This hotel truly is a hidden gem! We have been coming here for years with family and friends There is so much to offer—indoor/outdoor pool, golf, 2 restaurants, game room and more The hotel is just gorgeous, as well, and the staff is amazing! From the time you check-in, you feel welcomed

I have to give a huge shout out to our absolute favorite staff member, Willie, at the pool/golf bar He is amazing—hardworking, personable, efficient, and just an overall fantastic person! Such an asset to the hotel We already can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I were here for a 1 night 2 day work conference We really enjoyed our stay Everyone was friendly and the hotel has so many amenities (large outdoor and indoor pools, nice selection of restaurants)

The conference food, snacks, drinks were great with a lot to choose from Our room was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy Thank you for a great experience Hilton team!

Beautiful views of the golf course and skyline Clean room and bathroom Comfortable king size bed

Modern 2 restaurants and bar Friendly and helpful front desk staff Booked 2 rooms 3months ahead of time and happy to be on the same floor a few rooms away from each other Only downfall is we did ask for room service but they did not refresh towels or clean bathroom like asked

Great Stay; Great hospitality Absolutely loved the Suite & having access to full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot and complimentary teas, coffees The suite was clean

My daughter and I had a fully cooked mealKale greens, Shrimp dish over cilantro/lime rice, and salad The set up allowed for a comfortable, cozy staff Once insulation is improved, I can give 5 stars 🌟 Keep up the great work I look forward to trying out the 2 level Loft 😊

First of all, we dealt with Madison on the phone and at the front desk FANTASTIC representative for this hotel She was informative, cheerful, and remembered our name when ever we talked with her

A great asset for this business We were in town for a wedding celebration held nearby at Noon Whistle Brewery (another great place) and we hosted an after party gathering in our spacious, clean and wonderful room Kitchen suite had seating for 6+ without having to sit on the bed One of the nicest places we ever lodged athighly recommend

We stayed 2 nights First night was quiet and our interaction with staff was friendly and pleasant Second night, the people that were staying in the room above us had a party with loud music

At midnight we ran the dishwasher to cover all the noise At 2am, the dishwasher shutoff and some of the people were outside talking and laughing I called the front desk to complain The music volume did go down but they talked louder and began to stomp their feet Fifteen minutes later I complained again and front desk said that it would take awhile to evict them Thinking things would get better, since they were being evicted, I waited 30 minutes before calling the front desk again When I complained the front desk seemed surprised I hear one person say, in the background, “they are still loud?” The person on the phone said, “we’ll send security” The music volume did go back up, but stomping of the feet and laughing reduced It was apparent the front desk wasn’t going to do anything Finally at 6 it got quiet When I checked out the gentleman at the front desk said security did go back at 3 (my final complaint) to the door but didn’t hear anything I will never stay at this hotel again My advice to anyone considering this hotel is to record the noise so management can hear it the next morning and prove staff and security didn’t do their job or run the dishwasher all night

It was a 3 star hotel,so everything was spacious After we checked in, we went out and returned around 10pm ready to turn in

My son while using the rest room found the flush is kind of struck Once flushed u need to wait for another 10 min before water gets filled While trying to call front desk found that extension is not working at all We were offered another room in the same floor, but it was not fun doing all shifting so late in the night Basic need to be verified and maintained, else what is the point of paying extra bugs for a 3 star hotel?

Everything is wrong with this hotel, the owner needs to step it up and start spending funds where they need to be spent, the hot tub hasn’t worked for months according to the reviews online I wasn’t expecting hot tub to still be broken 4 months later The beds are horrific, uncomfortable, cheap, wouldn’t want to ever experience metal Springs in my back again/ hip and back pain I’m sure the owner has a nice memory foam mattress at home, while the customers are sleeping on garbage

