Spent one night here while attending conference Hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast was good (as usual), Check in and out done on my phone was a a breeze, staff friendly and kept the lobby water and coffee filled Didn’t have time for the pool or fitness center, but both looked clean and maintained

Had some trouble with digital key due to poor cell service (not their fault) Conveniently located to just about anything you might need

Stayed at the Hempton Inn for a few days during our trip to Richmond The building itself is pretty old but a lot of things on the inside are newly renovated The room was clean, spacious and modern looking

The complimentary breakfast was good and included on top of your typical breakfast items also hot items like eggs and sausage as well as two different types waffle batter (vanilla and blueberry) Generelly we enjoyed our stay although the renovation can get pretty loud, so keep that in mind Also while we were there they were working on the gym/pool area, which wasn’t a problem for us but if you plan to use the facilities it might be a good idea to check when those facilities will be ready for use

Traveled with a large group to stay the weekend here While we normally are quite happy with Hampton Inn stays, this one was pretty bad in cleanliness We were informed at check in that the hotel is under renovation, which our entire group was understanding of

The hotel inside and outside was covered in trash and construction debris The parking lot was littered with cardboard box trash from new televisions, plastic, construction waste included tons of nails and screws Our group picked up sharp metal all weekend to avoid damaging a tire This was mentioned to the construction crews with no change It was pretty disappointing to have so much trash laying around the hotel when a large dumpster was sitting right outside See photos Also the amount of Marijuana smell (pretty sure staff were involved as well) was quite alarming in the evening when it was smelled heaviest

My stay was excellent Very comfortable bed and pillows, clean, quiet, and overall just super nice Stefan at the front desk was awesome and the staff was amazing

I was on a road trip north and I left my gourmet spices that I purchased along my trip in the fridge and by the time I realized I was too far ahead to turn back I called and explained and they will keep them safe for me until I return next time, which will be in a couple of weeks! I will definitely be staying there again, not just because I forgot something but because it was a great place to stay! Thank you Stefan and the rest of the staff for making my stay great and keeping such a nice hotel!

If I work another assignment in Richmond I’ll stay at this hotel again I have no complaints The price was very affordable for my two month stay

The front desk ladies had great customer serviceI loved that laundry was free The gym is small but had plenty of equipment to get a good workoutThe rooms are updated I loved that the hotel room didn’t have carpet The rooms have a full kitchen with dishes The entire hotel is very clean and maintenance seem to stay up to dateThe hotel is located in a good area with stores and restaurants close by

I booked a two week extended stay with CandlewoodIt was an exceedingly disappointing experience The hotel bills itself consistently as a business hotel, yet it was incredibly hard to conduct business here

The staff was inconsistent with service and information I found it hard to conduct meetings during business hours; the clientele is very disruptive and the hotel cleaning staff are very loud in the halls On several occasions I had to switch the audio of my video calls to avoid interference from their screaming and shouting in the hallwaysRooms are clean but hallways and all common areas are exceedingly dirty Again, this is not a business hotel; more like a motel level of guest, staff and service and clienteleThe wifi is incredibly weak and you are subjected to multiple connection issues when attempting to use it I finished the remainder of my stay in Richmond at an alternative businessAvoid this place

Great stay Rooms always clean (as expected), Hilton brands have never let me downStaff very friendly & accommodating

Location great with shops & restaurants right outside the back door There is a fountain with pond and ducks-Will definitely be staying there againI might add they are a pet friendly location which I personally think is great for those traveling (I am an animal lover) They have a certain floor dedicated to pets so if you are concerned about staying in a “pet friendly room” you can always request another floor Absolutely all the animals I saw while there (3 days) were well behavedThey even allowed me to check in early (like early early) lol because I was fighting storms & tornadoes all the way in so I arrived earlier than normal trying to stay ahead of themLess than 10 minutes after I unloaded the truck the skies opened up I am truly appreciative of them going above and beyond to help me out

I am currently staying at this location Really nice facility and I usually don’t post negative comments but this is a location that business travelers should avoid So all went well during check in, I had a very nice dinner at the restaurant

