Nice clean rooms, with comfortable beds, easy parking Breakfast spread was just what we needed and the staff are amazing Night and day shifts both were a pleasure to work with

They even went above and beyond to locate a sentimental shirt that was left there and were able to return it to me Thank you so much! 10/10

Good time here , I wish the digital key worked better at the side entrances and the pool but hopefully that will be fixed The breakfast here was exceptional I enjoyed my feast The cinnamon waffles and veggie omlet sealed it perfectly

I wish they did offer more options though as always The rooms were good but kind of thin walls Only complaint was the coffee not being available 24/7, low water pressure, fridge not cold enough and no one answers the lobby phone during the night

Melissa Pacheco

The customer service from the staff was amazing! The pillows were a different story They were flat and and have seen better days I’m sure We had to double them over for volume

The entryway had both of the bulbs burnt out so our room was dim The coffee maker still had creamer powder on it from the previous guest so I don’t know how thorough the cleaning was

I’m giving the stars for the staff, all staff members we encounter have been quite friendly We also appreciate the breakfast provided, it had a nice variety of items The lack of stars is for the hotel itself

If we were staying more that one night we would have asked for another room Our room’s curtains wouldn’t close not because they were broken, but because they were designed this way, leaving a large gap in the middle of the window exposed to the pool area We had a safety pin that we were able to use to “close” them, otherwise we would have had the lights from the pool area and surrounding street lights in our room all night, not to mention the lack of privacy Also, this hotel has very thin walls, we were aware throughout the night of all other guests babies, dogs, etc We would not choose this hotel again

Stayed here five years ago and specifically went out of my way to stay here this time Great place good little restaurants around and amazing staff! The only thing was the bed…that thing was like sleeping on plywood I feel like that is something I would have remembered so I would guess it’s time for a change out on the mattresses

Other than the bed the place is easily five stars+

Megan Aldana

Overall, the room was clean but basic Be advised that these rooms do not have a mini fridge This was an issue for us and when we went to the ice machine as a backup plan, the ice machine was not working

Our TV did not work eitherService was not good – the front desk rarely had anyone there to speak with, and we weren’t informed of the need for a parking pass Thankfully I overheard another guest talking about a parking pass – and I was able to get one for us as wellWe would probably stay here again to give it a 2nd try, but I was definitely disappointed in our stay this past weekend

Wonderful stay Our daughter had an emergency c-section and we came from out if town We booked online through Priceline for one night and being a Tuesday, the price was comparatively low

We were upgraded because they were out of standard rooms so it was an even better deal It ended up we needed to extend our stay to three nights and the front desk was wonderfully understanding We got the additional nights for the original price The front desk woman was kind and personable, even asking at checkout how our daughter was doing Very clean rooms and public spaces VERY comfortable bed!!! Super spacious Hot actual breakfast (not a “grab bag”) We even got to use the pool and hot tub Beautiful property Highly recommend!

When I think of the idea of a Holiday inn in Corona this hotel epitomizes that image It appears as though the owner is trying to get by on the cheap not spending money on infrastructure or amenities Ice maker does not work elevator does not work, in room phone foes mot work

Door is hard to open and won’t self-close Rooms are relatively “nice” but are clean Hallways are not air conditioned so they’re nearly 100° The hallways smell like marijuana, the parking lot smells like marijuana, the pool area smells like marijuana Not a place that I recommend for families Conveniently located close to the 15 but not much in the way of amenities or value for your dollar Currently charging over $200 per room Come back in a year and this place will go for less than 100 bucks a room WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

HORRIBLE!!! I am a disabled single mother and my 8 year old and I just checked out at 11:30 pm on our pajamas A prior guest left a spilt salsa under the bed the whole side of the bed under the night stand was soaking wet with dirt brown liquid Because they have only 1 room with a spa tub I was not offered another room of the same type

Pulled back the sheet to get in bed after a long day of 4th of July festivities and there are nasty brown stains on the fitted and top sheet I call the front desk and they bring queen sheets Being disabled didn’t enjoy trying to change the sheets myself After sweating and being in pain wresting with the linens I called again and they said they would bring another set of sheets At this point hurting tired and irritated that we are on a holiday weekend having to remove nasty sheets and lay down towels to not walk on what every the brown nasty liquid on the floor This was our 2nd time staying in this exact room If time the mini fridge smelt like someone peed on it This time new fridge but the floor was soaking wet as if someone peed on it Sheets were stained brown like someone peed in the bed Twice nasty and there will not be a 3rd Really sad because its a huge room with spa tub the only nice one in the area