Almost $200 a night for a bed that you can’t even sleep comfortably on is ridiculous and unethical Someone really needs to come into this hotel and do some type of wellness check maybe even contact the Better Business Bureau The breakfast eggs are synthetic and the sausage is so soggy greasy horribly textured and unedible Food in general was terrible The Only Thing Worth eating were the waffles and cereal Upon arrival of the breakfast in the morning no syrup no waffle mix, cereal containers were almost empty Not enough variety of healthy fruits and yogurts No towels were available in the gym or the pool area We had to call several times during our stay because they would bring 3-4 towels at a time, stop being irresponsible and take care of your guests Also Gym was dirty, the water dispenser is broken does not dispense cold water and is leaking dirty moldy water all over the floor After booking a handicap disabled room and made the staff aware I have a service dog for my disabilities my service dog was checked-in by a “manager” At check-out we were questioned regarding my dog and I showed registered service dog ID again, I felt an explanation was ridiculous upon checkout And the girl who checked us out complained about the manager, owner and staff which was pretty unprofessional This would be a beautiful hotel if the owner wasn’t cheap and gave attention to detail So many rips and tears in the hallway carpet they patched it up and did a terrible job Public washrooms need near the pool needed serious detailing very dirty Not a very pleasant birthday to remember, I had reservations for 2 rooms Reservations over the phone quoted me to queen size beds with a sofa sleeper, we were given to queen size beds in each room no sofa sleeper This weekend was a waste of time and money After writing this Google review hotel management added $100 to my bill 4 days after my stay accusing first my dog and then my children of peeing in the bed, then it went from the bed to it was just pillow that was thrown away had a stain Children are from ages 11 to 12 years old and do not pee in bed I’m pretty sure it was a juice box that spilled Be careful not to spill anything in the rooms or on the bed or you will be charged $100 service fee

We enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elk Grove Village/ItascaIt is conveniently located near I-290, less than 10 minutes from the village center of Elk Grove Village with its restaurants/shopping/library/services It is also a just-under-ten-minute drive north to Woodfield Mall and all kinds of restaurants and shopping in that area

The hotel had nice rooms, comfortable beds, and a friendly staff We asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel and they were very nice about this It was very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise that night or in the morning Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Overall decent experience staying at this hotel The parking isn’t a great situation thoughFor other diamond members who are use to other Hilton properties providing multiple bottles of water during longer duration stays, this location 100% will not

Only 2 per room per stay I understand that’s always been the policy, just all other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at provide extra throughout stayFor late check out, you cannot request at check in or during stay- you have to call day of check out to see if they will accommodate it This makes it difficult to plan your last dayBreakfast was good, lots of optionsRoom was good, bed comfortable

I have stayed in hotels/inns in very rural towns in the US and abroad and this stay was the worst that I have ever experienced My family and I thought we were going away for a quick, impromptu long weekend before my husband starts his new job What we experienced at this hotel was disappointment after disappointment

First, we were told that we could not check-in until 4 pm That is fine, and expected as that is the stated time However, others were checking in as we waited in the lobby until 4 pm I visited the front desk twice, and each time was met with horrible attitude and abhorrent customer service When we finally checked in the gentleman that helped us gave me a breakfast card for only the adults, which I had to correct No big deal, no one is perfect Then we entered the elevator and were greeted by the screech of grinding parts, which was unnerving Later that day, we noticed that that elevator had been taken out of service In the room the cleanliness left much to be desired The shower grout was filthy There were stains on the bedding, and the dust was visible The hotel was full so requesting a new room was to no avail On the way back from dinner parking was impossible in the front so we parked in the back The doors for us to enter were supposed to be accessible by room key only These doors were not secured so anyone could enter the premises The next morning two of the three elevators were out of service This meant that we could not actually get down to breakfast Taking the stairs leads you outside, and in this case into the rain My family waited at the elevator for 20 minutes or more and could never get on Families trying to carry luggage down faced worse experiences At this point we decided to check out and go to breakfast elsewhere, at our expense, although we had breakfast included at the hotel We tried again to get on the elevator, again to no avail This time we had to carry our luggage down four flights and across the parking lot (no luggage carts on stairs) I called the front desk to request that the additional $30 that I was charged be removed from the bill, as of yet this has not happened although the manager indicated that it would be taken off She also stated that the breakfast would be extended due to the elevator issue This also did not happen My family and I will never return

Jessica Sanders

Overall, the hotel was great The employees were all very friendly and the complimentary receptions in the morning and evening were great For the price of the room, I did expect that the furniture (footstool specifically) wouldn’t have looked like it went a couple rounds with a cougar and the toilet paper holder wouldn’t be close to falling off the wall but the service and food as well as location made up for it

