Stayed 3 times and every one has been perfect Its located next to anything you can possibly need I love the suites, indoor pool, their rates are even better

They have breakfast downstairs and their checkout time is noon unlike most places nowadays My husband left his wedding band in the room last time we stayed and staff went out of their way to make sure we get it back Just wow!!! 5 stars without a doubt!

Leo Czekalski

Terrific location with BJ Brew house and Steaks next door Room was clean Not enough soap and shampoo in the bathroom

They only provided 1 small plastic bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner and a small bar of soap Not the liquid soap dispensers we are growing used to Service at front desk exceptional Good place to stay overall Free breakfast in the morning

Easy check in and check out, easy location to get to, friendly front desk, and great for a few nights stayIt has the necessities- a microwave, multiple outlets, hair dryer, towels, soap, ironing board with iron, tv, mini fridge and drawersBesides a few hairs on the towels, the room was really clean and well kept

The area is near a road but was quiet the whole nightWould definitely stay here again!

Heather McDaniel

This was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area It was an older place, but very clean and well kept the beds were a bit hard, but the sheets and everything was clean

It felt secure, as the parking lot was well lit There was also a small pool for fun They had an ice machine to buy ice, which is normally free at hotels, but no big deal I was worried that we would hear road noise since it was kind of close to the freeway, but it was very quiet, however the AC/fan was a bit noisy They also called the day before to confirm that we would be coming, which was a friendly touch

The service I experienced at this establishment was exceptional During the evening when I came back, I had a problem in the system to have access to my room The staff thoroughly investigated the situation and a solution was found

This usually doesn’t happen in my experienceThe breakfast experience was above par compared to most hotels of this caliber The staff in particular, Stephanie was amazing! Her professional, courteous, and welcoming approach made my experience at the Comfort Inn one that would make me return! It’s individuals such as Stephanie, that makes an experience amazing or one not worth experiencing again

It was an alright hotel Not terrible, but not great eitherThe blankets weren’t as clean as I had hoped

(Not terrible just a few small black stains on one of the beds)The hotel worker at the front had kids they brought to work, taking care of them and trying to operate the hotel at the same timeTheir situation may or may not be intentional, but it is still unprofessional and takes away from the customer service of the businessBathroom was very clean and spaciousTV worked well and had many channelsHad a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker as well all clean and in working orderThe breakfast was good Pre-made omelet, and bacon, (not crunchy), among grab and go’s such as muffins, orange juice, and coffee

Gerard Hines

Nice clean hotel Great location Close proximity to shopping and restaurants

Only problem is they advertised truck and bus parking which usually means they have ample amount of parking space for commercial trucks and buses, which was not the case Parking is very limited Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay Would definitely recommend

T. Upton

I believe the manager I was speaking to during check in was named Christian He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible As a person who travels frequently, it has been rare to find such gentleman, and professional qualities in the hospitality business~ I will add the quality of the room was also top notch

It will be a pleasure to stay here again on my next visit Thank you~

My family and I arrived in CA on a Thursday for a much needed vacation that we saved up for Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery the very next day We scrambled to find a place to stay as additional lodging was not in our budget

After spending a few nights in a cheap motel, we were able to reserve the Hampton In & Suites at a discounted rateWhen I entered the lobby, I was sure that this hotel was fairly new I was shocked to find out that it was eight years old The facility is well kept and super clean The amenities were exactly what we needed to make our trip so much easier Our room was spacious and beautiful Every staff member was accommodating, professional and kind This was a wonderful experience despite the challenges we faced Thank you!

Elisa Johnston (Average Advocate)

Android or stay here (myself with three kids and a baby) I felt safe here with my family and they were kind and generous, allowing us to go to the pool after check out and changing in the lobby bathroomsBesides strange tasting sausage, the breakfast was delicious clean and well organized

It’s very nice to not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to eat breakfast My kids were really impressed and really enjoyed thatI enjoyed taking a really nice bath and having a really nice bath amenities They’re were a few things that weren’t ideal One was at the bathroom at the pool was locked and it was actually kind of confusing which pool was ours The second was the floor in our bedroom along the edge of the carpet was exposed and hurt to stand on even though I didn’t see any nails Also I asked for a handicapped accessible room, which they gave me one right next to the elevator which I really appreciated but there was no seat in the bathroom, I think I got a hearing impaired room Even so I really appreciated that I didn’t have to walk all the way down the hall and I was glad they took that into consideration My current handicap decal is expired and I’m not using a wheelchair at the moment so that was okay, but I still need extra services and I was glad they complied in what they could Lastly there was a ton of trash in the parking lot which I feel could have easily been picked up Overall, the ambience itself was very very nice but that little detail could improve it’s appearance greatlyWe are grateful for our stay at the Hampton inn!