We were overcharged by almost $40 after being given the receipt in an email They attempted to charge my card 5 times within a 5 minute time span rendering my card locked They then proceeded to charge my card again two days after we checked out for $36 for whatever reason and they don’t seem to know why

The manager and Martha were very helpful and very polite the morning we checked in Brenda who serviced the front desk on the night shift was the one who had quite the attitude and informed us of these over charges that we were not told about Brenda insisted that the incidental fee was a $200 charge that she would give us a discount to make it $20 What I found very interesting was that one charge on my card was the $16419 I was originally planning to pay One charge was $185 and the other three charges were $190 Regarding the cleanliness of the room and the tranquil atmosphere, that part of my stay was excellent But overall, my partner and I were extremely stressed out the entire night we were staying, and left earlier than our check out time the next morning because I honestly could not wait to go home I definitely won’t be staying at this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here either The next time I need a hotel room, I will be looking elsewhere I would give this place one star but that extra star is for Martha She was great!

This is a great place to stay at for your next vacation The front desk and staff members are very kind Oscar and the ladies who work the front breakfast area they all have incredibly awesome personalities and they demonstrated excellent customer service during me and my finance stay at SpringHill Suites

We will definitely be staying there again We hope to see them at our wedding on June 18th Great work SpringHill from Dr Robert L Jamison and Verdiana Bentley-Brodie

Times have changed I was very disappointed I learned that Marriott’s ideal of a suite is a room with a sofa

It was subpar Perhaps a tiny upgrade from a Motel six Not worth the price and I asked the staff if this was a suite They lied Not a glass to drink out of It was terrible No privacy, 1 swiveling TV for both shared spaces I bathroom My grandchildren are with me and there was no way to shut out the noise

Probably would of gave them a 5 star review but the breakfast was not good The room was awesome and the staff was great! I would recommend someone doing a check on the food every 30 minutes or every hour Seemed like the food had been sitting a long time

The coffee was cold The eggs looked really bad, like they were made hours ago I think having an attendant to keep an eye on the freshness of the food would be good! Just didn’t seem fresh and the selection was very basic

Tipphany Peterson

Rooms were large and comfortable They seemed to be new or newly renovated There were a few spots in the hallway that seemed to be being worked on

My only concerns were there was no house keeping unless requested We were there for over three days The breakfast was also sketchy Although the breakfast times is listed as 6 til 9, by 830 there were no waffles available When the front desk representative ( which i believe was the manager) was asked she stated breakfast was until supplies last!!

Thomas W

I came here only because I had nowhere else to go Was looking for an overnight stay at a hotel that was pet-friendly and had available rooms This was the only hotel I found that was worth reserving

The room I got was great No complaints The lady who did our check-in at night when we arrived was nice I give this hotel 3 stars because the lady who came in the morning told me that since my dog was not a service dog, we were not supposed to have been allowed to book a room at the hotel So basically, I was lucky that this lady had not been working night shift (we had arrived at night) or else we would not have had anywhere to go She told me that we could not bring out pet dog to the hotel again So what does “pet friendly” mean? Only allowing service dogs? We have a small dog that is very friendly and clean and we consider our dog part of our family He just isn’t a “service” dog Additionally, $150 to bring your pet in? You’re kidding me The price of the room was a bit expensive, but it was also pretty big so that’s fair, but that much to bring a pet? They should just remove the “pet friendly” label from their hotel description

Location was good for where I needed to go The staff was nice Their little market was bare

I was thankful I only had to stay for one night because the rooms were not the best I had to switch rooms because the AC in the first room didn’t work and the temperature in the room was 80+ degrees The second room was ok The bathroom counter was either stained or not cleaned or both I wore shower shoes and made sure not to walk around with bare feet Also, both rooms smelled odd I will not stay here again

CasaDe Piña

Fourth trip this year Gym is good The employees are so attentive, the location is convenient to where I am growing business opportunities

