The hotel itself felt run down and a bit unsafe As for my room- there was a plastic bag covering something on the ceiling, 2 stains on the rug (one red one right next to the bed??) a broken picture frame, the tub was very stained/dirty, the shower head didn’t really work, light switches didn’t work, and there was no room number marking my room Honestly if I didn’t get in so late I wouldn’t have stayed here and if I had another night to stay I definitely would have switched hotels

The staff was very nice though

Jessica Vasquez

When we checked in I immediately noticed all the hair in the restroom part of the door knob is lose because it’s missing the only 2 screws it’s suppose to have the floor and the walls are dirty! We went and bought an air mattress because when we unfolded the sofa bed their were chicken nuggets in their they had no sheets or pillows for it The king bed sheets had hair and are pretty worn out already! When we went down stairs to ask for some other ones the only person that is working said he didn’t have any since they are short staff and he is the only employee currently working If I could give zero stars I would!

Honestly, the rating of 2 stars is actually too much But the hotel is trying to do some renovation

Gym: Worst gym I have seen so far 2 weights treadmill and stepper defectBreakfast: Not good at all No Not sustainable with plastic cutlery and platesPool: Ok Water Could be cleanerAC: Loud and not really effectiveRooms: partly renovated, shower looks good Very loud facing to the highwayCannot recommend

Our stay was wonderful! From the valet parking to all the comforts of our room The room was very clean, and accommodating We weren’t expecting the dry air to be so harsh on us, but the front desk was so nice and provided water bottles when needed

Everyone we encountered here was super friendly Tracy at the front desk always had the best customer service! The only complaint I had, was the elevator sound we heard from our room (Our room was right next to the elevator) but it didn’t ruin our stay! I will definitely book here again whenever we are back in this area

Shindale Seale

This hotel is truly a gem! Upon entering, I was greeted by a welcoming staff (at 11:30 PM), who swiftly checked me and my party in and made sure we were aware of all the amenities afforded usWhen we got to our rooms, the decor blew us away! Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, above and beyond what we needed for a turnaround business tripParking was easy and check out was a super cinch

I will definitely stay here again when doing business in the area

Lillian Benitez

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week for my husbands conference The property is beautiful! The room was nice and comfortable but my absolute favorite part of our stay was our bartender, Carla After meeting us ONCE, she remembered our names and what we were drinking

We were talking amongst our colleagues about how we were so impressed by her demeanor and positive attitude no matter how busy she was We kept that bar busy for sure! We always made sure to sit on her side of the bar for excellent service and a smile She definitely needs to be in a position that trains any future staff We will be back for sure!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel Our AC went out during a heat advisory The front staff accommodated us and treated us like family during our entire stay

The rooms are amazing and spacious, breakfast is tasty, and the pool area is refreshing Upon arrival we received a complimentary adult beverage and the bar attendant was super sweet Paula and Lindy went above and beyond to help us have a beautiful stay along with other front desk staff and housekeeping Thank you all from the bottom of my heart See you y’all soon

Donna Wylie

We told the desk clerk that I have trouble walking and were told “no problem, we’ll put you in a room by the elevator” When we arrived it became apparent that was Literally the Farthest from the truth! The room was a Long walk to the far end of the hall! It was by the stairwell – which is great if you Can climb stairs to the 3rd floor When we questioned the desk attendant we were just told they “hadn’t moved us since we called and booked the room

” I wanted to ask if they had maybe moved the elevator?!! They had no other rooms, it was an emergency trip and we were tired so we stayed ALSO hated how, in order to get a Decent rate, we had to sign up for their rewards They then tried to sell us on some vacation package and when we declined, they asked Why! ???!!! Why because we were there on a family emergency and weren’t thinking vacation Oh and $50 for the pet fee?? Crazy! For that, there should have been biscuits and a dog bed! On the positive side, the room was beautiful and clean and the hot breakfast was great But we won’t stay there again

Bree

Our air conditioning unit went out and we spent the night here with our family pet The room was nice and clean The front desk staff was very friendly, and gave us, a little bag of supplies for our pet

The breakfast was good and consisted of both warm and cold food Great coffee 👍 Location was very convenient, close to grocery store,, Starbucks restaurants

This a very nice resort… love the lagoon pool and tranquil atmosphere The only down part is that they don’t have a restaurant or live bar to hang out… there are great outing places close by though, but sometimes one just want to stay in… I also love the fact that they have full kitchens, it comes handy if we want to spend more than three days over… however, having a restauran option would be a good idea My kids love it here because of the pool and some entertainment they offer…but we ended up not getting any extra packages because we’re not planning to travel out of the country any sooner