Great location for where I needed to be during my stay & quite, for the most partDuring my first 2 nights, a lot of families staying for what appeared to be a multiple state school event, with kids running up & down the hall & stairwell Although, I think the loudest incident was the tornado siren that went off outside my window

I went on this trip knowing full well to pay attention to the weather, & for the most part, know what I need to do in case emergency I also seek out the evacuation plans to familiarize myself with the safest route out Right away I found the instructions for a fire but had to search the room for the welcome book to see if there is any further instructions for a tornado Once I finally located it laying on a shelf near the tv, I read the tiny paragraph that told me to shelter in the bathroom if I am in my room or in the hall of the lobby area if I am downstairs For those that do not read the welcome books it might be beneficial to add those instructions to the fire escape plan on the back of the door so when the siren goes off the guests know what to do and are not searching the room for instructions Just happens that a tornado touched down not far from our location & I knew what to do when the siren went off because I searched for the informationOn a different noteIt was great having a kitchenette in the room so that I could make my own meals instead of eating a bunch of fast food the whole time Comfortable seating area to unwind before retiring to a soft pillow in a spacious bed & warm blankets Restaurants, bars & stores are not far down the roadI would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back in the area

When we first got there the outside wasn’t very appealing at all To the point we thought about finding another place to stay The building was just to plain

Sure they had gas grills you could use that were clean looking But we weren’t there to cook I was having surgery in the morning So I needed to get things done as the hospital requested But we went on inside and the place was really nice and the lady behind the desk was really nice and friendly We told her about what we were thinking when we first drove up She laughed along with us We checked in and went to our room Talk about being pleasantly surprised how the room was and how much space we had all over the room Now as for the bedthat one needed to be changed out for a new one It sagged in the middle some I couldn’t sleep on it due to my neck So I slept on the big couch just fine Tim slept in the bed but didn’t get much sleep due to how the bed was Yes we will stay again when needed Just not the same room/bed We didnt take time to walk around to see the pool and all As we were busy getting ready for my surgery in the morning

GREAT property! Stayed there with the family We had several rooms and the Embassy is ALWAYS the best! I have stayed at ES in multiple states and we ALWAYS come to this one when we come to the Chi! Can get somewhat loud and busy with kid sleepovers and sports teams but hey, that is to be expected! Please restore the two hour Manager’s Reception and please do not run out to breakfast food! We had seven kiddos with us! Keep up the great work Embassy!

Me and my husband stayed here back in February and it was amazing This was our first time away from our kids since the pandemic started and we enjoyed every moment The staff was really nice, the hotel in general was very clean

We stayed in two different rooms and loved them both, I really enjoyed the tub and shower and was able to relax The restaurant/bar was great and the drinks were the best I can’t wait to visit again and do some more sight seeing in the area

Derrick Woolfson

Well appointed hotel with several conveniently located restaurants & shopping Staff at desk were very friendly and accommodating They offered to check me in early, which was great

I also highly recommend their spa The massage therapist Agnes was incredible, honestly one of the best massages I’ve had All in all, great hotel for our business meetings and would absolutely stay here again Thanks for making our stay a pleasurable experience

I was so excited to try this hotel for a few months now I stayed here one night and everything was just fine Everything was cleaned really no issues just nothing to tell other people about

The price is kinda high as well, I think the price is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, doesn’t offer a good bang for your buck (In my opinion)

Me and my husband stayed here a while ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at The door man was very friendly as well as the front staff The rooms were amazing, very clean and spacious

I have never had room service and I was one of the best experiences of my life as you can see I didn’t order anything fancy but it was still amazing

DIVINE DESTINY

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable The staff is polite, warm and inviting upto the cleaning staff Speaking of, they do a remarkable job of cleaning the rooms

This is coming from someone who generally travels with my own pillow, sheets, blanket and cleaning supplies I did not have to put in any additional work to make this place up to par for my visitIf you are there and looking for breakfast, try the coffee and smoothie place a few steps away (I forgot the name, my apologies) However, the ham and Swiss croissant was simply amazing! The only downside to my visit, was the bar was not open during my visit on a holiday weekend It turned out ok, because the location of the hotel gave countless other close options right on and off Route 59