Princess Jimenez

I just want to say the rooms are extremely nice and elegant for a great price I love the options of food they give for complimentary breakfast especially the peanut butter cookies which are absolutely amazing! As well as the staff! Felicia the cook is very kind and much appreciated Trevor was very helpful and genuinely a cool guy

Audrey is super kind, very helpful, and funny Jackie also was very nice, attentive, and very helpful Daniel the security guard did his job making sure we were all safe You all made a great impact on our stay Thank you Hampton family for making our stay very welcoming and pleasant From Princess, little Princess and Jeff

Chose this hotel based on the reviews and ended up being disappointedChecked in Friday night and was told the elevator was out of service and we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor As of Sunday night, elevator is still broken

We made it to our room and noticed that our room door looked like someone tried to force their way in (see photos) The room was spacious, the AC worked wonderfully, no water pressure issues and the beds were of decent comfortLeft for the day on Saturday and returned late at night to find that our room was not serviced I figured it might have been because we didn’t leave the sign on the door asking for service So the next morning, we left the sign out by 7:30am came back at 9pm ready to shower only find out that our room was once again not serviced I let the front desk know and had to walk back downstairs to pick up the new towelsI personally didn’t like the hot breakfast – I felt the eggs and hash brown were bland but it was nice that it was free and not just continentalThis is an area we frequently travel to but we won’t be returning to this hotel We paid $650 for 3 nights – we expected better than what we got

Esther Fatiau

If i could give them 10 STARS, i would!!! HANDS DOWN, THE BEST HOTEL YOU’LL EVER STAY AT The whole entire staff are so friendly! The front desk, the housekeepers, the cooks and the manager Luis

They always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 100% worth it Our favorite hotel to stay at thank Karinna, the sweet front desk lady was very professional Answered all my million questions and let us know about some of the things that were wrong with our room (the fridge was leaking) Offered to move my family to different room if we wanted to which we didn’t The leak didn’t bother us a bit The sweet cookshe’s an angel Always asks if we needed anything and she’s there to help assist us if we needed anything She’s forever cleaning and helping the other customers Cleanliness is the other reason why i LOVE this place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

Rozalyn Alvarez

BW Plus Arrowhead suited us well We stayed in a whirlpool room Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, we like the little bar area with mini fridge and microwave, everything fit needs

The whirlpool could have used an extra cleaning and a drain plug that fix properly But overall the hotel stay was nice, we would recommend and visit there again

The Hyatt brand does not put hospitality above all else They automatically canceled my 2 day reservation even they had already charged my card and I showed up late Fine

When I asked for my money back the general manager of operation straight up to my face told me he will not refund the money to my third party Even though he is able to at his discretion Again he has the power to issue the refund but refused to do so Be warned this general manager of operations does not know the meaning of customer service First you put the customer out on the street, fine! Next you refuse to give the refund you can actually authorize Customer is not first here

Robert Sacks

The front desk receptionist Michelle was wonderful However from there on it was just ok The gentlemen who checked us out was in such a rush

We were told that we would be credited 1 nights parking because they needed to clean the carpets on the floor we stayed on I believe the gentleman that checked us out was Bill If I didn’t check my emailed receipt I would have caught that they overcharged us and broke their promise Again Michelle was awesome She corrected the mistake and apologized

Luke Small

Down here for an event around the corner Room was reserved over the phone and went well Everyone at the front desk was great and helpful

The room was clean and fresh Tv set up seemed a little datedLocated near tons of great food options within walking distance The swings across the street is a nice attraction to visit The morning breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereal, bacon, hashbrowns, coffee and tea, bagels & toast Very filling and deliciousWill definitely stay here again when in town

Nice manager The beds are comfortable and they have good pillows The floors are filthy

I left $10 and asked if they could mop the floor but they didn’t I saw the housekeeper’s cart and she only has a dust mop I’ve mentioned it to the front desk several times, but still no mop I’m about to go to the store and buy one I’m here until my husband gets out of the hospital Also, the washing machines don’t work and they were out of coffee