Restaurants, shopping, parks, trails and LA Fitness Fairfield is so clean, affordable and a repeat stayTrip 5, another easy check in even though I arrived late in the evening 🤩Front counter attendant was super nice Room was clean, cool, and I really like how the tv plays the welcome music

Melissa Carrasco

I would give it a 0 if I could! Worst hotel stay- you ask for room service (cleaning) and it rarely gets done They keep apologizing and say next day it’ll get done and still doesn’t Even when they clean my room it was not all clean

My room was actually left open and I asked for days about who had access to my room that day they said it was being investigated but I didn’t see anything being done Fridge stops working randomly Upstairs hallways smell and are hot

Parents were in town so I brought them here for the day It’s a beautiful historic property, easily spent 2 hours strolling the grounds admiring every little detail It’s never crowded when I’m here which I love

And the bar has comfortable seating, tastefully decorated Drinks are consistent The calamari is fried to perfectionThere’s a guided tour if you wanna geek out

A HISTORIC LANDMARK FOR RIVERSIDE 🔔Whenever anyone asks me how I feel about the Mission Inn I always feel positive and excited to share how wonderful my experiences here have beenThe Mission Inn is one of Southern California’s most beautiful missions The owner and his family have done and excellent job ensuring it stays around for years to come

They’ve also invested a lot into it for the enjoyment of local residents and distant visitorsThere are number places one can eat inside and outside the hotel, as it’s in the heart of Riverside The pool has a Spanish Hollywood charm There is also a Holiday Brunch that would knock your socks off, and they do Christmas light decorations every yearIt’s also where Anne Rice wrote portions of Interview with the Vampire The rooms are amazing and the property is lush with inspirationThere is also a chappel and art gallery where weddings are held, as well as the presidential bar, and a steak restaurant insideOur room was gorgeous and romantic We absolutely loved our sheets, which stayed cool to the touch, while soft and sensualWe can’t wait to go back again!

Georgette Villareal-Dollins

We attended an awards banquet here The venue is beautiful Our complaint is about the catering format

All the fillets were cooked medium rare While this is exactly the way I like my steak, many people do not like their steak that pink I was surprised they didn’t have the option to select a preference Dessert was Casey Cupcakes, which are delicious However, the catering service chose to use many flavors that people either love or hate Patrons were not given a choice, just presented a cupcake Again, I’m easy and like almost everything But, this was not the experience for most people at my table I would recommend they change their catering options to allow more advance selections so more people can enjoy the food as much as I did

The rooms are good and big with a full kitchen and fridge with a cook top 2 burner Staff is nice but

if you arrive later at night, like 1030,11 your basically on your own, there is zero parking left and I’m saying this because I was there for 9 days and never once found parking in the hotel lot after 11, I had to park down the street and if something happens to your car the hotel told me they are not responsible, the night staff told me to park wherever I can basically For paying almost 2k they should have a more organized parking structure going on This is the only negative I had

Todd Anderson

This hotel is fantastic It all started when I pulled up walked in and ran into Jenny at the front desk she was courteous helpful friendly and welcoming Very informative knew the area very well and was very proud of her hotel

And it showed She followed up after we checked-in to make sure we were comfortable and asked if there’s anything else she could do for us I was able to get a late check out for the next day People at the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating as were the people working on the pool Place was clean well taken care of and is in a great location Plenty of food options around the area for all kinds of appetites and tastse Close to the I-15 freeway but you would not know it once you’re at the hotel WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Alexis

Found a giant cockroach in the closet in my bathroom Disgusting Front desk said there is nothing they can do about it and sent me on my way

I asked for another room that was not on the first floor She tells me they are sold out Their website says they have at least 2 different room types available for tonight I ask her for a refund so that I can leave immediately and try to find other accommodations She refuses but says she can cancel my stay without a refund What use would that be? Essentially kicking myself out of the hotel while they keep all of my money They have so many little signs everywhere stating that the rooms have been sanitized and disinfected How clean could it be if there are large adult breeding-age roaches in plain sight???? God forbid a few catch a ride on my suitcase so that I unwittingly spread the infestation to my personal belongings and/or home Seriously? I paid $200 to sleep with roaches for 1 night This is ridiculous I’m sleeping in the lobbySave your money Go elsewhere The fact that they offered no solution to at all to a patrons problem, should alarm you Besides the obvious reasons of how gross and unsanitary a cockroach infestation is, knowing that if you have any issues during your stay, nothing will be done about it; should be enough to send any reasonable person to find a different hotel And if they are slacking on cleanliness, what else could be flying under the radar? Also the WiFi here is practically non existent Even in the common areas and lobby If I can get a signal at all, it is too slow to be of any use