Lillia Amor

The reservations manager Emily here made my stay absolutely repulsive I over slept and did not extend my stay, instead of receiving a phone call from the reception to politely ask if I was extending my stay- Emily approved of the staff barging into my room as I was naked showering I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel

When I told her my concerns she let me know that she can send someone to gathering my things for me to check out This was upon telling her that I feel uncomfortable extending my stay further since anyone can come in- unapologetically Being a woman staying alone this was a repulsive reaction from Emily I would never wish this upon anyone The hotel is nice, but unfortunately an unqualified reservation manager has trashed it

Hotel is definitely dated, in need of upgrades for sure We had a few issues with our room (A/C went out, condensate line plugged and got the carpet soaked) however they relocated us to another room Staff was phenomenal with the exception of a front desk employee (a male) who got an attitude and acted like he wanted to go outside and fight

Want to thank Nathan for fixing everything!! He is good as gold

Ben Cerveny

Everything was very average or below in the rooms No fridge, just a “cooling box”, the toilet was put in crooked so the door would close in the tiniest of bathrooms and the whole place is from the 70s They are updating this year which is very needed

Also, the pool was closed even though the website says they have one The only savior is the bed was fairly comfy

Jack Oxley

The stay at the hotel was nice and quiet The food was very good as well as the service However, I pre-paid for a room through a third party company on 7/27 and 7/28 and then received an email from the hotel with charges for 7/28 for the room

I have been attempting to contact the accounting department to correct it several times leaving messages with no return or email correcting the additional charges This is bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless this has been corrected

I have been staying at this facility for over 2 years for work I often travel for work and this has been one of the best Hotels I have stayed at The rooms, common areas and gym are always super clean

The staff is professional, helpful and always friendly Over my stay the General manager Joanne, Anthony and Milly, and all other staff have always made sure to address any issues I might have They work as a team and make your feel like this is your home away from home My family has came to visit multiple times and my wife is amazed at how well this property is ran and how good the staff is I have personally recommended this hotel to at least 10 people, everyone who stays here for work always comes back to this hotel when they return to work due to the hospitality, cleanliness and customer service This is a 5 star hotel I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, as someone whom has stayed at 100+ different hotels and paid twice as much for half the service, you could not ask for more than this hotel has to offer

Lauren Kelly

Overall, I had a great experience at this location for the ten months I stayed there I loved the free laundry and spacious rooms, however, I did not like that the staff did not accommodate to me when I asked to move rooms – closer to the elevator – due to my arthritis starting to get bad They also allow trucks to take up two parking spaces which I think is absurd

Anthony, Abe, and Malachi were always very nice and took care of any issues I had Joann was very nice, but did give excuses as to why a room was being noisy; kids will be kids but parents need to be respectful of others too I never really spoke to Millie, but I did not appreciate the one week’s notice of room rates going up almost $20 per night nor the excuses for the trucks to take up more than one parking spot She suggested I also talk to my doctor about receiving a handicap placard, which is not her place to suggest in my opinion Like I said, overall, it was a decent experience, but I will spend the money at another Sonesta hotel

I believe that this location is being used as a residence by some of the patrons It had more of a dorm type feel to it The staff were helpful but not hospitable

There was a smell when first walked in that I couldn’t put my finger on The rooms still have the eyehole that doesn’t have a cover on it Noise continued until about 3 am I wasn’t uneasy about being there, it just had a different feel to it I will not be back

The woman at the front desk was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever metThe room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwaveThe bathroom was very clean and the complimentary shampoo, cond and lotion smelled so nice

But the winner is the beds Like sleeping in a cloud The A/C worked great and the sheets were soft and cozy It was fabulous

My flight was canceled so United airlines gave me a voucher to stay there When I got there the lady was overwhelmed at the front desk asked if I had a reservation and told her that the airline had sent me with this voucher She told me they should’ve checked because the hotel was full and nothing was available

After waiting more than an hour she said she could help me because they have extra rooms which she charged to my American Express Later much later when I got into the room I felt like I had been taken and decided to check out immediately She then told me it was my fault because I did have a reservation I didn’t tell her She said telling her that the airline had sent me didn’t explain anything Then she didn’t know how to reverse my American Express charge and when she found my reservation she kept on saying she would take care of it meaning make me pay for something the airline was already doing The lady even asked me to buy her a couple cheeseburgers which I did while she was trying to help out Worse experience I’ve ever had at any hotel abroad or at home in the states I will check next week to be sure they refund my American Express cardif the airport sends you there make sure they take the voucher and don’t put up with any attitude, The lady was absolutely awful Now I am back at the airport sitting on a bench but it’s better than paying that hotel I feel

