This was a really fun spot We visited on a weekend where the town seemed to be quite full and were happy with the price point and features of this spot The features of the hotel and location are pretty unbeatable

It seems whatever we needed they had: ice cold cucumber water to refill our water bottles before a hike? it’s right on the bar A beer at the end of the night? it’s right there A ping pong table? Right there The rooms are cute and have the features you need including some great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers Clean and cute

We were in Boulder for a concert at Folsom Field The owner could not have been more accommodating and pleasant The best part about the hotel is the common area with a little bar, fire pits, seating and a small indoor area with big open air doors

There was even an acoustic band one night Very peaceful, chill vibe Staff were sublime The rooms are basic, but we’re clean and well decorated Location is excellent 5 min walk to Pearl Street and a 5 minute walk to University of Colorado

I love old buildings with new life and this one does not disappoint! This hotel is as described online and wonderfully pet friendly (if needed) The pet friendly rooms do not have carpet which as pet owners we actually prefer The room is definitely a one of a kind and as outdoor enthusiasts we very much loved taking the time to make our own hotel provided Pour Over Coffee in the morning (no Keurig here)

As something we usually reserve for camping, the coffee is an exceptional touch on par with the retro Coleman coolers in each room Of course you can also get a latte at the bar/cafe if that’s your speed Outdoor/common space with fire pits is also really nice We found location to be outstanding but realize location ratings are often relative to where you want to be This is a short walk (under a mile) through pleasant pedestrian friendly neighborhoods to Pearl Street

After a very negative experience at the Residence Inn next door, Marriott truly saved my birthday The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and more than willing to get me in a room as soon as possible The view was amazing and the room was very spacious

The bar was a great place to relax after a long day The food was excellent and the bartenders offered great conversation and great mixed drinks The fireplace added nice ambiance while watching the Olympics I can’t thank this team enough for turning my trip around! Highly recommend Great location, great amenities I also used the gym, which was spacious and had ample equipment

The Local Shredder

Great service with attentive & caring staff Atmosphere is also very good with an inviting lobby layout with a lounge / bar area that is a fantastic balance between hotel lobby and rustic cabin adorned fireplace The energy is very warm and cozy

Room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and came with the right features & conveniences for us–starting with an accurate, and working AC/Temperature control panel Will definitely come back

One Last thing

Loved my one month stay here I was working in the area just south of here which was devastated by the Marshall wildfires The rooms were fantastic

Receptionists, managers, and all the hotel staff really left me impressed Hotel food choices and drinks were very slightly limited but they sure made up for their limited menu with tons of local food and venues near the area Room cleaning was well handled and the staff were very friendly and thorough Security is tight but it doesn’t take long to get accustomed to it Key cards required to use elevators Parking facility was well maintained and cleanI could go on and onThis hotel is one of the best I’ve been to as a Marriott Bonvoy member I’m reassured that Marriotts are the best choice for frequent travelers

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my adult life The hotel staff were friendly and attentive The location was convenient for getting to Denver or going to Estes Park

The room was clean, large, and the bathroom was perfectThe finishes wouldn’t pass for a luxury hotel, but it’s incredibly practical You have blackout blinds (they will get the room pitch black in the middle of the day) and then basically every furniture fixture has accent lighting so it’s easy to make the room just bright enough Oh and they have breakfast, it’s simple, but tastes good, and it’s freeAll in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel that doesn’t skimp out on comfortable amenities

Tj Mansfield

June 14-15, 2022 This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our two week vacation We stayed in eight different hotels in total

Best breakfast hands down Rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable Staff were very friendly and helpful No real complaints at all I would highly recommend staying here if your in the Denver area

Dee R

Hands down, the best experience ever! I stayed in Denver last weekend at the Ritz and the service here beat it hands down! I was impressed Isaiah was freaking amazing!!! No matter how many times I called (or a kid lol) he was super helpful! The entire staff was nice and polite Anytime I am in town I will be sure to stay here! 💜

We were ordered to evacuate our home with no warning due to an out of control wild fire The Courtyard by Marriott is in a quiet business area nearby Clean and updated rooms were available, and the caring reception clerk offered a 50% discount for evacuees when she saw that our home address was local

