I very much enjoyed the staff The front desk people were always friendly and helpful The hot breakfast was a great start to the day

We were in a (2) double bed room and I hated the layout The vanity was wide open to the beds, the commode and tub were in an impossibly tight space like a cruise ship, and the closet was tiny with poor access The fits and finishes were that of a lower tier chain The rate through Expedia was high

Claire

Location and staff are great but I would take your money elsewhere First, the hotel is very old The room reeked of mildew and smoke even though it was a “smokeless” room

The bed was so old that it was indented in the middle from kids jumping on the bed The wall unit could not keep up with Texas summer I had it set to the lowest setting and it was constantly running but not cooling the room Then I noticed the previous person had wrapped the fire alarm with a trash bag When I brought this up to the front desk personnel, he said maintenance was gone for the day and he would address it the next day (I was checking out the next day…)

Jenny Terrazas

There was coacroaches in our room and in the hallways of the hotel I brought it up to the staffs attention and he didn’t seem very concerned Our room smelled musty and the restroom is tiny

Breakfast was a huge let down and the staff was extremely unfriendly I went to the front desk to ask for extra towels and they didnt have any clean ones One of elevators had an issue where it will close the doors you press the buttons and it wont go anywhere Your just stuck inside which is pretty scary Overall it was not a good experience For the almost $500 we payed I expected way better We will not be staying there again

We come up to the FtWorth/ Mid-Cities area quite often This was by far the cleanest Hilton in which we had stayed

I was very impressed with the size of the 2 room suite, with dishes, dishwasher, large refrigerator, even a kitchen table very nice! The beds were very nice and comfortable The rugs and floor were very clean The bathroom was spotlessThe associates were extremely helpful, they even went out of their way to find a luggage cart for us even though we arrived at 1AMI was very impressed and I Highly Recommend this hotel!

brandover

My home had a water heater issue so my partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights The room was very modern and had a great layout It included a small kitchen and living room

The bed was comfy and room was clean The complimentary breakfast was nice The reason for my low rating is be cause I was put in a room beside the ice machine and storage room I woke up early every morning hearing sounds like someone was entering my room because we were too close to the room I spoke to a couple front desk agents while there and requested cleaning or towels during my stay One said towels would be delivered while we were out but that didn’t happened One said they don’t service room on Sundays because of check outs I ended up going down for some towels and were given two damp towels We received a random knock on our door by a man who apparently worked at the hotel holding a can of big spray He was sent to our room by mistake when another room mentioned having ants The stay was average and seemed like this hotel is not ready for guests

s s

One of the best stays we’ve had at Hilton! Kay at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us Housekeeping did a great job at making sure our room was spotless The gentleman that worked night shift was quick to respond if we needed anything

We will definitely be back because the employees made the whole trip perfect!

We stay here almost every time we bring the kids down to go to six flags The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and amazing My only issue this time, and it wasn’t such a big deal that it will keep up from coming back but, our room smelled like wet towels and cigarettes and there weren’t enough towels

They did offer us pool towels which was fine with us We still showered and got dry 😊 But we will be back in a few weeks for our next return to six flags Breakfast is always good and the man who keeps it stocked is so sweet and nice

Jeremy Edwards

The overall condition of the hotel was great Most of the staff was friendly as well Unfortunately, they have no idea who is in each room

I thought it was an isolated incident related to our stay, IT ISN’T BASED ON ANOTHER REVIEW FROM A FEW WEEKS AGO A member of our party was given keys to “her room” only to find another group was already in the room Went back down to the desk, given another room Guess what, IT WAS OCCUPIED AS WELL! The third time they were finally given an unoccupied room This created a lot of anxiety for our entire party Who knows who will be given keys to our room during our stay Additionally, both parties that were already sleeping when our group was given keys to their room! We will not stay here again due to the safety concerns created by the employees working the front desk They either have no system in place or they just don’t care about the safety of their guest! If you do choose to stay, look your latch and don’t leave anything valuable if you leave the property

Jen F

I got this room solely based on the recent reviews I’m not sure who wrote them, but my experience has been anything but great After going and getting dinner the entire first floor reeked of pot

There’s people congregating outside, in the lobby, in other peoples rooms (I’m assuming by the amount of people going in rooms) It’s 11pm, I’ve got to be up early and the people two doors down, across the hall are being so loud I can clearly hear them over the TV There is 9 men standing outside the lobby doors Seems much like a place to come party The hotels app shows this hotel in a completely different location, but the actual location is pretty sketchy, the highway is SO loud, and the pool is closed The only reason I’m giving two stars is that the room was pretty clean aside from the first bath towel I grabbed after my shower being covered in stains and the fact that I don’t think they wash the top comforter on the beds It had stuff on it however the bedsheets are clean Would 100% NOT recommend this place

We LOVE staying at this Hilton Hotel We are Diamond members and travel a lot Saying that you know each hotel is different from the atmosphere, beds, food, and employees

This one is very consistent in their employees friendliness, the cleanliness, and the taste of the food There is always a good amount of parking (even if you have a trailer!)