Strike 1 – The man at the front desk was not very accommodating We were traveling with our family of 6 We asked for more towels when we checked in and were told that housekeeping was gone for the day

Not true because we discovered she was still there Security ended up helping us get towels and the proper bedding for the couch bedStrike 2 – NO Continental breakfast We have been traveling for 3 days from San Antonio Texarkana has a breakfast, free Paducah, KY again has a continental breakfast Chicago hasBurger Theory What theWhy cant they all be consistent!! This is the reason we chose to stay at Holiday Inn’s on our entire 3 week vacation Now reconsideringStrike 3 – No Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Gel in the shower like the previous 2 hotels we stayed in Just the tiny bottles on the sink We pay more to stay in the better hotels for better accommodations and service This hotel needs to discount their price for not having those amenitiesOn the Plus side – We did have a great time in the pool which was open until 11pm and the rooms were cleanFYI – The ceiling are very low Tall people (above about 6′ 3″) stay elsewhere

Have been satying on and off here with work several times over the past few months so have a decent idea of the place The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful with anything you might need The rooms are OK not great or bad but get the job done, kitchen is great, bathroom is great, the beds are alright not the best but the sofa in the room is the worst most sorry thing you’ll ever sit on

The only really outstandingly bad thing is the air con/heat; every single room I’ve had the unit is extremely noisy and will buzz all night making it extremely hard to sleep As long as you keep in mind it’s a 2-star hotel it’s a decent choice

This was the 3rd time in the last year we have stayed here in the last year They have been usually very nice but, I noticed they charged me for a 2 bedroom suite when we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite This resulted in an over charge by $85

I called them to tell them this and spoke with a lady by the name of Ashley, who was very unwilling to rectify this She said their rates vary and wasnt willing to look back about this We stay quite frequently in Lombard and the next time will consider their unwilling to help me in this situation on whether we will stay there

Danielle Driver

I would have rated this hotel better but the stay was literally just ok The cleanliness of the room are just ok The guest above us would not stop bumping and moving things around

They had kids so the kids would run all day long They were so rude that when I finally called the front desk to complain they did nothing, they just said ok and that was it, mind you I complained several times and they people above us kept doing the same thing every night! I was so frustrated that I couldn’t wait to leave The only two things I liked about the hotel is the area with restaurants close by, malls, stores but not the hotel itself and certain staff members are good Ms Hatti was my favorite Very sweet and kind person and always spoke and always asked if we needed anything The pool is outside only, the gym room is small but still efficient, the breakfast is ok, they have a small laundry area but you have to pay $2 for washing and $2 for drying but their washing machines doesn’t wash the clothes completely and the dryer doesn’t dry completely You have to dry at least 2 or 3 times so that means more money out your pocket! Before I forget, the let out couch, HORRIBLE!

Excellent hotel, comfortable beds, really awesome lap pool and gym, and hot tub Little deep for small kids but we brought a life jacket and our daughter loved it I was able to swim for hours alone during the day

It was so relaxing Great restaurant down in the lobby Great breakfast in the executive lounge Super friendly staff Definitely recommend staying here

Love this place We first visited in December for a pool night during Christmas break We just went back again last week because the kids kept begging to go back

The pool and hot tub are great! Huge pool, much larger than most hotels It is 4 feet deep throughout, so good for my kids who can swim wellHot tub adjacent to pool but tucked away so nice for me to relax while still able to keep an eye out Over Christmas, there were maybe 2-3 other couples/ families using pool while we did This last time we came during a snowstorm, so we literally had pool to ourselves in both the evening and next morningRooms were well appointed, recently renovated, and clean Exactly what I was expecting Front desk is very friendly and helpful as wellI’m a bonvoy member and enjoyed the late checkout offered with my status in order to enjoy the pool longer before we leftThis hotel is right next to Target, the Yorktown mall, movie theater, restaurants Plenty of options and amenities for a business or family type traveler Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was great The room was spacious with two queen sized beds The lobby looked very nice with fast elevator times as there were 5 elevators

