Not a perfect hotel but pretty darn nice Staff was great and fast at check in Very easy access to get to our room

Pretty nice view and the room was clean Bed is very comfortable The pillows are very soft but down, I am allergic but they do have other pillows, you just have to askOnly huge downside, which I don’t blame the hotel for, our car was broken into Make sure to take everything out of your car We forgot one bag and of course it happened to have our safe with money and important documents in it The security did find it pretty fast and called right away so we could file a report Because the window was completely busted out they did let us park the car right in front of the lobby so we didn’t have to risk someone trying to do anything else with the car We are just sick over the break in :(The hotel staff has been great, but a pretty horrible experience for sure

Thanks for your staycation in the city My friends and I come to the city to stay at hotels when we go out This location is perfect

Many places to eat and close to downtown and 610 loop for where our parties were located My friend was hot due to a/c unit issue and they placed her in another room until the next day to make her comfortable The room was nice but I always bring my own cleaning supplies and clean to my liking Other than that, nice and comfortable room

Jake Lee

Your experience here may vary Seems like a good place for business You have two steak places (one is outback) and a subway walking distance away need I say more? My experience included a room phone that had static some guests having a good time and motorcycles/cars racing around a bit on weekend

Honestly I am glad it’s a Hilton You could do so much worse than this hotel I got the room below $110 a night and am quite satisfied For remote work it is adequate with typical Hilton flare My room features a adequate lighting configuration and lounger chair with large windows No microwave in my king room make sure to keep that in mind if you need that And I just found a fridge hidden in the TV stand bummer

I had a very pleasant surprise hereHave you ever stayed at a nice lodging, but the AC sounded like a loud meat grinder? Or the fridge didn’t really chill? You know where I’m goingMy first stay: My room has been perfectly maintained

There’s an iron and an ironing board… and it’s not gross or burned The AC is quiet and doesn’t have to cycle every 5-minutes Power receptacles where you need them The fridge chills quietly Everything is clean Outdoor illumination is good, and you’re not stepping on gum or cigarette butts I’m not especially picky, but the LACK of flaws here is impressivePS: The building layout is perpendicular to the road, so road noise is not as bad as other locations

Kinny Kins

Definitely one of the nicer motels I’ve been in Very impressed of the cleanliness, room furnishings and modern decor in the room Giving it three stars because it took an excruciatingly long time to check into ONE ROOM and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

But the rooms are nice for a great rate so I would consider coming backif I ran out of options

Room was visually nice, but improvements needed on housekeeping Clothing from previous occupant left in the closet Side table was dusty

Maintenance was needed in the bathroom in room 517 Door to bathroom did not latch Shower door appeared to either move a little during a shower or was not sealed well This resulted in a lot of water on the floorWalls were thin We could hear someone talking or yelling They were like 3 rooms down with their door closed

Leah Green

The building has a gas smell The smell is very strong when entering the building When I entered the room it smells like urine

The smell is coming from air conditioner There is no hot water for the shower The Kerig coffee maker in room just disgusting looks like it’s hasn’t been clean since it was placed in the room When contacted front desk she did not suggest anything to accommodate these short falls I’m not sure the bathroom was cleaned well There is little to no tissue on the roll upon arrivalThis is the worst Hilton I ever stayed at

Chef Cinu Chandrann

Rooms are goodAll inclusive Breakfast was funny Just cereals and fruits, not even eggs

They charge you another 10$ for an omletteBetter add that 10$ in the room rate and give a decent breakfastFront Staff is not that friendly i felt

Want to share my terrible, frustrating experience Hope it provides insight and help manage your expectationsA friend made reservations and paid for two nights for my family and I

My friend made a mistake and forgot to add my name in the reservationsAlthough I had the email confirmation and had my friend call in to clarify the misunderstanding The Front desk, Bernard, has made our night super inconvenient, tiring and unaccommodating as we try to check in at 10pm!Hilton team needs to provide better training of new employees on effective communication, creative problem solving and how to manage conflictWe literally went in circles with Bernard I got tired of it and ended up going to Marriott down the street Easy check in process I sure appreciate convenience and friendliness

