They’ve really thought of most everything a family could need at this hotel We had one of the rooms w the kitchen area and it was great Everything is really clean, plenty of towels, even dishes and different things you would need in the kitchen like plates, pots pans

You just bring your food/ingredients They also have laundry which isn’t on the website but they do have it which was a pleasant surprise Pool, grounds, and brreakfast in the AM were also nice

Laura Isely

My family loved this little garden paradise in the middle of the city The gardens surrounding our room where beautiful and we loved the large and comfortable space around the pool We had fun having a family shuffle board contest in the morning after enjoying a light continental breakfast

The room was not fancy but was very clean and offered plenty of space and storage for my family of 4 We loved having a small kitchen to make light meals or snacks The staff were very accommodating with any requests we had

Joe Simpson

We just wanted to get away from Fort Lauderdale so decided to go to the West Coast just for an overnight stay to cleanse our brains I booked the room the day before and the price was very reasonable for a last minute booking Check in was at 4:00 p

m but we arrived early We asked if we could check in but our room wasn’t ready BUT another one was so they allowed us to check in early Already #1 in my book We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room It was like an efficiency apartment A complete kitchen with stove, fridge, sink, dishes, silverware, microwave, pots, pans, plastic cups, along with dish liquid and a dish rag You don’t see this anymore The room was extremely clean You open the sliding doors to the garden where a table with an umbrella stood So lovely and tranquil The pool was nearby Also, they are Pet Friendly We had to bring our dog because we didn’t have anyone to watch her She loved it too I can’t say enough good things about our stay We will definitely be recommending The Fairways Inn to everyone we know and WE WILL BE BACK Thank you for a lovely stay

My husband our little dog and I have stayed at the hotel a total of three times the first two times we had no problem The third time housekeeping came in a hour early than five hours after we checked out we were told to not come back because supposedly we trashed the room and my dog used the bathroom inside the room and made the room smell horrible When asked why it took five hours for them to call us and why housekeeping and no one informed us after we checked out since we stayed to eat and the lady who called said that was irrelevant that we weren’t welcomed back

RES RES

We stayed for two nights and liked both the location and the size/layout of the room (2 Queen Suite) The price was better than others in the area, but it was still overpriced and is the reason for only 4 stars The room was clean, the breakfast was ok (appreciated the large granola bar selection for teens who just wanted something quick to go), the pool was clean and a nice temperature, and the staff was friendly

We had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night so we all had to wait outside for the fire truck to come I was surprised the inconvenience wasn’t mentioned at check out at all There was plenty of free parking and the diamond member spots were often available We would definitely stay again

Jason Bigelow

Pool is fine Rooms are good size with desk but only 3 shelves for clothes Toilet would not flush unless you pulled to top off to move the mechanism

The biggest disappointment was the WIFI internet only worked for 1 of the 5 days we were there Close to Hertz arena I saw good reports of hot breakfast (Eggs and meats) but I didn’t think it was very good Cold breakfast was fine along with the portage and waffles with the extras Breakfast staff is friendly but front desk not as nice Very cool use of digital key for the room but didn’t work at the pool or other locked areas

Jonathan Diehl

So it was Mac’s first night behind the check in counter and he did great explaining the services and check in process The room was clean, but the tv did not work (nevermind the 1950’s remote), nor did the phone to contact the front desk! As I explained this when I got to the front desk I was offered no explanation

As I was waiting for the elevator, I overheard the conversation between workers saying it will work tomorrow! Being that I am bringing my child to college and will be staying in the area many times over the next few years, I will not be staying here!

Quentin Collier (Q)

Calling the corporate reservation line was a huge headache so after booking online and arriving things began to get better Upon check in the front desk was very friendly, price matched priceline which was nice and quickly gave me my room key The room was clean, spacious and comfortable

The only issue I had was with service during the evening, I had called the front desk to ask for a few replacement items and they said I could just come to the front to grab them When I stay at a hotel vs motel one of the things I expect is convenience The front desk eventually sent someone to replenish items so at the end it was okay but definitely encourage the evening service improve Overall a nice stay and would come back

Logan Hawke

The room was awesome & the pool was a great experience The balcony has the AC displacing the heat directly into the balcony area, so you choose between a comfortable quiet balcony or a cooled room in Florida The dining & pool was serviced by a single person

The food was mediocre The location was great Definitely a middle of the ground experience

Gordon Wainwright

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to my needs My room was ready and waiting upon arrival The hotel is conveniently located for necessities, entertainment and shopping

DoorDash and the hotel staff complimented each other well Hotel parking is well planned out; I didn’t have to walk a mile to get the hotel after parking the car when I returned to the hotel late at night