Jennifer Ann Zbinden

The hotel itself was pretty good We had a great experience at check-in with Alexis She was very welcoming and friendly

Room had everything we needed and was clean Breakfast was good Lots of options and was well stocked A major disappointment was when we went downstairs for breakfast on our last day and hear the desk clerk having a conversation with a male who did not appear to be a guest (and was possibly under the influence of drugs) speaking negatively about a particular profession, law enforcement to be exact They had no consideration for anyone in the lobby that may work in said profession and as an employee of the hotel, the desk clerk should have put a stop to that conversation the second the males started his ranting As an employee of the hotel, the employee is responsible for making guests feel welcome, no matter what profession, and we definitely did not As Hilton Honors members we have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels and never had such a distasteful experience

Alberta Cotton

My experience with this hotel started out terrible My family and I were traveling, for a family vacation We arrived to our hotel after several flight delays

I remained in constant contact with this hotel via the Hilton app(message) and the phone Our room was paid in full (through Travelocity), and yet upon arrival my room was cancelled My family and I was locked out and spoken to on the phone(in the forte) and was referred to as,”Oh yeah your the lady that called about your room” When finally allowed to enter and approach the front desk, Sophia begin to say that I called at 12:56am and that she canceled my paid in full room at 12:00 midnight because she didn’t hear from me at 11:30pm when I said I would arrive Even though I called numerous times When I messaged because I couldn’t get through via the phone, she said she was having technical issues and that’s why she didn’t answer the phone She told me that I would have to pay for the room all over again and request a refund I refused because in my email I knew I could not get a refund or modify my room So she then says she can try to get me in a room and that I would have to pay a $200 deposit (she said I would get it back in 5-7 days), I agreed She booked the room, but I expressed to her my disappointment in knowing that my room was cancelled and my money was just taken like that She begin to express how she could lose her job if she books the room under another reservation and I not pay I continued to wait for a room, because at this point my husband, four children and I were extremely tired after being at the airport over five hours Sophia was apologetic after a while for her actions and gave us complimentary water(2 bottles and one pack of cheese its) She said she would make a note of what occurred and her co worker would fix the problem As we finally begin to settle in, my phone pings and alerts me that my card was ran for $258 and $74 after booking the room, but I locked my card, so the charges were declined I asked her about that she said that her co worker would fix it because she was “new” and didn’t know how to fix this problem Well we decided to get some rest and address this situation in the morning( I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up due to this issue) The next day was better, we met Dennis He spoke with us and he reassured us that the problem would be fixed Dennis made our entire experience better He genuinely was apologetic and he made us feel welcomedThe rooms were fairly new and clean We stayed three days two nights, we lost a day due to our delayed flight There was free breakfast from 6:30-9:30am, it was pretty good But our rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there I’m not sure if we had to request room service or not because it was not communicated with us Overall, I’m not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, but we definitely appreciate all the Dennis did for us

Jennifer Walker

We contacted the hotel as requested by them on my last review This contact was made five days ago and no one has ever gotten back to us I think that it is interesting that they act concerned, but by their actions, obviously are not

They wasted our time a second time by asking us to contact them just so they could appear on this review that they really care about their customers I’m sure, as the other reviews reflect, that it is a nice place However, I would not take a chance on making a reservation that may be cancelled on you if they decide to give it away to someone else even after confirming our arrival time with hotel staff

This was the worst hotel experience I had in a long time The sheets on the bed were shabby and had stains The floor in the hallway was not vacuum the entire time I was at the hotel (four days) Outside of the elevator the carpet was filthy