While breakfasts are no longer included in the room price, the on site Starbucks sells reasonably priced cooked to order breakfasts served in a spacious area off the lobby We felt we made a great choice without inconveniencing friends or relatives and were home in less than ten minutes the next morning after the evacuation order was lifted

Jennifer Press

The entire facility is very clean, bed is comfy, and the staff is beyond friendly and courteous Docking 2 stars for the following reasons:1) no safe in room!2) the lighting near the sink vanity is so dim, it’s impossible to apply makeup I found I was using my makeup compact, which has a tiny mirror, in the shower/tub room because there was better lighting there

which made it take twice as long to do my makeup since one hand was occupied holding my little compact mirrorIt might seem egregious to dock 2 stars for those, but both are important to me and negatively impacted the quality of my stay

Mike Frankel

I cannot say enough about the customer service of the front desk staff I am traveling with 2 service dogs and really needed the convenient access of a first floor room with a door that opened to the parking lot Central reservations was unhelpful, but the front desk staff made sure that a room with those specs was made available

I cannot state enough, how accommodating Amara was and how much her help made our trip easier!

For other options in this price point in the area, I like this one the best even though the hot tub is not working The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they managed to get us checked into our room very early because we had been driving all night The receptionist was even sweet enough to fill me in on the beautiful pond to walk around right outside the hotel and a little bit further than that an awesome park to bring our son to!! Thanks guys! Would stay again!

LeAnn Archangeli

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting familyThe front desk : Anjoli is extremely kind, a hard working and professionalMy rooms and the bathrooms have always been extremely clean

I’m very particular about thisThere’s a well stocked breakfast bar in the morning and they even have a small buy- and -go snack and essentials area for anything you need or forgot to bringThere’s plenty of well- lit free parking close to the buildingThis establishment is very conveniently located and right across the street from great shopping possibilities as well as quality restaurants I never have to drive far for shopping or dining which saves me a lot of timeConsidering it’s great location it is an amazingly quiet area with nearby parks for a nice walk I feel very safe while staying here

Angela Mitchell

Pros* the employees are super nice & helpful, the hotel was always clean, very pleasant smell, breakfast which was kept full the entire breakfast time, rooms are larger than most, and there is a laundry roomCons* there is only one washer and one dryer, coin operated and the dryer has to complete two cycles to dry the clothes, in the room the mini fridge is indeed mini, and there are no kitchenettes even though people stay for extended periods of timeOverall, it’s a very nice place to stay but for extended stay where you don’t want to eat out everyday, I’d choose somewhere with a kitchenette

This is the epitome of a 5-star hotel Not luxury, more like going to summer camp The room was clean and very vintage, but with some modern upgrades

The location just cannot be beat in Boulder Eben G Fine park is right at your doorstep with a nice walk to downtown The views from your porch are a spectacular morning sight All the staff we met were really helpful and friendly

Kara Stewart

I first stayed here and out 10 years ago and returned recently The quaint, rustic, and oh so peaceful cabin vibe is still there, along with several upgrades Like new beds, WiFi, and more

Splurge on one of two suites—they share a private deck and hot tub DelightfulBreakfast in the morning is well done (gluten-free options!) and the people who run it are the nicest

Diane Cancro

The hotel is definitely cool as far as the vintage vibe goes You can absolutely see the potential The staff was very nice, mostly

The location has a beautiful rustic view down, over a creek; and lovely mountains close by Unfortunately, after I checked in, I then checked out My reservation via Delta was for a 500 sq ft room with a Mountain View I got room #13, which is closer to half that size, and the view from the windows on a clear day was of the alley between buildings There are new beds on order for April 2022, to replace the ones in this room which had fallen in the middle, like a souffle, and leaned towards the foot The deal breaker, for me, was the smell from the carpet I’d been so excited for this vintage experience, but I just couldn’t do it If I may make a suggestion, it would be to replace the carpet squares with vinyl flooring which can better withstand snowy boots It also felt a bit concerning to have so many bolt locks on the outside door I ended up at Basecamp, also vintage; but more so with new items looking vintage …thin walls there, too Nothing is perfectNote: They were kind enough to refund my money, I wish them the best