Then I came to my room to clean up and get ready for bed As I completed “doing my business” in the lavatory, I went to reach for the toilet paper, There was none! I managed through the “awfulness” and called downstairs to the front desk I informed them there was no toilet paper in the bathroom The gentleman at the front desk said “there’s some for me at the front desk” I asked to clarify “you want me to come and get it” He replied “yes!” If you’re used to quality customer service avoid, at all cost, this location

love is

My stay was great there is something that I think needs to be addressed and that’s the accessibility of the hotel there is ample handicap parking spaces but I noticed there were times during my stay they were all occupied by cars that had NO indication of a pass or marked tag or window placardsAllowing those cars to remain there while guest that really need the spots was very disappointing and inconvenient There were two cars that never moved and after observing the leaves and other indicators of long term weathering collected on the two cars it was clear they had been parked there for so time, they were probably parked there and left that they weren’t even current guess if the hotel

Please monitor that situation to ensure that there is accessible parking available for those who really need it

The suites are in run down condition It is a pet friendly environment and all you hear at various times of the day and night are dogs barking, growling, and/or howling This is NOT a place to stay if you have any type of sinus or allergy issues

I repeat: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF SINUS OR ALLERGY ISSUES! The deadbolts barely turn, the anchor for the latch doors were barely in tact Our room was absolutely horrible The carpets need to be replaced The bathrooms were not cleaned properly The mattress on the pull out sofa was covered in yellow stains and needed to be BURNED! There was a group of 7 or 8 girls who were allowed to run up and down the staircase and throughout the halls with no adult supervision They were loud and disruptive As a Marriott member, I was disheartened to see this location in such conditions (Please note: there is a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel alongside the The Residence Inn & Suites where we lodged and what I am writing this review on)Those, I didn’t have the opportunity to check out The ventilation system needs to be replaced and ducts deep cleaned The first room I was in had black dust on the bed and tables from where it came out of the air ducts The ceiling showed signs of water damage as well The gentleman was quick to switch my room However, the bedding was quite uncomfortable I broke out in hives For $300/night, customers should be getting better accommodations

My dear friend worked here and she has a physical disability I have known this woman since she was 7 years old and she is the kindest, sweetest, most loving and caring person I have ever had the privilege of knowing This hotel management is ABLEIST and fired her

Not only this, but they blamed her termination on her behavior towards guests, stating lies about her character The management here has treated her badly since the beginning of her time there I am disgusted and appalled My friend is the most innocent and considerate person you will ever meet She only ever treats others how she wants to be treated I will not let this go lightly and am of the mind to contact the Better Business Bureau If you have loved ones or know of others with disabilities, do not insult them by supporting this disgusting hotel and their shameful management SHAME ON YOU, MARRIOTT!

K. Nguyen

The room was ok The first room we got, the A/C didn’t work It took several calls and complaints to management before they switched rooms for us

Management keeps saying they turned on the A/C and that it was smart despite us saying it wasn’t running at all The second room’s cleanliness was a bit questionable and there were some smells and food stuck behind the doors Breakfast was the usual that you would find at many Marriott that offer free breakfast The pool was a bit cloudy more than I would like

I only give this 2 stars because of the renovation We stayed here 2 years ago and it was terrible Old, dirty, and the breakfast was a joke

The only thing that has improved has been the renovation Everything is MUCH more modern, so good job thereHalf the outlets in our room didn’t work, the floor was dirty, and worst of all, THERE WAS FOOD LEFTOVER IN THE FRIDGE That’s disgusting and unacceptableThe breakfast options were once again limited and the breakfast area was like a shoeboxWe will NOT be staying here ever again It’s a joke that this is considered to be a Hilton brand hotel

L Hargrove

Stayed here for one night this past weekend and it’s not worth the price Check-in was smooth and the Associate was very polite Only one elevator was working

Once getting into the room and getting settled I noticed peanuts in the floor, and a bug in the floor I opened the fridge and it was filthy In addition, there was an open container of milk and water in the fridge that previous guests had left behind There were also long black hairs in the bedding This wouldn’t be my “go to” hotel again

Liz Hardy

Beware Service Dog Handlers, this hotel goes against ADA regulations and illegally charges pet fees for service dogs The woman at the front desk was extremely rude when I told her about the law and said it was up to them and they charge everyone the pet even if it is a legit service dog My dog is medical equipment and covered by ADA

Even when booking on the site it said only pets are charged fees I’m not sure if the lady at the front desk is doing this to pocket the money but it’s completely illegal

Staff is amazingly kind The main room is a great size, plenty of space Bathroom is a great size and shower is very large

