Loved my stay! This is my first time at a Spring Hill suites It was super clean and updated Patty at the front desk was super kind and attentive

We booked last minute because we were attending a funeral in the area Had an issue with our TV not working and the staff came out immediately to help They were friendly and helpful the whole time

I don’t remember the name of the young woman who assisted my mom and I, but we truly appreciate you Breakfast is also amazing Nice rooms, great prices, decent location, and friendly staff!

KJA

Excellent property!!! Customer service these days can be elusive, practically non-existent many times, however each employee there was courteous and helpful The breakfast offerings are just enough; the Belgian waffle being my favorite I strongly urge anyone to consider this property for any visit

It’s very close to the main highway and surrounded by lots of great choices for food and conveniences

I have been to this hotel’s bar area a few times and they have a good selection of drinks and small bites The backyard is very meticulously designedThis tome we stayed for a night and got a good deal since it was a last minute booking

And wow, the room was so beautiful The attention to details, all the nice finishes; amazing Bed was comfortableThe only issue was all the 4 pillows in our room were hugeBut overall highly recommended

As a Marriott Bonvoy member I enjoy exploring hotels in different locations I also really love the Autograph Collection hotels because they’re always modern in aesthetic and amenities What I love about this location is that it’s outside of the hustle and bustle but still very convenient to anything you could desire

The outdoor space is intimate but fulfilling- with a beautiful pool & poolside cabanas as well as a lawn with lawn games right next to their bar and restaurant area The rooms are quiet and modern I personally love the corner rooms and soaking tub You will definitely enjoy your time here

Horrible experience!! First the hotel is beautiful and the staff is nice However, after this everything falls apart We arrived just before 9pm

Was told the restaurant and bar is closed Then we asked if we could order room service and they said they don’t offer room service Then the next morning I couldn’t find the lotion in the bathroom I figured must have been a simple oversight, so i called down and they informed me they don’t offer any kind of lotion What? I have never been to a place that doesn’t offer lotion!! The blackout shades are designed poorly and don’t overlap so it’s bright in the morning Traffic is noisy But it is what it is I guess can’t do much there However, today we went down to grab a quick bite before our flight and the place was completely empty We asked to sit outside and they informed us they couldn’t accommodate because they were fully booked (please look at the photos I’m attaching, there wasn’t anyone seated!) paying $800 per night I would expect more The way this place is ran leaves much to be desired

Adrianne’s life hacks Wiliamson

Love it here great staff and perfect location its so nice to have a full size fridge and cook top in the room laundry onsite and nice spacious bathroom bedroom and the couch bed for the little guy two TV’s and good size table to eat and prepare food perfect spot to get away with a 1st grader and at a reasonable price couldn’t be more pleased Only reason not a five star is there is always room for new surprises Love it here would recommend to everyone

Ok after coming several times I have run into my first problem it seems the police like to cruise the parking lot running plates then sit on the street and wait for you to leave and pull you over the harassment alone has detoured my last two bookings somewhere else I was really feeling this place until then🤦🤷😔

Mona Elsayed

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life Starting from the rude staff to the disgusting room to the difficulty of getting cancellation for my second night! Starting from check in the girl at the front desk was so rude and lying (saying there were no more rooms although it mentioned otherwise on their website and expedia or booking, the exact same room! This ended up to be the manager) Ended up getting a disgusting room with spider webs on the bathroom walls, food on the floor, stains and holed on the sofa bed mattress, holes in the curtains, even the tv remote was missing buttons

There was paper work in our room in the bathroom when we checked in!! So obviously this room was never cleaned before we set foot in it! We went and told the manager and she said sorry thats it! We felt disgusted in this room, unsafe and we spent a horrible night trying to get through with expedia to cancel the second night because we were not sleeping a second night in this! The hotel and expedia both gave us a very hard time over this both mentioning that the other has the upper hand and we didn’t sleep even a couple of hours I paid for a worst night ever and even then when I cancelled the second night the hotel insisted that they were never contacted by expedia and expedia is saying the oppositie Such a terrible experience I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you have kids!!