Part of the Hilton family of hotels Nice Hotel as far as furnishings, beds etc Not the cleanest of hotels

At least, not as clean and detailed as their sister hotel chain the Hampton Inn My wife said the bath tub wasn’t bath worthy In other words, not clean enough Dirt in the corners Carpet not vacuumed well I know A little nit picky but cleaning could be better Only one out of all the staff I saw was wearing a mask and he was the one fixing the omelettes So if that bothers you, avoid this hotel Really good breakfast with a big variety of choices Custom made omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, bread, pancakes, coffee and watered down juice Very friendly staff despite being maskless Comfortable beds and nice room furnishings which included a small fridge and microwave Working flat screen in the bedroom and front room Large bathroom with no exhaust fan Would I stay in another Embassy Suites, yes This one is not really close to any of the typical attractions of southwest Florida like the beach

Spike Hopkins

We always go to embassy suites and we were accustomed to their great rooms and service We noticed over the pandemic the service went down and the free breakfast and free managers drink special went away But it’s great to see that this Embassy Suite is back running 100%

The managers drink special was very nice and they even have IPAs on draft The breakfast was the best Embassy Suites breakfast we’ve ever hadThey offered eggs scrambled or made to order by a chef Fresh fruit, coffee and juices They have a variety of pancakes waffles bacon ham and corned beef hash The meats rotate daily as to which one will be featuredThey do not offer daily maid service unless it’s requested But that’s okay due to the current situation in the hotel industry If you need any supplies the front desk has them on hand to giveThe staff was incredibly nice in all areas of the hotelThe Embassy suites has a incredibly large swimming pool with enough lounge chairs for the entire hotel occupants to sit They also have a hot tubOverall this is probably in the top three of the best Embassy suites we’ve ever been in

Hoyt Phillips

Had a nice stay here recently The staff was very friendly and helpful The pool area is nice with a separate hot tub and a large covered area

The rooms are what you’d expect The hotel is dated but it’s clean The breakfast and evening drinks and light snacks were nice The one negative was low shower pressure We were on the 2nd floor and I was surprised at how low it was Overall a good stay and the location is very convenient to 75

I feel the need to go out of my way to leave a review for this place! (I usually don’t bother) We had an INCREDIBLE time here! I read other reviews right before we came and got scared, but we did not experience any broken amenities etc The property was beautiful, well taken care of, and had enough to do! Our room was gorgeous and bigger than expected, the pools were amazing and there was even a sauna and steam room

The private beach was so cool and super nice that it wasn’t packed Prices of food and drinks were the worst part but that’s expected We would definitely return to this property anytime!! Thank you Hyatt!

Kara M

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quaint condo My son and I stayed in the two bedroom two bathroom apartment Newly renovated with nice decor

Came with a galley style open concept kitchen with a dining area and living room We did not hang out too much in the room too much as there is a great pool area with a lazy river The cabanas are extremely reasonably priced and come with a tv that you can use your streaming services on as well as a mini refrigerator We also took the short shuttle boat ride to the private beach that they offer Super nice experience not very crowded at all They also sell drinks and small snacks at the beach The staff is super friendly and very helpful Highly suggest this hotel/timeshare

The rooms are nice! I wish that they’d offer a little more lighting though The breakfast was very well organized and offered a lot of options They kept it very clean

We watched a few guests take excessive amounts of food out of the breakfast area, that was sad to see The patio was really nice Nice pool but no hot tub The desk staff was very polite Ample parking Close proximity to a good variety of stores

G Rexer27

Very nice hotel placed in a nice location within walking distance to many shops and dining The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had Our room was nice and clean with modern amenities such as refrigerator, mini range and microwave

Room and a nice big flat panel TV with many cable channels to choose fromIn the back of the hotel were two large BBQs available to grill sitting on a nice patio Had a decent sized poolIncluding was a very nice selection of breakfast items in a nice dining area The people preparing the cooked food were very pleasant as wellBecause of the friendly staff, nice rooms and the ideal location for shops and dining I highly recommend staying here

Jasmine Lopez

A Beautiful hotel stay and we definitely will come back again! We had an amazing two bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, all of the amenities and everything was clean, organized and the hotel staff was absolutely amazing, from the front desk check-in, to housekeeping, etc we loved our complimentary morning breakfast, a full breakfast bar with hot breakfast items and we loved the grill/pool/fitness center… They have a great aerial view of a beautiful lake where you can go fishing 10/10 we highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Courtyard Marriott Naples They helped me with a birthday surprise They decorated the room with balloons, banner and streamers

They accepted the Publix delivery and made sure to put all the items away for me It was a great surprise could not have done it with out their help The pool and hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day Look forward to staying there again