Basic, but barelyThe good:- rooms clean- front desk polite and professional- high capacity rooms, for families- indoor pool- parking free and seems plentifulThe bad:BREAKFAST – The absolute worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel, let alone a Marriott- no eggs- no sausages- no bread (except for bagels)- no coffee cups- no forks (which aren’t needed without the food)- HORRIBLE attitude when approaching the single person kitchen staff, and asking her to refill anything

She was obviously overwhelmed and stressed, but was unable to remain professional Slammed serving dishes, while making several comments that people eat too damn much and that’s why she can’t keep up Regardless, I sat for 45+ minutes in the area watching family after family standing around waiting on food, and ending up leaving with their children disappointed and hungry All while 3+ staff members at the desk stood back doing nothing but watching Guess it’s not their job?- rooms look recently updated, but left unfinished (light fixtures missing covers, wood trim over restroom access hanging dangerously (ready to fall)- pool extremely small and room enclosed in was about 100 degrees- no towels in pool area (not restocked)- hallways not air conditioned and air stale and pungent- snack/necessity area very under stocked and expensiveSummary – If you need a fairly inexpensive place to sleep with a family, this place may fit that need If you’re counting on a great Marriott experience, breakfast or anything above average amenities, I would not recommend this placeI suggest any member of Marriott management come and sit in the dining areas during breakfast time on the weekend Just observe

To start with the good

the room was clean The breakfast was ok, meaning it was ok, not great but could at least eat I paid for a premium room which should have given me faster internet and complimentary snacks daily This did not happen I had to request daily snack refill which did not happen until I complained then only happened after I complained agian which was still during my 6 day stay, yes 6 days So beware, if you book premium you will only get substandard room service

Sofia Flores

If you will be staying in the room next to the laundry beware every time someone is doing laundry the room will shake I literally freaked out since I was in the room alone with my 2 children had to called the front desk to ask if an earthquake was reported or what was going on It would have been nice to be warned about it or even better asked if we didn’t mind If I could add a video to this review I would

Great Hotel! The staff (Eugenia especially) is AWESOME!! My husband and I came in from out of town on April 29, 22 for our niece wedding We called the hotel and asked for early check in, they were short on housekeepers, but was able to grant our request Eugenia at the front desk is Amazing! She is professional, caring, understanding, patient, kind, and she remembers your name

She make the guess feels at home We enjoyed our stay and yes, we will be back!

Rosemary Gonzalez

We stayed here for 2 nights this month for my bday getaway and had no complaints The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet Breakfast was provided and was good for a more simple menu

Our room had a king bed and was clean when we arrived I just wish I knew where they purchase the pillows from because they are so comfy 2nd time we stayed at a Drury Hotel and would recommend to anyone

john matthews

This hotel was amazing The breakfast was good every morning, the lunch/dinner was always on point, and they gave you free drinks to go along with it The manager was super friendly, all the employees that we ran into during our stay where also very friendly, the facilities were in great shape, really no negatives to review about on our trip

They are also super close to a gas station and pappasito’s restaurant if you need to get out and get something you can walk to them

Just a Countertenor

This hotel was generally fine but had many small issues in our room We were booked in room 408 and there were several small maintenance issues The drain in the tub was broken, there was duck tape between the carpet and kitchen tile floor, the kitchen sink drips constantly, some cabinets were slightly broken, the dishes were not clean, and some of the provided amenities such as the soap bottles and note pad were dirty

The note pad had actually been drawn on, likely by a child, with crayon but whoever cleaned the room didn’t change it out The bed was clean and comfortable, but they only provide two pillows for each double bed The breakfast buffet was small but likely suitable for most guests Overall I would say that I won’t be returning to this hotel, as there are many other hotels in the area If this hotel is significantly cheaper than others then it might be worth it, depending on your standard of quality