My family’s stay so wonderful! They came for my wedding in Boulder They were over the moon in love with this guest house They could not stop talking about how beautiful the property was and how comfortable they felt staying there

The food provided was delicious and everyone was so kind to them They found a 5 star stay here It was tranquil, peaceful, and wonderful

Amy Ruiz

This B&B was amazing The room was cozy and very calming Breakfast was delicious- some of the best yogurt I’ve had and some incredible pour over coffee and tea

It is within walking distance to downtown Boulder and has off street parking We accidentally locked ourselves out and Bryant was very responsive in helping us get back in I highly recommend staying here!

Catherine Thornber

I absolutely loved my stay at Boulder Guest House It was peaceful with a lovely garden and beautiful zen style room The material of the blankets and pillows were high quality, and the mattress was so comfy that I never wanted to leave! There is organic fruit available all day as well as yogurt and delicious homemade granola with multiple milk options

The building is also high tech—my room had a very fancy and quiet air conditioner that worked well despite hot weather outside, and so many streaming options on the Roku The building also has solar panels on the roof, which I appreciated, and composted Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided, but it’s not like a normal hotel—these are all natural, and much higher quality Shower pressure was great There was also an amazing library of books from which guests were welcome to borrow and read while lounging in the garden or in our rooms Most of all, the staff were lovely, and clearly work very hard to create a place where cozy meets sacred, and kindness is everywhere Thank you Boulder Guest House!

Nice enough place, a bit out dated, breakfast was only mediocre (on first morning they ran out of batter & bacon/eggs and refused to re-supply even tho breakfast ended at 9:30am and it was just 9:10am – poor job and only time ever with Hilton that I met with such policy) On flip side, good location & the staff was great – special kudos to the honest cleaning staff, as we left tablet in the room after check out and when we called it had been returned to the desk Impressed

Casey Krizman

This hotel is my go-to for when I have endurance race events at Boulder Reservoir It is clean, quiet, and contemporary On my most recent visit, Hannah treated our family to perfect service

My Hilton Honors status was recognized, I received bonus points for my stay, and Hannah arranged for a late check out so that I could shower after my race Thanks, Hannah!

Amy Melissa

When we checked in, I had my service dog with me who was wearing his vest Jeremiah at the front desk asked me what service he preforms for me I’ve never had anyone ask and was taken aback by this

I told him my dog detects seizures and left it at that Didn’t start off on the right foot The room was ok, seemed a little tired The bed frame was crooked, the tv was quite small and didn’t work well, was a little dark, but the room was nice and clean

The room was clean and quiet One person in our party used the pull-out bed in the couch and found it comfortableI didn’t like the sliding doors on the bathroom for sharing the space, but that’s just me whining

The staff was friendly and responsive to requests The pool was warm and clean and is 35ft deepThere were many choices for breakfast including an omelette station, self-service waffle makers, and also fruits, yogurt, and cereals The coffee was pretty good and had a variety of creamers available The complimentary evening reception that included two beverages per guest was a nice touch

Marina Rudolph

We stayed for about four weeks while evacuated from our home after the Marshall fire and it was an amazing experience We had two room suites and they are very roomy and comfortable The couch is a little slippery? But fine

I have to say the staff is what makes the hotel The housekeeping staff was amazing, attentive and did a beautiful job keeping our room clean and comfortable The breakfast staff always made incredible omelettes and started the day with coffee and positivity! Then the amazing evening staff, the bartenders and waitstaff were the best So nice to us and our dog! She loved going down for happy hour She would get so much attention and love The drinks were great and the food was good with healthy options They made such an awful situation truly wonderful We moved to a hotel for a kitchenette and it’s just not the same We miss everyone so much! Great hotel and people!

Loved our stay here Generous space, excellent breakfast Front desk and housekeeping were fantastic

Well lit parking, guest laundry available Pool, hot tub and exercise room too Clean and well kept property! The only thing I didn’t care for was that it was a little bit further north of town than I’d have liked There is major construction in front of property but even that wasn’t a problem Would definitely stay again!

