We live locally and many of our family and friends have booked this hotel because of it’s convenient location and being pet friendlyUnfortunately that’s the only “friendly” feature you will find!!They are NOT friendly to the elderly or disabledThey are NOT friendly to Marriott loyalty members

They don’t even appear to be friendly about cleanliness and hospitality!!Definitely avoid checking in later in the evening, because the guy who works the front desk is the most arrogant, and offensive individual that we have ever come acrossWhen a disabled family member was distraught because they requested a handicapped accessable room, confirmed the day before that they had a handicapped accessible room, and then showed up to find out they were randomly placed far from any entrance, without any handicapped accessible requests met, the most arrogant employee responded with, “Well, I’d be happy to cancel your reservation for you”Would this be what you consider to be problem solving skills?Offensive, rude, filthy, and horribly managed!Book at your own risk!!

This was a completely unplanned hotel stay that my kids and I will remember forever Our entire county lost power in residential areas and I wasn’t able to find a hotel closer to home Chose this hotel specifically because it has the indoor pool and hot tub, but also a great price for an immaculate hotel

Everything was so clean The staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast in the morning was probably the most beautiful set up I have seen with a great selection They have a clean, spacious dining area that had more of a cafe feel to it The pool and the hot tub were exactly what we had hoped for, not too crowded either The hot tub and pool were both handicap accessible- this is something I love seeing, even if we don’t use itAll around, a great stay for an awesome price

Those people who left a negative review have obviously never stayed at some of the other hotels in the area I’ve been traveling back and forth to Albany for a while now and all I can say is do not go for the cheaper hotels Last time,, let’s just say I have never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life

so, when I got to my room at LA Quinta I was so happy The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable The staff was friendly and helpful My son had a good time in the pool and the breakfast was nice too I can’t stress this enough – it is not worth it to go for the cheaper places Spend the extra $50 and stay here, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised

nathan dice

We didn’t get the room we reserved but could use the room we got if we had a roll away Do you think 1 was available at anytime during the stay? Nope Our key was some how deactivated nearly every day, which led to a trip to the front desk

The continental breakfast was truly pitiful as well The staff was really good despite these glaring issues Always friendly and did whatever they could to help At best, meh

I expected better service and amenities considering the pay ($131) First, I booked a room for 4 people and there were only three towels On my way out I asked for an extra towel to be brought to my room, got back and there was no extra towel

Elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor When we got back at night, no soap, shampoo, or conditioner Bathtub was clearly not cleaned from previous guests (we found three hairs in it) Then at about 3am I woke up because it was very hot I realized that the air conditioner was off I turned it on and nothing happened I lowered the temperature to the lowest setting and it did not work I finally called the front desk and all they did was offer to move to a different room (wake up my kids and get all of our stuff at 3am), to which I declined After a while the air conditioner started working on and off, and eventually got to a more comfortable temperature Staff was courteous, but useless Their apology did not feel sincere I was disappointed with everything

It took changing planes, dealing with storm related travel delays, and an entire morning to night spent in airports, but finally, I arrived at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Albany East Greenbush on 8/5 It was obviously late when I checked in, but I had a few emails to send before I went to bed I had 7+ hours of driving ahead of me the next day, so sleep was paramount

The TV in the room next (#422) to me was so loud, I could clearly hear every commercial, program, etc I banged on the wall and told them to turn it down They didn’t I called the front desk to see if they could ask them to turn it down They didn’t pick the phone up when front desk called their room I put my headphones on, but I could still hear the TV I called the front desk again (it is almost 1AM at this point) They tried to call the room again, yet no one picked up I asked if they could at least remotely turn the TV off so I could sleep Finally, all options exhausted, I asked for a new room It was obvious that I wasn’t getting the sleep I needed for my looong day ahead on the roadThe TV was so loud, you could clearly hear it in the hallway two doors down from room #422 Other hotels I stay at have notices that clearly state quiet hoursI strongly encourage the Fairfield Inn & Suites Albany East Greenbush to embrace this as well Guests are penalized for is smoking in the rooms, but loud, constant noise all night is permitted at this property The front desk did all they can, they called twice, knocked on the door, did a wellness check (the person was friggin actually sleeping in the room with the TV on max volume and didn’t wake up for anything including the wellness check) so this is more of a protocol and procedure issue for the management of this hotel to address I would suggest in the future, the offending party is woken up and the TV turned off

