When arriving front desk receptionist was very friendly, efficient and informative Room was nice and clean We did have a light that was out in our room and they were quick to get it replaced

The breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety for everyone Hotel is also close to many places to shop if you needed something I would definitely stay again in the future

Hope Anderson

We pulled in at about midnight last night, just needing to crash since we had been driving for about 13 hours The receptionist, Valerie, was very helpful and polite The room was comfortable and clean

There was a good selection for the continental breakfast However, when we went to put our things in the car in the morning, we found that our rooftop luggage bag had been sliced open (it had double locks on it) and stuff had been stolen I am only giving 3 stars because the parking lot, while well lit, is not monitored and there are quite a few homeless roaming the area And there were guys getting drunk in the parking lot

David Riley

I have added this location to my list of Hotel locations to avoid in the future Requested Ground floor but got 3rd floor The shower barely had enough water pressure to take a underwhelming shower

It wasn’t the shoes head as even at the tub spout there was very little water flow The elevator was also pretty nasty and looked as if it had not been cleaned recently Other than this the hotel and room was about average for the chain I stay at this chain over 100 nights a year and little things like this make me think about changing to another chain

Great experience for the price Love the suites Very comfortable rooms

TV in living room area and in bedroom so different people can watch what they want Beautiful hotel and rooms The employees were very friendly and helpful The free breakfast was amazing Best I have seen anywhere They have a good selection of great tasting food Omelets are cooked to order Best place we stayed on our vacation and the price is reasonable Near the airport We added a second night with no issues Only downside was dinner in the hotel restaurant The meat was terrible, very low quality The manager admitted they were not getting the best meat due to supply chain issues but the prices charged are not changed! If you have a fear of heights, be advised that the elevators are glass and all floors overlook the first floor central area

joshua schneider

Hotel and staff were great and welcoming Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold

Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride

Lexi Sanders

Decent place to stay! Pretty fountain in lobby area, plants and a wide variety of seatingGood happy hour, sweet bartenders, great fresh breakfast (normal options as well as free made-to-order area), good coffeeRoom was very nice, decently clean, no complaints there

Pool was gross, murky, so we didn’t swim

Hands down the best & cutest motel I’ve ever stayed in The ladies running the front desk were super sweet & very helpful My room was clean, bed & pillows are soft & comfortable

The bar/restaurant was amazing They have cute fire pits for outside seating and an outside bar next to the pool Bartender was awesome, food was EXCELLENT I got the country fried chicken – you get two steaks instead of just one Couldn’t eat it all! Thank you all for the amazing experience Will definitely stay again when I come down this way!

Terri McBride

This is an older hotel that has been kept up very nicely It is located just off two main roads and is very quiet The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable

The breakfast was very good with several hot and cold options We did not use the bar nor restaurant, but the area looked nice and the menu was tempting We give this hotel two thumbs up

GARY WILSON

I normally stay at The Comfort Inn across the interstate and I do love Comfort Inn But my Company booked me stay here Wow, for the price that pay to stay at Best Western compared to Comfort Inn

Seems underpricedThis place is very good, the rooms were very clean, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was very good compared to Comfort Inn The pool was very clean, didn’t eat dinner, but did hit the bar I love the tables outside the fence from the pool I would stay here again

Everything was great until I went into the bathroom and seen a Bed Bug moving around on the floor I grabbed a tissue and picked it up went down to speak with the night auditor she apologized and moved us rooms at midnight and was told that the manager would be on duty in the morning I also asked to speak to the manager the following and was told that she was not in and that she would call when she came in

I still have NOT recieved a call I will never be back after paying over a $10000 for one night and dealing with Bedbugs in the room this is unacceptable Is all the day shift Front Desk Agent kept asking is “well did you get bit”!!😠😠😠😠

Kyra Waiwaiole

I walked into this hotel with my child ready to book a room, and I can’t even begin to tell you how appalled I was at the cleanliness of the front entrance SO bad, that I walked right back out to book somewhere else There were a group of children crawling all over the tabletops with no adult supervision

I am guessing they were the children of the workers As the front desk rep sat outside smoking cigarettes knowing there were customers waiting to be serviced It smelled bad inside, and there were sticky fingerprints all over EVERYTHING Will never go back

Chris & Amie Johnson

I’ve been a huge Marriott fan for decades and only stay at one of their properties whenever I travel For the first time ever I was greatly disappointed, with this property in particular I was surprised how outdated the rooms were and shocked by how dirty certain areas of the hotel