Ashley Maruca

The room was a one bedroom suite with a kitchen We had a party of 4 and there is a pull put couch bed Pool was great and the drinks even more great! Food truck had pretty good food and fair prices

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room You could tell the shower was not cleaned so I cleaned it myself When we moved the chair in the livingroom we found a dirty sock and sunflower seeds I don’t think a sweeper was ran either and if you walk barefoot, be prepared for dirty feet There wasn’t a lot to do around the resort so we traveled a lot You definitely need a rental car

Scott Herrington

From the time we entered to the time we left( 2 days ) We were greeted with smiles, not only registration but everyone smiled and waved The master suite we got was beautiful! Sunken tub, living room and a huge wrap around bathroom

The grounds were beautiful The pool is huge with a water slide, cabanas, music I will definitely come back for another get away

I needed to stay in the area in March and was pleased to see a new hotel was available as cleanliness and upkeep is important to me New properties usually are in good shape Sadly, this property could use additional focus on maintaining the new fresh feel

The public restrooms in the lobby were not cleaned well or frequently Elevators and floors throughout would benefit from receiving additional attention Additionally, the initial room I was assigned had a significant odor in the bathroom On arrival, the bathroom door was closed, and abundant air freshener was noticed, perhaps as an attempt to address the issue I asked to be assigned to a different room and was initially told no other rooms were available However, the agent then found one He issued me new keys without any apology or showing any concern for the issue I hope the issue was reported so that it can be addressed for the next guestIn short, it is a nice new property with the potential to be very good, with some immediate focus on maintenance and cleanliness If not addressed, I fear this location will quickly lose its appeal

Jeffery Forcier

My son and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Happy Valley We had a wonderful experience Check in was a breeze, very informative and welcoming

Their breakfast was phenomenal, hot, hearty, and delicious Carl the breakfast attendant was was so hard working, and kept everything fresh The front desk receptionist Meagan was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable She had a great smile to brighten up the rainy morning This hotel is modern and clean We will definitely be back!

Draylih Packer-Scott

I can’t lie this is a wonderful hotel staff was great rooms where the best set up nice even the entire Ambience is amazing What made me give two stars was the fact that I was trying to serve my wife breakfast in bed and was told I can’t bring food from the breakfast to my room I have a phobia of crowds and I wanted to eat in private intimate space with my wife

I was told this is Best Westerns policy Is this true if so that is very unfortunate

Astounding!! I am completely floored by this stand alone location The service, genuine cheerfulness and concern we received during our stay have captivated us and brought each of us to say – there is something special here! Every staff member we have encountered from Morgan at the front desk to Tamara & Deb and the sweet ladies in the kitchen have a smile on their face, made us feel so welcome and gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable Three Cheers to this Residence & the stand alone culture of care they have created to rival the greats of hospitality

Jessica Sapia

Super clean hotel with amazing service They serve hot breakfast daily and it’s delicious Lots of options and they change what’s served daily so you don’t get bored of the same thing

Two bedroom suites have a full kitchen including a dishwasher! Outdoor area has a nice size, clean pool and a beautiful bbq grill area with a fire pit There is also a gym and a laundry room They are pet friendly as well but they do a good job of keeping everything clean Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back

Karl Bean

What a great experience The rooms were big (fit my family of 7 in the 2 room suite) The breakfast was great every day, big portions and hot food and fresh fruit options

The staff was super friendly and helpful Parking was close and easy The pool was a little small but uncrowded and very cleanMy only complaint is not for us: Please fix the air conditioner in the laundry room for those hardworking ladies!! They laughed and didn’t complain but we could feel the warm air when we walked by the laundry

This review is for 2014-2019 I’ve used this location several times and I’m thrilled They remembered our names

Fantastic free food evening and morning Wonderful spacious rooms in our suite They load the dishwasher for you It’s spotless, and very easy access to the highway We made a royal mess when we brought the kids but isn’t that what vacations are for? Don’t worry we cleaned up after ourselves Two bathrooms, two bedrooms Sleeper sofa in the living room 3 televisions, baby crib, & full size fridge Nice view Modern decor Private corner to ourselves Couldn’t be happier

Andrew Johnson

Rooms decently clean, but mine could have used some repairs Nice lobby area and has a hot tub with the pool, but pool is not heated You can use the one across at the garden Inn if it’s chilly, but something to note

Breakfast foods were ok Nothing great, but filled the belly They do free beer/wine some evenings with burgers and such Very nice touch I would recommend staying here