James J

Room smelled wet when we walked in Spoke with front desk about it and he said it may becoming from the A/C as the hotel is 40 years old He offered a room by the elevator that was only marginally smelled better

I declined he offered a room on another floor but the family was tired and already settled in Checked out fitness room but very moist and musty and not conducive to a workout Nice and helpful staff Sad worn out hotel

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn The room was very spacious and very comfortable I liked the big arm chair

Other things I liked was the parking was spacious, the location of the hotel was convenient, the staff at the front desk was fine and the room was very clean and quiet The hotel has a well kept elegant atmosphere Looks like a great place for a conference, I saw the meeting area downstairs and there’s a real nice outside space My complaints are that I wish there had been some lotion; We were put in a room overlooking the physical plant (terminology?) rather than the neighborhood, even though we are Hilton Honors guests and there weren’t that many people in the hotel Also the coffee in the lobby was lukewarm even though it was first thing in the morning after it had been put out The front desk person said that 10 minutes after she puts it out, it gets lukewarm Sounds like the hotel needs some new carafes because there are certainly some that keep coffee hot longer than that However, she got us some coffee from “out back” and that was plenty hot, so that was good I was surprised that at least a continental breakfast was not included Even the cheapest hotels have that, and this is the Hilton! However, overall we were very pleased with this hotel and felt comfortable and safe

I recently stayed here for two weeks while my husband was in Albany Med I cannot say enough about hotel and staff Kathy and her staff were amazing

My room was very spacious and clean, had lots of storage and the kitchen was fully equipped There is laundry on two floors The hotel is very close to the hospital and has secure parking I had to extend my stay twice without an issue The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful, giving me names of restaurants to order food that deliver to the hotel and answering any questions I had Destiny at the front desk is the BEST! When I would come back at night from the hospital she would always ask how my husband was doing and tell me to get some rest Amazing genuine people!!

Eric Ollenborger

To start with, the staff is very helpful and friendly The rooms are huge, well kept and very comfortable Convenient location to downtown and pricing was good

The fact that they allow pets is something I’m not crazy about, as soon as I entered the building my allergies went crazy but not the case is my room The pool area was clean, the pool itself is quite small and shallow, and the hot tub was broken The building is on lockdown 24 hours a day requiring a room key to enter everywhere, even the front entrance The parking was also secure and costs $10 additional per day The breakfast is sort of a joke with dry biscuit sandwiches coffee and juice that you take to go so no sitting area I would stay here again and give it a solid four stars

Everyone was wonderful!! I had four rooms for my whole family and two dogs, the accommodations felt like we were home, staff was friendly and the environment was very clean!! Nick was great as well The breakfast they put out in the morning was amazing compared to other places I’ve been, the kitchen staff even went above and beyond and made my grand daughter a special breakfast almost every morning!! Highly recommend!!

Bethany Ferris

We went to visit friends who were staying here I was shocked at how nice the rooms were with full kitchens and huge bathrooms I’d stay here all the time and its only minutes from my house

The kids loved it because they had an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court huge sitting areas with free wifi Definitely recommend staying here if you are on a business trip, visiting family or even for a weekend away if you live in the area Beautiful place

Okay stayBeds were comfortable, hotel staff courteous Complimentary breakfast was meh but better than others

Worth the stay but only because the hotel is directly behind a Stewart’s which is very convenientNo 5 star from me as there was a damaged light in the room which was taped up This is a safety issue and I’m shocked the hotel staff does not take the safety of their guests serious The fundamental flaw with the light is a design issue on furniture layout The light is above a high table/chair and simply standing up after sitting at the chair/table puts the person at risk of bashing their head into the light which is what someone probably did The fact that someone even thought of applying paper and tape to the glass to mask the light leaves a slew of other questions on maintenance practices Is turning a room over to capitalize on revenue from high occupancy rates more important than fixing a light fixture?Regarding the complimentary breakfast, I always ask the Marriott staff if they eat the breakfast they serve their guests and i have never ever heard anyone say yes I travel quite a bit so i get to ask this question alot Take for example the breakfast sandwich served at this location, the eggs, sausage, and cheese were good but the bagel it was served on was harder than a rock I mean honestly how can you serve this? Wife also ended up with a box of milk that was already 1 month expired Moral of this story is no quality check being done on what is being servedLastly we checked in and went to the room to settle in and only to have housekeeping knock on the door 15 minutes later saying they are sorry but they did not finish cleaning the room Communication is key here, we would have rather waited 10-15 minutes in the lobby while the room was being finished than have to unpack and then get the knock saying housekeeping wasn’t done yetWhen you add up these kinds of slips, usually a hotel will make up for a slip by apologizing and extending rewards such as complimentary points and etc We did get an apology which is a great start but nothing elseI’d consider my other options before I re-book here on my next tripI know management takes pride in running this establishment there’s a clear sign in the front lobby referencing their goal which is like a 10 if i remember right In theory there is no need for a sign, if your customer service, housekeeping, maintenance is spot on the remarks from the guests on their stay will be nothing but exceptional