C. “Diamondz” Angulo

The Bed was the best part of my stay huge comfortable California king bed

breakfast was great there’s other things to this hotel rather not mention that has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel but the people that were coming to stay here I just couldn’t see how establishment held women that are seven months pregnant to get an abortion

Just a FYI if you order food from Uber eats or door dash or any where please come and get it from the delivery person if you’re able toI delivered to a lady and before I got in the door a guy that knew her name and room number way to much info not to know her came and said he was there for her room # I asked what name was on the order and he told me, so I had no reason not to give him the food but when i marked it as delivered she called 5 mins later and asked where her food wasI really felt bad cause I know it was her dinnerAfter that I started to think about the guy and he didn’t seem to belong there but he came out and met me and knew too much about herThis is getting longBut I just want to say if i Deliver to here again I am going to deliver to the room only unless you let me know you or someone else is coming to grab it

We made a mistake with our online booking and Kevin was quick to rectify it over the phone By the time we got to the hotel, he welcomed us with his friendly & warm demeanor and made check-in breezy The room was cozy and the outdoor fire-pit area was a great place to enjoy our takeout dinner at

The complimentary IPA was a welcome addition, albeit a bit hoppy for our taste There’s several great places nearby to grab a bite at or pack up for a long hike We missed the breakfast but I have no doubt their offerings are a great way to start the day All things said, the Hilton Garden Inn, Boulder is a fantastic place to stay at reasonable prices The 5-star review is partly credited to Kevin being the GOAT He’s the best!

E Marin

Clean, good parking, love the pillows, comforters, bed, there’s a fridge, ice machines and filtered water on every floor The pool on the rooftop can be used across the street at the Embassy suites, they share a pool with patrons of both hotels Great location if you like the city feel- Walking distance to everything! Groceries, shopping, dining, & drinks

Kevin Wagner

Called to have them get the room ready for my wedding night Asked if they could add flowers and champagne to the room Got the champagne and also random prescriptions, trash, and hairy soap

They did put us into a new but didn’t comp anything, not even the extra snacks that were supposed to be included in the room When I told the front desk in the morning, he offered 2 bottles of water and rudely “congratulated” us on our wedding, didn’t apologize at all or offer anything elseEdit:The GM called and made it right, so really appreciate that Still can’t believe the front desk’s attitude…

The A-Lodge is unique, fun, affordable option to stay to explore the Boulder area! It’s a great place if you need a landing pad for adventures or somewhere low key to relax with a view The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was a bit dated Nothing too bad, but not somewhere to stay if you like things a bit fancy

My husband & I grabbed pizza from Nick-n-Willy’s and ate out on the balcony above the lobby to enjoy the view & sounds of the stream on the property There are numerous common spaces accessible to enjoy the tranquil surroundings That night they had a bluegrass jam session on the lobby patio that we had a fantastic time listening to The musicians were talented, welcoming, & friendly Overall a great stay!

Ryley Johnson

I booked one of the van camping spots and for the price it was a great value! We were right along a beautiful creek and the entire property was beautiful Restrooms were just a short walk over the bridge toward the office And it truly is a 5 minute drive to downtown Boulder

No cell service, but good wifi Unfortunately, my partner and I were involved in a car accident on our trip so we weren’t able to stay our second night The staff was sympathetic and quickly credited our stay and gathered the items we left at the camp site Thank you again – great staff I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms, but would definitely recommend the camping!