You had no maid service so you had to empty your own trash or sit it outside your door in hopes that housekeeping would pick it up The shower and sink was not cleaned very well Good thing I carried bleach on my tripThey were eight floors to the hotel however the ice machine was available only on floors eight and three All the other ice machines were broken and appear they have been broken for some time When my daughter and son-in-law checked in their room, the room had not been cleaned properly There was urine on the toilet and blood stains on the floor They had to be moved to another room I had better service at the Hampton in Lake Forests This hotel did not meet the embassy standards for quality I will never stay at this hotel again They should have discounted the price with the lack of services I was there with a big group for a wedding and every room had issues

Cynthia Jimenez

The location was great Right off the freeway exit Not around a lot of small restaurants or attractions though

Just a big attraction the Toyota Theatre So if your seeing a concert this would be a great place to get a room to enjoy to concert It does have its own restaurant and bar, so I can see why it isn’t next to any small restaurants It is right across the street from a Costco though I did not get a chance to see the rooms as I only came here for an event The event rooms were beautiful though and almost every event room was booked So that does show me that they are reliable in serving more than just the guest of the rooms Parking not so great though I did have to park across the street at Costco So if there is an ample amount of rooms full and a majority of event rooms booked, there will be a parking issue

jamar adams

first thing I noticed was the smell, very pleasant in the lobby only matched by the room! for breakfast I had a made to order omelet with potatos and sausage link, yogurt and cranberry juice the dinning room is large so there are plenty of space between groups or individuals I only have a limited interaction with the staff but all where polite

added note the black out curtains work very well and the rooms and A/C are quite!

When I checked in on Friday, they charged me $1700 which I assumed was for taxes, incidentals, etc I was expecting this Sunday morning, I was SHOCKED to find an additional charge for $1000 So now I’ve paid $2700 for a room that was only supposed to be $1680 When I called down to ask what was going on, Marlena (manager), said this is just how their system works and we will get the money back when we check out on Monday Obviously, this has ruined our vacation as we no longer have enough money to safely move forward with our plans and get home Unless you are OK with not having money on your trip, DO NOT BOOK HERE!Another thing that really upset me is that the smoke alarm went off when I was taking a hot shower When I called down to have them turn it off, the first thing out of Trey’s (night staff) mouth was “well, how was I supposed to know it was going off” Not, “sorry, I’ll take care of this now!” Not, “just a moment, please” Just “how was I supposed to know it was going off”??? That was the last straw for me If they hadn’t taken 1k out of my account, I would have checked out and left immediately! It’s also worth noting that the shower curtain was way too small in the bathroom and left huge pools of water on the floorThe service here is also not very good It took them way too long to check me in, did not honor my request for extra towels or pillows, and generally didn’t seem interested in creating a comfortable experience for us as guests Not impressed and do not recommend

Great job receptionist clerks Martha, Ari, Adrianna and the Housekeeping Staff! These ladies are always Earth Angels when I am here visiting the MoVal area They make sure my stay is always exceptional! All the times that I have stayed here (in different hotel rooms) it has always been clean comfortable and quiet If I needed any accommodations these ladies (mentioned above) and the housekeeping staff made it first priority to service my request

Thanks Marriott team and housekeeping for making my every stay Great!

My family and I had to stay here for two months because our house had floodedWe had to go here because it was the only thing available at the time that allowed pets(They say they are pet friendly, they mean dog friendly

)We told them we had pets and were told that it was okay It wasn’t until after we had to go somewhere else that they said we couldn’t come back because we had cats with usEven when my mother tried to go back because that was her last resort they wouldn’t let her in because she owned cats EVEN THOUGH those cats were with us at our grandparents, nowhere near there(We assumed that cats were allowed because when we checked in we were not told otherwise, and it clearly says “Cats Allowed”We were not aware that some of the staff there was allergic to cats, as they didn’t say anything)They also gave away my parents room AFTER my mother called to make sure that it was not going to be given to someone else They ended up going to another hotel for the night, but anywayAlso there was half eaten taquitos in the poolPersonally wouldn’t recommend, but I guess it’s different for everyone

I had a wonderful experience here at this location The room was clean and very spacious I was pleasantly surprised to have a living room with a smart TV and another smart TV in the bedroom area

The hotel was safe & secure Being able to walk to BJ’s next door was super convenient You get a 10% discount if you show your room key Overall, this was an excellent value for the price It’s conveniently located right off the freeway & has lots of other great dining options nearby

Stayed 3 times and every one has been perfect Its located next to anything you can possibly need I love the suites, indoor pool, their rates are even better

They have breakfast downstairs and their checkout time is noon unlike most places nowadays My husband left his wedding band in the room last time we stayed and staff went out of their way to make sure we get it back Just wow!!! 5 stars without a doubt!