Anissa Green Dotson

The rooms are very nice & clean The van driver was super friendly & helped w/our luggageCynthia was super helpful preparing a wonderful breakfast 😋 & has a beautiful personality

She was so friendly & professionalUnfortunately, the Front Desk Representative on 7/29/2022 @ between 9pm – 10pm CST was not as pleasant & seemed irritated to assist meAs a Diamond Member, upon check-in I asked which snacks can I choose from? His response was the “only snacks I can have are the ones I plan to pay for”Even after showing him the HH App on my phone that says I receive a snack plus a bottle of water, he indicated he did not have any snacks for me & asked if I wanted a bottle of water?I feel this representative does not represent the Hilton brand in a positive way & should repeat his customer service training – because there is a way to say everything, & that was not the correct nor professional way

Paloma Mendoza

We travel to Dallas often (at least 2-3 times a year) and stay at this hotel each time! We have literally memorized the area and feel right at home when we visit It’s nearby to great places to include restaurants and shopping It’s great to see the high school but beware that you can hear the band practice early mornings, that kind of thing bothers you

We recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Dallas for a Cowboy game as it’s a quick ride to the stadium

Me and my family stayed for two nights for spring break and it was a great stay The staff where so helpful no matter how busy they got they still had an upbeat attitude to help The room was clean and the beds and pillows where comfortable and smelled nice The price was well affordable for what all comes with it The continental breakfast was a plus as well I recommend this hotel and when I come back I will be staying here again

Posesi Tukuafu

I had a group staying in the weekend of April 28- May 1 and from day one the stay was very convenient The manager was very nice in helping my group’s stay be less stressful when arranging the bookings and during the time of stay I really liked the rooms, they were really nice and clean We did this group stay last year too and will continue to stay here every year as it’s right in the middle of every place my group has to attend to

So see you next year

I’m rate this off the services of Makayla as well I had a rough time with canceled flights on multiple days I delta with some horrible staff attitudes at DFW Intl

But makayla was great I noticed how she helped and interacted with the customers at Laquinta 1 of the other staff seemed like she didn’t want to be at work but Makayla treated every customer with respect and care She was answering pho es, checking people in, helping with breakfast, and scheduling pick ups/drop offs Hopefully she is appreciated at her work place, give her a raise Now the room was nice, I think k it was a suite I liked haviNG 2 tvs in the room as well so the kids can watch what they like while I watch what I like The pool was nice The hot tub was good but kind of small The I side of the lobby was nice e Also they had laundry machines

Room was decent A little tired, but clean The elevator could use an upgrade

The service was adequate, but not friendlyIt was an overnight stay at a good price though Close to the airport and had a 24 hour shuttle

Lori Martinez

The room was clean and decent , we had a comfortable stay the 2 nights we were there but the front desk staff michelle at check in was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL I had an issue with some information on my reservation and when I went up to get answers and find a solution the following morning, had no luck once again with the front desk staff

Sadly i didn’t get her name but she was also EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional So I went down later on that night to see if I had any luck speaking to someone who’d actually listen to me THANKFULLY the front desk Erika on the other hand she was so nice and answered all my questions! Need to hire more people like her For a nice decent hotel you’d expect the staff to be more friendly and respectful but it was quite the opposite , to me it seemed like they just didn’t like their job I , myself work at a best western so my expectations were pretty high before checking in 😏

Rick O’Brien

Steer clear unless you like a hot sweaty room We were travelling for business (4 of us) and stayed here a total of 4 nights using 2 rooms shared We all woke up sweating in the middle of the night sweating from the heat of the air conditioner not being able to keep up

We mentioned it to the front desk to which they sent maintenance and all was NOW working finebut it was not, same thingWe had one last night, the 4th night of our stay, upon coming back into Dallas from an overnight in Lubbock and would have booked out last night somewhere else but the free cancellation expired on the Monday for our Thursday check-inHot rooms, 3 day prior free cancellation dates, all add-up to me never booking at this particular location again

All things being equal, this place was quite nice The front-desk staff were very welcoming The property was well kept

