We stayed in our room for a week The beds were nice and kitchen was awesome We found a mask that was left from a prior guest which wasn’t really thrilling and having to remember to ask them a day in advance to do something as simple as vacuum was inconvenient, but when we did remember to ask they did more than expected

They knew how big our family was but we still had to ask for extra towels Outside of checking in we didn’t deal with the staff the breakfast was nice and location convenient

Stacy

Checked in Friday afternoon Turned AC down, showered and left for the remainder of the day / night Back by 9 and our AC isn’t working

They changed us to the only room available, which happened to be a handicap room with a portable AC because that room didn’t have proper working cool air either Although, I do appreciate the fact they made the room adjustment, this is just a sub par hotel Breakfast is something a 10 year old could serveSadly, the best part of this stay was the gym accommodation

Albert Wu

The rooms are ok, reasonably clean The laundry room and the machines are well maintained and clean The breakfast is not good this time I stay (beginning 2022-05-14), and so was in my last stay (around 2022-04-10)

The fruits were not replenished, and the cereals are hidden inside the kitchen and not on display The scrambled egg is very wet resting in a pool of liquid While I was at the serving bench, a staff opened the warmer and rearranged the pancakes inside the warmer with her bare hands (not with utensils or gloved hands) Definitely didn’t look hygienic I stayed about a month ago, and the scrambled egg was even worse It was like plastic beads, tasteless, and totally inedibleI went by the front desk to check if there was a card of the GM for the facility so I could provide my feedback There was none I asked the front desk staff, and she said she did not have the GM’s business card but she wrote down an email address for me She said the GM would not be there until two days later I told her about the staff handling the pancakes with bare hands in front of customers As a justification, she told me that the staff sanitizes her hands every 30 minutes However, the staff also cleaned tables with her bare hands while i was there Even in normal times, staff should not handle ready-to-eat foods with bare hands and handle cleaning without gloves This is during a rise of covid cases in the area Not a good visual of a management that emphasize cleanlinessDuring my stay, their key system failed and didn’t work for hours Apparently they are not quite ready for this type of failure Eventually they had to get a fresh pack of plastic keys apparently sent in from outside So, they can only offer one key to meIn most hotels I have stayed at, there is a general manager on site to deal with issues or customers complaints For whatever reason there is no on-site general manager Online info shows two people who are general managers I sent both email but got no responseI had stay in this hotel several times before Customer service used to be pretty good Wonder what has happened to their management

Reasonably priced Wonderful to have a kitchen and a target across the street with a Starbucks Hubby was a bit disappointed with breakfast options

Only reason for 4 stars is because there were a few things in our room (203) that weren’t 100%: toilet paper holder is loose so TP fell into trash can or In floor Living room black out curtains didn’t close & towel rack on outside of shower glass came off

Alyssa V

Overall this was a decent hotel and is literally just steps to Fenway There’s lots of amenities like a laundry room, rooftop pool, rooftop bar and lounge area, and a workout roomThe room I had was also fairly nice and it had a full kitchen

I had one or two small issues with the door, the shower, and the lights, but it was all pretty minor and didn’t affect me too much The one thing I didn’t care for was the noise; the doors are really heavy and you can hear them shutting in the hallway which was annoying

Joanne Grieco

Love this hotel – the one bedroom suites give you the best combo of space, kitchenette and cost of any hotel in Boston Super convenient to the Longwood Medical area, contemporary vibe and friendly staff Full breakfast included, and a rooftop terrace for city viewing with a cocktail

No restaurants on site, but the area has many wonderful choices Pet friendly! Will definitely return

Here at this hotel with a large wedding party Checked in without issue Staff were courteous

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious The entry is beautiful Decorative Complimentary breakfast which was tasteful Word to the wise though, there were two weddings, over 3 hockey/soccer teams of various ages their for a tournament, this hotel was ROWDY But such is life, we enjoyed ourselves overall The kids running and screaming the halls were annoying, but that’s the parents fault This hotel did the trick

Kylie X

This hotel is very clean and the room is great because it’s like a little apartment with a living room and a bedroom I have to especially acknowledge Anissa who was very kind, friendly and professional You can tell this hotel puts a lot of effort into who they hire

There is also another very young guy who has checked me in before who was also very friendly and professional but I can’t remember his name at the moment This is actually my favorite hotel in Waltham!

