Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with comfortable bedding Otherwise, the facilities lack considerably As is the norm post-Covid, services are reduced to the bare minimum, while maintaining or increasing prices to offset the effects of the pandemic

Don’t expect restaurant/bar service, housekeeping or room service The gym was clean and well equipped, the indoor pool was heated to 50F too cold to spend more than 15 minutes in it

I would give them 10 stars if I could We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and we were treated like royalty The gentleman who checked us in was so polite and very helpful

The hotel is gorgeous it’s pictures do not do it justice, the atrium is so relaxing with water fall and coy fish The room was nice and warm for our arrival, it was very clean and comfortable, the best 4 nights sleep in a hotel ever I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go backAbigail Boyko, Mar 17-21, 2022

A solid hotel experience that fits directly into the Hyatt Regency brand pretty well The hotel is attached to the Carnegie Center and well located on US Route 1 Very easy to get to from my home in Philadelphia

Arrival and check in was really easy Parking is free, but uncovered Hotel had three weddings going on simultaneously and one of them was exceptionally large Not that the groups were loud or noisy, just not what I was expecting when I entered the property I was upgraded to the largest King bedroom available and it had plenty of space for my family, two year old toddler included Room was spacious and it felt recently updated The restaurant has a full dinner and breakfast service The dinner was really good but a bit pricy The breakfast was free to me as I have Hyatt status Breakfast was either an entree or a full buffet After breakfast, my son enjoyed the indoor pool which was really well covered from the massive amount of rain All in all this location made for a great staycation for our family and I will make sure to come back!

I planned a large group trip for a weekend tennis tournament at Princeton University Right off the bat we had some issues with our payment method and the front desk staff were extremely helpful The rooms were nice and clean, which is all I ever really ask for in a hotel

We also realized (while playing some music) that the rooms were almost completely soundproof which is a really nice touch The bar stayed open late and the staff there were really nice too The real highlight of this hotel I feel is the grounds though! We enjoyed 2 nights of lovely nighttime walks on the trails around the hotel (which were even decorated for Halloween!) Overall it was a wonderful stay and when we come back next year for the same tournament we hope to return

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would I’ve stayed in this hotel many times over the past 2 years Sadly, I misplaced my favorite and only pair of seeing glasses in this hotel last summer

Even worse, the package became lost in the mail and never arrived to me The amazing house keeping staff, front desk staff, front desk manager, and general manager all put in their absolute best efforts to help find my glasses, but unfortunately they became lost mail Although the situation was completely out of their hands and they were not at fault, they did not stop there The hotel helped me purchase new glasses to replaced my lost ones I have never experienced better customer service If you are comparing other hotels to this one, do not bother just stay here! Wonderful customer service, clean rooms, amazing stay!

Booked the Holiday Inn but was Re-routed to the CrowneI have no idea how this hotel is getting away with allowing people to book the neighboring Holiday Inn but then re-routing guests to the Crowne Plaza WITHOUT notifying guests until they see the sign in the window I find this practice deceptive and unprofessional I also find it despicable that IHG allows this practice to continue along with charging guests different rates

If a guest wanted to book the Holiday Inn but was re-routed to the Crowne Plaza why aren’t the rates the same??? I am thoroughly disappointed with IHG Corporate’s oversightIn terms of the hotel itself, it needs a good vacuuming and the bathroom area could have been cleaner as there were hairs in the shower and sink The sheets were super scratchy and uncomfortable There were a number of white stains above the bed and on the couch that made staying there feel icky The A/C worked great! The TV was slow to respond to commands but offered a lot of channelsFinal note I was not thanked for being an Ambassador and Platinum Elite

This hotel is conveniently located in a intersection of I 195 Hotel rooms were nice and clean Hotel personnel were courteous and helpful

Complimentary breakfast was good However, I would prefer if more food choices were available Also, if the hotel can have a restaurant for other meals (lunch/dinner) then it will be more convenient for people who does not have time to cook in the kitchen provided with room Room cleaning service also need improvement Although you can get fresh towels whenever you want Room service need to be required in advance Personally, I prefer to get my room cleaned everyday which unfortunately I didn’t receive due to the policy!! Everything else was good I enjoyed my time of stay in the hotel