Terrific location with BJ Brew house and Steaks next door Room was clean Not enough soap and shampoo in the bathroom

They only provided 1 small plastic bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner and a small bar of soap Not the liquid soap dispensers we are growing used to Service at front desk exceptional Good place to stay overall Free breakfast in the morning

This facility seems new Overall cleanliness is pretty goodThe shower had some grimy buildup around the drain

It appears that a drink had been spilled on the chair Remnants of the drink were dried around the bottom of the chairHousekeeping serviced the room They took the used towels and shower mat but didn’t replace themI was disappointed with the breakfast I stay exclusively in Holiday Inns because they have turkey sausage for breakfast This property only had pork But the hot food was hot where other properties seem to have trouble with thatThe location is good with a variety of stores and restaurants nearbyIn spite of my complaints, I would stay here again I hope someone with authority here is paying attention to these comments I’ll also mention them on the way out the door in the morning

Worst Holiday Inn Ever! Been here 2 nights already Shampoo and conditioner wall containers empty Called the front desk and they don’t have any

Nobody has cleaned our room or brought towels since I have been here I called desk and they said if u wanted clean ones, I had to come down and get them myselfBreakfast is not good This is California and for fresh fruit, there is only some bad looking apples Waffle maker was not working and eggs were coldI like Holiday Inns normally but do not recommend anyone stay here!

Desiree Bernal

This Holiday Inn location has been far the most worst one I stayed in So first complaint is there was no swim towels outside not once but twice To top it off there were only two swim towels available on Saturday night for me and my family of 4 to share

When I asked for more towels I was told they needed to be washed and would give me more That never happened The breakfast was horrible Trying to get extra toliet paper from the front desk was like taking candy from baby I wouldn’t reconsider staying at this location again

Really nice stay and the rooms are so cute they are like little studio apartments Has everything you need for cooking a meal The offered toiletries are very high quality

I liked that it had a desk for me to be able to get my work doneIt was a little noisy during the night but I am a light sleeper so no fault to the hotelReally great place to stay for a rest or for a business trip There are so many food options within walking distance from the hotel Staff is very friendly No complaints

Kristie Christensen

The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful He was so patient with someone that had a billion questions in front of me and seriously turned my bad day into a good one with his uplifting comments He was very helpful and even called to check if my room was okay

I got the cutest note under my door from the hotel And breakfast was great in the morning too!

Oasis UHAMAKA

Everything was good except the breakfast The breakfast was absolutely nasty The waffles tasted clumpy and you could taste the sugar like the batter wasn’t even mixed properly

The food literally felt like jail food There was food that was packaged like it was from the county jail smh Prepacked eggs and omelettes that’s 🤢 I was so disappointed because I looked forward to waking up and starting my day with some good food Not here Embassy Suites does it right they cook all the food themselves and serve it to you that morning I know Residence inn is trying to save money by serving breakfast like this but you lose more customers by doing this Besides that the stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and the hotel looks very well kept

The experience was very negative overall The main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel Overall poor housekeeping of the rooms, bathrooms, and general gathering areas of the hotel

Overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, dirty floors in the hallways and room, a dirty shower that stayed the same dirty despite me asking each morning of my stay for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the shower including the walls Even after specifying what the issues were and where, it was still not clean See attached pictures of what appears to be bloody prints on the shower wall and other dirt, not sure what, as well)I stay at Hilton brand hotels frequently and rarely experienced this level of unsatisfactory cleaning Additionally, the evening/nighttime front desk person was not pleasant and came off very rude and condescending to me and my coworker, separately I do not recommend staying at this hotel

Don Palmer

The room was very spacious The grounds were well kept, and the breakfast buffet was better than the average hotel buffets I loved that I was able to check in, get my digital room key, and check out from the app

Only thing I would like to see is an online map showing room # locations and access doors It took us a bit to find parking near the closest entry to our room without any avaliable online map

Selena Chen

Very great place to study because it is close to my school I hope they can build more in our bay area or even a hotel apartment for these business people And I hope the price is not too much if they want to stay as long

