I am currently writing this at 1 in the morning We checked in at around 11 pm

and we had to check out at 1 am We had a horrible experience at this hotel First off, we felt a heavier air in this room than normal and the carpet was damp Second, the beds were wet and we were unable to sleep After trying to fall sleep, we couldn’t able to because of the wet and damp air I recommend not wasting your hard earned money here

First of all anytime we travel finding a hotel that can accommodate my family of 7 is difficult Staybridge not only had a room with enough beds but a suite with two bedrooms(three beds) and TWO BATHS(rare find) Not to mention a small kitchenette and full refrigerator

Fantastic room for my large family! Couch also pulls out into a bed also so we were good Everything was clean and hotel over all was fun to stay at Kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court and there is also the option for firepit at night We did not use that option but it was sure cool to see people around the firepit out my window in the evening I highly recommend this place for large families as people with alot of kids know finding accommodations can be challenging Also there are great restaurants nearby and when I say near I mean practically walking distance Texas roadhouse is directly across the road and Cheddars is literally 30Sec away This is also a great plus with a big family as we are not very familiar with the Tulsa area and touting 5 kids around looking for a place to eat is not really an option if we can avoid it We WILL be staying here again Thanks Staybridge

I found a used Syringe in my Hotel room, and I took it down to management; they informed me that they would be reaching out to corporate about the situation and I would be hearing from them The next day, someone went into my hotel room after I requested that nobody go into my hotel room during my stay, and whoever went in there had left a half-empty water bottle in my hotel room I brought that down to the front desk, and while I was standing there, the woman working behind the desk made a note under my account, and I asked her to have the manager call me

It’s been over a month; I have not been contacted by the hotel manager or corporate I called IHG corporate today, and they informed me that they have no notes or comments regarding any of my complaints during my stay After eight years of traveling (on the road for 50 weeks a year) and staying solely with IHG hotels, this has been my worst hotel experience with IHG

The room was so nice and modern yet cozy It was very clean and no bugs Breakfast is served 6-9 and offer waffles, eggs, and other hot options as well as cereal etc

Location was quiet! There’s currently construction nearby but didn’t hear anything in the morning besides emptying dumpsters Bed was very comfortable Kathy at front desk was very friendly and welcomed us cheerfully Would definitely stay here again!

It’s very rare that I like a hotel and look forward to staying at one again Usually, the beds at most hotels are very uncomfortable, the pillows flat, the shower heads are mounted so you have to kneel down to rinse off, and they’re dark and drearyBUT

SpringHill Suites was different! We had a great nights sleep The pillows – and there were plenty of them – were fluffy and STAYED fluffy! And, the shower the head was mounted very high, the pressure was good, the shampoo, body wash and conditioner were already in the shower (no fiddling with those tiny bottles that are hard to open), and it was well-lit There were plenty of outlets to charge our phones with There were well-placed lights on each side of the bed Everything was very clean I’m not sure how old this hotel is, but it sure felt brand new Breakfast was delicious Everything was hot and plentiful All of the staff members that we encountered were very friendly and professionalWe will definitely stay at this brand of hotel again I just wish the website made it easier to find cities that have this hotel rather than making me enter the city I will be visiting to see if there is one nearby Knowing where they are could help me decide where to go on my next vacation

Really happy with my stay! Only stayed one night on a road trip but really wouldn’t have minded another night Beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge I was impressed by the interior design of the rooms

They were located within walking distance to an Abuelo’s restaurant which was great We had 2 queens and a pull out couch, I slept really well Bathroom had really nice quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash Breakfast was such a pleasant surprise as well, a wide variety of items and very tasty, just get there early, not sure if they stock it up again Even if you missed the eggs and biscuits, they had a wide variety of other tasty breakfast items They have a small indoor pool and a small gym that I didn’t get a chance to try out but looked nice I would recommend staying here!