We just stayed 2 nights here and it was one of the BEST hotels we’ve stayed at The only issue we had was being able to operate the room temperature but this place still deserves a FULL “5 STAR” rating The Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful

the room itself was very spacious with a full kitchen and was very clean on our arrival They have a heated pool which is kept clean and an excellent staff that prepares awesome breakfast meals in the morning who are very pleasant as well They have a guest laundry room with a working washer and dryer (a little loud, but in working condition) in my opinion, this place hit all of our expectations and deserves all 5 stars and if we decide to travel back there from Massachusetts, we will be calling Homewood Suites for our reservationsExcellent Job people, and “Thank You” for a great time!Al & Pam Arment (Rm 307)

Recently stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding The rooms are great, very spacious and clean The location was close to where we needed to be and it has a lot of nice amenities

It’s also close to a shopping center with retail stores and some chain restaurants The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the complimentary breakfast was not good The eggs were gross, there were grounds in the coffee when I poured a cup, and the yogurt wasn’t cold Highly recommend the accommodations minus the breakfast

We booked our wedding hotel block with Residence Inn by Marriott Hamilton and everything went smoothly They accommodated our guests, when possible, with early check in and addressed any issues we had The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good enough selection for our guests in the morning

Thank you for your hospitality!

Erica McCormick

I stayed at the Residence Inn for 6 months and I have to say, the staff was amazing Thank you especially to the breakfast crew of Dan and Stacey I would frequently wake up to the smell of fresh baked scones

Dan was a wonderful cook and all the staff was so friendly Housekeeping always said hi to me in the hall and stopped by frequently Thank you again for making the hotel my “home”

We stayed here for a wedding on August 5th We were running late so we checked in and ran upstairs too change quickly As I was doing my makeup in the full length mirror out of the corner of my eye I see something

A pair of dirty, balled up cheetah print underwear To make matters worse the mirror had all these mouth/lip marks We had zero time to switch rooms so I went to the front desk to notify them They were very apologetic and the Manager Joseph asked what time we would be back I told him we really didn’t know but he assured us he would rectify this and he would be there until 11PMWe returned around 1130, he was gone for the night There were no notes or anything left on our room and we now had to explain the entire situation again We were quite exhausted from celebrating and the from the extreme heat during the day We just wanted to switch rooms and go to bed The woman was rather new at the desk and had to call him to figure out how to switch our room Now it’s well past midnight, we have to go upstairs, pack up everything and move to another room My husband waited upstairs while I went back down to get the new key Both women at the front desk assured us that they would comp our room in the morningThe next morning at check out the front desk knew nothing about the ordeal I now had to repeat the story a 3rd time The Housekeeping Manager was there and asked to see photos because she didn’t believe me I gladly let her see She kept repeating to me how she had record the room was cleaned Okay great These were not my underwear and I am definitely not kissing mirrors while a pandemic is still very much active Once again, the woman at the desk had to call the Manager Joseph because she knew nothing about this She was very nice and apologetic I said, the women last night said our room would be comped Apparently Joseph said no, he would only give us half off He offered nothing else and said something to imply the women last night were new and they shouldn’t of said the room would be comped We left because I wasn’t arguing anymore, especially with someone on the phone My husband has stayed in Marriotts in every state He works for Food Network and travels the country We even stayed at the Westin in Maui for our honeymoon We have never experienced a dirty room or such ill customer service Ladies, you were excellent Thank you for trying to help us Joseph, all you had to do was leave a note and this wouldn’t have turned into such a ridiculous ordeal

We stayed on Saturday 7/16 and woke up to this roach in our bedding, it appeared dead at first but was very much alive Management was non-responsive to my initial email and even seemed annoyed and inconvenienced in their response to me following up on not having heard back from them on what I would consider a important issueThe room was indeed nice and the rate we paid decent, but my disappointment is in Managements handling of the issues

Robert Sweeting

I’ve stayed here three times in the past month First two times, no issues My last visit on 3/31 was a nightmare

First – I pulled up to check in around 830pm There was a large family (not sure if they were there for a wedding or a different occasion) who had all of their cars blocking the main entrance and both sides of the road to pull up to the main entrance I’m talking 10-15 cars When I tried to get by they just sat there and refused to move until I said something Check in process was smooth minus the gentleman that was in the back office awkwardly staring me down My other concerns were the room It was a rather warm night and the room cooling and heating unit was showing 75 degrees There is a panel on the wall to control the central air but it apparently was broken because there were no lights or numbers showing up The standalone unit out of the window I tried to reduce the temperature and put it into cool mode but it would just turn off as if the cooling function did not work Could only put it into fan or heat mode Needless to say it was extremely warm in the room the entire night I was Probably better off sleeping in my car for the night Lastly, the shower head in this room, room 242 had a ton of calcium and deposit build up that was noticeably visible, which seemed to impact the pressure of the water and the water turned all the way up, still did not feel too warmLike I said First two visits – no issues Most recent visit – NIGHTMARE