For example, the elevator smelled terrible and was filthy (literally trash on the floor all afternoon/night The front desk staff were amazingly kind and engaging which is the only reason this got two stars This does not change my high regard for Marriott, but I think the management at this particular location

What a great Hampton inn in Central Oklahoma City I came in very late at night and the staff was very friendly and accommodating with a first floor room I needed a little extra time to get out in the morning and they were also very accommodating in that regard too

Very conveniently located right off of the expressway and everything was clean and nice, what else are you looking for in a hotel? Check this place out if you need to find an affordable hotel the central Oklahoma City area

Brad Lenze

Room seems clean enough, but that’s really where all the positives end Ice machine broken on first floor, entry for the digital key on the side of the building did not work so I still had to go to the front desk to get my physical key cards, I glanced at what they call a smoking area and the concrete and rock were littered with butts and the side of the wall had ash scrapes from people putting out their butts They would benefit from a fifty dollar standing butt disposal

can’t imagine people booking this place more than once No microwave either Every one I have stayed at has a microwave except this onethey should have consistency Lady at front desk was nice Had to end it on a positive, although there aren’t many

Oliver Tillinghast

Overpriced for what you get Was not impressed with how outdated the room was The A/C unit rattles when it was on, disrupting sleep

The bed squeaks ANYTIME we moved The shower and sheets were both stained You can hear the room next to us through the vent The TV was at least from 2010 Breakfast was very subpar Sandpaper toilet paper It seemed more like a motel with hotel prices Honestly, Motel 6 would’ve been a better option

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and accommodating, and there was no sign of any bugs

which is a very big plus because my kids and I are allergic to bed bugs There was a nice smoking area The fitness room looked clean and nice We loved the breakfast The snacks were reasonably priced and we made trips often to buy some Lol The staff was very informative The only drawback we had was the pool Its a very nice area, but I am not sure if it was a salt water poolif not it was super salty The temperature was nice though and they kept it warm in the entire pool area as well as fresh towels there so you didn’t have to bring any from your room Overall we would definitely stay again at this hotel We had a very nice experience while there

Chase Redding

This hotel is exceptional in nearly every way Large rooms, very comfortable beds, full size appliances, laundry facilities, ice machines on every floor, ect The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional

Whether you are staying a single night or several weeks, you really can’t find a nicer hotel at any price point Highly recommend

Aaron Clemons

Seriously a -0 star, worst service ever Despite having papers for my registered animal service dog, they still charged me, not once but twice! Which the lawyers are already handling The employees are a joke, literally saying “they’re trained to know what dogs qualify as service animals”

We all know that’s not true first off, secondly, they had ALL his paperwork and certification Secondly they charged me, twice for smoking, when no one smokes! Two night stay has totaled to $522 plus $250 plus $75 Three separate charges The employee who did a room inspection said everything looked great, yet once leaving they started charging up my card So called manager is beyond rude, with a disgusting attitude She treated us as if we were some criminals or something who didn’t belong If you’re a person of color, stay clear, far far far away from here, the discrimination is very real I’m applaud, 2022 and this is still an issue

Fit and finish left a lot to be desired Both pocket doors for the bathroom had broken latches, difficult to pull out the hooks to close the doors The fan in the bathroom had a pulsing sound, but there was no way to turn it off, so it ran all night

The bed was clean and comfortable, but being on a metal box spring with metal sides meant that it squeaked and banged every time you movedIndoor pool looked like it needed a good scrubbing, but we didn’t look that closeThe complimentary breakfast was good, better if you get there earlierStaff was friendly and efficient We had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, but still left there smelling like weed from someone who used the elevator for a “recreational vehicle”, but that’s no fault of the hotel

Tam Tam

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was very happy to see the quality of service, cleanliness, comfy beds, and amazing breakfast hasn’t changed I absolutely love staying here! I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period recently This is one of the best hotel/motel values that you will find in central Oklahoma This motel is very pet friendly and features spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave

The large indoor pool and hot tub are always sparkling clean The complimentary breakfast always has a large selection of tasty choices both hot and cold including fresh fruit The motel is very easy to access and is located right on I-40 and very close to the Kilpatrick turnpike There are literally dozens of great food choices within walking distance or just a short drive away All of the above are great reasons to stay at Best Western Plus in Yukon but the big difference is the staff Literally everyone from the desk clerks, housekeepers, maintenance, managers and owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating I highly recommend!