This is a great hotel The staff were very friendly and welcoming However, on our second day the cleaning staff did not clean our room, so we had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper, which was kind of a let down for a hotel with such a reputation

Moreover, one towel which was provided to us (although clean) was torn Not a huge deal but for $630 for two nights you would expect better

Grant Brown

I normally avoid staying downtown but that may change now that I have found this place!Beautiful and historic lobby with modern, crisp guest rooms Super comfortable bed Zero noise from neighbors/hallway

Great water pressure and temp Staff were pleasant and welcomingI would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hotel in the area!

Melissa Bridle

Spent last night here Hotel is beautiful, staff are very friendly, beds are very comfortable Giving it a 3 because when I checked in they gave me a room with a view of a brick wall and am air conditioner, asked to be moved and they readily had other rooms available

The rooms also could use a deep clean Not sure if they just don’t give their staff enough time to clean, but the bed frames need a vacuum and there’s lots of dust and grime in the less seen areas (bed frames, ledges of the sill on the sliding bathroom door, edges of desk and bathroom counters, etc)

I stayed last weekend for my child’s tournament and it was great!! Staff was very kind and helpful as we were from out of state and didn’t know much about the area Rooms and building were very clean The pool was also great, the kids had a blast

The GM was amazing, she was so friendly and made sure everything was up to our standards Thank you Park Manor for taking such good care if us! Definitely will book again when we play again next year

Major letdown We stayed at this location a few years back and it was amazing We were very disappointed this time

Upon walking in, we noticed the lobby floor was not very clean Check-in was a 20-minute process because no rooms were ready even though we arrived around 4:00 pm, an hour after check-in time began When we finally got a room, there were no bath towels, wash cloths, or bath mat, and the toilet paper was not on the roller There was a hand towel in the bathroom which was smelly One of two coffee mugs was missing from the coffee maker On my reservation it says “full breakfast” and the representative at check-in confirmed that hot breakfast is served in the morning for $10 which we were looking forward to since it was so good the last time we stayed here However, when morning came, there was no hot breakfast being served The dining room was dark and empty except for coffee, cereal and muffins When asked about the advertised breakfast, the woman at the front desk told us there was no hot breakfast on Mondays So why does it state “Cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee daily 7:00 AM–11:00 AM: USD 10 per person” on the travel websites? No explanation was given It’s a shame because this hotel has a beautiful interior and could be so much more but it has gone downhill since the last time we stayed here From the minute we arrived and our room wasn’t ready, to the next morning when there was no hot breakfast as promised, Park Manor disappointed with basic things

Terrible place, sitting outside like homeless person waiting on a room that was supposed to be ready before noon now here 6 hours and still nothing Update I’m beginning to believe that this location is a Franchise, the carpet has stains in the room The shower curtain has a blood stain or maybe poo stain don’t know

The DEAD BOLT does not latch in the Door Jam (big safety concern there) outside in the hall ways is very DINGY The Breakfast was pretty weak to include the All temperature Box Milk they give you is More like the military milk if you were ever in the service Also it seem they refilling all the shampoo bottles with cheap stuff dollar store don’t know why The pool is very dirty it need to be drained and repainted or somethingThe fitness center is sub par Compared to Corporate Owned Holiday INN Actually it seems every time I end up at a franchise Owned Hotel it’s always a bad experience Compared to a corporate one That’s my experience how bout yours??? There is also a restaurant attached but it’s only Open for special events I guess The business center gives you no privacy that’s for sure in the end I would suggest spending an extra 20bucks for a Hilton will be sooooo worth it

This hotel falls short on many things First the good Bed was comfy room was clean and breakfast is available

Now the bad…The hotel is in need of major renovations There is not one wall in the hotel without scuffs Carpets are pulled up from subfloor with heavy staining evident Room furniture is worn There is not a single USB connection in the roomThe common breakfast area is not inviting at all It reminded me of a highway rest stop cafeteria While the concept of a restaurant on sight sounds appealing, do not go to On Tap Just don’t