Maria Biannet Perez

This place is overrated! We requested an accessible room, and we were given a room infested with cockroaches The room was old and neglected It seemed like they barely swept after previous guests left

There were small roaches on the nightstands, the bathroom Well, they were all over the place We requested a room change because our reservation was non-refundable The new room was a little cleaner, but it was identical to the accessible one we had The accessible rooms do not seem equipped for guests requiring special accommodations We had to help my grandma because the shower didn’t have any bars or accommodations This place is deceiving on the website since it’s shown as clean and luxurious Save time and money and go somewhere else This is a motel charging hotelprices The advertised business center was no where to be found A total rip-off and disappointment

Juan Lastra Reyes

Excellent customer service, the staff is personable, and the rooms are a better value than any downtown hotel on Magnolia I was a travel nurse at the local hospital I spent about 8 months coming to this Quality Inn

The price was amazing, service was amazing I have to give a shout out to Anthony one of the front desk representatives I spent about 50 nights here and he went above and beyond for me I really appreciate it They would switch my room to the side of my choosing if it was available and the same kind of layout The rooms were what I was looking for Just a clean calm place to stay for work The people who stay here for the most part are the working class But again this is a gem My experiences at the new place I stay for work triggered me to write this review and how thankful I am to the staff But shout-out to my boy Anthony at the front desk

Loma Linda Inn was great because it had a good price for a room for 4 nights is what I stayed It’s also nice to be near a city with less traffic to deal with compared to Los Angeles They also provided breakfast to your room

The people are very nice and care about their customer satisfaction It’s very detailed to give you a parking number so that you know where you’ll park instead of trying to find parking Everything was all good except my last night I found I had a dusty tv shelf, sheets with marks on them with maybe a small hole I told general manager Pete Flores and he appreciated the feedback for future reservations

Julie Bray

I was staying here for 6 weeks while I was undergoing cancer treatments at Loma Linda University Hospital The room was dirty – the housekeeping never cleaned it the entire time I was there There were even ants in my room when initially

They would replace sheets as I requested (put my sheets outside) They had breakfast delivered everyday but the food was a dry bagel, rice pudding, an orange and a banana It was the same menu everyday The Cafe was closed due to COVID In my mind this is more of a motel than a hotel A hotel has a pool and other amenities This only offered us a room

We stayed here for five days, which included the weekend Nice place but rather generic no frills at all The room was clean and quiet on the top floor and had two days of luke warm showers for whatever reason

The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable Breakfast was just as expected for a hotel The front desk staff was friendly, and the housekeeping staff didn’t really stand out but did their jobs I suppose that’s enough, no complaints or praises I would return again for a night only

Don Cann

This is an excellent hotel I slept like a baby in the extremely comfortable beds The room was impeccably clean and the shower was exquisite

The hot breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal with berries and walnuts Everything is nice and hot Very clean and well maintained The staff was extremely helpful and friendly Stay here!!!

Courtney Kline

My husband and I were moving to the area, and stayed there for a few days until our new place was ready to be moved into It was an extremely stressful time to say the least We had a 26 foot U-Haul, a 10 foot U-Haul plus our 2 cars, and there was more than enough parking to accommodate us

This hotel is safe, quiet, clean and comfortable They offer extensive daily buffet style breakfast at no extra cost What stood out most to us was the staff Edgar went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect to provide us with a positive experience I am extremely grateful that he was on duty when we checked in, because I don’t know that anyone else would have gone out of their way to assist us the way he did Thank you, Edgar!!!

Customer service is HORRIBLE I am a truck driver and my truck was in the shop I arrived Round 3-4 am and was charged a full day until 11am

I had to pay another day so I would not be disturbed at 11am I arrived in the room and there were dirty towels on the floor in my bathroom The next day my truck was still in the shop so I needed another day I was told they were not renting rooms and I could not get another room because people don’t stay more then 2 nights After being charged for a full day already I think my race had something to do with it

Honestly I think they are stereotyping people We arrived around 2am We are truck drivers who was having our truck worked on