Roni Lavay

I did not stay, however I booked a room for a friend for 5 days I paid over $680 and when my friend checked out they actually tried to charge her $400! The room was $80 per day I overpaid and requested a refund for the difference

They gave me the runaround and alot of mumbo jumbo I do not appreciate being ripped off I used a credit card so I will dispute the difference I would never recommend this hotel

Kayla Stutson

I knew it was a red flag when we pulled up and there was an empty grocery cart hanging off of the curb There isn’t any furniture in the hallways but silhouette stickers of furniture and trash lined hallways instead The elevator smelled like weed and our first room smelled like smoke

The front desk was very helpful and allowed us to move to another room immediately and apologized for the inconvenience The second room had damage to the walls, old carpet, chipped furniture, and badly needed renovations and updates There was a used q-tip on top of the safe in the bathroom It was so late that we just checked the bed, showered, and tried to get some sleep “Breakfast” consisted of potatoes, bacon, and eggs, watery oatmeal, dirty cereal dispensers, boils eggs and plain bagels When we returned to the room we found a roach crawling across the bathroom floor The staff was very nice and accommodating when we told them about our visitor but we left and booked the Courtyard down the street for less

Overall an alright stay Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean There’s a park with a creek right next to it

But I am a young female and had a male house keeper walk into my room at 8:30am and again at 9:30am unannounced They did not knock or say they were entering, just walked in They told me they are not aware what rooms are occupied Which okay, but they could at least knock and say a verbal warning?? I would leave a do not disturb sign on your door while staying here

T Diane

Your key card system was apparently down and no one could tell me if this was a 30 minute emergency issue or a two day emergency issue Associate did not seem to care despite disgruntled guests, offered to refund me for my entire stay, but had the nerve to still implement a $75 pet FEE Horrible and did not make sense, when you are inconveniencing guests with having to get escorted to and from their room all hours of the day/ night on top of there only being one person working

So others are having to wait on you while you put a Be Right Back sign out, and you are still implementing a pet fee makes no sense when there is a card for incidentals on file and you are protected either way Apparently they do not care about business practices, because it’s fine to loose out on a $130 room but not a $75 pet fee My family had to spend an hour trying to cancel and rebook somewhere else in your lobby while your associate was on speaker enjoying a personal conversation laughing the entire time because of your key system and lack of compassion Do better

Meagan Reyes

I was there from Thursday to Sunday loved every other time I’ve gone there never had a problem at all hotel has always been great Until this stay Mind you I was there 4 full days 3 nights

Night 1 we went to lay down at the end of the day had not be on the bed at all it was still tucked in like it should be when you arrive and it had an odor to it I asked my husband am I crazy? He says no I definitely smell it So I called the front desk she said ok I’ll have a cleaning lady go clean the room for you I said okay thank you That cleaning lady never came My son had to go and flag one down to ask if we could have towels because there was not 1 towel in my room after we used them and put them by the door as instructed by the housekeeping and we then received a small fleece blanket Not the down comforter that was supposed to be on the bed Okay no big deal right? Well every day after that I had to go ask for freaking towels because they never came to leave any We stayed 4 days! And had to get our own towels every single day Also the trash was unreal I had to go buy my own trash bags to put the trash in because NO ONE EVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM And to top of this less than mediocre stay on our last night there 7 trucks get broken into One of them being mine Everything was torn up and they stole items from my truck in the parking lot of this establishment WHEN I TELL YOU THIS WAS A HOTEL STAY FROM HELL I AM NOT KIDDING

What can I say, I had high hopes for this establishment because of the way the wife’s brags about the overall hospitalityOn 04-27-2022 we checked in at 1am, unfortunately their was an issue with the system He couldn’t find our reservations at hand, and we never got the room what was reserved, but instead gave us a form to fill out then handed us our keys

No IDs nor any form of payments takenWas told to come back at 7am once the system is up and running after he gave us our keysI personally went their myself to retrieve an item I left behind Was unable to retrieve my item unless I payI was charged $8919 on a room that I didn’t asked for nor spend the night theirI can tell you this, I will never make reservations at this location ever again From my observation, I found the crew that day is very unprofessional

