Fantastic! Took my 3 yr old niece for first horse ride Kristin put her on a super gentle, nice horse and walked the arena with her while I was able to ride as I pleased with them on a horse that suited my expert experience It had been a number of years since I’d ridden so I was thrilled to just get the chance to work a little again, and my niece was absolutely thrilled with her first experience

After, we were told we could go tour the rest of the ranch and pet all the other animals at our leisure They went above and beyond to let us visit with the goats, pigs, baby chickens, ducks, donkey, dogs, puppy and pony – even letting us enter some of the pens or letting some of the animals wander loose It was fantastic and will definitely be back!

Spent a day there in April 2018 One of the best experiences in my life The owners are the nicest people i’ve met

Location is super beautiful, and all the amenities are well maintained The house itself, and of course all the rooms are extremely clean, it really competes to those in 5 star hotels Upon arriving we were immediately felt as we were in our own homes, it is truly a warm and welcoming place Will definitely go back!!

What a great camp & program! Our family recently stayed at CranHill, organized by our local church We all really enjoyed the activities, which were well organized & great fun! The camp was very clean and the sites were great The staff all had great attitudes and were very personable and helpful

We enjoyed the family environment and also joined the service in the pines on Sunday morning What a cool location and great group to fellowship with Thank you CranHill for all you are doing to spread God’s love in a positive and simplisic way

Mike Bitondo

Very pleasant & peaceful experience We had a great time Ate ice cream several times at the Barn Store, made tie-dye T-shirts, watched the animals at the petting farm, and just relaxed at our campsite on the water

We will be returning This is a special place It just seemed very calm and I attribute that to the presence of God Note that we were there prior to the busy season They said it will be lot busier beginning after Father’s Day

Anna Zimmerman

Cranhill is our favorite campground! We love how family friendly it is, the kindness of the staff, and the Christian atmosphere Sunday worship in the pines is also amazing I’ve also led a retreat there and had a great experience with that, as well

I only give 4 because the camping spots can be a little small, but we’ve figured out the sites that work well for us and camp on those!

My family and I recently stayed at Two Hats Ranch for an all-inclusive wedding weekend The staff and owners are not only good at what they do, they are also just phenomenal humans The facilities were spacious, comfortable, and included so many little details that made our stay incredible

Dining was a real treat! Delicious multi-course meals served in the grand dining hall meant that we could enjoy our time together without having to shop, cook, or clean up When you arrive at Two Hats Ranch, you immediately become family, and the space becomes your home

William Cooper

Had an amazing stay at the Two Hats Ranch when I came for a 2 day motorcycle course The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious, and service is second to noneThe only thing I would like that wasnt available was a boot/glove dryer in the rooms

I think that would be perfect for a place that hosts people with all sorts of outdoor gear

Jordan Baratono

Stayed here with 20 friends for a golf outing We rented the entire place so that we could have privacy and we certainly got it The staff were very kind, outgoing and helpful

The lodge was really big, clean, had really cool decor and was particularly convenient for a large group like ours We are already making plans to visit again next year

Excellent facility and grounds The course was in pristine condition and the greens were slick as iceThey have a unique tee box system that plays to handicap and not perceived skill

I really like this idea as it mixes things upLeave the GPS at home The carts have touch screen GPS displays with green contours Utilize the touch screen features to find your distance for target shotsThe bunkers are no joke and strategically placed Try to avoid them to give yourself a chance to scoreThis place is definitely worth the money and the drive

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Tullymore, with accommodations at The Inn at St Ives and The Hideaway for our guests I can’t speak highly enough of Angie, the sales manager, and Crystal, the coordinatorTo start, Angie worked with our schedule to get us in to look at the property when we were considering venues

Without even knowing we would book there, she was kind and courteous and allowed us more than enough time to look at the property and where everything would take place (Little did she know, we fell in love with it almost instantly)Communication was always prompt and helpful between both Angie and Crystal They were very transparent with everything, and there were no unexpected surprises (and if there were, they must’ve handled them well before we knew about them)All weddings have hiccups, and whenever something would come up, it was handled with grace and consideration of our wants/needs I can’t hand them enough appreciationThe weather was perfect on our wedding day, and everything was so gorgeous We had our wedding ceremony outside, and our reception in the ballroom because we did not want to have the headache of putting our chances on the weather for an outdoor reception on the grand patio However, they allowed us access to the grand patio (which is BEAUTIFUL) for our guests since the weather was so nice, even though the restaurant and bar were open to the public Everything was so amazing