Apparently, no one is in charge at this hotel I know because I asked how to reach the general manager after our room hadn’t been cleaned for three days and was told, “we don’t have one, just somebody from corporate who stops by once in a while” No kidding, that’s what I was really told

Oh, cleaning had been promised by the front desk the day before, but it never happened When I went down to sternly, but politely ask that it be cleaned, the woman at the front desk shouted, literally shouted at the person I assume was running housekeeping that “some guy is here giving me a hard time because his room hasn’t been cleaned” For the record, I wasn’t rude at all I just asked for what I was paying for The staff at this hotel acts like they could not care less about guests That’s what happens when no one is in charge Also, you’ll love the breakfast sausage if you like eating flavored plastic You’re better off going across the street to Jimmy’s Egg and paying for it Anyway, I’m obviously not staying here again

Laura Perry

We checked in on Saturday and they didn’t notify anyone until Monday that they were replacing the roof so at 8am Monday morning we hear banging, loud music and yelling, open the curtains and there’s a roofing crew up there having a great time We had already made reservations to stay until Tuesday No blankets or pillows for the sleeper couch and no extra blankets or pillows for the bed

The pool “wasn’t working” but were told to go next door to sister property to swim- who wants to do that? Floor area that was carpeted was sticky and made our feet black Totally disgusting Then told we would be charged 20$ per day for incidentals, so that was an extra 60$ we weren’t expecting to have to pay Breakfast was cold eggs, Pebble like sausage and some kind of disgusting bacon, we had a kitchenette, the dishwasher didn’t work, two towels for bathroom, was told that they didn’t offer extra shampoo, toothbrush or anything extra We were in the process of moving and needed a place to stay until our new home was ready so everything got packed up I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I have a service animal and was told that I would be charged 100$ When I told them that was illegal that they couldn’t charge me, the lady at the front desk gave me an attitude I even gave them my animals service papers which is also illegal for them to ask for Worst experience ever We will definitely never go back or refer this place to anyone The housekeeper was kind enough to give us extra towels & a pillow from another room when we saw her in the hallway ONE STAR

When visiting Tulsa, we booked The Residence Inn by the Marriott South for our stay!I am EXTREMELY scared of hotels and don’t look forward to traveling because I am!When I first checked in, the front desk lady Kenya was very nice and pleasant When I went up to the room, the first thing I do is check under the sheets and pull the mattress protector back, and when I did a spotless clean mattress, clean room with a kitchen area and a pull of sofa bed!Breakfast was good

I had sausage, eggs, and a waffle Now… the pool wasn’t working at the time, but we were able to go right across the street to the sister property so no complaints! On the way out, the check out clerk Ronda was very nice as well! This is a hotel that I can say if I’m in Tulsa again, I will book again 🧡

Great location Out of the way, but easily accessible to everything you’d want to do We stayed for just one night and didn’t eat breakfast, but we will definitely book again if the need arises

For more details see belowSo for the downsides:•It was a little frustrating that we had to pay $10/hour for every hour after the 11am check out, but not too big of a deal•Besides that, the TV wasn’t working and they weren’t able to do anything to fix it until way later when we would have been out and about, but luckily we figured it out on our own so we didn’t have to go to a different hotel Honestly just felt that whole thing could’ve been handled better, but once again, not that big of a deal•Last nitpicks, the bathroom door got jammed about halfway, there was a drink left from the previous occupant in the mini fridge, tiny soap in shower and bathroom sink•Randomly appreciation: loved that the mini fridge temperature was cold enough for our drinks and that the room came with a microwave Convenient location Kind front desk clerk Smooth elevator Quiet**All in all, everything was clean, not a single bug, it was about $60 cheaper than everything else in the Tulsa area, and I would say it is worth a few minor inconveniences I could tell the owners take pride in their establishment and I felt 100% comfortable there Will return**

Will Bohnefeld

Rooms are nice and comfortable Service is non existence, no clean towels unless you ask for them Floors are kind of dirty, free breakfast is really bad but guess because it’s free

Unless you ask I guess there’s no house keeping, location is good and rooms are nice Other than that can’t really say much else Would I recommend 🤔 probably but don’t expect much Price is reasonable and worth it for a short stay

Mesay Solomon

This property is in a perfect condition The area is so safe The rooms are clean and so spacious

The shower has a good power There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and kitchenettes in the rooms, not to mention a flat screen TV loaded with good channels You can work on the wide table and office chair There is also a sofa to relax on The only complaint I had was that there was no fitness room

Great location, close to restaurants The beds were very comfortable and Tamara at the front desk was so nice and allowed the grandkids to bug her and you could tell she loved her job and was good at it Breakfast was good with a good selection and perfect for us running to baseball games early Saturday and Sunday

The pool was pretty small and not your typical size for a hotel Otherwise everything was great Highly recommend

Through the Looking Glass

Just finished up my month stay here Extremely CLEAN hotel The front desk personnel and house keeping were always ready and willing to answer any questions or replenish room items