Mimi Altamirano

Be aware when checking-in!!! The front desk charge my card for two nights 3 times!!! That was almost $600 when I only signed a receipt for one night of $80!!! I found out after getting my bank notification about this transactions, now I have to wait for days to get my money back after I went back to the front desk to have them cancel them, and to make matters worse my bank couldn’t stop those extra charges since they were still pending

this really ruined my plans since I travel to celebrate my son’s birthday

Worse hotel experience I stayed in March 2022 and was suppose to be 2 day stay It was not peaceful and still in shock 😲

– 1st morning staying there I went downstairs to grab breakfast I decided to eat their breakfast omelet- Unfortunately I saw a dried bug stuck in their omelet buffet tray-Informed their front desk attendant ( I believe her name was Stephanie)- Attendant was rude and informed me it was not her problem since she was not in charge of kitchen- Reluctantly she went with me to grab the kitchen staff She came and took it the tray to the kitchen- Both staff walked back to normal duties and acted like nothing happened?- In disbelief I asked the attendant what just happened and she was rude I asked for a manager to contact me once he gets in Didn’t hear from the manager- Later in AM I talked to manager Erik Corona about the problem Manager was not ready to listen to me?- Manager was upset at me and requested my reservation be canceled and he requested I leave the premises or he will call police on me-I asked: I asked call police for what crime?- I never insulted, raised my voice or anything- In a state of shock within less than 5minutes Erik proceeded to call police on me- I felt so afraid that I had to call 9-1-1 to get Police to escort me to grab my items from my hotel roomRefer to the pictures taken

I loved my room The mirror in the restroom is legit It was squeaky clean

Loved that it had a microwave and fridge, which is almost impossible in most hotels/casinos nowadays However, I did find a dead baby roach, which means they spray which is good I guess The elevators are kind of sketch, got scared a few times Ice machine on my floor was broken, so had to go to the 4th floor The breakfast was great, they have a touchless pancake maker! But, overall my stay was great and I loved my room and the cleanliness Would stay here again without a doubt!

I wanna start by saying that I was here on a Senior Trip to Texas It was my girlfriend and I as well as 2 other couples staying in separate rooms Personally our room was fine apart from the blinds that wouldn’t go up or down

One couple on the other hand had to switch their room 3 times The first due to the shower head not functioning And the second because room service refused to sweep up sand off their floor When my friends walked in they were given a whole new room card and did not have any heads-up what-so-ever They had to move all of their stuff from one room to another at 11:30 PM When we got there the man working at the front desk (a young man with dark hair I don’t know his name) never greeted us or asked if we needed help When we told him that we booked a room on the website we could hardly hear what he was saying, he also had AirPods in and I don’t believe he was giving us his full attention We all felt like he was rude Other than that, the stay was fine Just a few small inconveniences here and there I do want to point out that Dale is an exceptional worker! He was very notable to me on this trip because I called him in advance to make sure 18 year olds can book He gave me a call back and said yes, answering my question When my girlfriend and I forgot to leave the “make room up” sign in the room we came back to the hotel and asked him if we could get some more towels He said “certainly” and came back the 4 towels we asked for as well as an extra wash cloth He asked if we needed anything else and we said we are alright and told him thank you Dale is the single reason I raised my review to a 3 star instead of 2 Dale if you ever read this I appreciate all you have done for us 🙂

This is a wonderful hotel For the price you pay, you get a good location, clean rooms and it’s just what you need Features a 24/7 fitness center, a pool (pretty small so expect it to be big), and a little cafe (don’t plan on eating there, it’s not much from what i’ve seen

Maybe for a quick bite) Anyway, I’d stay here over the Hyatt Place next door, as we have stayed there before and it isn’t as clean Would recommend

Rashmika R

Not impressed with this Marriott in the area No change of linen or room service when asked, apparently they provide a full room service once every 7 days! So if you have a short stay forget about getting room service or change of towels The front desk is rude and does not entertain any calls, all they are taught to say is it’s their policy

I’d rather stay elsewhere, don’t stay at this hotel!