Faye V Newsome

I stayed at this hotel 8/8/22, I loved it there The bathroom was nice and clean no dirty bath tub and no hair on the floor The sheets smelled nice and fresh and there was no noise in the hallway

I’ve been staying at the Quality Inn, in Colonie, NY every Monday and I had to make a change, this is how a hotel is supposed to be I will make this my permanent spot every Monday that I have a layover

Rooms were clean and well maintained Hotel extremely convenient to the hospital Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Luke

All common areas of the hotel were very nice and clean Free parking a bonus! Chairs in dinning area are kind of rough considering how nice everything else is In my opinion, continental breakfast should be complementary Nice view on 7th floor of the Catskills (See photo)

This is my second time staying at this hotel The first time I made the reservation via hopper, and the second via the actual hotel website I was not only greeted both visits with the friendly staff faces at the check in desk at all hours of the day/night, the hotel provides literally everything I could possible need

Rooms were clean and neat, and well lit I have to say out of everything I feel like the safety procedures set in place for all of the guests was my top favorite I love the fact you can’t enter a floor without a guest card That alone made me feel the safest I look foward to the next stay and thank you for everyone who made my stay yet another amazing one !

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful Nice Breakfast options Good to have a small store with snacks and “forgot” items available Outside, there was a patio with grills and places to sit, also EV charging stations We have 2 dogs so being pet friendly is also a huge plus Def a solid choice for family visits in Albany!

I’m having a terrible experience I’m out of shampoo and soap in the shower and asked for some, but no one brought any I don’t have a working outlet in the bathroom, so I’m using the microwave door as a mirror to do my hair

The internet has been spotty at best When I called the front desk, they denied that something could be wrong with the router and wanted to send someone to my room What?! Are you kidding me?! I don’t have a router in my room so why would I need someone to come into my room and mess with my computer?!! I’d think twice before staying here again

This is a very quaint & picturesque hotel in the village of Broadalbin Family owned & friendly Rooms are furnished like a bedroom, not a hotel room

So welcoming & comfy Bathroom is modern Everything is squeaky clean Lovely front balcony accessed from the floor the rooms are on (2nd floor, no elevator) Amenities room available for coffee & hot cocoa Cold drinks can be purchased on the honor system Restaurant was closed the night I was there (Monday) Next time I’ll give that a try Overall a wonderful experience Will definitely stay again since I have relatives in the area Less than 1/2 hour from Sacandage Reservoir, which is beautiful

Fairfield Inns are usually of a good standard, but this one downtown was very disappointing I booked this over other options due to a typically good breakfast When I arrived there was a printed paper on the window saying “No Breakfast Today”

Realizing things could happen like staff out, I asked what was the issue and if they were doing something for the guests like a credit to a breakfast or points for the issue I was told “I don’t know, we were just told no breakfast” and also that there was to be no compensation for this Sorry, but breakfast was a big part of the deal of staying at this hotel, and the response was unsatisfactoryWhen I showered the next morning I noticed something on the towel and found a short curly hair – not the kind you typically want to see in a bathroom, wondering if the towels were actually freshThe next problem was that I was still charged the 495 enhanced Internet fee even though I am an Elite member I noticed this on my bill later but did not want to go through the hassle of calling the hotel and getting a review and correction for five dollarsI suggest you skip this Fairfield and choose a different option near the city

Be very careful here guys! Apparently their housekeeping staff has a hustle where they will knock on your door, even if there is a Do Not Disturb sign, and when you don’t respond (because you don’t want to be bothered) they’ll try to enter your room Likely to go through your things while they think you’re outI experienced this twice while a guest there (got video of this both times)

I was sitting in bed, undressed – Do Not Disturb sign on the door Housekeeping knocks on my door anyways I don’t respond because there is a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN Housekeeping thinks I’m out for the day, so she takes it upon herself to try to sneak in!Meanwhile, I’m recording the whole thing with the phone in my hand (please see the video attached)Call me naive, but I trusted that housekeeping honored the wishes of the guests if a guest requests privacy, but I learned that that is not the case at this Fairfield Inn & Suites, where the housekeeping staff come in your room and do whatever they do while you’re none the wiserJust a little warning to travelers passing through, especially to solo women traveling alone Please be on guard for the housekeeping hustle at this property

