option so makes for white noise and a cool temp to sleep We were worried when we walked in as the lobby is only ok and the elevator absolutely REEKED of weed but the room itself was very nice! Would stay here again!

Richard B.

My stay at the courtyard in St Peters, Missouri was both restful and enjoyable The staff was very professional and attentive, the setting is very aesthetically pleasing, the location is great and the room was clean, well appointed, and comfortableMoreover, there is a White Castle and a Lion’s Choice roast beef restaurant in close proximity to the hotel

What more could one ask for? 😎

Alyssa Marie

It was a beautiful room BUT the front desk night shift said they had breakfast and Expedia stated they also have breakfast So, it was a embarrassing experience to be told two things and then be wrong when I asked front desk in the morning

Google also says they don’t serve breakfast So it’ll be a three star Things need to be consistent across all websites because not everyone uses google specifically to find their hotel I was given this hotel room as a wedding present so the website I was directed to, Expedia, said they had breakfast

I really enjoyed the hotel and its proximity to Main Street St Charles The room had high ceilings, plenty of space for 2, and it was clean

The included breakfast was enjoyable (I really appreciated the waffle maker) I did not use the pool, but I did attempt the fitness center I was a little disappointed that there were no free-weights/dumbbells at all and the room was very very humid and warm (it was right above the pool, so maybe that’s why?) Otherwise, it’s a great little hotel! Staff was always friendly!

Kim K

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never has disappointed us This stay was no exception The staff, from check in until departure, was extremely friendly

Our room was clean and provided everything we needed Breakfast was very enjoyable It included eggs, meat, waffles, etc each morning There were even gluten free bagels and dairy free milk options Ample parking is available With Main Street St Charles right outside the door, this location is ideal for shopping in the area

Matthew Boley

This is a good hotel The rooms are nice and comparable to other hotels in the area It sits along the historic downtown area on the laid brick streets of St

Charles There’s a nice wooden staircase in the lobby of the hotel and I was able to make use of the laundry facilities while I stayed A quality experienceA warning to amorous travellers: the rooms do not muffle loud noises

First time staying and was so happy we chose it! Our Spanish Colonial room was beautiful! Loved the soft lighting and charming feel! Everything felt luxurious from the bedding to the towels, and we appreciated the addition of robes and a mini bar Loved watching the sunrise on the patio Venetia was very accommodating and allowed for a flexible check-in which was so appreciated! We will definitely be staying here again!

SAHDman Reviews

This place was really nice The owner seems to have really went out of their way to make this place accommodating for their guests It sits along the riverfront and we were able to get some dinner to go at a restaurant nearby and people watch on our patio

It has a full shower and a bath/jacuzzi It was nice to sit in a Epsom salt bath with bubbles (they provided Epsom salt and the soap) The owner seemed to know the area and it’s history very well It was a nice stayIf you are like my wife and I, I would advise you to bring a fan or some other device to drown out the ambient noise, but that is a personal preference Not everyone is bothered by that and I can’t discredit this place because of outside noise My wife and I found the beds to be slightly uncomfortable, but once again, those are personal preferencesAll in all, this was a nice inn to stay at Nestled right in the middle of Main Street St Charles right at the heart of all the shops, restaurants, ect I highly recommend this place if you are out of town, or just looking to get away

Christy Holliday

I love this place! The owner, Ventia, and Miss Linda were so kind and accommodating This was the perfect location to enjoy historic downtown We are from Chattanooga, TN, and chose this location because my husband stayed around here as a child and remembered it being beautiful

It did not disappoint We stayed in the Napoleon suite and fell in love with it I highly recommend this bed and breakfast

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on a recent trip to St Louis, and it met every expectation! The room was very spacious and so clean! The staff were friendly and inviting The hotel was quiet and we got plenty of rest! Check-In was fast and efficient

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in St Louis!

Elijah Steinbauer

The room and hotel were clean on a basic day to day level There were some orange and black spots on the bathroom ceiling The key cards to 2-5 attempts to work

So, some signs of neglect and disrepair Continental breakfast was good and all the staff seemed nice For hotels on a road trip it was better than many, but not really what I expect from a Hilton

Just Chillin

Very nice place to stay! But very disappointed when we went for breakfast thinking it was included! We just helped ourselves and her comes someone who lays down a bill for almost 3000! Me n wife didn’t eat that much at all This has never happened before! Later we seen the price written on a small chalkboard! Otherwise would have gave 5 stars

Night and day difference from the Marriott hotel I stayed in the last two nights in the area Although I wish I would have known the bistro was closed {a selling feature to me is having a bar + food}, there is a grab-and-go area that is fully stocked The lobby is clean and modern; it looks relatively new

The room is very open, clean, sanitary and well appointed with a fridge, microwave and TV with Netflix capabilities The staff was super accommodating when I requested an early check-in two days ago Good for business travel with a large desk area; business center off of the lobby; and a comfortable desk chair I wish I would have been here the whole time There are restaurants and drinking establishments in walking distance, and the area feels safe I’d stay here again if I make it out this way