Tiffany Rowe

The people working there were very nice and friendly I really enjoy odd weird things and places so I was excited pulling up to this place because it wasn’t a typical lodging place You have to drive off road down a steep hill and navigate narrow paths it was really cool

But the smell 😔 it smelled like BO and sewage We had to open the windows and spray our perfume everywhere because it was nauseating I had a essential oil diffuser so the eucalyptus helped mask the odor We also HAD TO keep the bathroom closed because it smelled like sewage really bad Unfortunately I will not be returning unless you deep clean those rooms

This location of Homewood Suites is wonderful! They recently handled a group rate for my daughter’s wedding From start to finish they were easy to work with, kind, professional, and excited to see/ensure her wedding day was perfect! They accommodated over 20 rooms for us and included the meeting room for the bride and her attendants on the day of the wedding including champagne mimosas to toast the happy couple The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean

Truly some of the best beds I’ve slept on in a hotel! Breakfast was of good quality and variety, and the staff was happy and kind for our entire stay! Weddings come with lots of little requests, accommodations, early check-ins etc they were able to manage everything for us and did it with a smile The young couple handled most of the arrangements themselves and were pleased to be treated with respect and kindness from the start by this hotel

The front desk and the breakfast lady were so helpful and thoughtful I was surprised at how bare bones the amenities in the room were, but between COVID and cost effectiveness, I could guess at the reasons and figured if I really needed a blow-dryer, I could ask at the front deskFree breakfast was fantastic

So many options, plenty of grab’n’go options and snacks for laterOverall, this place was very comfortable and refreshing It was conveniently located for extended stay as it was right by a grocery store

Absolutely delightful From the outside I did not expect much, but in the end this was a better experience than I’ve had at luxury hotelsThe receptionist was kind, friendly, and helpful

The rooms are lovely, almost cute Very clean They are small but not cramped, with a microwave, fridge, and large wardrobe The bed was large and very comfortable Hot water appeared immediately and there are generous amounts of toiletries available in the bathroomMy only (quite minor) complaints/things you might dislike:- Very noisy Partly due to location on a busy street, partly to thin walls & windows as well as appliances in the room I am sensitive to sounds and found it disruptive but not unbearable- No bathtub There is only a shower (though it is a nice shower)- Limited/cramped parking There are spots in front and back but it was a bit difficult to find a spot, especially in the darkOn the whole I highly recommend this inn! It was a very good experience and I would stay here again

On the outside it looks like a no-tell motel

gotta be honest we were a little nervous to see the state of the rooms, but it was the cheapest and closest location to Eldora we could find for the night However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we entered our two rooms! The rooms were new, clean, and smelled ever so fresh Not fake perfume cover-up fresh, but summer laundry in the breeze fresh The bathrooms are beautiful and the TVs are big We stayed on a winter Saturday night and it was very quiet, cozy, and warm Also the staff was incredibly kind and helpful (I believe their names were Jennifer and Stephanie) They seemed friendly and genuinely happy to have us, like we just came to their house to stay as houseguests Absolutely thrilled by this budget hotel experience Highly recommend!

Location not bad, close to Pearl Street and The University of Colorado, However, you can hear EVERYTHING, the traffic on Broadway, the music below and next door, the people in the rooms next to you, and you can smell the weed they are smoking in the room next door In addition the heat just keeps turning on and off every 5 minutes Also wifi not secure

Front desk and house keeping nice but definitely will pay more to stay somewhere else next time

The staff was exceptional but some of the rooms and the furnishings in the lobby are worn and in desperate need of helpFortunately we were able to shift rooms after our first room which had not been maintained There was mold/mildew under the bathroom caulk and stained grout

Additionally, though it had a pull out couch for our son, when pulled out, there was no safe way to maneuver within the room The second room was a vast improvement and much more up to Hyatt standards The chairs throughout the lobby are worn down to the vinyl liners, chipped and unsightly All that said, the staff was excellent The manager of housekeeping was lovely and helpful The front desk staff was great The highlight is the exceptional team member Noah, his exuberance and positivity is a real testament to Hyatt’s hiring practices Great to see so many helpful and positive staff Hoping the rooms and furnishings are renovated as we are regular visitors to Boulder and would love to come back here, but not with the risk of getting a room like our first

George Valdez

Noah owns the event that is breakfast, and we’re just along for the ride I haven’t seen this kind of enthusiasm in years My man is a whirling dervish of energy

I feel like whatever he does, he’s going to bring it all I hope he maintains that in whatever he does in lifeThe hotel was spotless, modern, really 4 star quality Nice restaurant next door, convenient to many things I look forward to staying again!