My favorite suite stay so far I also love Indian food and my reviews are completely biased on thatI used to live in the bay area but moved away and was missing indian food

I booked a week’s stay here mostly to eat indian food I had some errand for a day but was there mostly for Indian food And boy was I treated There are a plethora of Indian restaurants in and around this hotel Literally a stone throw away, I gluttonously indulged myself in Indian foodNow for the hotel The suites were exactly as described The pool is clean and is really nice to use when its not crowded The surrounding is extremely commercial with all sorts of businesses including 24 hour fitness, Macys, etc Where there is money, there is poverty You will find odd people, and “smokers” aroundThe suite is extremely private Once you are inside, if you close all the blinds, it is literally dark all through the day I did that and was in my work zone for 2-3 days straight I was skeptical about wi-fi but turned out to be better than most places I really do expect wifi to be as basic an ammeniy as a shower but some hotels are not good with itThe fire place is nice to use if you find colder nights I am usually up at odd hours and enjoyed the fire at 3 am a couple of nightsAnd last but not least, their breakfast is pretty adequate and provides for a good healthy meal I loved my stay and will be definitely back for another week of feasts and treats

Bob Hughes

Stayed there six nights The place was quiet and the grounds are well maintained The staff is efficient and accommodating

Great location that’s far enough away from the I-880 freeway to avoid the noise while being close enough to be on it in less than five minutes Lots of food options within walking distance I didn’t give it five stars because parts of the room could have used some updating Nothing serious, though I’ll definitely stay there again

Chase Hotel was one of the best experience i had Because reality it’s not about the business itself, but the service and the employees and how they treat you and respect you as there guests I loVed the place a lot! Rooms are spacious, super clean even sanitizes the room

The ambient itself is what I can call, “HOME AWAY FROM HOME” I really enjoyed having a full-size fridge, stove, and fireplace which for me its romantic! The staff was friendly and helpfulThe great thing about this Hotel is the person behind it, which is the manager itself, Rhea is a well accommodating and extending there services as much as they can to help there guest especially in attending there needs! And what i loved about this manager, she is never hesitant she always help in a way she can! No matter how busy she is! No doubt she’s the manager! She is astonishingAs I am about to this rating, , i’ve read comments and i know being a guest we are given a heads up upon checked-in receptionist always tell you a part of there policy, and also given heads up especially in regards to linens and towels And before the receptionist give you the key they always tell you to give them a call or call housekeeping if we want to change towels or linens or even regarding room cleaning it’s in our digression We have choices and that’s the privilege of bring a guest!PEACE AND LOVE!

Incredible hotel! From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a special place The ambiance is unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at The artwork and photography throughout add such charm and celebrates the history and achievements of so many Stanford greats, providing a strong connection to the area

The restaurant and bar within the hotel (both indoors and outdoor) are spectacular! The entire staff are so friendly and make you feel like a part of their extended family from the moment you check-in I felt so welcome and taken care of our entire stay The hotel room was very spacious and I was blown away by the cleanliness! I highly recommend this hotel and will never stay anywhere else when I’m in the area!

Excited to stay Nobu Hotel in Palo AltoNice ambiance and unusual rest room with toto vide The lighting system was so modern

However, the service was not great Room cleaning had to be requested at 3 pm after though staff had come earlier but only refilled the mini barThe picture is Japanese Breakfast Bento which looks good and tastes good

We were excited to stay at Nobu as we understood, from their marketing, that it was exceptionally cool, exclusive, and boutique We looked on their site for a nice room and found that the Zen Suite (about $1,200) was available for the night we wanted to stay, which happened to be that same night When we landed we checked again to see if it was available and it was, but since we were only a few minutes away we decided to go right to the hotel and check in rather than reserving online