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here! Also I’ve never seen such an accommodating hotel Handicap and pet friendly, and there’s even storage for guests (which I’ve never seen before and assuming if one is staying for an extended time)There’s meetings rooms, a media room, fitness area and a pool! The best part complimentary breakfast 👏🏾 (it’s starts at 7 so get there early)The rooms are nice and spacious, the showers are lovely with phenomenal water pressure and temperature! The staff are extremely lovely and helpful and I can’t wait to come back if ever I’m in the area again 🤗

I booked this room form my grandmother and myself for a weekend away from home The rooms are massive and the pool and spa are great, but other than that, I am very disappointed On multiple occasions, I picked up dirty towels and food from the pool area

They were left there all day On one occasion, I picked blueberries out of the pool There was often trash in the halls and elevator that has been there since we arrived They also failed to tell us that housekeeping is only available upon request That would have been fine but they never told us until we went down and asked When we requested towels and toiletries, we had to ask 3 times before we received them, and they were left outside the door in a pile I am extremely disappointed and I would recommend you stay somewhere else that is worth the large sum I paid for 3 nights

Gary Ambrose

I was a bit disappointed with a few things For the price of $170 per night, I expected at least clean bedding of the proper size There was a stain on the bedspread, when we pulled all the bedding off at the end of our stay there was a large stain on the mattress

Also when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, there was a large urine stain on the mattress When I called the front desk to see if they had a replacement mattress for the sleeper sofa, the only solution that was offered was to put an extra sheet over itThe bedding for the sleeper sofa was of the wrong size (looked like it would probably fit the king bed), and when we asked for proper size sheets to be sent up, they were still the wrong size They either don’t have the right size sheets for the pull out bed, or no one knows where to get them fromThe night we were there, the pool towels were all used up and never replenished From about 6pm until 10pm when the pool closed, there were no towels Someone should be checking this stuff This was on a weekend when the hotel was booked up, so they should have had staff They don’t put enough towels at the pool anyway Even when we went first thing in the morning after it had been filled up, I could tell the towels were going to run out very quickly because they didn’t even fill up half the towel rackThe remote control was missing the battery cover and the batteries would not stay in When I called to ask, they did not have a replacement remote Not the biggest deal, but disappointingThe pool was nice, other than rarely having enough towels out The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a variety of hot food choices The mini kitchen in the room had everything you would need for a short trip All staff I encountered were very friendly, I just wish they were better at solving issues such as the one we had with the pee stain on the pull out The stained bedding and mattresses alone are enough to make me unlikely to stay here again They need to do better in that regard

We stayed in this hotel while visiting friends in the area The location could not be better! It is close to many restaurants and shopping! And the airport is not far from it either! The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was the perfect way to start the day! The staff was polite and helpful! They also have a pool, albeit a small size but a pool perfect for cooling off! Parking is right is front which is super convenient!

Michael Rawson

Great location, excellent service, very clean and exceptionally well maintained, inside and outVaried breakfast offerings, fitness center, guest coin laundry, large rooms with ample workspaceWish the rooms had operable windows or roof toilet exhaust fans were not turned off in rooms when guests are out

As I have been a long term guest, this has contributed to the problem of stale air, odors The carpets were recently cleaned but they were not dry when guests were allowed back in rooms Outside service cleaned entire property in on dayThe front desk is staffed with service prosIncredible value – this property suffers from low visibility, lack of signage, and hard to recognize and other Marriotts in the area are easier to identifyVERY close to Albany Airport and has complimentary shuttle service

I flew into Albany, NY on some personal business this weekend and stayed at the Fairfield Inn, which is about two and a half miles from the airportThe room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed, and it had a very nice bathroom shower – which is something I always appreciateThe room itself seemed to be pretty well insulated from outside noises, which is also something I appreciate

I don’t know if I will have occasion to be in Albany again anytime soon, but if I do, I will very much consider returning to this property

The manager Jose don’t do his job They need to replace him They barely have housekeepers the room was nasty nothing clean

There is a old lady that works there that you can’t even ask her as soon you ask for towels or some service to your room she give you attitude and very rude You pay for a good room and to have good night sleep but in those conditions you can’t If you replaced management it could be a better hotel Never again🤮👎🏻

The stay has been amazing so far! We happened to get there early for checking and didnt mind coming back, but they got us a room and were extremely friendly! The gentleman upfront was very nice as well as the young lady Honestly, whoever the gentleman is, that is amazing customer service and if he isnt a manager, he should be or go move up even more, if so Also, the food is great