Todd Huse

As a fan of the Embassy Suites brand, our stay at the Waltham, MA property was a surprising disappointment The first disappointment was finding out that overnight parking carries a fee (not valet, not garage, not gated, not secure – just property parking lot) I don’t like surprise fees that carry no benefit as a customer

Next, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working during our two night stay With 8 floors, this made for long waits for elevators (especially with large school groups playing games with the buttons) Unfortunately, the fire/stairwells for this property are not really conducive for use They are not maintained (unfinished) for normal use, they are inconvenient and in order to access the lobby, you must exit at the second floor and then utilize the mezzanine stairs in the middle of the hotel (by the non-working elevators) Next, our son was using the pull out couch in our suite , and while it had sheets and a pillow in the closet, there was no blanket I went to the front desk to ask and was told they were out, but that they could give us a “couple extra sheets”Also of note, front desk staffing was never at the desk (except for our arrival at noon) Every time I went to the desk,it was empty, no bell, and a couple times I grew tired of waiting and just left (despite the camera in the corner which I assume has a monitor in the back room)There are lots of other hotels in the area The likelihood of us choosing the Waltham, MA – Embassy Suites again is low As other have said, the breakfast is apparently a highlight of the property While we did not utilize the breakfast, another guest in our party that arrived a day earlier was very happy with the breakfast

I found the Ginkgo House on Harvard St to be a welcoming and cozy inn Situated on a peaceful and quiet area of Cambridge, the inn is very accessible to both MIT and Harvard campuses (as well as lots of parks, great places to eat, and even a Whole Foods all within a walkable distance) The friendly staff were especially accommodating and communicative and went above and beyond with their great service

Out of the three places I stayed while visiting the Boston area, the Ginkgo House was my favorite I truly enjoyed my stay and will return again the next time I visit Highly recommend!

Robin Hittie

Ginkgo House is awesome! From the friendly service to the beautiful facility and convenient location, everything about my stay was great! I was impressed with the genuine interest and attention I received–you don’t find that very often Also I appreciated the peace and quiet, no worries about other guests being loud and keeping you up at night I will definitely plan to stay at Ginkgo House whenever I am in the Cambridge area!

Taylor Mannette

This is the perfect place for those who want a very quiet stay Nice, quiet neighborhood too Very clean, cute rooms

Beds are very comfortable Full kitchen near the common area The only reason I knocked off a star is because there was nothing on the website that mentioned vaccination status, which we were only told the day of a few hours before check in However, when we arrived we were not checked for vaccination status, so we went through the effort of going back to get our cards for nothing However, we still enjoyed our stay

Dani Hutchins Mollenkamp

We enjoyed a most excellent stay in every way! The accommodations are modernistic yet quite comfy and cozy The pool is extraordinary! Here it was, the middle of winter, and I felt like I was vacationing on a dreamy tropical island The water was so warm and inviting and there was no lack of fresh, thick, thirsty towels available poolside

Perhaps best of all was the kind, courteous, and caring hotel staff Each member was uncommonly gracious The lobby Starbucks was also a true winner! Just an awesome hotel experience in every way and aspect!

Tsuharesu P

The view from my room was good, the bed was really comfortable, and the desk with Herman Miller chairs was really good The pool was good if you want to relax as well, good size when there are not many people aroundAs a normal hotel room it’s fine, but I don’t think it was worth the very high price

The lever to open the shower fell the first time I opened it and the toilet had running water until I opened the water tank and fixed the seal myself The blind was really hard to open so it stayed close most of the time

Diana Sánchez

The location of this hotel, halls and pools are great It has also a nice gym The service was also very gentle and the room was large with a good view to the river

However, several points are not expected from a hotel that charge more than 400 dollars per night: the premises are already showing signs of aging, I stayed for an entire week and not even once my room was cleaned (hotel policy), the shower has no preassure and takes ages for the hot water to come out, there is no breakfast area only a Starbucks where you can buy coffee and some snacks, the room lacks basics for a such a extensive hotel as a water cooker or a decent coffee makerIt seems cost reduction has been the policy now for that hotelIt is in general a good hotel but definitely overpriced

Nice room with all of the typical amenities They truly appreciate Bonvoy status with multiple helpful perks Breakfast is yummy! Drinks were good