Dave of Bleecker

Very friendly and clean We are traveling with our cat this time Our room was very inviting and the bed and pillows very comfortable

We ended up staying an extra night , we determined we needed an extra night so we went right up to the front desk and was no problem getting another night in our same room Lots of food near by by either short drive or walking Breakfast was fresh and tasty

Raechyl Rodriguez

Ryan is AMAZING! He was able to turn our night/morning ALL the way around (reference my La Quinta review) They are pet friendly so my baby was also able to stay with us at a fantastic price, not bad AT ALLI already appreciated Ryan’s service but once we got in our room

EVEN BETTER! The room is beautiful, clean, big, everything I wanted but didn’t think we’d get Can’t say enough about this establishment🤩STAY HERE! STAY HERE! STAY HERE!

Very nice hotel to stay Beds and pillows felt very good I wish the force of the shower was a little bit stronger

They had a coffee maker in the room but no water to make the coffee So I’m assuming you have to buy your own water for the coffee maker Although you can get coffee from the complimentary breakfast downstairs Which was very good Big variety of food to eat and beverages I will definitely stay again

Connie Hansen

We really like the La Quinta experience! Clean rooms, dog friendly and quality bedding and towels! Close to restaurant’s and a wonderful staff! My boyfriend and I stayed at this motel a month total in two different rooms due to our baby girl being in the hospital after birth from open heart surgery and I was very pleased with our stay front desk workers were very nice and accommodated our needs (more towels, toilet paper) as needed

Room were clean and tidy The only thing we didn’t like is the strong smell of weed but considering this is OKC that smell seems to be everywhere you go Yuck Location was perfect for us Fenced in motel so we felt safe Great prices but they do take $40 at check in and give it back to you when you check out so that’s not a big deal just more people need to be aware in case they can’t pay that We enjoyed staying here for sure Quiet and peaceful to us Thank you guys

Very nice people They allowed a late, 1pm checkout for us because we were waiting on my semi to get fixed at the crst shop The young lady with dark hair and glasses (my apologies for not remembering your name) as well as everyone else we encountered there were very accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay

Nice little inexpensive hotel

Matt Miller

Please change the way you train your employees When someone checks in with pets include that in the bill I asked for 3 nights with pets, what would the total be? She stated $304

00 Next morning, a second charge of 6600 was charged to my card without authorization I went to speak to the front desk and she stated it was the dog charge , she told me Not once was I told this extra price I made sure I now what I heard, due to being charged 3 other times the same way, didn’t want it to happen againbut did, by the same chain of hotels You can’t sell a sandwich for $10 and the next day charge an extra $7 for the condiments WTH Rooms were nice and bed comfy though I’m not saying she was rude or anything I blame the management due to having this happen multiple times by the same chain of hotels

Samantha Knipp

We checked in last night and the front desk gave us the wrong room So my mom used the key given to us and opened the door to our room and someone was in there already We checked into our actual room and there was 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel in the bathroom

Took a shower last night and there was no hot water and no shampoo or conditioner We came down for breakfast this morning and there is no liquid coffee creamer, only packets The only thing I will say is that the bed is comfy So far, 10/10 do not recommend

The front desk agent was very unprofessional We came to OKC for night security, and we requested to check in early to sleep during the day and leave before 4 We were told they could do it, no problem

We got there this morning She asked what was needed and told her to check in She told us there are no check-ins till later, and she has no rooms available She told us she’s the one who reserved our room, so I don’t understand why it is booked if it isn’t available The lady kept throwing her hands up and was very rude I will not stay here There was no need for that type of disrespect toward potential guests

We exclusively stay at Hilton properties and usually they are very consistent We understand that Tru is their value priced brand and we’ve had good stays This property was not entirely up to Hilton standards

While the room was very clean, the laminate on the tv stand was half ripped off, the blinds were crooked and the remote back kept falling off The ladies on the night front desk weren’t overly friendly We’re Gold members and check in was quick but it was like pulling teeth just to get one water Breakfast was adequate Really liked the options for the oatmeal and pancakes They were both very good However, the coffee was very weak I could actually see through the liquid It was a quick stop and the bed was comfortable, it’s just that this property just didn’t have the consistent standards we usually see

Sean Clayton

Overall the food, quality of the rooms, and area were nice The rooms were very clean and updated However, this hotel is very short on staff

Twice, I called down to the front desk for: towels, face tissues, toilet tissue, and soap It took them over three hours for them to deliver it to me both times This is not of Hilton quality, however, I understand the damper that COVID has put on the hospitality industry

