I booked this last minute for need of just a place to sleep w friends I was so pleasantly surprised by the quick and easy front desk service, the clean and premium looking room, and most impressive was the included buffet-style breakfast! Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby The room was comfortable and I’m a big fan of their bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, so there were no miscommunication issues

Quite smooth reservation process, very friendly service at the desk

Jacklyn Healey

The staff was lovely and my son loved his birthday suite I am a Choice Hotels employee and I was unable to get my discount for my room but other than that my stay was great It was also very nice to have breakfast for the family in the morning and be a half hour drive away from the snow! From a fellow employee of Choice thank you for your hospitality

Harassment!!!! This place is unreal do you feel like a prisoner when you get there 50 cameras in every corner They have employees walking around and smelling the rooms lol my wife was warming up some food in the microwave for my 1 year old daughter we got a call right away saying that the employees are walking around smelling rooms and it seems like that we are cooking in the room which is not allowed l Upon check out we were charged $12 because a towel is dirty

We stayed here 4 nights and I never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel Absolutely no customer service only harassment I would not be surprised if the manager here used to work in the prison system I was very happy that I took timestamp photos of carpet stains right when I got to the room which I was able to proof and not get charged for

Yes Prices are good as a matter of fact my husband and I have stayed there a few times I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to my card it’s been a week we have never had this problem before with our stays here The shower floor was dirty I cleaned it myself

Bed was comfortable The chair was very dirty Housekeeping needs improvement the girl was nice but took all day to bring us towels back once she took the dirty ones, I missed a meeting waiting on the towels from before 11am til after 4pm

janet Soto

Service was poor The rooms were dusty and filthy The toilet did not flush in our room

The rooms had a bad odor There were stains on our bedsheets After checking in and seeing the condition our room was in, we immediately checked out The attendant refused to issue a refund/and or contact the manager Regardless of the amount of calls I make no one will transfer me to the manager or address my concern

Lauresia Antoine

This place misrepresents how it looks on the website They show a large beautiful pool and a nice lobby area as well as a beautiful landscaped property The rooms look nice and clean with comfortable beds

However its more like a scene in a Freddy krueger movie When you pull up in the parking lot there is no sparkling pool The place looks like a junk yard When you enter the lobby it’s dark dirty and smells like fumes from paint thinner It’s filled with dirty junk The room was so disgusting walls dirty curtains dirty hanging half off the window The window was so dirty you couldn’t see through it The bathroom had a grimy toilet with blue detergent to hide how the toilet really looked but you could tell it was old and dirty anyway The floors in the whole room made me so uncomfortable I didn’t want my shoes to touch themThe towels looked like old rags they use to work on cars with They looked old and rough This place lied about everything So nasty and horror movie looking I give them a O starr rating and I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there Never stay here its disgusting

Went for the Sublime tribute band this weekend and has a great time! Love the rustic feel of the tavern and the people were very friendly and laid back all good vibes Props to the bartender with the sparkly jacket she was quick, friendly and seemed to be everywhere handling it all Only thing I can say was not as expected was the food sadly, we ordered burgers and fries and they were extremely bland almost no taste even with added salt, no flavor

Will definitely go back for the music and atmosphere just not for the food

Desiree Miranda

Very comfortable secluded area The room was very cozy and the housekeeping staff was sensational I was surprised to get a call after check out saying that I left my wallet behind

I returned the next day to pick it up and it had everything in it still Glad to see that there are still honest people in the world A big thank you to your housekeepers Will definetly be coming back

I came across a young lady today while searching for an rv park and I’ll tell you what!, I really miss the way the world used to be!!!I be Believe her name was sheryl and she went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction or beyond what we’ve ever been served in our five years of traveling It doesn’t matter the facility, it doesn’t matter the space, When you feel like your money was appreciated and everything that you have expected is an abundance of what it should be it matters that I felt at home when I was away from home she made sure that I was completely satisfied and I had everything I needed and then went above and beyond that just to make sure we were happy most people don’t care

People like that are hard to come by! I will definitely come back just because of the customer service I received this evening she is an amazing campground host with undeniable care for the business she needs to be recognized for it so that concludes this review what an amazing park with an amazing stay with amazing employees The Wi-Fi is amazing the TV is wonderful it’s DIRECTV the bathrooms are clean the laundry facilities were all available and easy to use the office offers books and DVD movies it’s not much more you could ask for at a cheaper rate of $3599 because we’re seniors not too sure on the regular rate but we got a 10% discount thank you Oak hills Rv Village

Patrick Dennen

Place is amazingly quiet right next to the freeway very clean and the manager lady there is so very helpful and nice, even came and checked in on us after we had been there for a few hours setting up I highly recommend checking with her for space availability before showing up It’s in a beautiful location with great views and when it snows it’s a great stop before getting stuck in the Cajon pass