All the staff were friendly and helpful! (Used points to book the room on a holiday/graduation weekend otherwise might not feel so blessed) Room costs much more affordable for the next day if we were staying

JoAnne Rice

Beautiful hotel and every staff member encountered were wonderful and kind It is pricy but you get what you pay for as they say The rooms were clean and well decorated

As other posters have mentioned there’s no parking The garage is less then 500ft away I did take off a star due to ice machines being down and there is no clear menus for the restaurant and its unclear where it even is located

Johannes Krokeide Kolberg

Fairly well-maintained compared to most alternatives, and decent value for the area The restaurant was surprisingly goodMinus for front desk personnel having to get manager approval for the simplest things — but to its credit, the hotel properly followed up on that feedback

The overall aesthetic of the location is welcoming and beautiful The check-in process was effortless and the staff was friendly The room overall was a great space and I loved the under sink lighting of the bathroom

They offer a lounge robe and FULL SIZE shampoo and conditioner, this was a welcome surprise The restaurant was also great, food/drinks/service Will definitely be my go to for future stays

Katherine Rudzki

My now-husband and I stayed here for our wedding week We got a room block for our guests as well The process was easy, and the hotel staff was lovely! Our guests really enjoyed the amenities

We were able to take out a couple of their kayaks onto the Charles, that was an excellent touch There is delicious coffee in the morning at the lobby, and wine hour in the evening! We would definitely recommend the MarloweThe only downsides – there is construction going on next door that started very early (7am!!) Try to get a room that faces outward so you aren’t hearing the noise echo through their courtyard The driveway was also obstructed by cones for the construction, which made it difficult for Uber/Lyft to see the entry Basically, if there wasn’t any construction the stay would have been flawlessThanks again to the staff! They were a great ray of sunshine for our stay

ZA

Stayed here for one night over a weekend, and while I wasn’t able to take advantage of some of the hotel’s offerings due to the short stay, I left a little disappointed We stayed in the studio king suite which was spacious and updated, but some of the bathroom fixtures needed some TLC Our room had a connected room and through the connecting door we could hear everything going on in the room next door as if they were actually in our room

Additionally, I ordered a single bottle of wine for room service delivery from the hotel restaurant An hour after I was told it would be up in 15 minutes I had to call down to just cancel it (only after being put on a hold) Not the most inconvenient thing for us, but if we had just checked in after long travels it would not have been a pleasant night

Stayed here for two nights and it was the best hotel experience I have ever had AC in my room worked great, and my bed was so comfortable that I bought a new mattress when I got homeI enjoyed the rainfall shower head, but it could have used a little more water pressure for my taste

The person in the room above me on my first night had heavy feet and I could hear them stomping around before I fell asleep and again in the morningThe breakfast is a little pricey at $19, but there is a great assortment of pastries, high quality deli meats, cheeses, Nutella, jellies, fresh fruit, egg dishes, cooked to order eggs and more The staff was absolutely wonderful and I felt pampered I was offered seconds on my eggs, coffee to take with me, and even a pastry or fruit for my drive on my last morning thereIt was nice to not have to leave the hotel for breakfast My only complaint is that the coffee is strong AF! I asked and was told it was StarbucksIf I need to stay in the North Boston area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel

John

Arrived at a late night and front desk was quite cold and couldn’t bother to speak at all No explanation of the breakfast time, no explanation of the parking rules and the fact that they would validate the ticket for you if you park in the parking structure in front of them( not until I asked) She was on a personal call while she was checking me in and she assigned me a accessible room

This particular room was pretty used and not very easy to use ( water will spill to the floor of the bathroom as an example) Room was not very clean as well Room was on lower floor close to traffic side, the background noise was pretty loud in this room I asked for another room the second morning with another front desk, and it turned out there were plenty of rooms left and she found another regular one for me very quickly It was in the other side of the building so not as loud, and it was not ADA room and was very clean So here is the question: I did not ask for an ADA room or have put it anywhere in my reservation, why was I assigned to that room the first time? I hope this was not intentional And if not, make sure your room selection system, whether manual or not, can avoid this type of mistakes in the future I would not leave this comment here if it was not a branded hotel like Marriott, one would assume the personnels are more professional I would give this hotel a 5 star if not the experience I had during check in and first night of stay