I am in the area for an extended time due to work I have stayed here and the Residence Inn just down the road This hotel has a much better breakfast as well as a Wed happy hour and a functioning pool

Staff are friendly and helpful Room is good and cleaned 3x a week Despite this the room was very dusty on all the walls which I wiped down with a washcloth one day There are only two washers and dryers- and 2 of the machines don’t show the time (RI has 4 each) Location is a little tricky to get to with limited amenities in walking distance (Residence Inn wins in that regard)

Erik Kluetz

I would certainly stay here again Our room was comfortable and quiet I heard no noise from Route 1 nor any of our neighbors

We made friends with the family across the hall and the hotel let us do a late checkout This place gets busy on the weekends so the breakfast was still pretty good but the weekday breakfast was even better including grilled veggies to eat with our eggsA couple minor complaints would be to offer non-pork options for families with dietary restrictions and also I don’t know if it legal in NJ, but we were greeted with the snell of marijuana outside the front main entry of the hotel and I noticed one guest amd his companion / spouse several times smoking a large blunt right outside the side door to the parking lot All of the staff were super helpful and hard working The fellow longer hair who helps out with maintenance and guest service I spoke with around midnight and he was back working the next morning I personally would avoid staying on the first floor it seems like it gets a ton of traffic either to and from the lobby or to the pool We stayed on the fourth floor with no issue, I need the exercise The suites on the far end x40 and x41 are much larger than a standard room but the bedroom is not isolated from the rest of the space but the rest room is

Pathetic experience! At 6:30 AM in the morning on 03/17/22, the hot water was not running in bathroom or sink, and when asked the front desk they mentioned that they would look in to it I decided to go for breakfast and shower later 1 hour later at breakfast, I heard everyone saying same thing, no hot water in the entire building! Guests had to take cold showers in 45 F weather!! Everyone looked super annoyed and grumpy

The front desk people did not understand the intensity of the problem and didn’t look that they are try to fix issues other than using diplomatic hotel type language 2 hrs later they still did not fix the problem and I had to leave the hotel without taking shower I overheard someone talking at the breakfast that this issue isn’t the first time I suggest to check in at a different place

I’m always hesitant to stay at an “INN” because of the reputation they carry but this hotel exceeded my expectations! Our room was very clean and spacious we got the double bed queen suite with a pull out sofa it was plenty of us and there was still plenty of space! The first shift staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! The breakfast buffet has a little bit of something for everyone seriously and they keep it fully stocked so don’t worry about getting down there late there will be food still! The pool was clean and a decent size! They have a basketball hoop for the kids with balls to keep them entertained to say the leastThere’s a cute outdoor patio right outside the pool for you smokers who may need a break there’s even lights for nighttimeThe bathrooms were clean

They have small things like tooth brush tooth paste mouth wash etc if you forget yours like me every time!9/10 — The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars or a 10/10 is because they had no pool towels or room towels available for my whole Saturday stay, and when they did have towels available it was never enough

Robert Miranda

My family came to this hotel for a recent vacation trip to New Jersey from Chicago We loved our room because it was large and the ceilings was tall They offered some awesome free breakfast and the staff kept the place clean even during breakfast

We loved the pool and the workout room option We will definitely come here again It was nice that this hotel was right off the New Jersey turnpike to get around

It is a pleasure to see Customer Service and dedication to Customer Satisfaction, to well above and beyond the call of duty from all Staff members From Odessa at the front desk who, at the request of my Girlfriend back home, bundled some tea for me with a note from my Girlfriend and had it as a surprise for me when I entered my room that night after a hard days work, to Kelly in the kitchen preparing awesome breakfasts and coffee for us as we start our day every morning! Pricilla at the from desk was very pleasant and helpful for all requests, and I did interact with two other ladies at the front desk whose names I do not recall, but they also we very pleasant and helpful to me as well The manager, whose name also escapes me at the moment, was very accommodating with my room upgrade request and made my job a lot easier for my lengthy stay there

Thank You All for helping me spend a very comfortable and very pleasant stay at your Hotel! Keep Up The Good Work!

