Very clean room, comfortable bed The shower had amazing water pressure Everything is very modern and up to date

The bistro has a very nice signature latte that isn’t too sweet but other than a bagel I didn’t really eat anythingMost of all the staff were just great, very polite and professional They seemed to get along with one another as well and it just had a very nice atmosphere

Rob Andrews

We stayed in room 327 and the room was very clean and well maintained Did notice that the sink had been cracked but it was not an issueThe problem we had is that the pool was ice cold and not enjoyable whatsoever

It was a very nice area, the room itself was warm, plenty of guest towels It was sadly just too cold to enjoy the pool itselfAlso worthy of note is that it took quite a while to get hot water in the shower / bath tub I literally filled the tub and it barely was hot water before the tub was completely filled It did finally get reasonably hot towards the end and as a result when I was rinsing off with the shower the water was finally hotSeems to be a couple key facilities issues need resolvedAlso we left close to noon and the coffee bar was closed Was disappointing to not be able to grab a coffee before we leftThe staff was very friendly and helpful Very clean overall Needs some work considering the price Won’t return next time we’re in the area unless they resolve the issues

We’ve stayed at this location for years Of all choices in the area, we find the Courtyard to be the best overall experience In particular, the restaurant has always been very good

Being a small “in-hotel” restaurant the menu choices are as good as any restaurant around and the quality of the food has always been very good Like all businesses, they are rebounding from Covid with staff shortages, but, for the most part they are covering all the bases

What a great place to sleep when you are staying in Battle Creek or just passing through, as I was This hotel is set in a quiet, beautiful and wooded neighbourhood just off the Interstate It is clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful with answers to all of my questions

It is an easy and quick drive into downtown Battle Creek And there are several gas stations in the area

angus nebraska

Good location However, they apparantly can’t afford to have enough towels to service the rooms Twice we were left a note

out of towels check with front desk this evening Not what you’d expect from a Fairfield Inn Housekeeping a bit lazy, come on you can empty trash but you cant put a trash bag back in the can, just leave them laying near You can do better and should be doing better

I’m at breakfast right now annoyed that i don’t have a good view of the big screen tv because the staff are using that table to watch TV while they do laundry All other tables in the dining area are positioned in corners or behind columns There’s a smaller TV that is viewable in that area, but it’s not turned on and the audio would compete with the larger one anyway

Rant over My bed was exceedingly comfortable When the jet lag is gone I’m sure I’ll sleep like a baby Looking forward to using pool and fitness room this evening

When I stumbled across Greencrest Manor on Instagram I was over the moon The property reminds me of my time studying abroad in Europe and couldn’t be a more beautiful destination for a wedding The owner, Jenn, is an absolute gem and her design and event background has taken this property to an incredible vision

I have attended a few events at Greencrest over the past year and the service and hospitality of the team is exceptional Future brides your decision to create your dream wedding at Greencrest will be one you will never forget!

Danielle Korte

We found Greencrest online back in 2019 and immediately reached out We were greeted with excitement and warmth But the moment we stepped foot onto the property we were speechless

The photos do not even do this place justice Our ceremony was outside with a European style landscape which is a dream we thought could only happen if we chose a destination wedding I could go on and on about the breathtaking views, gardens, and locations on the property that were available for us and our guests to enjoy; as the venue speaks for itself when it comes the beauty and romance of a dream wedding venueHowever, what makes this place truly special is Jenn, the owner, and her dedicated team Ali was our coordinator who literally took care of every hiccup, every little thing we needed the weekend of our wedding, including boxing up my bouquet to be sent out in the mail the next day Their attention to detail during our wedding weekend was paramount (which included a Murder Mystery welcome party on Friday, wedding on Saturday and Sunday brunch) Jenn spent 3 straight days setting up the celebration house just to bring our reception design to life, so I would say they went above and beyond in every single way possible Jenn and the Greencrest team poured their hearts and souls into making sure my husband and I, our family, and our guests, had the most positive, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding experience Not once did we feel like we were just “another customer” – we always felt valued, and like family The connection we had with them made our wedding SO much more memorable From our initial contact, and design meetings, up to our post wedding brunch, our experience overall was seamless We got married in October of 2021 and even till this day people are RAVING about our wedding saying it was THE most beautiful wedding and best time they’ve ever had at a wedding Investing and trusting the biggest event of our lives, to Jenn and her team, was one of the best decisions we have ever made

Danielle Babcock

I attended a wedding styled shoot here as a photographer The Manor is even more beautiful in person The property is so well taken care of and loved, it really does show throughout the grounds and inside as well

The attention to detail in every aspect of the manor is seriously stunning and thoughtful I know it sounds cliche but this place really is magical and I really can’t wait to come back as a guest with my husband and as photographer for someones wedding day

Room was pretty gross when I first entered I was already super tired though, and I always pack some Clorox wipes with me when I travel Cleaned the heck out of everything– was in a room with 2 queen beds and carefully looked over them to pick the one that had cleaner sheets/ pillows etc

Staff was all very nice I know the room not being that clean had more to do with the lack of house-keeping staff– they need to hire more house-keeping staff or give them better equipment You can’t expect rooms to be clean if you don’t give staff the proper equipment and support I didn’t complain to the desk because I wasn’t sure if a different room would’ve been any cleaner honestly Disappointed Do better People are paying higher prices, hoping the accommodations will be clean and safe

Donny Robinson

great location! near plenty of dining options , grocery and shoppingHotel was clean and well kept lobby was always pleasant

even with an entire baseball team being noisy management did a remarkable job at allowing us to move freely and our boys to have a little fun on propertyroom was a bit small tough to maneuver through our stay but overall was satisfactorywould def recommend this location for anyone needing to stay in Battle Creek

Linda Hermann

We were having issues at our own home and needed a place for a few days The people at the front desk were very helpful by getting as a room right away and was able to have a suite It had a refrigerator and microwave with a sofa and walk in shower

They have a small restaurant but the food was great The room was spotless Everything was just wonderful Thank you to all of you

Very quiet park with easy access to Gull Lake Lots of hiking and bike trails Large shaded lots for relief from the summer heat

Large cement pads for each site, which minimizes the dirt you may track into your rig Now why I gave it 3 stars We arrived 1/2 hour before our check-in time they would not let us go to our site because they claimed they needed to clean them They didn’t The grass hadn’t been cut and there was garbage in our fire pit (Our other campers in our group experienced the same thing) Plan on bring 50-75 feet of water hose The faucets were spread very far apart The bathrooms are in some serious need of updating They need a coat of paint and some more thorough cleaning than what they received It could be a much better park!