Alexa Hernandez

Had a decent stay The only reason I did not rate this as a 4 or above were as followed For the hotel being recently renovated less than 3 years ago it was very flawed

The shower head and shower faucet in our room was leaky, the faucet was not sealed properly, the beds were in OK conditions but the mattress was a tad bit poor since I could feel some springs The house keeping service needs to do a better job at cleaning as when I arrived I found hair from the previous guest, the floors were super dirty and full of crumbs and other debris and the sliding glass door was disgusting I went out of my way to go to the store to buy some cleaning supplies because even the shower was dirty as I could see the scum on it and I was not going to give my toddler a bath in a dirty shower Hotel was spot on when request where made which is good but apart from that some upkeep is needed Staff is attentive and very nice so that’s a plus

Tamika Fraser

Bill was So Helpful and Friendly at Check onHotel is newly updated with hard wood floor (So much nicer than carpet)Great location and there’s a mini starbucks!

Fantastic staff from manager to front desk to maintenance to janitorial Everyone has been so helpful Love the restaurant and Tiki Bar – 2 for 1 drink specials are great

Music almost all day which we enjoy And right on a beautiful wide beach Everything shuts down around 10 so not too late for a good night’s sleep This is an older property but it was exactly what we were looking for

Chelsea Besselsen

This place was an absolute gem to stay at! Our rooms were facing the courtyard and had a blast dancing to the band The tiki bar has the friendliest employees and all around make you feel like you’ve been vacationing there for years The pool is perfect temperature, and if you forget a floaty like we did there’s a gift shop right there! Cannot wait to come back, thank you for the best time and memories!

FRANK SOLORZANO

So let me be fair, I paid for the location, you are within walking distance to the beach Great location! But this is not a resort or you will get a luxury room, the rooms are small and the furniture and appliances are outdated, the outside not well kept at all, the pool is small, with 10 people inside the pool was crowded If you are looking for a hotel with beach front this is affordable in comparison to the other places, but do your research

With in walking distance you have great choices for breakfast dinner or lunch The cleaning staff work hard to make sure you’re room is clean Great job guys! So do your research before you book your vacation

Was booked into this hotel for a work trip and was really pleased with the experience The rooms are spacious and well looked after My room had a great view out over the small lake at the front of the hotel

The complimentary breakfast was very good and changed every morning It was a nice surprise from an English guys perspective to be able to have “biscuits” and gravy in the morning There is not a great deal around the hotel, lots of strips malls but mostly with services like dentists and gyms Great location to access the amazing golf course in the area If you are planning a golf trip or work trip in the area, I would recommend staying here They have a nice swimming pool and gym also!

Hotel was great!!! No complaints the room was clean The covers smelled like chlorine wich is a good indicator that the bed covers have been disinfected

There is a vending machine and ice machine on the second floor It does take credit cards Breakfast was a bit disappointing but nothing horrible Coffee, juice, toast, butter, and danish with milk and cereal Wish they had eggs and bacon but I understand for the price it might be too much Overall great stay

Kerry Krivoshein

I’m not sure if it was new or recently remodeled, but this is a template for what a traveler’s hotel should be Rooms were a little bigger than average, bathrooms were a bit small, but had plenty of room for storing extra towels, etc Floors were composite tile rather than the usual carpeting that gets dirty easily

Check in and check out was virtual, that is, a hotel employee was on a TV screen interacting with patrons in the lobby Parking was easy as was access in and out of the building There was an employee always cleaning something Breakfast was excellent and on time Beam me up, Scotty! The future is here!

Angela Valentin

Again this hotel manager lied The hotel does have bed bugs We have written proof from the doctor

She said she has never seen a case so bad in her life The Lee County Health Dept will be notified with the sickening photos of the bites over my husband’s body Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs If anyone wants photos I will share with you

Stayed at this property this week and found hotel and staff excellent Juli at Front Desk was very nice and Jean from Operations addressed AC system in room (even though he had already clocked out)We were in town on a friend’s family matters and it was nice to have a comfortable getaway each evening before we dove back into family projects each day

Also, breakfast was tasty and the Newspaper (USA Today) was appreciated, as I had not seen physical newspapers at any hotel in US/overseas since before the pandemic Much appreciated entire stay 😊

We booked the Homewood Suites as a last-minute stay between Christmas and New Years This hotel is in a centrally located area with plenty of food options around It’s not far from the beach and about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers airport