I very much enjoyed my stay This hotel is close to the interstate and many good eating establishments as well as Walmart and gas stations Note -if you are in a very large truck parking is going to be very difficult but not impossible so call ahead for parking advise

Kimberlie Grass

If I could rate a zero I would Had issues with another guest Problem was not rectified by the attendant

Family well being is more important than staying at this point We were there for no more than 40 minutes then we decided to leave and requested a refund The attendant made it clear she would not check us out until the next day Denied us a refund Manager denied us Customer service from Choice, the chain, claimed they would refund us at first Lies Would rate lower than zero but the app won’t let me Don’t stay here unless you know for sure there will be no issues

We stayed at this hotel with our softball team Mitch went above and beyond to take care of us We had a small issue with our room and he was there to fix it as I was hanging up the phone with the front desk

Everyone was friendly and welcoming Rooms were clean and spacious, delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance I would definitely stay here again!

Holly McCready

We had our softball team stay here recently and they were very welcoming and accommodating to us The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable We we’re able to rent out the theater for a team pizza and movie night and the girls loved the pool

Mitch went above and beyond to make our stay great and we had a great weekend as a team because of it

Ayelet Y

When we travel we usually stay at a Best Western hotel, so we’ve been to many This hotel was one of our very favorite and checked all the marks except oneThe staff was very friendly, the room looked good and was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was super clean, the shower had good water pressure, the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a Best Western, and a special shut out for Mitch, who was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed

The one thing that could be improved was the WIFI didn’t work for me even though my laptop showed that I was connected I wrote a long email that wasn’t sent and was lost because of lack of connection To be fair, I didn’t try to resolve it since it was late at night and we left the next morning, but based on the general service, I am sure that if I was to bring it to the front desk’s attention, they would have helped me fix the problem All together this hotel is highly recommended

The bed was quite comfortable The bathroom was a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness The water pressure was perfect

The lobby was clean and offered plenty of well-lit space to enjoy your breakfast Although the free breakfast had few options, it was tasty and just enough, especially the fresh fruit option The coffee was fresh brewed and hot!!

“Long in the tooth” would be an understatement at this point Having stayed here 2 years ago I thought this property would be great for a recent family get-together I’ll summarize for the group:1) Despite being a no-smoking facility, some rooms still smell like smoke

No amount of spraying is going to mask it, and all the upholstered surfaces need to be replaced2) Did I mention upholstered surfaces need to be replaced? The couches in the living room portion of the rooms are GROSS3) Air conditioners broke down in several rooms, leading to some shuffling of our room types I’ll give kudos to the manager for being proactive about fixing this, but previous reviews also mentioned the pool being out of commission for awhile, which points to maintenance and upkeep problems with systems in the hotel4) The headboard fell off the wall onto my bed, luckily while I was not sleeping in it A freaking 50+ pound headboard fell off the wall!5) Understaffing – pretty much all hotels now are not doing daily room service anymore But in the case here, there was usually only 1 person working the front desk handling check in/out and the multitude of other ongoing issues6) How can you not have water at the breakfast lounge in the morning? It seemed like there were some folks doing hard work to keep this place going on a daily basis, but an overhaul is badly needed As for me and my family it won’t be an option in the future After all, how can you have a good night’s sleep if you’re worried a headboard is going to crash down on you in the middle of the night?

Jennifer McCathern

The room was great! Staff was great! The only reason we booked this hotel is because you had an outside pool We get our swimsuits on and go to the pool and it’s closed for maintenance and they are directing people to sister hotels 20-30 min away If I wanted to travel to go to the pool I would’ve stayed at that hotel

The least you could do is inform your guests especially your honors guests that the pool was closed before they arrived so they can make other plans Not good hospitality

Brittany Navarro (Bee)

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!Everyone was so kind and helpful I don’t think I’ve left a 5 star before Even though the pool was closed, we were allowed to use a sister hotels pool

My husband was quite upset at first We booked through a travel agency and they didn’t have the updated information The pool and happy hour were our top selling points So getting there to be told otherwise was upsetting She was calm and took our concerns seriously and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault Asked what they could do to accommodate for the disappointment On our last day she even came and asked how our stay wasThe hotel is well taken care of Clean and pleasing to the eye Spacious and well stocked The breakfast was huge and delicious I didn’t take any pictures but they are true to what you see in the photos by ownerWe were right by the elevators and didn’t hear a peep!