The two young gentlemen at the front desk (early twenties and very inexperienced, but doing their best) laughed when we asked about the suite and said they were all booked and that Expedia was likely having problems We said we saw it was available, not on Expedia, but on the Nobu Palo Alto site and we pulled it up in front of them Anyway, don’t trust their site for booking, you’d have to call to be certain before putting in your card info to make sure you aren’t booking a room that doesn’t exist inside the cancellation time Then it just got stupid they only had rooms with two queen beds (which by the way they are not queen beds – they are doubles which are really small) Since we were already there and tired we decided to take the two queen room Got to our room and a large panel fell off the wall when my wife opened the safe The paneling isn’t aligned and opening the safe cabinet door was enough to dislodged a 3 by 4 foot heavy panel from the wall which then fell on her We switched rooms The next room had a lovely thick black hair in the sink, maybe a dark sushi noodle, not sure It was end of day so we decided whatever we came up against we would stay The beds are not queen beds, but I mentioned that already Rooms are small TV is enormous and really great, but very limited channels but still – it’s a great TV Shower was ok but no hand held and they have a “Japanese” style wood floor in the shower which serves only an aesthetic purpose, and maybe to hide hair underneath, but damn it hurts the feet Bathroom is very tiny The toilet was unbelievably great and the showcase of the room, along with the TV The toilet is fully automated with remote control, heated seat, squirty things etc Basically you are renting a toilet and TV with some surrounding furniture No electrical outlets next to beds – just USB ports which is fine but not if you have new iPhone etc Carpets are stained, mostly because of the color selection we think which shows an archaeological history of prior guest shenanigans There is only one elevator which gets tedious The common areas of the hotel are sort of finished but not really There is an odd second floor patio that is 8 feet wide with some furniture facing a wall Nobody was out there There are surely other spots to stay that would be a better value and still very nice We couldn’t help but think Nobu is more of a marketing and food services company than a hotel company We give three stars which we think is fair for a three star hotel

T W

The highest level of service ever received! The hotel is simple and refined The best concierge I have ever interacted with! From toiletries to arranging sightseeing/recommendations (everyone from valet) {so personable!}Excellent hotel for business and pleasure 5-star hotel without a stuffy Four Seasons/Ritz approach

Room service is top notch Front desk was super responsive when I needed more shampoo/conditioner/Nespresso podsWe stayed in a Ryokan room which I can not emphasize just how incredible and serene the room feels We were granted early checkin as soon as we landed from SFO at 11amI booked this not expecting much, but the small touches and personalized attention is what sets Nobu apart from anyone elseThe 82 inch tv is magical as is the heated toilet seat, you’re welcome!

Nice hotel, great location What really makes this special is the person who greeted me at the front desk Her name is Cat and she is AMAZING

I’ve been traveling for several weeks and I came in exhausted My flight was canceled and I’ve been having a busy / stressful day Cat immediately greeted me with a smile and a joke and made me feel relaxed and comfortableAfter my (much deserved) nap, I’m going to try to hit the pool to relaxTHANK YOU CAT!!!

Eric

A mixed stay this trip, but hopefully related to their ongoing renovationsThe Good: very high quality service as expected from a Westin Due to the renovations there was a mix of Westin and Sheraton staff on call, but quality was great all across

The Surprising: housekeeping appears to have switched from expected to on request only When I confirmed with the front desk after several days, they apologized that I wasn’t told when I checked in Not sure if this is a regional (CA is under a major drought warning) or a staffing (due to post-Covid issues) change, but unexpected nonethelessThe Gratifying: The property, in the final stages of its renewal, is lovely on the inside and out, and it’s location near the Palo Alto downtown makes this a great place to stay in the Valley

Do not stay at this place! We have stayed at many quality hotels and this hotel is far from quality First, there is a $250 deposit! I have stayed at resorts with only a $100 deposit The hotel has a weird smell does not smell clean

The hotel itself is run down We finally get to our room after a long drive, our son has a competition in the morning I use the bathroom and the toilet starts leaking from the handle all over the floor and does not want to stop I yell for my husband and run to the phone to call the front desk she tells me she does not have any maintenance and she can give me extra towels to put on the floor so it does not leak underneath us Excuse me! The toilet is leaking and will not stop and you want to give me towels to put down Thankfully, after about approximately 4 min of toilet leaking all over the floor she says she really can’t do anything We need to move rooms I tell her She is like Um Um as if she didn’t know what to do Well, is next door open? She is like let me find out Long story short next door is open and so my husband goes to get the keys and asks her about speaking with the manager she calls security For what???? 80 year security guard is going to do what exactly? She sends the security guard to our room to place towels down Absolutely unbelievable We move next store My husband finds pubic hair on the towels and hair on the other towel If it weren’t for my son having an early meet I would leave this place It does not feel clean You would think a Marriott is good quality The front person is nice but absolutely is worthless and can not do anything because management needs to contact us which does not come in until 2pm Absolutely the worst experience

Randy V

We stay at hotels all over California and this is the worst hotel we’ve probably ever stayed at I never leave negative reviews but it would be wrong for me not to with this place Got here about midnight, we were very tired from a long trip trying to get the kids to bed

Got them to bed and unpacked everything Toilet broke as soon as my wife flushed it, leaking water all over the floor and all over us, I reached in the reservoir to finally stop it from leaking (gross) as my wife’s calling the front office Totally not helpful nor attempted to move us rooms (Even after I saved their carpets from getting soaked) Said all they can do was give us more towels Was able to move rooms after some complaining Moved the sleeping kids and moved everything we unpacked only to find pubic hair on the towels and walls and a broken shower in the next room Totally grossed out with this place and will be checking out first thing in the morning Did check the bed and did not find any bedbugs so that’s something!