Upon arrival my husband informed me there were dirty towels all over the bathroom floor The next morning he stated he felt watched because everyone of the family members that stayed there walked by our door and turned around to walk back He stated they asked were is mommy We have a 3 year old daughter if mommy was around or not he is a very Very great father Our truck was still in the shop so we would have need another day We were told by housee keeping there were rooms available but they like to keep the rooms open I did see alot of people and car come in stay for 2-3 hours then leave But they all were one of two races When we asked to extend our room They informed us they don’t rent room that day Wait what aren’t you a hotel So I went to asked what was the reason Her expression sad wedont want to rent another night to you but her words said we are renovating Now you just told my husband something different I knew what it was at that moment You should definitely spend your money with another establishment

I’ve never stayed in Fontana before, just passed it by on the freeway going east On my way we decided to rest and continue in the morning We found this place and and luckily they had a room

Cool clean place We got a room with a king bed on the top floor The layout is really nice wood floor microwave iron staircase As with all hotels since Covid you will not get breakfeast and the inside is closed so you are served from the outside Left some stuff in the room and OMG it was found and saved for to me pick up when im closer to the area

Front desk was like whatever Hallways are way too narrow As soon as we enter the room the smell of dirty rug or dirty wet clothes slapped us in the face

Indoor pool with big glass windows that everyone that enters the hotel from the from lobby can see you My closet is bigger then their gym only 3 machines fit in there If you want to actually workout in that closet, you will have to go to the front desk and ask for a key Your card key will not work

14-21 Jul Just my experience, but last minute $150 damage waiver type charge was rude, unexpected, and possibly prejudical against elderly and 26 year veteran Wasn’t charged that at same hotel week before

Never charged that at any Choice since 2000 Hilton charges $40, if at all Think twice about this one Complaint filed with VA

Decent 2 night 3 day stay, room was big for 2 adults and a kid, also loved that it was within my particular budget!Location was excellent, close to freeway and dining all around, if you’re adventurous try the local restaurants, won’t be disappointed, but if you care for big chain restaurants theres plenty nearbyRoom was a bit unkempt, some stains on the bathroom wall/floor, looked yellowing in color so may have tried to clean but anyway also noticed the shower curtain was old and ripping at the seams in some areas, kind of surprising for a place with Hilton in the nameOverall couldn’t really complain, I mainly care that the bed was nice and comfy, had a TV, plenty of free parking and most of all, free wifi!!!I’d add that I did have some noisy neighbors a few rooms down the hall but the noice mostly dissipated once I shut the door and turned on the TV

Overall enjoyed the stay and will be coming back if I’m traveling to this area again, thanks

My husband and I went to this particular hotel because we enjoy the king bedroom with whirlpool inside the room We went there for just an overnight stay for Father’s day and to relax The rooms are pretty much always satisfactory, but this time was different – unacceptable and outside of the range of service and comfortability expected from Hilton

Upon checking out, we noticed that there was a large blood smear on the side of the white comforter, as to where one would sit on the side of their bed We immediately reported this incident to the front-desk staff (Sabrina), who urged us to contact the corporate office for further assistance (we took a picture for reference) Thus far, I have been on three separate calls to Hilton corporate office for assistance with the matter at hand and was advised that I would be given a case number and should receive a call back from them within 3 – 5 business days Customer service is not at all the way it use to be, unfortunately

So far my wife and I checked in at 5pm and the ROOM WAS DIRTY ON TOP THAT THEIR WAS NO ELEVATORS AND MY SON IS IN WHEEL, SO COULD NOT SWITCH TO ANOTHER ROOM I never been to hotel that was not wheel chair accessible

On top of everything my wife is having contractions, 20 minutes apart For 20000 per is not worth what we been through We booked for three days THIS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR BEST WESTERN!!!!

Think twice before booking at this property The managers, Rohan and Denisa, are insensitive and rude My loved one lost her four month old son late last night suddenly and checked in at this establishment at 1:00am in the morning

When we initially requested a late checkout and they only provided her with an additional hour even though they were at 93% occupancy I advocated that they give her until 4pm while she finalized her next steps; however, they said the best they were willing to do was an additional 30 minutes Rohan and his wife insisted that she pay for an additional night, showing that they are only concerned about monetary gain Their lack of compassion is extremely disappointing It’s unfortunate that the Best Western has these type of individuals representing their organization

This was a pretty good stay We had to be at the hospital the next morning and it was conveniently across the street I would have given 5 stars butt when we got there, our room was not clean and that was at 9:30 at night

But they did have another room ready in moments and that from was immaculate Couldn’t hear noises from other rooms; huge plus and my wife slept like a baby