Allison Morgan

Really clean, sleek and modern looking hotel Thoughtfully designed in terms of outlets, small seating area in room, etc Location is great

Staff friendlyDownsides: you could hear noise from other rooms and planes overhead in the AM Coffee supplies in room were lackingOverall would stay here again Great value for a really nice room

The rooms are spacious I like that there is a sofa as well as a bed, and the television is wall mounted to swivel to allow viewing from different areas of the roomThere is a nice breakfast area serving Starbucks coffee, lattes, etcThe hotel is also the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my travels Every surface is spotless I’m sort of a clean fanatic, so this is a high compliment from me!I highly recommend this hotel

Jonathan Marion

The staff here are super friendly, which is always welcome, and the location is fantastic, being right at Coolidge Corner The rooms are what you’d expect Alas, one of two elevators was out of order during my stay, the gym was being renovated for part of the time, I had to let the desk know the TV in my room wasn’t working, and the liner for the ice bucket wasn’t replaced when housekeeping cleaned the room

Still worth it, based on location and the staff’s dispositions, but be prepared for services to lag by a bit

LMF

Very impressed by Courtyard Brookline MA: the attentive, caring front desk staff handled guest needs during big snowstorm with such grace and competency Their shuttle driver was also very good, ferrying folks to nearby medical centers in difficult driving conditions Our stay here has cemented our intent to stay lifelong Marriott members

I chose this hotel as a getaway after being at home with my children for 2 years with no break (like most people across the world) I really wanted to treat myself to the best Unfortunately, i would have had the same service/ experience or better at a much less expensive hotel

They were overbooked and understaffed Sadly the service and comfort was horrible all aroundThe only plus were the services at the spa…those were outstanding

Daymeyn Gantt

We were excited for our first visit to The Mandarin in several years I wish we had more time to spend at the hotel, which was marvelous, but our calendar was quite packed outside the first day While looking for last minute brunch suggestions around town, the concierge Paul, assisted us with the perfect spot

He even offered to arrange reservations at Ramsay’s Kitchen for dinner This assistance was the excellent service one would expect to receive at The Mandarin!

Mark Doty

This is the best hotel in Boston – hands down I’ve stayed there twice in the last few years It’s a smaller, boutique-like experience

The staff remember your names The concierge is very helpful with anything you ask of them The staff knew that we were brining 2 kids with us and so they had toys and a crib in the room already when we arrived – very proactive customer service They treated our kids like royalty – which is a major plus for any parent Whenever we go back to Boston, we will definitely be staying there, even it it’s out of the way for usPS The same can’t be said for the Mandarin Oriental in Miami – their service wasn’t so great and not worth the visit

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Row Hotel 2 weeks ago and they made our wedding a perfect day! They took care of all our needs to the finest detail! The food was so delicious Everyone was coming up to us and saying what a wonderful hotel it was You could cut the filet with a fork, so tender and juicy! The waiters were always available if we needed something during and after the meals, they were right there with our requests

The rooms were spotless, and the staff working at the lobby desk were extremely polite and very helpful The Row is only 7 miles from Logan and we had guests coming from Australia, Ireland and Canada So it was a quick drive from Boston! The whole area is so convenient and has so much to offer the guests The entire staff from the valet to waitresses in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast were very tuned into everything we needed THANK YOU ROW HOTEL FOR GIVING US A WEDDING WEEKEND WE WILL NEVER FORGET! A special thanks to Marissa, our wedding coordinator for doing an A+ job! We loved your hotel!!!!!

Dhanu Thiyag Ranjit

Our wedding at the Row Hotel was the best choice that we made! The hotel is modern and gorgeous, but more importantly, Marissa made the event planning fun and smooth! She was always so kind and supportive no matter what changes we wanted made She responded quickly and kept everything super organized! The Row ensured all dietary and taste restrictions were accommodated safely Marissa provided one-on-one care the week of the wedding taking care of even the small things like getting us up to our suite and the big things like making the decorations look better than we even envisioned! Marissa and her team were there throughout the event to ensure everything went smoothly and helped afterwards to even clean

We could not have picked a better venue to make our event perfect! Thank you!