The front desk staff was great We were always greeted when we came in the front doorBreakfast was complimentary It didn’t look that great for us and frankly, there are some excellent breakfast and brunch locations in the area We only grabbed coffee and a danishThe room was clean and comfortable My wife thoroughly loved the bed but it was a little stiff for my tasteHousekeeping is not cleaning the rooms daily because of the virus This isn’t that big of a deal but I do miss it Honestly, it’s one of the perks of travel that I think I always took for granted

Bella Montalvo

Location is perfect! Close to beaches eatery grocery and retail stores! The facility is run down needs improvement beds are smaller than your standard queen size At the time of my visit, we couldn’t enjoy the complimentary breakfast by 8:15-8:30am all the food was gone! Staff let guests no additional food will be cooked This hotel is pet friendly

Please be aware Of dogs walking around in the cafeteria, sitting area and pool side Digital key didn’t work The hotel is loud/noisy They didn’t have enough towels to give to guests We are a family of 5 we only received 2 towels per day Guests were at the pool drinking alcohol and playing music loudly I found their rates to be high I’m guessing they are pricey because of their location which is the only thing great about this hotel other than that, its poor service all around, I do Not recommend!

The room was even better then pictured and promised We were in room 5 The decor was so cozy

I now want my own LED fireplace Parking is limited, but luckily they’re quick to respond to text messages, so we were able to secure parking nearby via the manager The bed was a cozy king and linens were comfortable Finding two welcome flavored seltzers and coffee with sugar and creamer was a nice touch The Continental was unexpected but appreciated The water side of the place was so relaxing, we spent time relaxing there and socializing with other guests And Prime steakhouse in the corner was another gem! Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the water We’ll definitely be back!

Bonita Springs has been on my getaway list for awhile and I finally checked it off Let me start by saying, I will be back and I will want to stay here again I was skimming through hotels on google that checked certain boxes within my price point and when I saw this place it felt like a perfect match

Lets be clear, this is not going to be the perfect place for everyone Pulling up, the outside kind of makes me think of a well managed motel, if I had only seen the front before I booked, i may have said “nah” but I know I would regret that decision now The breakfast is nothing fancy, pastries, bananas, oranges, protein/granola bars, yogurt, some juice and coffee, but it gets the job done, if you want something more the griddle was free most mornings and could be used to make a mean breakfast if you were so inclined The kayaks and paddle boards are nothing fancy, but they work and we enjoyed them One of the 4 bikes had a flat when we went to use them, we let the housekeeper know on Saturday and they had it fixed and back in circulation Tuesday morning We were in room 2 (there are only 9 rooms and they all seemed pretty consistently filled while we were there) which was perfect for 2 people that are sharing a bed The kitchenette had good size fridge A little portable cooktop, a microwave, a blender, basic dishes, cooking utensils, a drying rack for after you wash everything and even a couple barstools that I don’t think we ever used bur were a great touch Is everything maintained perfectly? No, the place definitely has some DIY vibes going on but it was clean, comfy and there were no bugs in the room, plus the DIY thing is kinda charming sometimes in its own way even if it isn’t the pristine picture some people may want The plunge pool/hot tub was also great and we spent a couple afternoons out there with some frozen drinks we prepped in the room It can be set to one temperature and it takes awhile to adjust so don’t go expecting always a hot tub or to always be a refreshing cool temperature, anyone can change the settings at any time, which is both a blessing and a curse imo The thing that impressed me the most was all the little miscellaneous perks that I wasn’t really expecting Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers you can take and use for the day (availability limited), bug spray, sunscreen and aloe laid out on the deck for anyone to grab and use, waterproof phone pouches hung up next to the kayaks and more that I’m probably forgetting The staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with were all very friendly and helpful I don’t know if I’ve ever been to the same hotel twice as an adult, I like trying new places, but I’d have a hard time coming back to Bonita and not booking here again after the experience I had Thank you for a great stay!

First time I stayed here and am VERY impressed Was upgraded to a king suite just by asking (no additional fee) Room was very comfortable and quiet even though we were in the first floor near the elevator

The breakfast every morning was what you expected but the staff made it exceptional Beautiful heated pool overlooking a lake Beds were firm and very comfy Close to everything Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was perfect for what we needed The front desk staff was friendly and informative The room was clean, which is important to me

I didn’t really hear roadway noise, so I slept good There is hot coffee or hot water available in the front lobby There is also a restaurant nearby that you can walk to, but we didn’t have a chance to try it There are other great restaurants you can drive to that are minutes away Many are first come first serve, so get there a half hour earlyThe elevators do take forever, especially if you’re in a hurry I wish there was a sign to indicate how close or where the staircase was, so I can go that route if I wanted to I couldn’t immediately find it The beds are slightly on the firmer side, if that’s what you like Other than that, there are no other issues or complaints that I had for this hotel