Bhautik V. Vaidya

Awake since 3am for last couple of days due to very very noisy AC in our bed room Maintainance person told couple of days back that AC unit is old I reordered the noises and went to front desk just now

No good option of veg break fast (claiming to Mareiot standard), recurring internet failuers right at the time of meetings, noisy AC etc In such case the Hotel mgmt should have regretted the booking and we could have searched many other optionsOther wise the staff is excellent, location is one of the best

Staff was friendly Room was good sized Breakfast ever morning

My only complaint would be we were there for a week and house keeping only came in Wednesday which I was fine with But when they did come only took the trash which I bagged and the towels Didn’t sweep, clean the toilet, vacuum these things would have been helpful as I don’t have access to do so And we were a family of 6

JaqsNetwork Morris

Updated review: I had to reduce my endorsement of their services due to being ticketed $300 by the city for charging my EV at their desginated station that seems to also be handicap parking But there are conflicting painting on the ground The GM and manager on shift acknowledged that they were surprised by the ticketing and tried to stop the ticketing on the basis that its on private property

They were told that being that the space faces the street that it is actually public property So you will not be able to charge your EV here unless you are also with a handicap placard Being that we incurred a hefty ticket after spending over $1000 in accommodations I must express my disappointment in their continued care for us, their guestsPrevious review:Had I known of this place I would have saved the trouble of booking the Airbnb for my family reunion This hotel is brand new and outstanding stay for families and travelers that like having a kitchen The front desk have been helpful and flexible, easy going and responsive I hope as they grow more busy they keep up with the space It’s worth paying for the comfort and amenities especially when traveling with a large group I’m so glad a blogger dad taught me about this hotel chain

Blazer 35

The whole place looks brand new The rooms was nice and clean When I sat on the really nice looking couch, it made the spring sounds, when I moved, it could also be heard

For what ever reason the beds were 100 times worse I booked a single king, and was told I was upgraded to 2 queens! WHAT?!? Anyways! both those beds had the spring sounds, unfortunately I toss and turn all night, and got woken up many times because the spring sounds I picked the one that was quieter, and was still a bad night

Love it here, nice and quiet, well with the exception of my 3 year old All of the staff I have encountered have been pleasant and very nice Not one rude person to date

Only one thing upset me the first night we stayed I ran out to my car and left my laundry bag that had my laundry laundry soap as well as a few other items was snatched up really quickly, I didn’t even see anyone so I assumed either maintenance or a maid thought it was garbage and tossed it , gal at the front desk assured me it wasn’t and someone had most likely stolen it she said she would check the cams but I never heard back Oh well sucks but what can I dooverall made a great choice here!!!!

A decent hotel in Fremont located close to a lot of eateries, stores and even an AMC They provide complimentary breakfast which is a decent spread although vegetarian/vegan options are very limited The room was large and clean with a balcony facing the pool

They have easy accessibility to heated pool and a jacuzzi Due to ongoing covid protocols the house keeping didn’t come daily but fresh towels and toiletries were available at the reception The parking lot was also big

Bobby Marsh

🫤 My first impression walking to my room was seeing a pile of trash from what looked like the maintenance crew, (bags of trash, microwaves mattresses etc) Then the hallway has a very heavy smell of smoke Once I reached my room there were flies buzzing around in it, and the shower and sink were both clogged After a long drive I was ready to go relax in the hot tub only to find out the water was cold

I wouldn’t recommend staying here

We stayed at the Penthouse Suite for our wedding weekend, and I would strongly recommend the same for other couples The hotel is beautiful, both the rooms and common areas, and the staff was extremely thoughtful and considerate during the booking process as well as during the weekend Compared to other hotels in the area, the price is much more justified by the quality of the experience