The kitchen area, living room smelled so bad It smelled like smoke, but smoking is not allowed The people cleaning the room should have cleaned better

The whole suite could have been cleaner The bedroom did not smell bad though, which is why I didn’t ask to moveFront desk was not as knowledgeable as they should be, for example, knowing about the TV system and what we would be charged to use Checking in I had to ask for information on restaurants, etc They were nice, but some need more trainingTub was slippery I almost fellNice location

This was a beautiful hotel, but it’s certainly not within walking distance to any amenities And we had some issues as soon as we checked in Once we arrived we were told that one of the rooms out of the two that we had booked for a family vacation, was not available a 1 King 2 Queen 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was not available, we were very disappointed to say the least, but they did make it right by giving us a total of three rooms for the price of two

When they were going over the hours of the facilities, they said the pool was closed, I thought they were talking about at that moment, she said no, it’s closed permanently It’s been closed for two years, well that was another major disappointment!!! We had three grandkids with us and we were all looking forward to having a nice refreshing swim, after visiting Sesame Place, there should have been a large banner in bold print on their website stating that the pool was out of commission, because we likely would not have stayed here if we would have known that at the time of bookingThen once we came back after spending the day out with the family, my son got into his room then the red light started to flash, after going to the front desk the girl reactivated his key, but that didn’t take care of the issue, so he couldn’t leave the room anymore that evening as he wouldn’t be able to get back into the room, there was no maintenance staff available until the next day, and I find that totally in excusable!!! What happens if your toilet breaks or springs a leak, wait until the next day? There should always be someone available!!!We then went down to the front desk to get some snacks and drinks from the concession area and the girl that was supposed to be working the front desk was on our floor the fourth floor and she said she would be right down, she never did come down in the 15 minutes that we waited, so we helped ourselves, also there was someone waiting to check in and couldn’t, there was no one around to help him out, what a way to run a hotel!!! We did pay for our snacks and drinks the next day when there were more people at the front desk I believe you should have more than one person running a hotel of this size in the evenings, because your customer service is lacking in a big way!!!However, on a positive note, the suites were really nice and spacious, but some do need the sofa bed cushions replaced, the breakfast was great, with a good selectionBut after the issues that we experienced, we likely won’t be back

Marshall

This was a great experience Not too far from Sesame, close enough to stay for the night A quieter area than sesame, which was nice

The breakfast was fantastic and had fresh choices for everyone The room was well prepared, clean, and comfortable Staff at the front desk was more than willing to go out of their way to help We arrived on a Wednesday when they had an evening social that included soup, salad, cheese, crackers, chips, wine, and beer A nice surprise We also enjoyed the pool and the patio with grills was beautiful Thanks for taking care of us, Homewood Suites!

Naomi S.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Sesame Place and all the other hotels in the area were booked As many of the hotel reviews indicate, this hotel is dirty We have a small child with us, so we came prepared to sanitize the room, and it really needed it

There was visible dirt on doors as we wiped them down The outside perimeter of the bathtub was visibly dirty and the carpet under the AC units have not been cleaned well in some time The grates on the AC unit in room 404 are broken and we had to make sure the child with us did not stick his hands inside The furniture in the living room needed to be upgraded, especially the sleeper sofa You can feel the springs poking into your back as you sleep Also, there was no bath soap available in the shower The front desk said that their delivery had been delayed, but this is inexcusable The hotel could have, and should have separately purchased soap for bathing

My husband and I stayed here (for the second time) last night, and we had a wonderful time We had also visited the Inn last summer, and we are huge fans The grounds are absolutely pristine; lush green landscaping, hammocks hanging from weeping willow trees, a gazebo, outdoor pool and hot tub – you name it! The groundskeeper and chef is extremely friendly and skilled, with a cute and friendly dog! The inside is also cozy and clean, and the host Michael is so friendly and warm, providing snacks, tea, coffee and water for the guests

It was our second time in the English Manor suite, which we loved The bed is comfy and the room is spacious and immaculate The bathroom has both a jacuzzi and wonderful shower with multiple jets! One of our favorite features of the Inn is the breakfast overlooking the pool Upon being seated, you are offered French press coffee, a variety of juices, fresh fruit and delicious blueberry muffins! This is followed by a selection of specialty dishes, such as a full English breakfast, pancakes, or Belgian waffles, just to name a few We look forward to returning again next summer (and plan to keep the tradition going every year)!