Had to move rooms upon arriving as the heat and air wouldn’t come on in my room & there was no maintenance personnel available Room was clean and comfortable, but quite dated 4th floor reeked of marijuana, though that’s not the hotel’s fault

It was very quiet, which was nice Staff was very friendly and helpful Side door entrance was not working Only tried the eggs, biscuits, and gravy for breakfast, and they were truly awful The lady doing the preparations was running behind, so maybe it was just an off day

Alexis Connor

This past weekend we stayed here for two nights for a soccer tournament My ten year old plays on a competitive team and so these kids (and parents) are no strangers to hotel stays – usually staying at least one night every weekend at a hotel Most of us are also Marriott members with Gold Elite + status and so we stay exclusively at Marriott properties

I can tell you that we will NOT be coming back to this oneFirst, let’s talk about the rooms: Ours definitely needed a cleaning Dried red on the carpet resembling blood was in several places in the room The refrigerator leaked & the entire carpet in front of it was wet – our entire stayNext let’s talk about facilities: both the gym and the hot tub were closed the duration of our stay This should be clearly stated on the website – with an anticipated open date, unless you’re willing to answer that question over the phone…and judging by their customer service they wouldn’t haveSo front desk: oh boy!! Our first night we always bring in dinner to eat in the lobby and this has NEVER been so problem at any hotel We drove two hours and arrived at the hotel around 8:15p to sit with the team and eat The front desk clerk Kenya walked over at 830 and told us that she was closing the lobby and proceeded to shut the lights – with about fifteen of us sitting there! The heat was unbearable in all public areas & I wonder if Kenya was turning it up to keep us out of there! On day two I called in the morning and explained the situation about dinner, asking about the time the lobby closed I was told it closes at ten (like the pool) and there would be no problems tonight That was a LIE! Good old Kenya was there shutting off lights again at 830!! After we were point blank told we were welcome down there until 10p One of the guys in our group asked her to please turn the lights back on She did, but it wasn’t without some massive attitude and a door slam – grow up & do you job or stay out of a field that involves customer service!!The icing on the cake was this morning Someone had gone through our vehicle pulling everything out of the glove box and trashing it on the floorWe book so many hotel rooms & we typically have other teams from the club stay with us – so we’re talking about 16+ rooms We are responsible adults and make sure our kids take care of themselves and don’t make a messThis hotel will never get our business again Management needs to make some major changes instead of posting passive aggressive signs with smiley faces And we know other teams we’re staying here too this weekend and maybe they weren’t doing their best, but they also deserved a conversation instead of that ridiculous sign!

Stacy F

This hotel is in a medical area about a mile from many food choices, including a Sprouts The room was incredibly clean Kenya checked us in and checked us out the next day

She was awesome and we appreciated how comfortable our stay was at this Fairfield Inn Getting in and out of the hotel parking lot and onto the road is super easy On the note of roads, be aware there are toll roads in Tulsa The toll roads don’t have an excess of signage so ask the locals about them so you know If you get discombobulated around town and make a toll mistake, call the Oklahoma toll office and they’ll help you not have a toll violation

Our check in process was great! Unfortunately our flights were late and by the time we came to check in to the hotel, we were exhausted and tired But Travis, the front desk, made the process extremely smooth and enjoyable! He was kind, diligent, and very patient We are very happy with our stay because of Travis

He made us feel as if we are at home with plenty of help! Thanks for the great staff Renaissance!!We will make sure to stay here the next time we stop in Tulsa and hope Travis will still be here!!

Jennifer Laguna

I stay at this property every year for a convention The people are just very nice The rooms are great

Crystal in the Sales Department assisted me with my package, she was very helpful! Let me mention, Once you enter your room the AC is on and colda little too cold for me but it was just great to walk into a cooled room The concierge that worked in the morning of July 20th was extra special and we had a very engaging conversation You cannot go wrong staying at this property

Elizabeth Wise

The moment I walked in I could hear the running water from the beautiful water features complete with koi fish in the lobby It was very relaxing to see and hear after a long dayThe front desk got us checked in quickly and was able to fulfill our request for a balcony

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was one of the best I have had at any Marriott property They had more unique selections such as biscuits and gravyThe ONLY reason I would give 4 stars rather than 5 is the hotel does need some TLC, some upgrades For example the carpet in the hallways and rooms looks like it needed to go years agoOverall a nice stay, and would stay there again