Plenty of space to get the biggest RV in and out the facility

Albert Sebastian

Oak Hill Rv was able to reserve me a spot with a days notice Much appreciated I didn’t look around at the facilities to rate them other than my own spot #4

It was fairly level I was able to keep my trailer (26ft) hooked up while parked as I was leaving the next day No problems with the Electric (30 amp) Didn’t need the water hookup The sewer needed a cap The back portion and area of the hookups could use some tidying up, but other than that, all was fine And for $3500 for the one day stay, worked out greatThe manager Cheryle seems to be a stand up lady

5 STARS 🌟 for the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the roomHowever minus 2 stars for the door not sealed properly, it was not a big problem at first, the first 2 nights were warm, but then the 3rd and 4th nights were really chilly, so the cold wind kept coming through, not to mention some half-wits smoking cigarettes and Marijuana outside of non smoking rooms Plus, the heater was super loud, so much so that we couldn’t sleep with it on cold nights

The walls are extremely thin, on our last night’s stay, some female neighboring guest conducted her “business” throughout the night, her sound effects and banging on the wall were offensively disturbingMaybe we’ll give it chance and try upstairs next time

We checked in to room 112 Wed 4/13/22, a little after 9pm We were in town for a funeral for two nights My daughter Just hit 10 months and is impossible to keep from crawling everywhere

After just 20-30 minutes of crawling, you can see from the pictures of my daughter how clean the carpet was We were disgusted She would’ve been better off crawling on the asphalt in parking lot, so long as she could dodge the needles The hotel staff agreed when I told one young lady at the front desk the morning of 4/14, and she assured me she would inform her manager, and they would be in contact Didn’t hear a peep So upon check out the following morning, today 4/15, we informed the nice young woman working the front desk Again, she seemed as appalled as us, and said she would inform her manager She even radio’d housekeeping that 112 needed the carpet deep cleaned Even asked me to email the pictures asking with contact info, which I did Fast forward several hoursAll day driving today, and not a word from the management, soi figured it was about time to let everyone see and hear how disgusting this place really isEdit, you had 48 hours to “make amends”, and didn’t even contact us to apologize or offer to clean or switch our room In fact you didn’t do a thing until this review was posted I think it’s good that potential future guests know where your priorities are

Linda Swearington

They lie to you and don’t do what they say I fell and was severly injured tripping on the floor mat entering the lobby Taken via ambulance to he ER where I spent 4 hrs

Upon returning I asked for an accident report so I could fill one out and was told they didn’t have any I asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren’t available but they would have him call Had to eventually call corporate office and complain where they assigned an incident number to my accident I recieve a call from the desk clerk who told me they filled one out and gave me the same number that corporate had assigned to the incident I have requested a copy, to review for accuracy since I was unable to fill it out, and was told they would e-mail me a copy As of a week later I still have not recieved it They felt they were courteous in refunding half of my two night stay but I had to ask for a refund and that was all they were willing to offer and that was after corporate had contacted them

I was so disappointed we have water damage to our home and our insurance sent us there it was disgusting dirty with Roaches there was a dead roaches in the bathroom and 2 running in the living room besides when we walked in there was even a roach in the front office where you check in… That’s next to where the breakfast is served ewwwww…

Also the sofa in the living room was Extremely extremely dirty old and nasty…We didn’t stay we left they are supposedly giving us a full refund for 15 day 2 rooms…I don’t think this is fair at all honestly I left the hotel at 3 am with my 2 daughters and we ended up going to the MarriottI did stay at this hotel a few years ago it was clean with no issues at all…They definitely need major upgrades and a good fumigation company

Nicole Jenkins

Horrible The check in staff was rude, unfriendly Never greeted me

The room was very much out of date The bath tub water drained extremely slow I saw a bug crawling up the wall The complimentary breakfast was horrible Waffles practically crumbled in my mouth The eggs were good though so I guess that’s something There’s only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel I was on the 3rd floor so having to go down to the first everytime was annoying and lastly At 4 in the morning the fire alarm went off and the staff eventually said it was a false alarm I was on vacation and everyday I wake up at 4am I got this hotel to sleep in and relax and the hotel quality prevented that and we’ll as woke me up and I could not get back to sleep Now that may have been out of there control so if that was the only thing I could understand but that on top of everything else is what confirmed my thought that I would never stay at Hawthorne suites ever again

Indian Slayer

I’ve been here off and on for awhile and this Hotel used to be amazing However it’s gone downhill quite a bit Homeless hang out in the front constantly