The hotel itself was nice We were definitely excited about being in Oklahoma City for the first time We needed to have our keys programmed because we extended our stay & the lady at the front desk was rude about it

She made comments insinuating that we didn’t belong there or were somehow scamming the hotel or something I’m assuming we didn’t look the part We paid 588 dollars for our stay & should have received better customer service than that

Victor N

We didn’t know we were getting a handicap room, but it was fine It was interesting to have a for with 2 peepholes in it, one at standing adult level, and one at wheelchair level The commode in the shower seemed useful for those who might need it

The fridge was literally ice cold! It froze some of our drinks, lolThe room was a king bed with sofa sleeper Included microwave was a plus! The only complaint is that the toilet flusher needs to be held down Otherwise, the presents you dropped into the bucket never get deployed Another minor thing was that only one of the 2 key cards worked Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean

Had an amazing time at this hotel It was so cute and well designed The staff were so very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed and we sensitive to our wishes making great suggestions on how to make our stay the best it could possibly be

We also had a few drinks at the bar which has a lovely atmosphere and the bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable and very kind I would highly recommend getting the bread and butter with a drink at the bar The most amazing bread and butter I have ever had, you’ll just have to trust me on this one! The rooms were fairly comfortable, not as comfortable as your bed at home but quite nice for a hotel I can’t recommend this place enough for a weekend stay or just a fun night out!

This review is for the restaurant only, not the hotel which we did not experienceThe restaurant honored our reservation and we were seated fairly quickly The eating space is not expansive so my wife and I were at a 2 person table and a small room along with a few other tables and the pastry area and espresso machine

The drinks were exquisite and the wine list was exhaustive However I ordered a traditional serving experience for absinthe and they were unfortunately ill-equipped to make that happenI thought the food was very tasty for the price range We’ve had better food and bigger portions at more expensive places of course However my wife felt it was more of a six out of 10 while I would give it an eight out of 10 I left still a little hungry Desserts were limited and your best bet is to pick something from the pastry counter

The staff made this stay wonderful They are friendly and helpful The first night our shower wasn’t draining well and it was addressed immediately

We ate at the restaurant which was yummy The lounge areas are perfect for relaxing and reading a book We had their coffee and treats from the bakery This was a excellent choice for a staycation It’s close to many popular eating spots

Great place for a stop to relax for a few days Great people and service proudly provided by all staff Pool was being rebuilt, so we did not get to experience, but looked very appealing and work done was of high quality

Management is very up to date on place, as we were able to meet managers from corporate who provided more friendly appreciation to us for choosing the hotelFood during happy hour was good, hot ,and salad fresh Noise in hotel is almost non existent Rooms are great for people who want to cook meals, gas grills outside were clean and checked many times a day They worked great as I do like to cook on grill It is close to many fun locations, like go-carting, arcades, restaurants, and food stores for groceries, or you can let them do it for youI would recommend this place

Room was large and clean,, loved the full kitchen and amenities Sebastian was great to work with, easiest and most friendly check in ever! The breakfast had a variety and was quite appealing The only reason for 4 stars is because when we tried to check out this morning no one was at the front desk, I waited and said ‘Hello?” Multiple times

Noone came so I placed my keys on the desk

Nice hotel, great staff, good location Rooms a bit minimalist, but that’s their concept I would have preferred a more traditional room, (dresser, closet), but it was fine

I’d like a more firm mattress ( sore back after 1st nite) but that’s on me The grand daughter thought it was great, so 5 stars Probably go back if it’s one of the choices

We had a reservation that was booked through Hiltoncom The hotel couldn’t honor the reservation since they overbooked the rooms

We actually didn’t stay at hotel to know if it’s any good This review is based on the hotel reservation not being honored We had to find another hotel room on our own It ended up costing double the price since it was last minute If you book this hotel, then you will want to check in early We were told that they have several block booking contracts at this hotel The block bookings take priority over any reservation you make on Hiltoncom If they do overbook then you are on your own to find accommodations We were told that the hotel is independently managed, so they are unable to help us book the same reservation at a different Hilton property

Excellent, clean We’ve stayed two years in a row for the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show I just wish they let 18-21 year olds check in on their own

I came out a few days ahead of my mom as my mom never expected her adult daughter wouldn’t be able to check herself in, and she was all the way back in New Hampshire Luckily someone else at the show was able to check in for me