Bathroom has rusted toilet paper holder and door(see pics) The shower head has mineral and lime buildup(see pic) And there’s a strange stain on the front of the sink wood(see pic)No continental breakfast option but that’s normal for a Bonvoy, however there’s a restaurant serving breakfast from 0630-1030The beds have a nice selection of pillows and the comforter/sheets are good quality There’s a nice shelf with bottled water right at the entrance (can’t miss it) And to my surprise the remote control is inside a plastic bag (see pic) with a card stating all the surfaces they clean that most people wouldn’t think of(see pic)The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they’re not individually portioned, they’re in a dispenser, which I find to be unsanitary and open to having anyone put any chemical they want inside the containers(see pic) so id suggest bringing your own The shower head comes out like a tsunami and doesn’t adjust pressure l, only pattern; if you have kids this will be a problem as it is very powerful and may be painful for them to useOverall, this hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms are is clean, and reasonably priced for what is provided They could benefit from polishing the metal surfaces, fixing the rusted door in this room, ensuring the front of the bathroom cabinet is wiped down, changing the shower head or at least cleaning it, and returning to the individual dispensers

This was the midpoint to my destination Staff was friendly & rooms were very clean First time bringing my dog to a hotel

It was nice to see other dogs there and how pet friendly it was You would never know that dogs were in the buildingDefinitely would revisit this location

Langley

The sink and shower were both awful The toilet made very loud clanks whenever you sat on it or moved an inch Horrible water pressure, women at the front desk were cold bordering on rude

Our second night the room next to us was very loud I called guest services and they said they would handle itThe partiers were loud until 2am When I asked the next morning they said I would have had to call several times because the first one is only a warningThey should have told me that on the phone If they say they are handling it why on earth would I push the issue They said something was being doneWhen I complained (politely) woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive and accused me of getting loud which was definitely not trueThe bar was pretty nice though

We had a wedding block here over Memorial Day weekend All weekend long the staff were absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff allowed our guests to hang out in the common area since all of us were from out of town/state As the bride and groom, we chose to stay at a different hotel and that was our biggest mistake because we had a terrible experience

On the Sunday after our wedding, we asked if there were rooms available here for us to stay one night to enjoy time with our friends and family that were still in town Keala & Markea were amazing! They are so incredibly kind and friendly- they went out of their way to make us feel special The cleaned a room and had it ready very quick and also gave us an upgraded room that was HUGE!! We are so grateful for them and can’t highly recommend this place enough If you’re looking for a hotel to stay at, or a place to have a wedding block, do yourself a favor and choose Holiday Inn Express Brandermill!

Cristina Alfon

Stayed here for one night Breakfast is good , and room is spacious Sheets clean and soft

Pillows are firm Full breakfast is acceptable Thanks to Keala , desk agentVery busy main road but the noise is under-control

Aminah Lockhart

After traveling all day with four young kids I was extremely disappointed to check into my room at the Holiday Inn Express Brandermill and find that linens on the pull out couch had not been changed There was trash and crumbs in the couch and blood on the sheets There was also no cushion on the chair in the corner

It made my family extremely uncomfortable and question how clean everything else was I have pictures if neededThat being said Raven at the front desk went above and beyond to help She was courteous and kind There seemed to be all types of problems with house keeping during our check in and Raven took it upon herself to change the linens on our pull out bed and made sure the room was acceptable to stay in Raven singlehandedly saved our stay I was extremely close to requesting a refund and leaving I would only stay here again if I knew Raven was the one behind the front desk Would give zero stars if not for Raven

This is the second time I stayed at this location The rooms were clean and the staff was greatI only gave the room four stars because the bottom of the curtains were grungy from the AC blowing on the bottoms of them

The staff should have seen they needed to be cleaned a long time agoI always stay at IHG and the location was less than a half a cup of coffee away from when I need to be PerfectGood food across the road and also a few minutes down the street I didn’t get upgraded this time probably due to last minute reservation the night beforeFriendly staff and nice outdoor pool for the family Great pantry selection and free breakfast in the morning

Johan Weststeijn

They had a suite with one side with two king size beds and a full bathroom and the connecting room was more of a living room with a pull out couch and a full bathroom The price was very fair especially on Easter weekend The staff were very friendly and helpful