This hotel isn’t worth the price tag My wife booked me a stay as a “mom’s night out” treat – it was my first and only night I’ve ever been away from my son so it was supposed to be a relaxing break for me She specifically reserved their room with the nice teacup bath tub

The tub is nice, very big and deep, but the water doesn’t get very hot – pretty much just lukewarm, like pool water They say they have a pantry on the second floor with “seasonal snacks” – it’s a shelf with jars of mints The hotel does not offer room service, which is odd The manager claims they offer room service for breakfast, but this contradicts what I was told during my stay and there is no menu or any information in the room to suggest they offer this My room had an adjoining door with another and the guests next door were a family with a baby Can’t fault them at all, but the walls must be insanely thin because I could hear them all night You’d think they’d do some more soundproofing I ordered a burger from the hotel restaurant to bring back to my room, it was one of only 5 menu offerings on what they said was an altered menu due to the storm – though no prior mention of reduction of hotel offerings was given before my stay or else I might have had the option to change my reservation After almost hour I hadn’t heard back about my dinner order, and no one mentioned an extended wait when I ordered, so I went down to the lobby, they were able to get my order after another bit of waiting, but the burger wasn’t well done as ordered The room itself was just fine They offer a bathrobe but no slippers The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast buffet, which was nice and the staff member managing it that morning offered excellent service If I had spent $100-$200 for the room I would’ve thought it was a fine deal But for the hefty price (nearing $500) you expect something higher quality It was a disappointing night away, and left me wishing I’d stayed home

The place itself is nice, however, the staff were quite frankly rudeI understand it is difficult to find workers but these people obviously do not care about their work The manager seemed quite nice, but every other front desk member seemed to be on edge for some reason

The place also does not smell good I noticed that the minute I turned off their obnoxious fanFor the price you pay, even as a Titanium Elite member, this place is a ripoff You would be better off staying in a much nicer hotel in the charles, which is in a better area on top of it

The Commander is an institution, caringly renovated It isn’t lush or overdone, but offers good taste and modesty, homely comfort If you ignore the Marriott overlay of a phone tree and instead get the front desk, they are helpful and hospitable

Wonderful location, often guests enjoying conversation on the patio or in the lobby until late

David Marshall

The hotel is located in a great location that is walking distance to campus and the surrounding area However, interior hasn’t been updated since the 80’s The rooms are small

The staff seem put off when you asked them questions The hotel restaurant was expensive and average If you can stay somewhere that is a better bang for your buck, I would

A lovely hotel which has been remodeled and upgraded several times since its opening in the late 80s Personally I would have done the lobby public areas differently but it is attractive, high quality and sparkling clean The sleeping rooms are lovely and the renovations are outstanding

Some of the bathrooms are already showing a bit of wearbut easily fixed Top notch meeting and function space Without question the finest luxury hotel in the Boston immediate suburbs Very highly recommended !

We had our little girls 7th birthday party and it was lovely! So nice to have our dog along I especially enjoyed the pool, restaurant service and food Our dinner waiter so nice and made my daughters birthday extra special with cake and candles

They were very accommodating and made it possible for my elderly parents to join in the fun

Very nice hotel We stayed here free because we missed the last flight out The hotel is a long way from the airport and a one way taxi/ride share will cost you $70/$40 respectively

Once here they couldn’t accept the coupons the airline had offered for food That being said they were apologetic and the most attentive hotel staff we have recently encountered in the US Being late, we only experienced the restaurant and bar on site Both were great I had a chopped salad and my wife chicken wings Service again was excellent and the maitre d, knowing our situation, followed up on our service… Very nice Rooms are standard fair for the price range

Stayed here for Boston Marathon 2022 and it was the perfect hotel for this Location was great, next to the station meaning that we could get anywhere without having to walk too farRoom was well sized for the city center and the bed was comfortable

We didn’t hear much in the way of noise either from other rooms or outside – our location was in the back half of the hotel but facing towards the front and on the top floorStaff were polite and helpful Fridge is included in the room but coffee machines would have to be requested – we just went to Dunkin next door

Matt Blanchard

We booked a room with two queen beds When we get there, they tell us that they overbooked and only had a room with one king bed and a pull out couch We booked months in advance and somehow they didn’t have the room we booked

Then they tried to play it off as a “free upgrade” even though it seems as more of a lateral swap than an upgrade They then tell us they “waived the amenity fee” for not having the room ready That would be nice if the rooftop was actually open to more than just private bookings… At least it was walking distance to Fenway, but definitely not a 4 star stay that’s for sure Probably would’ve been a little less harsh of a critic if the staff were not acting as if they were doing us a favor