Jeanine S

The front desk manager Antoinette is absolutely AMAZING! We required an extended stay due to home repairs and she took amazing care of us They offer a breakfast every morning and an evening reception Tuesday and Wednesday only right now The Hilton Garden in right across the parking lot has a bar and a restaurant, plus both of them have a store, so you have everything you need when you’re away from home

Antoinette will treat you like family

Our first room had an odor to it The floors above us creaked but they allowed us to move Our next room smells much better but it’s by the highway and we hear every sound including the people next door to us

I have been told the area isn’t the best but I have seen nothing to prove thatThis would be a great place if it was cleaned up a bit more but I understand that it will be closing soon and under new management which is sad because with updates it would be the ideal place for parents to visit their children and for future Residencies

I live near by I needed some time away from home to study and just decompress from my family The hotel was the best priced in the area at the time of booking

The rooms were clean and not worn down Everything was clean and everything in the room was well stocked The room and area was quiet and the front desk helped me quickly and efficiently The free breakfast opened on time and the food was all fresh including the coffee Employees were around and I didn’t get the feeling alike they were patrolling the people eating It was a good experience all around with excellent rates especially for the location

Jess Schiel

I travel often with work often and I have never been more happy with a hotel than I was here at Home2Suite Every Moring I was greeted the most positive and polite associate named Aryanna At night when I returned I was greeted by Christina, who not only was tentative, polite and professional she gave me the best dinner recommendations

Neither one of them seemed to be inconvenienced by questions Most days Angel cleaned by room I was here for a total of three weeks She too was helpful and polite It was an overall great experience I would recommend this for families or business

J Abdo

Pleasant stay They think about everything! Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, Especially Sean 🙂 Thank you for all your help, Sean! (And he always kept his smile) Laundry is free, no need to look for coins lol They even have headsets in the fitness center for free too! That’s pretty amazing! (Which was great because I had forgotten mine at home) There is also a grill next to the pool, oh there’s only one thing we did not like, the chairs in the pool were not reclinable, so you can’t get your back tanned

Great location! walking distance to the mall, theater and lots of restaurants!

These suites are spectacular! loved how everything looked from the lobby to the rooms, sheets, curtains, furniture, carpet! walking into our room i felt comfortable putting my stuff on the ground the room was so nice, everything was so well maintained, very clean and the staff members were all so very kind at times i would be leaving my room and saw staff cleaning the rooms and they’d be steaming the carpet and cleaning the room from top to bottom, very pleased and felt comfortable staying there knowing that they complied and deep cleaned the rooms

i honestly have nothing but good things to say about these suites everything to malls and restaurants were nearby so many options booking again come February

Senthil

Stayed at numerous other Spring Hill hotels, however this one was the least enjoyable Rooms are cramped and small, but the price is high The morning meal was great

The front desk personnel were really pleasant and helpful There are plenty of dining options and supermarkets in the area Location and quality of service are the primary factors in the awarding of stars

Francis Burghart

I would NOT recommend this property and I say this as a 110-130 hotel nights/year at Marriott exclusivelyWalked into my suite and I had to install the AC filters (because they were left on the bed) but the system was off and the window was wide open so the room was crazy hotFurther, the refrigerator was unplugged and left wide open so super warm, and there was linen left on the pullout from the previous guest

Price is super cheap for Phoenix but……you get what you pay for At least the bed is comfy!

It is a much better atmosphere in the summer for couples/ families Winter season seems a tad, too boring I suggest this place for couples specifically that want a relaxing, fun environment with or without golf

Food is great in the main lodge! The breakfast is a must! The steakhouse has a seasonal but exciting menu I still preferred the summer offeringsLive music and atmosphere are great Overall, I am happy with my stays and more I will plan in the future!

I cannot say how beautiful and perfect the Wigwam was for our wedding From the setting to the food, this team did an outstanding job taking care of our group As a February wedding with most guests coming from the Midwest, this resort was exactly what we hoped for

We were looking for a venue where friends and family would be gathering around and enjoying perfect weather, good food, golf, and get to experience the essence of Arizona The Wigwam is the most hidden gem in this state The great rates for hotel rooms, spa, golf, and food our guests had an amazing weekend We highly recommend this property and we look forward to having our anniversaries at the Wigwam each year

Michelle Lynn Kittredge

Dining or having an event here is probably one of the most romantic and well organized establishments I’ve ever been to and have the pleasure to work for The staff for courteous well-mannered and well-dressed definitely a place to impress the girl of your dreams or the man in your future or for the perfect couple to get away The food is divine and the place is so well kept