The hotel also has quite a few services such as an indoor gym, pool, and Starbucks I would definitely stay here again as it’s located near many stores and restaurants

I stayed a total of 19 days on a business trip Overall the hotel stay was good could have been better but the room was extremely dusty Room needs a good dusting because it was so build up and I order housekeeping twice my whole trip but nothing was done about the dust

Build up dust on my clothes and items Needs better cleaning or change filters However, the staff was friendly and happy I didn’t get a chance to order room service but the cookies are amazing!!! If you get a chance to stay here, don’t forget your free cookies😃

The bad: There is a half an inch gap at the bottom of my front door(see picture) The hotel is by no means full and they put us next to the elevators so that I can see and hear everyone and everything walking by The water in the shower/tub does not fully turn off and leaks/drips

We arrived late and didn’t notice they didn’t have a Do No Disturb sign so housekeeping barged into the room in the morning When I went to ask the front desk, they initially said it was our responsibility to make sure that we put a do no disturb sign if we didn’t want housekeeping They are not serving breakfast of any kind There weren’t any extra blankets or sheets in the room There isn’t a way to modify the temperature of the roomThe good: location is good and accessible Beds are comfortable Water pressure is high in the shower Plenty of parking

Leo

Location is convenient Not impressed with room cleanliness as there was trash in room from occupant before me Coworkers from my company stay here often but this may be the last time I stay

Many issues with loud occupants and smoking inside rooms The restaurant has great service and really enjoy the fact the Starbucks is inside From someone who stays in Hilton properties every week, there are better options around

I had a wonderful experience at Eaglewood Resort The amenities at the spa were wonderful and I had excellent stone message I highly recommend it

But know there is other fun things to do on the resort’s campus If you play golf, from Spring through fall you will enjoy their beautiful golf course The food is delicious; the service personnel are kind, considerate and friendlyI’m going again during the spring summer or fall because the landscape is gorgeous Go and have a chill out Eaglewood is a place to chill

Chris Lucas

Great place to stay! The only reason for four stars on the room is that we thought we were getting a view of the golf course not the parking lot Otherwise, the staff were great and the whole resort is beautiful We were close to everything that we wanted to do, while still having the feeling of being in the country! I would very much recommend a stay here!

Laura Nguyen

Booked a entire week here and very pleased with my stay Ever since Covid started we continue to travel at least 9 different states During those 9 trips we had to be extremely picky where we book our stay just you want to stay somewhere you know for a fact will be clean

Our usually booking have been through Airbnb which has been a failed We are talking about even around $500 a night for a house or condo you expect it to be clean and that hasn’t been at all for us We seem to still get very nice properties that end up still being dirty Clean to the eye , but not deep clean So we started looking into resorts and very pleased with my experience here With kids and the more money you spend for the best should be clean not just looks clean Anyways this resort exceed my expectations from the comfort of the bed to replacing new towels to calling down stars for a coffee machine They take care of you on the spot Hubby booked here for the golf and the kids had a great time at the playground and pool The view of the golf ground on our balcony was breathtaking every morning The family had a great time here and since being here for a week due to my surgery it just made it comfortable overall Again Very thankful for giving me a worry free experience about how clean our stay was Worth the value and definitely come back in the near future!

Even though I’m currently still here, I’m gonna write about the experience so far I was the pain in the butt guest, changing our reservations & asking a million questions Annette at the front desk was super nice & very helpful

We get to our room and it was a pleasant surprise!! I had my doubts but I was proven wrong Our room was clean, I went and did laundry the night we got in and it was so nice & clean & I love that I can use my debit card to wash and dry clothes NO complaints and I’d recommend it to anyone

This hotel wasn’t part of my plans for life, but it did become an unexpected home for my familyI appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the hallways The family-like friendliness of the staff was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for – many thanks! Everyone working there deserves a raise AND a pizza party

I have to call out the amazing team here! Specifically, the GSR Selina and GM Brianna! They went above and beyond for myself and my daughter regarding our stay I haven’t had such great customer service on quite some time! We were going to change to a closer location, but after their help yesterday, I will just eat that extra 10 minutes of drive time Lol Great job, Ladies! Your excellent work is definitely seen and appreciated!