The hotel is connected to a conference center which has some drawbacks There was a private event Friday night that took over the second floor of the lobby, which took away the comfy seating and the balcony/fireplace area Saturday night there was a political rally that made parking a little challenging, but manageable On week days, breakfast is made to order and reasonable for the price; however, on the weekends everything is premade and the quality suffers (cracked eggs vs school quality liquid egg product) The pool and spa are open 24hrs a day which is nice and not seen in many places The room had signs of a little wear and tear but everything was functional and the beds were comfortable

ITravelElite

Like I wrote earlier Hilton USA management killed the Hilton brand with severe cuts in cleaning and their ruined their Elite Diamond member program in the USA I have a weak for this hotel

They are doing their best in the forced cuts from Hilton Management idiots Their own customer service is good and our room was clean The breakfast with eggs is about 9 dollar We used the hotel for the great location between Dallas and Fort Worth In the evening the have a nice patio What I dont like that smoking allowed Like I said Hilton Garden Inn was a Yes for business and families with a great service This is one of the last one standing in the USA (The have a nice inside pool)

Tierra Wilson

This is our second time back With that being said our interactions with staff are always a pleasure We had problems with the air conditioner in our room, and Linda I believe her name was took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay

Beds are comfy and the area is quietMy reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of detail within housekeeping There was some hair left behind within both units we stayed in and some stains within the showers and floor grout Breakfast wasn’t as well put together as our last stay Seems as if everything wasn’t out yet (went within the first hour)

Had nice conversations with them while eating the 3 days I had breakfast at the hotel Definitely on my list to return to, when I am back in the area

The Deluxe suite was nice because you could close the door between the areas and have your kiddo sleep on one side while you hung out on the other Rooms were clean Pool was iffy, and not that pleasant because it was so hot in there

Diane, who did the breakfast, was very friendly and brought oat milk out for us For vegans, there’s cereal, English muffins, peanut butter and jam, fruit, coffee, and juice

Mayra Alcantar

The biggest reason I am giving five stars is because of Ahjonae She helped my husband with booking this hotel for me super last minute during the ice storm I am a nurse who works nearby and needed a local place to stay while working through the storm

She made sure everything was taken care of for me and knew exactly who I was the moment I walked in the door She was SO NICE and incredibly accommodating Excellent customer service! The room was also clean and comfortable, I slept great And the breakfast was delicious Highly recommend staying here

Timothy Green

Comfortable and quiet Off the beaten path just the right amount The staff has always treated me so kindly and accommodating to the extreme! Today I had a beer in the lobby after classes all day

Completely needed that, thank you The breakfast is pretty standard hotel compliment, but you can tell how much the cook cares about the food, cleanliness, and presentation My rooms have all been clean and comfortable Never out of sorts, at all This little hotel is booked solid pretty regularly, so book earlyThanks for letting me stay with you

The rooms seem nice and the place is modern That’s the good part We arrived after a long day of travel and just had an overnight layover

Arrived at the hotel around 9:45 First, you should know that every option for food closes around 10pm So, if you arrive late, good luck Now for the reason for 2 stars The people at The front desk were terrible The customer service, abysmal The gentleman checking us in treated us like he didn’t want us there and was just generally douchy to us Then the woman at the front with him would whisper to him and they would start laughing which made us think it was something about us I know we looked pretty hard but we’d been traveling internationally for 16 hours Also, the staff don’t wear masks I understand it’s Texas and you think you know better than the experts, but you’re in hospitality That means you should make your guests feel comfortable even if you don’t agree with it You don’t have to wear a mask all the time, just when guests arrive

Cyn J

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and only left because they were sold out I’ve stayed at at least 30 Home2 Suites and the rooms at this location are by far the largest I have experienced The amount of channels available is also spectacular and your name is on the screen when you enter the room, which is a nice touch

No rooms were available when I arrived, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful and alerted me as soon as one was availableThe hotel is also located in a great area There are so many restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk, so I would definitely recommend this hotel for those without access to a car

Lynn Cabanski

Pros:- Friendly staff- Two brands in one building so I could use both lobbies- Second floor has a water fountain with carbon filter very much like those found at airports eliminates the need to buy bottled water- Room nice and clean- Service level far above what I expected from a Home2 I have stayed more than 40 nights at various different Home2 and this one was one of the best if not the best in terms of friendliness and efficiency

Cons:- Microwave in room 342, the buttons are all in French If you want to test your French, go for this room I had fun watching my boys figuring out the microwave- One of the two elevators, the door was not working right when I was there It would close and open several times before it would finally close

My family and I stayed here twice now and both times we had an amazing experience Quick check-in, clean big rooms The king suite is the way to go

Breakfast in the morning was great TEXAS shaped waffles!! The breakfast attendant came to us right before the breakfast hours ended to see if we wanted anything else she was super friendly and helpful The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops DFW airport is super close huge plus!