The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable The breakfast had eggs, two kinds of sausages, pancakes, oatmeal, bagels, cinnamon buns, cereal, yogurt, oranges, bananas, and I don’t know what else, there were lots of choicesThis was a very nice place to stay, we needed to be at the Richmond airport and the location was just fineGreat place to stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family Lovely rooms with lots of space to stretch out after a long day in the car We had a late lunch in the hotel restaurant and felt really safe in the large, well ventilated space

We had dinner in our room since it was a bit more crowded by then Though there are other places nearby to eat, the food in-house was excellent with several really good vegan options The staff was incredible, there was always someone to ask a question of, we requested extra linens and received them immediately The market by the front desk was also very convenient for last minute things When I went to load up the car before sunrise, there was security personnel in the lobby which made me feel safer about being outside alone in the dark Our only critique is that our room had a door to connect it to the adjacent room We heard some loud talking /laughing late at night It was very minor and it seems if you are close to the door your neighbor will hear you

This is a must stay!! If I had more time I would have booked extra nights! The hotel is simply beautiful and the staff is super friendly I met and spoke with a manager (Mr Matt) , dishwasher (Mr

Tim) , clerk (Mr Phil) and server (Ms Brittney) all in 1 day and every last person was very kind and professionalI didn’t have opportunity to see pool or workout area but rest assured you will not be disappointed with your stay at this hotel It’s somewhat secluded BUT you are close to restaurants etcThey were having a wedding when I arrived As a titanium member I was able to go to club on 7th floor for cocktails ($5 each) and breakfast the next morningI highly recommend staying at this hotel!!! The photos online are an exact representation of what to expect!!!

Lamont Ross427

Did not rate the rooms because we have not stayed there But the 1st impression was wonderful, we went to see if we can see the place We are looking for a place to have our wedding reception, the Manager took time to show myself & wife the facility & he explained that he had his wedding there

Great 1st impression, so we are thinking about hosting our wedding reception there Really nice

This review is more for the customer service than the stay or facilities I left a nice pair of nice sunglasses and didn’t realize it until 3 weeks after my stay I thought I had just lost them, but didn’t know where

I called, a rep asked me to describe the lost sunglasses, confirmed they were in the lost and found, and offered to have them shipped to me I paid the postage, emailed them the label, and got my shades back a few days later Thank you!!The hotel was nice place to spend a few days while my son had a swim meet in the area Please staff, decent breakfast early in the morning, and nice desk area in the room that made it easy to do some zoom meetings

I wish I could leave ten stars! This location is fantastic- ample parking, extremely clean, beautiful interior and best of all above-and-beyond staff like Merry Roseme Everyone we interacted with was wonderful, but she really made sure we were happy and enjoyed our stay at the hotel We will only stay at this hotel from now on when in Richmond (which is often)

Oh, the round-the-clock coffee and great breakfast spread in the morning were also much appreciated!

Room was very comfortableHowever, the bathroom door did not close There was gunk all over the bathroom fan

There was hair stopping up the shower drain that I had to remove to get the shower to drain at all (eww) No soap for the dishwasher in our room at allHardly any toilet paper left on the roll and no backup rolls in the room so I went down to get more There was no one at the desk, which I understand, they can’t be there all the time, but there was no way to contact anyone and calling the phone just rang the deskwhere there was no one All in all had to wait for 15 min for toilet paperI mean, the room was very comfy, and we had a good time on our trip, but for $200+ a night before taxI really feel the details were lacking Especially the bathroom door that wouldn’t close There’s just no way someone didn’t know about that

Stayed here unknowingly on a Friday night as I was passing through on a family trip There is a nightclub at the hotel next door and you can hear it like it’s right beside your room until they close! I am a bonvoy member and this isn’t the standard I’m used to with Marriott I called down to say something and was told the girl was the only person there – and she couldn’t do anything about it or provide points as a concession for the noise

Don’t stay here on a weekend

Do not stay here – black mold issue and the response by hotel management was unprofessional! I noticed my room (218) smelled a little musty when I arrived this evening but thought it was due to the AC being off Before going to bed I went to close the curtains and noticed the black mold spores on both sides next to the HVAC unit The wall to the right has mold growth and the carpet is growing mushrooms