Jeff Novorita

The course is amazing, its always maintained to the highest levels of aesthetics One of the best courses you can play in Michigan Club House is top-notch with solid drink and food selections

HOWEVER – the ranger on the course the day I played was an absolute tool to our group His arrogant, condescending attitude coupled with his complete failure to grasp circumstances led to an unfortunate exchange and, quite frankly, ruined the back 9 for our groupThis particular ranger should NOT be a customer-facing employee but we all know good help is hard to find nowadaysDespite this, it does not detract from my 50 star review and the fact this course is utterly amazing

The beds were comfortable, the building was quiet even though it had a little league hockey team there Breakfast was great and those ladies serving and cleaning the dining area repeatedly deserve raises Sanitizing was repeatedly done throughout the hotel my entire stay

Check in was amazing and easy The young lady at the desk was phenomenal African American girl with long braids She was very professional She was extremely helpful and even took care of a minor problem beyond her or my controlMy family and I will definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend

Pam, Keith, breakfast staff, maid service, and other staff (I forgot your names

sorry for that) was IMPECCABLE!!! They were very professional, personable, friendly, courteous, accommodating, and went out of their way during our 4 night stay; from the reservations to the check out Pam was incredibly amazing, treated us like her family She was so caring and made special accommodations for us due to our circumstances while we came to visit a very ill relative Her and her staff genuinely cared Pam even took the time to visit with me at breakfast for a few moments to ask how we were doing and asked about my sister Her staff Keith would call us each morning concerning our stay extension Who else does that folks! Breakfast was delicious and excellent! Especially for a vegan like myself The menu had different options and a variety to choose from each day The breakfast room, hotel, and our room was immaculate, modern, and quiet The bed was more comfortable than my own! A Serta I plan on purchasing one Parking was very convenient Location is excellent also Thank you so much for such a pleasant and comforting stay We look forward to coming back soon!

Claudia Wilkinson

Conveniently located off the highway and near shopping and restaurants The hotel staff was very friendly and made my check-in & check-out process simple and fast Checking in later (around 8:30pm) the staff reminded me of breakfast and informed me that Jimmy Johns delivered if I needed something to eat

They also made sure my Hilton Honors account was attached to my stay I found the room (King) to be spacious, clean and quiet I recommend choosing this Hampton Inn if needing to stay in Big Rapids Thank you

Brought my Troop to stay The staff was really nice and helpful The park is small and compact

We brought my private camper and the site was level One of the best parts of the park is its all inclusive tubing and they provided transportation to the beginning of the float and it ends at the park! The park is part of an old fish rearing facility so it has a ton of history We had a great time

Seth Pronger

A very nice and unique park You have to truly seek it out though because it’s a bit off the beaten path and at least 20 minutes away from US-131 They have the very interesting model Effiel Tower as well as a small pond with benches and a playground

It also sits right along the river with a nice view The park however is not open in the winter Although it’s a cute park I would not pay any admission fee to see it However if you’re in the area of Paris, it’s about the only thing worth seeing near by

Oh hello

It’s definitely a hotelThe lobby is really nice and the free breakfast was good, but the rooms were disappointing They’re kind of small and the TV is literally about 20 inches

The pool was also jusy okay Decent sizes and the hot tub was warm, but the jets didn’t work Also, kids kept jumping off the chair lift and scaring me because they kept getting their feet caught when they jumpedOverall, not impressed

Samara & Dean Allen

Lots of great things to say about hotel – clean in & out, friendly staff, comfy feel plus late check out and pool use UNTIL we speak about sleep quality and natural lighting I barely slept (room 104) I heard the laundry and elevator all night long… The laundry ran until 6 am

In the morning I could hear stomping from 2nd floor Not much sound proofing Regarding natural lighting – the curtains are either blackout or nothing, no sheer option SO we could ket light in but lose privacy with parking patronsBreakfast had no fruit, yogurt, bagels… only oatmeal packets, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes and see through bacon (too thin and crumbly to enjoy)Update: for last 30 mins on & off I’ve tried to call the front desk from room and using their direct number – keeps saying “I’m sorry the person is not available” 🤷🏽‍♀️ Could be good for business but not so much for current guests needing assistance I informed staff of my attempts

Nancy Vetter

Friendly staff, welcoming environment and great location next to Meijers, Aldi and Culvers Gas available right next door, too Rooms are clean and comfortable

Free breakfast is minimal, but enough to get you going Nice indoor pool area, too If you have a trailer or truck, there’s tons of parking in the rear Book exchange in the lobby, too Being Dog friendly is a plus!