Amazing place to stay We stayed here for a wedding in Boulder and unfortunately groom got Covid day before We asked the front desk if there was anything that could be done to reduce the number of days of our stay even tho we book a non refundable rate

Jeff and his staff worked with us and was very accommodating to our request Will stay here again!

Great service, great room, very clean, good breakfast selection, gym and pool available, small convenience store, water bottle filling fountain, great location, and dog friendly Had a great selection of teas and coffees available for free 24/7 Only negatives I have, the bathroom did not lock, it was a double door with a bar lock that didn’t meet in the middle, and the fridge was not very cold

Online it said there was no pet fee, we confirmed by calling the hotel weeks in advance, but we were still charged a fee upon checking out

Katie Simmons

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel The staff was very friendly and kind but this doesn’t help when there are countless problems with the hotel itself The first room we were given had wet carpeting, a shower that didn’t have hot water and a shower drain that was clogged and immediately caused the bathroom to flood (maybe the cause of the wet carpeting?) The second room we were put in on the same day had a toilet that wouldn’t flush

The third room we were put in had a TV that didn’t have working volume By this point, I was exhausted and too tired of moving rooms to ask about it Overall, just a dismal experience

Nicolas Tamayo

I had a really bad experience here The staff is very friendly, but there were multiple issues with the building The first problem began when we were woken up by a false fire alarm three separate times– after that, the fire alarm lights continued to flash for a further 24 hours

We were never offered any apology or explanation for the fire alarm issue, and if there had been a real fire, we would have never known because the staff never gave us any information Another day, after getting back from doing errands, I entered the restroom to see a black sludge overflowing our sink and spreading onto the counter, damaging personal toiletries that were left there The front desk staff said that they couldn’t help and that we’d have to wait until the next day for the issue to be resolved (the day we check out) or wait for them to find a room we could move into I have also been charged multiple times for the same room, charges totaling over $1,000 (when our room cost less than $500 total) It’s a very pretty hotel but has horrible infrastructure, and I am very disappointed in my stay

We have been very happy here We lost our home in the Marshall fire and have been staying here for about 6 weeks so far They are one of the only places we found that didn’t sky rocket their prices

They have all been so kind to my family and pets The loft floor plan also gives us a good bit of space compared to most hotels The entire staff has gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable

Larry Shulman

The rooms are older but have been renovated with new fixtures & appliances The service was great as all of the staff were very friendly The location is great if you are there for a business meeting

There is nothing in walking distance that would be appealing to tourism It is basically several miles northeast of the CU campus and Pearl St Mall Very quiet environment if that is what you seek Beautiful flowers everywhere and a very nice secluded pool

Zachary Roberts

Customer service from both front desk and the folks that trouble shot my network issues was top notch!I rarely leave reviews for chains but this location deserves some accolades!I forget the Assistance managers name but she was fantastic following up and her associates gave me the number of tech support and even they were golden!Great job all around!

The people who work here are trying hard Embedded in my reason for a nice review is that the management has to keep their employees happy for the place to run smoothly like thisBreakfast was buffet style but done well

Facilities had a basketball hoop with inflated basketballs my 8-year old thought was what made this a nice hotel It’s not cheap but if you get the price digested it won’t let you down

Mark Goldenberg

Very nice hotel to stay at in Boulder It is conveniently close to the University of Colorado Boulder and not too far from downtown Boulder The rooms are clean and modern and the pool, hot tub, bar and other amenities are kept very nice

However parking can be difficult especially later at night since there aren’t many open spots in the underground parking garage and the parking lot outside

E Rodriguez

Terrible! Stay somewhere else Not what we expected from a Residence Inn, rooms get serviced every other day because they are are short staffed Our room was serviced 1 time during a 5 night stay, we overstayed 1 night because we liked Boulder and even then they did not have our room serviced when we we got back to the Hotel the front desk people are not helpful

We demanded a clean new room for the last night we stayed and just got my summary of charges and are being overcharged 16400, called them and they couldn’t fix it so I’m opening a dispute with the credit card Just stay somewhere else You’re welcome!