Eduardo the event coordinator and manager is a kind and fair man He will ensure that your event goes smoothly and it’s very well planned and that you are given all that you need on your special day Thank you wigwam for bringing your establishment to Arizona for all of us to enjoy

good: great breakfast selection of waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, breads & pastries, juicescheck-in was fast and easy room was spacious and modernized

mini-fridge and microwave were great to have in roombad: did not get housekeeping 2nd day, had to ask if someone was still coming second time at 5pm the following day and then someone finally did show up to clean On two different occasions room keys stopped working and we had to go to desk to have them redone Neighbors were extremely loud (not that this was the hotels fault necessarily, but definitely made the stay less enjoyable) Mattress was way too soft and uncomfortable Key entrance to side door was broken so door was just propped open with a rock for anyone to come and go – did not feel safeneutral – indoor pool was clean, but being indoors made it very loud as the sound echoed a lot and chlorine burned the eyes sitting in there – but at the same time it was nice to not be sitting out in the sun

Will never stay or put my guest here again The room was dirty and was brought to staffs attention When my guest return their room had not been cleaned

When I brought this to management they said someone would call me back A manager said I can offer you 2500 points I said I will need stay here again they said they would have upper management call me, that wa a month ago I’ve called 3 more times and nobody is ever available to address my concern I’m a travel and can say I will never stay at this comfort inn in Surprise Arizona not put any of my clients or guest there ever again Very unhappy customer 😡

$124 for a room on third floor overlooking the rat infested roof AC units are loud and make knocking noise The 3rd floor hallway has no air circulation and smells like dog urine

The pool is very unkept and has clumps of hair floating at bottom The hairdryer in the room started smoking immediately after turning on The carpets are old and very outdated/stainedSAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME I would give this place a 2/10 YUCK!I don’t come from upper class or terribly rich lifestyle but I do know that this place isn’t nicely kept

I couldn’t find less than one star My brother in law is a Marriott employee therefore I have stayed in over a hundred different Marriott franchises This was by far my worst experience

I was awaken by bugs crawling on my arm at midnight The employee on duty did offer me another room, but after not being able to go back to sleep I decided to check out and sleep in my car The employee on duty did apologize and stated the manager may try and contact me once he arrived in the morning Room number 409 needs to be exterminated immediately Maybe even the adjoining rooms as well This was my first and hopefully last time seeing an actual bed bug

Great and expansive place to work solo or in a small group Spread out and no lack of plug in outlets Chairs comfy and tables designed for spread out

The lobby isn’t loud for distractions It’s far better than Starbucks and the desk staff doesn’t ask where you’re going or harass you I go here all the time for different pace and better than working from home It’s beautiful in the work area You could easily have 4 different meetings and not be on top of someone Try it you work horses!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful service and accommodation! My A/C has not been working for days and my family had finally had enough of sleeping in the heat when the thermostat started reading 89 degrees, so we had to find a safe place to sleep that could take pets in a hurry and I’m so glad we chose this place The price was great, not too cheap and not too expensive even with the deposit you have to put down if you have pets The room was nice and clean and well stocked

The early morning desk manager was even able to get us a room right next to an exit as one of my dogs is verywellset in her ways lets put it She’s a sweetheart but only after she’s had a lot of time to get to know you; if you’re a stranger, however, she tends to get loud so being able to get outside quickly when my dogs needed to do their business was a major plus here Every employee I met was welcoming and helpful I don’t have many occasions to stay in hotels but if I’m ever in need of one I’ll make sure its a TownePlace again!

I travel for work every week In my travels this has been my favorite place to stay I had the pleasure of stay for close to 1

5 months There is a great staff that works here, but there are a couple that I am extra appreciative of I checked in every Monday to be greeted by Lance’s kind and welcoming smile I always felt that he was genuinely happy to see me! He was always accommodating and I looked forward to seeing himI can also say the same for sweet Kaitlyn Whether I was stopping for a drink or heading straight up to my room She always greeted me and ALWAYS has a smile on her face She takes the time to get to know all of her customers!!I look forward to the next time I have an assignment in the Glendale, AZ area!

Amenities were a fair value I guess as the whole area seems a bit pricey Anthony at checkin was amazing Exceedingly kind, sweet & thoughtful

Decor is up to date throughout and our room was nicely done as well Scrambled eggs were perfect in the am So many places have them too wet or too minced up Very nice pool area and a large lovely patio/courtyard to chill within Their sidewalk connects to a wonderful walking trail that I highly recommend Safe, clean, adorable & we got 2 miles in in 30 minutes!