And please use the rental assistance as well I hope to see this more in the future My place where I stayed was very bad Job less, health less, and very homeless because everything was control by some people RUDE! I like your place! Get breakfast and housekeeping I can go to work and study without any worry I hope to this project soon

It was an alright hotel Not terrible, but not great eitherThe blankets weren’t as clean as I had hoped

(Not terrible just a few small black stains on one of the beds)The hotel worker at the front had kids they brought to work, taking care of them and trying to operate the hotel at the same timeTheir situation may or may not be intentional, but it is still unprofessional and takes away from the customer service of the businessBathroom was very clean and spaciousTV worked well and had many channelsHad a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker as well all clean and in working orderThe breakfast was good Pre-made omelet, and bacon, (not crunchy), among grab and go’s such as muffins, orange juice, and coffee

Nice clean hotel Great location Close proximity to shopping and restaurants

Only problem is they advertised truck and bus parking which usually means they have ample amount of parking space for commercial trucks and buses, which was not the case Parking is very limited Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay Would definitely recommend

T. Upton

I believe the manager I was speaking to during check in was named Christian He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible As a person who travels frequently, it has been rare to find such gentleman, and professional qualities in the hospitality business~ I will add the quality of the room was also top notch

It will be a pleasure to stay here again on my next visit Thank you~

I am not a fan of leaving 1 star reviews but our stay at the Ayres Hotel was one of the worst experiences staying in hotels I have ever experiencedUpon arrival we were greeted by a security guard who let us in to the lobby (we arrived late), check-in went well, and the overall atmosphere and decor of the Hotel looked great! I was excited, it appears well kept and clean -Which it isNight 1 our stay went well, the next morning we decided to go visit family, and as such we left our card on the door that says do not disturb

( we didnt want our beds made and we were fine on towels ) We came back to our hotel that late afternoon to discover that the staff STILL entered our room I noticed the cash I had on my nightstand was also missing ( it was only 3 or 4 dollars ) I made all of us go through our personal belongings to make sure I we didn’t accidentally take the cash off the nightstand -We didn’tI went to the front counter to express my concern that we left the sign on the door, and that the staff had still entered I informed the front desk person “Cody” that I think we had the cleaning staff enter our room when we did not want it, and we are missing 3 or 4 dollars, not a big deal but the principal behind it was why I wanted to lodge a complaintWe later found out that my wife’s brand new slippers also went missing that day Cody did his best to try to be understanding but offered no resolution other than “sorry that happened to you , I will inform our manager” And that was that I emailed their manager and have received 0 response My next step is to contact their corporate office to at least let them know of this unsavory behavior in hopes the sticky handed staff will be busted Aside from the theft it is a pretty nice hotel

We were in town for my parents funeral and we were recommended here by Miller-Jones Mortuary I was not disappointed!! I have a difficult time staying at hotels because i used to manage a hotel for many years so the last few hotels we stayed at were a disappointment But NOT here

the front desk staff was super courteous, the rooms were very clean, even the towels (which are what I always look at to determine the cleanliness) had no spots!!! Floors and carpets were clean (no stains) and the hallways and room smelled fresh Definately be coming back here next time we are in California!!

Joanne Douds

Loved staying at the Ares for a four day wedding! Staff was professional and friendly, rooms were large and well apointed Loved having a kitchen area in room with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee machineBreakfast was plentiful, I would suggest they add a high brand non fat Greek yoghert to replace the brand they currently have

Wonderful in every way!

Lovely little retreat! So cozy The room was cute and updated, and the grounds were beautiful! Easy access, easy check-in Friendly staff

There is a train station nearby, which you could occasionally hear, and the A/C unit was a little noisy I sleep through anything typically, so it didn’t bother me My wife is a light sleeper, so she was aware of itStill, the great outweighed the not so good Would definitely be back, and recommend for others!

Heather Ann

Great little motel Clean, amazing bed non toxic cleaners

I am sensitive to harsh chemicals No harsh chemicals here My only complaint is the noise above and poor insulation so I heard people walking above me If you are sensitive to sound, go for a top floor I stayed in King Deluxe room; very nice overall Even the bathtub has a grab bar I will definitely stay here again