The Inn at Bowman’s Hill is an amazing place to stay The grounds and pool are breathtaking It is a perfect getaway to escape for the weekend

The room and bed/bedding were high quality and so comfortable It is so private and quiet, but you are minutes away from great restaurants and shops in New Hope and Lambertville Mike, the owner is a gracious host, and the breakfasts we had were amazing and kept us full all day Thank you for your hospitality and for keeping your property pristine The Inn is definitely a unique and very special place We can’t wait to come back!

My fiancé and I stayed at the inn for a little valentines getaway We stayed in the penthouse suite and were blown away by the beautiful grounds, property, room, views from our private terrace, etc even in the dead of winter it was breathtaking! We can not wait to stay again when the pool is open and flowers are in full bloom

The owner and inn keeper were so sweet and took such good care of us They really made our romantic night extra special and were so personable Next morning, we were sitting in the sun room surrounded by lemon trees, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t thank them enough The twilight LED lights over the jacuzzi tub with a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice was exactly what I needed to ease my stress This is our favorite -getaway from it all- and it’s only 10 min from home! I highly recommend this place!! If only we could have our wedding there… it would be perfect!C Stewart

Stayed in the Princeton Marriott for two nights in December It’s our ‘go to’ stop for trips up and down the east coast Isolated and quiet, great sleep quality

Very close to a major college town and the great restaurants and other attractions that come with that We enjoy their bar and restaurant While the menu is not that large, the food was well prepared and delicious Enthusiastically recommended!

This hotel and location are great for my business trips Please, please, please add more bikes to the fitness area There are 4 treadmills, 3 ellipticals and only 1 bike and 1 recumbent bike

Every morning there was at most 1 person on a treadmill and elliptical and multiple people waiting to use the bike Please also consider adding a bike from one of the more popular companies like Echelon The bike will not go to waste

Richard Urquhart

A quiet Marriott with plenty of easy parking Disappointed at a lack of upgrade as a gold elite member despite the hotel being quiet The room service crew did a good job but we’re very loud chatting from very early in the morning

Did not help with the jet lag A bit remote so you will need a car or uber to get to any other options to eat

We took our toddler to sesame place for one overnight stay The staff was very friendly and accommodating They delivered a pack and play to our room and the way the suite was set up was great since we were able to sleep separately from our toddler

Everything was very clean The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with lots of options The nicest thing about our stay was the included shuttle ride to Sesame Place and back Not only did it save us money on parking at the park but Lori, our shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! She told us about places to eat and local events She gave us tips about the park, the had children’s music on in the shuttle and gave snacks and cold water on our way back after a long hot day The shuttle is decorated adorably with all the Sesame Street characters She was also very helpful in loading and unloading our stroller I will absolutely stay at this hotel if we take another trip to Sesame Place and will look for this type of hotel on future trips! (Just be careful when booking as a package, somehow the park tickets were not included in the package I booked)

I stayed in this hotel because it was the only option in the area with any type of suite available The cost was reasonable and the entire staff, from management to housekeeping, was extremely friendly and helpful When I asked for anything – information, extra towels, a comforter, I got it quickly

There is a pull-out bed/couch in the main room and unlike the photos online, there is actually a sink area closed off by a separate door before you get to the bathroom or bedroom VERY nice for parents wanting to sleep separately from the kids The hot breakfast was pretty much what you’d expect from a Marriott – waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etcThe reasons for the three star review are lack of cleanliness and comfort The bed was hard as a rock After a five night stay my back is killing me I don’t know how that thing passed for a mattress but it was awful When I arrived at the hotel, there was some dried-on brown stuff on one of the towels, disgusting stains on the comforter, and hair on the sink that wasn’t any of ours The dirty items were at least replaced upon request The hotel is still not doing housekeeping during each guest stay, but I at least expect a clean room when I arriveThe walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything, including crying children in adjacent rooms, talking/suitcases rolling outside, and people peeing in their toilet next door I was on the first floor and there was a light constantly on outside The curtains block light but you have to put something against the seam to prevent light from coming through The smoke detector in the bedroom had lights that flashed all night They allow smoking and pets and you can smell both in the hallwaysThis hotel has the potential to be much nicer with some upgrades and policy changes The staff is wonderful and it’s close to Sesame Place with a free shuttle

Great hotel for visiting sesame place We had a king studio with 2 adults and 2 children We were visiting with another family, also 2 adults 2 children