Love this place It is but one mile from my home, yet I stay here yearly It is spacious, clean, and well designed

The pond and fountain are beautiful The front desk is quick to respondI have two gripes The hallway seems musty, as though it is has no air conditioning Not a good first impressionThe bed is a bit hard for my taste, but not lumpy I prefer a pillow topParking is excellent

We stayed at this hotel last week, during our family vacation At first, the hotel didn’t have a room that could accommodate my shower chair, because I’m disabled However, the staff were so polite, professional and courteous

It took them a day, but they were finally able to put me in a room that accommodated my needs Would definitely recommend this priory to anyone

Premier Moments

We had our family reunion here and it was really nice! The rooms were adequately cleaned, they also included a fridge microwave and coffee ☕️ machine with coffee provided Breakfast was good We had a formal dinner there and the food was was pretty good

Glad to have stayed herePlease consider,Be mindful of the area, there appears to be a percentage of homeless who come near the hotel periodically They were not hostile and none so much as talked to us so I would just say be mindful This is in no way a negative reflection of the hotel

Adam Goebel

This hotel isn’t bad Came here for an orientation I guess the photos of remodeled rooms are fake because it still has a dated style with awkward red carpets

Maybe only the furniture was upgraded, but it was clean I liked the small balcony but there is a lot of outside noise leaking through the large glass doorsyou can hear everything outside Anyways I was expecting it to be worse but it was a little better than my expectations at least Definitely over priced

D W

The check in process was smooth Staff is helpful Plenty of parking on the property

Located close to McDonald’s The rooms are cleanAll the benefits are overshadowed by the questionable charging practices I experienced It was noted that there was breakfast available at this location There is, but it costs $10-15 per person, no free continental breakfast available During check in, you are charged a $5 “resort fee” on top of the room rate Upon check out, there is a mysterious $1303 charge that was added when I checked my credit card company charges When I called to ask the hotel, I was told these charges are valid I subsequently emailed the hotel to explain what these charges are I received an email response the same day stating that the $1303 charge was an error and will be removed Though I understand mistakes do happen, I find it troubling that this issue has plagued other visitors based on the reviews I have seen Customer beware!

This was a great hotel The staff was pleasant to interact with, especially Sonora from the cleaning staff and another lady with dark hair working the day before her The gentleman who checked us in (possibly a manager) was also wonderfully professional and kind

We would have liked to see more options added to the breakfast buffet, and the pictures of the room online looked much bigger than it actually was in person, but overall we were very pleased with our stay

Rajesh Bhargava

We stayed long term in this hotel We loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to the outlet shops, Westgate entertainment center and StateFarm stadium Awesome customer service, front desk staff was always ready to help and made sure that we were always satisfied

I loved the fact that they gave free water bottles, what a good gesture! Breakfast was good with lot of choices Rooms were big and spacious with very nice sunset views (not for rooms facing swimming pool) We would anytime go back to stay at this hotel

Holly Mora

Very clean place! I really appreciated the wide variety for their breakfast and it was not the same thing every morning which was nice We came in July (116 degree weather) and the pool felt like 90 degrees, so it wasn’t very helpful for a cool down, but my kids liked it either way The room itself looked spotless

Me being a germaphobe nurse, I brought my own Clorox wipes to wipe down everything, including the floors and the wipes were black afterwards We definitely are staying here again! Very decent on the price and location (right by football stadium)

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedExcellent stay at this hotel Very friendly and efficient front desk staff Very good breakfast and service Great parking available near a door entrance made getting suitcases into our room The complementary luggage carts made getting onto our room a breeze also

Brittney Cox

As you enter the hotel, the first person to greet you is a local homeless man rummaging through the trash just outside the main doors After you settle into your room that reeks of stale cigarettes and regrets, you will notice the transfer smudges and finger prints on the desk area, it’s like living your very own game of clue Around 2am, you will be awakened by the sound of 2 homeless men fighting each other just across the street or, if you’re lucky like I was, they will be fighting in the parking lot just beneath your window

There are many restaurants located just a short walking distance from the hotel, you will be assigned a homeless buddy that will follow you everywhere you go It’s nice knowing you have a set of eyes on you everywhere you go Speaking of safety, the gas station even has their very own security guard to escort you safely back to your vehicle I paid $250+ a night for this luxury location I’m assuming for the late night shows and personal security from the locals? Unfortunately, due to lack of sleep and personal safety reasons, I will not be returning to this location… ever