Very nice property, well maintained, clean The staff member during late night check in was very nice and professional as were all staff that we had interactions with The only downside was the M Lounge not having any hours from noon Friday until Monday Morning

No need for breakfast those days, but it is a nice place to get away from your room, grab a good coffee and relax For that I would say 4 Star rating…but because we were upgraded in our room, 5 Star

Spending time here was good The parking was fine, plenty of space and they have a security detail driving through the lot periodically, surveying activity The lobby is an open design, containing a restaurant, Starbucks and sit down area

Several elevators ensure that you won’t be waiting too long Access to a pool and indoor facility I like the proximity of the hotel to the highway and toll road

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times While it is a beautiful, well maintained property with a great pool it is the amazing, accommodating staff that has us returning to this propertyAt check in James was professional, and kind to us as well as our service animal

He made sure that our stay was comfortable Mo and Marcela were always there to greet us as we left and returned They both took care of us and remembered us when we returned Leticia at the restaurant was also very accommodating and sweet when we asked to be seated outside of the restaurantI wish I could name everyone here as they have a wonderful, friendly staff that truly made our stay memorableOther than that, we loved our room It was nice and cool even with the Texas heat The pool is amazing It is large, both indoor and outdoor, has a kiddy pool outside and a hot tub inside There are plenty of umbrellas and tables to escape the blazing sun

For the Marriott bonvoy members they forgot the promotions even when the website says that you qualify And you ask them and they say they’re going to talk with the manager about it but never got a responseFor my status of Marriott bonvoy I was able to upgrade the room where I was staying and I asked them but they said one thousand excuses

AnywayIf your expecting stay one month there and get the taxes back after that that’s not going to happen 2 times I staid more than one month and they came out with excuses like the stay was made of two reservationsThe breakfast used to be really good Now it’s just fineThere’s just one washer available in the laundry roomThe rooms are very decent but needs maintenanceThe patio and umbrella area need attention, always dirtyThey appliances to lend at the front desk it’s not more than one small pan No blender no anything elseThe front desk people, Anthony is very nice also Raquel The rest of the crew, got zero on costumer serviceThe housekeeper are very nice, educated and helpfulBut in general the place has potential but needs to be exploded

Beware of cockroaches and unpleasant staff members! This is not your average Towneplace Suites The location is wonderful and the hotel is in good condition Unfortunately, the front desk staff and the BREAKFAST LADY is very unpleasant! In fact, every single day the breakfast lady was rude to us

We have never experienced such moody attitude in any other Towneplace Suites The front desk people were very cold and they are constantly playing on their cell phones and easily irritated when approached All in all this was a very unpleasant experience We will never stay here again and there are plenty of options in this area for hotels

While in town for an event I needed a hotel it was less expensive to those next door to the convention centerHomewood suites came up in my search and I am very glad that they did While it was farther from the convention center than I would have liked the the facility itself was very niceFor a very reasonable price the room that I received was large and spacious and spacious with pretty much a full kitchen

There was a tall refrigerator refrigerator freezer, a microwave oven, 2 burner stove sink in a dishwasherDoes the facility have a nice workout room and great looking indoor pool and even a business center that was free room me and open to everybodyThere was a hot buffet breakfast every morning the quality was definitely above average

It was a little weekend trip, nothing extreme or major I had a few minor things to happen that were addressed that morning some I didn’t report, because my stay wasn’t long Room was nice and clean so was the floor and front lobby

Guest services was pleasant also I would stay again if I were in the area Also do a bit more research on the area to know what there is to do and places to eat

There was an issue with the tv however the staff resolved the issue as soon as possible and with a smile I believe it was an issue with satellite service which is totally out of the staffs hands But a team that cares about guest experience and resolves tge issue quickly and apologize for the inconvenience with a smile

I have no complaints about site or staff Nothing but praises for the staff the rooms and common areas were nice and clean At night there was a security guard going thru the parking lot which made me feel very safe