I travel frequently and stay at a lot of different hotels From start to finish this was possibly one of the best experiences I have had at a stay The staff, the amenities, the room cleanliness, the breakfast

One thing in particular I liked was the mobile desk they have in the room, this setup very nicely for work/using laptop Location is great with a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores in the area, location felt safe Victoria and her staff were beyond accommodating, assisted me with a late checkout, made sure if there was something I needed they would do their best to accommodate me The difference between ordinary and extraordinary it really is that little extra

Tanner Gatlin

Great customer service, great rooms, and great location within walking distance to food and drinks Check in was easy and staff was friendly Room was clean and good size

Easy parking and departure Only one downside is noise Woke up at 7 am to door closings in the hall ways Due to how I think the building was built, the door close hard Would stay here again if work brings me back to the area

Martha checked me in promptly and was very kind!! I had traveled in from Houston for a funeral and only had one hour before I had to leave The previous hotel I booked had no rooms available when I arrived A huge shout out to Martha for eliminating my stress 👏🏻🎉The rooms are beautiful and spacious!! Came here on a work trip and stayed for four days Hotel is super nice, clean, and has a warm atmosphere It has a library (reading room), a large indoor/outdoor pool, and a large room with fire place

It has a breakfast room as well The breakfast is good and they serve what most hotels serve I ate there 3/4 days and everyday it was good The parking lot is huge and never had trouble getting a parking spotThe room itself was nice, clean, and very spacious The bed was good and came with ample pillows The shower was clean, the water was warm and it had great pressure The toilet was loose around the base so kind of rocked when you sat on it? Not really a bad thing it still operatedThe hotel has plenty of things around it to do just within a short driving distance There is also ample restaurants some within walking distanceThis hotel checked all the boxes for me and I would recommend and come back to stay

The Hotel was beautiful, the staff was excellent and friendly My daughter had testing here and the staff was extremely helpful in directing us to the conference location There is beautiful decor throughout the building and a beautiful location as well

The only downside to the area was it remains busy during the day with the shops which could cause delays in getting around

Don’t waste your money at this location I tried to choose an upscale hotel for my family for Father’s Day and was let down My son killed a roach on the wall

One of our beds had dried blood on the covers and the other was visibly soiled The beds were very worn and lumpy They didn’t have any dirty clothes bags in our room We went to the pool which was nice but the air was so chlorinated it burned our noses The complimentary breakfast had a few options that were delicious My kids ate very well Overall, save your money and stay at the Hilton

Hotel:Nice and clean Staff was friendly T

V, mini fridge, microwave, and desk in the room Mini shampoo and conditioner, soap and face soap in the bathroom Indoor pool was fun, hot tub was out of order Continental breakfast from 6-9 Little nook by the front desk had snacks and toiletries you could buy Good hotelLocation: not close to anything, really Gotta drive to find a restaurant but pizza delivery is an option Felt like a safe area Fairly easy in and out for the parking lot

This was an okay stay Nothing stood out that would make it 4 or 5 stars Everything just felt average

From the rooms to breakfast to the pool I would recommend that you you stay in the rooms away from the highway side of the hotel as it’s loud and bright It is a great location for many of the west side attractions Everything is 15 or less minutes away

Angie Hanson

I only book hotels with a pool and hot tub for my back injury, flying is the worst for me, just hours of pain When we arrived the hot tub was blocked off with all the pool chairs, leaving an eye sore and no seating with caution tape and stagnant water They told me it’s been that way the entire pandemic

DisgustingThere is nothing about any closures on their site or in my confirmation email so I would consider that false advertising I asked for a discount for my trouble They offered a night off (their idea) but then decided they weren’t allowed I heard they had jacuzzi rooms and asked for one, they never followed up I was trying to visit my family, not deal with hotel issuesTo top it off, once I got home I realized I was overcharged $50 as compared to my reservation Shame on you, Wingate Corporate will be hearing from me

My family and I stayed here & we had the best experience We were able to keep our service dog in the room with us at no extra charge They have an indoor pool and the best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had! Fresh pancakes, hot syrup, eggs, cereal and bacon/sausage

We’ve never had so many options on a complimentary breakfast! The rooms were so clean and spacious We will definitely be back here!

Donald Derby

The rooms are clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants Parking lot is tight pulling off you have a trailer but you can do it Driveway is awkward but so is the driveway to almost ever other surrounding hotel

Also for people who like it really cold the AC goes all the way down to 60 Over all great hotel for the price