I called the front desk to request a new room They called me back after speaking to the General Manager to let me know that they could refund my money if I wanted to leave but they had no available rooms at this property – this was around 11 PM Of course I was not happy with being put out and not given an option to transfer to another Marriott property I requested more options only to be given a list of local hotels in the area and their numbers for me to find a place myself Completely unprofessional Marriott! An hour later I found my own hotel and some allergy medicine that I hope will alleviate the stuffy head and headache that I have now This was our company’s hotel of choice but their response to not give me more assistance solidified that my coworkers and I will not return Titanium Elite Member

I cannot understand why the Fairfield Inn & Suites Midlothian receives so many positive reviews I will acknowledge and agree, that the employees were professional, polite, and respectful during our recent stay However, this was one of the worst stays my family and I have had at a hotel in quite some time

Some of the challenges experienced: Broken room Telephone, Large Cob Webs hanging from the ceiling, dirty bathroom counters, bathtub drained slowly when taking shower, broken sink faucet, housekeeping entering room without knocking, hotel power flickering, and to add insult to injury…our entire room would randomly begin to shake…yes shake To illustrate our challenge, we placed a cup of water on the nightstand and recorded the water rippling each time the room would shake After some initial denial, a facilities representative acknowledged the shaking and said an HVAC System on the roof may be the cause I cannot recommend the Fairfield Inn & Suites Midlothian

My wife and I stayed here The stay was fine but when I got home realized we were charged a smoking fee of 250 dollars The bigger problem is neither me or my wife smoke! We called to see what was goin on and was told they couldn’t reimburse us the money because they had to call the fire department

I laughed out loud it was so ridiculous, Now we’re out 250 dollars for something we had absolutely nothing to do with and it’s literally their word against ours, this place is a total rip off!!! Do not stay here!!

I love this hotel! My stay was very luxurious, clean and every amenity was available for use The room itself was decorated very well and very functional for working and relaxing I love that there’s an indoor pool and jacuzzi and access to a washer/dryer to wash my clothes during my visit

I was able to use the computer to print with great ease Hot breakfast was available, but my only suggestion to offer other meat options other the pork and having a small amount of vegan cheese available upon request I was very limited to what I could eat to ensure a hearty meal because the main options were pork

Stayed for the weekend, Friday night to Sunday Greeted with a smile and staff was very helpful Was allowed to change rooms upon arrival then previously booked (2 beds not available when booked)

Enjoyed the breakfast but beware coffee was very hot Hotel was clean and comfortable, worth the money Blankets on bed were a little light, if your cold natured I recommend bringing a blanket My friend and I did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to hours Wish it was open a little later, maybe 10p to 11p for Adults only It would be nice to relax in hot tub after spending the day exploring And pool/hot tub were closed on Sunday which was a bummer because we wanted to use hot tub before checking out since check out is 12 pm (which was great) It’s near many local restaurants and bars so we loved its convenient location Definitely would recommend

Stayed here for 4 nights last weekend of June ’22 for a lacrosse tournament and a trip to Kings Dominion I can’t say enough about the front desk staff, super friendly and helpful The room/bathroom was clean and I would say updated, but I don’t know when it was built

So I will just say it was up to date It had a wall mounted 50 inch tv and the bathroom mirror was a nice touch Also, the location is great It’s close to everything you need because you forgot something, from sporting goods, grocery stores, restaurants and a very nice outdoor mall

Mark Stottlemyer

The only reason I am giving this hotel a two star review is because of the location, other than that it was an actual nightmare To start off our stay here, my family and I got stuck in the elevator with our friends When the elevator finally situated itself and let us out, a woman standing on the floor told us that it has gotten stuck multiple times that day

With that knowledge we went down to talk to the staff at the front door who did nothing about it No closing the elevator or telling guests that the elevator may trap you for a while Saturday afternoon we asked the front desk for towels for the pool We were told there was towels out there already, funny enough there was no towels (of course) So we go back in and ask for more and after having eyes rolled at us someone was sent out with hand towels for the pool My friend was swimming in the pool after all that and got a shard of metal stuck into his toe and the light for the pool came out of the wall and was floating next to the wall Let’s just say that was the end of our time in the pool This experience has made us rethink ever staying in a Holiday Inn again

At this location: Front desk staff when I arrived was great Breakfast is the best of all the chains especially for vegetarians Love the pancake machine

The rooms look pretty new, nicely maintained Love the KeurigIHG: The only thing missing to make this my favorite and the superior chain is access to streaming programs from the TV like Netflix or Amazon