Sometimes high, sometimes trashing the front, etc They’ve also lowered their standards for the people they rent rooms to Now this Hotel is filled with addicts and drug dealers The staff here aren’t so bad although Robert needs to hire proper employees The breakfast is awesome which is a plus and the housemaids do a really good job when you ask for room service Hope this place improves because it has so much potential but as of now the $170-180 a night for a room isn’t worth it

This elderly couple stayed 3 nights while visiting a very elderly mother in hospice The room was quiet, not paper thin walls like so many hotels, motels we’ve lodged in the past The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in

My wife agrees, and we don’t always agree! Thanks for installing a support bar in the shower for someone with Parkinson’s Disease Made use of the food court in the morning Hand sanitizer was not obviously placed; didn’t see it till we sat down Eating area was spacious and clean The breakfast offering was lacking variety in yogurt selection Cooked a dinner for two in our room with a fry pan made for one serving on an electric burner The dishwasher and refrigerator were perfect size Dish towels were insufficient in drying hands or dishes Paper towels were used sparingly to make them last the stay Coffee and tea selection in room tasted old A gold star shout out of gratitude to the house keeping person offering help for someone with Parkinson’s Disease to get to his room!

My wife found Home 2 suites this year while looking for hotels with continental breakfasts One thing about my wife, is we start at a hotel…it MUST have a continental breakfast So, while on her quest, on a whim we found this chain of hotels, and we LOVE them

In this year alone, we have stayed at six different Home 2 suites We have stayed at them in Arizona, New Mexico, California, and Texas, and NONE of them have disappointed us All of them provide excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent coffee, and excellent breakfast We love this chain and we are glad that we have found them We recommend Home 2 to everyone

Joseph Catalan

Nice, clean and newer hotel The rooms are spacious and nice amenities The kitchenette is awesome

There are silverware, plates, coffee maker and cups The hotel is in a good location to order from a delivery app Easy access to and from the freeway The staff is nice for the most part Some people say that there is a lot of noise from the freeway, and there is noise, but not enough to make it the worst stay ever Its a freeway, there is supposed to be noise Overall, the wife and I were very pleased with our stay

Came to the area for business The staff were helpful and friendly enough The breakfast was typical with regards to eggs, sausage, cereal, and yogurt

I was surprised there was no fresh fruit The room was clean and and it had a microwave, small refrigerator and a sink The laundry room only had 2 washer/dryer, had to wait to do my laundry, a bit annoying It’s a fairly large hotel so I would of figured they would have at least 4 of each Overall they stay was fine

First the entrance door does not open and must be jiggled up or down to open The window’s lock is broken and we had to improvised a window stopper it is a total security and safety issue

The bathroom sink is about to fall which is not properly secured on the wall Found hairs at the bed and seems sheets were not changed same as the pillow case Shower heads are broken The room is dirty I can only refer to Room 324 as assigned Motel 6 website indicate newly renovated Unfortunate to mentioned that our room was not close to even cleaned Front desk representative is kind with good customer service

Jay Rich

Have never stayed overnight so I’m not sure how the service is However, the rooms are actually very nice Pulling up for the 1st time will kinda throw you off

You get that vibe like this may be a hangout for addicts and everything that comes with that, but I will say this Heavily policed although somewhat remote So, based off of what I’ve seen, it seems like a pretty cool spot But don’t take my word, go and check it out and see if it measures up to your likings

This isn’t the nicest area in town, but it’s not awful Great sushi place next door The room was clean however my room had the most awful view of piles of bird poop and the roof of the restaurant

I understand that it’s not going to be sparkling clean, but it would make a world of difference if they handled the pigeon issue in that corner (room 217) because I had pigeons waking me up early every morning, running into the windows and pooping all over the window I would not stay here again

Mark Darwin

Very nice hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable Staff is friendly and helpful Location is pretty good, as there are tasty restaurants in walking distance

Heating/air conditioning is a bit loud in the room and somesmall superficial things could be repaired However! I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Today, March 1, 2022 While traveling from Arizona we called Holiday Inn in Victorville to see the cost for the night I spoke with the receptionist, told her I was a veteran to see if they had military discounts

She said my cost was $96, I asked about breakfast and she said it was included Somehow we got disconnected, since we were a short distance away we went directly there When we went in the price changed to $143 and if we wanted breakfast it would be a extra cost We talked about the difference for a short time so I asked for the manager to see why the differenceErika came out of her office and explainedI need a different ID even though my California driver’s license showed I was a veteran She then told me my cost for the room was not the $96 or the $143, it would now cost me $176 She did not even apologize for the mistake and would charge more which was an insult I walked outI own several companies that are service oriented and this was not the way to work with customers If the mistake could not be honored, or some token gesture of good will made, at least an apology seemed in order I have stayed in 15 hotels this year I no longer feel Holiday Inn deserves my business and I would not recommend this kind of service to anyoneSincerely,Larry Rankin