Decided to celebrate my 30th birthday in the big city and were going to be around the Fenway Park area so this hotel was picked for the good reviews and the convenience of location I cannot say that the price tag was worth it however Although my overall stay was good and I was content for the most part, there are some things that I was alittle disappointed with

ROOM SERVICE- when we asked about it (if we would be able to order food to our room late-10pm-midnight) we were told that unfortunately they didnt have that option anymore and only breakfest was offered at a certain time Although that was disappointing, totally get it- with covid restrictions still kinda being a thing and maybe they’re limited staffi get ithowever they did charge me a resort fee and so part of me is wondering how they are not offering all there amenities but charging like they are Secondly was the resturant and bar we asked if that was going to be open lateagain strict open and closing times 8pm again that’s fine but eh PARKING- a bit annoying that they only offer valet parking at $68 per night but then againgiven their location I get it Special requests – so since we were celebrating my birthday, my sister had called prior to see if they could do something simple (like a note – saying welcome , happy birthday) or maybe some towel animals or something And they told her that they werent offering that sort of service anymore at this time but the least they could do was send up some chocolate candies or something When we got there, there wasnt anythingnot a big deal but kinda annoying Also although it was a room booked for 2 ppl only had one bathrobewhich was hidden away in the closet (so we didnt even realize it was there at first) other then that , all employees were super friendly and room was clean and comfortable and was very happy with our view of Fenway Park from our window!!

Came here on vacation It’s a nicely equipped HotelIs centralized for a fair amount of sightseeing in the area, especially in Back Bay

I would recommend this hotel as it was clean the service was mostly available, although lightly staffed, for the amount of people that were traveling through, especially on a weekendThe price point was a bit high, but at the end of the day it wasn’t noisy and worth it

Daniel Sawyer

Gorgeous location in the Back Bay It’s close enough to get to the T trains, or take a walk around and see the sights The staff is super friendly

We did have one issue, which is mostly the sun’s fault With our west facing room, it does get a little warm in the room That being said, after talking to the front desk, they sent someone up The maintenance man (I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and talked to us about how he had been fighting the sun all day to keep the rooms cool After a while the rooms did cool down

Jacob Oberender

Very clean hotel and friendly staff Location is amazing Just a couple odd things though to note

We stayed in suites There were no drawers in the room to put clothes away in The closet space was fairly small and there really wasn’t enough hangers to compensate for the lack of drawer space This did make it a bit more difficult for a week stay here There is also no microwave We also did not receive a disposable bag for dirty laundry From my personal experience staying at various westins little things like the previous items mentioned come with your suite Hopefully this helps someone else out

Great little pet friendly, hotel right on the Charles River & not too far from Boston Logan for airport pickup I only spent 1 night here to pick up a friend from an early morning flight but, my stay was lovely Comfy bed, spacious suite with kitchen, clean, and greeted by friendly staff

I can’t not speak for any breakfast, as it was still not being served due to COVID times

Donna Zak

This is a great place to stay!! The room was very very clean and spacious It looks exactly like the photos I was here for 4 days and I really enjoyed having a full kitchen

The area is very quiet and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants Due to covid restrictions breakfast is not served at the hotel at this moment I am sure that will change soon There is a great diner nearby called Heidi’s Restaurant that has wonderful breakfasts!!

Eric Bischoff

This is a “hidden gem” in Waltham We almost walked right by it as it sits behind a large privacy hedge facing CrescentI reserved this because a was in Waltham without a car and wanted to be close enough to walk to Brandeis and the restaurants on Moody

This fit the billEntering the small lobby reminded me of European hotels I’ve stayed in that were basically subdivided homes with tiny rooms I was not thrilled to startHowever, once we took the elevator up to our floor, it was a different story Large clean hallways led to a spacious room This had all the basic amenities along with a seating area with a small table and a full kitchen for any extended staysEverything was very clean, the screened windows fully opened if you wanted some fresh air, and the room had no odd masked odors so many hotels have nowThere are nice walking trails behind the hotel for a hike along the CharlesI was here during the Covid pandemic so really can’t address some of the amenities that were curtailed for now However, it was a nice hotel along with a very reasonable priceI would definitely stay again next time i return