We were disappointed to not get adjoining rooms, booking the package through sesame place was not very smooth–unsure if there were issues with their site or what (we booked a few months ago so maybe resolved) There was a full sized fridge, and stove top and microwave The bathroom had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I brought my own, so can’t comment, but they were available We brought our own pack and play, so also can’t comment on infant accommodations Hotel included an average hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle makers, French toast sticks, cereals, etc The shuttle, and the driver Laurie, were fantastic Laurie really went the extra mile and was friendly, provided information about the area, makes sure everyone gets back to the hotel, and when she was about to pull out she noticed our group leaving and circled back around to pick us up and had cold water and snacks for the group

Internet was out so not only did I have to use my data but they could only give out one key Apparently that key had the ability to open all the doors There from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it was never fixed

No sort of compensation from the hotelIs a nice looking hotel Complimentary breakfast was tasty Indoor pool was warm Gym was pretty good Could use a second bench

Over the weekend I had my wedding and I was very happy with my room block at the Bordentown location The breakfast was actually very good, which I don’t ever expect from a hotel 😅 The rooms were big and perfect for getting ready in

I had my baby at the hotel with me and she slept all night, it was nice to control the individual Temperature in the living room and room Helena was very helpful in setting up the group block and answering all my questions promptly and kindly

ulyssa llovet

Easy check in & check out once I downloaded the Hilton Honors app The app made life a lot easier with the digital key as well Once we got into the room you could tell they didn’t clean it up to par, someone else’s underwear were still hanging on the shower rod … that’s upsetting

The pool had a too much chemicals it changed the color of my bathing suit so I had to throw it away Besides that the hotel was fine

Stayed 4 nights here and the staff was very friendly and courteous Free coffee and tea 24 hours On site laundry services and fitness center as well are an added plus

I had to give this location 5 stars because the rooms come with a fully loaded kitchen and for the price? You just can’t beat it anywhere close to or in the city of Philly The rooms are updated and really nice In the bathrooms you can enjoy mounted scented bottles of body wash, shampoos and conditioner which are really luxury amenities I’ll be booking my next stay here for sure Free parking as well Don’t hesitate to book your next stay here, you won’t regret it

Stayed here one night and forget about sleeping Walls are thin You can hear your “neighbor’s” toilet flushing

You can hear your neighbor’s TV through the walls Refrigerator was the most noisy I have ever heard Loud humming, buzzing, runs all night Never shut off They are working on the highway and you hear them at nightThe shower has nice water pressure and since it is new, it is clean

Stayed here May 21&22 for a basketball tournament with kidsCons: no pool, no breakfastPros: VERY comfortable Rooms were spacious, kitchenette and bathroom were fully functioning

Very clean SUPER friendly staff who were very accommodating Late checkout was available and half day rate was very reasonable (games were late on Sunday and it was 100 degrees so I didn’t want to leave until 4 pm) They have games you can take up to your room which occupied the kids Convenience store had items that were reasonably priced Laundry was free which was an added bonusI would definitely stay here again for a short trip

Kurt Gibbons

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for two weeks and they blew me away with their top service, clean, comfortable rooms complete with mini kitchen and full refrigerator The hotel is extremely clean and well kept You feel like you are in your very own apartment

Clean, huge, comfortable beds and plenty of parking They offer complimentary coffee, but for a small fee you can buy snacks, too There is a supermarket about a mile away so that is a major plus It is right off 295, literally like a 10th of a mile, but tucked away in a wonderful suburban area If you are a trucker, there are two truck stops right nearby so you can really park your rig and probably walk here or just get a fast ride, but you will like the convenience of it all Clientele is basically business class and professional trades I felt really at home here, and they treated me like family There are a few hotels in the area, but I think you should book your room here It is a rare find! Enjoy!

Linda O

The hotel is showing it’s age Stopped for a room after a long trip and didn’t feel like it was worth the money they charged Their website had a lower price and the person at the desk wouldn’t honor it

Sorry we didn’t just walk out They charge more for a room with a king bed which I’ve never heard of so we opted for a double since it was already way over-priced and the bed in the room we got was ridiculously small and one side was up against a wall Terrible set up for 2 people Not worth the cost, I suggest you drive a few more miles and find somewhere else

Just celebrated our 2nd anniversary there and it was such a beautiful room in a really convenient location The room was clean and had everything you could need except the bottle of champagne they used to give you upon check in but instead only give you two bottles of water and one log that lasts 3 1/2 hours so you have to buy extra which isn’t cheap The hostess that greeted us was very outgoing and courteous, very knowledgeable making your stay that much more relaxing

Asked for a late checkout and she gladly assisted within minutes Will definitely be going back again even tho prices have went up some It’s a shame they don’t offer deals anymore but nonetheless it’s totally worth it!!