Chrissy T

While the two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet, and the location is great, unfortunately those are the only good things I have to say about our stayWhen we got to the room there was barely any toilet paper on the roll in the bathroom and there was hair EVERYWHERE! All over the bathroom floor, in the shower, on the counter, the toilet, literally all over the bathroomThey initially offered to change rooms but then just sent housekeeping instead

The next morning is we needed more towels and the young man/woman (not sure how they identify) at the counter was very rude We waited while they were on their personal phone only to be rudely asked what we needed The entire interaction was as if we were interrupting someone who was NOT at workI definitely will not be back!

Eric L

I have been to a few La Quinta’s all around the US and this by far is one of the nicest I have stayed at I stayed for a week and a half for training and as the pictures show everything looks brand new, there is a lot of space, the weight room is nice and the equipment is clean, the room is very roomy and I was spoiled with 2 tvs!! The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept on They offer free breakfast from 6-9am on the weekdays and 7-10am on the weekends

The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive The only reason why this hotel did not get 5 stars was because some of the nooks and crannies of the room were not clean I definitely would stay here, again!!

Rooms need to be updated Furniture looks like it’s back from the 80’s Rooms are a little pricey compared to other more up to date, modern hotels

Breakfast and Location are great as it is down the street from AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Fiesta Texas Staff is very helpful Probably won’t stay here again but I guess you get what you pay for

Came to town for a concert This hotel is only a few miles away from the AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, right off the interstate The rooms and overall hotel do feel a little outdated, but it was very clean

Beds were nice and comfortable Fair price for the room We’d probably stay here again if we ever come back to the area

Had a great stay here! Traveled from Austin to see The Weeknd at the ATT center This hotel was right down the road from the stadium It was very clean

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and they even had a shuttle that took us to the stadium before and after the concert! Shuttle was driven by Meliza(sorry if spelt wrong!)-she was SO nice, seemed to really care about her passengers in the shuttle and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again! Everything was just so clean, and accommodating!

Take your business elsewhere Staff was rude and dismissive Made you feel as if you were bothering them simply by checking in

Lord help you if you ask them a question In the morning the staff were out eating at the breakfast bar with guests even while food was running out Feed your PAYING guests before you feed your staff POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER DUE TO A LIGHT BULB OUT (You don’t need the pool lights during the daylight hours and it was 103 – open your pool) There was nothing about this on their site (stating it was closed) and the desk clerk indicated it had been closed for about a week – PLENTY of time to put a notification on your booking page that your pool that you advertise is currently unavailable I even emailed the property BEFORE we arrived about staying to enjoy the pool after 12 pm check out because we didn’t have to be at DFW Airport until 5pm and they NEVER responded Why? Probably because in an area where temps are consistently in the triple digits if you advertise a pool and then it’s closed you are going to lose bookings Much easier to not disclose it until its too late for the guest to cancel and they still make money Never had any issues with LaQuinta at other locations This location needs some help

Staying here for my company, and if I’m being honest, I would choose this hotel over a lot of them Great service Room cleaned every day

Breakfast is lacking but they make up for it with their coffee and shuttle service They’ll take you just about anywhere you want to go, and pick you back upNiceCleanProfessional

My mother had her flight cancelled during a layover at DFW Was able to book a room at this La Quinta Inn through their web site As soon as I booked it, I called the front desk and the gentlemen who answered the phone sent the free shuttle to pick her up at the airport

Checking in and check out the next day went smoothly and the room was clean I would recommend this hotel if you find yourself stranded at DFW

I love this hotel The front desk staff is adorable and so helpful and cute The rooms are nice and comfy

I do wish they’d had the air on in my room, as my arrival was scheduled and it’s June in Dallas, so my room was 80 when I arrived Fortunately, it cooled down very quickly! I do wish there were coffee makers in the room for hot water Love the environment saving big containers of soaps and lotions! Also, the king bed could have more than 3 pillows Since I am alone tonight, that’s ok, but 3 pillows for 2 people ain’t it

I arrived here after midnight and the lady who checked me in was very friendly and polite! My room was spotless and as you can see from the pictures, absolutely beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock! It’s not terribly far away from the Dallas-Fort Worth airport and the taxi driver who dropped me off made arrangements to pick me up in the morning Very pleased with the overall experience!

The customer service and attitudes were friendly The room was clean but toilet seat was falling apart Breakfast was good

Most dissapointing thing was the pool I had the kids and we planned on cooling off everyday in the pool but it was disgusting, I dont know when the last time it was cleaned I would stay again if I didnt need that feature And was tight on cash Should have been a cheaper stay, def Not an 86 as is rated