Worst experience ever! After traveling for 10 hours the only thing I wanted to do was shower and get in bed, the towels had hair embedded in a couple of them the Director of Sales Jill Hefner was very rude Although our rooms had been fully paid prior to arrival we were told we had to pay and additional $350 for any damages we would cause while lodging My daughter forgot to inform her bank we would be out of town and her card was declined, Ms

Hefner thought it was appropriate to loudly state ” No! It was declined because there were no funds on the card” When my daughter returned with me I could hear Ms Hefner on the phone with a my son-in-law (who is Caucasian) bending over backwards to accommodate him We have a Platinum membership and have traveled extensively and each time we book there is always a problem with my daughter being treated as if she’s a criminal who has stolen someone’s identity and has to answer a plethora of questions, until her husband gets involved then ever alleged issue magically disappears The hotel rooms are not worth the overpriced charges, the bathrooms are dated and not the cleanest, when we called for clean towels the next afternoon I was told there were no towels available and that I would have to towels become available

On a work trip, so disappointed in the room The room looks great however the bathroom fan which has a weird rattling sound to it does not shut off Even if I close the bathroom door I hear the odd sounding fan through the wall

I figured I could just cover it up by turning the HVAC fan on Nope, that fan also is messed up I’m certain there will not be much sleep tonight and I’m going to have to purchase a fan at Walmart tomorrow to try to mask these sounds I feel like I’m back in a barracks in the military Would never come back to this place or recommend

We had a generally lackluster stay here — passable but with issuesPROS:• Ample well-lighted parking• Easy access to Hwy 40 and 364• Generally quiet locationCONS:• Each time we went to the front desk (check-in, housekeeping/towel service, and checkout), we had to go find the clerk, who was off in the back office, laundry room, food area, or elsewhere• On the Choice Hotels website for Sleep Inn, we’d been assigned a pet-friendly room, which we didn’t want, and we’d requested a quiet room on a high floor

We asked for a similar king room that wasn’t for pet owners and were never told that the substitute would be a first-floor ADA room instead (The ADA room meant no storage under sink, bars and chair in the shower, and a zero-edge shower floor)• The toilet seat was nearly off its hinges, moving at least an inch with a touch (not safe in any room, let alone an ADA one)• The sink leaked both at the faucet and underneath (it had plastic caps added under the sink as though repaired previously, but water still ran down the tile and puddled on the floor, with dead bugs along the tile, and was wet enough on the counter to soak through an entire box of tissue)• Due to the sink leak and edge-free shower, there was continually water on the floor, and since housekeeping is available only upon request, it was hard to find enough towels/bath mats to wipe it up• The restroom had no bath fan, giving it a humid, cave-like, musty feel due to the water issues in that space• Upon checking out, we told the general manager that we’d been charged an extra $30 for this ADA room by the registration clerk (even though we weren’t notified of the circumstances of the room at that time), and we said that we wanted to pay only what our original receipt was supposed to be She twice told us she couldn’t adjust it since we booked through a third-party site (not true — we booked directly through Choice Hotels, Sleep Inn’s corporate parent)• We were then told that the price adjustment hadn’t occurred on their end (also not accurate) and told we must’ve booked an extension to our stay (we hadn’t)• When I produced the original Choice Hotels e-mail, showing the booking price $30 lower than what we were charged, she then found in their system that the registration clerk had indeed done an override and in fact charged us more upon check-in• We asked her to fix it and produce a zeroed-out paid invoice, but she told us that she was tired and needed to go home and sleep — that she would do it the next day I then asked for a note or e-mail of some kind to at least acknowledge that this would happen, but she again stated that she was tired and needed to go home (7:30 am) When I asked if someone else on her team could do it, she said that, no, she was the general manager and she would need to back it out and rerun it herself To her credit, that did happen, and we did not have to call Choice Hotels corporate customer service to fix the adjustment, but overall it seems that the general manager sets the tone for the quality of customer service, and this experience did not represent one I’d care to repeat

The hotel is not as fancy as other Sleep Inn’s I have been to, but was adequate There was nothing that would make me not want to stay here againThe exceptional:The beds were comfortable, as in, not rock hard

(pillows were small as Chiclets though – 3 per bed in my room)Lobby area was niceGood location off interstate, easy to get toThe expected stuff that is good:Free breakfastLocation has a small indoor poolFridge, Microwave, desk and TVThe less good (but not deal breakers – just observations):Doors were weird, you had to pull up on the room handle to open door instead of down as you would think you shouldBathrooms are a sink in the main room, and the toilet/shower in their own room, not a fan of this configuration, but I know it’s pretty commonMy lamp at the bedside table had a burnt out lightthe Outlet at the desk didn’t work