I highly recommend El Prado and hope to return some day

Gorgeous hotel– we were trying to rent an event space for weeks/months but the service was extremely disappointing, waiting extended periods for a response from the events/sales coordinator, no contract sent after saying it would be sent several times, etc We sent several ‘hi just checking in on this’ emails to try to move the process along and get a response, but eventually we just decided to not risk it with the unreliable service and scheduled our event at a different hotel Hopefully the service improves because it is a lovely space

My family and I stayed at the El Prado hotel It was a fantastic stay and would love to stay there again The hotel staff was extremely polite, the rooms were very clean, no noise, and a great view of the courtyard

We originally ordered 1 room but opted to get a second room so our kids would have more space to spread out (besides, it would have been difficult for my wife and kids to share 1 bathroom)The location of the hotel is just off the main street that has several restaurants We had plans to go to Il Forniao (Italian restaurant downstairs) but we had jetlag and unfortunately, the restaurant was close to closing that night we arrived I had eaten at the restaurant in the past and it has a wonderful menu selection and amazing pastaWe took the kids down the street to Salt and Straw (icecream) It’s a must if you are staying at El Prado Get the Cookie dough and Cinnamon icecreams if you go thereRoom service in the hotel was very good My kids thought the chicken strips and the grilled cheese sandwich were a bit drybut the tuna was REALLY good (make sure you get the bowl of mixed berries with your dinnerthat was also very good) For breakfast we had the omelette and yogurt for breakfast; it was excellentI think all the rooms have a view of the courtyard Ensure you get a room with a balcony it was nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air

Good place to stay for an apartment style hotel visit I think it’s great for families who want to be able to cook a little something during their stay or great way to split costs on by sharing a 2 bedroom apartments Most people seem to be business visitors though

The two bedroom suites are spaced well and each room has its own shower, bed, and desk The beds are great, and room service was good Front desk was nice The morning breakfast is great There is an omelette bar, hot foods, cold quick grab and eats, and a good selection of teas Coffee is available as well It has close access to 580E and a bunch of shops nearby The only negative is it is just like an apartment so you can hear your neighbor from time to time The stay was pretty quiet but definitely got noticably louder when the weekend crowd arrived Be sure to call for your booking if you plan on using a company discount It’s a headache online

Beautiful place to stay, very clean love the separate bedroom, the kitchen was very clean and we parked right in front of our room Staff very friendly and professional The snack section in the lobby had a great selection, small Digiorno pizza

Lean cuisines, Amy’s enchilada, lots of good frozen food selection for a quick meal, lots of cold water bottles Sodas and other snacks Great clean place to stay in a beautiful part of town, would stay again

Mr And Mrs Pinkard

If you’re going to spend time in this area, I would suggest making reservations here Enjoyed engagement with the front desk staff and certainly hope they were willing to go out of their way to get my wife and I to our room quickly While the only thing I wished were different was a shuttle to the airport, I understand that the distance from the airport matters with gas prices as they are

A Starbucks in the hotel, breakfast made to order, & a bar w dinner options The area seems to be going through a rejuvenation with new construction and flowering trees You can tell that they are diligently making an effort to improve the area Quick access to highway 🛣 I had a large room with a great view of pool & sundeck Like 👍🏼 & follow for more adventures ✨️ Travel well 47Million views and counting 😊Thank you 😊

It’s what you would expect from Holiday Inn Decent rate with a good room My only complaint are the curtain styles that they use, they don’t block all the light in the morning

Other than that, the The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and clean The best part is it’s located right next to a movie theater and a bunch of restaurants and places to eat

Kirk

The room was clean and comfortable The breakfast was great However, at about 9pm our smoke alarm started chirping everyone minute or so

The front desk person said they could have someone fix it the next day When I pointed out that I wouldn’t be able to sleep, I was told to remove the battery myself I pointed out that was a safety issue and they gave me a battery I had to stand on a rolling desk chair to figure out how to change it I’m lucky I didn’t break my neck The new battery didn’t fix the problem so I was told to totally disconnect it This seems to be a HUGE safety issue for everyone in the hotel Also, how is it that they have nobody on staff at night to handle basic things like this?