It’s located in a convenient enough area, many cafes and food options close by, though it’s quite a haul into downtown Richmond There was plenty of parking Room was fine

The layout of the room is a little weird, but it’s spacious Front desk staff was courteous Breakfast wasn’t good— they just couldn’t stock anything— yet ran around needling to ask us all our room numbers, instead of stocking the food I mean, the hotel KNOWS how many folks are staying there in a given night and should be able to provide what they say they provide

Donna Griffin

I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place Richmond/Arboretum The hotel was very clean and very well maintained The staff was wonderful

I especially want to highlight an employee – Benjamin He went above and beyond each and every day of my stay He was very courteous and answered all of my questions and he provided excellent customer service

Elizabeth Dores

Rooms were clean enough, breakfast was good Service could have been better I accidentally left an item that my late sister left me in the room

I call the same day we left and the next 2 days Even offered a reward The man at the desk said housekeeping found nothing It was a white long sleeve wrap left on the bed If that room had been cleaned someone would have found it I told them I would pay postage I left it accidentally and I knew someone would be kind enough to return it I know I would have We arrived at the hotel 6-21-22 and left 6-22-22We were with Johnny and Linda Hewett Bus Tour Group I’m so upset it can’t be replaced, it couldn’t have taken that much trouble I’m sorry to say you can’t take pride in your employees I know it was found had to be, unless they don’t the rooms Won’t ever be staying there again A lot of family and friends travel, I’m sure they won’t be staying there eitherI’m hoping and praying this situation can be fixed and I get my wrap back I would be truly gratefulThank you,Louise Dores

The good: This is an older hotel, and it shows its age, but the bed was comfortable, linens were clean and no stains, AC did the job, water pressure in the shower was incredible Breakfast was good; the make your own waffle thing is pretty neat and the lady manning the breakfast was friendlyThe bad: The bathroom was not clean

The toilet seat was up with dried urine clearly visible on the underside of the seat I had sanitary wipes with me, so I just cleaned it myself Since I was cleaning the toilet, I started just wiping down the whole bathroom The tub was also in need of a real scrubbing, leaving residue on my wipes The shower head had lime scale that should be removed The sink faucet was broken in a way that it sprays water forward The floor had a handful of hairs Honestly,, I should probably give a 2 just bc of the bathroom I didn’t need it, but the microwave was also dirty insideOdd: There was no ice machine in the building, but there was the old standard hotel ice bucket in the roomI waffled on leaving a review, but when I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was, or if I had any feedback So, here it is

Karen C

Hotel is tired and in need of renovations Carpet was so dirty I had to wear my sandals when in the room Dark hairs on the wash cloths and shower wall

House staff was rude when I asked for clean cloths Bd was extremely soft Room was noisy from guests outside who were drinking and smoking just below our room Fro t desk staff were very pleasant

Miriam Silver

Avoid this one Lovely lovely staff, truly, BUT dirty rooms Not upgraded Bugs in sink, leftover peoples dirt and wrappers on floor

Not vacuumed Likely not sanitized AND gave us key card but walked into someone else’s room during day when they were sleeping or whatever Not our room EGads It was dark People there Mistakes, yes, but all told, extremely difficult experience Borrowed sheets and blankets from local friend, afraid of whatever in the room Sheesh Not confident on Best Western Really didn’t want to give any stars Dark dirty drab old rooms

Best hotel I’ve stayed in My wife and I could not have been happier Quiet rooms, well equipped, outstanding staff – everyone we met was super friendly, including the maintenance staff! Great breakfast, and the hotel offers a free dinner experience as well as drinks

The entire atmosphere made our stay so enjoyable We shall return!

Teresa Gunter

Exceptionally pleasant check-in with a personable young man who I can only identify as a student at Liberty UniversityFull disclosure: I was more than taken aback and worried about the safety of our vehicle and a quiet night due to people hanging around at the back entrance drinking and smoking the intoxicating stuff and who repeatedly yelled at us until we acknowledged themOnce inside, the din of children at a pool party also had me worried because sometimes those parties continue late into the night in guest rooms

Not to worry Our hall was quiet Our room was quiet and restful Most important—the room and linens were sparkling clean!! We slept well and enjoyed a hearty breakfast included with our room When I requested a late check out, the staffer was more than agreeable