Their breakfast is actually made to order, which you pay for but they have great items and affordable

Corinne Forrest

Arrived at hotel and noticed pillow was filthy I notified cleaning staff who were a few rooms away and was given a new pillow The shower had loose taps and there was no toilet paper in room

I had to go back out and ask for to from the cleaning staff There was no breakfast included with our stay The pool was green and my son could not enjoy our stay These issues are not what you would expect at a courtyard by marriott I also was told that if I showed my Bon Voy number when checking in that I would receive points I have been monitoring my account and no points were added for my stay Unreal

Beautiful hotel with very nicely newly renovated and spacious rooms Booked different room types for family visit and the king bed room was very spacious Could fit another king in it

Double queen beds room always also very spacious Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating We enjoyed our stay My only regret was not asking for a tub (my bad, assumed it had) to have a bubble bath after my long day It had a double size shower At checkout I asked the attendant to notify housekeeping that because of construction in main lobby the rooms were dusty and should be cleaned more properly Some corners you could clearly see dust and debre and while walking through the room does get under feet That was only reason why 4 stars; not 5

The front desk man was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in my life He made me want to jump across the table and beat him up No one should talk to another person like he talked to my mother and I

We told him that there were roaches as well as bed bugs in my room and my other family members room He said they will have to do an investigation before they can refund my money or anything else I have bed bug bites all over me Also, the front desk man said they allow cats and dogs in the hotel which is so dirty! And people that have allergies to pets should not have to stay in a room where animals were before We spent over 1k for rooms with this hotel, for a family wedding Over 160 of my family members stayed at this hotel and we will never ever come back here! Horrible service horrible hotel I’m a gold member for Hilton and I promise I will never come back to a Hilton hotel

Dana Newman

Didn’t happen We had tickets to a show in town that was postponed (we are from CT, so NOT close by)We decided to still come and stay

When we arrived, we were informed that the pet fee (not deposit!) Is $75 Nowhere in my booking confirmation did it say that, and the stated pet policy on the Expedia listing said $75 per WEEK (This is after finding out – surprise- there’s only valet parking on site !?)I told the young man at the desk that although I had selected a pet address, there was nothing about it in my confirmation, nor the follow up I received yesterday I’m used to paying an extra fee for the dog, but it’s usually less than half that While the man and I were talking, the young lady comes over and starts lecturing me about how I cannot leave my dog alone in the room, which I would NEVER do, and hadn’t brought up Neither of them cared that the policy was misleading, and felt dishonest, and they also didn’t seem to care that it was enough to make us leave So we just ate the $150 we paid in advance for the room We were going to come back for the reschedule of this show, and a few others, but our interactions left us feeling very “had” We’d love for you to make this right, but after our experience, aren’t expecting much Customer retention seems to be a thing of the past

Geraly Guzman

Hotel location is good Staff at the hotel is very nice and welcoming, Valet parking is super quick Hotel is old but is well maintained

The room just need a little upgraded Carpets looks so dirty and smells bad And the bed we all love hotel’s beds that’s the best part of me staying at hoteles that mattress had a whole in the middle bed super uncomfortable and when I call downstairs some one was like o you only staying for 1 night That was no the correct answer I have the worst back pain for all time

We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculate and well taken care of It’s easy to get to but far enough of the main road so we’re not bothered by the traffic noise

My only issue is there are no USB ports in the rooms Most hotels now have lamps and/or outlets that have them Not a big deal but worth noting, so people know they will need to bring charging cubes with them when they stay

Pastle Bestys

The accommodations are as they present online, but for me it was the STAFF that had made this our GO TO spot in Albany, NY The front desk clerk Casey is always absolutely wonderful! She really makes you feel like we are old friends and goes absolutely out of her way to accommodate! Another honorable mention is the new cook SAMMY! This last time we were here we had the pleasure of meeting him and tasting his delicious HOME COOKING! If you are looking for a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in Albany this is the place to be! If you are looking for a hotel that SHOWS they care about your experience then Staybridge Albany IS the only hotel I can recommend in Albany that truly has it all! See for yourself

Outstanding! Stayed here on two separate nights and was happy both times Very clean and comfortable The breakfast had quite a spread with many selections

Mondays through Wednesdays they are serving dinner And I mean dinner, not snacks Pot roast, turkey, mashed potatoes, plus complimentary beer and wine Indoor pool and jacuzzi, airport shuttle The property is a short walk to a mall, starting with Macy’s
