Staff super friendly and super helpful I just had a few issues during my stay My first room assigned still had the Ozone machine left in it

I asked if it was supposed to be in the room and the front desk worker had it removed When I returned to the room, the smell was overwhelmingly smoky and smelled of old cologne I asked to be moved, and Constance did Unfortunately, my television did not work my entire stay I was not able to rest and watch TV in there I did not want to bother the staff again so I just let it be Other than those two events, the stay was alrightI am just reporting this because the survey asks, but my neighbors above and next door were extremely loud throughout the night Since I was there for my cousin’s funeral and was completely drained from the drive and services, I didn’t feel the need to report an issue they may not have been able to fixThis property definitely needs some TLC The lobby looks great, but the rooms definitely needs some updating and possibly repainting Both rooms I was in had dirt, scuffs, stains on the walls I would also suggest possibly getting mattress covers that cover the entire mattress With all the things going on in the world and bed bugs being a possibility, it would put the guest at peace to know at least the mattresses are coveredAgain, staff is friendly and great

Very poor…corporate needs to come in and clean house with managers who are not hospitable to staff or visitors of this establishment! The hotel is never clean as an average Hilton, no towels or soap available, and the food is absolutely horrific! Their is always something wrong from my sink over flowing all over the floors from faulty plumbing to the toilets not flushing!!! This place is a disgrace to the Hilton name!!! Absolutely terrible!!!! I do not recommend!!!!!

It is a novelty hotel I get it old broken down shotgun style shacks where everything is old and unkempt, however, there were not enough blankets, towels, oven mits, cooking utensils, plates, cups Plus there was a genuine lack of hygiene in areas where it was important

All under the guise of the novelty The front desk staff was minimally responsive The on site bar was $10 to enter when there is entertainment and the entertainment was truly mediocre, and the bar was not open unless there was entertainment No food offered on-site Even if you cooked you would not have the tools to make or serve food Oh well

I had to write something about this place First the location, it’s in the middle of the fields, just a few miles from downtown, so very quiet which I loved No kids allowed is also a plus to me tbh

Then the rooms and the place itself Simply the most fantastic accommodation I’ve been since I’m in the country!! It’s out of time, sleeping in this cabins is magical There’s no TV, internet is barely usable if far from the lobby but honestly you won’t care I’ve stayed 2 nights and I wish I could spend more time there, the staff is great, cabins are very comfy, the bar is awesome, with love music and staff is so kind! This THE place to stay at if you want to discover Clarksdale I recommend it 200%