The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet I believe dinner is available in the same area The gym was pretty good

It could use a wipe dispenser and better water dispenser There’s a hot tub by the indoor pool My room had a gorgeous view I couldn’t turn the shower water temperature as hot as I wanted but I’d stay here again

Anthony Graziano

Comfortable accommodations but rooms could use an update Staff was friendly and explained everything in the hotel in detail Nice fitness center and pool

Even with construction going on in the parking lot, there was still plenty of parking in the garage The bar/restaurant is quite nice with good food and good service, but it is a bit pricey for what you get

I have never been in a Marriotts I didn’t like This one was okay, but with flaws First, if your handicap be sure you request ground level, there are no elevators for the second floor

The rooms were good size with a full kitchen, no complaints there It is an older facility so it had quite a few signs of wearing from age There was some Rust in the bathtub and some corners and edges of the room were worn and even a little dirty Lastly, I am recovering from a broken ankle and did not even think about a Marriott’s not having a elevator, so they had me set on the second floor They did however change everything to a first floor unit which was great However, the first evening we were out of shampoo and our television did not work so I called in kind of late She said she would call and check with maintenance and we never got a call back on the TV or shampoo The shampoo was there when we arrived back the next day , but the TV had not been touched I called again and she said she would get someone over immediately, 30 minutes later there was no one there I called again and she said it might be another 20 minutes and still no one showed up I called the last time and someone was there within 2 minutes Just never had that experience at a Marriott’s comment so that was a little disappointing By the way, that was 2 different receptionistw I was dealing with, not just one Of course maintenance could have been the problem

This place was goodlooking in the pictures and when you first walk in, and staff were welcoming But I will NEVER stay here again! I opened up the covers and saw alot of stains including blood and Last but not least there was a bed bug crawling Right next to me It was 8:00 at night and I packed up my things and left I CAN NOT tolerate bugs

I recommend if you stay here to look at the hotel before staying because this is not the first review on this hotel about having bed bugs and bed being dirty

Philip Shao

Everything was sort of OK, until we found this card by the doorway implicating there’s actually a complimentary MASSAGE service available It’s obvious that someone at the front desk is running a prost*tution ring and they’re quite good at itNever staying here again and another sad day for Marriott for tolerating this kind of BS

We had an upgraded room which was nice and large Staff was fine but nothing amazing The ladies working the bar were fantastic

No room cleaning after our first night but they were knocking on the door at 9am on check out day (and 2 more times before checkout)Pool was nice We BYOB and nobody seemed to mind

Will Dean

This is my go to hotel when I am on Pleasanton for work There is no view, it’s close to the freeway, reasonable (while still being a Marriott property #points) and convenient to our office It is very easy to park here, the staff are friendly, rooms are clean and quiet

There is a BART station close by that I may consider staying here and using as a jumping off point to other places in the Bay Area It is a bit out of the way but that is part of the appeal to me Highly recommended this place

Joseph Y

Terrible hotel for basic services We needed a couple of bath towels It took 25 minutes of waiting in the front desk

The two Queen bed room was as scantily furnished as it can be Lighting layout is done as inconvenient as possible for guests, even without a master control for the room The highway noise level exceeded 55 dB all day and night When a/c unit kicks in, the noise level averages uncomfortable 72dB, making resting in the room extremely difficult Room service was slow to respond as well

Loved our experience here The staff, including front desk, kitchen and housekeeping are all great and super hospitable Breakfast is very good compared to similar hotels and has freshly made food

The hotel is older but rooms are being renovated (we did not hear any construction noise) Although our floor and room had not been renovated (room furniture and decor is a bit dated), it was clean and well maintained Room is large and equipped with kitchen essentials (including knives that actually cut) The pool, while not resort size, is nice and calm

steven smith

Very nice Hotel comfortable especially the bed The shower flows so nice it’s so relaxing I am currently staying there right now

The breakfast staff is awesome and very nice The whole face mask thing is annoying but other than that great place to stay One knock on the place is they allow animals I don’t like that with hotels Have a relative watch your animals when you travel

Argelo Duran

The building is currently under maintenance, hence, expect some discomfort if you’ll decide to stay here Otherwise, the staff are excellent! The most responsive housekeeping and staff in all homewood suites there is I love the morning and evening meals and the bunch of options to choose from (they have a calendar of food) The staff can even send those foods right at your doorstep

Love the outdoor heated pool and the open to air garden and tennis court