Toni Rullo-Moore

I enjoyed the jacuzzi but it wasn’t in tip top shape I loved the fireplace and that they gave us the flammable log to light For the money that I spent to stay here on a Saturday night (&340), the room should’ve been in better condition than it was! The carriers were stained

I’m not thoroughly disappointed but I wasn’t completely satisfied either

Theresa Pless-Rodrigues

First time at the Bensalem location & LOVED it! Much nicer & definitely cleaner than the others Great local but private place to get away from it all for a night or 2 The room is the size of most one bedroom suites

It has a huge bathroom w/ a shower that could easily fit 10 ppl BTW – the jacuzzi is one of the biggest & nicest ones I’ve seen anywhere (I’m a jacuzzi junkie 🙂)

The hotel is not a go to destination being at an intersection of two interstates and across the street from a truck stop But the staff still treated me like I was staying there to enjoy the sites Clean room with a very comfortable bed

Breakfast was meager but filling and there was a good cup of coffee Check in was very easy as was check out

Jennifer D

The hotel appears to be undergoing a needed freshening up Our room seemed to be somewhere in the process, which was a bit disconcerting The bathroom was 1/2 renovated (we think?); the rest of the room seemed a bit worn and dated

The room looked clean and the beds were comfortable, which was our priority There was no hot breakfast, just a small muffin and an apple in a bag There is no neighborhood to speak of or anything of interest in the immediate vicinity Staff were pleasant and helpful, which we appreciated Of course, your mileage may vary!

Kenneth Bentivegna

I want to start this review by stating that when my family travels we almost always stay in a Hampton Inn I say this so you understand that I realize I am not staying in the Ritz, and I manage my expectations accordingly I also realize that this hotel was just off of two separate highways, in the middle of relative nowhere

The lobby and elevators were clean and nice The room was mostly clean, and the beds were clean and well made Now let’s get to the issues:1 The bathtub, did not drain appropriately, thus creating a pool of water that reached up to my ankles during my shower2 The bathtub had a black ring around the bottom, likely due to the tub’s failure to drain3 The door to the bathroom squeaked loud enough to wake the dead, so definitely loud enough to wake anyone that might be sleeping4 There were many holes in the bathroom from old fixtures in the bathroom that were just spackled over, and were quite obviousAlso in the bathroom, there were several purposeful cuts to the wallpaper that appeared to be abandoned prep for new fixtures5 The toilet seat was VERY loose loose enough to move off of the toilet and possibly pinch someone’s thighs6 The sheets were nice and soft but the quilt cover was very rough and uncomfortable7 At the base of the bathtub and floor tile there was a large black stain? Not really sure what it was It didn’t look like mold8 In between the beds the outlet cover was not large enough to cover the hole in the wall]9 Near the window the joint between the wall and ceiling was peeling as was a corner of the room Both of these areas were several feet in length10 The free breakfast area was clean but too small Four was a crowd It only had one waffle maker which really slowed down the process for everyone waiting There was very little choice of food, and what food they did have, there was very little of it, including no coffee They also ran out of eggs, and after a long attempt to find someone that worked there and a worker at the front desk that did a very good job of not making eye contact with anyone, someone did finally go in the back and make some more eggs and sausage and then left the area No fresh coffee was provided hey did have some fresh fruit, but it was 3 oranges, and about 10 black bananasAll in all, a very disappointing place to stay Definitely not representative of The Hampton Inn brand

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itThis is a very lovely hotel that must have been recently built in the last few years I didn’t notice the typical Western smell but it may just be me You do have a Starbucks branded coffee area but I would not call it starbucks Overall it’s managed by very polite staff and the rooms are well designed It’s not a big hotel but it’s everything you need to enjoy your stay in Princeton

Jodi Dobinsky

The staff was very nice and efficient I solely booked this hotel over finding a slightly cheaper one because this hotel had rooms with a treadmill inside It was perfect for my early morning run

The missing star is just because the hotel is a little beat up looking There’s some stuffs, some spots, etc but the room was clean, even if it was a little worn
